And that means thank you ever so kindly to Mark. Thank you, Mark. And thank you to Zed in Iowa, thank you both for being partial. sponsors to the program. Thank you to our kind anonymous friend who says, yay, I can has beer tomorrow. I understand. I understand the joy. And in point of fact, you know, I've been coming up here to Parker'sburg for more than two years now. Victoria and I celebrated our second anniversary together. I mean, we didn't really celebrate. I was, she was here. And I was. I was there. But it's been two years and over the course of those two years, I've really fallen in
Starting point is 00:04:01 love with Parkersburg. And one of the things I love about this place are the little independent, independently owned non-corporate stores and shops and whatnot. There's the little meat market on 19th Street. Oh, best hamburger I've ever had in my life. And, you know, they grind it right in front of you so you know it's just that fresh. And they're back there cutting steaks where you can see them. I haven't tried their steaks yet because, well, it's Trump America and who gets to eat steak anymore. But beyond that, no, it's just a, and they've got great little deli salads and stuff.
Starting point is 00:04:53 stuff, one of the best macaroni salads I've ever eaten. And then yesterday, and like I said, for two years, I've been passing by this one shop. It's called, what, I think Mother Earth Foods or something like that? It's a natural food store. And, okay, here's a little, this is a little project I'm planning. for myself. I don't know. It may be an abject disaster or, you know, they work out pretty well. It's one of those things you can do by hand. And, well, it's summer. And in Japan, one traditionally eats soba in hot weather with, you eat it cold, soba noodles, cold with a lovely little,
Starting point is 00:05:49 a lovely little sauce and dipping sauce. And I've had it before. It's absolutely delicious. Soba is made with buckwheat flour. So, I was at Kroger, and of course, they didn't have any buckwheat flour. There was a time when buckwheat flour was not at all hard to find. But I thought, hmm, well, maybe they'll have it at Mother Earth. So I took a flyer on it, and I walked in.
Starting point is 00:06:19 First of all, they've got a sign on their exterior wall, proudly solar powered since 2014. So that's 12 years of solar power and proving that, yes, it can actually happen here in almost level West by Cold Trump, Genia Stan. And, oh my goodness gracious, they had so much stuff. And I was actually able to find some mass-produced soba, but it had right. flour in with it and I'm looking for the straight stuff when I make it but I also got my I got my buckwheat flour and did a quick browse I didn't have the money for it but they've got some lovely beers they had it they had a chocolate stout that just looked like it would be heavenly and they grind their own peanut
Starting point is 00:07:17 butter and they grind their own cashew butter and I immediately thought who wouldn't it be fun to take some of that cashier butter and make like an Indonesian curry cashew chicken. I think that's going to be in the future. I'm looking forward to them. You know, kind of a curry paste and some and the cashew butter and maybe some coconut milk and bake the chicken in it. Tell me that's not going to be just yummy, especially with those boneless, skinless
Starting point is 00:07:49 chicken thighs that I love. Oh, we're getting into food porn early in the program. But it was real. And of course, they've got a lot of vitamins and herbs and minerals and tinctures and whatnot. And, well, it was kind of like time traveling for me because I grew up with a, well, my mother was deeply into nutrition and health. she got into it after she survived breast cancer and never wanted to have that again. So as a kid, it was kind of a parlor trick. My mother would send me to school every day with a little wrapped up foil packet of,
Starting point is 00:08:37 I swear, about 30 different vitamins and minerals separately, you know, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin B, folic acid, less than on and on and on. And so the parlor trick was there were about 30 pills there. And classmates would gather around. Hey, watch. Watch what happens. And so I'd throw that handful of pills into my mouth and just bloop and take it in one swallow. And I don't know if it ever did anything for me.
Starting point is 00:09:14 But it made my mama happy. that I took them. I had a cousin who instead took his outside and blew him away with his pellet gun. Go figure. But walking into that store was just, it was just lovely. You know, falafel mix and lots of all mix and a lot of vegan options, a bin of toasted, spicy pumpkin seeds that just, who, those look yummy. wandering around in there
Starting point is 00:09:51 it was like a person can actually go vegetarian pretty happily as long as you had a store like this on hand but I'm gonna yeah I think I'm getting and natural natural sodas and stuff and so I'm looking forward to going back there and the people were just so sweet and it was a very inclusive inclusive spot there were a lot of LGBTQ
Starting point is 00:10:15 plus you know rainbows and whatnot in there and felt completely at home. It was just nice. So anyway, I'm going to make some soba noodles. So maybe I'll be able to report back on that come Monday. Program note, as I said, tomorrow, Victoria and I are going to go see The Odyssey. And it's been a while since I've been like super stoked to see a film.
Starting point is 00:10:45 But I'm definitely super stoked to see this one because, you know, ancient civilization classical nerd girl it's my happy place and uh as i as i said yesterday i probably won't get home until seven-ish so if nothing else uh if y'all are having the back porch i'll pop in and deliver a bit of a film review and tell you if it's worth the price of admission at least in my umble estimation for suffering this mica up in Michigan she said just promise me we won't be doing any smoking I've had it with that for a second
Starting point is 00:11:47 signed a well-smoked mica Michigan apparently and I haven't heard anything for Joy in Ann Arbor about it but I take it that Michigan is well-smoked right now the maggots are losing their minds You know, they're just doing that because they got
Starting point is 00:12:09 Canada's just letting those fires burn Because they got Trump derangement syndrome And Jesus Christ, they're so goddamn stupid And Micah adds It's going to be two weeks before I get to see it Yeah, but Micah, you've got a flying, a fighting chance At seeing it in an IMAX theater And it's going to be, I hope you can
Starting point is 00:12:35 Because it's going to be so, so cool I mean, I nerd out on that kind of thing, and it's the first feature film, you know, not a documentary or anything, shot entirely on IMAX, and it could change the paradigm of major filmmaking. It's a laborious process, but apparently, according to Christopher Nolan, the product that it yields is really, really good. Oh, I neglected to mention this being the 16th well, we are finally in the fundraising phase
Starting point is 00:13:24 where we're not ahead of the game anymore and so the fundraising goal now is $2,600,17.89. So thanks to everybody who has gotten the first half of July fully funded. A big part of that was Ralph's and her No More Holes challenge. So going forward, well, starting not today, Today is fully funded, but going forward, we're back to the trying to keep up with the daily funding goal. And, well, let's see.
Starting point is 00:14:15 We're actually under two weeks of funding, so that's good. But yeah, 26, 1789, if anybody wants to help out. And what are we, looking at the calendar. we have 10 more days of programming in the month of July and well we've got a fighting chance of finishing fully funded we're actually still a little bit ahead of the balance now about that password and by the way Mike I'm sure we'll be the smoke soon too, depending on the prevailing winds. What was it?
Starting point is 00:15:14 A couple of years ago, we got them there in the New River Gorge, and that was a real blast. Ralph's, that was a different 89 cents, I think. But I, okay, let's just forget about the 89 cents. Maybe you didn't, I missed it. It wouldn't be the first time. Thank you, Ralph. So, anyway, we'll get to the password in a second. I got some notes here.
Starting point is 00:15:52 Kay wrote in earlier. Hi, Kay. Senator Ossoff, I was able to watch some of the highlights of Jay Clayton's hearing yesterday, and John Ossoff, dogwalking him is why Orange Asshole wants to say his election was illegitimate. He scares him because they know he has ambitions for higher office, and if he continues to perform like he did yesterday, Yeah. Well, and I think, well, he scares them too because he's an effective interrogator, an effective inquisitor, if you care to use the term. And yesterday proved that he's not going to play games with the maggots, and that does not bode well if the Democrats can take the House and take the Senate.
Starting point is 00:16:40 God, don't you want that so bad you can taste it? But yeah, okay. And, of course, that thing's coming around this evening. Will I watch it? Probably not. And in point of fact, TV network TV may not even carry it. Because, well, the Maggot Hore, I mean, White House,
Starting point is 00:17:18 to say they screwed up, Well, the bottom line is they didn't require, traditionally what happens is they, the White House asks TV networks to preempt their regular programming. And this White House didn't bother. They didn't follow typical protocol. and well among other things in former years when things were not quite so insane well nowhere near as insane as they are now the president would only do something like that if there was a like a really big announcement on on policy or there was some sort of crisis um let's see Nixon you know Nixon preempted programming to say, oh, I'm not a crook.
Starting point is 00:18:29 Yes, you were. I think John Kennedy addressed the nation over the Cuban Missile Crisis. And this is just going to be some mad barking and grunting about his delusions regarding the 2020 election. So I don't know who's going to carry it. Maybe C-SPAN? It would be nice if, say, MS now decided not to give him the free airtime. I imagine Fox News TV Radio Rwanda will carry it.
Starting point is 00:19:16 And those lower-tier outfits like News Muck or, well, the man, the network, the wobbly Vod Blobbblab cast run by the man who looks like rancid hot dog water smells. But ABC, CVS, and CNN, nobody really knows, or at least I don't. If you've heard, let me know. So it remains to be seen. I'd just as soon read a transcript because it's bad enough when I hear his voice in my bad impression of him without having to see him barking and grudding and hooting and mulling and puking. So, yeah, but anyway, anyway, anyway, back to the, back to the emails.
Starting point is 00:20:28 Cynthia says, when I eat steak these days like a nice ribeye, well, I bought them last year on sale and they're still hanging out in my freezer. I haven't bought much in the way of beef this year at all. Who can afford it? Oh, I know. I know. And she adds no smoke here, thankfully, but I pulled out some frozen chicken legs and thighs to smoke this weekend. Can't wait.
Starting point is 00:20:50 Yeah, that's just yummy. Cynthia said, I'm not even going to try and watch it. I think I'll go for a walk instead. Fuck you, Trump. Yes. With a 15-foot-tall desiccated. cactus. Exactly. Apparently, Victoria is, this is a radio broadcast, not video, but she's doing, she's doing sign language for the hearing impaired. I said, fuck you. Cynthia said, fuck you,
Starting point is 00:21:21 Trump and Victoria is standing there with both middle fingers in the air. Thank you, sweetheart. Well, it's true. Victoria and I just celebrated our two-year anniversary, and in those two years, I've really fallen in love with Parkersburg. I have, Jeremy. Juvenile delinquency fail. And Ralph's is putting forward a $25 challenge in celebration of the fact that networks are not going to broadcast his blatherings.
Starting point is 00:22:05 I'm sure that'll give Brendan Carr over at the FCC a case of the squeam. Hissies. Yeah, according to Democratic Underground and a citing a post on X. Right now, all major networks are not planning to carry Trump's false and live-filled speech to the nation on Thursday. Let's hope they keep it that way. Yeah, they're not showing any preemptions in their TV schedule.
Starting point is 00:22:36 Thank you for that, Ralph. Thank you for the confirmation. And thank you for the challenge. So if anybody would like to turn $25 into 50, here's a chance. chance and we stay a little bit ahead. And we would get down below the $2,600 mark in our attempt to stay, be fully funded for the month of July and not have any carryover for August. That's band-damastic if we can. And, well, let's see. Oh, there's the puppies. William New York says, when I want to see an Odyssey, I look in my parking spot. True, not a joke.
