Starting point is 00:00:03 The password is kick. It's showtime. Here we go, live from behind the corn phone curtain. It's head-on with Roxanne Kincaid. Three hours of cussin and discussin, with America's only liberal transbilly elitist right here, right now, on the head-on radio network. Brought to you in part by Cole River Mountain Watch,
Starting point is 00:00:43 who invites you to be part of the uprising against Mountain Forest. top removal, CRMW.net. And now, from high in the hills of West by God, Virginia, here she is. Roxanne Kincaid. Well, howdy. And here we go. Off and running. Mid-month, the 15th day of September, 2006.
Starting point is 00:01:22 This is the horn. Headon. Live is where you'll find us on the interweb tubes. That's where you go. If you'd like to be part of the Meriwacky's, any real time. I'm adcap multimedia extravaganza. It is the Horn chat room in the three hours in which this program is live.
Starting point is 00:01:35 Monday through Friday, 5 to 8 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, 2 to 5 p.m. Pacific daylight time, all time zones in between and the Great Globe round, and whatever time it is when you're listening to the podcast. For those of you who are members of the podcasting contingent of the Horn Family Community Congregation, thank you so very kindly for joining in that way. And, well, if you could take a moment, Some of you already do, and I am ever so grateful that you do, but if you would pretty please,
Starting point is 00:02:03 I mean, I'd just love to see for the sake of an experiment what would happen if everybody who downloads the program would leave a comment, wherever they, whatever podcasting platform you use, and just see what might happen to the rankings for the algorithm. Maybe it would be negligible, you know, when you're competing against, well, you know, a 200-proof. brass-bound moran like Joe Rogaine or well maybe it's just insignificant I don't know but we'll never know unless we try and again thanks to those of you who do leave comments
Starting point is 00:02:43 thank you so much I see them and I appreciate them I do I really really do for those of you who are listening live well welcome to Titanic Tuesday a day for taking note as we have every Tuesday for coming up somewhere along the way on a quarter of a century of Tuesdays, taking note of manifestations of titanic right wing, white wing intellect,
Starting point is 00:03:16 the kind that steers steamships into icebergs. It's going to be, well, we're going to have another one of those this season, Listen, I apologize for the sound of the heat pump in the background. I managed to get through the program yesterday without it, but it was a few degrees cooler, well, a few degrees less hot in the studio than it is this evening. And this evening, well, it's the mid-80s in here, and I apologize for the noise of the heat pump, but it's either that or, you know, you're not. your humble oestus turning into a sweaty mess and flirting with heat prostration.
Starting point is 00:04:07 So, again, I'm so sorry to the audiophiles in the Horn family community congregation who hate the sound of the heat pump. But I like retaining consciousness. I'm just funny that way. Of course, every program here at the Horn begins with gratitude. and this program is no different. So thanks go out to our 15th day of the month's subscribers and contributors via PayPal. And that means thank you to Robert. Thank you, Robert, so very kindly for being our lone subscriber via PayPal
Starting point is 00:04:53 for the 15th day of the month, middle of the month. Thank you, Robert. Thank you so very kindly for. your support for so very long. Again, I do sincerely appreciate it because you're one of the few, we happy few, who helps to keep this all up and running. Now, where are we? $1,200 stands between us and matching a $2,000 challenge, the finish August and save September challenge.
Starting point is 00:05:24 we've got a couple of days left that meeting that challenge would cover but not too many of them so if we could whatever we can do to knock out knock that out pretty please 100 200 I don't know would someone like to knock out 1,200 bucks I don't think but still yeah stranger things have happened yeah um um um Well, that's true, Micah, and I hope that doesn't become the case, but, you know, audio files will audio file. Micah said the sound's going to suck if we have a hostess with heat stroke. We'll deal with it, L-O-L. Okay, well, thank you, Micah.
Starting point is 00:06:19 I appreciate the vote of confidence. I do, I do. Now, about that password, kick. You could probably ascribe any number of different meanings to it, but in this case, well, today is a big day for me. Jeremy says, I assure you, it's not the mid-80s, we're securely in the second half of the 2020s, say nothing of your heat bummer. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I know, juvenile delinquent number two. But it's 86 degrees in the studio, so it's in the 80s. That's about the same temperature in here as it is out there.
Starting point is 00:07:09 It's probably a few degrees cooler outside. But, yeah, yeah, right. Well, that would only make it worse if I got the heat pump closer to me, because that would make it even noisier. Right as it stands, it's about 10 feet behind me. Poor thing, it struggles. It really, really does. But no, the password kick.
Starting point is 00:07:40 Simply put, this day is a bit of a red-letter day for me. Because on this day, six years ago, I smoked my last cigarette. I am a former cigarette smoker. not even tempted not even once over the course of the past six years all it took was the right kind of motivation
Starting point is 00:08:16 and I finally found it this time six years ago and well my life has changed as a result monumentally for the better and you know I don't even worry about relapsing
Starting point is 00:08:36 because A they stink two they are prohibitively expensive and three my subconscious make sure I don't because every now and then doesn't happen very often at all
Starting point is 00:08:54 but every now and then my subcalf I'll go to sleep at night and my subconscious will hand me the smoker's nightmare where i've been quit for years and in the dream i'll have a cigarette and you know that's that's not me wanting one this is the i went over this with my therapist and she said no that's your subconscious reminding you of how happy you are not to be smoking because in the dream i have a cigarette and then i hate myself and it's like oh all those years and now i got to
Starting point is 00:09:30 start over at zero all over again god bless america and so that's how uh that's how my subconscious keeps me from a lighting up another coffin nail and if i have been an inspiration to anyone uh that makes me very happy flavio i don't know how long you've been well i don't know if Flavio is out there this evening. But I don't know how long you've been quit, Flavio, but it pleases me to no end that you shared that you are a former smoker as well. And I hope you continue on that way. The other person I thought of when I realized what today was, was of course the one and
Starting point is 00:10:18 only Scott Marinoff, Scott in San Diego, who was proud of having kicked his own cigarette habit and pipe and cigar. And I guess you could say I kicked cigars too because I used to love to order some clandestinely shipped usually from Australia, Cuban cigars. And I enjoyed them immensely. But no more, no more, no more, no more. and but it was it was scott who said well well one of these days you won't even think about them anymore and i don't i just happened to look at the calendar today and it was like oh six years yay me and of course it like i said it all it was just a matter of sufficient motivation and uh
Starting point is 00:11:17 I smoked my last cigarette and took my first dose of estrogen on the same day. And that's all I needed. That was all I needed. Not necessarily suggesting that that's how everybody else should quit because everybody else isn't like me. But that was what I needed. So that's why the password is kick. from Lee in New York heat pump sarcastically how dare you think that you need to be comfortable and functional
Starting point is 00:11:54 did you try putting your finger by your mouth and saying can't Scotty help you he's a miracle worker oh rock son I can't make it be an acquitator I took it outside and gave it a stern thrashing but yet it still insists on being naisy that's that's all I got Lee. But Lee adds former cigarette smoker,
Starting point is 00:12:21 come on, Roxanne, where's the Ramalama ding-dong for your success and for the others with similar success? Well, I'm not going to ramalama ding-dong myself over that, but for others who might have influenced, yeah, you got this, you can do this. And Micah said, yeah, as of October 11th, I'll be on four years while time flies. It does when you're having fun reveling in your authenticity. A way to go, says. Now, Routts with a note, oh dear, yeah, I saw this earlier today.
Starting point is 00:13:20 The world's most pathetic ongoing tantrum continued today as nitwit Nero's hand-picked, sycophantic, belly-crawling, boot-licking, toe-sucking, Kennedy Center board, voted to close the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. And like I said, it's a tantrum. and they will close it for two years but for renovations but the fact of the matter is the board was under orders
Starting point is 00:14:21 and they cast the vote to close the Kennedy Center mere hours after U.S. Judge District Judge Christopher Cooper issued a ruling earlier today saying, simply put, defendants cannot install memorials for President Trump or anyone or anything else at the Kennedy Center without Congress's blessing. And that's all he was doing, was applying the law. But it's been a day-long tantrum for nitwit Nero. Triping madly away, nitwit Nero said that, it's a matter of safety.
Starting point is 00:15:12 It's definitely a matter of safety. Definitely safety. Slow on the driveway. Safety on the driveway. Ha. Mm-hmm. They didn't even have the Kennedy Center Board didn't even have the common decency
Starting point is 00:15:28 or courage to meet in person. They had a virtual board meeting. Wait, I thought everybody was supposed to be coming into the office now. I thought that virtual meetings and Zoom meetings were part of the COVID-Hub. and of course
Starting point is 00:15:51 nitwit Nero was there in the virtual meeting that's probably why the meeting was virtual because nobody wanted to be around him and the toxic neasmic cloud that follows around behind him like the stuff that rises around Pigpen
Starting point is 00:16:09 in the Peanuts comics only you know Pigpen just has a dust problem whereas well Nitwit Niro's my mesmic cloud smells of ah well feces and urine and
Starting point is 00:16:24 dirty old man smell I don't even like thinking about this but do you think he's even capable of showering by himself oh Jesus sometimes I just need to keep thinking I shouldn't say that because there went dinner in the Eastern Daylight time zone
Starting point is 00:16:44 because now you doggone it you got a mental image of that gargantuan jiggling adipose wad trying to move around in the shower
Starting point is 00:17:07 or maybe they use the William Howard Taff Memorial ginormous president bathtub maybe you think yeah Nero claims to have given I gave $17 million to an endowment to support
Starting point is 00:17:24 the Kennedy Center if they put my name it. And of course the funny thing is it is a matter of law. It's freaking statutory. I mean, Judge Cooper wasn't running out there and being one of those activist liberal judges. He was doing
Starting point is 00:17:42 you know plain old textual statutory construction. But Nick Whitney here I was having a tantrum because he is John Prime had a song
Starting point is 00:18:07 what was it the biggest baby in the world and the tantrum really got going in earnest when they told him that they had to take his dirty pedophile filthy name off of the off of the building yeah no I did not
Starting point is 00:18:38 juvenile delinquent number two no I did not liberal transbilly Trans-Billy host pushes transfer everybody as a good way to quit smoking. Yeah, it works for trans people, but not, no. Because, no.
Starting point is 00:18:56 Just no. A man in San Francisco Subject Line shower. I think they use the same weight scales as the truck stops. They roll him out and hose him down like a farm animal. But useless. Mm.
Starting point is 00:19:19 Mm. Mm. Uh-huh. The bovine potus. Lowing and moving and chewing his cud. Oh, no. Dinner in the Eastern Daylight time zone is now officially doomed. Thank you, Matt.
Starting point is 00:19:43 Appreciate to help. Uh. The camel cardinal. 84 degrees in the Horn Studios suffer in silence, you heretic. It's easy for the geriatric ears out there to ignore the debilitating hum as they barely pick up on your dulcet tones. For those of us, juvenile delinquents with the ability to hear it's no difference in your tinnitus that you suffer from
Starting point is 00:20:04 what makes you want to eject your eyeballs with glowing hot ice pick. Uh-huh. If I'm supposed to suffer in silence, camel cardinal, well, do thou like... Likewise. There's no pleasing some people. You know that? There just isn't. And by the way, with the Kennedy Center story, Ralph's added, I'll offer a $25 challenge for Roxanne telling the Kennedy Center board the fuck off. Yeah. Hey, Kennedy Center board. Fuck off. And by the way, just as a, you know, it just as to put a little bow on it, fuck Trump. And, you know, why not, why not, why should we limit ourselves to one?
Starting point is 00:20:56 So, yeah, fuck off Kennedy Center board. Pity you didn't, because, you know, the Kennedy Center is so desperately in need of repair, unlike the ceilings falling in and stuff. You should have met in the Kennedy Center. You'd look good with a ceiling, with some ceiling falling on you. Ugh. So if somebody's got $25, it'll turn into 50, and we'll be dead. down to, what, 1150, 1150 to go on the finish August and save September challenge.
