A podcast that uncovers the rituals, unspoken habits and mindsets of extraordinary people.
Starting point is 00:00:33 A podcast powered by habit nest. Now here's your host, Jennifer Cohen. You are, I mean, maybe all the breathing and cold has made you very patient as well, because you've been a rock star with waiting for this whole thing to happen, so thank you. Easy, though. And by the way, I think the coronavirus infection and the mindset of people, they have an absolute relationship. People are in paranoia or in fear. They are much more susceptible to the virus infection because in the end emotions have a direct mirrored effect on the DNA genome expressions and in this case fear and panic and paranoia makes the people only shut down the wrong
Starting point is 00:01:49 to down the wrong genomes that weekends the system and with that the immune system. So I can understand when we have a podcast that nobody is able to get around, it's not factual. People are growing in the dark, they don't know what they are doing. And it looks, but it is also, it is ridiculous. It's not factual what the governments do, but they are in power. So everybody follows them. And they got the police and they got the extension of the law and this and that, all on their sides. Everybody following like sheep and being a panic and limiting the working, the normal thriving of energy within the people, it, I tell you, the mentality of a population is very
Starting point is 00:02:52 much related to the outcome in this case in America, negative, because there are so many people getting affected. Everybody is in a paranoia and in fear what's going on guys. It gets some common sense. Nature knows and talking about habits and household like what we do. We bring about, if you don't know what to do in life, and you have no direction, just ask a little bit, and get the right habits on, and then you find your way. And that way is perfectly made by Mother Nature to be able to be happy, strong, and healthy.
Starting point is 00:03:38 And happiness is the hormonal system. Health is the immune system, and the metabolic energy processes in the cells that is powered, that's energy. And we have shown this in science to be able to affect, influence, to control much more than a science is using in general healthcare and for that we need to get with these podcasts out there in common sense reaching people. Hey guys, guys, guys, Mother and Nature, man that's completely different than what governments are doing.
Starting point is 00:04:16 They are not into healthcare, they are into power, into regulating us. They are not factual. They are not factual, guys. Science is saying a complete different thing than what the governments are doing and what they are doing with the working population because most of the people only when they have real underlying conditions with a weakened immune system and or older people over the 70 when the immune system begins to lessen in efficacy, then they are able to or success to success to the virus. And that's only logic that happens in flu, happens in influenza, happens in many of those epidemics. They should not just talk about masks and distancing and not working anymore, but in fear in us, they should
Starting point is 00:05:18 talk about, is there a scientific proof that we as individuals, like everybody, is able to tap into the immune system and be much better prepared against a virus right now and I tell you this is what we have shown in 2014 we have shown and that is through habits guys through habit a cold shower day keeps the doctor away This is what I'm saying and I say going to breathing exercises and learn how to activate Stress mechanisms within your control The and a bacterial stress is stressed, viral stress is viral, viral stress, emotional stress, mental stress, spiritual stress, it's all stress in the end, it is cell, biological stress and you are capable of handling that.
Starting point is 00:06:18 But a much more than before, insides were stated, people to be able to do. And why are they not getting into it? Because they are into money. They are into power. They don't give a shit about the hell of people. They don't care about what happens with people. They care about the textile, about the way their seat of power is being made and if they sit comfortable and can look over and satimize the planet, exploit the people, be insensitive and stay within the power.
Starting point is 00:06:57 Mother fuckers, they are, they are dropped, with a, with aloving buck called power and they are misleading us. Okay, this is my opinion, but in 2014 we have shown in competitive study and it has gotten into this university books. What we have shown for the first time in medical science to get into the atomic nervous system, into the immune system, which is now the case. And nobody's talking about it. What is this? So for that, these podcasts are so important to get in common sense with the people.
Starting point is 00:07:42 It has been shown only they will not show this in regular healthcare, mental healthcare, they will not. And I'm doing all the time the studies. I'm not just. What is that? What is the atomic immune system? Explain what it is and how someone could improve it. Because I think a lot of this, like you're saying, could be, right now especially it's so much stress, everyone is getting stressed, which leads to more illness, leads to more emotional, mental health problems.
Starting point is 00:08:15 And if we can get to the core of starting to work on helping that foundation and basics, it can help with other things. So talk about that. Talk about the atomic immune system and talk about how someone can start, not just getting common sense. My mother used to always say common sense isn't so common.
Starting point is 00:08:38 How do people begin and explain the atomic immune system? Yes. So we are talking right now emotional stress, which is panic for paranoia. That affects directly on the DNA on the DNA. It simply does. If a person isn't fear, he is weaker than a person who is self-confident. Why is that? How does that work? How does it work? Your will, what you feel and the way you guide us
Starting point is 00:09:15 are neuro transmitters. So when we strip it all, then it is neuro transmitters. Our will, our thoughts is neuro transmitters. Our will, our thoughts, neuro transmitters, are like pushing buttons inside and they signal to the DNA and the DNA is in the cell. And in the cell we got genomes and those genomes are little buttons and they need to be switched on to make things work.
Starting point is 00:09:46 Some need to switch off to make things not work. But in the end, it is the balance. The balance and the homeostasis and the body which needs to be done. But then comes fear. Then comes anxiety and that is going to get you out of balance. It's just pushing the wrong buttons, the wrong genomes in the DNA and suddenly you get shut down. You don't feel energy anymore, you get a burnout, you feel like a sick because all the metabolic processes are being ignited through these buttons, through these, but if you're
Starting point is 00:10:29 wrongly negatively are influencing those with signals coming from the brain, then you get a no-flow. It stops. You begin to mess with the biochemistry caused by the wrong buttons being pushed into the DNA. I'm doing the study right now with San Francisco with top researchers in the field in the world and we got remarkable findings how to influence the DNA, which is responsible for the equilibrium within us, the balance in life, and to have this absolute sense of control. And rejuvenate, rejuvenate, that what is damage than all. We are able to do all those things in the new study it will be showing. So I tell the people, anger and emotions have a direct influence on the working of your system.
Starting point is 00:11:35 It should be a balance. If it is not, you get a deregulated immune system. Just through the emotion. That is one. Then number two, when inflammation happens, inflammation is, for example, when you become susceptible to the virus and some are you pick it up, then inflammation in the beginning, it is very, you can control that, bring it back to balance. I mean, a body in balance has a perfect working immune system. It knows how to grab on to the intruder at the beginning. But if it doesn't work as good, then it doesn't see, it doesn't recognize the intruder. And then it begins to fire up into the body, fever, inflammation, inflammatory markets, begin to crawl and duplicate, copy, and a latch on to the membranes of all the cells. Yeah, that sickness, when the wrong thing is taken over and deregulating our immune cells,
Starting point is 00:12:54 and then we are going to be in fire. Once we get into fire, then, hey man, now you have to go to intensive care because the house is on fire. But when the level fire starts, the beginning and you feel it, you can feel these symptoms. You can feel feverish, feel awkward. Those are the symptoms of COVID. They come as inflammation. And at the beginning beginning we are very
Starting point is 00:13:25 able to control that. So the thing is before in science it was stated you cannot control your emotions, you cannot control inflammation. This is the the the common paradigm. In medical science, you cannot control the emotions and you cannot control information. And now I say, you can. We have shown this in science. That doesn't make money for big industries. Right.