Starting point is 00:23:25 God, you drive an Odyssey? That's cute. Okay. Now, about the, about that password, Grindr, many of you may have heard that and thought, huh, this must have something to do with the passing of Lindsey Graham and all the grief being taking place on that, on that hookup platform. Fly away home ladybugs. fly away fly fly away flat flap flap yeah there was a video going around it was in um it was in german but it was kind of like a cross between an umpah band and a punk band and the the opening line was i'm fucking schmettling flop flop flop flop flop flop flop flop flop little lady bugs flop flop flop oh dear Micah is not the only one who's suffering. Flavio sent me a graphic. This for LaCross, Wisconsin, but Flavio said this is all of Wisconsin right now.
Starting point is 00:24:56 Air quality, very unhealthy at 287 parts per million 2.5. PM2.5 is the most. dangerous well it's not really the most dangerous there is that's a a fine particulate whereas PM 1.0 and below is ultra fine and one of the things we did in the years when we were working on the ACAC Act or when I was working on the AC Act in DC was to try to get Congress people interested in having the EPA create a PM1.0 standard because that's the stuff that will kill you dead. I remember once a brilliant scientist named Michael McCauley, who was with the School of Public
Starting point is 00:25:58 Health at WVU explained to us that, for instance, well, for testing purposes, science often uses something called titanium white for particulate testing because it's inert and, you know, non-toxic, non-carcinogenic. But they found out when they got it down to PM2, PM1.0, yeah, deadly as fuck. And so if it's 287 in lacrosse, I can only imagine. And, of course, once it gets here, that's going to be extra double plus fun for us here in the mid Ohio Valley because we're already breathing particulate toxins from the warehouse fire that got put out, reignited, got put out, reignited. And the air stinks even now. and it makes your, it makes the, uh, your, the inside of your nose burn and, um, you sneeze and, and, and your nose runs and it ain't pollen, it's poison.
Starting point is 00:27:20 You, you, you stay safe, Fabio. Aren't you glad you quit smoking? We're also proud of you. Yes. Uh, Jeremy says it's the whole of New England as well. well that's absolutely true i thought it went without saying lee but yes i fell in love with parkersburg but i fell in love with victoria much more yes absolutely thanks for the reminder lee says which wishing you both much happiness oh i think we're going to have so much fun when we go see the odyssey um but at any rate the uh password grinder no it does not have anything to do with the hookup platform it has to do with something that happened to russell vote
Starting point is 00:28:20 in the Congress. He appeared in front of the House Committee as director of the Office and Management and Budget. And he ran afoul of a couple of members of the House. he walked into the meat grinder named Angela Alsabrooks of Maryland. And she has ample reason for being pissed off at Russell Vote. He's a, you know, remember, he's a white nationalist so-called Christian. Of course, he has no more in common with the teachings of Jesus than a hog does with a yarmulka. but yeah
Starting point is 00:29:24 no and Angela Alsebrooks Senator Alsebrooks represents some 160,000 federal workers and has heard plenty about the hateful harm that Russell vote
Starting point is 00:29:42 the architect I will remind us all of Project 2025 has done to the federal workforce and she brought receipts and she wasn't playing. Thank you so much, Chair Scott and ranking member Warren. And Director Vote, I have been waiting to have the opportunity to come back face-to-face with you to ask for an explanation for what I regard is absolutely depraved,
Starting point is 00:30:15 depraved, I use that word again, and draconian actions to decimate our, our public institutions, politicized federal grant programs, to stall funding for NIH and for CDC public health programs, harming our research institutions, dismantling the CFPB. And I have to tell you, I couldn't wait to get here on behalf of the 160,000 federal employees in my state. The actions taken toward our federal employees has been evil, absolutely evil. And it is the most galling aspect of what I regard is shameful. tenure at the OMB as director, it has been your outright animosity and blatant hostility toward our
Starting point is 00:30:57 federal workers. And I haven't made this up. In fact, I'm going to read your own words that you famously said without divorce. You said we want the bureaucrats to be dramatically affected. When they wake up in the morning, we want them to not want to go to work because they are increasingly regarded as the villain. This is so evil. In the 150,000. and federal workers who are in my state, who come together. These are the patriots of our country, who've worked many of them for decades. They didn't care whether the president was a Democrat or Republican. They are here to serve the American people, and they will not forget how they were treated
Starting point is 00:31:34 and what was said, and neither will I. And in fact, one Marylander who lost his federal job said the following. I can't tell you how terrifying it is to be a parent of two children face with the thought that you cannot provide for your family. And so I ask you, is that the kind of trauma that you were talking about? Did you intend to sow terror for parents who need to provide for their families? Is that the kind of trauma that you were anticipating? Senator, I've explained those comments on numerous occasions.
Starting point is 00:32:06 I was referring to bureaucracies and not the career civil servants that do the job. Many of those bureaucracies are weaponized against the American people. we've taken steps to deal with that but as it pertains to civil servants I have a very high regard for them and the work that they do well I think the words speak for themselves I really do I don't think anybody can say that combination of words and have it be explicable it is inexplicable
Starting point is 00:32:30 and you continue to traumatize them this fall by issuing a memo directing agencies to prepare for mass firings firings that I might note the court later found were illegal so did the workers deserve because they feel traumatized. They were here. I saw them. They were lining up in these hallways talking to me, many of them in tears.
Starting point is 00:32:51 Is it- Senator, you shouldn't have shut the government down for more than two months on two separate occasions. You don't think that traumatized the same federal workers? Well, you know what? Again, let me just say this. The Jedi mind trick does not work. The Republicans around here are in charge of everything. The House, the Senate...
Starting point is 00:33:06 They need your votes on a bipartisan... Well, you know what, again, it's it. I'm going to go to my next question, but I will not fall for the Jedi Mind trick that when the Republicans have the keys to the kingdom, that anything regarding a shutdown has to do with Democrats. But again, can you tell me how much did money did the cuts save the American taxpayer? All of these cuts, how much, how much did it save us?
Starting point is 00:33:29 Well, we had the most successful fiscal year that we've had, I believe in history in 2025. We ended fiscal futility in this country. We saved about $15 billion below the, the level that you were able to do with the continuing resolution. We passed rescissions bills for the first time since 1992. We were able to support an appropriations process that led to $20 billion less than the previous year
Starting point is 00:33:57 outside of those two shutdowns, which were something that we fought against very hard. Well, let me just because my time was told, sir, I do have another question. I would beg to differ that this has been fiscally successful. And if you call fiscally successful, whatever these cuts are, people still cannot afford their groceries, gas, utilities. So if you regard this as fiscally successful, I still beg the difference.
Starting point is 00:34:21 But I want to turn to CFPB very quickly because it seems that you're doing everything in your power to make things more unaffordable for American families, including trying to fire half of the workforce at the agency that has returned $21 billion to consumers. On April 16th, I led many of my colleagues in a letter requesting information on this incredibly short, cited proposal and noting that this plan would force reductions of 80% within CFPB's Office of Enforcement, which is literally tasked with enforcing consumer financial laws and holding financial service providers accountable. You haven't responded to our letter in three months.
Starting point is 00:34:58 I hope that you will. But how can the CFPB meet its statutory enforcement obligations with only one third of its enforcement staff? Unfortunately, the senator's time is up, so I will not allow the witness to respond to the question. Oh, that was Tim Scott. Unfortunately. Is his accent getting a little, I don't know,
Starting point is 00:35:28 Lindsayish? But then over on the house side, it got much, much worse. Oh, yes. Because This white supremacist, white nationalist, ugly fascist, had to deal with Representative Ayanna Presley. And this was really the meat grinder.
Starting point is 00:36:02 The gentleman yields back. The chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Massachusetts, Ms. Presley, for five minutes. Director, vote, I chew him. I'm glad that you're leaving. Sadly, your harm will remain for generations to come. I have every reason to believe that history will judge you harshly, especially in that you were a key author of Project 2025.
Starting point is 00:36:31 Again, implications that we'll be feeling for generations. Like this. $500 billion. Director of vote, that's how much medical debt Americans In fact, many families have medical debt over $50,000. Now, that may not be a lot of money to Republicans like Trump, who, quote, don't think about Americans' financial situation, but that is a lot of money for most people.
Starting point is 00:36:56 This is debt people accumulated during the most challenging times in their lives, like battling cancer or recovering from an accident. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, under Biden, issued rules making sure that medical debt would not be reported on credit reports and put guard rates, and put guardrails around how that debt can be collected. Common sense things, like companies not being able to come after you for bills you've already paid.
Starting point is 00:37:23 Now, to be clear, these kinds of protections were supported by families throughout the country, Director Vote, in rural communities, in urban communities, in suburban communities, and in Democratic and Republican districts. But, Director Vote, you took that away when you rescinded those rules. Director Vote, give me one reason why, companies should be able to harass cancer survivors to collect more than they owe for a medical bill. Well, they shouldn't be able to harass, and we have laws on the bookstep, but the rules that we changed were specifically... Give me one good reason. You rescinded the rule where medical debt would not have been reported.
Starting point is 00:37:59 Because the statute didn't allow it. Give me what, you don't have one good reason. Moving on. There is not one good reason. You claim, you, you avow that you are a self-proclaimed Christian nationalist. So I'm sure you spent some time on Sunday school. That's a pejorative. I'm sorry, did you happen upon a scripture that said, thou shall make their neighbor, poorer, hungrier, sicker, and less safe? That's actually what you've done. I didn't ask you to speak.
Starting point is 00:38:27 Ooh. This makes no sense. You are as incompetent as you are cruel and callous. Seriously, there are millions of families who have had to deal with an unexpected medical crisis, including yours, I'm sure. Because cancer and illness do not discriminate. They don't care how fat your wallet is or what your zip code is. Everyone has been faced with some unexpected crisis that interrupted their life and destabilized their financial future,
Starting point is 00:38:58 carrying the burden of caregiving, carrying the burden of sleepless nights, carrying the burden of debt unpaid medical bills. But what upsets me most, please look at me, what upsets me most is the shame that people carry about. that debt. So let me be clear to families throughout the country. The only people who should be ashamed of medical debt is the Republican Party because they have obstructed progress for affordable health care at every turn. And then they rescinded the rule that would have given you some with the gentlelady yield. I will not. This is my time. I will not yield. This is my time. And he's on his way out the door and he needs to know exactly the harm he's caused. But the
Starting point is 00:39:42 American people deserve to know. I will not yield. It's Ms. Presley's time. Why are you speaking to me when I didn't yield to you? Director vote. You have gutted the CFPB. You have dropped settlements the CFPB brought against predatory companies that were supposed to provide relief to customers.
Starting point is 00:40:03 $360 million to help people gone. Americans are in dire need of financial relief. But Trump and his co-conspirators, his cults of co-conspirators, his cults of co-conspirators are making life worse for everyday people, and I mean everyone, women, the disabled, young people, seniors, veterans, immigrants, and especially people of color who are most burdened by debt and predatory collection reporting practices. That is exactly why I introduced legislation to stop you from hurting people, like getting rid of consumer protections related to medical debt. The American public deserves better. They deserve better than you.
