Hi and welcome to Sleep Cove with me, Christopher Fitten.
Tonight you'll hear a deeply relaxing sleep hypnosis recording
designed to get you to sleep in under 15 minutes.
I really hope you enjoy it and please listen to this recording
in a place where you can safely go to sleep.
Would you like to get as comfortable as you can.
As you become more comfortable, you feel yourself becoming more relaxed.
And you would not perhaps want to go into hypnosis too quickly.
You are here to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing experience.
You may feel that this is your time.
The time for you to enjoy and relax.
here and now, no pressures from the outside world.
This time is just for you.
Please feel free to take a few deep breath.
Slowly in a relaxed breath out.
Slowly in as you feel more comfortable.
You can begin to relax,
perhaps as you feel more relaxed.
you can begin to close your eyes if you have not already.
Your eyes begin to feel heavier and heavier, deeply heavy as you breathe in and imagine
your eyes soften and drop those and you take a deep breath in as you begin to discover
your whole body relaxing.
You may have done it in joy to the experience.
Remember a time.
When you have relaxed deeply before,
you notice the relaxation sensations
returning to your body
and you feel it through your body
from the top of your head
to the tips of your toes
entering your body
entering every muscle, ligament, bone and cell.
Feeling of relaxation is calming, is comfortable, is peaceful.
When you imagine the feelings across your body, you feel that relaxation feeling into your head,
into your forehead relaxing and detensing.
You may discover muscles feel soothed and peaceful.
Noticing this soothing sensation flow into your eyelids as you feel them relaxing.
Perhaps fluttering softer and softer or the tiny little muscles relax and relax.
around your eyes and you do notice the feelings of relaxation spread across your entire face
and into your jaw as your lower jaw relaxes and drops and your face feels so calm
that's right and you enjoy this time you notice this feeling of relaxation is so
spreading to your neck and down into your back,
soothing each muscle as the feeling spreads.
It spreads all the way down,
flowing and spreading this relaxation feeling,
and that's just fine.
It's a wonderful feeling.
Experience the soothing relaxation.
feeling, flow into your chest and down into your stomach. As you feel your stomach relaxing,
you take deep breaths through your stomach, in and out, deeper and deeper relax,
as that breath takes you back to a place where you have been relaxed before.
Perhaps remember a time when you've relaxed deeply before and remember those feelings, those feelings drifting, wondering, coming back and forth.
As your subconscious mind has deep memories and gives you the ability to relax back and forth,
it may feel more real now
as the relaxation sensation
flows into your legs
down into your curves
and through your feet
and into your toes
deeper and deeper
you see that feeling flow down
you can feel that your entire body
feels totally relaxed
from the top of your head
all the way down
to the tips of your toes
and you notice
this entire feeling
spread and soothe
up and down your body
up and down
soothing
relaxing all your muscles
and with each
breath you take, it becomes easier and easier to relax every nerve and muscle, responding to a desire
to relax. Let your subconscious mind be free to imagine a tranquil relaxing place, a safe and
tranquil place, where you feel so peaceful, so comfortable and so relaxed, you're free to wonder
and explore this place with your subconscious. It will guide you, protect you and show you how to
progress. The more you imagine, the more it feels real now.

so peaceful and tranquil.
A place of wonder
and a stream flowing
from your peaceful
unconsciousness.
As you lay on your back
you see a canoe by this stream
and you settle in it and
imagine yourself looking at the sky.
It's so peaceful.
peaceful here, the bottom of the canoe is very soft and comfortable, and as you enjoy nature,
you sink deeper, deeper down. As your subconscious drift deeper and deeper, you may feel
that you can go further. It's a place where you feel relaxation. Like never before,
your body can sense this.
Your subconscious can feel this.
As you travel in your mind's eye,
you are confident in your subconscious thoughts
as the canoe gently begins to drift down the stream.
You look at the beautiful blue sky above you,
and you hear the sound of the water
flowing gently.
It is so relaxing as you drift on the canoe.
On this calm and peaceful stream, the blue sky above is mesmerising, and you can see little clouds float past, with even a couple of birds seemingly dancing together.
In the sky, you could be flying down this stream.
it feels so peaceful
the sounds
the feelings
the sensations of your mind
are flowing
to that sea of peace
where you know
that peace will be discovered
and encountered
the sounds the feelings
the sensations of your mind
is flowing to that sea of peace
and that relaxation feeling flows up and down across your body.
You may feel like you have been here before, or it may be new.
But it doesn't matter.
All that matters is that you are here.
Let your subconscious guide you into a deep subconscious reception of possibility.
a place that is safe and secure, a place that you know is peaceful, that is calm, that is true,
where you are confident and calm, you want to discover other places, your mind may wonder,
you have the ability to do anything but remember.
this dream, as it will take you on your journey as you float with no effort. We have no cares.
You have no responsibilities here. This time is for you. Just for you when you can enjoy.
this personal time where no one can disturb you.
It feels so relaxed on this canoe on the stream.
You will be ready for your journey.
A slow and deep, calm journey
as the more you relax,
the more you feel like you're ready to go deeper.
Your muscles feel soothed and ready to become receptors to positivity.
Your mind and body is ready and wants to accept this positivity and you do accept it.
You know the way you like to have new experiences.
as you are confident in new experiences.
New experiences mean comfort and relaxation.
You are confident in these new experience and this journey
as they mean something good to you now.
You embrace relaxation, comfort and you are confident
ready to go deeper.
as you drift deeper into this calm and comfortable feeling,
you notice that the stream is now flowing into an arch of serenity.
Here a jury boat that is anchored here.
You decide to leave the canoe and you step onto the yacht.
The yacht is large and there are some kind of.
comfortable areas to relax.
There's plenty of room to stretch out
and to enjoy the feeling
of the warm sunshine on your body.
In front of you there is a sunbat
under a reclining chair
when you make a choice to sit in one
feel so relaxing
to be here while the boat
gently sweat, gently
sways in the opaque aquamarine waters as you lie back and allow yourself to relax and you get more comfortable
than you've ever felt before. You enjoy the breathtaking view as you gaze upon the
peaceful sea of serenity. You feel so
the more the boat's ways, the more deeply relaxed. You begin to go into a deep and gentle,
hypnotic rest. You notice that you are surrounded by exciting and dramatic coral reefs.
There stretch as far as your eyes can see them. On this boat, the mass port. The last point,
where you can look into the warm shallow waters that are abundant with the small, brightly coloured reef fairly
around the drop-offs, which are warm and inviting. This is the kind mostly found in dreams.
A jewel of glittering coral clear water, waterfalls of waterfalls of beauty and beauty and
charm, exert an irresistible magnetism and beauty into the sea of serenity. You can escape the cares of the everyday
world here and as you relax again, the boat gently rocks from side to side. You close your eyes
and feel deeper relaxed,
maybe remembering a time as a baby,
being nurtured and lovingly rocked from side to side
and you feel yourself,
becoming more and more deeply relaxed,
and as you rock from side to side,
I want you to count back from,
and each sway can be a number
as you come back from 100, 99, 98, 97.
Those relaxing waves take you deeper and deeper, more and more relax.
So begin counting in your mind as you gently rock from side to side.
Going deeper and deeper and counting.
and counting from 100 down
and if you lose count or lose thought
it doesn't matter
you can start again if you want to
that's fine
there are no rules here
as the boat
rocks
gently
as you count down
in yourself relax even more
your mind and body
or relax.
At peace and in sync
and you're in the deepest possible
level of relaxation now
and you just enjoy it
for a few seconds.