Starting point is 00:21:33 Thank you, Ralph, thank you so very kindly. And hopefully somebody's got 25 out there that they'd like to see turn into 50, please. from Lee in New York JFK and Trump Memorial Center waiting for the day when someone can use the name Trump Memorial Center accurately well the only memorial
Starting point is 00:22:07 and memoriali come from the same Latin root there's not going to be any memorial there better not be although remember Whiskey Pete Kegbreath wants to rename the USS Doris Miller, the USS Donald J. Trump, which will forever doom that vessel, the next nuclear aircraft carrier. Can you imagine being a decent human being who's a member of the United States Navy and you receive orders to serve aboard the Trump or maybe you're a Navy pilot and your
Starting point is 00:22:51 your squadron is assigned to the Trump I mean if you're on the Trump shouldn't it run away from conflict and run away from danger and shouldn't the jets fly in the other direction from
Starting point is 00:23:08 conflict yeah uh oh Matt and San Francisco chewing his cud. Damn it, woman, I'm trying to jockey for position to get on the Bay Bridge. I have to look mean. Laughing out loud is not the right energy for the moment.
Starting point is 00:23:25 The things I have done to Matt over the years as that good man has tried to negotiate traffic in the greater San Francisco Bay area. Oh, my goodness gracious. The looks that Matt has gotten on the treadmill at the gym, down in the Castro district, now trying to merge onto the Bay Bridge. Where in heaven's name have you been that you need, that you're getting, are you getting on the Bay Bridge at the, at the far side and heading home? I mean, it's, what, 2.30 there?
Starting point is 00:24:04 Or are you making, making sales and service calls? I am a nosy one. There's no getting around it. Oh, my. Everybody's got an attitude today. Lee in New York. When did I wander into Latin class? Every time you tune into this program, Lee, a mo, amos, amat, amamis, amadous, amant. Agricola, Agricola, Agricola, Agrikelah, Agricola, Agricola, Agricolaum, Agricalais, Agricololis, Agricolis, Agricolese, Agricolase. Well, at least we got that out of the way.
Starting point is 00:24:48 at least as George Burns joke on giving stuff up I went to my doctor he said I can't continue my life of wine women and song so I stopped singing Scott Marinoff and I used to talk about what a blast the Burns and Allen show was from the early days of television and it really does hold up
Starting point is 00:25:14 and of course it holds up yeah George Burns was funny but the real genius is at all was Gracie. She was comic timing for the ages. But well I wanted to mention
Starting point is 00:25:33 something, something that was kind of on my mind earlier today. Oh wait, Matt in San Francisco. The USS Trump, sure it smells, but if you tried the chocolate cake. Two helpings. Everybody on the Trump gets two helpings of chocolate cake.
Starting point is 00:25:53 Ah, between stores, says Matt. I get it. But you know what? You're between stores in an electric automobile and you're not contributing to global warming and dreams, I tell you,
Starting point is 00:26:10 dreams. I read that story about the Ford pickup truck coming out next year and it's supposed to be a, you know, I guess you can get one with wheels on it and not much else for like $30,000. But that one really got me worked up. I'd love to figure out a way to get into one of those.
Starting point is 00:26:36 But I haven't seen much reporting on that since. I don't know what the range of the vehicle is going to be. And I worry a little bit because, let's see, I have an eye. iPhone 14, so it's at least five years old. And the battery is still holding up, but it isn't what it once was. From Ms. Micah, let me see here. That's okay. Nobody good wants to perform there right now anyway.
Starting point is 00:27:20 True, true. I guess they could book a residency for Lee Greenwood, who could come tottering out onto the state. stage and yodel God bless the USA every night for you oh god, or maybe Jason Aldeem and try that in a small town. Yeah, try that in a small town like going to Target. It's not going to happen. And from Dave in the Blind, chewing his cud while the Republicans are pulling his
Starting point is 00:28:06 It rhymes with CUD, but this is too classy a radio program. Oh, no, it's not. For me to mention male members, as for not in San Francisco, I agree with him, Harold. Leave him alone. The bridge is hard enough to get on and off of. Stop ruining dinners, damn it, it's my job. If he must ruin a dinner, think of Donnie. Throwing ketchup all over the Kennedy Center and then claiming it needs to be torn down.
Starting point is 00:28:33 You left out an adjective. off-brand ketchup, you know, elf brand or something like that. And from Sylvie, after four days fasting, still fasting, sick as seven dogs, oh no. Sylvie says, today I found out that four days of gustatorial abstention, it turns out that a fifth day will not go amiss. Profound apologies to the long-suffering staff of a very good restaurant, they were horrified witness to not one but two demonstrations of reverse peristolsus. Explosive emesis is not guaranteed to leave good impressions. Err! Something tells me we will not be greeted with open arms.
Starting point is 00:29:17 Ah! Food poisoning? Four, five days of that? Ah. Oh, and just a quick update. Speaking of not feeling at the top of one's game. My sweet Margie Got home last night She's done with her
Starting point is 00:29:41 She got done with her heart catheterization They found no blockages They installed no stints But she is less than mobile So her mama is still over there helping her Primarily I mean helping Margie, but the biggest help she is to Margie right now is helping to take care of the two rather large fur babies.
Starting point is 00:30:12 One, a wonderful golden retriever girl, and the other being a little Doberman princess of about 15, 16 months of age, also known as the Flupy Snoodle. meanwhile the golden one and I have been having romps here at the mansion although he knows his mama is gone and he is not happy about it and you know you can see how he would come to these conclusions he's a very very smart boy but so I was gone for a week then I come home on Sunday he's extremely happy and I was in one place
Starting point is 00:31:04 and she was in the other end of the mansion and so he would just happily trot back and forth making sure we were both where we were supposed to be and got lots of headpats and good boys and things like that and the occasional treat. And then yesterday came and well yesterday morning and so we went over to the settlement
Starting point is 00:31:30 for me to drop her off to take care of Margie. And then I came back and his mama was not with me. And he gave me a deeply suspicious look. Like, what's going on here? And so we've had our fun. But every now and then he goes in and looks in her room and says, comes back and gives me this, all right, what have you done with my mother? Just like he does with her when I'm gone.
Starting point is 00:31:59 all right what have you done with my auntie the poor the poor boy needs a little bit of a settled normalcy in his life and so hopefully you know tomorrow right but i wanted to mention like i said uh something occurred to me earlier today yesterday um and and particularly with the help of todd in south carolina stand we We talked quite a bit about, well, you know, AI and what impact it might have on the future of America and frankly of humanity. And now all of a sudden, because of the babblings of AI of AI of AI executives, who are saying, Oh, AI could kill us all. We went too fast. Someone slow us down. And I don't disagree with people like Brother Deacon Asa
Starting point is 00:33:44 who says that this smacks of a dodge. But just the same, it seems to have gotten the attention of no small number of people. Oh, I hate it when, I hate it when this happens. When, doggone it. I save these things and then Facebook Messenger, where I save them, decides to screw up. I'll have to jump through, flaming barbed wire hoops.
Starting point is 00:35:37 I got it. Well, anyway, what I had was a clip from New York Mayor Zoran Mamdani talking about the dangers. of AI and among other things discussing AIs proclivity for driving children to suicide. And today in D.C., some people convened what, I'm trying to remember exactly the name of the thing. they convened a pro-human alliance meeting with AI nerds and political types and among others
Starting point is 00:36:50 and this just is heartbreaking, heart-rending accounts of AI hounding children into killing themselves. and politics, as they say, makes strange bedfellows, and lo and behold, two people who were joining forces to try to get AI under control, none other than the man who looks like rancid hot dog water smells, Stevie three-shirts Bannon,
Starting point is 00:37:48 and of all people, yeah, Bernie Sanders. Oh, really? And, of course, Stevie 3 shirts is going against the wishes of his orange Jesus. Because Nitwit Nero said, All AI needs is a very high IQ president, me. No, I'm not kidding. He said that in a tripe.
Starting point is 00:38:26 So I'll be interested to see what comes of it. But more than that, well it got me to thinking all all of this and I mean we're pearl clutching and we're hand-wringing and I don't mean to diminish in any way shape form or fashion in no way shape form or fashion
Starting point is 00:39:01 I don't mean to diminish the suffering of others I genuinely do not but suddenly we can convene meetings and Congress and people on both sides of the aisle are demanding that we have to do something about AI and for among other reasons because it's killing children. Have you figured out where I'm going with this yet? But somehow or another we cannot bring ourselves to convene any similar. sort of symposium to discuss why it is that a certain segment of the population would rather
Starting point is 00:40:08 see children continue to die in schools, churches, movie theaters, homes, malls, etc., at the hands of disaffected white guys bearing AR-15s. Why you reckon that is? Because AI AI isn't what
Starting point is 00:40:39 drove those disaffected mostly white guys to do what they did. But, well, AI isn't included in the holy sacred second men meant. And honestly,
Starting point is 00:41:04 that's just depressing. It really, really is. And here we are. So we're going to do something. And we don't know yet if we're going to do anything about AI or not. It may just be a whole lot of a whole lot of gentlemen, we have to protect our phony baloney jobs. I didn't get a harumph out of that guy. Harumph!
Starting point is 00:41:53 Watch your ass. Right? It's not inspiring. It isn't. When was the last time, well, how long has it been since we had another outbreak of Second Amendment freedom? How long since the NRA's roulette wheel O'Deth landed on some random city in the United States? Don't worry. there will be one but it's gotten to the point where we're so numb to it
Starting point is 00:43:04 it'll be a surprise if it actually makes the 24-hour news cycle Jesus is depressing but the pro-human seminar symposium whatever
Starting point is 00:43:39 isn't the only thing being convened this week no far from it Lee in New York somebody stop me AI is not the mask somebody stop me God I can't
Starting point is 00:44:24 how many times we must have watched that in years gone by as to the Second Amendment Lee says there argument is this guns do not kill we told you that. We now have more proof. AI kills people. AI does not have guns just like we told you. Guns are not the problem.
Starting point is 00:44:44 That makes my head hurt, Lee. Honest to God, it does. Lee adds. Oh, that's dark. Lee says, upset golden retriever. What is dog for... Is she in an ice detention facility? Oh, I think he knows better than the thing.
Starting point is 00:45:14 Hmm. oh that just ah no i've made i've made sure that uh uh that she got to speak to him on face time and he heard her voice and
Starting point is 00:45:27 he he did that thing that golden retrievers do that's so adorable he kind of tilted his head to one side and ho oh and going back just for a minute before we go into the other meeting taking place this week part of the uh barking and grunting being done by the maggots over the Kennedy Center was done by
Starting point is 00:45:59 Howard Nutlick who lives up to his billing every day he went over onto X and posted an excrement trying to make his orange daddy happy writing let's see here writing
Starting point is 00:46:29 here is the video of the ceiling of the Kennedy Center crashing violently onto the main lobby floor failing roofing collapsing concrete supports and steel that is rotting steel rots have created completely unsafe conditions you know that would have been a perfectly good bullshit sentence even without complete I mean, a situation is either safe or unsafe. It was caught on security video, missing one of the center's security guards by just minutes. If a performance had been underway, patrons could have been killed. The entire building is in this kind of shape.
Starting point is 00:47:21 People cannot be allowed to go into this building any longer. It must be closed and reconstructed, and a major fundraising effort must take place to cover the Kennedy Center's operating expenses. Like many other, capital C, centers, it operates in a huge loss for the Kennedy Center that has historically been 80 to 100 million a year. Only President Trump can deliver the renovation on time and on budget, and only President Trump can raise the money to keep the center out of bankruptcy. Bullshit.