Starting point is 00:40:42 They deserve a CFPB director who puts the consumer protection in this. Who actually gives a damn instead of attacking hardworking families who are financially trapped by Trump's reckless policies. Consumer protection should not be a partisan issue or a political game. You have dedicated your career to helping corporations get richer, making family sicker, and more and less safe. The chair recognizes the gentleman from Tennessee, Mr. Rose, for five minutes. Mr. Rose, you're right. And there is nothing Christian about that.
Starting point is 00:41:31 Of course, in the long run, Russell vote doesn't give a good goddamn. Because he knows that his maggot pals still have the power and that he'll be able to continue on with his sadistic campaign against any. who isn't white, straight, cis, male, and filthy fucking rich. So I'm glad that she hit him and made it sting and put a little stank on it. And another, it shouldn't have been a surprise. Oh, by the way, Flavio, I hope your search for a for new digs is going well. Flopio's having a lovely day there in La Crosse.
Starting point is 00:43:10 Apparently, on top of the air pollution, funnels possible this afternoon. Jesus. Do you all have tornado sirens in Wisconsin? I sure hope so. Never a dull moment. Climate change is really, it sure is interesting, all the new things you get to experience.
Starting point is 00:43:40 And by the way, Flavio tells me that the air quality index in Minneapolis is literally the worst in the world right now. You know, when your air quality is worse than either Mexico City or Beijing, you've got a problem. But anyway, back to, well, this story. a Democrat who had said that he was going to support Jay Clayton. Well, one, no Democrat, not one, zero. No Democrat should support any nitwit, Nero appointments ever again. I don't care if nitwit, Niro. nominated bleeding Jesus to a cabinet position. No, no. The complicity must have its end.
Starting point is 00:45:05 And, well, Mark Warner of Virginia had said he was going to vote in favor of Jay Clayton's nomination. That's gone now. According to Well, Warner had previously said that he was going to vote for Clayton because he'd had a long-term relationship with him. Just leave it alone as chair of the Securities Exchange Commission. And that all went out the window as Candelanian described on my form. filthy morning habit this morning. You saw in the room where the nominee, Jay Clayton, was asked about the raid in Fulton County in January
Starting point is 00:46:31 where the previous Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, in a very, very bizarre, unprecedented move, was there to oversee the seizure of these ballots from Fulton County to see if there was any nefarious action down there. There's a picture of her. And he claimed ignorance about that. He said, well, I just heard about it yesterday when you told me in our private meeting.
Starting point is 00:46:52 Could that possibly be true that he's not aware that the Director of National Intelligence was running around chasing election conspiracies? No, and the answer was just astonishing. At the end of the hearing, Mark Warner, who knows Jay Clayton, who's worked with him for years, said, sir, in your preparations for this hearing, didn't this? And it's a key question.
Starting point is 00:47:11 This is about, again, will you respect the Constitution? Under the Constitution, state and local governments control elections. The founders put it in that way, So the president can't decide the count in the vote and decide if he or she gets to be president for four more years. So this was illegal to have the director of national intelligence and the FBI go down and seize voting records in Fulton County. So Clayton was asked, would you do this? And his answer was, well, I haven't really thought about that. And when Senator Warner asked, you know, how could you not have thought about this?
Starting point is 00:47:43 He just said, you know, it didn't come to mind to me. And that's an astonishing statement. it's embarrassing. And I've heard that Clayton as a weak leader. And I think he showed that yesterday. So it was an amazing moment. And then Warner just said, I am bitterly disappointed by your answers today.
Starting point is 00:48:00 And Warner was just in shock. This person he knew so well had been brought to this level by Donald Trump. Ken, we've been talking about the questions that have been coming, of course, from the Democratic side. And I guess this is once again a situation where it was shocking, but not all that surprising that Jay Clayton, answered the way he did. We've all now become familiar with the brief that these people have been given about what they're allowed to say and what they aren't allowed to say in these hearings.
Starting point is 00:48:27 But what about the reaction from Republicans to Jay Clayton? Do you think that there were any Republicans on that committee who, even if they were assuming he was not going to say, yes, Joe Biden won the 2020 election, may have been disappointed by how cack-handed he was, how badly he handled those questions? Well, Katie, good morning. I'm sure. they were privately disappointed, but it's not clear that any of them are prepared to vote against him. I would just say, though, that while we do all expect this kind of answer from Trump nominees, it's important for our viewers to understand Jay Clayton is a little bit different. Jay Clayton led the SEC in the first Trump administration, and he emerged relatively unscathed. And he was seen
Starting point is 00:49:12 by some Democrats, including Mark Warner, who, as David said, has known him for a long time. He was seen as a much better alternative than obviously than Bill Pulte, who is the acting director of national intelligence now. He was seen as more favorable than even than Todd Blanche, who was the other nominee on the Hill for a confirmation hearing yesterday. And by the end of the hearing, as David said, Mark Warner, who has prepared possibly to vote in favor of Jay Clayton, was disgusted and has abandoned his support from what I understand of Clayton. And by the way, Clayton knew that that question was coming. He had meetings with senators, including Democrats, and he knew he would be asked that. And yet he could not bring himself to use the W word that Joe Biden won the election. And again, this is a man, University of Pennsylvania Law School, considered an accomplished faith.
Starting point is 00:50:05 It's one thing for Cash Patel to behave this way. Cash Patel is largely viewed in Washington as not a very serious person. Jay Clayton did not have that reputation. So I think this hearing was a real disaster for his reputation personally. And as David said, it's a very, it's a stark warning sign for the country as we await to see what Donald Trump says in this speech about alleged foreign interference that would have happened under the watch of his intelligence community during his administration. Yeah. You know, as a, as a southern. Yeah, never mind.
Starting point is 00:50:39 You went to a state school, blah, blah, blah, blah, poor Southern lawyer, whatever. but well maybe maybe mark warner learned a little something he'll probably still get confirmed almost certainly but the days of democrats voting for anyone that nitwit nero sends up to them have to be over how many times do they have to be humiliated by the people to whom they have given a yay vote whether it be whiskey Pete keg breath and his testosterone fixation, or Trash Patel, an unsurious person, or good God, whalehead, dead bear raccoon penis brainworm lamprey of the hyanist brainwarm lampreys. They're all embarrassments and shame on each and every one, every Democrat who ever voted for even one of them. And then there's a maggot on the way out of office. I'm talking about Tham Tillis of North Carolina Stan.
Starting point is 00:52:30 He too had some choice words for Russell vote. And once again, it didn't go well for the Christian fascist. Senator Tillis. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Bott, thank you for being. here. Tell me the one Doge initiative that you think is the best example of the work that was done before Doge was quiesced in CFPB, or you can go anywhere else. But just give me the best example of what you thought was an exquisite realization of value that came through cuts that
Starting point is 00:53:19 worked their way through the Doge office. Well, I do believe that the reductions in force as a tool? Which specific one? In general? Yeah, but I want to get in specifics. You and I have different backgrounds. Mine was in enterprise implementation. I did this for a living. And so I don't want a word salad answer. Well, it's not word salad, Senator. CFPB, I'm trying to do a reduction for... But I'm just asked you across the board. Give me one best, because here's what I'm asking for. The Doge office has been quiesced, okay? But there were a lot of claims of billions and billions of in savings. I simply want to know where you booked them and where I can see it. I didn't run Doge, Senator. You are OMB, right? I am, but I am not Doge.
Starting point is 00:54:06 You do track, but you do track the, to me, and when I worked in business, and we had to implement efficiency, we got engaged to come in, do activity-based accounting, whatever was necessary to identify the efficiencies. Then we go to the CEOs and say, part of this is going to be a reduction in force. We're going to do. this in a methodical manner. The number one thing we want to do is absolutely have a reduction in force that looks at our best and brightest, that 18 to 25 percent of the organization, and make damn sure that they don't get your fired notice. And then we would send out a reduction in force and efficiencies program that does people, technology, and infrastructure. Give me an example
Starting point is 00:54:46 of where that was done over the year that Doge was in place. Well, I think the extent to which we've got down the U.S.A. The reason I'm targeting you is because I look at you as the guy who books the savings. After we work, let's say we work with whatever department it is, then we got the savings. We come to you and we say, Mr. Vott, this is no longer going to be a part of our expense run rate. You can actually tell the administration that we can decrement that cost
Starting point is 00:55:11 because we've cut the savings. Give me the best example of where DOGE has done that. Well, I have been saying in terms of... No, because give me the best example of where a DOGE initiative, once they completed the work, came to you and said, Mr. Vott, you should be aware that our baseline run rate for expenses have gone down. Give me one example. We have an appropriations process, Senator.
Starting point is 00:55:34 I'm sorry? There's an appropriations process. We have put forward a budget that's $160 billion in Doge savings. I've heard a lot of people, including you, talk about the Doge savings. I've worked in the business world. My understanding is the last time you worked in the business world was at B. Dalton Books when you were putting yourself through law school. Good on you.
Starting point is 00:55:53 Damn. But you don't have this experience, and a lot of people that were involved in this do not have this experience. I love the idea of Doge. But what I don't love is the idea of Doge shit that we're picking up because people did it wrong. I spell it with a dollar sign, by the way, Mr. Chair. But at the end of the day, we've got to be honest with the American people. We had people running through here and talking about all the savings at the end of the day, book it. Every single one of these things should have before, after net savings and run rate for cost.
Starting point is 00:56:28 And Mr. Vott, if you would submit for the record, I may have caught you flat-footed on this one, and I apologize for that. You don't have to apologize. But there's $160 billion in savings that would identify. Mr. Vaught, look, this is going to be real simple. You don't have to do anything except present to me a consultation for the record in written form, a consultation with the government agency that had the most documented and sustainable savings
Starting point is 00:56:55 so that I can go back to North Carolina and explain where Doge was successful. Because right now, I'm picking up a lot of bags of people who are some of the most experienced people leaving, scientists leaving NIH, at these random you were fired, oh, I'm sorry, you weren't wrong email address. All that stuff is amateur stuff
Starting point is 00:57:16 that would have gotten me fired in my job at Pricewaterhouse in a week. I want to see, but I'm willing, I'm willing to be open to it. You got a best case. I love being proved long when I'm coming out and saying something that I'm very disappointed with.
Starting point is 00:57:31 I would love nothing more than a briefing before this committee on the extraordinary work of identified the target, achieve the target, book the savings, and inform the appropriations process. I'd love to see at least one of those
Starting point is 00:57:44 for the record. Thank you. And you know what? When somebody like him says, I would love to be proven wrong, you know that he is not going to be proven wrong. Because the Cheeto dust covered dodgy boys were just sent into the halls of government with bludgeoning and meat axes. They didn't go in with scalples. And again, I guess he's had enough, so he's going to quit after two years or so. Maybe he can go back and get a job clerking at B. Dalton.
Starting point is 00:58:35 Or maybe he'll just naturally go back to the Heritage Foundation and start drawing his breath and his pay again and put on his black leather and black latex and get his cat of nine tails out and get back to the business of hurting people for the sake of hurting them. Fuck him. It's another one of those Clarence Darrow moments. I've never wished a man dead, but I have read some obituaries with real pleasure. And then there's this clown. And I don't know if it's a case of fool me once.
