It's the darnedest thing. The only thing Moscow Mitch's "proof-of-life" is proving is that only feeble-minded MAGAT simps are falling for it.  ...

Starting point is 00:00:02 The password is manipulate. Rock button. Here we go. Live from behind the corn phone curtain. It's head on with Roxanne Kincaid. Three hours of cussin and discussin with America's only liberal transbilly elitist right here, right now, on the head-on radio network.
Starting point is 00:00:46 Brought to you in part by Cole River Mountain Watch, who invites you to be part of the uprising against mountaintop removal. CRMW.net. And now, from high in the hills of West by God, Virginia, here she is. Roxanne Kincaid. Well, howdy. And here we go, off and running on this 14th day of July, 2006. This is the Horn.
Starting point is 00:01:26 Head on dot live is where you'll find us on the interweb tubes. That's where you go. If you'd like to be part of the Mary Lackey Zany Real-Time Mattschette multimedia Strandanza, that is the horn chat room in the three hours. which this program is live, Monday through Friday, 5 to 8 p.m. Eastern daylight time, 2 to 5 p.m. Pacific daylight time. Now, time zones in between and the great blue brown and whatever time it is when you're listening to the podcast. For those of you who do listen via the podcast, thank you so much for sharing your time with us that way. If you could be so kind as to leave
Starting point is 00:01:57 us a remark, a comment, a review, what have you, wherever you download the podcast, it would be quite helpful in terms of, you know, building, I don't know, something, something, algorithm. You know, yeah. Hi, I'm Roxanne. It's Titanic Tuesday, and we have a Titanic right-wing intellect, maggot intellect with which to contend during the next three hours or so. oh well thank you micha like i said we cheer when the program comes on too yay
Starting point is 00:02:42 uh yeah yeah we'll stay away from but yeah at least the uh ramalama rim shot is there for whenever we uh need it at any right every program here at the horn begins with gratitude and this program is no difference so thanks go out to our 14th day of the month subscribers and contributors via PayPal and so thank you very kindly to Paul and thank you to Matt in San Francisco thank you Ralphs thank you all for being partial sponsors of the program where things stand we are at two thousand seven hundred and eighty dollars to go to finish funding for the month of July and hopefully we're not going to
Starting point is 00:03:36 going to wait till the last week and have your humble host of sweating bullets again. But, yeah, 2780, and we've got two more days to the halfway point of the month. And so we are ahead of the game. If we raised 80 bucks, we would be fully funded for the 16th. And if we raise, you know, everything keeps us a little bit ahead. And it's a place we haven't been in a very, very, very long time, and I find rather pleasant to be in. And it's all courtesy of Ralph's and her No More Holes challenge that got us fully funded for the month of July. We were fully
Starting point is 00:04:19 funded through the month of June by virtue of another community made miracle, for which we all remain extremely grateful for the help that got us there. So fingers crossed the PayPal button as it head on. Live. What's that old ron? Oh, what tangled webs Shakespeare, isn't it? Oh, what tangled webs we weave when first we practice to deceive. Is that Shakespeare? Well, it really doesn't matter, but what, well, the reason I thought of it is because the proof of life photo and proof of life,
Starting point is 00:05:07 statement, well, for Mitch McConnell, they have provided more questions than any answers they may have provided. Yeah. Well, what do I, what do I mean by that? Let's start with the language of the statement itself. People continue to parse that because it looks like they were playing fast and loose with some medical terminology. By example, everyone can be said to everyone, everyone who dies can be said to have passed away due to, well, their heart stopping or their brain ceasing to function. But it doesn't tell the entire story. For instance, if the reason for the heart stoppage was, say, oh, having five or ten rounds of ammunition pounded through their body from a gun, we would not say they died of heart failure. We say they died of a gunshot wound or wounds.
Starting point is 00:06:50 Well, there's a similar situation that unfolds within the statement. ostensibly from Moscow Mitch McConnell. Because that 600-word statement, well, Ken Clippenstein pointed out, McConnell says, I didn't have a heart attack or a stroke, but nowhere in the letter does he address the cardiac arrest. Swapping out cardiac arrest for heart attack is a clever move
Starting point is 00:07:24 because most people use the terms interchangeably. They are not. uh clippenstein said it was classic political manipulation and he's right cardiac arrest and heart attack are not necessarily the same creatures you know and of course as i pointed out yesterday the ongoing question of where were your socks comes into play and then uh uh well this you know a heart attack, you know, that can be a clogged artery, you know, witness Lindsay Graham, whereas cardiac arrest can be the heart not functioning property properly from an electrical standpoint. So if you take that and then you add in this analysis from a photographer,
Starting point is 00:08:36 well, it gets awfully interesting rather quickly because the parent, no there's more there's there's there's more than immediately meets the eye at least to the trained eye of someone who uses a digital photographic software check this out or you know maybe wait for your umbelosis to find the mute button and unmute same. There. It should be much better this way. This out. This image is from his proof of life. And look at the collar here. And it took me a minute, so let me make this clear. She's working with the photograph that was put out with a statement. And it's a common mispronunciation in Appalachian English, at least, for the word C-O-S.
Starting point is 00:10:00 L-O-R to sound a whole lot like C-O-L-L-A-R. But in this case, she really is, the photographer, she really is talking about the C-O-L-L-A-R of his shirt, which apparently he has worn before. This out. This image is from his proof of life. And look at the collar here. The shape of that collar and the fold and how the light is hitting it was standing out to me. when I looked at this photo because it's almost identical.
Starting point is 00:10:34 Second photo. I overlaid them. So when I toggle back and forth, you can see how it fits almost perfectly. Here is just an opacity on and off, fading in and out. You can see almost the shape of the collar on the left-hand side is almost exact, but the pattern and the button don't line up. Also to note that the image from the image from the side
Starting point is 00:11:02 May 8th, 2023 by Al Drago, I had to size down to fit the lineup, like scale it down, to fit the lineup on the proof of life photo. So when you see his head is going to be much larger
Starting point is 00:11:20 in the May photo than the proof of life photo. So what that tells me is the shirt is to scale, but you can tell that the face is not. So as a photographer, I Photoshop a lot of things, and I'm used to using pieces to recreate things that I need to recreate. So I'm really used to working in this way where I use pieces of something
Starting point is 00:11:52 to recreate something almost like sculpting digitally. But this just really stood out to me as it seemed odd that something could line up so perfectly. And this is very. video on a radio program so obviously there's going to be some disconnect but the the old photo is of him with a blue hopsack blazer over I guess his favorite red and white checkered gingham shirt it's folksy and that's why I like it it's folksy and the folds are as she points out almost identical The way the collar stands is almost identical.
Starting point is 00:12:41 It's like, hmm. Also, the angle of the shot from May 8th, 2023 is from a low angle looking up at Mitch. So it's below eye line. So that angle looking into the collar from that photo is from a low angle looking into the collar. But from the proof of life photo, it looks like the photographer is almost standing. at eyeline or even if in fact there was a photographer that's what's going on here above eyeline so that to me is odd too because when you change your perspective it's going to change how things line up how you know the edges of something and how big or small something seems or appears so for the collars to
Starting point is 00:13:36 line up perfectly but be shot from completely different angles is strange to me. As is the appearance of his floppy turtle neck in both photos. They're not the same. His head is actually at a different angle in the older photo than the so-called proof of life photo. But, well, his head is, yeah, you get the point. Thank you, Lee, serving as the horn ad hoc. Where did that quote come from, department? Ah, what tangled webs we weave when first we practice to deceive comes from Sir Walter Scott. Thank you, Lee.
Starting point is 00:14:30 Thank you very kindly. um heart stoppage lee adds uh heart stoppage means you're dead a counter example dick cheney okay dude didn't have a pulse for several years okay an arrest means different things too as lee reminds us for our obligatory star trek reference the word arrest may not mean what people think like cardiac arrest and heart attack obligatory star trek quote from a piece of the action eh you watch it kirk the book tells us how to handle things you make hits somebody argues you lean on em what do you think was stupid or something no i don't think you're stupid i just think your behavior is arrested i haven't been arrested in my old life And if I'm not, if I'm not mistaken, that was Sheldon Leonard playing that, playing that, that, that role, Cracko, the mob boss. Yeah. Very true, very truly. And why on earth asked Jeremy, don't you completely buy the proof of life photo? I mean, the same part he told us to believe that Steen hung himself, even though the autopsy claimed he had marks that suggested something more. They'd never lie. No, they'd never. or lie, Jeremy, ever, ever.
Starting point is 00:16:24 Why, there is pure as the driven slush and butter wouldn't melt in their mouths. Now, would it much, maybe, kind of, yeah. As to the password, well,
Starting point is 00:16:44 not the password, but as to the password, manipulate, that was that part of the Mitch McConnell manipulation of the photograph. create yeah right but for the post over at uh blue sky that might have put up well um what uh what can we say but that uh something i mentioned toward the end of the program yesterday that one of the funniest early responses was uh to the death of lindsay graham was someone remarking
Starting point is 00:17:40 Please let it be the diarrhea lettuce, please. Well, apparently not, but nonetheless, it's no surprise. But now the outbreak of cryptosporiasis has gone from 100 or so cases to a lot more. yeah and of course now we find we found we found out a few days ago that yeah back when the chito dust covered dodgy boys were wrecking the government well alongside that whalehead dead bear raccoon penis brainworm lamprey the secretary of the department of health and human services human services, DHS. It's just that we've got two DHSs.
Starting point is 00:19:04 Well, it's become rather obvious that Cyclosporiasis probably got loose and went wild after the CDC zeroed out its monitoring and reporting program for cyclosporiasis. And worrysomely, no one has been able to isolate so far where the outbreak began. And in an interview with Axios from over the weekend, the Professor Emeritus of Infectious Diseases at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, which is a pretty damn good hospital.
Starting point is 00:20:00 I can say that much. David Friedman said that, well, the CDC ain't on the ball. The CDC is missing in action. He said, right now it's individual state health departments that are having to speak up because the CDC is really not following it on a day-to-day basis. And it's going to grow, according to the Associate Program Director for Diagnostic Radiology, residency at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Dr. Omer Awan, he said it's only going to continue to expand because we haven't pinned it down. That means that these cases are likely to
Starting point is 00:20:53 disseminate. People are still eating the contaminated food that's leading to so many cases. Yeah, I mean, this is going to be hell for America's fruit and vegetable farmers. Because what little we know about the current outbreak is what we know about the parasite itself, that it is harder to eradicate from raw foods that have nooks and crannies, like blackberries, raspberries, smooth things that you can wash thoroughly, have a better chance, things that you can cook. Well, you can cook it by killing, but the, but the, uh, explosive diarrhea that's running rampant is from raw foods. So, like if you absolutely have to have
Starting point is 00:21:55 a salad, you buy a whole head of lettuce and you peel off several layers of the outside, same with cabbage. But what do you do with something like celery? And, well, how far down do you have to go in the layers of an onion. This peeling a radish eradicate it. See what I did there? Radish eradicate? I, yeah. Well, I'm proud of it.