Starting point is 00:14:01 For far more. But don't want people to be in control of their emotion and over their inflammation. Hey, I can understand that, but it is a sick world therein. It doesn't care and we have to bring, is there a way to get into the autonomic nervous system. The autonomic nervous system means that what is outside of our will, regulating all kinds of mechanisms and organs within our body. How do you have? Oh, go ahead. That's good. Last thing. The autonomic nervous. We, in 2014, we have shown in a competitive study, everybody needs to understand this fact. For the first time in medical science,
Starting point is 00:14:53 we have shown with a group of people being injected with a E. coli bacteria to not get sick. That was after thousands who all became sick and then 12 people I trained within a couple of days did not became sick 100% score and then they saw they were tapping into the autonomic nervous system. That is something that was outside of our will. Now it was fully within their willful control. And with that the innate immune system, they could suppress that what causes disease,
Starting point is 00:15:38 that is inflammation, flames, fire, fever, headaches, agony, muscle aches and all that they could bring it down within a quarter of an hour. This was never shown before. And what does it? Breathing, deep breathing, manipulating the biochemistry. In a depth, I'm going to science for people to be able to control. And now it's there. And now it is needed. So that's why it's amazing. Yes. No, as I could say, I saw I read that. I read about it. I studied that you were involved with, obviously, about how they injected you with
Starting point is 00:16:21 like endotoxin or E. coli, whatever it is, and all the normal types of symptoms that you would see, like fever, pain, whatever, all those things, were not shown in this study with you and the group of people, the controlled group that you were involved with, that you were working with. Now, how does that work? How are you able to suppress fever, chills, any of these hardcore symptoms? How are you able not to feel the effects of something that's being injected into you that is literally a flu or a toxin? Like literally a toxin. Yes, it is. And it works like a virus. It all creates inflammation. But how do you do that? How do you do that? Like you're superhuman, we know, but for an average human like myself, yeah, we all have the same capacity. I train, but a lot of people who are training in exercising. I'm
Starting point is 00:17:28 not exercising too much, but I have to say when something is going on in my body, irrationally or whatever, and you cannot control, then I will do something to challenge myself, bring it to the brink and go over it and heal myself. I do that. How through breathing exercise. So, okay, so your breathing technique, the Wim Hof method, of course. Can anybody, truly, can anyone learn this and get to that point where they can Truly, can anyone learn this and get to that point where they can suppress pain, not feel symptoms, build up their tolerance immune system to such a level like yourself? Yes, absolutely. Everybody has an immune system and everybody has the capacity to use his breath. So how do you breathe?
Starting point is 00:18:22 Very simple. Okay, so you keep on saying through breathing. Okay, so I'm breathing. Yes. I've tried a lot of these, you know, I've been, I've done so many of these breathwork classes, so to speak. Yes. I don't know, I'm not under, I don't get it. Like I breathe. I got you, I got you. So Jennifer, let's go and very nice to meet you by the way. What nice to meet you too. Yes, that must be sad. And it must be good.
Starting point is 00:18:54 So relax, relax your body. Yeah. It's like Sunday morning, amazing waking up, it's nice, feels so nice, I'm still half asleep, half in the world, it's all okay, there we are, okay, relax, body is able to store up oxygen into the tissue, that's what we want, We wanted to open up everywhere in your body. Okay. With that view, with that view, a join us. We go for, say, three minutes,
Starting point is 00:19:38 we do a breathing exercise, and then we go for a sort of couple of minutes without breathing and we will do that after exhalation. That means we will cause deep, deep stress into the body, into the brain, but we will feel high. Like a high. Yes. How are you? Nice. That's the right going to feel. But at the same time, you are the alchemist and you are bringing your body in a deep state of stress. It's when a pinnephrin will shoot out through the body which is adrenaline and it will shoot out when it will reset your body the way nature meant it to be. And the way nature meant it to be
Starting point is 00:20:35 is to be happy, to be strong, to be healthy and to be able to control that anytime in any stressor. to control that any time in any stressor. So for that, we are going to create a deep stressful situation of your body and your mind, while you being kind of high and okay, and in fully in control. And if people do this, then stress will go away like a cloud and the sun appears. And that is you. Wow.
Starting point is 00:21:11 Okay. Do you see does it? What do we do? Do we do it now? Yes. Okay. Relaxed. Sunday morning again.
Starting point is 00:21:19 Yes, Sunday morning. You just woke up. Say, it's nice. Okay. Lovely. Lovely. Lovely. Lovely. Lovely. Sunday morning again. Sunday morning you just woke up. Say it's nice. Lovely. Lovely. Good. There we go. We have a belly and a chest. They are connected to the lungs. So you should belly and take a full breath in like... and then you let it go. Pulling in, letting go.
Starting point is 00:21:55 And pulling in. Mind only the breath, Jennifer. Just let it go. Show the people that you are fully into the breath that is the best you can do and it's gonna be all right with that okay we got six breaths no 24 more fully let it go Pull it, let it go. Pull it, you become lightheaded, loom in the body. It's all right.
Starting point is 00:22:32 We are blowing off carpet dioxide, changing the biochemistry. Keep on going, follow the breath. Pull it, let it go. Pull it, let it go. Poole, let it go. Poole, let it go. Whatever you feel different, breathe into it, intensify. No worries, we are just following the life.
Starting point is 00:23:02 The life first, within, the alchemy is changing, the chemistry is changing into the lymphatic, amazing what is happening, we are charging up the body, Let it go. Just mind to breath. That is all what you got to show. Everybody just mind your breath. Let it go. Let it go. Ok, 6 more. Foulien, being like had a tingling all kinds of sensation. All good, Foulien, let it go. Foulmore, calm down, Foulien, let it go. Let it go.
Starting point is 00:24:07 Let it go. Let it go. Here comes the last one. Let it go and stop after the acceleration. Close your mouth. Exhalation. Close your mouth, no breathing, just witness. We are blowing off the carbon dioxide. Your body is very alkaline now. The ride biochemistry is absolutely going on right now. You got a lot of oxygen inside, upto the alkalinity in your
Starting point is 00:24:49 body, your acidity is out of your body, you feel kind of high and it's okay. Like nice, your body however and you mind are in deep stress, but you are in control. Amazing how it works. If you do this in the morning, you feel kind of stressed, or paranoia, or fear, or sickies, you do this, you talk these stress mechanisms by doing this as simple as it is. We changed signs fundamentally by doing this. Just stay in. Okay, three, two, one, fully in. Take a full breath in your heart and squeeze to your head to bring in cerebrose, find a fluid to the brain stand. Three, two, one, let it go. Oh, my. Yes. You feel light headed. Yes. This is when your brain gets a load of neuro-lactivity because your blood flow gets into the depth of the brain. And this cleanses it all. It cleanses the acidity. It cleanses that what is enclosed and what is blocking inside.
