Starting point is 00:00:02 The password is simile. Here we go, live from behind the corn phone curtain. It's head-on with Roxanne Kincaid. Three hours of cussin and discussin, with America's only liberal transbilly elitists right here, right now, on the head-on radio network. Brought to you in part by Cole River Mountain Watch, who invites you to be part of the uprising against mountaintop removal,
Starting point is 00:00:48 CRMW.com. And now, from high in the hills west by God, Virginia, here she is, Roxanne Kincaid. Well, howdy. And here we go, off and running on this second day of October, 2026. This is the horn. Head on dot live is where you'll find us on the interweb tubes. That's where you go if you'd like to be part of the merry little wacky, zany, real-time, madcap multimedia extravaganza that is the...
Starting point is 00:01:33 horn chat room in the old holler tree in the three hours in which this program is live Monday through Friday 5 to 8 p.m. Eastern daylight time, 2 to 5 p.m. Pacific daylight time, all time zones in between and the Great Globe round and whatever time it is when you happen to be listening to the podcast. If you're listening live, well, gosh almighty, it is Friday on the front porch and it would be wonderful if you decided to pop over to the old holler tree and engage in this long, this long, running end of the week cussin and discussin, this symposium of sorts, as we talk about things that have happened in the week past and things that are happening in our lives and whatnot. You're always welcome, and it's real easy to do.
Starting point is 00:02:26 There's a button at the top of head on. Live, last dot check, that will carry you over the river and through the woods to the old holler tree that we're We sublet from the Keebler Elves wherein we keep the extraordinary ordinary roundtable around which we gather each and every Friday. Yeah, hi, I'm Roxanne. Like I said, we're at weeks end and a little bit of housekeeping to take care of from yesterday. I hope I didn't scare anybody. But we got to about 7.30 p.m. Eastern Daylight time. And I wasn't feeling real good.
Starting point is 00:03:01 I was feeling bad I had been I had been begun to experience a really nasty headache and kind of some nausea sorry not going I'm really not going after dinner
Starting point is 00:03:18 in the Eastern Daylight time zone I felt yucky and then as I mentioned toward the end of the program I started smelling something burning and this is a well next year this house will turn 90 years old.
Starting point is 00:03:33 And she is showing every bit of it. And so, you know, fire is always a concern. And so I shut the show down early and made sure, you know, nothing here was going wrong. And it wasn't. No, it turned out I was being gassed by the Confederates next door, who apparently waited. until the sun went down to start burning a lot of plastic. And I know everybody knows what burning plastic smells like, and it's not good for you.
Starting point is 00:04:12 And so that's what that was. And it took the better part of the night to make me feel better. I actually went out and went down to the settlements for a little bit to get a quick bite. and also for, what, change of the atmosphere? I just wanted to breathe something that didn't stink of burning toxic chemicals. And so, I mean, that was what occasioned the early stop yesterday. It was gross, it was disgusting. Realistically speaking, it was illegal as hell.
Starting point is 00:04:56 But, you know, these are the same people who gasped me in the studio during the winter. with their coal-fried, their coal-fried furnace. It just happens to be there on the side of the house where the, where the, where the exhaust is for the little floor unit heat pump. So that's what that was about, and I apologize. I'd actually wanted to share something with the community before yesterday's program ended, and that's the source of today's password, namely simile. But before I get too far into things, every program here at the Horn begins with gratitude,
Starting point is 00:05:56 and this program is no different, so consequently thanks go out. to our second day of the month's subscribers via PayPal. And that means thank you ever so kindly to Dana over in Ohio. Thank you, Dana. I appreciate it so much. And that makes sure that we're not a goose egg for today, too. And meets 20 out of the $25 of Ralph's challenge from yesterday. And thanks as well to Ralph's.
Starting point is 00:06:29 And thanks to Kim in New York and George in Coors Gold. Thank you all for being partial sponsors of the program. So where are we? We are at $530 because yesterday was a goose egg. We're at $530. And we've got Bruce and Karen's Memorial Challenge still on the table, courtesy of Ralphs and an anonymous Internet friend who put up the matching money for it.
Starting point is 00:07:01 So if we can raise that $530, $10 at $53, $1 at $5.30, 2 at $265. Oh, dear, 4 at $1302.250. And I can't cipher much beyond that. Yeah. Well, thank you, Jeremy. Jeremy just finished off Raps' challenge from yesterday, so that means we're actually now down to $480 to meet the Bruce and Karen's Memorial Challenge, and that will bring us to even as we go into the first weekend of October. So thank you very kindly.
Starting point is 00:07:58 The PayPal button is. is at head-on. Live. I'll be going to the to the Horn post office box tomorrow morning over in Beckley. And I think there are a couple of checks waiting there.