Starting point is 00:48:01 I guess this is the... tacky ass maggot answer to the Reichstag fire. But the video is just silly. The so-called security camera footage, the camera is moving. The camera is shaking, and then a little piece of something that shatters, falls from above the camera,
Starting point is 00:48:33 and just kind of goes splat, and breaks into piece. is God, that ancient black and white footage with Bigfoot is more convincing than this is. Missing one of the center's security guards by just minutes. How many minutes? Just minutes? That could be three. That could be two. It could also be 22. It could be, you know, days can be measured in minutes. it could be two hours and 13 minutes just minutes
Starting point is 00:49:19 so we're supposed and then he and then the camera shows the hole in the ceiling and it looks for all the world like somebody poked their hand through it and someone named Adams Adam S. Cochran said
Starting point is 00:49:40 one security cameras don't point low onto the ground two the way that shatters looks more like a bad AI edit than a slow-framed security camera. Yeah, and the way it shakes. It's just pathetic. They're all liars, but everything has to be geared to making the dementia patient in chief happy. And this all got posted as the board was having their
Starting point is 00:50:21 virtual meeting with Canckel's Caligula in attendance. No word on whether he was awake or not. Crashing violently. I've yet to see anything crash peacefully. There was a yellow caution cone exactly where the thing fell in. Or, you know, did it jump or was it pushed? Mike Nellis, the political commentator of a progressive variety, he said, this is the most staged shit I've ever seen.
Starting point is 00:51:20 And the idea that a president, with all the majesty and power of the presidency, couldn't shake down a few billionaires for enough to keep the... Yet, nitwit Nero is not the only one who can do that. No. Adam Klassfeld, on the other hand, noted in 1977 some plaster fell off the ceiling. in the grand foyer. He asked, did then President Jimmy Carter stack the Kennedy Center's board
Starting point is 00:51:56 to shut it down for an estimated two years and try to extort the courts to allow his surrogates to rededicate it as a $250 million shrine to himself? No, the center went on with the show and fixed the damn ceiling. And there we are. Everything, and I do mean everything, is a damn grift.
Starting point is 00:52:20 and he's desperate to put his name on everything he can because he knows, well, he's trying to flood the zone because that way maybe he thinks that maybe we'll miss one of the things that he named after himself. Oh, I've gotten sideways with juvenile delinquent number two again. Comparing the fictional, yet still legendary Bigfoot, to anything to do with the Trump administration, it's just bad form and rude to the said Bigfoot clan.
Starting point is 00:52:56 Also, they would like to have a meeting in the woods with you to discuss this action. Well, I'll be there, but seeing as how they're imaginary, they won't. God. But like I said, there's another meeting taking place this week. And if there was ever any doubt, and there isn't, where whalehead, dead bear, raccoon, penis, brainworm, lampreys loyalties lie, this should put it all to bed. on
Starting point is 00:53:31 I think Thursday, day after tomorrow, the aforementioned Brain Worm Lamprey will speak at an anti-vax conference sponsored by the anti-vax grift that Kennedy himself once led
Starting point is 00:53:52 Children's Health Defense Network. Mm-hmm. They proudly announced yesterday that he would be speaking at the event. Of course, I feel sorry for anyone who has to stand or sit and listen to him. It gets really grating, really quick. Among the other speakers will be Andrew Wakefield. You may recall his name. Andrew Wakefield is the disgraced former physician.
Starting point is 00:54:33 he's the one who published the since retracted, depublished, so-called study that told the great big whopping lie that there's a link between autism and the MMR vaccine. Back then, he blamed it on thamarasol, a vaccine preservative that was in it at the time but is no longer in the MMR vaccine. It's always important to note that.
Starting point is 00:55:20 But that didn't change him or the weirdo, mouth-walking, knuckle-breathing, goonies who believe his grift. He was so bad that he even managed to lose his medical license. The relevant medical board actually determined he had mistreated vulnerable children and that in so doing he engaged in serious professional misconduct and they may have run him out of the medical community
Starting point is 00:56:02 but that actually inured to his benefit as he turned his loss of his medical license into a profit generator. The Children's Health Defense Conference says that Wakefield is a tireless advocate for parental choice. As for whalehead dead bear, raccoon, penis, brainworm, Lamprey, he said that Wakefield is a uniquely powerful
Starting point is 00:56:49 and celebrated champion for those voices have long gone unheard. So the actual sitting head of the Department of Health and Human Services is going to
Starting point is 00:57:14 headline a meeting of anti-vax perpetrators of fraud and tax-exempt grifts. And he will do so with the complete, absolute, and total approval of his orange daddy
Starting point is 00:57:40 whose adipose jiggling, corpulent hide, was saved by the COVID vaccine. Back when he nearly died of it, of course, he can't remember that anymore. He can't remember what he had for lunch earlier today. this uh well this circus of stupidity uh well they're calling it a pursuit of a more perfect future as we examine the future of the health freedom movement
Starting point is 00:58:28 i wonder if they'll uh you think they'll be serving nice lukewarm room temperature raw milk. I sure hope so. And maybe everybody will get some ardvark antifungal to rub on their gums. Yeah? Maybe the exhibit hall can have a place where attendees can get a bleach enema to make sure they don't catch the autism. But it's not just whalehead, dead bear, raccoon, penis brain,
Starting point is 00:59:11 Lampere, oh hell no. Also present will be the man in constant competition, primarily with Tommy the Tuber. And by that I mean Wisconsin's own Senator Ron Johnson from Wisconsin, who works in to Lumber Mills there. He walks down the street and all the people they say he meets, they say, hey, that's your name. and he says, my name is Ron Johnson.
Starting point is 00:59:43 I live in Wisconsin. I work into lumber mills there. The man who couldn't pass his ophthalmological boards to become certified, so he invented one of his own, a grift of his own. That, of course, would be Kentucky junior senator Rand Paul, libertarian ophthalmologist in that thing on his head. He'll also be putting in an appearance, as will the president, of children's health defense network,
Starting point is 01:00:19 Mark Gorton, who became president of the grift after Whalehead, Dead Bear, Raccoon, Penus, Brain Worm, Lampry stepped down to begin his relentless assault on the health and well-being of every man, woman, and child in the United States of America. the senior editor Jan Jekyllic of the Epoch Times, that lulu of a mackerel rap, will also be there. The CEO of Children's Health Defense, Mary Holland, will also be there. And hey, you too, if you wish, can be there. No, none of us here are that goddamn. stupid but for the low low Kmart price of only two hundred and fifty dollars oh wait you can't because the entire thing is sold out yeah at one point in time Kennedy tried to put
Starting point is 01:01:29 some distance like you know when he was testifying under oath before the Senate for his confirmation as Secretary of Health and Human Services he tried to say oh no I don't have anything to do with them anymore. But now, well, he's back in bed. Because, well, as the late great prophet Bill Hicks, peace be upon him once noted, it's a good dollar.
Starting point is 01:02:07 Yeah. Oh, wait, don't give up hope. No, you can't get in for the $250 price and have full access. but you can get the cheap seats for the main conference room for $125. Or, gosh, if you just can't get there, you can always get on the live stream of it for just 100 smackers. do you suppose at the at the
Starting point is 01:02:47 entry of this this viral in the worst possible way disease a paloosa do you suppose they've got a sign
Starting point is 01:03:06 that says this way to the egress does it cost you another hundred and twenty five dollars to get back in so you can see the sign that says this way to the egress, so you get kicked back out again and just lather, rinse, repeat. And by the way, there has been reporting recently that Nittwit Nero has told Whalehead, Dead Bear, Raccoon, Penus, Brain, Warm, Lamprey, listen, I want you to keep, I want you to keep on going out there
Starting point is 01:03:44 and telling the rube's that vaccines cause autism. and the same thing I say every time we talk about this issue because it pisses me off so much these are all people who would rather bury their dead children killed by measles, chickenpox
Starting point is 01:04:09 COVID, what have you they would rather bury dead children than have them be autistic. None of these vaccines cause autism. There's no causal relationship whatsoever, either here or in any of the other
Starting point is 01:04:30 infinite parallel universes, but nonetheless, when these goddamn fools don't vaccinate their children, they are saying to the world, I'd rather have my child dead than vaccinated against a preventable disease. They're saying, oh, yeah, we think vaccines cause autism.
Starting point is 01:05:01 And for that reason, we would rather have our children die. Die. Just die. Like the mama in, I forget what state, whose child died of measles. Texas, I think it was, because of course it was Texas. The child died of measles, and she said, Well, if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't vaccinate. I absolutely would not. Why those children were left in that home, I will never know.
Starting point is 01:05:34 Because of American health freedom. It's hard to be healthy and dead at the same time, isn't it? Add this to the list, because here it is. Like I said, we're at the halfway point of September. And, well, the midterms are really. looming, and if we can take the House and take the Senate, we absolutely have to impeach whalehead, dead bear, raccoon, penis, brainworm, lamprey, and not be nice about it. In the course of impeaching that piece of shit, call him everything under the sun except a
Starting point is 01:06:37 child of God. Listen, you want to talk about a threat to humanity? Whalehead, dead bear, brainworm, lamprey, raccoon, penis, is a threat to humanity. Because the next COVID, or something far, far worse, is out there. Or it's growing. Or it's dripping in urine from the cage of one species into the cage of another species that has never been around the other species. in all of recorded or unrecorded in the entire
Starting point is 01:07:23 the entire time that those species have existed. We don't know where it's going to come from, but we know that it will. And these Malthusian monsters are determined to make it happen, just like they were determined in the late autumn of 2019 to let COVID-19 run wild.
Starting point is 01:08:03 Somewhere around Thanksgiving, 2019, when the warning went out from the Defense Medical Committee, board, whatever it was, to the executive branch, but not to Congress. To the executive branch, but not to the several states, to the executive branch and Israel, but not. to the wider world.
Starting point is 01:08:32 Yeah. Note coming in from the Camel Cardinal. The Wakefield event. Brother Deacon Asis says, regular tickets are for chumps anyway. Do they have any platinum tickets where I can go backstage after the event and do a meat and grift with Wakefield and raccoon penis?
Starting point is 01:08:56 Yeah, maybe sit there and share a glass of nice, lukewarm, raw milk that's. been sitting out for a couple of days. Hmm? Yeah, that's what you want. You want your platinum access. Or maybe a children's health defense black card. Yeah, I know you're being facetious, brother Deacon, but damn, you do understand the soul of the con.
Starting point is 01:09:38 Juvenile delinquent number two, Jeremy says, maybe they can invite the still silent but wheelchair-bound Mitch to speak on childhood diseases and how they can help be treated with free medical aid. Ha ha. Well, they can be treated with hybramectin maybe or a bleach enema or a black light up the bud. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:10:02 We make light, but damned, if it's not literally deadly, serious. Oh, and speaking of Moscow Mitch, something else I got to thinking about. I actually looked it up earlier today. Moscow Mitch McConnell is
Starting point is 01:10:36 right-handed. I got curious about that because yesterday, when we had the video of him being wheeled out, I suppose, of his Tony D.C. townhome, townhouse. When he was waving to people
Starting point is 01:10:58 assembled, his right arm was just like, limp and dead on the arm of his wheelchair while he waved weakly with his left hand, which is unusual for people who have a dominant hand. Some people are ambidextrous. There have been baseball players who could switch hit. They could bat left or bat right. there have been athletes who could throw left and throw right it's not that common however
Starting point is 01:11:45 and something makes me think that well Moscow Mitch ain't one of them but yeah he waved with his left is there any video that shows him using his right hand and if there is well has anybody checked on purchases of that invisible monofilament fishing line? Let's see.
Starting point is 01:12:19 For Moscow Mitch's arm, yeah, what do you figure? Maybe 15-pound test would be enough. Because honest to God, he looked like a hand puppet. And the other thing that occurred to me is that, yeah, his right arm just sat there and the right side of his face was much lower. lower than the left side of his face. And even the maggots.
Starting point is 01:12:56 And one of the most loathsome maggots, namely Laura Looney, threw a nutter on posting an excrement, just going bonkers, posting the video, of Moscow Mitch Are you feeling good Mitch?