Starting point is 00:26:24 The neuro-lactivity is flowing inside of the body. So how long did I hold my breath? Do you know? This was one and a half minute, one and a half minute without air in your lungs. So if you go to round number two, you go two minutes, round number three, two and a half minutes, round number 4, 3 minutes. And what is that?
Starting point is 00:26:49 3 minutes without air in your lungs. That is your control of your conscious will. Being able to change the biochemistry, staying out of the breath, which is the most stressful when you haven't got air within. And then for three minutes without air in your lungs, that is topping, mastering, activating your stress mechanisms at will. So anything that has caused stress and you could not work it out with this distress will be gone. It will go away because you are in charge of your own stress mechanisms. You do this three, four rounds in the morning. You feel like high and you for the rest of the day you will see
Starting point is 00:27:40 that stress has no chance. That's amazing. So wait, so you're saying so you do 30 deep breaths in and then release it and then on on the 30th breath you hold. Yeah, after the exhalation. Yeah, you hold. So no air in the lungs. And then you're whole for one and a half minutes easy. Anybody can do this. That was like crazy. So that's every day. So then what, so that's, is that a way that someone can begin getting into this,
Starting point is 00:28:17 this kind of like altered state of like actually improving their immune system. Um, can they also... Immune system and the green system... Inflamation. That exists. All what is inflammation goes down through doing this. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:28:36 Everyday. It's improving. And you do this every day. Whenever, whenever you feel not good, use this. This is an absolute tool to bring down that what's wants to come up negatively. You are a charge of your own balance, a equilibrium, all your stages.
Starting point is 00:28:59 Whatever it is called, you are in charge. And this is a great tool. This tool is for free. It's the breath. It's you. You are the magician. You are the alchemist and this should be in regular healthcare for everybody. But they want to make us dependent instead of independent. This, this tried out and I say, I don't believe me, just try it out. Feeling is understanding. I feeling is understanding. That's so true.
Starting point is 00:29:36 And then where does the, because your whole method, your whole Wim Hof method, it's breathing, it's also cold, right? Obviously the whole cold therapy. And is it, also cold, right? Obviously the whole cold therapy. And is it an also commitment meditation? Isn't those three pillars what make you kind of you and yes, super human? Yes. Through doing so much challenges out there in nature, many world records.
Starting point is 00:30:02 And always God, they're crazy. many world records and always God they're crazy. Thing is I always saw the same patterns and the best training you can give to yourself is taking a cold shower, do breathing techniques, know the tool, the power of your own breath, to use to change your own biochemistry. Become the alchemist every day. And then the mindset, whatever your mind is able to direct your body. I've shown this in brain scans. Also, they thought this is not possible. And then I showed it. and then they said, this is a transformational technique
Starting point is 00:30:49 that will change mental healthcare. That's what we want. I believe it. So first of all, so do you first need to master the breath, the breathing before you get into the cold therapy? Because that cold therapy, I mean, is brutal. I mean, I've tried it also. And it was, it was more excruciating than childbirth. And that had two babies.
Starting point is 00:31:13 So they are five and seven. Oh, literally. Yeah. So I mean, I, and I and I'll tell you that cold therapy for me was so hard and Do you how do you so what's the what's first the breathing first then the cold therapy to master? Yes, you have to do yeah, so that's what I thought That breathing changes your body it makes your body a blood alkaline and with the right pH Suddenly you influence the pain receptors. When the body's pH level is changed out, it's more alkaline than the pain receptors are being influenced. You are able to suppress the pain. They switch off. And the thing is, the pain they switch off. And the thing is when you go into the cold, cold is a sort of danger. The cold is a sort of danger. Your heat can be dangerous. Emotions can be dangerous. Mental stress can be dangerous. All kinds of stresses are dangerous and pain are signals.
Starting point is 00:32:26 Pain signals, they are like receptors, they sent messages, neuro transmitters to our brain to act. That's why we get the pain and sometimes there is an opioid crisis in the world and nobody knows how to deal with pain. I tell you, if you will go and learn to do the breathing, you learn to deal with the pain of receptors because you learn to overwrite them because your BH level is right. There will be no danger when your pH level is right. When your pH level is right, your power of adaptation is impeccable.
Starting point is 00:33:12 It's amazing. So because people always say, I'm sure you've heard this, right, that we only have access to 20% of our brains, right? And another one, Jennifer, lately in brain scans, they saw through doing these breathing techniques, which are normally saying, willfully we can control 20% or even less like 16, 17, 18 to 20% of at will. Now they saw the people at will activating hundred percent neural activity inside the brain. In the best percent? Hundred. Hundred. So there's science, science, brain scans. Okay, this is what I want to understand. This is what I wanted to ask you before all this was that,
Starting point is 00:34:07 like before you started, like you started this what, 30 years ago, 40 years ago? Yes, 40, 40, 40 years ago. Okay, so what kind of person were you before even started this, like what made you on this path to even like go into cold therapy, breathing, and to do things that you did, like who climbs, now kill the gyro in their shorts?
Starting point is 00:34:30 Who does a half marathon barefoot and snow? Like who submerges and like basically swims under ice for what was like a hundred meters or whatever it is? Like these are things that it's beyond superhuman. It's like Superman, right? Like, what was, what we are, is what I was looking for when I was 17 and before I was not committed to go into a society which tells us that cancer is normal. We can't do anything that abuse in the cancer is normal. We can't do anything. That abuse in the world is normal.
Starting point is 00:35:06 That cruelty to animals is normal. That war is normal. That disease, it is shit that happens. When that depression is something yet, it happens. I say, I'm gonna do something about it. I don't know how, I don't know what I gotta do, but it starts with a will. It starts, it stops here.
Starting point is 00:35:32 Keep coming back, you got plenty of space. Oof, not how you would have done that. You like working with people you can rely on. Like USAA, who has helped guide the military community for the past 100 years. USAAA, get a quote today. Vitamin water just dropped a new zero sugar flavor called with love. Get the taste of raspberry and dark chocolate for the all warm. All fuzzy, all self-care, zero self-doubt you. Grab a with love today. Vitamin water's zero sugar, nourish doubt you. Grab a with love today. Vitamin water zero sugar.
Starting point is 00:36:06 Nourish every you. Vitamin water is a registered trademark of glass O. So you had a will you all you had at 17 was a will. What was the first thing that you did then at 17 to push boundaries and to kind of counter all this other you know society telling you about cancer and disease. What was the first thing that you did? First thing was I was looking into all kinds of esoteric disciplines books, philosophies, religions, and so forth and I became a thinker, contemplator, how to solve this. What is there that could change all this? Do we have to I found myself a Sunday morning attracted to go into icy water. It just came like a gut feeling, like intuition.