Starting point is 00:22:40 But Dr. Awan said the HHS and the federal government laid off a lot of CDC employees. Many of them were the very employees that would track these particular outbreaks. and the other is that from July of 2025 last year, the CDC has no longer required reporting cyclosporiasis. It's become optional to report this to the CDC's foodborne disease active surveillance network. And you can almost imagine somebody at a public health facility going, you know, I'd love to report it, but I'm too busy shitting my brains out. And I can't stay away from the bathroom long enough to transmit the report. and well Brad Woodhouse that protect our care also having some fun with the language said it's another shitty situation after laying waste to our public health infrastructure and getting
Starting point is 00:23:40 emergency gutting emergency preparedness another shitty situation I think the brown word is more than appropriate to be used in these instances because RFK Jr's CDC turned to blind eye to dangerous foodborne pathogens. This outbreak spread quickly and states are now scrambling to do their own detective work on what's causing it. The catastrophic cuts Trump and RFK Jr. made to disease, surveillance, and research keep coming back to haunt us, yet they want to cut even deeper to make up for their tax breaks for billionaires. Mm, yeah. And according to the Washington Post, people are poking around to see if perhaps Taco Hell. had a role in the outbreak.
Starting point is 00:24:29 Some, but not entirely all of the people who have gotten sick with cyclosporiasis have said that they had eaten Taco Bell shortly before they got sick. Regardless, others, however, did not. Curiouser and curiouser. But it's a parasite. That's the thing. It's a parasite. and whalehead, dead bear, raccoon, penis, brainworm, lamprey has a thing for parasites.
Starting point is 00:25:11 The whole weirdness thing got started with him confessing during a divorce hearing with the woman he was married to who would go on to be hounded by him into suicide, that he just can't pay her her alimony anymore your honor because my earning power has been diminished because I ate some bad fish that had a brainworm in it and it ate part of my brain. Whether that's true or not, we still don't know. But his behavior certainly seems like something that the brainworm would do. So Taco Bell, no Taco Bell. The Washington Post said public health officials have said this season's unusually high number of illnesses now reported in more than 30 states means more information and more patients to help identify shared food,
Starting point is 00:26:17 shopping habits, and restaurant visits among those sickened to help determine the source. And I know this is really rough on capitalism, but maybe just take all the salads off the menu for the time being salad. serving restaurants. I had occasion to wonder last week because, well, I wasn't thinking. I ate a salad that came with the meal that I got from the local sushi place. You would assume that it being a sushi place, there would be extremely high standards of cleanliness and quality, and generally that place is that good. but well there were some after effects that I will not go into about which I will not go into
Starting point is 00:27:11 graphic detail they were not however pleasant so I wonder as we all do and well I guess I guess Bobby's probably out there saying what we need to do is form a herd immunity to the little parasite and just learn to live with it like i live with my brain worm this time fine almost to be and then there's uh well moving on to miss lindsay um ashley parker who at one at one point covered Congress for the New York Times, so that should be a little bit of a heads-up. You know, the New York Times being in love with access like it is and everything. Ashley Parker said, I have many Lindsey Graham stories. She did this posting an excrement over on X. This is perhaps my favorite. I was racing to Charleston in the summer of 2015 to cover the senator's response to the
Starting point is 00:29:18 Mother Emmanuel church shooting. The deadly, yeah. And I showed up still dressed in what I'd be wearing to work that day. He had me meet him at a restaurant where I told him I needed to shadow him for the next 48 hours. And Miss Lindsay then turned to Miss Ashley and said, You are sticky and you are icky. If you want to shadow me, go buy some nice new clothes. maybe a dress and take a shower and then we'll talk.
Starting point is 00:29:57 I drove to a local big box store, bought a dress. He seemed to have a strong preference for a dress and spent the next few days with him. Dear God. Honey, you just go right back to the big house and you put on some decent clothes. Get yourself a hoop skirt and some red lacy lingerie and meet me back here.
Starting point is 00:30:29 Yeah, because otherwise you're sticky and icky. But then again, if you know the ladybug story, he probably was rather fastidious about not being icky and sticky because he knew sooner or later he'd have to look over his shoulder and say, Why, those are just my little ladybugs. You don't mind, do you? Over at Rolling Stone, reported there, Nikki McCann Ramirez said in response,
Starting point is 00:31:04 if any politician told me to put on a skirt if I wanted access to his response to a mass shooting, that story would have been filed to my editor within 10 minutes. Well, that's why you work at Rolling Stone and not the New York Times. The New York Times says, go out and buy the dress, honey. Wrong accent. I know. And reporters all over the country from the Washington Post. What?
Starting point is 00:31:37 David Sorota saying, wait, so Lindsey Graham demanded this reporter wear a dress, and then he was rewarded with a nice story. And you know what? It's worth noting that there's no liability for telling stories about the dead. Nobody can, they can't sue anybody. Dead men tell no tales. Dead men also file no lawsuits. And so while he is gone, it is entirely possible, nay, even likely,
Starting point is 00:32:27 that there will be more of these sorts of stories coming out in the weeks and months ahead. Jesus. And let's see, what else? Do you remember a week or two ago when Jehosephat got into it with Donnie Deutsch on my former? filthy warning habit? I do. I do. And apparently, they, Jehoshaphat, the former congressman and the branding expert, bring bossy over here. We got the fire nice and hot. The brand's been sitting in.
Starting point is 00:34:16 I'm an expert. Let's brand them. Never mind. So, of course, being the centrist that they are, they had, Michigan Democrat Haley Stevens, who's running for the seat being vacated by Senator Gary Peters, thus far they have not had on her progressive challenger. What's his name, Dr. Al Sayyed? But regardless, well, the topic came up. And if it's going to come up somewhere in this country, I would expect it to come up in Michigan. because, well, it was a certain segment of the population in Michigan
Starting point is 00:35:16 who decided that they were going to punish Kamala Harris by withholding their vote from her over Gaza. And, of course, in real genius fashion, they instead gave Gaza, nitwit, Nero, and made the genocide that much worse. Certainly not better. but it seems like maybe it's a little testy over there on the morning zoo crew said of Israel's prosecution of the war in Gaza. Yeah, Israel seems to be kind of like a check.
Starting point is 00:35:51 I don't know how we got here. Do you really not know how we got here? No, I really don't. Have you not been seeing images out of Gaza for the past year? Do you really not know how we got here? I don't know how we got here. Have you not looked at the images out of Lebanon? They're flattening half of Lebanon, and you know none of this is working.
Starting point is 00:36:07 of people, innocent people in Yemen, in Syria, in Sudan, somehow Israel, and by the way, Israel war is ugly. And crappy stuff happens. We're paying for those bombs. We're not paying for the bombs in Sudan. We have a say.
Starting point is 00:36:24 Or at least, you would think we would have a say, but this administration and past administrations have told Israel they can do whatever they want to do. And Rahm Emanuel, a guy whose dad was there at the creation of Israel, fought for Israel. Ram Emmanuel is saying the biggest mistake we have made is giving a guy like Benjamin Netanyahu a blank check. And what has happened? Is Israel stronger today or weaker today? I am not. I am not in that I'm talking about what I don't understand is that when a guy gets elected
Starting point is 00:36:57 in New York City, when Dariaeese gets elected. Wait, no, no, no, no, no, no. No, no. You've got to answer the question. I'm going to answer the question. I do not believe. Is Israel stronger today? Israel is more isolated. Because of Benjamin Metanyahu's because of Benjamin Metanyahu's absolutist policies. I do. I am not a Net Yahoo guy.
Starting point is 00:37:17 I feel that Israel once again this started when Israel got attacked. We forget that. And by the way, who attacked them? Who attacked Israel? Somebody called Hamas. Amas. And who funded Hamas?
Starting point is 00:37:29 Uh, Qatar. Why did Qatar? Thank you so much. You're just walking right down. Okay. And why did Qatar fund Hamas? Because they don't like Jews and like Israel?
Starting point is 00:37:40 Because Benjamin Netanyahu three weeks earlier had told them to continue funding Hamas because Benjamin Netanyahu was the chief funder of Hamas for years. So Netanyahu wanted this to happen. By the way, I'm not
Starting point is 00:37:56 I'm not, we got to move on from Netanyahu. I mean, yeah, Donnie Deutsch, Netanyahu wanted this to happen. I'm I'm going to give a teeny tiny little bit of props to Josaphat for still remembering when the memory hole is so broad and so deep for still remembering that, yes, it was Psycho Bebebe who said to Qatar keep giving Hamas the money. It was Psycho Beebe, who had the plans for what would turn out to be October the 7th five years before. And we've talked about the difference between My Hop and My Hop. No, he didn't make it happen on purpose.
Starting point is 00:38:50 He let it happen on purpose. Okay? But Donnie is apparently a well-funded shill because I guess A-PAC will let you not just absolutely worship like a graven image psycho bebe. But you have to stay in the camp. You have to stay in the good graces of, well, I think, I just think Israel has become more. They kill people out of the world. Why are we only mad at Israel for doing that? And bless his heart, Jehoshaphat said, you know, because we bought the bombs.
Starting point is 00:39:42 We bought the bombs. We have a share in the genocide to our eternal shame. Yeah. Bad. So Netanyahu was the guy that said, Qatar, come in and give money to Hamas and kill. You believe that. It's not a matter of believing. Dumb-Dum.
Starting point is 00:40:06 It's verified published fact. This isn't the blood libel. I guess Donnie, if it ever wasn't down the memory hole for him, doesn't remember that Psycho Beebe in the weeks shortly before October the 7th. Well, at that point in time, Israeli reservists, officers, air force pilots. had said, sorry, we're not coming to work until Beavis fucking gone. And then it all disappeared like a morning fog on a warm summer's day after October the 7th. Jehoshaphat and I cannot be the only people who remember that.
Starting point is 00:41:05 Of course, here we stay so far out ahead of the curve. It's like we're on straight road. and the one thing that the one thing that has never been solved to my satisfaction is how much of a hand does Pouti have in this and what was in the double secret probation information that Nitwit Niro handed off to Sarday Lavrov shortly after entering office in 2017
Starting point is 00:41:40 the timeline would fit with it being those Hamas attack plans. And contrary to what O'Donnie Boy here wants to convey, those are all things that are of public knowledge. It's not a kooky
Starting point is 00:42:12 conspiracy theory. But, well, I guess the check keeps clearing. Well, it's not that I believe that. With the intention of that happening, By the way, was he the first guy to give money to Qatar? Was he the first guy? Every president has done that. You mean to Hamas?
Starting point is 00:42:33 Yes. Was he the first guy to Qatar? Was he the first guy to give money to the Carter? No, it was Benjamin Netanyahu that was having Hamas funded by Qatar. I don't know why. I've been asking this question. As some of us do, because Psycho Beebe wanted to create a constant state of tension between the Palestinian authority in the West Bank and Hamas in Gaza, because as long as
Starting point is 00:43:07 the two were not united, that made overrunning both occupied lands a little easier. Horrors of October 7th. They refused to answer. Why do they refuse to answer? I don't know why. I don't know. But Benjamin Netanyahu, since, I mean, Benjamin. not Netanyahu funded Hamas.