Starting point is 01:13:31 Looks good Give us a thumbs up Did you catch that? Give us a thumbs up? He can't And meanwhile he's just staring forward With this sort of Open mouth breathing through his mouth kind of
Starting point is 01:13:46 thing Absolutely vacant Lights on Nobody's home Laura Looney said Like I said Mitch is brain dead You can't look at his
Starting point is 01:14:00 face and say he's not a vegetable. He's not even responding to cognition tests. It's like a, it's like wheeling a corpse around. Worse than what the Democrats did with Joe Biden, to be honest. He looks incapacitated. Brain dead. Worse than what the Democrats
Starting point is 01:14:16 did with Joe Biden. The Democrats didn't do anything with Joe Biden. Joe Biden got driven out of the White House by people like George Clooney. Why, I was at a Hollywood soiree, and Joe Biden didn't even recognize me, George Clooney.
Starting point is 01:14:36 He's obviously gone. And then there was the media manipulation, all of that bullshit. But remember, after that disastrous debate, at which point he was sick, and probably should have canceled. But the next day, he went on both to Raleigh, North Carolina, and campaigned, and then went to, Stonewall in New York City and campaigned some more.
Starting point is 01:15:09 He was more okay then. At 82, the nitwit Nero is now at 80, and certainly, well, he and Moscow, Mitch, aren't even in the same country code, country code. Forget about zip codes or area codes, the country code. There was some pushback. someone named Christopher Aldana said, This video is misleading.
Starting point is 01:15:44 There are plenty of videos showing him on the floor of the Senate, shaking hands, smiling and communicating. He's not well, but just in it like I have. Your source was wrong, Laura. He's not brain dead. Smiling and communicating. Why then, when they wheeled him
Starting point is 01:16:01 onto the compass rose in the Senate with a gaggle of press all around him, why did they insist on no video? It's a simple enough question. And this is not the Alex Jones portion of the program. Why? And why did the multimillionaire for-profit media immediately bow and scrape and say, yes, boss, and turn off the video? Is it because he was just making the constant...
Starting point is 01:16:44 Or is he even capable of that? I don't think there's anything in the way of a good answer to that question. But right-handed people generally don't wave hello or bye-bye with their left hands, especially when there are people all the way around them, unless they simply cannot use their right hand. This is a monumental fraud perpetrated upon the people of the United States, and somewhere along the way there need to be prosecutions for it. So I guess now it's a question of how long does he last or what takes him out?
Starting point is 01:17:53 The next stroke? Pneumonia? You know, there were deliveries of M-combo chairs or at least boxes that said that. Could they have put the components of an iron lung or whatever the modern, equivalent is in an M combo box I mean he's got the money they could just donate the chairs to a nursing home or something and use the boxes to bring in the medical equipment that they need to keep him breathing he certainly in the video I've seen was not breathing shall we say vigorously no not at all but we are coming up on the halfway point of the program
Starting point is 01:18:50 Ralph says a $25, fuck the Kennedy Center Board Challenge. And we're trying, trying, trying, trying, trying to raise $1,200 to meet the $2,000, to finish the $2,000, finish August, and save September challenge. Whatever we can bring in is so, so, so necessary. And so I'll just cross my fingers as we. we go over to the stress line to see who we've got. Hey, welcome to the program. Pray for the undead, and the undead will pray for you.
Starting point is 01:19:30 Hey, Roxanne. I guess I missed that part of the catechism training. Well, that's because you attended the Baptist version of that. I, however, am quoting from the Dungeons and Dragons Catechism. Ah, Bach. It's highly significant. Yes, well, in the words of Arnold, I'll be Bach. Anyway, Roxanne, about undead, Mitch.
Starting point is 01:20:13 Should they really be allowing him outside during the daylight? Fair question. As far as Whiskey Pete, the only reason that drunk still has a job is he gets down on his knees hourly and uh full-aids the boss well you find okay so i just want to okay you have a job to do and you manage managed to do it to the central daylight time zone so you know i acknowledge your work well and around the world rocham And I don't know, there might be somebody listening in Maryle-O-Vingalon
Starting point is 01:21:06 who's having a snack or something. Maybe they're feeling a bit peckish, and they heard me, and they don't, no, no. Yeah, midnight snack in the septurid realm is now officially rent. But, oh, girl, I used an ATM earlier in this month, and was trying to take $200 out of my account. And, well, it processed the transaction but did not give me the money. And so I had to go to the bank and put in a report and, oh, it's a mess. but the good news is
Starting point is 01:22:07 I was able to take a loan out against my life insurance and I'm going to be able to go and get my niece and her fiance a wedding present oh Dave that's so sweet he likes to well Chris and I are
Starting point is 01:22:35 working on this together and we decided we asked them where they were registered and they said oh just get us kitchen item so we're going to get a family size
Starting point is 01:22:50 form and grill oh nice I mean honey those things can cook a good T-bone steak they're large enough to do that. And they do a fine job.
Starting point is 01:23:06 But we got, we got one for one of my other, our other nieces when she got married. And she and her husband said, we were hoping that somebody would buy that from our list. And we did. And they wore the hell out of it. my niece Rayna's husband is a police officer with IMPD
Starting point is 01:23:39 and a couple of years ago he won officer of the year. He's a really nice guy. Big solid athletic type and when he
Starting point is 01:23:54 was fresh out of the academy he was worried about becoming a corrupt cop. I said I don't think you're going to become a corrupt cop. And you said, why? I said, because you're worried about becoming a corrupt cop. And if you're, if you're thinking like that, you're in the right place.
Starting point is 01:24:14 I should, don't take any shortcuts. And evidently, he hasn't because he's been on the force now for 20 years. He's just a really nice guy. And what the hell is going on with you? the light. Are your lights being weird there in your place? No. Well, one of them is, but I think it's because it's not plugged in to the wall properly. My room is checking it out now. I can't wait until you're out of there. Oh, neither can I.
Starting point is 01:25:05 What? He's working his way out of the... Oh, okay. God and Soldier was working its way loose from the power strip. Ah, jeez. And here I thought Moscow Nick was trying to send us messages by Morris Code. Through the power line. Yeah, sort of like the fly, you know.
Starting point is 01:25:35 Help me. Yeah. But, um, I mean, Christine was demunning the fact that the Grim Reaper has a tendency to this place, the, target zone. Her observation was
Starting point is 01:25:55 that Grim needed some glasses. I'm thinking. You need to tell her that we've actually figured out the problem. Just as Clarence was an angel second class in It's a wonderful life, this is
Starting point is 01:26:12 a Reaper second class who cannot get his sickle until he actually gets one right. And so far, he's over everything. Okay. Now, Roxanne, I would not mind him coming to visit me, and maybe I could give him some coaching on, you know, proper targeting techniques.
Starting point is 01:26:39 I mean, after all, I've used my crutches as weapons many a time, and, you know, using a circle isn't that much different. I think I could maybe give him some pointers on how to get his techniques down so he can get his permanent cycle. I'm sure they loan him one, you know, to make sure that he knows. No, no, no, there are rules here, you know. Just like with It's a Wonderful Life, a teacher says every time a bell rings, an angel gets their wings.
Starting point is 01:27:14 and this is it every time a maggot screams or grimmy gets his sickle? No, every time a bell tolls, the Reaper gets a sickle for his souls. No, no, wait a minute. Now, that means an angel and grim will get their rewards at the same time. No, no, no, no, no. So there is a ring like, binglingling, ling. But the toll is more of like a dong. Like a jet mill.
Starting point is 01:27:52 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, okay. And, you know, just like Pink Floyd sang, and far away across the fields, the tolling of the iron bell calls the faithful to their knees to hear the softly spoken magic spell. Well, that's all true. And usually... So it's a difference between a tinkle.
Starting point is 01:28:15 and a dong. Okay. All right. See, I thought it might have been a celestial detente thing. You know, we've got ours, so they've got theirs kind of thing. And raise your hands among the maggots faithful. If you believe every word dripping out of Donald's come from, I see a lot of hands going up.
Starting point is 01:28:51 black man. I didn't realize there were that many stupid people in the United States. But then again, I'm not a betting man. If I was, I would not bet against the stupidity of the American people.
Starting point is 01:29:10 You'll never go broke doing that. But the nice thing is things are straightening out for me and hopefully after the wedding and everything I can find out from dad what the hell is going on with the house the sooner
Starting point is 01:29:38 I'd like to get there before Christmas you know I think it'd be kind of nice to spend Christmas on the old on the new homestead and
Starting point is 01:29:56 but I don't know I haven't even heard from that I even gave my brother Bob authorization to be the annoying little brother and annoyed dad until dad calls me. So evidently, that's needing resistance. I'll call Bob later this week and find out what the hell is going on. But, yeah, the sooner I get out of here, the better. I can leave the bedbugs right where they are.
Starting point is 01:30:39 I can weave the chirping of the smoke protector. My apologies to those of you who are annoyed with it. Imagine what I go through. Well, you know, the audio file, the audiophile contingent of the Horn family community congregation can be a, can, they can be a, they can be a, they can be a finicky lot. but it's like it's like it's like Roxanne said when
Starting point is 01:31:15 somebody complained about it that's not Dave's fault and I mean I'll take responsibility for things that are my fault like ruined dinners and snacks and while I don't
Starting point is 01:31:32 reimburse for ruined snacks billable you know, there it is but, you know, I usually come on here on a regular basis early in the week so you know that if I'm on the air, it might be wise to wait
Starting point is 01:31:49 to do your midday or your afternoon snack until after I've gone off the air. That way, I'm not as likely to ruin dinners anywhere. but we all have our roles to play, and I play mine. Speaking of which, I'm listening to a series of books by a woman named Penman. She wrote a series on the Plantagenet. Oh, cool.
Starting point is 01:32:31 up up through like Richard the third and right now I'm in the third and Henry's got the misses
Starting point is 01:32:47 all locked up and under his phone and I was thinking I know you had said that you know several years years ago, you played Henry
Starting point is 01:33:03 in a while in winter and you'd like to do the play again as Eleanor. As Eleanor. And I think that'd be great. I would love to see you do that. Oh, I think it would be a blast
Starting point is 01:33:23 and you know, the funny thing is, at this point in time, I would be an age appropriate, Eleanor, because she was a bit older than Henry. She was 11 years older than Henry. Mm-hmm. So I'd need to find, like, oh, about a 52-year-old Henry, maybe about six foot, I don't know, about six-four salt and pepper hair, broad-shouldered. I don't know that he was that tall.
Starting point is 01:34:00 Oh, I don't know. Wait, did I say that was historical? No, that's just. that's just the Henry that I would like to have oh I see your dream Henry I get it because you know if we if we get it you know if you get it if you get it
Starting point is 01:34:21 flaming red hair or you know that kind of thing maybe yeah yeah red hair I do have a soft spot for gingers but the thing if the thing is if he's anything under six feet it's going to look like Galadriel standing next to Frodo. Well, that's true.
Starting point is 01:34:42 Because remember, as Matt in San Francisco pointed out so long ago, I am a suspiciously large woman. And by the way, I had a note from Matt who said, bitch McConnell, did you see the video of him in the van? He was almost lifelike. The only thing missing was the piped-in music playing
Starting point is 01:35:01 it's a small world after all. Speaking of life, lifelike, evidently some maggots have put a statue of Charlie Kirk in Times Square. And I saw a picture of the statue. And my first thought, Roxanne, was it's almost lifelike. I hope nobody shoots at it. or I hope nobody nobody puts an exploding microphone on it
Starting point is 01:35:44 you know or you know this whole sanctifying the unholy one and I'm talking about Charlie Kirk here just because he got shot doesn't mean that he was correct
Starting point is 01:36:09 it simply means that his chickens came home to roost. He was still a racist bastard. And I'm not saying anything now the man's dead that I hadn't said when he was alive. And would I say it in front of his poor, poor, put upon white supremacist widow? No, I'd call him out for the racist little piece of shit that he was.