Starting point is 00:37:12 It just go a feeling, a feeling. Right. There is no why. There is no question. Everybody knew at that time, cold water is no good. It's freezing. It's bad for you. It's a hostile energy. It's an aggressor and all that time. Cold water is no good. It's freezing. It's bad for you. It's a hostile energy. It's an aggressor and all that shit. But I went in and I felt great. I felt deep connection. And that deep
Starting point is 00:37:36 connection gave me the power to change whatever I was thinking and feeling and that brought me through intuition back the other day and I felt the same. I felt this this is it without thinking this is it. It's like when you first lay your eyes on somebody who's your love it's been there you are. You don't need to know at that moment. Hey, do you love him? What is love? Should I do that? No fuck, you want to go into it. I was a soul-searcher. I felt my ding moment at that moment and I came back the other day and the confusion and the doubt was completely gone. Because you think sometimes, yeah, it must be not true, maybe nothing is going to happen now, but the other day the same thing. And then again, again, every day since then, every winter, every day, I'm in the water. I'm in the water and I started with the first thing what you learn consciously to do
Starting point is 00:38:47 when you begin to look, observe more is you breathe all the way deep when you go into cold water. Right. And I began to cultivate that deep breathing and I've made me able to immerse into the water longer a time and I could hold my breath for seven minutes under the ice. So every day I did that in a very controlled way that is just making use of deep breathing that in the ant results into carbohydrates I've been blown off and I was fully in control in the cold water. Just a couple of months after my first immersion that was and for some reason I was able to stay for such a long time. There is no time when you go
Starting point is 00:39:53 for such a long time into the water, under the water, under the ice, you get into deeper realms of yourself. Like in a fetus position, I've done it ever since, all winter, every day. And because people say, hey, that guy is crazy, what he is doing, that's why for 25 years, I had nobody knowing that I was doing this. Only friends maybe, a little bit, yeah, I like cold water, but I'm not indulging too much in philosophies and talking conversations about it. No, 25 years later and then I knew the gold, of course, how it works, how it changed my physiology, how it changed my mind.
Starting point is 00:40:45 Cause every time going consciously into a stressor, a deep aggressive stressor, a learning about it, it's learning how to ignite the right defense system through the stress mechanisms in the brain that makes you able just by thinking to change your chemistry or your monosystem, your vasculous system. And that has shown recently in brain scans. They had, I could only think in brain scans, that's why I talk about minds that so much. In the brain scan, you can only think, you can't deep breathing, you cannot do contractions
Starting point is 00:41:33 because you got a blurred image of the brain scans. So they ask you to do nothing, but maybe you can think, that's it, but stay motionless. And what I did was just by the power of my intention using the thought, I was able to make skin temperature, not going down after exposure of ice water. You see? That is Jennifer, that is who we are. We have never been schooled.
Starting point is 00:42:10 We learn about history, we learn about mathematics and all. We learn to be part of a system which is sanitizing the planet, who doesn't know how to deal with a virus, but making vaccines and keep on sanitizing us all with the ridiculous regulations all in power they haven't even got power over themselves they are not happy and on what I say we have to teach the children in the schools and I'm showing this every time in science that where how to become the master over the hormonal system to be and regulate their own mood that hormones dopamine serotonin can abinoids opiates opiates forgot say they sat opium crisis in the world
Starting point is 00:42:59 I've shown how to tap into the opioid center into the deepest part of the brain and activated robustly. So, I mean, just by thought you are able to ignite those symptoms in the brain that then releases hormones in the body through which you don't feel pain. Because you are above pain. Pain signals are good. Yes, they are like signals, messages. Right. But if you are able to bring your body in the right pH level, in your right perception,
Starting point is 00:43:41 in the right neurology, which is consciousness, then you transcend pain. You transcend the cause and effect of the pain. The messenger then is no longer needed. You don't feel pain and you solve the underlying cause of it all. More from our guest, but first a few words from our sponsor. causal, the course of it all. Like you're able to figure out a way to self-regulate your emotions at a younger age. It would help so many people
Starting point is 00:46:47 who then develop from when they're younger to when they're adults, the anxiety, the depression, a lot of these emotional, mental issues. Now, you know what you should do not, you know, to give you another thing to do, but there should be a program that's developed. Maybe you can develop a program for kids or people who are younger to start this. I will. I am into it right now. So you got that right and that's very good. You're an observative, intelligent woman and that's why you do this podcast.
Starting point is 00:47:26 These podcasts because you have an inquisitive nature and that is yeah we need people with an inquisitive nature who look further than the existing paradigm which is not able to solve anything and a lot of anxiety and depression is on the rise and this is we are talking the new generation for God's sake. What did you with our children? We make them depressed. Thank you very much. Great society, great civilization. Let's go for a position in that society and make the children from this generation also incapable of regulating their own happiness from God's sake. And so it is time that we stand up and show through science, no speculation. Hey guys, hey kids, hey mothers, hey fathers, you love your kids, get on to this.
Starting point is 00:48:21 There is a free app, there is a free app. I go through science guys and I pay a lot every month to get an app free, free out. So everybody is able to understand these are the basics and they concern you because you are very able to do what I did and they call it super human. So the ice man, extraordinary, and this, you are fucking extraordinary, very yourself. So be yourself, find the happiness now because the rest is bitches. I know, I like that, I love it
Starting point is 00:49:00 because I think the real pandemic is children's emotional, the emotional inability to act, to self-regulate and all these mental health issues that are becoming so, like, it's becoming like the norm where now if a kid is just happy and okay, that's kind of the strange thing, right? It's becoming acceptable that children, that children have all these like emotional issues, especially with social media and this pandemic and all the isolation that's happening now. If there is a way at a younger age, I'll help you with that program because I think it's extremely important to get it at a young age, get it before they hit the teens, the
Starting point is 00:49:46 adults, figuring out a way to kind of like hone themselves, self-regulate, breathe properly, kind of just like... Yes, yes, Jennifer, and it is simple. It is simple. It is the breathing. And it stays taken at a cold shower. It keeps the doctor with it means that is vascular fitness. Vascular fitness is 70,000 miles in each and every one of us. Those are the various decapillaries and the arteries. And they help their heart
Starting point is 00:50:19 weight, the heart rate going down with 2230 beats a minute that means stress is going away just through a cold shower How about habits habits? Hey make that a habit guys hustle yourself into their cold shower and get a habit going girls with this the best thing you can do for yourself It's the vascular fitness and begins with 30 seconds a child I see a lot of children six years, seven years, eight years, doing this to 10 minutes. And they love it. The new generation needs to be reached.
Starting point is 00:50:57 The new generation ain't got no shit to do with the old paradigm. The old paradigm is sick. It's absolute. It is CTRL old, delete. Goodbye. Done. I have to, came my screen and have fun.
Starting point is 00:51:15 Happiness, strength and health. There, instead of serving something that makes them seated for the rest of eternity in a power seat without caring for us. So it is over, it's done and it's very simple breathing, cultural and you believe in yourself. Not in something else out there, not that I cannot do it, I cannot do it, I cannot do it. It's going to manifest. I can't, I can't, I'm bloody can. For children, I say bloody can. I don't say fucking can. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, there. It is love. I don't say you love, you love to fuck. Isn't it? So make it fucking real every day to be happy strong and healthy love life life like you
Starting point is 00:52:11 Love the fuck and that is there It's there man, and that is what I want to get to my children to all the children in the world all the innocence I want to serve with love, with happiness, strength and health, and it's all backed up through science. So, for God's sake, let's start up. I love it. That's so positive, so empowering. So then take a cold shower for a minimum of 30 seconds a day, right? Do that breathing technique, at least once a day, the 30 seconds in and then on the Excel hold and work your way up.
