I want you to think of a pleasant and peaceful scene.
Just picture yourself lying, perhaps on the seashore, sun-mailing.
You can feel the soft, warm sun.
You can see the blue sky.
And you can feel the warmth of the sun on your body.
First the muscles of your feet and ankles.
Let them relax and let go, limp and slack.
Now the muscles of your calves.
Let them go, limp and slack.
Allow them to relax.
Know the muscles of your thighs.
Let them relax.
Let them go, limp and slack.
You can feel a feeling of heaviness in your legs.
Your legs are beginning to feel as heavy as lead, and you let your legs go.
Heavy is led.
Let them relax completely.
And as you do, you're becoming drowsier and drowsier.
You feel completely at peace.
Your mind is clear.
your body is at ease and you're really enjoying this very pleasant relaxation feeling drowsy
feeling so good as the relaxation is spreading upwards over your whole body as you let your stomach muscles relax
you let them go limp and slack and the muscles of your chest in your body you know that
them go limp and slow, allowing them to relax, going deeper and you can feel the heaviness
in your body, as your body is just as heavy as that, as it's wanting to sink down deeper
and deeper into the soft and warm sun and you let your body go. Heavy is led, you let it sink
comfortably into the sun and you're feeling drowsy and drowsy. You're feeling drowsy and you're
eyelids are becoming heavier and heavier, more and more tired. You let yourself go. You let yourself
relax completely when you can feel the heat of the sun on your body and you're feeling warm and
comfortable completely at peace. And that pleasant feeling of relaxation is now spreading
into your neck, your shoulders and your arms. Let your neck muscles relax. You let them go
an infant slack, know the muscles of your shoulders, you let them go an impasseh
and you allow them to relate the muscles of your arm.
They're going an infant slack and you can feel a feeling of heaviness in your arms
as if your arms are becoming just as heavy as that.
Just letting your arms go.
Heavy as lead.
Letting them relax completely and you're falling to.
deeper and deeper into relaxation to feel small and more all the muscles in your face let go.
And the feeling goes into your mind and your mind's eye.
More thoughts and feelings drifting and floating.
Floating away as you go deeper.
Deeper into peace, deeper into relaxation as you feel so relaxed.
From the very top of your head to the tip.
of your toes and just like that gentle breeze on your skin, you have a gentle feeling of relaxation
that flows through your body, touching every part of you, parts of you, relaxing all muscles,
all organs, all bones and tendons. Every cell in your, every part of you becomes relaxed.
And you feel the sun or the shade. And the cell in the cell,
with the feeling of that on this beauty that is just for you and it might be a place you've been before or a place in tiny but right now your special is your place
we love this feeling of being here and if you want to have a wall like getting a sunburn or just relax in here you can do so you can set up this place perfectly for you because this is your place you
you're special where you open your mind to dreams where you open your mind to serenity
where you open your mind to new possibilities to new freedoms to restoration to healing
the mind and the body you love it so much because it's your place and you love yourself and embrace yourself
