pause. Let this be the pause. Not the end of the story, just the moment between

and your nervous system can finally relax and exhale itself as you breathe deeply in
so next sail begin to feel more relaxed more
ready to accept healing energy into your body comfortable bed and if your eyes are open still.
Just allow them to gently close on the next and if they're already closed.
Just imagine the feeling of them getting softer, heavier with all the little muscles around
your eyes, just softening and letting go. Your whole face softening. Your forehead,
soothing and smoothing. Your jaw relaxing. Your shoulders dropping and you just feel
a little bit more deeply relaxed. And as you listen, you might find your breath
becoming slower and deeper
and that's just happening on its own
you don't have to think about it
you don't have to change it
you don't really have to actively think about anything
but your subconscious
takes over
you're just aware of relaxing more
as you begin to shift inward
as your body
prepares to heal
prepares to relax deeply as it prepares
to regenerate
you regenerate the more you relax
and you might just notice your breath
as you breathe in
feeling the air
it's so cool as it enters your body
this is all part of the gentle movement
of your body
the soft
rise and fall
as he feels
fall asleep and you want to make sure that your belly is gently moving up and down. You don't
want your shoulders because that is a sign of stressful, shallow breathing. You want to be doing
slow, deep breaths through your body. That encourages calm. It encourages peace, encourages,
relaxation and body renewal.
The invitation to release, let go.
Just a little bit more with every breath,
which feels even more comfortable.
Just get into the...
Because you feel so good.
You're so amazing.
Little layer of tension when you exhale out.
Engine moves.
Out of your neck.
Out of your back and chest and bad, starts to float on the breath.
Relaxes a little bit more so good.
Of your head, the tits just flows so amazing for sleep.
Every charge, charge your body.
To wake up tomorrow, so fresh, we'll be this feeling.
Just realise that in the moment, you'll begin
to step inside a new space inside yourself
just for you.
A space and place
where exhaustion
just drains away
soaks into warm sunlight.
I need to imagine now in front of you.
Maybe it's a winding
woodland path
the stone trail.
The conscious mind
is guiding you to exactly the right place
where exhaustion can melt away
deeper parts of you
can finally rest
notice how your feet feel
begin to move
don't even need to try
you can just carry you on
honestly a little further
not sure what it is yet
but you can feel it calling you
Like the memory of someone kind,
wrapping a blanket around your shoulders.
Once upon a time when you were held,
being to be strong.
A sentry of sleep.
Closer you get to it.
Body relaxes.
Like you're floating gently forward.
You may begin to feel that soft glow.
Soaking into your skin now.
The muscles of your neck.
Spreading down into your shoulders, melting tension like sunlight, melting snow.
And as you walk, you see something ahead.
A staircase living gently deeper into rest.
Steps in total.
Your body sinks into deeper relaxation.
Staircase of relaxation, the bottom.
You'll feel so...
deeply and utterly relaxed.
So let's begin that now.
Stepping down into calm.
With each step, the noise of the world
fades further away.
Begins to settle into your lips.
Thoughts slow and soften.
Out of sight.
Oh good.
Quiet and healing.
Three, deep inside.
So they begins to run.
replenish, doubly deeply relaxed again, feeling so utterly relaxed. Breathe it.
Loves like clackering in the distance, lavender or vanilla. There are some things
you begin to notice. You know that you are not broken. You are not weak. You are not behind.
you were just simply tired.
Being tied is a sign of effort.
It turns when you've been strong for a bit too long.
So accept the tideness.
Let it be here.
Exhaustion that's been running through your body,
heavy and fast,
carrying the weight of overwork,
overgiving,
thinking can just be here because something in in inmate, something ancient and wise,
something even genetic, how to recover, you pretty inside of you.
Your body knows, and just like a garden, pretty resting.
For the surface, renewal.
To breathe just a little more bit by bit, taking you in.
You won't overdo it to the future.
Give yourself permission to rest and reset just like you're doing now.
Because everyone needs to.
It's not weakness to relax, to rest.
Make yourself well.
That's a strength and it's something not only you need to imagine a lantern.
The very centre of your chest.
A soft light, once bright now flickering from too many days it never was.
It's just now waiting for you to come back to it and as you rest now, as your shoulders grow again.
Not by four, nor to the fire within you to again, radiant and powerful,
illuminating your whole being from the inside.
inside air because you were never meant to enjoy this moment.
Every time you notice light and candlelight in the future
of the sound of a soft exhale.
Your body remembers this light within you.
This feeling, this moment of restoring your power,
that's your anchor now,
so even tomorrow,
when something pulls,
your energy again.
You can pause.
See the light into peace.
Rewriting patterns now.
Not overnight,
but gradually,
naturally,
to the sound of my voice,
to this hypnosis more and more.
You gradually and naturally
remember
how to switch off,
how to switch off your mind
and body, to rest your nervous system.
Be just maybe.
You believe that you deserve rest.
He rests here in stillness.
And your mind drifts deeper into peace, feeling safe forever.
Maybe it's tomorrow morning.
Maybe you swing your feet over the side of the bed the first time.
In a long time, you don't feel the dread of doing.
You feel the relief of being to take a breath and feel something unfamiliar like a little spark of hope.
And you might smile to yourself, but it feels good to have that spark again.
It feels good.
You'll like yourself.
Burn to yourself.
You feel good for something inside of you is different now.
You not even realise.
until you find yourself, resting more, giving yourself time,
to look after yourself, perhaps even saying no,
to things that drain you.
Without guilt, you're choosing rest, over productivity,
without needing to explain in this moment.
You know a change has begun
because the deepest healing is in go of today.
letting go of the day, putting go of expectations and stress,
letting go of any constructs,
that you are always in demand,
but tonight at least, and your body melts,
and each night of rest will become easier,
will become deeper,
each dream more peaceful,
as you recharge yourself,
bit by bit,
Do this yourself.
Listening to my voice will help you.
But you learn how to relax deeply every night.
You sink and float as you drift away to dreams and healing.
