Hi everyone.
The episode tonight is a sleep.
hypnotic meditation designed to help you embrace the winter season with positivity and a relaxed mindset.
Some of us feel a bit down this time of year, so I've designed this meditation to help you feel more positive and optimistic about the winter season.
It will also help you de-stress and become relaxed.
and is designed to help you gently uplift your mood, help you let go of any tension,
and guide you into a state of deep relaxation, peace and sleep also some positive suggestions
and reframing techniques to help you feel good about the weeks ahead
to get as comfortable as possible in your may be to relax.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale, feel the weight of your body sinking gently into your bed.
Notice how the mattress supports you your shape, cradling you with comfort and let your attention drift to the sheets.
They feel soft and smooth and so inviting against your skin in the skin.
fabric as a gentle hug wrapping you in a cocoon of warmth and safety.
Your pillow cradles your neck and head so soft yet support.
How the pillow and mattress conforms to you, letting every muscle and muscle.
Take a little moment to stretch, extending your arms
then though, feeling the muscles stretch and then relax, letting everything settle again,
sinking even deeper and just relaxing. Imagine any remaining tension, just melting away,
spreading throughout your body like a wave of peace, washing over you. Let all the tension melt
float away.
Float away.
Cross the sky is your sanctuartive rest.
Savor this moment of tranquility, knowing you are exactly where you need to be.
This is your time to relax, to let go and to simply be.
Deep breath three seconds to your imagination.

Walk in to your ocean spa.
They remind you of looking out of an open window,
overlooking the ocean and the pleasure you feel at being close to the beach.
You feel the coolness of the tile floor on your bare feet,
slowly walking towards the large path lingering scent to flowers.
You're so comfortable you can hear music in the background.
You let go of a bulb of six which go down into the water.
The anticipation of the coming relaxation builds up in you.
As you can see the spa pool below you.
You can drop the robe on the floor now and you begin taking your first step down,
washes it away, your aches and pains go.
As you take a second step deeper into the top of your thighs,
and it feels amazing as it soothes your lower back,
relaxes everything it touches, soothing you.
With all stress and anxiety going down, leaving your body is getting washed away.
You step down to the fourth step, going to take away the tension.
It caresses your body so you feel more way less, reducing the pull of gravity.
It rises further up your abdomen across your chest.
Just the big muscles of your back,
leasing tension,
taking you deeper into relaxation.
Music, just letting go with the stress of the day.
You take the fifth step down,
deeper, wonderful world of relaxation over your shoulders.
Deeper relaxation flows everywhere.
are so soothing the smell in the air is so amazing and you take the last step down your head briefly gets wet
that comes up to your neck and on your face beautiful relaxation
not to be looking forward to the winter season will have been very stressed have very good reasons
Good reasons why you have for the winter blues time of year.
Associated with the season, time is right to let go and be free of these thoughts with enjoying your life.
Stress free now.
You don't want previous thoughts, blocking your happiness.
You can be happy and overcome these thoughts.
life to the fullest, as there are no benefits from negative thoughts.
With positive thoughts, there is everything to gain.
You want to live the best life possible, and you want to live it now in this season,
instead of waiting for the months ahead.
So whatever is stopping you from liking this time of year, the stress.
Memories or the weather.
You can think of times that you have overcome this negativity before.
A different time of the year.
Happy feeling that spreads across your body.
This time, in yourself, winter blues.
To visualize or imagine the walls how beautiful the trees have become picturesque
on a day seen sledging, having fun of nature, that surrounds you.
You imagine doing something you love.
You imagine doing it today.
Such as an activity with family or friends or something that you've always enjoyed.
Take time to visualize yourself doing that right now.
Setting in the Western sky.
You'll feel so grateful for restful, sleep, positive thought, confidence and clarity.
Give yourself yourself fully without judgment or questions.

Stress does not benefit anyone who will be serene, organised and composed.
You will look forward to this time of year,
and there is no reason to be sad at all
as being sad and productive.
You're going to be happy and positive.

that benefits no one
if you say
I'm sad this time of year
you will tell your subconscious mind
to be sad
so now you will say
you like
all parts of the year you can enter this time of year being stress free.
The busyness of it will not affect you.
You are happy, at peace, will float through this time of year.
You love yourself, meditation.
You wake up with energy, or face the day how you want to live it and listen.

You can get rid of all the negative energy right now.
You love yourself for doing this.

So enjoy this time with peace, positivity and happiness.
