This is your time. The time for you to relax and enjoy yourself.
Starting point is 00:02:54 There are no pressures from the outside world. This time is just for you. Please feel free to take a few deep breath. Slowly in and as you feel more comfortable, you begin to relax. If you haven't already, please close your eyes. As your eyes heavier and heavier, imagine your eyes dropping and closing. And as your eyes are closed now, your whole body begins.
Starting point is 00:04:24 You can relax times before and enjoyed the experience. Notice the sensations, returning. into your body. Relaxation feeling flow from the top of your head down to the tips of your toes. This feeling you imagine things across your body and you focus these feelings into your head and you notice the relaxing feeling go into your forehead and you just see the relaxing feeling go into your forehead and you discover the muscles feel soothed and peaceful and all the muscles sensed in your forehead now the feeling spread across your entire face
Starting point is 00:06:07 and into your jaw as your lower jaw I wonder if you will discover that as your draw drops Your face feels so calm and maybe you're enjoying noticing this feeling of relaxation is spreading to your neck
Starting point is 00:06:43 are supported perfectly it's a wonderful feeling experience a soothing relaxing feeling flow into your chest into your stomach as you feel your stomach muscles relaxing.
Starting point is 00:07:40 You take deep, takes you back to a place, perhaps remember a time as your subconscious mind with the ability to relax flows into your legs through your feet turned into your toes totally relaxed from the top of your head
Starting point is 00:09:09 to the tips of your toes and it flows finally into your arms as well. From your shoulders, it has reached the tips of your fingers through every muscle, through every cell, relaxing every part of you. With each deep breath,
Starting point is 00:09:58 it becomes easy to relax and let go. Every muscle, everything that is part of you in your mind and body responds to a desire to relax your mind be free you let your subconscious mind
Starting point is 00:10:36 be free and open to imagine a tranquil place safe place feel so peaceful and you have a look at the sky the beautiful surroundings as your body feels like it is sinking deeper down into your subconscious. In this place, relaxation like never before. Your body can sense this.
Starting point is 00:13:08 Your subconscious can feel this. Take you there, looking at the sky, you hear the water. The water is so relaxing. relaxing the other sounds. Experience the feelings of peace and it doesn't matter that is safe and secure that is calm
Starting point is 00:14:47 just for you where you can enjoy this peaceful time where no one can disturb you and you feel relaxed in the stream being ready for a journey the more like you're ready to go with comfort, you are confident to go into these new places on this journey,
Starting point is 00:16:57 as it means something good to you now. Confidence, ready to go deeper, into a calm and comfortable feeling like you to imagine, perhaps standing on a boat into your room to stretch out and enjoy the feeling of the warm sunshine. It's your body and the boat begins to sway on the gentle, beautiful waters and you can recline and get comfortable and enjoy your breathtaking beautiful view and the boat gently sways going deeper into it.
Starting point is 00:18:51 Sublime relaxation has a glass bottom. There you can see beautiful coral reefs below, vibrant colours, beauty. You feel yourself remembering a time and with each gentle sway as the boat flows along of everything that you hear. With each gentle sway, I want you to you, I want you to count back from 100. Number you count back deeper and deeper. So you count 98.
Starting point is 00:22:12 I want you to count back from 100. With each gentle sway, you count each number. Paves help you become more deeper and deeper relaxed. So start counting down from 100. 99. 98. With each number becoming more relaxed, lose track, that's fine, you can start again.
Starting point is 00:23:03 But maybe as the numbers progress, they might begin to even drop out of your mind in the deepest level of relaxation. Just allow each number to take you deeper and deeper if you want to. You can perhaps go now, to a completely safe and secure place. Or you can stay here on the boat.
Starting point is 00:23:48 It's completely up to you. But if you want to go somewhere new, somewhere familiar, be up to you, you discover a safe place. Enjoy. Relax again. You can access.
Starting point is 00:24:26 You can just bring it back and you descend. You're so relaxed and responsive to new thoughts and ideas. You're ready to make the change and improvements in your life. You're not going to worry about things anymore. As are out of your control if you get stressed or worried in the future. You can just reverse those feelings. You can take breaths in through your stomach, consciously reducing any shallow breathing that you may be doing. You feel safe and secure.
Starting point is 00:25:48 Stress and anxiety is a natural human reaction. Which goes back to when we were cavemen, we have natural flight or fight responses, where the body is filled with adrenaline to help you survive the harsh world we once lived in. Our body still reacts in this way. It's just a natural part of your body. Program ourselves.
Starting point is 00:27:01 Program ourselves about getting so worried and nervous. It's natural to worry. We think about the future and worry about ourselves. It's understandable that we worry some of the time. There is no dilemma or negative situation. We should stop needlessly. worry, the line for worry is over to enjoy ourselves. To become relaxed and calm, every person in the world, we live in a world with 7 billion people, not necessarily change anything.
Starting point is 00:28:20 You can make promises to yourself, not to worry about the small things. You can let go of all worries. They've been holding you back for no reason. Focus your energy, being positive. You can focus energy in a positive way to relax. The worrying for you is going to become a way. You can stop these initial thoughts and stay focused on being relaxed. Being mindful, being positive, you can now focus these energies into a positive way to relax. but into human being
Starting point is 00:29:36 and you're not going to owes and waste of your time. You can stop these initial thoughts and stay focused on becoming calm. You can keep these to become
Starting point is 00:30:23 you can take a step back this isn't necessary you can become mindful and you can be focused and relaxed in the present Changing for the better, you are a new person who can relax when they need to. The better you will feel in a wonderful place of self-control.
Starting point is 00:31:21 You're ready to go forward in life. Deep down, you already know that worrying is a waste of your valuable energy. Over time you become more and more aimal at using your creativity to solve life's problems and you continue to grow continue to use your knowledge to expand and build new ways to become successful, resourceful, happy, calm and run. Just by letting events take their call, You'll be in a better place to be anxiety free.
Starting point is 00:32:19 Imagine yourself in three months' time. Your anxieties have decreased, and you're coping so much better. You've taken control of your thinking. You're doing what's best for your life. You're going to lead negative thoughts upon. That you don't need them with your life can just let go with your life. anxieties. It does not help anyone to hold on to anxieties. You imagine sitting down and getting a pen and writing all your stresses on a piece of paper. Then you take the piece of
Starting point is 00:33:27 paper and screw it into a tight ball when you finish. The piece of paper into a waste paper basket and this is what you're going to do with all your hangups. Just let them give This does not apply to you anymore. You just throw them away and your whole body feels refreshed. You let go of your worries and anxieties for the better.