Starting point is 00:43:31 So yes, Hamas or terrorists. Can we agree on one thing that Netanyahu is not the right guy, and I am not a Netanyahu guy, but that Israel has become this insanely outsized issue ahead of costs, ahead of universal health care with the Democrats. It's insane. It's absolutely insane. You can say what you want about Israel. But is it insane?
Starting point is 00:43:53 He mentions a head of health care. Guess who has universal health? care, courtesy of the people of the United States, but the people of the United States do not. Yeah, that's right, Israel. But the fact that Israel has become the number one issue that when they elected candidate in New York, they're not chanting free health care. They're chanting from the river of the sea. It's outside.
Starting point is 00:44:17 Yeah, no, dumb ass. They're not chanting from the river of the sea. And this is what marks Donny Deutsch out as such a pathetic and rank amateur. As Steve in New York pointed out to us long ago, the foundational documents of the Likud Party in Israel from 1978 contained the phrase, Israel will be free from the river to the sea. Did the Palestinians pick that up in the aftermath as a response? I don't know. But Israel uses that phrase. It's based on a moral, oppressed, oppressor thing.
Starting point is 00:45:07 And I just think... You're talking about a small part of the Democratic Party. Well, it seems to be getting a lot of noise. Well, it may be getting a lot of noise in parts of New York City and Brooklyn and Park Slope. It is not... It is not in South Carolina. It is certainly not in upstate New York. Ask Mike Lull, or he's running against a Democrat who's a war hero that served for 18 years.
Starting point is 00:45:28 Again, my response to you... was your question, how did we get here? This is not Israel of 1967. This is not Israel of 1973. This is not Israel of 1993. This is not Israel of 2003. This is Israel. And I have been warning for three years now that Benjamin Netanyahu's absolutist policies were a historical. They ignored the fact that there was always blowback in the Middle East and that it was going to crush his support in the United States of America. You know what? Absoluteists should have seen this coming. I think you should talk to absolutists on Israel and say you should have seen this coming because Joe's dumb. He went to a Southern state school and even he figured this out. Look at this.
Starting point is 00:46:20 Mom Donnie has a 33% higher approval rating among Jews in America. than Netanyahu. Can we separate Netanyahu, Israel and Jews, and my question, Netanyahu aside, is that what? Well, no, APEC says you cannot do that. APEC says that anybody who delivers BB Netanyahu a cold cup of coffee is a fucking anti-Semite. And therein lies the problem.
Starting point is 00:46:55 It is not anti-Semitic to object to the brutality of the Israeli state against its Palestinian neighbors? It's not anti-Semitic at all. It's not anti-Semitic to ask why the United States continues to prop up with our tax dollars, a state that is fully successful, fully realized, high-tech as hell, rich as fuck, but we keep giving them our money. It's fair to ask that question, and it's fair to object to it. I know.
Starting point is 00:47:42 You're not. Same, same, same, Kim. Wow, I'm a bit shocked, says Kim. Joe Scarborough is the voice of Herodotus? What got into him? And who the hell made Deutsch an expert in Middle East U.S. affairs? Wow, Kim, he's a branding expert. And yeah, Deutsch, you really care about universal health care, you schmuck?
Starting point is 00:48:02 He's the type of Jew that makes me embarrassed to be Jewish. Jewish. Where's total blinders when it comes to Israel? Oh, you should see him at brunch with the never mind. I'm waiting for him to say any Jewish person who supports Mom Dhani is a self-hating Jew. Dare I say go Joe? Well, I mean, kind of yak him, but there's a, there, there were a couple of little tells back there. Joe is desperate to de-centered discussion. around progressive democratic politics. Desperate. Well, I mean, it may be like that in Brooklyn and Park Slope,
Starting point is 00:48:47 but it's not like that in South Carolina. Jesus, Joe! The Democratic Party in South Carolina can hold its convention in a refrigerator cardboard box. I mean, Jim Clyburn, but, well, they're working on getting rid of him, too. And he was a little... flat-footed because this is not entirely centered on Brugga-Bruga-Zoron-Mam-Dani-Bruga. One of the most heated primaries in this country is in Michigan between Haley Stevens and
Starting point is 00:49:38 why cannot I don't remember his name. Maybe Mike can help me out with that. I think she's a fan. His name is Al Sayad, isn't it? But, yeah, and of course, he is assumed to be a bomb-throwing Islamist simply because he's Muslim. Never mind the billions of peaceful Muslims who exist on this planet from day, yea verily, unto day. But I think the larger question is why is it that Muslim candidates are the only ones who are really making a big noise about, Palestine when as Steve in New York pointed out a few minutes ago Donnie Deutsch saying it's an insanely outsized issue Steve said it's a fucking genocide you dumbass it is somehow or another voice recognition keeps keeps turning on
Starting point is 00:51:03 and it just transcribed the the last 30 seconds of that rant delete delete delete delete delete delete delete just one second I need to I'll be right back. Sorry. Sorry. The things that happened when you're a self-produced radio program, not in some 50-story tower in Midtown Manhattan. I just had to stop everything and go outside and check. Well, okay, long story short, we had, I guess some might call it socialist garbage service, trash pickup service here in Parkersburg. people who were employed by the city of Parkersburg came around and picked up the trash and they had I hope decent wages and benefits and whatnot and so naturally because there's nothing that the public sector can do that the private sector can't do better and so the city of Parkersburg sold out the trash service to waste management and I don't know why the Sopranos theme plays in my head every time I mention waste management
Starting point is 00:56:15 but be that as it may for two weeks in a row they haven't picked up the trash in the dead in the dead heat of summer so yeah I had to go out and ascertained and that wasn't that wasn't pleasant but unpaid product placement um it's a name brand and I don't buy a lot of name brands, but I've become rather fond of the watermelon-scented pink garbage bags, scented with fabuloso watermelon. That little bit of scent really does kind of at least keep the garbage stew smell down a little bit. And there went dinner in the Eastern Daylight Times on. Yay me.
Starting point is 00:57:07 But funny, we're not even done with the Jehosephat clip. Oh, I'm sorry, it was the central daylight time zone when I said, yeah. And Kim notes, yeah, you're right about Scarborough's desire to paint progressives as the aberration. I mean, he mentioned all the progressive sections in New York City, parks, slope, etc. How come he didn't include the upper west side of Manhattan? It's like progressive leaning areas in this country or the outlying freaks in the heartland of North Carolina and the like are the real Americans. In that way, he sounds a hell of a lot like James Carville. Yes, he does.
Starting point is 00:57:38 and frankly, Kim, viewing America's great coastal cities as somehow a bunch of wild-eyed Bolsheviks has been a, well, it's, it's been a strategy and tactic of the, of the maggots before then, the tea-baggers, before them, you know, McCarthyite Republicans and whatnot. But, well, just that description alone lets you know it's been going on for a very long time. Because, you know, out here, well, I mean, Kim, unlike you, I live in the real America. You know, the America where, and I talked a little bit of just after the program, Joy and I were messaging. and I told her I'd just come back from Kroger's. It's about, oh, maybe three miles away. Easy. But, and like I said before, I haven't talked a great deal about it, but for some reason or another,
Starting point is 00:58:54 every couple of years, a warehouse here in Parkersburg seems to catch fire and belches huge black plumes of smoke into the air plastics. This latest one has been a real bear. It started. Burned up, it burned really quickly. And several local fire departments came in, fought the fire at the end of the day. They said, we got it licked. I think I mentioned this last night.
Starting point is 00:59:30 And then by two mornings later, it had reignited and was back up in blazes again. And that took another week. And then they said, oh, we've really got it put out this time. And then three days ago, it went up again. And, of course, it's been a bit rainy. So black rain has fallen all over Parkersburg. And last night in the Kroger, I was just making idle conversation with a woman.
Starting point is 00:59:59 She and her two lovely young daughters were walking out of the air conditioner, air-conditioned Kroger's into the muggy Parkersburg night. And I said, oh, that's like a temperature inversion coming out of there into this. And she said, yeah, but I'd, I'd rather stay in there considering what we've been dealing with. And we talked about a fire for a little bit. And then I realized, ah, and I kind of wondered, wow, that's why my nose is that, because it kind of out of sight, out of mind. And, but, you know, my nose has been burning since I got here. And it burns, and then it runs, and it burns some more, and it.
Starting point is 01:00:42 And they went through the whole turn off your HVAC systems, didn't work. And shifting winds and whatnot, you know. Right. So there's that. But it's okay. I think we should change the state motto of West Virginia from Wild Wonderful, West Virginia to West Virginia, our government will let corporations poison you. Or maybe West Virginia abandoned hope all ye who enter here?
Starting point is 01:01:24 Man, no, we're not the only place that has warehouse fires, but having won every two or three years and the legislature still doesn't, has done exactly nothing. Zero, zip, zilch, nada. Yeah. Oh, by the way, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. To Charlene and Rogue's Island. We are now down to 2740 to go, and Ralphs has a challenge on the table.
Starting point is 01:01:57 Thank you, Ralphs. Yeah, I saw this earlier today. The $25 challenge, the $25 Donnie Did It Challenge, relative to the reflecting pool. No, no, there wasn't a, it wasn't vandals with box cutters, no. Via Occupy Democrats breaking, oh my God, LOL, it was Trump who ruined the pool all along. New photographs from the drained reflection reflecting pool. That's right, we had to drain it again.
Starting point is 01:02:35 Show no gashes, but instead they show, how about that? Tire tracks from, nitwit Nero's little tour of the drained reflecting pool the first time throw, or through. And that pretty much explains everything, barking and grunting about box cutters and a 350-foot smash, gosh. a guy named Brian Willowiac writing a letter to the Tampa Bay Times said As a retired tile installer of 44 years, I was mortified to see President Donald Trump in his 15,000 to 20,000-pound armored SUV along with a dozen other security vehicles being driven across the just resurfaced Lincoln Memorial reflecting pool to
Starting point is 01:03:42 inspect it. It's never okay to drive a motor vehicle over a hydrostatic coating. designed to hold water. The weight and pressure of the armored vehicle's tires will absolutely shear and delaminate the newly recoded surface. Yeah, it was him all along. And so, Ralph says $25 that she wants to turn into 50.
Starting point is 01:04:15 If someone has 25 to add to it, thank you so kindly, Ralphs. And that would get us down to 2690 and we would be fully funded for one day past the halfway mark and a little bit closer to fully funding the month of July. So fingers crossed. Oh yeah that wasn't Sheldon Leonard. Thank you Lee. That was Vic Tayback who played Jojo Cracko. Uh-huh. Oh, yes. Oh, Titanic cuteness. There's little Ferdinand and little in Melda. Oh, they're so precious.
Starting point is 01:05:06 Just as cute as could be. Oh, my God, I'm dying. Oh, it looks like I'm going to have to crush up a Metforman, snort it right here off the desk, because that is sweet. Oh, thank you, Matt. Thank you so much. You know, as someone who once had a Yorkshire Terrier, that just gives little pitterpats to my heart.