Starting point is 00:59:36 Shame on you. Fool me twice. I can't get fooled again. But Senator Bill Cassidy, who found out what it feels. like when nitwit Nero puts the shiv between your ribs, no matter how often you wallow and belly crawl and humiliate yourself in front of him. Bill Cassidy yesterday in a hearing for a nominee, nitwit Niro's nominee to head the Centers for Disease Control. That would be Erica Schwartz, who would work under... Oh, dear God.
Starting point is 01:00:15 just the mental image. Work under whalehead, dead bear, raccoon, penis, brainworm, lamprey. Well, Senator Doc to Cassidy, he had some choice words for Erica Schwartz. CNN carried the hearing. Talked about it, some. Okay, there is another major Senate hearing that just wrapped up on Capitol Hill. Dr. Erica Schwartz is having her confirmation hearing to be the director of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The tension between the CDC and health secretary, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., especially over vaccine safety, dominated the hearing.
Starting point is 01:01:12 We saw aside to Republican Senator Bill Cassidy, we haven't seen in a while. he's clearly fed up with the vaccine decisions being made by Kennedy. I imagine he is fed up. I mean, there he was. He stripped himself naked, wallowed in the orange goo and feces before Ditwit Nero, knew he should not have voted in favor of whalehead, dead bear, raccoon, penis, brainworm, Lampreys nomination, but did it anyway? for daddy. Fet up? Uh, maybe it's more like trying to reclaim some semblance of his humanity and his
Starting point is 01:02:02 manhood. How the hearing began, which set the tone for what was to come. I almost feel like I'm having to go after this question a little bit more firmly than I feel like I should. You can be CDC director and just take orders. We need a CDC director that will actually stand up to crazy, stupid things being said that undermine faith in immunization. Are you the person? Oh, you sweet summer child. Simon Simple and Simon Puer. Crazy stupid things being said.
Starting point is 01:02:34 Well, who's saying them, Billy Boy? The guy you voted to confirm. At least have the common decency to own it and say, well, you know, I didn't. I thought daddy was always going to be my friend until he stuck the shiv in me because the crazy stupid things are being said by the man he sent on to the full Senate for consideration and a confirmation vote. And I'm being very direct here because obviously I feel like we've got thousands of kids hospitalized because people have promoted that immunization is bad.
Starting point is 01:03:23 now kids have died because of it. It is evil to do that, and people persist. You are the bulwark. So I'm asking, will you have the ability and the firmness to stand up to that political meddling, to say, no, that's wrong and this is right? Chairman, you have my assurances that I will continue to lead by my integrity. I will never compromise on the science. I will... But then again, how long ago was it that he heard, Chairman Cassidy, you have my
Starting point is 01:03:59 complete assurance that I will stay, I will stand by the established science regarding vaccines. And you took that one, hookline and sinker, Bill.
Starting point is 01:04:16 Okay, look, kind of got to note this. Erica Schwartz is an African-American woman. Don't matter. I'm surprised that I haven't heard the maggots barking and grunting and hooting about D.E.R. At this point in time, my, and I could be wrong in this, this could just be an emotional response. But at this point in time, my metric is there is something fundamentally wrong with anyone who agrees to take a job offer. by Donald Trump.
Starting point is 01:05:04 It immediately suggests a rather profound character flaw. But I could be wrong. Always, always have the public's health in mind. I have spent over 25 years making sure that might be. That's not quite the direct answer I'm hoping for. Yeah. And the rest of it is Dana Bash blathering along. But Cassidy apparently was not done.
Starting point is 01:05:38 and at the end of the hearing he said that he was frustrated with some of the vaccine language out there including he said from the other nominee you know act in haste repent in leisure and then then there's Rick Skeletor Scott. Remember him? The senior senator from Florida who was involved in the biggest Medicare fraud case in the
Starting point is 01:06:46 entire history of the United States of America. Yeah, that Skeletor, Scott. Earlier today he said that well, gosh darn it, he's tired of the American
Starting point is 01:07:05 people be in a bunch of layabouts. Naturally, it came during an interview on Fox News, TV, radio, Rwanda. The American people ain't working hard enough, which is a hell of a thing for a sitting United States senator to say, because we can't even get them to work three days a fucking week. What does that work out to on an hourly rate for their senatorial salaries? So are Democrats going to come across the line and join some of you? and are they as clear-eyed on the mission? I hope so. You know, Americans work five days a week.
Starting point is 01:07:59 You know, the minimum we ought to work is seven days a week. I'm a business guy. As business people have to work every day. We need to work every day to get this stuff done. The American people need to work seven days a week. Quote, the minimum we ought to work is seven days a week. You know, it makes me think about it. Bossman Wayne, who was very proud of that saying among members of organized labor, the weekend
Starting point is 01:08:38 brought to you by unions. Once upon a time that the work day was 12 hours, say, for a steel worker in Pittsburgh. And it was 12 hours a day, six days a week. Yeah. Sunday's off to go to church. You know what? That's not good for an industrial economy. That means more mistakes will be made. More people will be hurt. More people will be killed. More people will be crushed, maimed, what have you. And the oligarchs bottom line will suffer too because the product quality goes south. But here we are. and Rick Scott wants the seven-day work week. And like I said, we can't get fuckers like him to work three days a week. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:10:02 They think, Micah says, we need to be cold. Well, that's obvious because they have this absolutely insane notion that there are too many people in the United States. Yesterday, we had the story of Tommy the Tuber down in Alabama saying that, you got these people that think data centers are bad and climate change and so whatnot because of propaganda coming out of China. This is more of the same. Utterly divorced from reality. Can't get Tommy the Tuber to work three days a week either.
Starting point is 01:10:50 And by the way, while we're at it, on August the 7th, which, is, you know, about 19 days away or so. I'm just doing that in my head. But on Friday, August the 7th, the Senate will bail for their August recess, because nobody wants to be in D.C. in August. And they will not be back until the 8th day of September. That's a one-month vacation. And miss me with that whole baloney of, oh, well, they're going home to campaign.
Starting point is 01:11:43 They're going home to beg. How many town halls do you think that a maggot senator will have in that entire month? If anyone wants to bet that the number is higher than zero, I'm taking that bet. Jesus, four days a week at best. And the funny thing is, the August recess is an anachronism from another time. It goes back to a time when there was something called the seasoning. And it applied to white people. It was said, especially in the early days of colonization,
Starting point is 01:13:06 that if a European migrant to the North American continent could survive two summers, they were deemed to have been seasoned, which is to say they had not been taken out by yellow fever or malaria. And, you know, scientists of the day identified a malaria and yellow fever line below which you did not. want to be in the most brutal parts of summer like August. And yes, Washington, D.C. really is built on a swamp. It was a beautiful piece of financial l'jardomé on the part of George Washington, who got some tasty coin for it, because he owned it, but you were more likely to be stricken with yellow fever or malaria in the hottest parts of the summer, which back then was August. So everybody who possibly could bugged out of Washington, D.C. in August, well, that's no longer the case.
Starting point is 01:14:36 And, you know, this is just one of those little t-nincey things that I'll bet you even some maggots would go along with. granted you'd have to use little bitty single syllable words to explain it and and perhaps some hand gestures but DC is air conditioned now I mean it's hot outside witness the people who stayed away in droves from nitwit Nero's great American state fair and we're doing things like passing out in the heat heat stroke, what have you. I've experienced D.C. in those months, and it's brutal. You can sweat off two or three pounds, just being outside. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. But considering the princely ransoms that we pay members of Congress, and given the fact that we do spend a tidy sum, air conditioning, their comfortable offices,
Starting point is 01:15:57 maybe it's time for the August recess to go bye-bye. There is no logical reason for its existence. Oh, wait, I just realized the flaw in my reasoning. And, of course, the flaw's name is whalehead, dead bear, raccoon, penis, brainworm, Lamprey, who, please, goddess of irony, don't share, okay? who is probably we need to have herd immunity
Starting point is 01:16:36 for yellow fever and malaria we need to stop spraying for mosquitoes bet me bet me but at least as it presently stands
Starting point is 01:17:01 there is no logical reason for the August recess but they are they're getting rid of buggy out. So anyway, one commenter on blue sky said, yeah, for up to Rick Scott and his billionaire donors, people would work every day, no holidays, no sick days, no health insurance, no benefits, no nothing. He's a walking poster for why unions and organized labor are so important. But the fact that they say this shit out loud, even though the only people really watching are Emory and Marvelline in their matching Barka loungers at the ballerina swan lake trailer court and country club still you got to figure that they even even if they're older americans now
Starting point is 01:18:03 they pretty much grew up in the modern world make malaria great again make yellow fever great again. I know I say it every evening. But Jesus Christ is timeline. Oh, how about that? I don't think this has anything to do with that, Flavio, but it's an interesting thing to know. Feragosto, a public holiday celebrated on the 15th of August in the whole of Italy. It originates from Feria Augusti, the festival of the Emperor Augustus, who made the 1st of August a day of rest after weeks of hard work in the agricultural sector. It became accustomed for the workers to wish their employers one feragosto and receive a monetary bonus in return.
Starting point is 01:19:24 It became a law during the Roman Renaissance throughout the papal states. Venino Mussolini used it to let the Plybes go to the seaside for a couple of days. That's how fascism works. Yeah, I don't think giving a bunch of billionaire senators. The month off quite qualifies as Ferragosto, Flavio. Those poor put-upon laborers in the sweat shops of the Senate and House. And from Kim in New York, Rick Scott, and this thief is also the head of the Special Committee on Aging.
Starting point is 01:20:20 Can you imagine? Well, that way he can control. the beak wedding so that only the right people get to rob Medicare and Medicaid blind well Jeremy says no George Washington didn't directly own the land that D.C. was built on
Starting point is 01:20:58 but he helped negotiate its sale acre by acre for which I'm sure he got a tasty little commission they're right says Cynthia there are too many people in the U.S. and they should all fucking self-deport themselves. Send them all to Mars or something and then we'll be just right. Yeah, it's like the maggots who said, Zoron, Mom Donnie is ruining New York and all the billionaires are leaving.
Starting point is 01:21:33 To which most of the residents of Gotham said, God, New York's going to be a great place to live after that. Don't let the door hit you where the good Lord split you, billionaires. Fair point. Baltimore Bob says August recesses. The congressional recess in August is my favorite time of year, when Repaglicans are in charge of both chambers. Since they're only capable of doing harm, I welcome their all too brief departure.
Starting point is 01:22:10 Here, have another one, Bob. That's so true. D.C. gets a little relief, I guess. and you know it is miserably hot and oddly enough it's not a bad time to go and do the smithsonian museums on the mall you know after you plotted around the mall in the sweltering heat victoria knows a little bit about that uh there's nothing more cooling and comforting
Starting point is 01:22:46 than walking into one of the smithsonian museums was her heart she was so sick we didn't know at the time but she had double pneumonia and it was a damn good thing that we got home when we did because she wound up in the hospital for a week but yeah it gets mighty hot and sticky of course i haven't i haven't been to dc since 2023 so i don't even know if what made it special then is still special now that it's been thoroughly trumpinated because among other things hey you know Isn't it sweet every year when Easter rolls around and all the little children go to the White House for the Easter egg roll on the White House lawn? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:23:58 Well, I guess we're done with that because where the Easter egg roll takes place is exactly where knit. with Nero is putting his helipad. And as one individual pointed out, he's probably putting the hard helipad in. You know, he said, well, you know, the helicopters just land there on the grass. They just land there on the grass. And sometimes the grass is wet. Sometimes it's slippery. The miserable shit-eating coward is afraid that he will slip and fall and go.