Starting point is 00:52:50 And then tell yourself you can versus you can, which I love. Now, this is the thing. I always tell people that too, but people are like, it's not that easy. Like, if you're ready, have some, if you're somewhat a person who's, again, like don't have that confidence, is, are
Starting point is 00:53:06 you saying, because this is what I say all the time, it's about what you're, what kind of like self-talk, what you tell yourself in your head is what it, what will become. So if you say you can't, you can't, if you say you can, you can, right? So you're saying, if you just tell yourself over and over again, yes, I can, yes, I can, that eventually changes your brain chemistry to believe that you can. Yes. Yes. Not only, guys, listen, we are built to be happy, strong and healthy.
Starting point is 00:53:38 So let's get back to the core. Anything we are schooled in that brings us out of our own happiness, our own strength and our own health, our own energy and we don't know what we are doing. The purpose of life is to be happy, strong and healthy. That is the guide. The guide is always happy, strong and healthy. It shows you how life is the way to go. The way to go is everyday with a happy guide in front of you.
Starting point is 00:54:05 You would just follow and enjoy the view. And it's amazing. Everybody can do this. And if you think, oh, but I got this and he's been teasing me and I got back notes. Man, don't let that stress yourself up. The best of yourself, you can learn to be controlled by learning to activate the adrenal axis consciously. I want to show the power of this breathing. This is for people, children who are in the predicament of emotional stress, could be teasing on school, results, they don't get numbers and ciphers and a's and b's and all that and they are not able and they're deady
Starting point is 00:54:53 is upon them because they have to perform and they cannot just too much stress and all whatever it comes in millions of ways. So for all that we have to have a tool to make the stress go away. Now, the question is, do we have found a tool that is able to make that stress go away in any shape? It is. Do you understand? Do you understand what I'm saying? It is there and then I will explain what it is. Yes. You follow me. I'm following you. Yes. Good because if you follow me the rest is able to follow as well. So for any stress, there is a solution within us. Because it happens within us. And when it happens within us, we are able to tap in to a deeper level, even and to regulate whatever is stressing us and getting us out of balance, deregulating, we are able to tap in and to regulate this way or that way or that way or that way or that way or this way.
Starting point is 00:56:11 It doesn't matter what way, it will go away. Through this, see these breathing techniques, namely, maybe you didn't feel that that way because it worked so high. It goes so deep into the stress, mechanisms of our brain, that anything that is deregulated through external stresses, the numbers in school, the paper that you are teasing, the expectations your dad has or your mom or this or that, all that is stressing you and you are not able to get a tap into that. And for that we found the deepest part of our brain can be controlled. This was known in science for humans not to be possible, but now they saw these breathing techniques inside brain scans tapping into the depth of our brain thought of inaccessible, now is accessible.
Starting point is 00:57:15 And then they saw in the blood the amount of adrenaline caused by the breathing exercise you just did. Everybody is able to do what you just did. Isn't that? Don't you think? Everybody is able to do 30% and let it go again and go just stay with the breath guys. Don't think about your morbid or this or the results or this or whatever. Just stay for a couple of minutes just with your breath. Then the neurology of your brain goes with the breath and then suddenly you have manipulated the chemistry and then the body becomes very alkaline, you don't need to breathe for minutes
Starting point is 00:58:03 and that causes a deep reflex in the deepest part of the brain and that begins to shoot out spike adrenaline and that adrenaline, you do not even sense it but it's there and it deals with stress with a stressful situation and it shows that the with a stressful situation. And it shows that the amount of adrenaline activated through doing these breathing exercises is higher in level in amounts than people in a comparative study they saw this, than people taking the blood before they go into their first bite-cheat jump. Really? See what I mean?
Starting point is 00:58:45 Yes. Yes. I do. I do see. You know, adrenaline is higher. You can. So you have your adrenaline is higher doing it, like doing the breathing technique that it is if you're just doing a bungee jump, like going to bungee
Starting point is 00:58:58 jump. It's like when you have a hard attack, when people have a hard attack and a vacadia arrest, they shoot in adrenaline, pure adrenaline. This does the same. I wonder. It's amazing. I understand that. I do, because I'm a big exercise person.
Starting point is 00:59:18 I love to run, right? And I wonder if it's the same, when you do cardio, you know, you're breathing heavily, you're getting in and out like that. And they call it a runner's high, right? Because it's like you're in door, you're releasing a lot of endorphins when you're running and you're breathing. Ah, yes.
Starting point is 00:59:33 I'm sure there's a correlation between that, right? Oh, yeah. The endorphins, the endorphins, dopamine serotonins, and they are in the depth of our brain. Through this rigorous, different, exercising muscular tone, and your breathing, and keep on going, making a different biochemistry going and that different biochemistry is able then to tap into deeper rounds than your normal conditions consciousness, your normal perception. So the blood goes into the deeper areas of the brain and then serotonin or endorphins are being released But through this breathing techniques, you go even deeper. You go into the
Starting point is 01:00:27 Patti Aquadaptor, great hammy sphere. That is the most primitive part of the brain. It's between the spine and the brain. And there is pure being. There is the pain. There is the pain, there is the inferior. Things you cannot explain, they are there. They are not connected to our mind, but now it has been shown in these brain scans that we are able to tap into those areas. And this was thought of inaccessible. Okay, let's make it short. For those guys, young people
Starting point is 01:01:08 who are into the oppression will feel bad and will are into emotional distress. Whatever in the causes, you are able to regulate that mood in any shape. This here and we pass it in any shape. This here and we pass it on to you. It's unbelievable. Like you are. Like you spirit is. It is unbelievable. So get into that and learn to're the master of your own mind. Learn that. Go 20 years from now on. Maybe then I learned to master your mind. When people are 35 there, just fucked up most of time. They don't know what is mastery of the mind. They don't know where they are not the captains of their soul. They don't know what the purpose is, no, they survive. In society, trying to get money, to get this, and to get some sense of clarification. Hey man, there is more than needs the eye. When you have children, you know. Office Depot Office Max has great deals on everything you need to succeed,
Starting point is 01:02:21 like stylish furniture and chairs to keep you working comfortably, the latest tech to keep you organized and productive, calendars and planners to keep you on schedule, and cleaning supplies to keep your space spotless. Starting point is 01:02:50 Everybody does. But your gym, your watch, your yoga pants, they pretend you won't. So when you miss a day, eat the pancakes. Give up on a workout? You failed? Seriously. What the hell? We're body.
Starting point is 01:03:07 We've been a part of that too. But not anymore. A body where rejecting perfection. An embracing reality. Not in a pizza Monday kind of way. And a loving your whole life kind of way. In a, this workout is fun. And it's okay if I take a week off kind of way.
Starting point is 01:03:24 And then, I'm eating healthy. And it's okay if I take a week off kind of way. And then, I'm eating healthy and it's okay if I indulge kind of way. In a, I like myself no matter what kind of way. Yeah, you will fail. We all will. But we're not gonna let that be the end. You see that? We're already making progress. So let's keep going.