Starting point is 00:08:17 And thank you to Brandon and Fennell. Thank you so very kindly. So, fingers crossed $480 gets turned into $600
Starting point is 00:08:36 with the challenge so yes thank you now about that password simile like I said before I got gassed out of the studio yesterday
Starting point is 00:08:53 I had gotten a really nice note from Mike and Cascadia. And I love it when you all take a moment to share your deeper thoughts. It means a lot and it adds a lot to the conversation. And what I got from Mike and Cascadia was an email with the subject line, Nazis in Amsterdam World War II.
Starting point is 00:09:32 Mike writes, I'm currently reading Amsterdam, A Brief Life of the City by Gert Mach. I hope I'm pronouncing that correctly. Over the last few days, I've progressed through Amsterdam's history to the World War II era and what happened to the Amsterdam Jews during the Nazi occupation. Reading through this section, I've continually drawn parallels to what is happening here in the U.S. It's not a good picture. See? Simile. and a quick digression.
Starting point is 00:10:05 During the 1990s when Newt Gingrich was running amok, I remember thinking that the GOP was never going to moderate or relent and I had the thought that they were capable of boundless horrors. Back to Amsterdam and the Nazis. From the book, quote, Nor can it be denied that the German occupiers displayed great cunning, what appeared at first to be little more than mild herring, harassment turned out to have been but a prelude to the final solution.
Starting point is 00:10:34 The displacement of Amsterdam's Jews was not achieved in a single action, but by a process of uprooting, intimidation, marginalization, and isolation that was established step by step. The chief means of this was not physical violence, but the insidious power of bureaucracy. The first steps were prohibiting Jews from working at certain professions and banning Jewish pupils from schools. It progressed to banning Jews from appearing in public events, and unemployed Jews were sent to labor camps. All the Jews were soon sent to ghettos and forced to wear the Jewish star. Then the trains started running like clockwork to Auschwitz. Gert Mock wrote that for most of the occupation, the Nazis posted no more than 60 officers in Amsterdam.
Starting point is 00:11:33 He wrote that it has been determined that the Netherlands, in the Netherlands that 500,000 Dutch citizens collaborated and helped the Nazis. There was a Dutch railways engineer that drove the train back and forth for years between Amsterdam and Auschwitz. Municipal clerks stamped Jew on Jewish ID cards. Amsterdam University collaborated by firing all their Jewish professors. Amsterdam city workers confiscated the bikes and radio. of Jews. It goes on and on.
Starting point is 00:12:13 When Amsterdam was liberated in 1945, only 5,000 of the 80,000 Amsterdam Jews were alive. The resistance was there in Amsterdam, and they had successes, but measured against the horrors and crimes committed by the Nazis and collaborators, it wasn't enough. I'm afraid we would do the same here. Trump and the GOP have been normalized a bit by bit, and it keeps getting worse. On a small scale, every time we ship an immigrant to some hellhole, it might as well be shipping that human being to Auschwitz. There's nothing uplifting here.
Starting point is 00:12:53 The only hope is that we stand up. History, however, might say we won't do it, or it won't be enough. Sorry to be a ray of fucking sunshine today, Robin. No worries, Mike. sometimes raise of well sometimes we need these little reality checks and we need them more than we know and the thing is i think you know what you mention about the the bureaucracy and the day-to-day and the ordinary and the uh what the uh the uh just the normality of it the quotidian
Starting point is 00:13:46 nature of this kind of evil there are obvious parallels in the United States and if we are wildly even more successful than we dare dream in reclaiming this country
Starting point is 00:14:09 from its bloody horrifying slide into to fascism, excuse me, fascism, and drag governance back from constitutional collapse where we now find ourselves, there will still be behind it all, a litany of horror, and, yes, death, murder. Because fascism is always a criminal enterprise, and that is where we are right now. Another thing from yesterday that I wanted to take a moment for came in the form of a note from other friends of the program. The note had to do with a new piece by Tom Hartman. The subject line, and the reason I bring this up is because this follows on the story.
