Starting point is 00:03:41 As the body is now, in a totally safe and relaxed state, pretend your mind is now free from any physical restraints. Contemplates the infinite nature of the universe. Without concepts of time, speed, size or dimension, think of yourself in the chair,
Starting point is 00:04:20 then the room in which you sit. Then think of the whole, building. Imagine you can see the city in which this building is just a speck in the distance, then moving as such to where this nation is just a coloured shape among the many. Then drift deeper into space. The earth becomes like a colourful football, attracting the golf ball moon. They are moving deeper past Mars, Jupiter and Saturn, and other planets that surround the shrinking Sun, until they too become just one of many lovely, sparkling diamonds that surround you. You move deeper, you see that the galaxy itself is just one of the many wondrous sights.
Starting point is 00:05:33 And you see that the universe, you notice that the galaxy itself, is also just one of many as you look back. It is one of the many galaxies. Elyptych or irregular. One small shape of light. A spiral, becoming larger and larger, until the enormous spiral of the Milky Way our own gulfs everything.
Starting point is 00:06:16 Many unusual, but somehow familiar heavenly sights. Now become apparent as you recognise our star, the sun and our solar system. Begin to take focus, the ice-cold Uranus and Neptune, gas giants, Jupiter and Sutton, with its mysterious rings, become visible to your naked eye. Now our lovely blue earth, shows again the contours of the sea and land. You see the shape of your country. Your city, this building, this room, with you in the... Then go deeper within.
Starting point is 00:07:21 Go deeper inside your body. Through your muscles, through your skin, in your mind's eye. And you go deeper within yourself. deeper within the atoms that form them. And you imagine this universe, deeper into this universe. It's infinite depth, deeper within yourself. You are pleased to feel more at time.
Starting point is 00:08:02 More alert. This is where you want to be. Is a set of three semi-translucent curtains shimmering one before the other. you find yourself passing through them and entering your road deep in a place the place where you really want to be each time you pass
Starting point is 00:08:43 through a curtain it deepens your relaxation tenfold you are sliding through the first curtain feeling deeper and deeper and feeling its silky texture as you glide effortlessly through that you are even more relaxed you are ten times more relaxed again
Starting point is 00:09:26 you pass through the third curtain going ten times deeper and more relaxed you imagine the pleasant surprise that you find yourself in a beautiful garden how it's safe from the pressures and toils of the outside world In this safe, calm place, you may notice the scent from your favourite flowers.
Starting point is 00:10:12 You inhale the lovely smell. From the plants, the lush grass rolls down, to a calm, clean stream, laced with the silver ripples of light, as it flows by at the bottom of the garden, as you sit on a comfortable old bench, with a solid wood table everything is somehow familiar
Starting point is 00:10:45 and reassuring many pieces of interesting wrought iron and garden ornaments seem appropriately placed you remember similar familiar places that make you feel good and well
Starting point is 00:11:12 you know that they will be everything you need just to be as you place your right hand on the old wood table. You realise you are easily in control of this inner place of yourself and your body. You can regulate your breathing without too much effort and breathing will naturally be slow and easy. You know how to do this. as you've done it before, so comfortably breathing in. You can control the outer body to reflect a calm, cooler presence.
Starting point is 00:12:22 Your heart rate might have slowed if needed and no longer there is any need to worry about being alone with stress or anxiety as this home is always within you. You are in control and the secure, in a deep place, deep and deep within yourself, where outside worries don't matter. So I hope you enjoyed the preview.