Starting point is 01:05:31 Big dogs, golden retrievers, and lavendar. Everdore Retrievers, Little Dogs, Yorkshire Terriers. Sweetest little things in the world. Randy Radar, I don't know what your problem is, but was the rest of the news living under a rock at motorcade is old news? No, it's not old news because they have recently drained. Did you miss that? They have recently drained the reflecting pool again, and now you can see the tire tracks. that is not old news okay so uh there we are i don't know why i have to explain this but i
Starting point is 01:06:31 structure these programs according to my own lights and try to tie them together to make some semblance of sense and uh we still have to go back and finish the donnie brook but see what i there, Donnie Brooke with Jehoshaphat and Donny Deutsch. Exactly. The reflecting pool arrest and prosecute Trump for it. Cynthia says, well, maybe, but see, you can't do that because, well, thanks to our most puissant, dread sovereign, Supreme Catholic majesties, if he did it and did it while he was a president and he's immune as a matter of law.
Starting point is 01:07:27 She thinks. old balls and strikes Roberts and the rest of your filthy cohort we've got some Supreme Court story later on too um two of the ladies of the court testified before Congress and well we'll get there we'll get but again Ralph's challenges on the table and it would be great to get like the 16th of July fully funded and onward Oh, God, Randy Radar. But previously there were pictures of the motorcade driving in the reflecting pool, but not the tire tracks. And not photographs of the actual damage that driving those ginormous vehicles cause on that surface.
Starting point is 01:08:32 So, yeah, there's news in there. Anyway, though, back to Jehoshaphat and branding expert Donny Deutsch and the real America, right? Let's back up just a little bit, so we keep the context. We're a historical. They ignored the fact that there is always blowback in the Middle East and that it was going to crush his support in the United States of America. You know what? Absoluteists should have seen this coming.
Starting point is 01:09:08 I think you should talk to absolutists on Israel and say you should have seen this coming because Joe's dumb. He went to a southern state school and even he figured this out. Look at this. Look at this. mom dani has has a 33% higher approval rating among jews in america than netting yahoo can we separate net yahoo israel and jews and that my question netanyahu aside is that why right after october 7th before israel started retaliating did anti-semitism spike why when
Starting point is 01:09:42 israel was attacked from day one was on the defensive so netanyahu was not the right guy he's got to go. But I just have this big problem. Well, I don't, I think if... Donnie really is a simpleton, isn't he? Netanyahu's not the right guy. He's got to go. Only if you mean to the Hague to spend the rest of his life, there's that. But who comes after him? Well, who's in line? Edomar Ben-Givir, fan of genocide, Belizel Smotrich, what's his name, Israel, Cats?
Starting point is 01:10:38 Is that the defense minister? Because some garlanded peac nick is not going to be given the levers of power in Israel. There is a genocide to complete. What a dumbass. I went back and looked at polls after October 7th, you'd see a lot of people, including myself, nonstop, supporting Israel, talking nonstop, had Jonathan Greenblad on here like every third day, talking about anti-Semitism in America, anti-Semitism in New York City, anti-Semitism in Europe, anti-Semitism on college media. I had been spending the last 20 years on television, talking about anti-Semitism. And I'm smirking because it would be. I would fit it somehow in between takes on the Daily Show and a dog floating down the river on aboard the Mississippi River.
Starting point is 01:11:36 More on that one, John Morgan's on the show. He got canceled when he was on Scarborough Country one time. And in the middle of that, I would talk about anti-Semitism. So I'm just telling you, you asked why did this? And so there's Joe confessing that he's been carrying water all this time. And so it is a little surprising to see him. finally push back against a numb nuts like Donnie Deutsch. You know what?
Starting point is 01:12:05 Some people need to put a mirror up against themselves and say sometimes taking an absolutist view. I'm not an absoluteest. And turning a blind eye to the suffering that's going on out there? Not turning a blind eye. I mean, it's okay for you to look at Gaza and say that's horrifying. By the way, I look at the girls. I look at the girls who were killed on the first day of the war. And I'm still horrified as an American.
Starting point is 01:12:28 And I am horrified that innocent gods is getting killed. What I'm saying is that Israel, who's prosecuting... The word what is doing double duty for the disjunctive word, but... Oh, it's bad, but... But what? ...war is under a different level of volume of attention and criticism and volume that we've never seen with any other country or religion. That's it.
Starting point is 01:12:56 I'm not defending that now. Let me just say. You rest assured that the day, the week, the month after the poll are closed this fall, the top three issues will be costs, costs, and costs. It will not be Israel. It will not be Palestine. It will not be foreign countries. It will be costs, costs, and costs. That's all. Good discussion. I love you. I love you too. Will you tell everybody now we love each other because they're like, oh, what do you go? We do it. Yeah, maybe you need a friendship break. Meanwhile, going back a week ago, a new associated press poll of Jewish Americans,
Starting point is 01:13:48 44% favorable for Moundani, 39% unfavorable plus five. And exactly what Jehosephat was talking about. Netanyahu, 32% favorable, 59%. percent unfavorable for a net negative 27 and nitwit nero 29 percent favorable 71 percent unfavorable for a net minus 42 that's among uh jewish people in the united states surveyed by the associated press the question for me is on on that trump favorable number 29 percent of Jews in America. That can't all be Jared and precious princess.
Starting point is 01:14:45 I wank him a daddy Trump Kushner. No. So from there, where? Toward the end of the program last night. Then why did it spike? Like, this is from Kim. It's a thing called disproportional response, you ass. That's why anti-Semitism spiked, you goddamn adult.
Starting point is 01:15:32 It's called genocide, Jesus Christ. and yeah, he's really horrified at little gods and children being killed. And another, yeah, your audience really cares if you both love each other, barf. Okay, Roxanne, sorry for spewing. Never apologize, Kim, never apologize. Never, ever, ever, ever.
Starting point is 01:15:50 And thank you, Micah. Dr. Abdul El-Said is running against Haley Stevens in Michigan. And his progressive street cred, well, at least he's not going to crawl on his belly in front of APEC. And honestly, this is a reckoning that's been a long time coming. There are sailors who still remember the USS Liberty and the slaughter Israel perpetrated against those sailors
Starting point is 01:16:42 who were engaged in exactly zero hostilities. But I mentioned the Supremes, the handmaid, alongside Justice Elena Kagan went to Capitol Hill today to testify before the House Appropriations Subcommittee, they wanted $16.6 million to a $16.6 million increase because of threats against judges. and it was carried on various outlets, among others, CNN. And, well, the handmade had a deeply personal story to tell. We begin this hour with a Supreme Court plea for safety in a rare appearance on Capitol Hill. Two justices are making their case for more security funding as threats against.
Starting point is 01:17:59 Rare appearance on Capitol Hill. quickly we forget because it was it two weeks ago yeah that clearance pubes on the coke can Faffy Thomas decided to sashay over and wander through the halls of the house the house side of the of the Capitol and just happened to be right where the Republican leadership offices are all right what are you going to talk I'm going to tell You ask some real good questions, Gurley? Mm-hmm. You ever seen any long-dong silver movies, Gurley?
Starting point is 01:18:47 Unlike him. Rare appearance on Capitol Hill. Yes. Against federal judges across the nation are on the rise. Right now, Justice's Elena Kagan and Amy Coney-Barritt are set to speak to the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee. Just a few hours ago, the Justice has opened up to House members about the personal impact some increased threats have had. Let's go live to Capitol Hill with CNN's Joan Biscupic. Joan, what are you expecting to hear from these justices as they speak to senators?
Starting point is 01:19:28 Good you see, Boris, and we've got a nice preview because this morning they were before House members making their pitch for more security, explaining the kinds of needs they have, both for more officers at their residence, more officers at the Supreme Court, a better screening system for people who are going into the court, visitors, and then also cybersecurity. You know, of course, we know that there have been some leaks from the court, but they're very much worried about what kind of cybersecurity risks they have right now. And I have to say, a very compelling moment came early in the hearing when Justice Barrett, who was up there with Justice Kagan, talked personally about what the security threats have meant to her and her family.
Starting point is 01:20:12 Let's listen to what she said when she talked about bringing home a woman. bulletproof vest in 2020 after the leak of the Dobbs abortion rights case and all the threats to her and other justices when threats to my life were particularly intense a few years ago around the time of the dobs leak my security detail sent me home with a bulletproof vest and i carried it into my house put it into my bedroom dropped it down on a table turned around and my 12-year-old son was standing in the doorway of my bedroom and he wanted to know what it was and why I had it and I didn't know how to respond because maybe I lack imagination but I didn't expect that performing this service was going to put me in the position of explaining
Starting point is 01:20:57 to my children pay attention to the language she uses pay attention dropped it down on a table turned around and my 12 year old son was standing in the doorway of my bedroom and he wanted to know what it was and why I had it and I didn't know how to respond because maybe I lack imagination, but I didn't expect that performing this service was going to put me in the position of explaining to my children what a bulletproof vest was and why I had to wear one. Performing this service. How about serving in this office? Because that's a goddess of irony moment right there. That's what that is. performing this service, that combination of words, that choice of words, performing this service,
Starting point is 01:22:09 is different from serving in this office or serving in this capacity. The latter puts serving at the forefront of the idea, whereas what the goddess of irony made her confess in front of the Congress today was that she is that she views it all as performative. It's just a performance. And Joy in Ann Arbor messaged me earlier saying, oh God, watching the handmade go on and on about her family's safety, boo fucking who lady, get in line. They're gunning us down in the street, thanks to you. They're letting pregnant women believe. to death in the parking lot, thanks to you, fuck your safety. And I couldn't agree more with joy.
Starting point is 01:23:14 Parents all over the country now purchase backpacks for their little five-year-olds to carry off to kindergarten that have bulletproof plates in them. What kind of privileged 12-year-old does the handmaid have. that he doesn't know what a bulletproof fucking vest is. He sees them all the time. Because he's, at whatever private school he attends, he's protected each and every day by people armed to the teeth and wearing bulletproof vests.
Starting point is 01:23:58 Not so many bulletproof vests for the kids out there in the real America. You know, Justice Handmaid, maybe have a conversation with some of the folks from Sandy Hook. Ask them how much sympathy they share with you, poor baby. Performing this service. It makes me think she's at the very least a sociopath. Maybe a psychopath. I mean, she is a member of a weird-ass religious cult after all.
Starting point is 01:24:45 Her title in that cult really was handmade. Behold the handmaiden of the Lord. I guess her last name is of Donald. I'm a little short on sympathy for her or any of the other fascists up there. To be fair, though, if one is to worry, the greatest worry attaches to Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Katanji Brown Jackson.
Starting point is 01:25:30 Because the people who, the wild-eyed creature, people who have all the guns just happen to be the same people who belly crawl in front of their orange Jesus and they're the ones most likely to use them over on whatever passes for our side of the aisle people we've had a couple of people who like thought about it got close and went no I'm not going to do this I'm going to turn myself in and go to prison for the next 30 years because this would be wrong I can't say the same for maggots. Explaining to children, Lee in New York says,
Starting point is 01:26:19 an honest question deserves an honest answer. And she's a justice? No, right now, Lee, she's just a concerned mom. And Ralph's noted maybe because she lacks imagination? This isn't an, yeah, that's another one of those phrases. This isn't an imagination problem. Frankly, I heard this bullshit about how do I explain to my 12-year-old, and I time-traveled. Chronosynclastic infidbula are real.