Starting point is 00:15:41 the heels of our conversation with our recent conversation with Clarence, who was on the road down in Val d'Ast, Georgia, and talked some about his recent vacation that he spent visiting family in Balmer and in Philadelphia. And if you heard that program, you heard Clarence talking about the fact that he talked to folks he knew and, you know, some some fellas younger by a bit than him. Happy birthday again, Clarence. You know, guys in their 40s who were completely convinced
Starting point is 00:16:27 that Trump was going to send everybody a check for $5,000. And Clarence painted a rather terrifying thought painting of people actually trying to negotiate to negotiate money in advance from shady characters
Starting point is 00:16:47 under the explicit promise to pay it back when their check from Donald Trump came in. Oh, Jesus. And, of course, that goes to the $5,000. You know, all you have to do is keep the Republicans in charge, and I'll send everybody
Starting point is 00:17:05 $5,000. That's me, honest John, honest Don. and so with that is prelude that's immediately what I thought of when I saw this note from our friends the Hartman article talks about $500 checks that are about to go out to about a million
Starting point is 00:17:32 Americans of course bearing Tangerine Tiberius's signature and supposedly they are rebates from what the Maggot Hore, I mean, White House says were overcharged Affordable Care Act marketplace fees, but they claim the Biden administration collected and never gave back. They stole it. They stole that money.
Starting point is 00:18:03 It is, of course, a brazen lie. what it winds up being is that the money comes from unspent funds from nitwit Nero's first term in office when they didn't when they when they when they did not when they didn't spend money that was already appropriated that had been earmarked for advertising and enrollment assistance, and that worked out to about a billion unused dollars. And so now these checks are going to arrive in the weeks before the election, and you can bet your ass where they're going. I'm sure they'll go, a lot of them will go to Tikes ass,
Starting point is 00:19:10 and maybe Ohio, possibly Maine, places where senators are in deep shit. And as I mentioned yesterday, I've already received notice that my health insurance is going to go up to about $500 or more dollars a month, which means I'm going back to being a member of the uninsured as of January 1. But these are bribes.
Starting point is 00:19:49 This is naked, crooked, criminal electioneering via misappropriated monies. And, well, everything's a con. Just like they're running taxpayer-funded ads touting the nitwit-wit-Nero administration, These are $500 taxpayer-funded bribes. They are the financial equivalent of passing out pints of four roses out of the trunk of an automobile on Election Day. And you've got to come back and report you voted, and then they'll give you your pint of four roses.
Starting point is 00:20:36 And the only hope is that it winds up being like a grenade. blows up in his face. Leah in New York says $5,000 checks from Honest John. Half true about the source. He's not honest. He is, however, a John. Ah, okay.
Starting point is 00:21:01 And from Cynthia in the Bay Area. Happy Friday, Cynthia. By the way, how did the smoked chicken legs work out? Those had to be yummy. Cynthia says, and to go along with what you're reading, Aaron in the morning is reporting that Leon Scum, space Nazi, is calling for the death sentence for anyone providing gender-affirming care.
Starting point is 00:21:27 Talk about a fucking Nazi. Yeah, there he is, and there's some other Leon Scum news, and some other Aaron in the morning news. We've talked a lot about AI of late, and a recent article has pointed, it out that a great deal of Aaron in the Morning's writing is now not written by Aaron in the Morning. It is in fact, and instead, written by an AI and contains the kind of mistakes you would expect from AI. At this point in time, it doesn't even sound like her own voice.
Starting point is 00:22:16 And just as a reminder, when you use... use AI. It is not victimless. It is not without harm. AI is fundamentally extractive on multiple levels. It is powered by extracted energy from extractive industries. And it also runs on the extracted energy. creative content of people who really wrote things that were stolen from the internet
Starting point is 00:23:01 by the billionaires weenies to teach their large language models Cynthia adds and Etna announced to me
Starting point is 00:23:22 the other day that they're ending my Medicare Part D drug plan at the end of the year. Be sure I never signed up for Aetna. I signed up for SilverScript. Then Etna bought it, and now they're shutting it down. The smoked chicken legs were wonderful. Mmm, yummy. I'm glad to know that part. But what you're experiencing is not different from what I think a lot of other people are going to see.
Starting point is 00:23:50 like I said, I'm seeing it, because the health insurance plan that I've been on for the last two years has been canceled. And who knows what kind of gumball machine or Jim Crack policy I'll be offered. I'm sure it will have absolutely no care for women like me. And in point of fact, I would not be surprised at some point of this. this malfeasant fascist gang of thugs simply declares that it is illegal to ensure
Starting point is 00:24:41 a trans person. After all, Leon Scum is calling for the death penalty for anyone providing gender affirming care. Well, in other words, he's saying that he wants to murder some insurance company executives. Last I checked, they prosecuted Luigi for doing that, but, well, he wasn't mad about gender-affirming care,
Starting point is 00:25:11 just about the way he had been mistreated by the for-profit health insurance industry. Aaron in the morning on AI from Cynthia? Fuck. Can I believe what Aaron in the morning reports then? You just have to read it carefully. and draw your own conclusions. I'm not saying she's bad. I'm not saying she's bad. I'm saying that, well,
Starting point is 00:25:40 she reached a level of fame where she needed to strong language, where she needed to cheat in order to keep up with the workload she had created for herself. She has since hired another report, probably somewhere in the $60,000 to $70,000 a year range, which means that she is bringing in some nice coin.
