Starting point is 00:02:59 Firstly, here's a preview of the episode. Please listen to this episode where you can safely sleep and let's begin. body go. Heavy, isn't that? Let it sink comfortably into the sun and does. You are feeling drowsier and drowsier.
Starting point is 00:03:32 Your eyelids are becoming heavier and heavier and your eyes. Presently, they will want to close as soon as you feel they are wanting to close. Just let them go
Starting point is 00:03:57 and they will close. entirely on their own. Just let yourself relax. You can feel the heat to the sun on your body. You are feeling warm and comfortable. Completely at peace and feeling of relaxation. It's now spreading into your neck, your shoulders, your arms. Let your shoulders drop and relax. Let your neck muscles relax. Just let them go. Your neck and your shoulders feel so good. and this relaxing feeling moves down your arms, letting them go limp and slack. And you can feel a feeling of heaviness in your arms.
Starting point is 00:05:18 Arms are becoming just as heavy as let. Arms go. Let them relax completely. You're becoming more and more tired. And this feeling moves into your face, mixing your jaw. Maybe letting it open a little, and your cheeks relax.
Starting point is 00:05:59 or muscles around your eyes rather. All head relaxes, smooths out and detenters. And you feel so good. You feel so at peace. So, just rest here for a little time in a few moments. I'm going to count slowly up to five. And as I do, you will take five very deep breaths. You breathe out.
Starting point is 00:07:12 You will become more and more. We'll become deeper and deeper. Take another deep breath. You're becoming even more deeply relaxed. Sleep becoming deeper and deeper. You take another deep breath. You take another very deep breath. Becoming more and more deeply relaxed.
Starting point is 00:08:13 Sleep becoming more and more. So soothing as you do so, you will feel yourself, thinking deeper into the bed. And you will become as deeply relaxed. deep breath now. Feel your chest. Waste as relaxed as before. I hope you enjoyed listening to the preview.