Starting point is 01:24:44 go boom and maybe bust a hip or possibly split his pants and show his ditey. So now that lawn, never mind zoning laws, never mind airspace regulations, never mind Congress, never mind the historical landmarks commission, is pouring black granite. for a helipad on the south lawn. Oh, those Easter eggs are really going to roll across that black granite now, aren't they? The New York Times said such projects usually require a developer to navigate a complex web of zoning laws, airspace regulations, and environmental impact studies while negotiating with town councils
Starting point is 01:25:43 and fighting off community pushback. But Mr. Trump, Jesus, the New York Times, Mr. Trump, oh, you sound so civilized, has encountered no such difficulties as he quickly proceeds with construction of a black granite helipad on the south lawn. He has not asked Congress or any review panel such as the Commission on Fine Arts to approve the project. Yeah, you can just imagine it's slipping on the grass and going straight down on his ass and having a little geyser of Trump poopie shooting up out of his crack and out of the back of his suit jacket. Well, there went dinner in the... Central Daylight Time Zone, sorry. But I gotta pick up the slack when Dave's not here.
Starting point is 01:26:30 A White House spokes creep told the Times, "'Operational upgrades to the White House ground such as the helipad installation "'Do not require commission reviews.' "'Jesus. "'Enjoy your Easter eggs, kitties.' "'Easter egg broke on the black granite. "'Tuff kitty, kid. "'I can't slip and fall.
Starting point is 01:27:16 "'I'm older than shit.' uh from kim i'd have no problem with congress taking off a month as long as they pass legislation allows all of us to have a month's vacation no matter what work we do that seems fair a month how about six weeks like civilized countries in europe get can you imagine having six weeks to just do whatever and still get your pay that would be oh that'd be delightful her humble ostus would find her way to the beach pretty fast. That's one of those boxes, Victoria and I haven't checked off yet.
Starting point is 01:28:10 Going to the beach together. Jeremy, what? Easter egg roll. Don't be silly, Roxanne. The children can still roll around. He'd just prefer that they wear boxing gloves and glee. I thought you were going to go somewhere different. I thought you were going to go for, the children can still roll around as they're not,
Starting point is 01:28:34 as long as they're not wearing clothing and he can Fuck them! Pedophile. Sorry. That's two shots amid ships of dinner in the Central Time Zone. It's convicted criminal felon,
Starting point is 01:28:55 Trump, says Cynthia. Get it right, everybody. Here, here. And we are at the halfway point of the program. Ralphs has a challenge on the table, $25 bucks. Thank you, Ralphs.
Starting point is 01:29:12 It's the no-neau. network TV for Donnie challenge. Hopefully that and more might find its way in this evening. It would be great if it did. And, well, like I said, if we get $25 bucks, then that turns, that takes us down to $2567. happen and we get ever closer to finishing July fully funded thank you Ralphs and thank you to
Starting point is 01:29:57 anyone who happens to jump in this is monumentally stupid okay extraneous noise Lee says next year's Easter egg roll mommy my egg rolled into that big hole. Oh. Oh, that's the East Wing, dear. Mommy, my egg cracked and is cooking. Yeah. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 01:30:40 This, yeah. Well, let's run over to the stress line real quick and see who's there. Hey, welcome to the program. You sound normal tonight. Do I? Yes, you do. I'll explain the thing about Washington owning. I knew as soon as you said it, it would be Google it.
Starting point is 01:31:06 And I'll tell you what. Netflix did this year to celebrate the 200th. It was all about the revolution in the country. What happened was they wanted a piece of property to let me in B.C. on a lot of design far wanted it. And the picture of this piece of land. Who owned it? Or plantation or in competition with Washington.
Starting point is 01:31:30 He personally had washed it. I mean, very hot, hated Washington and reluctantly sold acre by acre over to the government. I don't know if I can earn dissent out of this. That's how the land became property. It was sold by the corporation owner. Cool, I pulled up for you. You're saying, you want to the attention to do. It was a man.
Starting point is 01:31:56 I can't think of his name. He did Washington in the fire of 10 sun. You're breaking up considerably, Jeremy, but. But, uh, I did. Yeah. Yeah. But, but, but as long as I'm sounding reasonably myself, uh, yeah, I'll, I'll note, I'll, and I'll note that D.C. was originally a square or perhaps a rambus. But Virginia clawed back their land, uh, leaving only, uh, leaving only the land across the Potomac, you know, the Maryland portion.
Starting point is 01:32:35 Because basically. I was aware of that. Yeah, basically people were being disenfranchised by being wrapped into D.C. Because D.C. didn't get the vote. That's why this particular plantation, the sole guy, not many of them. I don't care. So hell you're just forced to do it. Like they said, very grudgingly, the special sold it to him by acre, not all at one.
Starting point is 01:33:04 Over the course of like three or four years, the land off. So, yeah. Yeah. Anyway. They made it look believable. I just want to let you know because you're not going to be. I hope you guys enjoy the movie, and I think I'll try to it. It looks really good from the pre-client.
Starting point is 01:33:20 It does. I've followed every trailer. I can't wait to see it. Personally, give a fuck about it. I can't wait to see it. So I've read all the books. I'll be there to see it at some point. Later, Robin.
Starting point is 01:33:34 All right. See it, Jeremy. Yeah. And frankly, I'm going to enjoy it just because of the barking and grunting of the weirdo of the the weirdo manosphere manly masculine men of manly masculinity assholes oh and by the way further adventures in the obsession of whiskey pete keg breath with testosterone it would be it one could be forgiven for thinking that uh this fascination uh well it it it uh it uh it uh it's an indication of something weird going on in that in that drunk's mind so the Navy's
Starting point is 01:34:37 blue angels are I guess stationed in Pensacola at NAS Pensacola there's a great museum there it was really cool when we were there my dad was still around and there was a scale model of i think the the the gerald ford there was no mention of the unflushable toilets but next to it was a model on the same scale of my father's very own ship upon which he served the essex which was the the fleet carrier of World War II. And Jesus Christ, it looked like a tugboat sitting next to the Ford. Fascinating. But that's not what I'm on about here. In what can only be described as an ill-advised moment, the Blue Angels flew over Pensacola Beach. I think you, What, yesterday?
Starting point is 01:35:58 And did so at barely 50 feet off the ground. The stuff that people had brought to the beach, you know, chairs, blankets, umbrellas and whatnot, were blown all askew and asunder. And little children subjected to as much as 150 to 160 decibels were covering their ears and screaming. Wait a minute. I didn't play like it was supposed to. In other words, people were traumatized. Oh, it was the Fourth of July, Jeremy says. But at any rate, those are FAA 18 Super Hornets. And when I saw it, the first thing I thought was, hey, looky there. The American people getting a taste of what it feels like to have death come at you from the sky. Just like, say, 200, maybe 200 little schoolgirls in Tehran.
Starting point is 01:37:53 And it caused me some reflection. There was a time when our military pilots were heroes. they fought off the Japanese and German air forces, who at the beginning of the Second World War had superior aircraft. We weren't able to start bringing up. We had to fight Midway and Coral Sea and the like with F4F Wildcats and still managed to make it work. The next year, things like the,
Starting point is 01:38:34 Grumman F6F Hellcat and the Vought F4U Corsair. That's what my uncle flew, entered service and really began doing a number on the Japanese Air Force. You know, the P-47 and the P-51 entered service in Europe and devastated the Luftwaffe. But ever since then, for the most part, our air forces have been used to bomb brown people, especially in the 21st century. And, you know, we get low flyovers down in the gorge from time to time. I've heard a rumor that they train in those canyons and they're above those canyons and whatnot. I don't know if it's true. But it's terrible.
Starting point is 01:39:39 if you can actually get outside of your Americanness and understand what it means to be a mother with children playing in the in the ground in the yard or in the in the street or whatever and hear those murderous things coming toward you well those Americans in Pensacola got a taste of it and Whiskey Pete Kegbreath basically called them sissies. And so did Eric the Dumber. Eric the Dumber posting on social media. Can't stand the manufactured outrage by the low-tee mainstream media. This was undoubtedly the highlight of these people's day.
Starting point is 01:40:37 Yeah, because the low-light was taking their babies home and hearing them cry, from the ongoing damage to their hearing. It was part of Breakfast with the Blues that opened the Pensacola Beach air show last week, or air show week. One woman, Ashley Corn, speaking to W.E.A.R. News said, I literally thought we were going to be taken out by Blue Angels, but it was amazing. who ah maga the blue angels said they opened a safety review and said the safety of our hometown community spectators and our pilots is our highest priority hooah but a physician said those
Starting point is 01:41:43 f a 18 super hornets are incredibly loud reaching up to 115 decibels during low passes this can easily cause temporary or permanent hearing damage especially in the little ones others said 130 decibels some said 150 the decibel level of f-18 hornet at 50 feet doing a low pass is around 130 decibels US Air Force veteran david greenage said and noted that children were in the crowd were clutching their heads and crying well
Starting point is 01:42:25 whiskey peat July 4th and on July 4th in South Carolina Apache pilots did a low flyover of a South Carolina beach they were suspended and then Whiskey Pete lifted the suspensions we'll fix this carry on patriots
Starting point is 01:42:48 because they're patriots and they will they were scheduled to perform again today, and they'll have a full dress rehearsal tomorrow. The main air show is set for Saturday. And Eric the Dumber, who would shit his pantaloons, were he to ever even get anywhere near military service, called the people who were harmed by this a bunch of sissies. Well, at least the Blue Angels aren't bombing any brown people at the moment.
Starting point is 01:43:43 although that's certainly no longer guaranteed, as it appears that we're going to ramp up the war levels that may even be higher than what they were at the outset. No, the problem is, yeah, we're running, we are, we are, we're running out of interceptor missiles, and those things take some time to make. And it's almost like Iran had a plan to make to make. to make us deplete our inventory so that they could then fuck with us even more. Low T mainstream. Low T, low T.
Starting point is 01:44:29 You'd almost think that they're worried about their little Pee-Ps. At least one guy is over at my former filthy morning habit, they hosted James Tallerico this morning. Well, at one point in time, they put up a picture of aging, decrepit-looking Texas lieutenant governor, Dan Patrick. And I swear, listen, no hate, but there's Dan Patrick out there grunting about low tea and manliness. when frankly in the photograph there of Dan Patrick I mean tell me Victoria
Starting point is 01:45:24 he kind of looks like an old lesbian doesn't he it doesn't look terribly manly looks like he's ready to put on his burkingstocks and go hitch the you all to the Subaru and well they had a little fun there there with the MS now morning zoo crew. Ken Paxton says you're not Texan enough. He was born in North Dakota.
Starting point is 01:46:07 He grew up in California. South Texas. Celebrates Fourth of July in London. Or Iceland. Or Iceland, wherever he was. I don't know where he was. I'm curious. What French city did you spend?