Starting point is 01:36:46 and that she still is. I've come not to praise Charlie Kirk. I've come to bury him. I mean, when Cardinal Dolan compared him to St. Paul, I'm thinking, what, he held some guys' coats while they killed somebody? What?
Starting point is 01:37:27 Now, I think the Cardinal misspoke. but it wouldn't be the first time Dolan put his foot in his mouth. No, and the question with him is always not so much will he put his foot in his mouth, but how's he going to get the other one in there with it? Which is really interesting during the conclave. You think he'd be scooting around on his butt, you know, waddling into the 15 chapel for the deliberation. as often as he puts his foot in his mouth,
Starting point is 01:38:08 he wouldn't be able to put his hand on the gospel and take the oath to maintain the secrecy of the conclave because this stuff always comes out eventually. But I love the fact that Janie is still trying to lecture us on moral. and of course I'm referring to Vice President Jamie Gowan. Yes. The second woman ever to hold that post. Right.
Starting point is 01:38:54 And the first Vice President in a hundred years to have a beard in her name is Usha. That's correct. That is correct. And, you know, according to his faith, he and Isha won't be seeing each other afterward. because, well, as I understand it, Roxanne, she ain't exactly a Christian. Kalima, Kalima! But, sorry, that's uncalled for. I'm just trying to be funny.
Starting point is 01:39:30 That woman suffers enough sleeping next to the day. Are we really sure she does? Is it really? Is it, is it? Only the DNA technician knows for sure. Is it a two-person sofa? Is it a daybed? No, it's just a chaise lounge.
Starting point is 01:39:58 Evidently, he's sworn off Sofa Lorenz. I know you'd think that that was the romance of his life there, Rochland. And, you know, but. I would caution them against, you know, tossing her side like that. You know how those Italian models get? They're not only high maintenance, but they tend to have a bit of a temper. And I'm sure Ms. Loren does have one.
Starting point is 01:40:44 when she's just not sitting around, you know, when Jamie's not around. And that gives a whole new meaning of the song Janie's got a gun because, you know, it brings the lyrics into a more peculiar focus, Roxanne. Because we know what her daddy did. And now we're trying to get the files out to prove it. But they, now did the judge prohibit them from, or they prohibited them from putting Donald Trump's name on it at any point?
Starting point is 01:41:51 I know there was a hearing. Yeah, the judge said, yeah, that's got to come down. And that's why, that's why they had to put up the emotional support tarp. and the emotional support scaffolding. Well, you know, I think the judge should look over at the government and say, look, I know he's the president of the United States, and right now he's in D.C. He has until 10 a.m. tomorrow to appear before this court to explain himself.
Starting point is 01:42:31 and they can't go, well, he's the president of the United States. Well, you know what? He's had plenty of time to make his position known, and he's still defying my orders. So he can come and explain it to me, and we can have a nice little chat. And not all the bozes and the rest of the bunch of the sycophans, can do a goddamn thing about it
Starting point is 01:43:12 because if they tried, they would be violating the independence of the court. And I would think that an order like that would be reasonable. You know, and he can show up early, you know, let me know, I'll come in at 8 o'clock if he wants to come in at 8 a.m. and we discuss it
Starting point is 01:43:44 then show it but it's not going to be a grandstand event if I was a judge I'd probably
Starting point is 01:44:00 ask the parties be president chambers just to keep it out of the eyes of the camera because we know what an attention war done yes and it's not
Starting point is 01:44:16 like it wouldn't be done with discretion or without any regard to his security. I think it would be reasonable and not even their Supreme Catholic Majesty would see it differently. I think they're beginning to get a proto backbone, right, and I'm not. not ready to go there yet. Except for the usual suspects. Kathy, yes, I know how to jerk off a
Starting point is 01:45:03 jerk Thomas. And, you know, Gorsuch, who, I ran across another historical figure named Gorsuch. And I'm, and he was a
Starting point is 01:45:25 Losome preacher too. I wonder if he might not have been related, because that's not a common journey. No. But I am encouraged that
Starting point is 01:45:49 there is going to be yet again another, and this is like the 6th or 7th, No Kings Day in October, to encourage people to check their voter registration, make sure
Starting point is 01:46:09 that they're prepared to vote. That's what the focus of it all is. And I'm going to, if the weather is good and I've got the money to do it, I may even attend one of them here in Indianapolis.
Starting point is 01:46:29 The last time they had two of them here in India. So I might actually get to attend one, Roxanne. that would be wonderful yeah and I bring my own seat in everything oh I heard from the the wheelchair supplier
Starting point is 01:46:56 evidently my insurance company pulled a fast one they agreed to a rental agreement and when I changed and when I changed providers and now they're looking for their their payment. So I'm trying to get a copy of my insurance card so I can give it to the wheelchair people
Starting point is 01:47:24 so they can build my new insurance company. Oh, it's a pain in the last. But other than that, I'm doing okay. And I'm even going to secure a credit card finally after, you know, over 40 years of avoiding getting any kind of credit card because I figure if I used one for a few years it might help me get a mortgage on a house. And that's the other reason I was taking the loan out
Starting point is 01:48:14 so I'd have the money to do all that. And once I do get it, Christine has ordered me to make a donation to the horn which I will do on her behalf. Oh, Dave, don't you worry.
Starting point is 01:48:44 Yeah, it's not a worry. She's already paid me for this. So it's not coming out of me either, so don't. Don't worry about anything. It'll be fine. But that'll be sometime in the next week or show. Well, thank you both.
Starting point is 01:49:07 For everybody who has been generous enough to help, especially with these challenges, I want to say thank you. Because without Roxanne, our lives would be a lot poor. I think, I mean, where else am I going to be able to have people from around the world? I mean, hell, I've pissed off just about everybody in the Horn family community congregation at one point or another. Well, that goddamn smoke alarm, I tell you what. Well, yeah, I know.
Starting point is 01:49:51 Honestly, I think there'd probably be a damaged department. loss coming out of it or something. Oh, damn it. There went Dave. No, there'd probably be a damage deposit loss, but I personally think when he, when, when Dave leaves that, that, that, that locale and goes to his new house, I think he should take that smoke alarm with him. Yeah, I did show you, wouldn't it? Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 01:50:26 Right. I don't know if Dave's phone died. sometimes I wonder if the beep is Dave's phone as opposed to the smoke alarm I don't know let's see if let's see if he rings back
Starting point is 01:50:50 going back to Moscow Mitch is health Lee in New York said don't worry Roxanne he'll be on Talos 4 soon obligatory Star Trek reference beep signed Lee at memory alpha I really think
Starting point is 01:51:08 the tech bros should get on it and see if they can make Mitch one of those Christopher Pike chairs. Huh, maybe that's Dave coming back. Is that you, Dave? Yes, ma'am. Okay, well, while you were gone, I pointed out, I was getting ready to say this to you before we lost your connection. I think when you move to your new house, you'd probably lose your damage deposit or whatever, but I think you should take that smoke alarm with you, complete with the beeping, just to keep the audio files in the Horn Family Community congregation on their toes.
Starting point is 01:51:46 Well, here's the problem, Roxanne. I have a roommate, and once we get the house, I don't want to have to drive him crazy because then he ends up driving me crazy, that makes for all kinds of unhappy here. So, no, I think I'll just let the powers that be here have the glory of an empty room. There's been so many shootings over the last four months that I've been here that the place is pretty much cleared out.
Starting point is 01:52:37 you can tell if a room is empty because they'll have the curtains on the big picture when there's in each room open and so I was rolling down toward the office and a whole row of rooms was empty on the ground floor so I don't know
Starting point is 01:53:09 the thing of it is I am not going to take the smoke detector with me. Darn it. I know, but look at it this way. For those of an archaeological event, you'll be able to tell when I was living in the motel because if you listened to past shows, you'll know that I'm reporting to you from a new blind,
Starting point is 01:53:51 not the one I wanted to stay in. but, you know, I also heard from my old landlord this afternoon. Yeah, he is not going to Vegas. He's still living with his ex-wife because he had a stroke last week. And he's okay. I think he had a mini stroke. Because his speech is okay. He's just a little confused.
Starting point is 01:54:29 I don't think he's going to go to Vegas. I think they're going to keep him here in Indianapolis, which is just fine with me because I'll be able to go and see him. And I may drop by calling and say, Hey, Wayne, are you home? And then wheeled down, because his ex-wife lives like a black and a half from my old house. And it's right down the street from a gas station that we all know.
Starting point is 01:55:06 And so I'll take a lift out there and call him and say, hey, are you home? We'll step out your door and say hello, you know. He, I was talking during the day and I was telling him about things and he was asking me the same question over again. So times so the dementia is getting worse. I don't think they're going
Starting point is 01:55:41 let him move out to I hope his son and his ex-wife are going to let him move out there because he'd be afraid he'd get into problems. Even though he's got family out there
Starting point is 01:55:59 and evidently they made arrangements with a long-term care facility. his doctors don't want him traveling time soon, not even by train. Originally they were like, don't take a flight, the altitude will kill you.
Starting point is 01:56:25 And then he would have had to take a train from Indianapolis to Chicago, from Chicago to L.A. and from L.A. to Vegas. he said that would have taken over 24 hours to do with a layover in L.A. Which hell, if you're going to have a layover, L.A. would be a nice place to do it. You know, I'm not so keen on taking a train
Starting point is 01:57:01 from Indy to Chicago. But then again, I'm not a Cubs fan, and I'm sure as hell, don't root for the white socks, that American League bastardization of baseball. Indy to Indy to Chicago. Now, is that the Cardinal? I don't know. Because, see, years and years and years ago, Bossman Wayne and I and another individual, well, Boss Man Wayne and I, boarded Amtrak's Cardinal at Thurmond West Virginia.
Starting point is 01:57:41 and we traveled what was supposed to be a 14-hour ride to Chicago that turned into 24. And I can't remember if we went through Taliban-Dianapolis, but I do remember... You probably did. Well, I do remember that it started to get light over Taliban Diana somewhere around 4 o'clock in the morning, and in that month, because there was no sleep. We had a sleeper car and everything, but there was no sleeping on that train because the suspension on the sleeper car was completely worn out by the freight rails we were having to try to ride on. And we had to keep...
Starting point is 01:58:20 Now, was just in the 80s or 90s? This was about 2008, maybe 6. Oh, shit. I thought they had upgraded the... Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no. Because the way the rules work for Amtrak when it's not running on its own rails is that Amtrak gets priority, As long as the train is on time. Which it never is.
Starting point is 01:58:47 Which it never is. If the train goes one second off time, then the train starts having to lay over on sidings to let freight trains pass through. And that's how a 14-hour trip turned into 24. It was so bad. I had the upper berth and Bossman Wayne had the lower. I got thrown into the netting. repeatedly over the evening. That's why I said there was no sleeping.
Starting point is 01:59:15 And about 4 o'clock in the morning, we were in Taliban, Diana, and I looked out the window, and God damn, if it wasn't already getting light, and in that moment I realized, that's why these people have such stupid politics. They can't get a decent night's sleep. The roosters start crowing at four. Well, right there. And by noon on Sunday, there's a nice rooster dinner on that. the table.
Starting point is 01:59:45 Yeah, it doesn't necessarily have to be a capon. Or as we like to refer to them in Indiana, a Trump administration official. They're all very unique. Well, you know, there's any number of podcasts out there, but I guarantee you that we are probably the only one that has adequately used the word capon today. or most any day. It's part of what makes this program special, even when it's a goose like tonight.
Starting point is 02:00:28 Ralphs has a challenge on the table and it'd be great if we could need it. You have a very literate following in the Horn family community congregation, Roxanne. I'm sure there were plenty of people who got my Steely Dan joke last night. And, yeah, I was wondering if the stupidity came with orange. But that was just because you know what would happen. I would ruin that orange immediately. And asking to call for Steeley-Dans.