Starting point is 01:26:59 And the next thing I knew, I was in the car, and it was 30 years ago, and I had little kids, and I was hearing that now-de-flesh flimball, the pillhead, blathering, Lathering on about, my friends, what will we tell the children about Bill Clinton and what he did as President of the United States and all of his disgusting sexy time? All the while, of course, we now know, Newton Lee Roy Gingrich, amateur paleontologist, was banging Callista like a cheap gong from Pierwan imports. What will we tell the children? And then, you know, sometime later, kids in the van, driving along, shouldn't have been listening to him.
Starting point is 01:28:04 But I was, you know, whatever. And I heard that self-same, fat, dead flesh flimball say, My friends across the fruited plains, do you know why Hillary Clinton doesn't wear short skirts? It's because she doesn't want them to see her balls. Or maybe it was the other one, he told. My friends, have you heard about the Hillary Clinton special? At KFC? It's two small breasts and a left wing.
Starting point is 01:28:51 He was disgusting. I hope they're having fun with him in hell. or the time my kids heard Wimbaugh talk about a trans man and say, oh, my friends, the medical procedure that she had was an addidectomy. I actually wrote a letter to the FCC over that one. But yeah, there's, there's, there's, anytime I hear a fucking maggot bloviating about what will we tell children. These days, you know, what do we, what do we tell the children about what Niro did to E. Jean Carroll? Some good news there. She's been paid $5 million plus interest.
Starting point is 01:29:58 Robbie Kaplan got a cool 33 and a third percent of that. So that works out to, you know, $1.6 million in change. It's a nice payday. It was a lot of hard work getting it. What do we tell the children about nitwit Nero? And the fact that he cheated on his first wife with his second wife and cheated on his second wife with his third wife and had anchor babies by wife one and wife two. My friends, what will we tell the children?
Starting point is 01:30:45 Yeah. But anyway, let's go back to the handmade. Pretty raw testimony there, Boris. She also talked about just a few weeks ago. Jesus, pretty raw testimony there, Boris? She delivered that testimony like she was ordering a poo-poo platter in a Chinese restaurant. Her family was the victim of a swatting incident where another son had gone out to the front porch and saw all these police officers there because there had been a false call into police.
Starting point is 01:31:24 But, you know, Boris, the hearing covered many other issues having to do with the shadow docket, the emergency docket that Justice has been hearing more and more cases on, questions of ethics and accountability. And that produced an interesting exchange, too. Yeah, to that point about questions of ethics, there's been an ongoing controversy about some of the gifts that justices have received in the past, including luxury trips. Justices Kagan and Barrett were asked about that. Talk to us about that exchange. Sure, and we'll hear from Justice Kagan, who herself has definitely supported the new ethics policy they have, but she's criticized her colleagues sometimes for not having a method of enforcing it. And some of the House members question, maybe the legislative branch or the executive branch should come in to enforce it. And here's how she responded to that, Boris.
Starting point is 01:32:19 Right now, the mechanism has no enforcement. disability system. I will say that that's an extremely difficult question for a pretty obvious reason, I think, which is that I don't think that you would want an enforcement system that was controlled by the executive branch or by the legislature. And this is because of what you said in your opening statement about the importance of judicial independence. Yes, Boris, a lot of questions and no easy answers, but this was part one. And this afternoon we'll hear what they have to say to senators. Yeah, we look forward to more.
Starting point is 01:32:57 Joan Buscubik Live. Yeah, that's enough. That's plenty. Ah, Jesus. Raw testimony. I got an idea. Justice Kagan said that it's a difficult issue. Let's expand the court.
Starting point is 01:33:24 Once there's a Democratic Congress and a Democratic president, let's expand the court. to 015, let this president fill all the vacancies, or the, you know, the Democratic president in theory, and then let that majority impose upon itself a code of ethics to be enforced externally. No more honor system for dishonorable honors. Pretty raw testimony. Meanwhile, it's just another day out here in Gun America, just another day when moms and dads send their kids off to school. And whether they think about it actively or not, it's always in the back of their mind now that their child won't make it home alive. Because like we've talked about on this program for oh so long, it's the National RUBel or Rifle Association's roulette wheel of death and round and round.
Starting point is 01:35:03 she goes and where she stops nobody knows until until the bodies until the bodies start being counted jesus but but yeah we're past the halfway point of the program i should note that this is a conversation radio program and there's a phone number and everything 844 843 4676 844 the horn and that'll get you right in as does the discord line in the old holler tree, if you've already been cleared into that, you can use that and get right in, just fine and dandy. Yesterday, I mentioned mayonnaise-mouth Miller sticking his foot in his mouth, along with all the blue plate, when he said that Lindsey Graham served for the love of the game.
Starting point is 01:36:39 well now now we get news as another person lays dead on the streets of Maine Biddleford Maine and Jesus a new lawsuit was filed in New York federal court citing the Klan Act of 1871 that was what gave the gave the courts power to deal with the Klan. And in that lawsuit is an allegation that hairless Hydrick has actually worked in close conjunction with a vigilante group, a vigilante force to orchestrate a conspiracy to deport people. The lawsuit was filed by Mahmoud Khalil, former Columbia University student, Palestinian permanent resident. He was tormented by the Trump administration early on March 2025,
Starting point is 01:38:18 imprisoned for 104 days in the shithole concentration camp in Louisiana. His wife was pregnant at the time. Manay's Mouth Miller, along with little Marco Rubio, and a shit ton of private groups are among the named parties defendant. One of those groups is
Starting point is 01:38:48 called B-T-A-R. They bragged about running a vigilante force. He was engaged in direct well, a representative of B-T-R was in direct communications with Miller and little Marco over a list of Palestinian activists that it had already compiled and wanted
Starting point is 01:39:23 the Trump regime to get rid of. And in March of 2025, after the arrest of Mr. Khalil, they bragged about it posting an excrement to X. as we said five weeks ago Kalila is on our deport list we have provided information on many others who will shortly as well be detained and deported also on the same day
Starting point is 01:40:00 mayonnaise mouth Miller put down the spoon long enough to excrement those who sympathize with terrorism are unwelcome on our shores they'll be denied entry or sent home the suit also names a member of the Heritage Foundation Victoria Coates.
Starting point is 01:40:22 She was in charge of Project 2025's Project Esther. And that was the source of the deportation campaign. Yeah, I know. Isn't it funny to think back to the 2024 campaign when it says, Oh, but Mr. Trump, what about Project 2025? I have no idea what's in it. But I heard it's some pretty nasty stuff. I don't want anything to do with it.
Starting point is 01:40:53 Meanwhile, Victoria Coates had published a book in 2024, and the lawsuit quotes from the book in which she describes Palestinians as having, quote, default mechanism is sadistic savagery. And it is alleged in the complaint that Miller worked hand in glove or something. with Victoria Coates and that they share the same view of Palestinian people. It says he was public about his work with the Heritage Foundation before returning to the White House. So, hopefully, this case will go somewhere. It's originating in the federal courts of New York and will eventually, I'm sure, find its way up to our most puissant dread sovereign supreme catholic majesties hey justice handmade how do you think you'd fare in gaza honey how do you think that uh your 12 year old son would react to having their home relentlessly attacked
Starting point is 01:42:38 with munitions supplied by the united states to the israeli government huh just curious justice handmaid Just curious. Let's run over to the stress line for a second, see who we've got there. Hey, welcome to the program. Good morning. You forgot you. You did. You're breaking up.
Starting point is 01:43:09 You're breaking up something fierce. Okay. Oh, but I know. That's all right. So that'll be moving. No, nothing yet. Okay. Yeah, call back. Maybe we'll get a better connection.
Starting point is 01:43:41 That was wild. We don't usually have that bad of connections here. Okey-doke. There we are. Are you with us? Oh, hi, Jeremy. That was you? Yeah. Yeah, when I first called, you were working up bad, bad, bad. Well, so were you So were you and you didn't even sound like you.
Starting point is 01:44:16 You sounded something like... No, you didn't sound like you. It was all... Okay. Digital like that's like, oh, this isn't good. So it must have been my... Anyway, I'm going to talk about something that has nothing to do with what happened. Well, it happened to me today and a couple of other things that have nothing bad.
Starting point is 01:44:33 I am secretly into a hobby that Haley is heavily into. I'm on the very amateur end of AM radio and playing with it on my computer and picking up different frequencies and FM and this and that. For years and years, I've heard Malloy and yourself, especially Malloy talking about some of those long drives from Georgia to other states. All you can pick up in the mountains is an AM band, and it's nothing but Christian radio up and down that band. That is 100% true.
Starting point is 01:45:02 I have heard AM brought in AM broadcast. from places I never should because of my software. Like I have picked up Christian radio from Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida in some cases. Oh, it can be a real experience. Oh, it's early morning. Oh, it's a real experience. I mean, the first time I really come this weekend, I was really tuned in, and I heard some guy bitty about COVID.
Starting point is 01:45:26 And I told myself, I know how this ends. I know how it's fucking ends, but I'm going to hang on to this one just for the fun of it. And sure enough, if the guy signed off, they called off the Christian Broadcasting of Tennessee, something worldwide church or something, blah, blah, blah. I knew it was going to end this way. So there's a fact. But, I mean, it's amazing.
Starting point is 01:45:45 I mean, it's an amazing hobby. I guess if you listen to radio long enough you're fascinated that you get into it one way or another. I don't have a license, so I can't transmit it. Simply listening, but the things you pick up, I mean, the channels I found, some of them are amazing. And all I have is a little dongle. I plug into my computer, and I run a 16-gauge wire
Starting point is 01:46:05 up to the top of my roof and connect it to my old. dish dish. And that's how I do it right now. It's not a major antenna. But it picks up amazing things. I mean, local radio picks it up better than it would in the car, honestly. But I heard some amazing things. I heard guys tonight chatting in North Carolina.
Starting point is 01:46:22 Sound like truckers. But my buddy in the government building, who's a guard, who's into shortwave, said the band I was on telling it was probably ham radio. He said, but it could have been CB. It was just, and I couldn't remember. But there was one guy, I kid you not, talking as foghorn. leghorn. It was cracking me up. It was, it was, it must have been
Starting point is 01:46:42 shortwave. I'll bet that wasn't an impression. That's just how he talks. No, no, I don't no, he was, it sounds like he's from Louisiana. When he's talking about North Carolina, it was the way, the way, yes, it was, it's like, I couldn't look at the name at the time, but I told the guy the guy was like, oh, he saw his leghorn,
Starting point is 01:47:01 and he said, yeah, him. He said there used to be, he read about this in the 90s, In Arizona, we had a government number station. Just like every country has, tell our spies and whatever, let it hear my numbers, and they know what means of the day. He said the enter of the number station was a recording of thog or leghorned for the U.S. government numbers chasing. He said, I kid you not.
Starting point is 01:47:25 That is funny. But, I mean, I picked up as far away as Montreal, which isn't that far away. There's a legendary rock station at a Montreal in the North Country. you can pick up called Shome. I mean, it's famous about Montreal. You used to be able to pick it up to the internet, but then that horrible apparatus, Iheart came along and bought up the fucking rights.