Starting point is 01:46:20 Were you in like, he's in London or Iceland or wherever, were you in Paris? How did you spend, maybe Luxembourg, where did you spend your Fourth of July? So I actually spent Fourth of July with an American treasure, Willie Nelson, in Austin, at his annual Fourth of July picnic, which was a real honor as a longtime fan of Willie Nelson. And, you know, we celebrated 250 years of independence from the British, and Ken Paxton celebrated that important anniversary with the British. So it was quite a choice.
Starting point is 01:46:59 So Ken Paxton's and Knightsbridge, and you're with Willie on the 4th of July. Okay, check, I think you went down. You know, I've always said that Donald Trump has succeeded by getting his opponents to act outside of themselves and do do really stupid things. I have noted your campaign is doing the same thing to Republicans. You drive them crazy.
Starting point is 01:47:30 I mean, you take their obsession with low testosterone levels. They are obsessed. Ken Paxton is obsessed with low T. Pete Higgsith obsessed with low T. Lieutenant Governor Patrick. Actually, let's take a look at him. He says you're not manly enough to actually. This guy.
Starting point is 01:47:55 This guy says, this guy says, you're not manly enough to represent the people at Texas. And he's concerned about your low T levels. Your manliness. Your manliness. Yeah. You know, I, is this a parody? Yeah. Tell us about.
Starting point is 01:48:19 Tell us about their obsession with low tea. Yeah, when I first heard this low tea thing, I had to look it up. Guys my age aren't really worried about that kind of thing. But I think people are really tired of this kind of professional wrestling in our politics, these old guys who are lathered up in their fake tan, throwing these corny nicknames at each other. People are wanting serious leaders who are going to get this economy. back on track, who we're going to start to lower costs, who are going to start to raise pay.
Starting point is 01:48:53 And people are catching on to the fact that these corny nicknames don't lower the cost of groceries, don't lower the cost of prescription drugs, don't lower the price of gas. And so people realize that we're being played by these politicians who want to throw these nicknames at each other, and they're ready for a serious senator who's going to bring both parties together to get this economy back on track. By the way, Tala Freco as a nickname, I'm all in. If somebody calls me Talafrico, I'm meming that all the way to move over. And Joe.
Starting point is 01:49:26 And Joe, I want to get there. Yeah. Well, I don't know if everyone knows this, but we've got I'm a Tafrico T-shirts available on our website. James Talaverico.com. Check it out and get your T-shirt today. I'll get you one. I mean, seriously, they are just playing into your hands. I want to show a picture of this guy again, who's obsessed with low testosterone levels, I guess,
Starting point is 01:49:52 and says you're not, oh, my God, manly enough. And I want to turn this a little series. This guy felt comfortable also judging your faith. This guy and others felt comfortable saying you're going to hell. Now, I find this absolutely fascinating that somebody could be so ignorant of the Gospels of Jesus Christ that they would make such a proclamation in a political campaign, not even knowing that Jesus said, Judge not that you be not judged, Blessed, or the Merciful, for they shall be shown mercy. The same, you know, by the measure that you use for other people, I will use that measure against you.
Starting point is 01:50:41 I mean, the fastest way to hell, if you believe what Jesus Christ says, is to be focused on the speck in your neighbor's eye instead of the plank in your own. And yet, again, they continue to attack your faith and your relationship with Jesus Christ, which again, I not only find offensive, but I also find it self-defeating because people that actually read the Bible, that read the red letters, Understand that is the last thing a Christian is supposed to do. I mean, okay. I'm not sure how thorough a grasp Jehosephat has on the Gospels, but whatever. But at least in this case, I got to give Jehosephat credit because he didn't go where I did. He didn't say that Texas lieutenant governor, Dan Patrick, kind of. looks like an old lesbian.
Starting point is 01:51:50 And again, no hate. I myself am one. But, you know, here we are. Talafrico, low tea. And I feel compelled to agree with Sister Cynthia, who says, Meethinks old Pete must have a teeny tiny dick and feeling super inadequate against everyone else.
Starting point is 01:52:20 Hence his preoccupation may think so, Anyway, methinks, thou thinks rightly. And look, anybody who's seen the video of him trying to do a chin up knows that he's low tea. So maybe that's what all this is. It's cover. Well, I want to be in sync with our warfighting warriors, so everybody's going to have to take testosterone. If you're over 30, I guess that means me too. You know, and stabs himself in the ass with the 25-gauge needle loaded up with a milliliter or two of testosterone.
Starting point is 01:53:05 And the next thing you know, he's whinnying like Mr. fucking Ed. Yeah. And ooh, that little dig from Tala Rico. Ah, you know, I'm in my late 30s, and guys like me, we don't really worry about that sort of thing. the only thing would have been better is if he would have held up his hand with his little pinkie curled and going this you ken paxton this you dan patrick yeah either one of those old creeps they see a girl under fifteen years of age and probably makes their withered members jump like a snake in a microwave and i take it back i take it back uh dan patrick doesn't look like an old lesbian he just looks like an old creep because well i know some lovely old lesbians and that was unfair but you need to see the haircut that's all i'm
Starting point is 01:54:33 saying you need to see the haircut okay please no hate mail no hate mail just asking and uh Okay, this is a giggle courtesy of Routes from the onion. We need these little giggles. Dateline, Washington, female Supreme Court justices formally request protection from Brett Kavanaugh. Acknowledging that the danger would be difficult to manage and impossible to eliminate altogether, the Supreme Court's female justices nevertheless appeared before Congress this week to ask for protection from fellow just. Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
Starting point is 01:55:27 We understand that our safety cannot be guaranteed, but we are in a uniquely vulnerable position and have the right to carry out our duties without worrying that we'll turn a corner one day and find Brett Kavanaugh standing there in the hallway, said Justice Amy Coney-Barritt, adding that she recently had to explain to her teenage children why she was forced to wear
Starting point is 01:55:46 extra layers of baggy, shapeless shirts at work. While we realize that posting security in every corridor and meeting room with the Supreme Court building could cost taxpayers millions of dollars. We can't ignore the threat of Justice Kavanaugh, which has skyrocketed since 2018 and shows no sign of slowing down. By the time I step into an elevator with him inside it, it'll be too late.
Starting point is 01:56:11 Barrett went on to say, however, that outside the security appropriation, Congress should stay out of Supreme Court affairs except to unethically appoint conservative justices. Thanks for that, Ralphs. We needed the giggle. That was qualified. Now, and this was some breaking news at the beginning of the program.
Starting point is 01:56:48 Gross. Well, I mean, the murder was the gross part. What it boils down to is that we now know the identity of the ICE goon who committed the murder in Maine. We know because he called his ex-wife to beg her to vouch for him. This is a heck of a story. It was Biddeford, Maine, and the killer is David Brouette, and the Portland Press Herald, published the story as quickly as they possibly could.
Starting point is 01:58:30 This man is dangerous and never should have been allowed anywhere near this federal job. But then again, probably 99% of the ice goons and CBP thugs shouldn't either. Ashley, his ex-wife, said to the Portland Press Herald that David Bruyette, herald, her husband, her ex called confessed to the murder and defended what he did the press herald for its part reviewed a screenshot from ashley that showed her incoming calls and saw calls that came from her ex-husband's current wife's Facebook account on wednesday speaking to the press herald ashley said he was asking me to lie for him and to cover for his character. I told him I was not going to lie for him.
Starting point is 01:59:36 And then he tried to say that it was a justified shooting because the guy tried to hit him with his car. She added, in his head, it's justified. He's unusually calm about it. And of course, once again, the ice goons tried to, oh, he weaponized his vehicle. But, well, the video tells an entirely different story. They were walking along his car as it moved at a slow speed, and at no point in time did he make any attempt to harm them, and then
Starting point is 02:00:14 they just murdered him, dragged him out of the car, and handcuffed him. As for why, she went to the press. Ashley said she had previously reported concerns to his superiors in the military, he's a vet, about his mental health and said that he was abusive in their relationship. So, yeah, you got a woman beat her in ice. You know, like 99% of the other goons most likely. I worry about her now. I wouldn't put it past the goons to try to murder her as well. or maybe
Starting point is 02:01:12 Mark Wayne that little toxic gollum maybe he'll try to say that somehow she doxed her ex-husband they can't be terribly happy that he called her
Starting point is 02:01:31 but they'll cover for him at all costs until it becomes too costly Mark Wayne initially paused all traffic stops by the way. But less than a day later, nitwit Niro was out there barking and grunting and groaning about how traffic stops are
Starting point is 02:01:58 one of our best tools. And I'm ordering them, I'm ordering traffic stops to resume immediately. And then there's Tom Manho, who is the Bordersar. He has warned, I mean, how much more mob boss can you get? than this. He said that there's going to be more bloodshed
Starting point is 02:02:55 unless the Democrat shut their mouths. He seems like the kind of guy who says you know why there's you know why there's domestic violence because women just don't know when to shut up. These are monsters.
Starting point is 02:03:17 Sick, sick men. He was on he was being interviewed by Fow Engram on Fox News TV radio Rwanda and he said
Starting point is 02:03:33 I'm scared to death because assaults with vehicles are sky high there's been a lot of shootings I'm scared to death that one of these days our ice officers aren't going to be quick enough the bad guys can be quicker it all goes back to the Dems who want to continually attack ice
Starting point is 02:03:50 and tell people to evade them tell people don't comply tell people to resist tell people ice isn't real law enforcement. There's still going to be more bloodshed unless they shut their mouth and let ICE enforce the laws that they enacted. Fuck you, man, ho, and you're bag full of cash. Meanwhile, yanking a number right out of his, out of his little hobbit ass. Mark Wayne said yesterday, uh, federal agents are facing more than... Because, you know, he's on, he's on, he's on, he's on, he's on, he's on, he's low T and on T2.
Starting point is 02:04:41 Oh, uh, uh, uh, uh, they're facing more than 1,300 percent increase in vehicle attacks. And said it was AOC's fault and Gavin Newsom's fault for, uh, well, they're teaching their constituents to openly defy ice. Openly defy ice is defined by, uh, that, that half pint pissant. with, you know, little man problems as, well, exercising one's constitutional rights. They murdered two men who were doing absolutely nothing wrong. But sincerely, I would not be at all surprised to find out that, you know, one of the weirdos, maybe the DOJ, DHS, whatever, they're going to start barking and grunt about Ashley Brayette,
Starting point is 02:06:02 that somehow she doxed the murderer, even though he called her. It's not like it was entrapment. Oh, and by the way, it's worth noting that in conjunction with the story about David Brouette, who's all kinds of fucked up in the head. By the way, when he came back, when he separated from the military, he couldn't get a job he was he was such a hot mess that he couldn't keep a job for more than a year or two but then along came the ice goons but as as the associated press pointed out and this was back in april the goons that ice are hiring of course were being put on on the line being put in service before their background checks were even completed
Starting point is 02:07:54 but of course the sadism makes them more employable and by the way going back to Tala Frico for a second Micah said Tala Frico I'm me but I'd roll that into a campaign ad Ralph sent me
Starting point is 02:08:24 just a couple of minutes ago the link to the Tala Frico or James Tala Fricco's campaign website including the I'm a TalaFrico T-shirt, white letters on a on a black tea, it can be yours for only $36.