Starting point is 02:01:21 I was thinking about my nieces and nephews this week because my niece Carissa's wedding is coming up. And I remember my niece's daughter, Leanna, when she was four, she's a niece on Chris's side of the family. And so this four-year-old child just woke up on a Saturday morning. her hair is sticking straight up
Starting point is 02:01:57 and holding their flat like the bride of Frankenstein so I referred to her as the kid of Frankenstein and I'm thinking and I got to thinking if
Starting point is 02:02:16 if Mel Brooks ever did a sequel Young Frankenstein would it be the bride of Frankenstein? No, I got it because Madeline is no longer with us. But the kid of Frankenstein might not be a bad idea. Now, he's only done one sequel that I know of, and I don't think it's hit theaters yet.
Starting point is 02:02:57 Space Walls 2 has not hit theaters yet. has it. Not that I'm aware of. He's already enough, but he is playing yogurt again. Even though it was painful the last time to make up
Starting point is 02:03:14 and walking on his knees and all of that, he's going to reprise the role of yogurt, which at his age, I think would be wonderful. Because we might as well get as many laughs out of them now while we can.
Starting point is 02:03:38 Because in a few years, he'll go the way of Tim Curry and Donald Carton in the rest of them, unfortunately. Oh, and speaking of the famous duos in Hollywood history, Olivia De Havelin, the great... Yes. actress of the Golden Age who died a couple of years ago at the age of 104
Starting point is 02:04:11 played in a played Maid Marian in the film Robin Hood with Errol Flynn. Not bad work if you can get it, but her horse, Golden Cloud, and that was the name of the horse
Starting point is 02:04:36 she rode throughout Alamino that she rode in that film was known by another name, a more famous name. As a matter of fact, a singing cowboy named Roy Rogers would make Golden Cloud famous under the name
Starting point is 02:05:02 Trigger. Trigger. So she wrote Trigger before Roy Rogers did. And, and, no, he did not trigger he had and taxidermined and posed so that people could come in and see him instead of just burying him
Starting point is 02:05:35 and I thought that was kind of cool that is that the horse that that Olivia DeHallon rode in Robin Hood and the horse She rode in on. And the horse, she rode in on, yes.
Starting point is 02:05:58 But Roy Rogers made that horse even more famous. And I thought that was pretty cool. It is. So, all right, Rochhan. Well, I will talk to you later. Okay. Again, one family community congregation know that if your meals get, if any of your meals get ruined while I'm off the air,
Starting point is 02:06:31 it's probably one of my minions working over time. Please, please be generous and tip them by sending a donation, Rock Grand's way. Thank you, Dave. So let me know that they have, that they have ruined your meal and made it far more pleasant for you to stay on your diet. All right. Easier, even.
Starting point is 02:06:55 You take care, Dave, and give our best to Christine. I will. Hi. Bye. Bye now. The one and only, Dave in the Blind and his amazing chirping smoke detector. What would we do without that smoke detector? It's like, I don't know, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, how?
Starting point is 02:07:23 hot sauce on an omelet. It's just not the same without it. Dave's just not the same without it. Yeah, right? So we've got about 45 minutes left in the program. We badly need to meet Ralph's challenge. If somebody could pretty please do that, it would be fan-freakantastic. There are bills that are due. So, well, we've got a challenge out there. And I'm becoming quite terrified that we're not going to meet it. But my fingers are crossed. Oh, I know where I wanted to make sure we went this evening. There's a couple of more things that we can consume the remainder of the program with.
Starting point is 02:08:14 I got to thinking because, well, this was Moscow Mitch's second day back at work. work. The reminder, Moscow Mitch has always opposed paid leave for illness and universal health care, things like that. Of course, he just got paid for not being at work for three months. Gosh, I guess he's lucky he's not a parole like us. But there were Senate votes today. and he did manage to show up to vote yay
Starting point is 02:08:56 in a 52 to 45 confirmation of a maggot by the name of Matthew R. Byrne to be a U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of Ohio. However, far more important than that, I mean, his vote wasn't even really necessary for that, but far more important than that was the Clarity Act. We talked about this, what, yesterday? I think, or maybe Friday.
Starting point is 02:09:31 The Clarity Act would require members, governmental employees and members of Congress to place their crypto holdings in either a blind trust or divest themselves of it entirely. Well, today there was a critical vote on cloture. that is to say, closing debate on the Clarity Act. Closure failed. So, for all intents and purposes, the Clarity Act failed in the Senate of the United States.
Starting point is 02:10:09 It was rejected 49 to 50. Guess who wasn't there? Yeah, he could be, Moscow Mitch could be there to go, I doubt if he even did that. But I guess he was just too exhausted to stick around and vote on something that would affect his own portfolio. So had the cloture motion succeeded, it would have gone on to limited debate, and then there would have been a vote by the full Senate on the Clarity Act. But without Moscow Mitch's vote, well, it died.
Starting point is 02:10:57 So, to at least one degree, he's still Moscow Mitch, still fucking America. And then this, Thomas Massey, and I don't much agree with him, but I do agree with him on the Epstein files, and I agree with him on this issue, Thomas Massey is putting the remainder of his time in the Congress to good use. By the way, after Thursday, the Senate just came back to work on nominally Tuesday. They came back to, yeah, right, yesterday and votes today. After Thursday, the Congress is gone again. yet no shit they're not just gone
Starting point is 02:11:56 they're gone for six weeks six weeks even as we are in the middle of what's being described as an AI potential apocalypse Congress is going to bug out but Thomas Massey today
Starting point is 02:12:20 introduced introduced a privileged resolution, which means that the bill has to be, the resolution has to be voted on within two days. And so that vote will probably come Thursday right before the House bugs out, if,
Starting point is 02:12:49 assuming that the Southern Baptist minister, Mullah Moses Mike Johnson, he who he who keeps a close eye on his son's porn and his son keeps a close eye on his. Well, yeah, assuming he doesn't just turn him loose early, Thomas Massey introduced a privileged resolution reading in its entirety on the floor of the House
Starting point is 02:13:22 a bill of impeachment against Secretary of Defense whiskey peat kegbreath the DUI hire and among other things massie said by engaging in hostilities in Iran for more than 90 days without congressional authorization secretary hexas is breaking the law and must be held accountable secretary hexas constitutional violations extend beyond the illegal war in Iran he is abusing the power of his office to ignore congressional war powers resolutions to kidnap foreign leaders to intimidate intimidate critics of the Trump administration by retaliating against them for exercising free speech. If we are to remain true to our oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, Congress must not turn a blind eye to Secretary Hegis' unconstitutional and illegal actions. There are eight articles to this Bill of Impeachment, which must be voted upon, you know, again, unless the Southern Baptist minister decides to lie and cheat and prevaricate,
Starting point is 02:14:41 which comes naturally to Southern Baptist ministers. Article 1, waging war in contravention of the war powers resolution of 1973. Article 2, waging war in contravention of the war powers resolution of 1973, Section 5C. The previous was Section 2C. Waging war, despite no declaration of war, statutory authorization, attack on the United States or imminent threat, establishing that the war was unlawful from the get-go. Article 2, however, says that he continued the Iran war
Starting point is 02:15:15 after both houses of Congress directed the removal of U.S. forces through concurrent resolution 86 and his refusal to obey Congress's express direction to terminate. Article 3, waging war and contravention of the war powers resolution, Section 5B, continuing hostility, in Iran after expiration of the war powers resolution's 60-day termination period and any potential 30-day withdrawal period. He treated mandatory statutory deadlines as discretionary. Article 4. Ignoring laws that minimize civilian casualties.
Starting point is 02:15:51 He, well, it speaks for itself. Article 5, extrajudicial killings. You know, murder on the high seas. Piracy. He replaced maritime law enforcement with unauthorized lethal. military targeting of suspected drug traffickers resulting in at least 221 deaths. He murdered or ordered the murder of 221 human beings. Also, he denied quarter. He fired secondary strikes on survivors.
Starting point is 02:16:26 He failed, refused to rescue shipwrecked persons and created artificial. legal authorities for his murder scheme. Article 7, he kidnapped a foreign leader. Operation Absolute Resolve. I'm surprised they didn't spell that A-B-S-O-L-U-T, just like the vodka.
Starting point is 02:16:57 In the kidnapping of Nicholas Maduro and Celia Flores without constitutional legal authority. Article 8, an unlawful war in Yemen. Operation Rough Rider, Jesus, these chubs, with no congressional authorization or imminent threat to the United States, and caused extensive civilian deaths and unlawful strikes on civilian, objects, rescuers, and other protected person.
Starting point is 02:17:36 And so, well, let's see how his, brother and sister Republicans handle this because I suspect he will get every Democrat and then
Starting point is 02:17:54 him and goodness gracious all he needs is a simple bare majority and lo and behold Whiskey Pete will find himself that's right
Starting point is 02:18:10 impeached so there's that oh and thank you thank you Sylvie Sylvie just jumped in and said, I wish it could be more, but we just dropped $9.49.82 to fix the front-end balance bars on the Royal Ronda, the Honda, so we're eating off the state. Everybody chip in, please. Thank you. Thank you, Sylvie.
Starting point is 02:18:35 Thank you so much. So $20 remaining on Ralph says, fuck the Kennedy Center Board challenge. Hopefully we can knock that out. Micah asking, including or not including Fetterment, this is the House, Micah, not the Senate. This is the House. The House impeaches the Senate tries. And who cares if he's impeached? Micah says, I care if he's convicted or removed. Whiskey Pete cares. The maggots care. They will crawl all over themselves to defend these war crimes, and it will in fact tell us, as if we didn't know,
Starting point is 02:19:20 exactly who the fuck they are. It matters. These are not trivialities. This is an attempt to claw the constitutional authority of the government and the Congress back. Otherwise, we just continue to live in a state of constitutional collapse. And you can't try him. You cannot convict him unless he is first impeached in the House. So, yeah, it matters.
Starting point is 02:19:50 If they impeach in the House, then the Senate has to take it up. uh he's no trump has been impeached yeah twice twice you're right he's been impeached twice and mika says he's still there that's because the that's because the trial in the senate failed the house did its job the senate failed because of people like moscow mitch who said at the time back when he could speak
Starting point is 02:20:23 uh said well i will not support convicting the president on this uh on a impeachment. If he committed any crimes, he could be charged with them and dealt with in the course of the criminal process. No, it's not sound in fury, Micah. This is the
Starting point is 02:20:46 House. The House has a specific constitutional job. The House and the Senate are entirely different bodies. The House did its job twice with Trump and there's a possibility they may yet do it again
Starting point is 02:21:08 or of course there's also a possibility that the maggots will close ranks and belly crawl around whiskey Pete who by the way is obsessed now you know he's out of bullets
Starting point is 02:21:25 and so now he's going to have a big to do a state of the four address on the 30th day of this month. No, Micah, I'm sorry, I disagree with you. It is not meaningless unless he is convicted. Again, they are two separate processes.
Starting point is 02:21:53 The House has a job to do. The Senate has a separate job to do. Impeachment is a forever stain upon the reputation of the person so impeached. The House cannot predict the actions of the Senate. That's why we have separation of powers, even between the House and the Senate. Yeah, the House did their job with Trump,
Starting point is 02:22:30 and the Senate then fucked up and dropped the ball. That's not on the House's... That doesn't go against the House's tally. But anyway, Whiskey Pete is going to have a state of the force pageant but only the members of the military who can pass the waist to height ratio test
Starting point is 02:22:56 and a physical fitness exam get to go to the party and if you get to go to the party you also get to work out with whiskey Pete the real troops will be
Starting point is 02:23:16 things like chin-ups, while whiskey peat flails and struggles to do even one. And they'll be able to smell the alcohol sweating through the pores of his skin. Of course, this is all designed to make sure that there are no women folk there. No, Micah, I wish you had a better understanding of the Constitution. I genuinely do. It is not just more noise. Unless, of course, we're happy to just give up the Constitution. and all of its processes anyway.