Starting point is 01:47:49 So now to hear something you could either hear of the radio over the internet, you have to pay eight bucks a month to listen to their channel in Canada. That kind of makes me mad, but not here or there. But, I mean, the things that you and the way have said for years are completely true. The A& Band is just littered with Christian. generate radio. Oh, it absolutely is. And it seems like the early in the morning it is, the crazy of the talk is. My Jesus coming back. Oh, and I thought. Yeah, that's because they haven't taken, that's because they haven't taken their morning meds yet. I'm sure. But finally, I heard someone
Starting point is 01:48:29 advertising. First of them I get to hear it live, you can buy 25 year lasting bucket pudding. I heard the advertisement this morning, and I cracked up. I'm like, oh, my God, it's not just a joke and we're so real. So, yeah, we're not, I have not just been making this up. It's very real. And the only, you know, the only caveat is that in some places,
Starting point is 01:49:01 of course, that may not now be the case. The AM band is one and predominantly Christian Bologna. But the other of it, The other aspect is there's a lot of Spanish language music stations. Oh, yeah. I found, not even that. I found a lot of weirdly enough.
Starting point is 01:49:24 I think they're coming out of Montreal, but they could be bounced off the ionosphere. But I hear a lot of Spanish music channels coming in for me. And there is a small Havana section of Montreal, kind of like Boston and stuff. So, I mean, it could be coming from there. But I definitely hear more Spanish than I thought I would hear on the radio. Oh, without a doubt. and you know when you when you really catch a good one you get it's pretty easy to get hooked especially if you hear one you remember the old uh prayer meet and wednesday character voice i used to do with the
Starting point is 01:50:02 and you know all of that those guys are called hackers it predates the computer error and you get one of those and you'll you'll be entertained for as long as the certain German last. Robin, Robin, you've gone digital again, so I'm just going to hang up. We can talk more and Friday about this. I think my phone is very set anyway. Have a good night. All right. Take care, Jeremy. I'm sorry. Huh. How strange. Well, Jeremy, at least Jeremy stayed stable. Stayed stable. Jesus, right? And I would be remiss as we approach the third hour of the program. I would be remiss if I did not also point out that in the wake of the announcement yesterday that nitwit Niro will address the nation, that now the din has risen to the point
Starting point is 01:51:06 where people think they know what he's going to do and he's going to try to declare, this is the measure of his desperation, he's going to try to declare that Raphael Warren and John Ossoff were elected to the Senate from the state of Georgia illegally, which is just pathetic. And one wonders how Brian Kemp will respond or the former Secretary of State who refused to find nitwit, Nero. 11,780 votes. Because, of course, Warnock and Osov were elected on the same ballot where a bunch of, a bunch of maggots also succeeded so hmm and and uh mike no oh who is it who's who's the maggot who's running in georgia um who's just up to his eyeballs in scandal and creepiness and it right yeah i'll read the
Starting point is 01:52:24 transcript i'm not tuning in i'm sorry um and this is this is is is share and by the way just to that put a little tag on the end of that story. Nitwit Nero has no power to remove anyone from Congress, not one. And in fact, to, I recall my Constitution correctly, to remove a member of the Senate would require either a two-thirds or three-fourth vote of that body. that doesn't happen generally and when it does happen it's because somebody has been busted for being a ginormous crook so the front end of anything that would happen with osoph and warnock would have to be an indictment and a conviction so that kind of tells you what the roadmap is if in fact that is that is his focus and since we are at the third hour of
Starting point is 01:53:52 program I'll mention Ralph's challenge on the table the Donnie did it with his little limousine challenge or the Donnie did it challenge relative to the reflecting pool and if met that would get us down to 2610 which would be most helpful that would mean that the 16th of July was fully funded so Ralphs would love to do that that and I would love for her to be able to. Did I say, no, 2690, 2690, suffering. I'm just suffering with deciphering.
Starting point is 01:54:54 Oh, yeah. Mike Collins. Thank you, Ralph, serving as the, who's the maggot running against Ossoff, horn ad hoc research department, yeah. He's creepy and dirty and, ugh. and nitwit Nero is desperate because one presumes that somebody has told him about the handwriting on the wall
Starting point is 01:55:20 and now he's trying to cheat because that's the only way he has survived is cheating two-thirds majority vote thank you Steve for expulsion from the Senate you're not going to get that they're just not
Starting point is 01:55:41 what they will try to do is hound them into resigning or give, you know, some sort of bullshit indictment. And John Osop has already responded. And I got to thinking that one good way to respond to this, of course, you know, I'm not a political strategist who gets paid billions of dollars to get shit wrong. But one way to point this, you know, after he makes his stupid little speech, after it's confirmed, after he said whatever he's going to say one of the simplest things to do would be to point out that nitwit nero has already been found liable for the civil wrong of defamation of character and that defamation of character by definition is a finding that he's a liar he deliberately and intention
Starting point is 01:57:12 told lies about E. Jean Carroll. And yeah, Randy Radar, you're right. The next round that is a much higher dollar figure has yet to be fully adjudicated all the way to the Supreme Court. But that day, too, will likely come. But this case is enough for someone like John Osoff or anyone else who here's what I'm saying. He is a liar. Trump is a liar. A court has found him to be a liar all the way up to and including the Supreme Court of the United States because that is in the nature of defamation. He lied about E. Jean Carroll. And of course, then there's the 10, 20, 30, hundred thousand, two hundred thousand, I don't know where the count is now of demonstrable lies that he is told during the course of the almost six years that he spent in the presidency.
Starting point is 01:58:28 Nail him as the liar that he is. That is lovely and sweet and good and kind, Jude. Jude says, since women's standing does not hold or present signs, yet this handmade scarf from Palestine has been present when standing with the boots and flowers. It is over my shoulders. I don't know if that counts as a kaffia or if it's just a shawl or a scarf. It's beautiful. And I think it makes the statement that you want to make when you stand. Jude, thank you for that. heavy stop huh oh and something just occurred to me a program note there may be one day without a program that day may be thursday um it happens to be victoria's day off and we're hoping to go and see the odyssey i don't know if it'll but if it is yeah we want to see it and we have to see it on a day
Starting point is 02:00:01 one of her days off because she has to go to bed so early because she gets up at four o'clock in the morning she works very early morning shift i will post on social media if that is the case but i just wanted to give you a quick heads up and apparently john stewart has gotten into the uh into the fray relative to moscow mitch i don't often play clips from the daily show but Every once in a while, it's worth it. He was apparently talking about Lindsay Graham and then found his way over to Moscow Mitch. The people deciding rules about the most advanced technology on Earth
Starting point is 02:01:02 should look like their steam powered. AI. Data Center. Get some more coal up the ass and get me going again. Come on. Come on now. Show me that. Shirahimae.
Starting point is 02:01:19 Everyone understands. You cannot have the country ruled by people this old and frail. Everyone except them. Senator Mitch McConnell said over the weekend, I'm not taking a break from the Senate business that matters to you. I still have unfinished business to complete on your behalf, and I have every intention of finishing the job you elected me to do. Don't.
Starting point is 02:01:48 Don't finish it. We're fine. You don't have to finish the job. And by the way, I have to finish the job. I am going nowhere because I have unfinished business literally is what a ghost would say. Bingo. What is what a ghost would say? You cannot banish me.
Starting point is 02:02:10 My soul has unfinished business. I must curtail your access to food stamps. Food. No way suggesting that old people cannot be productive at their jobs. But at the highest levels of our government, there is a way. no check on when they are no longer capable of doing just that, but their power remains. Advanced age is just one more way in which our government is at a remove from the needs of the people they purport to serve, and they have too much power to be this disconnected.
Starting point is 02:02:52 If only there was somebody in the government who understood that. We need a Democratic Party that opens its doors. to new people, new energy, and new ideas. That kid gets it. Yeah, the implicit humor in the fact that Bernie's out, yeah, he gets it. And I still say that the whole business about, you know, us old folks, we don't like to talk about our infirmative. Bullshit! I woke up this morning and my lumbago was a-acking up.
Starting point is 02:03:36 I had to put on a mustard plaster poultish. If you've never had a mustard plaster, pray God, you never have one. Jesus, they're awful. Mustard plaster, plaster, plaster, and a healthy, a healthy guzzler. Pastor oil, it sets me right every day. But at the end of the day, like we said, that's no proof of life. what he did. That's a proof of communications department. Jesus.
Starting point is 02:04:34 Governor Bashir, surely to God, you've got some kind of a phone number for him. Or somebody who can get you one. But not even a phone number. No, what you need is a FaceTime. Or some sort of video calling. Because until such time, and again, John Stewart was right. it was right. Unfinished business? Shit, where did that come from? Was that from the
Starting point is 02:05:11 Casper the friendly ghost movie? Unfinished business? Or some other ghosty movie? I don't know which. But as Cromwell was said to a remark to the, what was it, the long parliament? In the name of God go. You have done enough. In the name of God, go.
Starting point is 02:05:42 there are so many opportunities for those of you who saw the post that went with the podcast last night I got done with the program and immediately realized it just dawned on me that the perfect the perfect paraphrase of Shakespeare was right to your waiting for me Richard the second play for God's sake let us sit upon the ground and tell sad stories of the death of kings
Starting point is 02:06:28 Richard II utters but no for God's sake let us sit upon the ground and tell sad stories of the death of queens and now by the way we have crazy glue gate anything to I mean
Starting point is 02:06:54 has anyone has anyone over the course of these almost six years referred to Trump as a tabloid presidency because this is the kind of shit that belonged in the National Inquirer but then again there's a National Inquirer connection because it was the National Inquirer that spiked the story about Stormy Daniels and others keep people from finding out what a filthy fucking pervert Donald Trump is and so it was yesterday that nitwit Niro showed up to sign executive orders and take some questions about Iran. And then again, like I said, he bailed on it because Caitlin Collins, who doesn't smile enough,
Starting point is 02:07:53 asked him a question that a sixth grader could probably answer, but he couldn't. But then, well, right on the... corner of the resolute desk, some eagle-eyed pixel-stained wretch noticed a tube of crazy glue. And people immediately began to connect it to one of the stories in that profit receptacle by Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan, in which they said that nitwit Nero in person with his own tiny hands glues the tacky gold
Starting point is 02:08:45 gym cracks all over the Oval Office including sticking them on the marble fireplace of the of the Oval Office. It's tacky as fuck and well he's tacky so why should anyone be surprised but the snapshots of the crazy glue
Starting point is 02:09:16 taken by CNN White House producer DJ Judd. Well, they pissed off Katie Miller. You know, the house frowl to hairless Hadrick. She snarked the important news you can expect from CNN. And she hates the book because they're in it too. The funny thing, though, is that she amplified the crazy glue thing. Oh, God, she is such a dumb-dum and a toxic dumb-dum into the bargain. And now, by the way, nitwit Nero has tacoed again, having said,
Starting point is 02:10:40 We'll be the guardian angel of the straight of her moves. He has since backed down and said, that maybe we don't have to be compensated after all. It was a complete 180. Let's see. Boris Sanchez and Representative Jason Crow had a moment over the HATAM reversal. We're back with our breaking news. The U.S. military preparing to restart its.