Starting point is 02:08:44 And it all goes to help defeat a man who turned a pedophile loose without even spending so much as a month in jail. Did I say that right? It goes to support a man who wants to defeat him. Ken Paxton turned a pedophile loose without him even serving a full month in jail. sometimes English is hard and then a note coming in from Victoria even even when she's standing here right next to me we text because well one microphone right and Victoria pointed out people care about low testosterone because the
Starting point is 02:09:36 fix is instant it's the party of instant gratification easy to make your vocal cords thicker trans women want theirs and unfortunately that takes surgery that, well, your humble hostess can never get because there's always a chance that something goes wrong and it wouldn't be much of a radio show if I turned into some imitation of whalehead, dead bear, raccoon penis, brainworm lamprey. And that possibility exists. Victoria also said Pete Hexeth thinks about testosterone the way he thinks about, everything once.
Starting point is 02:10:16 Muscles get bigger. End of analysis. The science stops at the bicep. Oh, God. And the irony is sailing clean over his head because this is a cisgender man on camera telling the troops he wants them to feel more male. More drive. More energy. More at home in their own bodies.
Starting point is 02:10:34 There's a name for that feeling. It's called gender euphoria. Trans men want that exact same thing and they're demonized for it. Band for it. His own Pentagon discharges people for it. Pete Hakeseth just rolled out gender affirming care for the only people who were never told no. Yep. White cis straight men. By the way, phones are open if anybody wants to engage in some conversation.
Starting point is 02:11:11 844-843-4676-8476-8-4-4-the horn. Kind of hate to bring this up because the Ohio governor's race, is rather important because one would prefer that B. Buckeye State not be led by We Wake Rommelama Ding Dong. Where do they find these people? Stephen Miller is a Jewish Nazi and We Wake is a South Asian Nazi? How does that happen? Probably some form of privilege, I suppose. But We Wake is constantly sliming all over Amy Acton, who is the Democratic nominee for governor of Ohio.
Starting point is 02:12:28 And it gives me no joy to talk about this. It's embarrassing. once again, cisgender politicians ostensibly on our side desperately need trans people capable of explaining the realities of our lives to them. Because this is open mouth insert foot or feet. This is unloading the cylinder of a six-shooter right into one's own foot or perhaps a 17 rounds of a Glock right into one's own foot. This is a cell phone. This is an own goal. Amy Acton has fucked up in a large way. Out on the hustings, Amy Acton responding to questions from some
Starting point is 02:13:45 ink-stained wretch from a new from a local newspaper namely the Toledo blade they asked her about trans girls playing high school sports jesus christ she didn't even make a remote effort to defend trans kids whatsoever. And bear in mind, Ohio is one of those shithole states for trans kids. Can't even get any form of gender-affirming care. In the case of trans boys, the same kind of care that Whiskey Pete Kegbreath wants to make mandatory
Starting point is 02:14:47 for the warfighting warriors. No. She said, she was all four banning trans girls from sports. And not only did she say that, she said it in the worst possible way. I do not support boys playing in girls' sports.
Starting point is 02:15:20 This is already settled law in Ohio, and as governor, I will enforce and uphold the law. And she's a doctor. I don't mean like a PhD, in pottery throwing. She's a medical doctor. She led Ohio through the COVID pandemic. As we rack Ramalama Ding Dong
Starting point is 02:15:45 reminds everybody on a daily basis. She wanted to make everybody wear the face diapers. And she doubled down. As a doctor, public servant, and a mom, I will always stand up for fairness and protect kids' health and safety. unless they're trans. I added that last part.
Starting point is 02:16:12 While my opponent tries to divide us, I'm laser-focused on issues that matter most to Ohioans, lowering costs, cracking down on corruption and cutting taxes for working families, and fucking over trans kids. I added that last part again. I've gotten on the wrong side of Micah. She said, and people wonder why I don't trust Dems either.
Starting point is 02:16:37 Go be a Republican. You know, to be a Democrat and be governor of Ohio, You know, you probably do have to be mostly a Republican. Oh, Jesus. Well, okay, that's her saying it. And again, unforced error, own goal, et cetera. It didn't sit well, if it's any comfort to you, Micah. It didn't sit well with statewide Democrats in the Buckeye state.
Starting point is 02:17:26 They just, they realized what she had done to her. her own chances. Because if you'll throw one group under a bus, then all the other groups, all the other marginalized groups have to start looking around and asking which one of us is next. And the Ohio Democrats Progressive Caucus dropped a house on her, saying zero Ohioans have been, Ohioans have become better able to buy groceries by keeping child sport players away from their favorite sport. Our hearts break for those kids.
Starting point is 02:18:12 Those who disagree with that will never vote, let alone doork for Amy Acton. And now our own membership are less willing to work for her, not out of malice, but out of the bad feeling in our chest. And then the Pride Caucus, the Democratic Pride Caucus, gave the absolute best answer. There are no boys in girls' sports. trans girls are girls yes exactly there's no one who thinks uh you know across west virginia's river here in west virginia there's there even the school principal where becky pepper jackson goes to school told her to try out for the girls track team because there's nothing boy about her at
Starting point is 02:19:19 all. There are no boys in girls sports. Then there was Maria Bruno. She runs Ohioans against extremism. She said, that's frustrating to see an otherwise strong candidate take the bait by trying to triangulate a response rather than just being frank. Can we please just leave trans kids alone and get back to talking about how we make life more affordable for Ohioans? Buckeye Flame went after her. on the last day of pride month the transgender community of ohio was betrayed all for the sake of winning an election and then somebody made the progressive caucuses post go bye-bye and the progressive caucus won't answer any questions about who made it disappear She didn't have to do that. She chose to do that.
Starting point is 02:20:44 And the fact that she is a medical doctor and chose to do that, it calls into question at the very least the quality of her judgment. And, you know, there are other politicians who have handled this issue with much more grace and much more aplomb. Andy Bashir vetoed anti-trans bills in Kentucky. He got overridden by the maggot legislatures. but he issued a strong statement saying basically this is a load of shit depressing and by the way as we approach the 30 minute remaining mark in the program still no response to ralps's challenge please let's not leave that laying on the table i'm so sorry to mention it but i really want to
Starting point is 02:22:01 finish july fully funded and not be not be sweating going into our August when I'm going to be sweating anyway, we can get down to 2567 if somebody's got $25 that wants to turn into 50. Yeah, I get your point, Victoria. I'll never depend on a cisgender person to care about or understand the gender spectrum. They've never had to. Sure, someone who isn't paralyzed can study the spine and we call them a doctor, but a spine is anatomy. Gender is psychosocial. Again, needs to somebody out there who can explain this to politicians who think they know everything and know almost nothing because the community is so tiny and so marginalized i'm grateful and glad for every ally that we have but the harm that's being done is being done and the opposition
Starting point is 02:23:27 against that harm needs to be so much stronger and the only way it it's stronger is if people are willing to learn what the realities are. Oh, thank you, Scott. So that challenge is met, and I can happily take us down to 2567. Thank you, Scott. Thank you so much, indeed. I do appreciate it. What else? Earlier today, the not particularly, particularly intelligent Troy Nell's, a maggot from Texas, got into it with a reporter for TMZ, who asked him a very, very simple question. But Troy Nell sitting there honking away on, yeah, smoke that cigar a little harder. Breathe more of that smoke, Troy.
Starting point is 02:24:50 I don't think you're smoking nearly enough of them. It's one of them, it's one of those big fat cigars. wouldn't be surprised to find out that it was snuck in from Cuba and by the way Ralph says thanks Scott thank you and thank you Ralphs
Starting point is 02:25:10 what TMZ was asking Troy Nells about is this these constant shenanigans this madness these goddamn delusions that Orange Jesus has about 2020 hey I wanted to ask you Trump's making another speech tonight about, you know, election interference. Do you guys wish he'd, like, give up the
Starting point is 02:25:34 2020 thing that he keeps harping on? Like, most Americans think it's, like, crazy that he's saying that the 2020 thing was rigged still. Donald Trump, President Trump, should bring up the 2020 election that is a complete justification for why we should pass the SAVE Act. Actually, voting machines are different than ID laws. You saw what happened in California with that guy. I mean, the Indian lady that was... pretty much giving her concession speech. Yeah, the in a lady that finished second. You know, she thought she was done.
Starting point is 02:26:05 And then in the end, she finished his second. But 2020 was about voting machines. The SAVAC's about voter ID. It's different. It's voting machines. It's the paper ballot. But Trump looked into the voting machine. President Trump wants to secure our nation's election.
Starting point is 02:26:19 He said it. Otherwise, we don't have a question. No, he probably wants to take. So we got to get a fixed. We got to get a fix. He wants an advantage. I hope he goes up there and shares with the American people, as I know and many, many, many other people. They stole the election 20th.
Starting point is 02:26:30 Like a vast majority of Americans don't believe that, though. Democrats cheat. They will cheat. There's no evidence of that. He's looked into it as many times as you can, and he's never found any evidence. I just think it might not bode well for you guys in the midterms if he keeps harping on about this same thing that's been proven not true. I'm glad to know you're worried about us in the midter. I'm very worried about you. I love hanging out and interacting with you guys, so I don't want anyone to lose their seat.
Starting point is 02:26:53 He wants to get in the scott. He wants a good scott. their responses are a bit low audio our young correspondent from TMZ has a little bit to learn about that sort of thing but did you hear that last he wanted you to give him a cigar he wants a cigar dude you look like you look like you're sucking on a burning turd I look back to my cigar face and I was like what and I'm like what the fuck was I thinking, but by the same token, I never smoked the cigars that made you have to open your mouth up like one of those cheap blow-up dolls from Spencer Gifts either. I like, okay, a little cigar lore. The flavor is entirely in the wrapper. The wrapper is the best grade of tobacco in a cigar. The binder, meh, and the filler, even.
Starting point is 02:28:04 and more. The rappers, everything. So if you, Kennedy, John Kennedy was said to be fond of and would have cigars brought over in the diplomatic pouch. They were H. Upmans
Starting point is 02:28:21 and they were about maybe four inches long and not even as big around as a penny. Mostly rapper. Because being a Kennedy, he knew his cigars. I was fond of the Lancero shape. Now, it's long, and it's even narrower than one of those H-upman.
Starting point is 02:28:47 What are they, 43s, I think they're called? No, well, I can't remember. It's been a very long time. But the flavor's in the wrapper. Instead, Troy Nels likes to walk around looking like he's fillating a burning turd. and you know sometimes the goddess of irony
Starting point is 02:29:19 just hands us people and makes them tell us who they are even when they don't want to and Troy Nells is a maggot belly crawler so there that's who he is oh and updating on
Starting point is 02:29:48 nitwit Nero's barking and grunting slated for evening or later this evening. Ralph tells me at this time C-SPAN is the only station carrying Donnie's speech. And that's because the Lulu's from Morning Journal have already gone to bed. That looks yummy. Lee in New York tells me a Ramalama Rimshot for ice cream. Why certainly. Dateline South Burlington, Vermont via WCAX.