Starting point is 02:23:57 These things have to happen. They don't happen overnight. I realize you're cynical. I realize you're mad. But God damn it, people are trying, and you don't just shit on them because what happens in the House, because of something that happens in the Senate that they have no control over in the House. No, I really don't think you do, Micah.
Starting point is 02:24:24 Micah says, I understand the Constitution's just fine. I don't give a shit about meaningless back and forth, but these people, people put votes up all the time that they know won't go anywhere, but look good for the optics. I'm not unconvinced. That's not all Massey is doing. I don't think it is. It's not just for the optics. He is genuinely disgusted and has made himself abundantly clear. The man stood in the well of the Senate, called out the names of people who engaged in sexual assault and sexual abuse in the Epstein files and forced, forced Todd Blanchie to say out loud there will be no further prosecutions
Starting point is 02:25:04 based upon the Epstein files. That's cornering. It is in fact a chess match, not checkers. I know we want it, and we're all Varuk assault. We want it now. But there is a process. And, you know, unless we want to go to Bolshevik route and just start lining people up against the wall
Starting point is 02:25:36 and squeezing off rounds, I mean, there's that. There's the French terror of 1793. But we can either be a nation of laws or we cannot. And this is an attempt to claw back the idea that we are a nation of laws. So, anyway, there will be few or no little women at this pageant on September the 30th. but now he's got something else to think about Whiskey Pete does
Starting point is 02:26:16 here in the next couple of days and he is shitting his pants even now but there's something more that went on and oh thank you so much unbillable Rick thank you
Starting point is 02:26:36 Ralph's challenge has been met and then some so we are down to 11, let's see, 1130, 1130 in our efforts to finish this challenge. Micah says, I wanted it five goddamn years ago when this shithead tried to illegally stay in office, and he didn't get to stay in office, now, did he? Look, nobody wants that glorious day more than I. But sometimes we must acknowledge.
Starting point is 02:27:26 the process and you can't just drag nitwit Nero and his toadies, licks fiddles and bootlicks out into the streets. Because then they'll do it. They'll do it again. Look, they're already doing it now. I got a report that I won't get to this evening. Maybe we'll get to it tomorrow. Subject line, Nancy, Matt in San Francisco, says the only leader that did their job and held Trump to account was Pelosi in the house. It's not her monkey, not her circus on the other side of the Capitol building. Absolutely true. They sent Bill, under Nancy Pelosi, I know she's not anywhere near, ideologically pure enough. But she sent good bill after good bill after good bill after good bill over to the Senate
Starting point is 02:28:18 where it died in a pool of blood and dust on the desk of none other than Moscow Mitch McConnell, who now has to pretty much live in his own head, right? We could have had so many things, the Inflation Reduction Act continuation. But remember, Joe Manchin and Kirsten Cinema, Joe Manchin in particular said, Well, I'll just take that extra money and go out and buy guns and dope. And goodbye.
Starting point is 02:28:56 There it went. And Ralph says, thanks, everyone. So we are not a goose egg. and thank you to Sylvie and Unbillable Rick. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Now, this, this is something else that happened in the Senate earlier today, and it was, you know, these senators who, you know, they like to think that they're stayed and dignified,
Starting point is 02:29:26 and, you know, they're a member of the most exclusive debating society in the world. And then they have to talk about, They have to talk with Trash Patel about, well, beastiality. No, I wish, I wish I was kidding. Oh, and thank you, Frank. Frank just jumped in, so we're down to 1,100 trying to meet this challenge. Thank you, Frank. Thank you so much.
Starting point is 02:30:06 We're getting there, slowly, slowly, slowly. Thank you so, so much. I know this is crazy. We had the story not too long back that the FBI has now decided that having bestiality on your record is no longer a disqualifying offense or is whoremongering for applicants for the most prestigious law enforcement job in the United States of America, namely the Federal Bureau of Investigation. What they're looking for is a few good creeps. And so there he was in Senate Judiciary earlier today,
Starting point is 02:30:55 looking as he always does, like he has just seen a ghost. And for all I know, maybe he did. This is just nuts. Nuts enough that it even bothered a couple of maggots Let's start with retiring Democratic Senator Dick Durbin of Illinois
Starting point is 02:31:26 We're going to continue We're going to continue to do that, Mr. Chairman. Thanks, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Patel, one year ago, my home state of Illinois was experiencing the beginning of a ruthless, reckless, deadly campaign orchestrated by this administration
Starting point is 02:31:49 known as Midway Blitz, mask federal agents armed with military-grade weapons, and unmarked vehicles descended on Chicago and other communities, bashing in car windows, indiscriminately rounding up people, deploying chemical agents and shooting innocent people. A Border Patrol agent shot U.S. citizen and Chicago native Maramore Martinez five times after sidest wiping her vehicle.
Starting point is 02:32:20 She survived. After Ms. Martinez was shot, DHS branded her as a domestic, terrorist, a border patrol agent bragged about shooting her, and an FBI agent falsely claim she chased a border patrol agent before she was shot. Director Patel, after the shooting, you took to social media, posted a video of a different collision that you said supported DHS. You said, quote, attack our law enforcement, and this FBI will find you and bring you to justice, close quote.
Starting point is 02:32:52 DHS and FBI have since refused to correct the record. No charges filed against Ms. Martinez, who was shot five times by these agents. In another event, an ICE agent shot and killed Severio Villegas Gonzalez, shortly after he dropped his children off at school and daycare. Publicly released video footage and the ICE agent's own statement contradict DHS claims that the ICE agent who shot him was, quote, dragged a significant distance and, quote, feared for his life. In the past, the FBI would have swiftly responded to these shootings,
Starting point is 02:33:31 gathering evidence and working with the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division to conduct a civil rights investigation, but not now. This morning on your website of the FBI is the following. The FBI is the primary federal agency responsible for investigating possible violations of federal civil rights statutes. Director Patel, why has the FBI refused to investigate either of these shootings? We have not refused to investigate either of these shootings. These investigations are currently ongoing, and so I'm unable to comment on the nature of them.
Starting point is 02:34:08 We are not the only agency involved, since it involves multiple federal agencies, so we have to work with our federal and state and local partners to collect the information and allow the Department of Justice to make whatever decision they deem appropriate. You still stand behind the false state. statements you made in social media after Miriam Martinez was shot? Those false statements, according to you, are not false statements. They're clipped together to make it sound like I lied, and I didn't. Well, I can tell you that she's never been charged with a crime after being shot five times
Starting point is 02:34:38 and turning over the video for your approval and review as well as other agencies. You want her to be charged for being shot? Do you? That's what you just said. I'm not going to charge someone for being shot. Let me quote what you said. attack our law enforcement and the FBI will find you and bring you to justice. Yes.
Starting point is 02:34:55 Were you bringing her to justice by shooting her five times? We didn't shoot her. The federal government did, and you're responsible for determining whether there's any violation of civil rights statutes, and you refuse to do so. Unfortunately, giving a blank slate to these agents is not an encouragement for good conduct, and you know that as well as I do. Let me ask you on a separate question. According to a memo issued this June, the FBI has lowered it.
Starting point is 02:35:21 its hiring standards. Here we go. Maybe, maybe get the bucket. By dropping automatic disqualification for applicants who have stolen from fire employees paid for sex are engaged in bestiality. In July, you claim the FBI is, quote, losing too many qualified candidates
Starting point is 02:35:47 to the rigors of requirements from yesteryear. Director Patel, do you believe those who have previously stolen employers, solicited sex, are engaged in bestiality, or qualified candidates that the FBI is losing? Thank you for bringing this up so we can get to the truth of the matter. What we did was we did not want to punish victims of bestiality, victims who were trafficked. We did not want to make it an automatic disclosure. What? We didn't.
Starting point is 02:36:20 Victims of Beastiality are applying for jobs as FBI agents? Like I said, even a maggot senator was flummoxed and perplexed by that. The maggot senator in question was none other than Senator. than Senator Jubilation T. Corn Pone, aka Foghorn Leghorn, a.k.a. John Kennedy of Louisiana. There has been some,
Starting point is 02:37:08 you know, and the hallmark of this maladministration, the first and the second, is the degree to which they have forced us to engage in, contemplation of absolute goddamn madness. This may be the craziest. What about the bestiality? Same thing, because the regs wrote it up in a fashion.
Starting point is 02:37:41 The stutter there is a lot. I said, what, son, is this business about the beastiality? What about the bestiality? Same thing, because the regs wrote it up in a fashion before I arrive that addressed prostitution, beastiality, and trafficking. They were there before I got there. Tell me what it said before. It automatically disqualified any individual who participated on either side of it. Obviously, we are never going to hire the criminal.
Starting point is 02:38:23 The bestiality? Yes. So you disqualified the animal? Oh! Well, I don't think we have great canines, but we're not going to disqualify. I understand. I'm trying to understand why you did this. This is not directed at you, Mr. Director.
Starting point is 02:38:41 It really should be, Foghorn. And I understand the game. People try to make you look bad. It ain't difficult, Jubilation T-corn Pone. It's not exactly a damn chore. Oh, shame on you, Steve, in New York. A victim of beastiality, says Steve, that's bad. I'm so glad I'm so glad Steve did that and saved me from having to.
Starting point is 02:39:13 We do the same thing when the other party's in office. And all this stuff has really hurt the FBI. It's really hurt the FBI. So I'm trying to get to the bottom of this. why would you why would you in light of the of the context
Starting point is 02:39:37 and what we're going through and we're having a tough time attracting agents good quality agents we all can trust because so many because only creeps and perverts and
Starting point is 02:39:53 trash apply to work for well trash Patel that's the problem there uh... I'll say that's the problem listen to me what I'm talking here many people fairly or unfairly
Starting point is 02:40:11 think that to order to be an FBI FBI agent now your political point of view matters why would you even get into bestiality we are not in well honestly they got into beastiality because beastiality means never having to say
Starting point is 02:40:28 sorry to beastiality but a lot of these individuals i know you're not but you changed you you change but i'm trying to explain it hang you changed the qualifications and mentioned beastiality if joe if joe participated in bestiality not as the animal but as the human let's leave the furries out of this senator don't you think he ought to be qualified disqualified if he voluntarily did it sure but if he was trafficked into it. Okay, how do you involuntarily do it? In a lot of these cases, when human traffickers, who are some of the worst individuals on planet Earth, they don't just traffic you for prostitution.
Starting point is 02:41:09 They traffic you for degrading acts of all kind, and they force you into that type of conduct. And some of these individuals would go on to be law enforcement officers who qualified to be law enforcement officers and later applied to the FBI. I mean, this, this... Okay. Obviously, somebody there at the FBI prepares him for this shit. Let's hear about it. You don't have to give names or anything there trash, but how many members, you know, how many special agents, how many agents in charge out there have been trafficked to participate in bestiality?
Starting point is 02:41:50 One, two, 116? I mean, come on. y'all you'll keep track of numbers like that might be helpful to know because you change the rules and everything Jesus Christ didn't this these changes didn't start with you did somebody came to you and recommended yeah yeah and when you saw
Starting point is 02:42:16 bestiality yeah they came to him and said listen my dad has always wanted to be an FBI agent I say this with respect, the person who recommended it, why didn't you just say what planet did you parachute in from? Why do I want to leave with my initial? Why do I want to leave with my chin and get into bestiality? That was my initial response, Senator.
Starting point is 02:42:45 But they then explained to me and showed me cases in which people were forced into it and had a plot. Well, you know, Senator, that was my initial response. but then they showed me pictures of when I went to that particular show that so many of us have heard about there in Tijuana. I had to the FBI, and so I thought they should be considered. It's not an automatic disqualification. That's all. Okay.