Starting point is 01:03:42 We are Body. Start your free trial at Body.com. That's B-O-D-I-.com. That's so sure. I have a couple of questions for you though, but that. So if you were to do this on kids, I'm going to try this with my 7 year old. Now, can you have to do the 30 breaths? You have to hold your... How long should you start by holding your breath? Because, you know, You have to hold your... How long should you start by holding your breath? Because, you know, three minutes... For a kid, for a kid. I did it with a kid of a four-year-old.
Starting point is 01:04:15 Let the rheumat, rheumatoid arthritis. So it shows that you beat also the inflammation. The inflammation goes down if you do this. Right. So again, a four years old is already able to go one minute, one and a half, 90 seconds, not breathing, that force. Okay, so doing this. A minute and 90 seconds.
Starting point is 01:04:44 Show them clearly. Yes. Show them clearly and they kind of love it. They kind of, if you, there's a challenge, as a feeling, they see it as a feeling. And it's kind of nice feeling. Look what I can do. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:05:02 You know, yeah. You know, there will be in the sort of trans. I think that's great for kids. Yeah, you know what Jennifer, it shows that meditation in schools also brings great results with kids who are in very much stress and emotional and they have to stay after the school. They some about him or they did that scientific experiment with a psychological experiment having kids meditating. They are caught into a result when sky high because they learn to deal with the stress.
Starting point is 01:05:50 Yes. Oh no. Do you meditate then regularly? No, no. I tell you why. They have been comparing these breathing techniques in brain scans, in brain scans, together with people who are meditating for four hours a day, for years, for years, practitioners, for years, four hours a day, and it appears that these breathing techniques, they tap in deeper inside the brain than people doing four hours of mindfulness for years. Within 10 minutes. That's... Anybody can do that. inside the brain than people doing four hours of mindfulness for years. Wow.
Starting point is 01:06:25 Within 10 minutes. That's right. Anybody can do that. Yeah. That is you. Yes. That is the breath. It's nothing more than logic.
Starting point is 01:06:34 The breath is the life force. And you are able to control that. Then you go much faster and deeper inside your own brain and change the middle activity, change the blood flow, change the chemistry for the good. How long can you hold your breath for? It's not a competition. I'm just curious. I just want to know. I'm just curious.
Starting point is 01:07:00 About seven minutes? Seven minutes. And is there a benefit to doing it for longer than three minutes or the benefits the same? No, no, no, no, no, it's like jogging is healthy, but if you go Olympic distances Most of the time it's not good at all. That's true. Like endurance Endurance, yeah, ultra-marathon. Yeah, many cases they just fatigue their body and exhaust the body. Man, we are built to be happy, strong and healthy. Anything that serves our happiness, strength and health, that makes sense. Hey, do it. And it will work out just fine.
Starting point is 01:07:45 Then how about when you do these cold, you know, these cold submergent backs, you know, like I was watching your your Pull in training sessions, right? And you you start them off by going into those cold baths for 10 minutes or whatever. And I could barely even do 90 seconds, but is there a benefit to doing it for two minutes versus five minutes versus ten minutes? Where do you get the benefit? I guess it's benefit from second one, but do you see more benefits the longer you sit in that in cold water or ice baths? No, the longer you stay, like if you stay 10 minutes, it's an exercise of the mind.
Starting point is 01:08:27 So it's all about like the will throw list and mind over minutes. Yes, yes. And if you do it like a few minutes, you get all the benefits. The thing is, to have the vascular system being activated and that it adapts to the aggressor. Your vascular system is 70,000 miles within and it has contains millions of little muscles. So it knows how to adapt to environmental stress. if that is the case and it is being done You don't feel the stress anymore because the stress is still there the cold water is still there But from the inside suddenly you have activated hormones
Starting point is 01:09:21 Tvated it you exercise the vascular system. By the way, killer number one, still in society is cardiovascular related diseases. If we take cold showers, it's gone. It's tackles. It's tackles. It's over. But everybody is saying that cold showers, yeah, that's for crazy people, stupid people, it's not good. I think people who are dying because of cardiovascular diseases, that is a bit stupid because we always avoid, we always avoid stress, but the body is built to be stimulated through stress. A child is built to stress its immune system to build up the resilience, the recognition of bacteria, virus, storms, and all that chemistry. It's building up knowledge, consciousness inside the memory of the cells.
Starting point is 01:10:25 It is. So, we are also building up consciousness, knowledge, memory cells, mechanisms in the body, through taking on stress, environmental stress. Our bodies have been built to do so. Only the last hundreds of years, we have gone into industrialization and making extension tools and making our lives so-called comfortable. We actually weakened our systems. And then when became the lifestyle, the comfort zone, the way of behavior, lifestyle, then the people, the pharmaceuticals came in.
Starting point is 01:11:09 And then on top, they began to feed us food full of shit, all kinds of chemicals and chemistry, which is jeopardizing our sales biology and making us believe that we have to maintain the economy right and to make it grow every year and it doesn't matter. Hey, if the pharmaceuticals are gaining the billions and billions, then we have to maintain with the pharmaceuticals because that is a healthy economy. It's a healthy economy on sick people because industry like that meets us as clients. They are never a their aim is never to heal us or to make us better or the best of ourselves and they are all influencing in our schooling systems. It's a sick society and sooner or later it's
Starting point is 01:12:02 going to it's going to go it's going to collapse and sooner or later it's gonna go. It's gonna collapse. And that's logical because in nature, anything that is weakened in the end, it's gonna die. Something else is gonna take over. Before that happens, we got a message. Let's get back to the core. The core values of life. That is happiness, strength, and health. That is called love and love
Starting point is 01:12:25 I want to be able as a father as a parent to give love to my kid not sent him and to love put him in front of a TV The know and advertisement and give him all cancer ship and weaken the little person to become what he is not I want him to become full blue spiritually, emotionally, full in check with this health strength, with this happiness, with anything from where unconditional without the need of this and that, that, that, that, that, that, that, he is there. That's my son. Have you had two kids? Six kids. Wow. Yes. And are they? That's a lot of kids. And do they all do your method? Do they all do these breeding techniques? Do they all do the cold immersion therapy? Yes. My two daughters, they are full instructors in the Wim Hof, that's their father's name, Wim Hof Method.
Starting point is 01:13:30 And they know it's not about me, it's just something that one person has found about breaded together and now it's passing on. Every instructor is having to go through his own heart and his own understanding of how to embed people to become themselves fully full blue. What do you think of all these other methods that come up, I hope that have come up since you? Like there's so many, you know, right? Yeah, I know. So it's I many, you know, right? Yeah, I know. So it says I came.
Starting point is 01:14:05 Yes, since I've shown it through science that the autonomous nervous system, the immune system, endocrine system, all can be influenced so deeply and that through science, so many people began to duplicate copy. It's on it. It's on them to copy me. It's me. I'm a super person. I just enjoy life. With 20 years ago, I was earning like seven euros, something like $10 or $8 an hour. If they ask me now, for half an hour, it's 30,000.