Starting point is 02:11:41 blockade of Iranian ports in roughly an hour from now. Today, in a major reversal, President Trump says the U.S. will not charge tolls on cargo moving through the Strait of Hormuz. He says he dropped the plan fee after several Gulf nations urged against it, instead offering to invest in the United States. The blockade is getting underway after the U.S. launched another wave of strikes across Iran overnight. Let's discuss these developments with Democratic Congressman Jason Crow of Colorado. He's a member of the House Armed Services and Intelligence Committee. Congressman, thanks so much for sharing part of your afternoon with us. So both Trump and the Iranian Parliament have declared that the ceasefire is over.
Starting point is 02:12:19 Iran is attempting to assert control over traffic in the strait. What do you think the administration should do next? Boris, it's not a major reversal. It's Donald Trump's daily reversal. I mean, literally, this changes by the day. One time the street is open, the next day it's closed. one day we're going to charge a toll the next day we're not, the next day
Starting point is 02:12:42 we've signed a peace deal in an MOU, the next day we don't. This is what happens. I mean, who would have guessed? Let's just put it this way. Who would have guessed that getting into another war in the Middle East without a plan, without an end game, without a strategy,
Starting point is 02:12:58 without allies would possibly have ended up like this? It is nuts that we are now six months into this, have spent over a hundred billion dollars. Service members have lost their lives. We've lost our credibility. The Iranian regime is actually more emboldened and has more control over Iran and the Iranian people than they did in February. This is an unmitigated disaster. So should the U.S. simply walk away? Is that your position? Wouldn't
Starting point is 02:13:28 that simply cede control of the straight to Iran? No, of course that's not my position, right? We have started this. We never should have started this to begin with. But now we have to figure out how we extricate ourselves from a terrible situation that we never should have been in. The first step to doing that is creating more options. We have to create more options for us. We have to open more doors. The best way to create options and open doors is to build a coalition and to bring our allies to the table. But the best way to bring our allies to the table is to stop yelling and screaming at them, maligning them, and threatening to take them over. Right. So Donald Trump needs to stop doing damage and digging a hole deeper for us,
Starting point is 02:14:12 needs to engage with our allies, bring them to the table, develop a coalition which will enhance options for us, and then we can figure out which of those is the best one to take. Certain experts that we'd heard from previously, folks that have spent a lot of time working this issue and that have experience at the Pentagon have made the case that specifically European allies, beyond the ability to remove mines in the strait, are not necessarily equipped to do what's necessary to keep it open. And beyond that, it is a challenge to keep traffic flowing through the strait militarily when it costs a lot less for Iran to use cheap drones and to use these smaller attack boats to sort of ward off anyone that wants to do commercial shipping there.
Starting point is 02:14:59 I wonder if you think an effort to keep the straight open, whether through a blockade of Iranian ports or further strikes into Iran could change the equation. Well, we have to make a distinction, Boris, when we're talking about tactics versus when we're talking about strategy. It's clear there's no strategy here, right? This administration is stumbling day to day, week to week, trying to figure out how to handle developments on a 24-hour basis. Now, what you just talked about, control of the straits, that's a tactical question. And what I can tell you, without a doubt, and I've been saying this since day one, as have our military commanders, as have every expert who knows anything about this region and how the military works, that there's no way to control this trait of Hormuz without a significant military presence and significant military operation far beyond anything that we have done so far. right so Donald Trump's saying we're going to control it and charge a toll how does he propose to do that when Iran for pennies on the dollar can hold our navy at risk can hold personnel at risk can hold boots on the ground which by the way we would have to put into the straits area to hold it to secure the land around it he has no plan for any of these things so it's just talk it's just bluster meanwhile Americans are paying for it in terms of congressional oversight congressman president trump notified congress about renewed attacks on july 10th that triggers the 60 day clock for congress to either authorize military action or or demand that the executive
Starting point is 02:16:35 ended we saw lawmakers approve a few weeks ago a war powers measure before some key republicans flip their support for it do you think another resolution would have the votes to pass in the next few weeks in the next 60 days or so well i'm going to be really clear on an initial point here And you just talked about the 60-day clock. The 60-day clock only applies and gives the president authority to use military force when there's an imminent threat. If there's no imminent threat, you have to come to Congress. This president and this administration has never shown an imminent threat, never showed the American people and its elected representatives that there was an imminent threat that in the first place required us to go in there. So that's really important to talk about.
Starting point is 02:17:25 So let's just stipulate for a minute that there is an imminent threat. And we're here. But now what the president wants America to believe is he's just going to engage in a series of 60-day wars. 60 days. That ends. You recertify it. The clock starts. You do it again.
Starting point is 02:17:41 How long does he propose to do that? Because I'm pretty damn sick and tired of 20 years of endless conflict in the Middle East that has cost Americans $5 trillion over 6,000 American lives, lost time, lost credibility. While my constituents can't afford their homes, can't afford their health care, can't afford the basic necessities of everyday life, enough is enough. Congressman, before we go, a key player in any broad strategizing or any deal moving forward that is durable in the Middle East will be Israel. In the coming days, Congressman Thomas Massey's amendment to effectively cut off U.S.
Starting point is 02:18:22 U.S. aid to Israel will get a vote in the House. Where do you stand on that? Well, we're looking at that bill, but I'm going to also be clear about this. The status quo is untenable, right? The status quo is not a status quo. Things need to change. Our relationship and our terms need to change, because right now, what we need to do is have an ally that we can rely on, that will follow the law, that will follow our interests as a nation. And I'm not confident that that's the case right now. And this administration seems to want to give blank checks to Benjamin Netanyahu, and I'm just not interested in continuing that cycle.
Starting point is 02:19:03 Congressman Jason Crowe, always appreciate getting your perspective. Kind of buried the lead, didn't they? And doesn't that reinforce why Mitch McConnell has to be presumed alive until August the 3rd? Because in a special election to serve until January 3rd. Thomas Massey might throw his hat in the ring and might have a chance. And along the way, he might even get some support from, you know, Rand Paul, a libertarian ophthalmologist and that thing on his head. You never know.
Starting point is 02:20:02 But there will be a vote in the House on whether to finally cut off aid to Israel, something that we should have been talking about doing a generation. ago. Oh, and by the way, when Jehoshaphat back in that clip earlier in the program was blathering on about how this isn't 1967, this isn't 1973, this isn't 2003, every conflict, and this has even been admitted by Israeli governmental figures at the highest levels, every Israeli-examination. Every Israeli conflict has been manufactured for the benefit of Israel. There are lengthy lecture series of which you can avail yourself. So even those don't really matter. But what Representative Crow says is true, and of course he's a former U.S. Army Ranger. So he actually does know the difference
Starting point is 02:21:13 between strategy and tactics. And I thought it was actually kind of helpful that he educated Boris Sanchez about that. Good Lord. Now, I don't. expect Massey's bill to succeed. It would still need, well, I don't, huh, there's an interesting thought. It's a financial bill. In theory, it could be brought up in the Senate under reconciliation. Oh, oh, this is going to cost A-PAC a lot of money. And of course, they'll send out their messaging teams to say, well, he's just bitter at APEC because we, oh, we better not say that part. Well, you know, we did. We spent $3 billion to get him out of office. God, it will be, well, I wonder, I wonder how many Democrats and I wonder how many Republicans.
Starting point is 02:22:32 It might be one of the more interesting votes to have been taken in rather a while in this House of Representatives. And we'll find out exactly how many people, how many members are cash and how many checks for God knows how many gazillions of dollars, courtesy of APEC. I still don't understand why they're not forced to register as agents of a foreign power. And I do take issue with Representative Crow when he said we need an ally. They're no ally. Good God. If they're an ally, they're a damned well, not a very good one.
Starting point is 02:23:16 They work against American interests as often as they work in conjunction with them. Yeah, an interesting vote indeed. It will be. And by the way, little Mark Wayne had a rough time in the House of Representatives today. Representative Seth Magiziner, a Democrat from Rhode Island. Is he a good one, Charlene? Seth Magizaner responding to the latest murder, the one in Maine, took to the floor of the house and declared,
Starting point is 02:24:13 when will this madness stop? When he took his position, Secretary Mullen said that his goal was to get the department off the front page of the news. Quote, my goal in six months is that we're not in the lead story every single day. My goal is for people to understand we're out there. We're protecting them.
Starting point is 02:24:31 We're working with them. Magazineer at this point, raising his voice to the level of a shout, said, well, you're back on the goddamn front page now. two innocent people gunned down in broad daylight say his name Juan Sebastian Guerrero he's the he's the young man who was gunned down in Biddleford mail Maine that that predicated the protests at Susie Q Collins's office well good for you representative magazineer. Good for you indeed. Maybe a little more shouting is in order. Meanwhile, up in, is it Biddefer? I keep seeing it two different ways. Biddleford or Biddeford, Maine.
Starting point is 02:25:49 Juan Sebastian Duran Guerrero had a green card, or at least had authorization to work in the United States, was gunned down by the ice goons, and it's, it's, it's, as in any community where something like this happens, the community is horrified. It must be Biddeford. Speaking to CNN, one resident said, you always knew it was a possibility here because there's been a heavy presence since January and especially in this area in Biddeford. And when you hear about this, it's just surreal. Another individual said this could be happening to any one of us, any one of us.
Starting point is 02:26:45 He's a 26-year-old with a child. He has a legitimate reason for being here. He had social security. It's horrific. And that's an interesting phenomenon. When someone has recently passed, the people near him tend to still continue to refer to him in the present tense. He is a 26-year-old with a child. He has a legitimate reason for being here.
Starting point is 02:27:16 He had social security, and that's where the mind switches from the present. tense into the past. And of course, it'll be investigated by nitwit Nero's own Homeland Security goons and the Inspector General there. And the main Attorney General's office says they will have something to do with the investigation. Ask Attorney General Keith Ellison out in Minnesota how much input they've had in the murders of Alex Pretti and Renee Good. Jesus, why were they not wearing body cams? They've been ordered to wear body cams. Didn't Mark Wayne say something about body cams and his confirmation hearing?
Starting point is 02:28:47 Badges? We don't need no stinking badges. That's from a very old movie. And perhaps it was some sort of a reflection of the times even then. But yet somehow it comes back to haunt us. Oh, how about something out of Nevada? this is a little bit humorous. Nevada is led by a maggot governor, Joe Lombardo. He's in the middle of a re-election campaign.
Starting point is 02:29:35 And I guess he got pulled over on the strip in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas Review Journal got hold of body cam footage of a stop for allegedly running a red light. And a Metro Las Vegas PD sergeant pulled over Lombardo's Ford Pick-em-up truck back on May the 15th it was like running a red light or some such
Starting point is 02:30:09 Governor Lombardo's lady wife was sitting in the front passenger seat and even as the sergeant approached well let's go to the tail of the tape Hello
Starting point is 02:30:28 how you doing sir Good. Sergeant Tchego Metro Police. The reason I'm stopping you is for the... I'm aware. For the red light violation back there. Your right turn on to Giles here. So you're good to go, sir. Appreciate you. Have a good day. Yeah, he really did. He said, he pulled it, do you know who I am? You could hear it. I'm Joe Lombardo. Yeah, I'm aware. At which point, for the red light violation back there, you're right. turn on to Giles and meanwhile governor maggot says oh come on man oh you're good to go sir
Starting point is 02:31:17 appreciate you know good day yeah his campaign meanwhile oh he wasn't trying to get preferential treatment he's just being courteous by introducing himself oh at no point did the governor invoke his office and seek or expect preferential treatment if you know a maggot will lie even when there is video proving they're lying. Meanwhile, the cop union said, oh, it's an absolutely nothing car stopped. Thousands of those happen every month. We don't write everybody a ticket, thus reinforcing the ages-old belief that cop departments have quotas. I've got to confess, I'm looking forward to tomorrow.