Starting point is 02:30:35 Ben and Jerry's wants you to raise your voice and your spoon in the midterm elections this November. The Vermont ice cream brand has introduced a new flavor called Raz Up, aimed at mobilizing voters to stand against authoritarianism. And this is where the yummy part comes in. It looks like Cherry Garcia with an attitude. It's black raspberry ice cream with raspberry swirls and fudge. chunks and they've partnered also with the ACLU and black voters matter to get out the message razz up look for it in your grocer's freezer section that's an
Starting point is 02:31:26 unpaid product placement but really Ben and Jerry's now that you're free of unilever I think you are have a little love for a progressive hostess who's been doing the work for almost a quarter of century that's a product I could definitely get behind couldn't we we do like our ice cream I was asking Victoria earlier today if there was if there had ever been a Baskin Robbins in Parkersburg and she said no and I went on to tell her that I used to go to the one down in Alabama at the mall I wonder if it's still there and one of my favorite things was to get a freeze made with orange sherbet and grape soda.
Starting point is 02:32:25 Ooh, it was good. And the soda hitting the sherbet would kind of make a little crystal crust on the sherbet. And guaranteed brain freeze. But it was worth it. It was so worth it. And so far, my quest to find a, trivia, my quest to find a good zero-sugar grape, soda. The only thing I've found is Fago
Starting point is 02:32:57 zero sugar grape and well all I can say is it's no grapeico. If I ever get back to Alabama, I swear I'm going to get, I'm going to buy every 12 pack of grapeaco diet grapeico that I can find and bring it back here. I don't understand why you can get
Starting point is 02:33:16 all the zero sugar orange soda you want, but no zero sugar grape. You can get zero sugar orange crush, no zero sugar grape crush. and knee-high is just about impossible to find oh well and and and then this because well we need some good after yesterday's confirmation hearings for todd blanchie which didn't go at all well didn't matter the maggots that you know they'd they'd vote for a steaming pile of
Starting point is 02:33:59 dung full of peanuts and corn yeah there went dinner in the mountain daylight time zone if Niro put it up there at the table in the committee room. Well, he might come up and just squeeze it out. Stop it, Roxanne. Anyway, Todd Blanchie had a bad day yesterday, and it has apparently gotten worse. I swear if there's any justice in the world, at some point in time, this is going to be a man without a law license.
Starting point is 02:34:37 What's worse in this particular story, he got busted by a maggot judge no kidding it came out of the western district of michigan and chief u.s district judge hala jarbu it all centered on a bond dispute for someone who had been abducted by the ice goons what a fuck up wait wait just wait this is good you know how they keep telling us that ai is the future Well, if it is, it's an entirely fabricated future. Because Todd Blanchie sent his creepy, unqualified little petty foggers into Judge Jarboo's court. You've got to think it's probably sympathetic to Nitwit Niro.
Starting point is 02:35:47 But unfortunately, Judge Jarboo, or more likely Judge Jarbo's clerk, checked out the case citations in Todd Blanchie's DOJ's supporting brief. What it was all about was a guy named Izzedine Dagger who had been abducted by the ICE goons, an immigration judge had allowed Daga to be released on bond for $35,000. And then the federal government turned around and said, no, uh, and put the bond on hold while it appealed.
Starting point is 02:36:48 Meanwhile, they kept him in their filthy concentration camps. So a couple of months ago, in May, the pettifoggers from DOJ said, uh, this court doesn't have no authoritative intervene. And they did that in writing with some lawyers. signature on it. And when you write a legal brief, for every proposition that you put forward, every argument that you make, you're supposed to find supporting case law that, well, supports your position, that agrees or that says that what you're arguing is true. Well, in this case, Todd Blanchie's people cited a case called Taylor v. Hot, complete.
Starting point is 02:37:52 with a citation to the legal reporter that has the case in it, and there was only one problem. The case, Taylor v. Hot, doesn't exist. In fact, when the judge looked at the citation, what Judge Jarboo found was that the citation was to a case about commercial arbitration and had nothing when. whatsoever to do with immigration or bond for immigration cases. Writing the opinion, Judge Jarboo said, it seems this citation was likely produced by generative artificial intelligence. And the notation at the bottom of the brief, submitted by Todd Blanche, and none of the petty things. Okay, one of the pettifoggers just had the AI make it up.
Starting point is 02:39:23 Stupid old judge, they don't read their shit. One generated it. And then you got to understand it passed through multiple layers and nobody ever checked. Because as Emil Beauvais, when he was Deputy Assistant Attorney General alongside Todd Blanchie, because they had labored in the trenches there, getting their client hung out to drive for 34 felony counts, labored in the trenches, getting $100 million in judgments dumped on their client,
Starting point is 02:40:04 labored in the trenches getting Niro, hammered for tax violations by the state of New York. Well, it was Emil Beauvais, who before he was elevated to the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, who said, you know, sometimes you just, have to tell a federal judge to fuck off. Judge Jarboo eventually said, although the court will not presently impose sanctions for this conduct, it goes without saying that the government must ensure its future filings with this court do not include non-existent case law. And there's the
Starting point is 02:40:52 maggot appointment part. Because if that had been Judge Jarboo dealing with a case from Biden's DOJ, people probably would have lost their law licenses. With a don't you dare ever bring that kind of trash into my court, do you not know what rule? Yeah, this is, you signed the document. It's a certification that the facts in the, in, in, in, in the document are true and correct to the best of the signatory's knowledge, except where stated to be upon information and belief in which case the signatory believes them to be true. And by the way, since 2023, in courts all across the fruited plain and from sea to shining sea, courts have found over a thousand AI-generated non-existent cases.
Starting point is 02:42:04 And of course, we don't have a breakout as to which ones came from, Grock and which ones came from chat GPT and which ones came from whatever Google intelligence or Claudius or or Flavius
Starting point is 02:42:24 Josephus or whatever the latest flavor of AI of the day is they're all bullshit one of these days somebody's actually going to get around well one of these days I won't be the only one of these days I won't be the only one running around citing Frank Herbert, thou shalt not make a machine in the
Starting point is 02:42:47 image of a human mind. Because they're unreliable. Because they're trash. Because they're garbage. Have I mentioned lately that I fucking hate AI? Because I do. I'm anti-AI up, down, backwards, forwards, and sideways. The data centers that support it are going to destroy the lives of countless Americans. Things are already hard enough. What happens when the AIs and their goddamn data centers make people choose between eating and electricity? Medicine and electricity. because it's already happening to a certain extent now.
Starting point is 02:43:58 And it's only going to get worse. Lee in New York says Taylor versus Hot. I would not be surprised if the pettifogger thought it was Hotlips Hoolahann versus Taylor Swift. It was HOTT, but I get your point. Maybe they didn't have their glasses on it said Taylor be hot. Yeah, Taylor is hot. It's just a shame she got married to that football player. dear.
Starting point is 02:44:34 Stephen New York is not a fan of the injustice system. Losing one's law license for non-existent cases, you've got a very high opinion, of courts. And the thing is, there are probably as many law clerks out there fencing around with AI as there are practicing lawyers. It makes me wonder what they're teaching at. Harvard and Yale at UVA and Stanford and Michigan at Penn. Because as David in Oregon has made so abundantly clear to me, just about everything that
Starting point is 02:45:27 I remember of my cup of coffee in law school no longer exists. And it's not a good thing for the future of anything resembling justice. Oh, and from Lee in New York. Dudd Trump. For the few who are into pain and will watch, I expect these will be mentioned. This is basically the bingo card. Winning Iran War, I'm your favorite president. I've opened a straight for free with tariffs.
Starting point is 02:46:11 My health is perfect. Republicans must support you say that. I have the best brain gas prices are low after Biden made it so high Democrats made inflation I got rid of it I'm building a beautiful arch
Starting point is 02:46:28 everyone wants me on the money for our 250th thank you for your attention to this matter I wish I wasn't willing to believe everything you just wrote Lee but at least I'm not going to have to hear it in real time unless unless I don't know unless the brown acid I get a brown acid flashback or
Starting point is 02:46:56 something oh of course syntheist but didn't you hear Roxanne AI life is more important than human life and I'm sure AI would agree I'm sorry Dave I can't do that making machine in the image of human of a human mind Lee says obligatory Star Trek reference good we haven't had one of those this evening Dr. Richard Daystrom and the M5 computer AI is not ready for public use. We can never lose control of the off switch. Lee, I fear we long since have. AI has already hounded people into suicide, so yay!
Starting point is 02:47:59 And Ralphs is keeping track, serving as the horn ad hoc nitwit Nero's blathering this evening research department. So it's getting close to airtime for the big speech, and this is CNN's Kyron. right now. After years of election falsehoods, White House says Trump will share facts. Aaron Burnett then went on to say that Trump's approval rating is stuck in the 30s, and he appears to be facing losses in the midterms, and he's been stoking skepticism of elections for years. The reporter is saying that none of CNN's reporting points to any new facts being revealed tonight. Maybe that's why CNN's not running that little box in the bottom right, saying they'll show the upcoming speech live looks to me like they're joining the networks in abstaining come on ms now please don't
Starting point is 02:48:55 humiliate yourself save that oh this out in uh chicago you know there's a victoria who wrote the song that has the lyric of those who those who work forces often where it's it is it Yeah, rage against the machine. Those who work forces often burn crosses. Yeah, some of those who work forces are the same that burn crosses. Oh, here's a perfect example from WTTW, Chicago. Two ACABs got fired. You know, when people tell you who they are, believe them the first time, as Maya Angelou pointed out.
Starting point is 02:50:24 One of the ACABs, according to a report by the Inspector General David Glockner of Chicago, said a young, you know, misguided. A young police cadet showed up on stage at a high school graduation function, goose stepped, and then gave the Zieg Heil before the audience. the inspector general in his report said the uniform march and salute created the impression that the individual was evoking Nazi Germany and said he brought discredit upon the entire police department did he really and then a second Chicago police department employee shared photos of the young Nazi and the inspector general said that created an offensive work work environment. Then the second cop, the second ACAB also lied to the inspector general, and both were eventually fired with notations to their records that they are permanently ineligible for rehire. Then a CPD supervisor got reprimanded because they didn't, they didn't properly
Starting point is 02:52:10 report this grievous misconduct through the appropriate channels. Some of those who work forces also burn crosses. Anybody surprised? Now do the ice goons. Now do CBP thugs. If it gets any worse, they'll be wearing the Waffen-S-S-S-Pottenkopf. Then again, I'm the one who's been on the air for this long saying, you know, America's Nazi problem is a lot deeper than most people think, you know, when others were saying, well, you know, they're just French groups. And who was it, Megan Kelly or Frau Ingraham, who declared when the Patriot Front Nazis marched through D.C. on the 4th of July, I don't believe it. Those look like Democrats.
Starting point is 02:53:30 Jesus. Well, it's hard to disagree with you, Micah. Acab then, Acab now, ACAB forever. More news out of Chicago, courtesy of Victoria. Did you see William Shatner's playing Riot Fest in Chicago? It is requesting eight pallets of Fago not to be shared with the insane clown posse. Who will also be there? You know, even when it's fairly anodyne, this timeline is goddamn twisted and bizarre.
Starting point is 02:54:14 Jesus. So that's the program. Thanks, everybody. Thanks to each and every one of you who share your precious finite time engaging in the program in whatever manner you so choose. Thank you to Ralphs and our anonymous friend, and thank you, Scott,