Starting point is 01:14:53 And it's crazy man, it's crazy. I'm the same person. Oh my God. I'm the same person. That's, I don't get to share that body. I give a shit about happiness, about sharing that you are laughing because of So that that that that's what I like good for I love my children to be healthy. Do you know?
Starting point is 01:15:16 I'll go. I'll get up. Yeah. Tell me what happened to me. I was just going to tell you, you don't know, I never told you. But like two years ago, I went to this summit that you were at. You went to that summit in Los Angeles, right? I was, I was, I was, I was, I don't know. And people went crazy for you. They were like, there were so many people,
Starting point is 01:15:42 I was like, I couldn't even stand around there. There was like so many people like lying down. There's way people, there's like a little bathtub that you were like doing somethings with. You were like the biggest thing there. And like, it just, you can tell, like you're, it, you're, it doesn't seem like you really care about all that whole hooplocks. What? A lot of hockas, hockas. It's all hockas, but yeah, you come and you do. Right, and they make a whole big deal about you.
Starting point is 01:16:18 And you come and do your thing and then you get the hell out of there. You know what I mean? Like, you don't care. Yeah. I don't care about superficiality. That's right. I don't care. I don't care about selling my shit and my business
Starting point is 01:16:34 and my company. We do the things for free. That's what we do. And we earn a lot of money anyway. So I, I'm not, I'm not into great men. I'm into healing people. I'm into making people understand, through signs. Hey guys, it's time to wake up.
Starting point is 01:16:57 Be happy, strong and healthy. The rest is really bullshit. Don't get the bullshit on. It's not yours. Don't identify with the bullshit you be happy be strong be healthy and we are showing this a time after time through scientific evidence based proof so there is no speculation about it just get it on change the paradigm the shit is not gonna hit the
Starting point is 01:17:21 fan ever anymore the fan is gonna give nice breeze when you are in the warmth or in the heat. So when you do this thing, okay, so when you do this thing in Poland, don't you do a training though, like a four day training for people? Yes, yes, four, five days, four days, five days. Or whatever, four days, or five days, four days.
Starting point is 01:17:44 What do people get doing that versus just doing these like three things that they can do at home? They can do the cold shower. They can do their breathing techniques. They can. That is interesting. That is interesting. You know, we have forgotten so much to be together as a human as a tribe. Yeah, as a community. As a community, the real community. You know what happens a day four, all the people, young and old, with the less conditioned, more conditioned, they are all going like a brother who
Starting point is 01:18:20 just says to, and as a family, they go up because they have a common aggressor which is the cold. So hours and hours they go into the cold in shorts in summer clothing they go up in freezing temperatures and they are all able to do it. That when they come together like that, that is different than when you do it individually. You get the heart, the heart opens up and the community is powerful. They did experiments, studies on rats. Those are mammals. We are also mammals. We are not rats, but we are mammals. The thing is, the physiology is more or less the same,
Starting point is 01:19:11 only as much smaller in a rat and a different behavior, but sometimes we are fucking rats. But besides of that, just let's be happy, strong and healthy. They studied on the rats, and rats normally have a 20% chance on breast cancer, their female rats. Oh.
Starting point is 01:19:31 But they are benign. Benign. You know, it comes and it goes. Yeah. But if you, that is when they live socially together. Yes. When they are taken apart alone, then there's 20% and 70%, 80% and 80% and malignant. So it's master sizes.
Starting point is 01:20:00 Yeah. When they become apart of the group goes into 80% four times more and then it messes the sizes. It's malignant. That is a mammalian principle. A solitude or loneliness kills people. It gets into the genome expressions and that the genomes, the related to to cancer are going to open up. And then suddenly, the cancer get a lot of veins and a lot of entry to nutrients. Are you saying that when these people come to Poland
Starting point is 01:20:35 in groups of people and they endure extreme conditions, right? They're obviously they're going to be straight through their mind, right? It's more of like a, it's like basically more for minds, right? But when they do it with everybody else, they get that camaraderie. Now, what's the benefit though? Is there any health benefit beyond the anything just by climbing up a mountain in your naked
Starting point is 01:20:59 beyond just straight? No, your immune system, you get an instant direct conscious connection with the neurology of your heart and with that you get a connection with your immune system. It's called the proprioception. It's a neurological network within. We are waking this in just two days. In two days, we are able to awaken what normally is dormant. Dormant. And how?
Starting point is 01:21:34 You know, yeah, it's not there. Not there. How often do you do these training systems, or if these trainings, I should say, and like, people come. Yes, if people come and they just, and they see this, then they see a lifetime, it works a lifetime, and it's a life changing,
Starting point is 01:21:57 deep life changing experience. For sure. They see suddenly they see, they see, what do you know what you see, you are that's it what you are is our mirror we show that we are very powerful in our life is powerful it beats disease it beats bad mood it makes people able to express themselves without inhibition. And they go and they are relaxed. And they go and they are bracing somebody else.
Starting point is 01:22:32 Fuck the corona, hug, they give to everybody. And they give good energy to each other. And it feels so good. How often do you do these things? I want to try it. Yeah, I do this in the winter, six, six groups of 100 people at a time. More is not possible with the accommodation. Yeah, yeah, it's amazing how it works. Do you do privates? Privates. Yes, I do privates all the time. You know a lot of people
Starting point is 01:23:06 Sometimes don't tell everybody I am talking now to possibly hundreds thousands people Know when people really are in need They can find me and I do it for free of course because I'm a human. I just help That's amazing. That's amazing. How did so mean, I've been taken up so much of your time. I don't want to I don't want to like take up, you know, relax, relax. Oh, good. But I think you're a person. Oh, thank you. So are you obviously, I mean, are you ever coming back to Los Angeles or we don't know when that's going to happen, right?
Starting point is 01:23:42 Yeah. I think so. I think in October, November, I'll be there, but to make documentaries or episodes with history channel. And next year they'll start to make a Hollywood film about me. Really? Yeah, man. A real feature film. Yes, sir.
Starting point is 01:24:02 Yes, ma'am. Oh my gosh, that's amazing congratulations yeah yeah it's good it's like free marketing free marketing 100 because I got a message I'm a I'm a missionary like yourself we are missionaries we bring love we bring power power to the people we explain it we expose ourselves to any Critical question because we are in the light. We we love you We bring it and we are very powerful guys, and this is what we do so I got a mission and Joseph Joseph finds a great actor
Starting point is 01:24:44 Yes, he's gonna pay me. And he's gonna do the whole film and then yes, he was here and we met in London and it's out now. It's a depressed release is out and they are gonna do this. It's the best marketing I can give. and they will also show they were the scandalous scandalous politics and the way that people do not take on science once it is even evidence-based given to them that we are able so much more to do in relationship to, for example, the immune system and our limited regulation. And these are professors saying this and all evidence based in
Starting point is 01:25:30 blood proof and brain scans. And still it's not out there. This is the best way to get out there. Absolutely. It's what it is. I use it. I use it. I always say use me, abuse me, as long as you're self, the right. But you're, listen, you're very popular. I mean, your kind of, your message is getting out there. Who is the first person to actually find you and kind of make you, kind of put you on like a mainstream platform because you live in the Netherlands,
Starting point is 01:26:04 you know, you're not, you're not in North America. What was the first thing that happened? Yes. It was a Dutch presenter. It was a Dutch presenter. And a couple of friends. It was a Dutch modulator. That modulator it was because I sat things in some magazine and they got a team and was looking for subjects so they look into magazines and newspapers, I watch up and then we go to those persons and we interview them and debunk them.