Starting point is 02:32:30 I'm going to make a point of watching. Todd Blanchie's confirmation hearing. It should be Mary, if futile. But that reminds me of something. I want to check on something. Let's see. That will be in Senate Judiciary. I just wonder who's on it.
Starting point is 02:33:09 Well, it's chaired by the ancient President pro tempore of the Senate. Grassley. The ranking member is the soon departing, Dick Durbin. And there he is. Guess who, outside the chairman, guess who the next most ranking maggot member of Senate judiciary is? That's right. It's Miss Lindsay. Now, this is Todd Blanchie, we're talking about. If Miss Lindsay we're still amongst the quick. He would be a, he would be a reliable, why heavens to Betsy, yes, confirm him. But, well, you know, we talk about people going to hell
Starting point is 02:34:13 and getting the pineapple treatment. I have a feeling that in hell, Miss Lindsay, as Dave in the Blind was talking about yesterday, He may be surrounded by heterosexual women. That's a possibility. Or maybe he's being told he can't have the pineapples. Just saying. But then comes on probably should have used a different term.
Starting point is 02:34:45 Then follows John Cornholio of Texas on Senate judiciary. who has an axe to grind if he can but find the courage so to grind it. So could they be two votes down on the majority side? And then there's a Mike Lee constitutional scholar and master debater, Ted Cruz. You know, John Kennedy might not even be too crazy about Todd Blanchie. A masculine man of masculine masculinity. Josh Hall and Ass Holly is also on the committee, as is Tom Tillis, who ain't a coming back. And between him and John Cornholio, they could make life real miserable for Todd Blanchie.
Starting point is 02:35:45 Eric Fuller Schmidt is also on the committee, as is, why, look, it's Miss Katie Britt from Alabama and Ashley Moody from Florida. The fireworks will probably come from the likes of Sheldon White House, Chris Coons, Richard Blumenthal, Amy Klobuchar's on the committee, too, as is Maisie Hirono, who Brooks No Bullshit. Based on a clip I saw the other day of him grieving and mourning the loss of his dear, dear friend, Lindsay Graham, there probably will be,
Starting point is 02:36:35 There will probably be a moment of silence or something from Cory Booker. Alex Padilla is there. Peter Welch is there. Adam Schiff is there. I'd say there's not a single vote for Todd Blanchie on the Democratic side. And the next question becomes, how many Republican votes are there? I'm sure Ashley Moody will. And Katie Britt.
Starting point is 02:37:01 And Eric Fuller Schmidt is a guarantee. so is Marsha Kedness, Triple X Blackburn. Josh Hawley will probably very masculinely kiss the ass of Todd Blanche. But if John Kennedy, Tom Tillis, and John Cornholio can find just a smidgen of character between them, this entire nomination, this entire confirmation process may turn into, uh, an absurdist comedy that's a good that's a good question ralph ralphs asks or will lindsay graham's sister take over his spot on judiciary maybe i mean i'm sure she's already being trained on which button means yes and which button means no and she'll be told when to press which button i dare
Starting point is 02:38:09 to have a you know this is this is just fantasy on my part but wouldn't it be wild if Lindsey Graham's sister turned out to be a don't hold it against a decent human being
Starting point is 02:38:29 I mean that would be shocking would it not well we may find out tomorrow how about that so I imagine that'll probably get going about what 10 a.m. Oh and I had a note moments ago from Haley based on Jeremy's phone call.
Starting point is 02:39:09 Haley noting, wow, had no idea, wasn't the only AM and shortwave DX are up in here. I've been doing this on and off for most of my life course. In the early to late 80s, I got it distracted by young women, and that took away some of the time I would spend in front of the dials. In 1993, I rediscovered shortwave, and in late 1994, I earned my first amateur radio license. And yes, says Haley, the nuts have been on U.S. commercial shortwave station, and that is how I first encountered Alex Jones. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:39:41 I remember when commercial shortwave was all the rage amongst radio people. I don't know if it ever got off the ground, but there was one station that was Ballyhooed about called NDXI to originate down south, which meant N. Dixie, if it exists, you can just imagine what's on it. Where was it? So many screens.
Starting point is 02:40:47 First of all, this is a video of a, well, this is a citizen witness. It comes out of Kansas, O'Latha, Kansas. We've been talking about Maine, but the ice goons are slithering all over Kansas as well. They're utilizing state-level halo laws, the ice and CBP goons on. where you have to stay 25 feet away from one of these goons under risk of arrest and imprisonment and fines. Ah, but here's the catch-22 that goes with that. The halo moves with the goon. And what they're doing and what is going on in this video from Olathe, Kansas,
Starting point is 02:41:49 is kettling by vehicle, making it impossible for people in cars to abuse. the 25-foot halo requirement and then arresting people for violating a law that they had no way of not violating. You know, fascism really sucks. And, you know, back during that clip we had from Representative Jason Crowe, I was thinking, and I've said this before, there has got to be one absolute monster of a list of shit that has to be fixed in this country. I mean, among other things, we found out that the War Powers Act ain't much count when it comes to a lawless chief executive. We've got to do something about the salute snappers, too. But you get the idea. The list is for almost forever long. Hopefully, maybe it's being divvied up among Democratic committees and subcommittees in the House and Senate.
Starting point is 02:43:18 One group works on one piece, another group works on another. Honestly, it will be a relief when Democrats start openly coming out and saying that they're going to run for president. Because then we can start asking questions. Do you have, for instance, this is one. have a plan to undo every goddamn executive order this monster has signed. Do it with one signature on one order. A Damnato Memoriae executive order. I'd be interested to see if there's anyone who will say yes.
Starting point is 02:44:13 But anyway, back to Olathe, Kansas. I'm stuck. I can't move. I can't move. Yeah, this is a masked up, ice goon. a black man who's saying 25 feet and she said I can't move he said did you hear me 25 feet because the did you hear me is the setup to refuse to cooperate i'm stuck i can't move i can't move i know i can't move there's someone behind me i am trapped in here um i know that there's
Starting point is 02:45:03 the 25-foot Halo law, but you'll see there's a cop here. I'm blocked in by these two vehicles, three, and there's nowhere to go on this side. This is a warning to anyone on the Kansas side that ICE is weaponizing the Halo Act. The Halo Act states that you can't get within 25 feet of an agent. Today, I witnessed them trapping people in a parking lot, calling the police, and having someone arrested. The 25-foot buffer zone moves with the agent, and they know that, and they're blocking people and using that to arrest observers, people using their First Amendment right to record,
Starting point is 02:45:47 and they are working with the police. I literally saw ICE agents wave down Olathe PD, block off Harrison Street and Douglas, so that when the other driver, who was also trapped in that apartment complex parking lot with me, tried to get out, they were immediately stopped and detained. And luckily I was able to maneuver my way out of there. But it's getting really scary. It has been scary.
Starting point is 02:46:11 Here's the footage. Car trying to back out. Get away. Red truck trying to leave. Ice Goon gets out of his rental. Goes over and begins assaulting the driver. I'm stuck. I can't move.
Starting point is 02:47:09 I can't move. I know. I can't move. There's someone behind me. And the dumbass goon knows there's someone behind her. And then pulls his rental Dodge Ram up next to her, kettling her. How terrifying. And then, uh, from AOC, responding to the latest slaughter, this. You just wanted any reaction to the ice killings in Maine and Texas? I'm still taking a look at all the details, but once again, this is not. I said this a couple of weeks ago that I would not be surprised if when ICE funding started up again,
Starting point is 02:48:30 that we would start to see more civilian deaths at the hands of ice. And that's exactly what has happened. When you open the trenches with all of this money that Republicans have now funneled, eyes without any oversight or anything, you're going to see abuses of power. And that's exactly what's happening. Notice that, you know, we didn't see things like this happening with the same degree of regularity when we froze the ice funds. And now that they've been opened up again, we're seeing multiple incidents now.
Starting point is 02:49:08 Thank you, Congressman. What part of that is wrong? Because I don't think there is a part of that that's wrong. And then I mentioned Corey Booker and probably will eulogize Miss Lindsay. And I said that because, well, I guess he was trying to be all decent and stuff. But one man saw the video that Corey rushed to put out in the wake of the news about Miss Lindsay. and it didn't sit too well with whoever it was that did this reaction video. It's Lindsay Graham's death, but I pray that he is reunited with his friend, John McCain,
Starting point is 02:50:17 that they both are experiencing God's love, grace, mercy, and... And shut your bitch ass up. Somebody vote this motherfucker to fuck out. You're an op. Then white folks don't give a fuck about you. I'm out of loss of words. You need to be at a lot more lost of fucking words and not talk anymore. Become a fucking deaf mute.
Starting point is 02:50:46 Swat of God, bro. What are you talking about? Don't put Lindsey Graham and John McCain's name in the fucking same sentence. He's probably getting a blowjob from a ghost of a Vietnam woman that American soldiers randomly murdered just because she was Vietnamese. Lindsay is getting his ducy blaster stretched out by some fucking demons. They're not even in the same place. And here you are. I hope they receive God's love.
Starting point is 02:51:15 I hope you receive an ass-whippant, Corey. Because somewhere down the road, you lost your fucking way. They would not say the same thing about you if you just randomly got hit by a car recording the video walking down the fucking street. Take off the fucking gloves, man. Fuck him. Are you not paying a fucking tension, Corey? You know what, Corey, you're really giving me.
Starting point is 02:51:42 the black guy to other Corrie's. There are so many Corrie's out there that's probably getting ready to get late until they saw your fucking video like, your name's Corey, too. I'm not in the mood anymore. God, dude, stop being nice. Even Hulk Hogan cheated every once in a while. We don't need a baby face. We need a stone coat, Steve Austin.
Starting point is 02:52:07 Okay, miss me with the Hulk Hogan reference, but, well. Talking about God's love. God's love, huh? Where the fuck was God at? intervening from a rapist and a pedophile becoming the president. Are you suggesting that the same guy that you're hoping two motherfuckers receive love from was perfectly okay with allowing a rapist and a pedophile to become the fucking president?
Starting point is 02:52:30 Cory Booker, you know what booker you need to go upside your head with a book? Take your ass home and delete this fucking video. Sincerely, a motherfucker who thought you were cool, fuck out of here. No, sir, really. Tell us how you actually feel. well some of that it's hard to argue with and we can start with the idea that that that miss lindsay and and uh john are in the good place honest to pete you can't and and and look you know he died on there he died unshriven most likely i don't think i don't know if he was catholic or not but well that means he
