this recording in a place where you can safely sleep and let's begin. So welcome to this relaxing
meditation and get ready to surrender your old anxious ways and get fully connected to the
real you. I'm honored to have your presence during this delightful relaxation session.
today you will remember the natural feeling of relaxation that is within you always there waiting for you to access it
so get into a comfortable position and gently close your eyes get so comfortable comfortable move around
and get into a position in place where you can relax,
where you can be yourself,
you can connect with yourself,
and make sure you're breathing nice and slowly,
as I always say,
you want to make sure you're breathing through your stomach area
and not your upper chest area.
As relaxing breathing,
that makes your stomach move up and down, is more calming than breathing that moves your upper chest up and down.
So now allow your legs to relax. Let them gently rest and stretch out and grant your body permission
to remain calm and that your mind be awake and present while we listen to this.
meditation and breathe in and let go now air of your feet. Let them relax completely. Imagine
you can send love to your feet and breathe out and smile on them and become aware of your
legs now and exhale letting each leg fully relax. Let go of any tension that may
be in your legs and feel them sinking softly into the ground, sending all your love to your legs
and breathe out. Now bring your awareness to your hands and let go of any tension that still
may be in your hands, focusing on each individual finger, the left hand, the thumb, the index
finger, the middle and ring finger, and the little finger, the thumb, index finger, middle and ring finger,
and to feel the joy of having two hands, your tiny cell, is completely free of tension,
balls in your arms, love to your arms and your hands.
Take awareness of your shoulders,
nation, let go attention from your shoulder blades.
And your attention to your back and exhale, letting go of any,
let's go of any tight muscles,
but you may still be holding in your back
to abandon the stress goes into the ground.
You may have been holding.
to your back and your shoulders.
Breathe out as your neck.
As your back, just relax and your feelings relax you.
Letting go of any stress, letting go of any work.
You send love to your feelings.
You gently smile with amazing gratitude,
letting every muscle completely relax.
Melting away any worries.
melting away any tension, nurse and tension around your mouth, around your eyes, around your forehead, detents, your jaw detentzes and relaxes, and your face just gently drops all the muscles de-tents and your skin smooths out.
And you're breathing in relaxation, your whole body. And you breathe in, and you breathe in.
Then enjoying the entire sensation of your body.
Now it is completely relaxed, anxiety free, sending love and compassion to your whole body.
It looks and exhale out.
It looks in your body.
Automatically, your loving attention supports it
and provides the space for total regeneration, total clearing of stress.
stress and you feel gratitude for every single cell in your body, or you can let your body relax.
A few seconds, respecting the nature of a full breath, into visualise, gazing up at the night sky.
The night sky is dark, perhaps you are down, you can see city lights, glowing with warmth in the distance, but you cannot hear the sounds of the city.
of the sounds of thousands of crickets you travel down this country road, even further, completely fade into the horizon after travelling deep into nature.
You come to a wide that is big enough to allow a full incredible view of the night sky.
There is one tree in the middle.
of the glade with you.
Giant Ope,
see that this tree
holds a city of fireflies
and you take a seat
near this tree.
Watch it with wonder.
Feel the energy of life.
It holds
under the midnight sky
and you spend a few moments
to enjoy
the sounds of nature.
Nothing is around you.
It's only you
in the sky. Imagine how far away the common daily things, like your job, your duties, your family,
your routine. How distant the disconnection from all the hustle and bustle of life's
night scene, where you can just, it's like this space, like the chaos you left behind,
ready to be present and you can see now how pointless it was to worry about things that you can't control serve you.
But relaxation does this place just for you.
There is no time or space for bad emotions or even feelings and memory to enjoy the only thing the sound of your breath.
You can see are the stars above you.
You can just belong though as you're so grateful for this hidden, secret place you can call.
You can come back here, this in your mind.
In your subconscious self, breathe in your mind.
You can repeat these words to yourself.
I disconnect from what no longer serves me.
The stress go.
If any anxiety comes into my mind, I disconnect.
I acknowledge it and then just let it go.
worries are no longer going to be a part of me.
Negative anxiety can be disconnected whenever I want it.
To acknowledge yourself, life can sometimes be too busy.
You're stopping.
You're recharging.
This is your time.
You're embracing your true self, completely and whole.
on it and you can use this to a place of tranquility and silence to finally be totally you
to enjoy your presence here.
You embrace your authentic self.
You embrace time to gently relax and go to sleep.
What do you have experienced in your mind's eye?
You can take your new self, your real self.
real self which was always there, you can take this into the next day and be free from
stress and anxiety. You can disconnect when you need to. It's the time to rather. To fall
asleep, to embrace yourself and to be you as there is only you. Ready to drift, ready
to so secure, so good.