Starting point is 01:26:49 Because it was a journalist. This moderator was a journalist too. He was debunking people every week. That was the week of very book. And it was the week it was called. And so he was debunked people. And then he tried to be about me because I sat things in the magazine Etc and I showed things and that but I don't believe it as a moderator I glow to him with cameras and then they saw me doing all kinds of stuff and he became friends with me because
Starting point is 01:27:21 It's the real shit. I was doing crazy stuff. Everybody is afraid of the time. That he began to challenge me more and more TV, more TV, and then the world record came and the challenges like climbing up a Kimon Jaro and Mount Everest and going under the ice and running in the numbing desert without drinking Americans and above the polar circle and then the science Scientists found me they said what this guy is doing is normally not possible. What is he doing? Let's
Starting point is 01:28:01 inject him with easy doing. Let's inject him with a bacteria where people normally get sick maybe he finds something and I did not get sick but then they said you are the iceman that's why you are able to do it and then I said no now you're making a mistake everybody is able to do this everybody is able to do this. And then they came up with this group and that made me very famous because evidence-based, changing fundamentally what science in medical history has been telling us that we are capable of, it's no longer. And it takes a simple man to do it. I'm a drop out of school and teaching doctors and professors what to do with problems they don't know how to solve. Because nature has the answers. And I went through nature. And here I am to talk with you to bring it out. Hey guys, we don't
Starting point is 01:29:07 you to bring it out. Hey guys, we don't no longer need to be so dependent on this system outside and the bloody healthcare system of the United States. Get back in, Mother Nature knows how to deal with virus, bacteria, with mood, anything. How about, what kind of diet do you have? what would you what what times you wake up in the morning? What kind of would you eat all day like what do you do for that type of stuff? For like for 35 years I was eating once a day and Now I Yes once a day more than it and sometimes I did not eat at all and it was great Like it was no food is nice, but you don't, we are too much into emotional eating.
Starting point is 01:29:58 They really get into our hats that we need older, we need that hamburger, we need all that. We need that hamburger. We need to McDonald's. We need to go to restaurants. We need to socialize with others and then with the wine and some cigarettes and then before you know your body is a bloody mess. And then you get into the healthcare system. You're going to pay more. And then you get all these pills and then you get the side effects you get even more then you get an opioid crisis for gut sick you've become depressed for the rest of your life thank you very much guys but I quit I stop I stop and I eat when I feel I need and you're the appetite so so today you said for 35 years, you only ate once a day. And now what? Do you kind of eat, like you said, whenever you're hungry,
Starting point is 01:30:53 but how often is that now? Do you? I don't eat too much. What is it? Maybe a couple of times during the day now. What do you mean? Between, most vegetarian. Vegetarian. Vegetarian between 12 and 5. That's what I do. Between 12.
Starting point is 01:31:16 So you really do, like that's a big, we call it intermittent fasting basically. You do a four-year-old. Yes, yes. I think I did that for 45 years or 44 years already. Right. Now normally I say okay not from 12 to 5, I do only from 6 to 7. That's what I did from 6 to 7 like 35 years. And now I eat from 12 to 5. And that's you. Yes.
Starting point is 01:31:47 And do you stay away from like dairy or you don't really call every coffee or? Yes, I love coffee. Don't touch my coffee. Okay, so now you have. And do you have any bad vices? So you don't smoke, you do anything, do you smoke, do you do anything at all? I did it all, I did it all.
Starting point is 01:32:10 But now I don't smoke, don't drink, and I'm happy the way I am. I do a lot of exercise, not too much, but very intensive. Like what? Intensive exercise. Okay. For example. The breathing exercises I've been three times into the ice water today. Yeah, I like it. I like it.
Starting point is 01:32:36 I go. And how long? Not too long. Today was a three times five minutes. A three times five minutes Three times five minutes, okay, and that's nice that sometimes I do it a full hour That's something else that's something else whenever something crazy comes in into me a man I'm gonna I'm gonna cool it down I do exercise, you know, I do some splits and do some one arm bend it. I love it. And then I do some, you know, standing on one arm. Yes, yes.
Starting point is 01:33:21 Okay. Postures. Postures. They are very nice for yeah, yeah, and then Yeah, I want to start running again good running, okay, yeah Sometimes I don't and now I want to start doing that. I'm working a lot in the garden right now Especially in cold with the cold with 19.. Oh yeah, my garden is beautiful. I love my garden. Yeah, amazing. So you've got some muscular training.
Starting point is 01:33:54 Muscle training. Weight training. Yeah, but yeah, yeah, but not the orthodox dumbbells. not the orthodox dumbbells. I did that also a some time ago. So anything I like, but I changed many times. I did the plank yesterday, for example, for almost 10 minutes. That's a long plank. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:34:19 That's a long plank. It goes like phases, then. It's also about pain. It's the mind comes in. It's like a long plank. It goes like phases, then. It's also about pain. It's the mind comes in. It's a mind. It seems like cool. Amazing exercise. All those things that you're doing are challenging your mind, like the plank, the cold,
Starting point is 01:34:37 the breathing, all of that, like your brain, it's all called mental fitness. You're like a Olympic champion in like brain fitness basically. Thanks. Thank you. Welcome. You're awesome. That is nice. This is the first time I hear this. That's good. That's good. We should we should re-day you, right? Like forget about the iceman. We just call you like the Olympic champion of the brain mental mental fitness right here. Yeah, I mean, thank you so much for taking so much time. I really appreciate it's been a real pleasure talking to you and picking your brain and you have a book coming out too. Don't you assume you have a book coming out? Yes, 20th of October and yeah, I have to say it's a good book. You know why? Why?
Starting point is 01:35:29 Because I was not thinking when I did the book. I was being interviewed 16 hours in a row in three days, 16 hours. Wow. And that has been annotated here and there. Yeah. Most of it, it is just what once in my mind got out in 16 hours. Boom. That's the book. 20 October. That's it. According to a lot of people, great people, they say it's an amazing book. What's it called? The Wim Hof Methods. I didn't choose the title, but that's okay. That is hilarious, that's very original. So you're gonna be coming back to LA around October. Well, if you come to LA, I want to ask you,
Starting point is 01:36:25 will you promise to do an in-person interview as opposed to this Zoom virtual? Yeah, of course. Of course, yeah. You'll make time for me in person? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, of course. Thank you, because this is really interesting. And I also want to come to Poland and train with you.
Starting point is 01:36:44 Maybe we could do like an ice bath together or something. Yeah, yeah, yeah, sure. Lovely. Amazing. All right, well, where do people find you? They can find you on social media, obviously. What's your tell people your information? You want that?
