Hi and welcome to Sleep Cove and welcome to the Self-Love Meditation.
In this meditation you'll cultivate a deep sense of love and compassion for yourself.
In this meditation you will gain self-acceptance, self-compassion and a positive self-image
with a goal of growing greater self-esteem, self-confidence and overall well-being.
By practicing self-love meditation regularly, you'll become more compassionate towards yourself
and develop a more positive attitude towards your strengths and weaknesses.
This can be a challenging task, especially in a world that often tells us we are not enough.
However, it is essential for our well-being to learn to love ourselves fully and unconditionally,
To begin with, there will be a guided meditation for relaxation, so this recording is perfect to use before you sleep.
So please get in a comfortable position where you can safely go to sleep.
And let's take a deep breath in through your nose,
bidding your lungs completely with a hold the breath for a few seconds.
and then exhale slowly through your mouth,
releasing all of the air from your lungs.
Repeat this for a few times,
inhaling deeply, exhaling slowly.
Do it with you.
Breathe in for the count of three for two
and relax out for three.
So breathe in,
one and two and three. Hold one and two and two and then out. One breathe in two and two and three.
One last time. Breathe in deeply. For one, relax and breathe out. One as you continue to breathe your tensions of your body that are holding tension.
or stress. Perhaps you feel tightness in your shoulders or your jaw is clenched. Maybe your
hips or lower back are feeling time releasing any tension or stress from these aerial muscles
to soften like you to imagine a candle about three feet in front of you. It's a long,
white perfectly straight candlestick.
Right now, imagine a candle in front of you.

with a bright flame on top of it.
With a firm but comfortable gaze
if you could find the brightest spot
within the brilliant light at the centre.
Right at the top focus.
Focus your attention on that right spot and keep your attention right there.
Look more deeply into the light.
See if you can find the centre of the list of something else.
Gently bring it back.
Keep looking into the centre.
Now mentally bring that your forehead.
As you locate it there, flowing from the centre.
filling your entire head with a serene, peaceful warm, a feeling of relaxation.
Feel how the energy from this light restores within you a sense of well-being
and deep when your head is completely filled with light.
Bring the flame down into your chest and place it into the center of your heart.
your entire torso, completely filling organs, bones and tendons with radiant, peaceful, calming energy.
That relaxes your entire body and relaxes everything it touches every space.
Feel the warmth, continue to pull, making your body feel so relaxed, close up into your neck and down.
Beautiful night, pour into your torso, down into your hips and waist, and through into your legs and into your feet.
Your entire body is filled with this relaxing night.
The limits of your skin.
Imagine the light, pouring just a few inches.
Now, a few feet.
Let it stream, imagine.
Forget about this wonderful round.
relaxing wall, just brilliant that you can't even see the right side of your body.
Now did it go beyond where the walls were and watch it keep going as far as your mind can imagine in front of you,
pouring endlessly into the universe.
Feel the energy of it, a relaxing energy in front of you,
is wondrous light, as if all things have been replaced by night.
Now let as you can think the floor has disappeared and above you, as if there are everywhere you.
There is a new. Now enjoy this clear space. In this space, you're quiet, free and at peace.
Here's a resting place for you.
just to enjoy this relaxation, the warmth of the light, a tranquil retreat into open space.
So now the warm and soothing light that filled you that filled your body has washed away any of your present coal,
which is to cultivate and deep for yourself.
Now you realise radiated through our minds are,
whole body inside.
You repeat.
You repeat this mantra.
One last time.
You continue to breathe deeply.
Bring to mind an image of yourself as a child.
See yourself at a young age.
Innocent and full of joy.
You love yourself.
Feel a sense of tenderness and compassion.
You may notice that you feel a protective instinct
towards this child,
wanting to keep them safe and happy in wrapping your adult arm of yourself.
Hold yourself close, feeling the warmth and safety of your own embrace.
Say to yourself just as you are.
You are perfect, just the one.
And again say, I love you just as you are.
You are perfect, just as you are.
You are perfect.
Just on the way to sink in, feeling their truth in your heart as you continue.
To hold yourself, bring to mind any parts of yourself that you have struggled to love parts of yourself,
that you have judged or criticized in the part of yourself that you have tried to hide or deny.
these parts of yourself
with compassion
and love
just as you did
repeat again
you are perfect
just the world
now these words
to penetrate
any barriers
you have put up against
these parts of yourself
and feel a sense
of healing
and wholeness in that
as you continue to hold yourself
imagine that you're surrounded
by a circle of
are loving beings. Beings may be angels, spirit guides, loved ones who have passed away,
any other form of divine love, their love and presence surrounding you. Know that you are never
alone, no matter what is or struggles that you are currently facing. These challenges may be external,
such as a difficult work situation.
This issue may be internal limiting, but whatever challenges you're facing,
see them with compassion and resilient.
As you continue to hold yourself and receive the love and support of the circle around you,
imagine that you're surrounded by a glowing golden bubble of light.
This bubble is here to protect you and keep you.
you safe as you move through the world with confidence and grace.
Know that you are always surrounded by love and light a valuable and precious being.
Repeat to yourself, I love and accept myself completely.
I am worthy of love and happiness.
And again, myself, now take a few slow, deep breath.
feeling a sense of peace and contentment will show for you.

Hold in 3.
Know that you can return to this feeling of self-love
and compassion at any time,
simply by focusing your attention on your heart's