Starting point is 02:43:12 All right. I think I understand. But you're not telling us today that if a human being had sex with an animal, that they can still be an FBI H? No. Are you... Actually, that's not what the new regulation says. It says that beastiality is okay as long as it happened before the person was 18.
Starting point is 02:43:39 Now, why would you put, if you're concerned, if you're concerned, is with opening the FBI's ranks to sex trafficked people who were forced into beast, why would you put the before 18 language in there god i wish we had better senators jesus but it hmm and apparently nobody else a lot of people weren't falling for it um dick durbin didn't hell foghorn leghorn didn't but here we are it's maggot america where we have to we cannot have a bestiality gap
Starting point is 02:45:03 mine funeral i can walk uh cynthia in the bay area says i have but no doubt that good old cash fatale has engaged in all that shit himself otherwise he would be disqualified on those scores himself uh listen
Starting point is 02:45:27 with this bunch, everything is either admission, it's either confession or projection. Wonder if there's any, you know, in those millions of yet unreleased pages of the Epstein files, there was no filth that Epstein and his buddies wouldn't get up to. Wonder if maybe that's what Todd Blanchie's protecting. Yeah? I can't help a wonder.
Starting point is 02:46:05 look at Schrodinger's Epstein files there's bestiality in there and it's not in there as long as we don't look poor Dr. Schrodinger he's I wonder if he knew
Starting point is 02:46:29 how much shit he was getting into when he proposed that idea do you think Trash Patel. No slur. Consenting adults, etc., etc.
Starting point is 02:46:58 You think Trash Patel might be a furry? Does anybody remember Oh, what was his name? They're in the Bush Mal administration. Ari Fleischer?
Starting point is 02:47:17 Remember Ari Fleischer in the Easter Bunny suit? Because I do. I mean, look, the Republican Party is the, it's an, it's a, it's a hyper-authoritarian structure. And hyper-authoritarian structures are where the real sick weirdos hang out. And that's not to say that furries are sick weirdos. It's not.
Starting point is 02:47:51 But it's about the hypocrisy. They'll bleat and grunt. Uh-oh. About their upstanding Christian moral values at the same time that they're getting their kinks on on the down low. Yeah, well, look at Trash Patel, and you just know that guy's a freak. Jesus. Our poor country. Our poor country.
Starting point is 02:48:44 and it eventually got so bad for Trash Patel that he wound up well begging for the hearing to come to a close as Cynthia says he's not only a furry he's a groomer too you know it, you know it Beastiality ideology
Starting point is 02:49:13 yeah yeah Cynthia this is Adam Schiff having a bit of a conversation with Trash Patel He didn't like it. Trash Patel didn't. Frank, with a note, somebody had to do it eventually. Thank you, Frank. FBI, FBI stands for Federal Beastiality Institution. At this point, yep.
Starting point is 02:49:54 Do you think there are any FBI agents who are left over from back when FBI agents had to be just squeaky clean, hyper-authoritative? authoritarian right wing, but not absolute freaks who took their duties seriously. And if there are, what do you think, former FBI agents watching this today, what were they saying? What do you suppose was going through their minds? Fired, not because they were fired? My understanding is the overwhelming majority of those agents and FBI personnel retired. Well, let me ask you this. Todd Blanche at a CPEC conference says, and when it comes to the FBI,
Starting point is 02:50:44 Director Patel has cleaned house there too. There isn't a single man or woman with a gun, federal agents still in that organization, that had anything to do with the prosecution of President Trump. So the Attorney General says you cleaned house at the FBI. I did. Was he right? Was he truthful when he said there's not a single agent at the FBI who worked on the Mar-Alauga investigation, still employed by the FBI?
Starting point is 02:51:10 General is always truthful, so I believe his statement. Okay, so they're all gone. Is your testimony today that most of those agents are no longer with the FBI because they decided suddenly to retire? Yeah. They weren't fired in whole or in part because they worked on that investigation? The bulk of individuals that worked on those investigations left shortly thereafter. And they left voluntarily?
Starting point is 02:51:33 In the prior administration. I'm talking about under your watch, Director Patel. They left before I got there. There's really nothing I can do. So it's your testimony that most of them voluntarily left the Bureau, they weren't fired? Most of them, yeah. And is the same true of the agents who investigated the president's involvement in January 6th? Well, first of all, how many agents would you say that would be? Would it be dozens or hundreds of agents?
Starting point is 02:51:58 I don't know. You'd have to ask the prior administration. They were in charge then. You have no idea whether it is over 100 agents? No, my focus is not going back in time. my focus is crushing violent crime and defending the homeland and restate the work results. My question is, were those agents, as Todd Blanche indicated, also purged from the FBI under your watch, because they had worked on the January 6th investigation? The FBI has one specific and simple standard. If you don't meet our high standards, that's not my question.
Starting point is 02:52:31 I'm getting there. If you don't meet those standards, you don't get to work at the FBI. Take a little less time to get there. if you would, were they purged because they worked on the January 6th investigation of the president? There was no purging, and there are individuals who worked on a whole host of investigation were any of those agents fired? Many retired? Excuse me, excuse me.
Starting point is 02:52:53 Let me finish the question. Go ahead. Were any of the agents who worked on the Mar-a-Lago investigation or the January 6th investigation, were any of those agents fired in whole or in part, because they worked on those investigations. For the simple fact of working on those investigations, no. If they weaponized law enforcement, yes. So all of the agents who just happened to work on those investigations
Starting point is 02:53:20 and were fired, is your testimony, that's because they were engaged in some other malfeasance, other than simply being assigned to those two cases? There's an entire inspection division at the FBI that looked at the totality of not just these agents and employees, but everybody on a constant basis, and they make recommendations to leadership. But my question is very specific, Mr. Patel. Answering your question.
Starting point is 02:53:41 Well, I haven't heard the answer, so I'm going to try again. Go ahead. Of all the probably hundreds of agents who worked on those two investigations of the president, those hundreds of agents, maybe thousands, that your attorney general says are gone from the FBI. Is it your testimony that none of them were fired? solely for working on those investigations. All FBI personnel, those matters or others, are held to the same standard. You don't meet it.
Starting point is 02:54:13 You don't get to work at the FBI. So it's your testimony that none of them were fired, and whole or in part because they worked on those investigations? I've answered the question. Is that answer a yes? I've answered the question. I don't think you have. Okay.
Starting point is 02:54:27 But I can understand why you wouldn't want to. The FBI is being sued for wrongful termination. And I will remind you, Director, because you probably... need reminding that while this Congress is not going to investigate the wrongful termination of potentially hundreds of agents for working on properly predicated investigations, the next Congress will. And you have an obligation as FBI director to ensure that none of the personnel files, none of the emails, none of the voicemails, none of the text messages are destroyed.
Starting point is 02:55:01 You will preserve those records, will you not? we preserve all records. We're not the ones that deleted records. We will hold you to that. The ones that deleted records are the prior administration. Let me ask you another question. I want to read you a statement that you made about the press. This was in 2024.
Starting point is 02:55:22 When you said that the mainstream media was, quote, the most powerful enemy that the United States has ever seen, you stand by that? Your colleagues put that on full display here today. Do you stand by that? I'm answering the question. your colleagues put that on full display by hacking around the same lies and personal cases attacks.
Starting point is 02:55:41 And that's what makes the majority of the mainstream media. I don't want to have to go over my time as other colleagues have. I've answered the question. If you could answer the question, do you stand by this statement? That's a great picture. You should post it. Do you stand by your statement? I always do.
Starting point is 02:55:57 So is it your view then that the media is a greater enemy than Iran? That's not what I said. I said the media that participates in lying like you do and the baseless attacks on me and my personnel and my loved ones is the most harmful institutions in the United States of America because you don't want to tell the truth. By this mainstream media that you're accusing of lying, you're talking about the New York Times? Are they part of the enemy? I mean, I'm talking about the ones that you said are still looking for. Aren't you and them the ones still looking for Russia collusion? Did you find Russia collusion?
Starting point is 02:56:31 Is it in that envelope that you held up? We need an extra minute and maybe continuing as. as long as he... Or what about those illegal FISA warrants when we and I were on the House Select Committee together? I'll stipulate for the record all the insults he wants to make later, but I don't want to have to go over my time, but I will have to. I'm allowed to answer the questions, so if he doesn't want me to answer it, we could just answer. Mr. Patel, let me ask you specifically about some of your attacks on the media. Mr. Booker tried to get an answer from you, a very simple answer about the reporter who wrote an article about potential misuse of an FBI SWAT team,
Starting point is 02:57:05 bind yourself. Didn't happen. Total lie. And what he asked you, so let me repeat it because you didn't answer his question. You're going to repeat a lie, so I'm not going to answer it. Mr. Chairman, we're going to have to extend time the more he does this. We don't have to extend anything. I'm trying to ask my question, Mr. Chairman. Could I ask both of you? He asked his question then, like I said. Mr. Chairman, I've made my decorum through this entire hearing. His colleagues have called me a thug, a liar, baselessly attack my loved ones, continuing to jeopardize the the safety of me and mine, all the while to advance their political narrative, he's doing the same. I would appreciate it if you concluded this hearing because this guy has no interest in oversight.
Starting point is 02:57:44 Please stop. It's been about two minutes of Philbuster. So reclaiming my time. Here's what I want to do. You asked your question, and then when he's done, you will have time to respond. Okay. His time's up. So my question, Mr. Chairman, is following this New York Times,
Starting point is 02:58:05 article that alleged that you had abused the FBI SWAT team. I just told you it's a lie. Excuse me. I haven't been able to finish my question. Did you or did you not? Or did anyone else at the FBI query a federal database regarding the New York Times reporter who wrote that story? I did not, not to my knowledge.
Starting point is 02:58:33 Did anyone to the FBI? I have no idea. I don't monitor everything they do. And let me also ask you a similar question about an article. The FBI director is missing in action. This was an article in the Atlantic. Another total lie, which is why I'm suitorial. Mr. Chairman, I'm still trying to ask a question.
Starting point is 02:58:52 He's out of time. Are we done? Okay. Mr. Chairman. What I'd like to have you do is you ask your questions. I'm trying. And stop, and I want him to respond to you. That is what I'm doing, Mr. Chairman.
Starting point is 02:59:04 Okay. So my question is. this, and I'll address this through you to the director. My question is about the reporter Sarah Fitzpatrick, who wrote this article, the FBI director is missing in action. After this article came out, were any FBI resources used to look into this reporter in any way? No. Okay.
Starting point is 02:59:28 The question's answered. Now, he's done. You take your time, if you want it right now, before I go to the senator from Florida. So just a comment on the FBI director being missing in action, and let's see if the mainstream media reports this.
Starting point is 02:59:46 My predecessors took an average of 33 days off a year. I've taken half that. I've taken four days off this year. My predecessors, like me, and every other agency head of national security are mandated to fly on government aircraft. They took nearly twice as many
Starting point is 03:00:01 personal trips as I ever have. My predecessors utilized national as their own lily pad for takeoff and landing, costing the American taxpayer $3.5 million. I changed that. Funny how he talks about what everybody
Starting point is 03:00:17 else did, but it's his conduct that is in question. And of course, you know, poor chuckles, Grassley. What is he? 912? And these were the days of Methuselah? 930 and 6. Maybe one of these days he'll shuffle off this mortal coil
Starting point is 03:00:40 And no, he's not going to get to go eat off of Sister Carol Baker's plate Like he did at Girl State all those years ago Because, well, Sister Carol is in the good place And Chuckles is going to the bad one Yeah Cynthia notes all those FBI agents were fired by Patel because they didn't steal or engage in prostitution or beastiality. Can't have good upstanding agents in Patel's FBI.
Starting point is 03:01:07 That wouldn't do at all. No, heavens no. And from Tamara. A lot of Mormon farm boys keeping their silence, L.O.L. Oh, isn't that a terrifying thought? Mormon in cells. Well, that's the program, doggone it. Thanks, everybody.