Starting point is 00:26:16 At one point in time, she answered a question about writing for a trans audience. She is, in fact, the leading journalist on issues for trans people. And she actually said, oh, I'm not writing for a trans audience. I'm writing for the cis families of trans people so they can better understand. Take that for what it is. Because among other things, it's hard to find the decent coverage of trans issues. For instance, you certainly can't trust the New York Times. They burned their credibility to the ground a long time ago,
Starting point is 00:27:01 pretty much the same for the Bezos Post. There just aren't a lot of trans. people on journalism staffs around the country. They certainly don't have any trans anchors on CNN or MS now.
Starting point is 00:27:20 They could use one. MS now. Your humble hostess is raising her hand. And I don't is there even is there even a trans person on the LGBTQ channel?
Starting point is 00:27:42 on the serious radio? I don't know. I mean, I'm not going to say only. There's a lot of trans content out there being produced. The problem becomes one of sort of ghettoizing oneself. And that's why I have ever since December the 31st, 2020. I've made a point not to let that topic. take over this program because everything else that we talk about here affects cis lives, trans lives, straight lives, gay lives, bi-lives, queer lives, asexual lives, questioning lives.
Starting point is 00:28:35 because any struggle for rights is a struggle for human rights. That's at least just where I am. Lee in New York says, writing with AI, when what AI rights disagrees with the truth, the truth is wrong. I'm sorry, Lee, you're correct.
Starting point is 00:29:11 From Ralph's, a post from Democratic, underground. Tommy Tuberville Routts notes is an idiot. He posted the Michigan Democrats just voted to send a terrorist to the Senate. Abdul Raqlan Mohammed El-Said
Starting point is 00:29:38 is a radical Islamist who will do everything he can to destroy America. That's what he said back when Abdul El-Said won the Michigan Senate primary. He was corrected by a woman named Ariana Jasmine who said, born in Detroit to Egyptian immigrant parents, Dr. Abdul-El Sayad,
Starting point is 00:30:01 is a Rhodes Scholar with two doctorates who became Detroit's youngest ever health director at age 30 before going on to teach epidemiology at Columbia University. Calling him a radical Islamist makes you look stupid, not him. And of course, Tommy the Tuber doesn't have to try to make himself look
Starting point is 00:30:19 stupid, Tommy the Tuber just is. God damn if he is. He is the dumbest man in the United States Senate and if there was like a homecoming court of dumbest man in the Senate and a
Starting point is 00:30:34 dumbest homecoming queen in the Senate it would be Tommy the Tuber standing there with his little derpy derpy crown on right next to Marsha Gedness bloodthirsty Blackburn in her
Starting point is 00:30:49 burlap sack homecoming queen Tennessee gown standing right next to him. Mm-hmm. Thanks, Ralphs. Thanks so much. Yeah, don't care. I hate getting ads in my email from YouTube. They want me to buy NFL Sunday ticket for just $30 a month for the next eight months. And, you know, no, I don't have $30 a month for the No Fun League.
Starting point is 00:31:20 And just apropos of nothing, because we've got a lot to get into this evening. But I just got a spam from the White House. Apparently, Nitwit Nero is going to visit a place in Balmer on October 6th called Andurral Industries. I could not care less, but Andural Industries, A-N-D-U-R-I-L, really? Another misappropriated term from J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle Earth universe? I mean, check me on that, Lee, but, yeah, wasn't that the sword that was broken and hastily re-glued or something? Yeah. Okay, well, that's good.
Starting point is 00:32:36 Good to know. Thank you, Ralph, serving as the Horn Ad Hoc trans people in broadcast journalism research department. Colorado Public Television has Eden Lane, a TV host and reporter. Nora J.S. Reichert is a reporter for Local 5 News, WIOI TV in Iowa. India Willoughby, a British broadcaster, who became the first open. transnational television news reader in the UK at Channel 5 News. Bernie Wagonblast, an American Transportation journalist, podcast host and radio personality.
Starting point is 00:33:25 He's known for providing the automated transit voices for the New York City subway and air train networks. And Marvia Malik. First openly transgender news anchor on television in Pakistan on Coenure News. Thanks for letting me know about that. I probably need to gine up with the transjournalists association. A professional organization founded to foster the careers of gender expansive journalists. I never felt particularly gender expansive, but I definitely am who I am who I am. Thank you, Ralphs. That's handy. That's good to know.
Starting point is 00:34:14 And then there's another article, 20 LGBTQ news anchors and journalists changing our worldviews. I presume your humble hostess is not on that list. That's okay. Once upon a time, 20 years or so ago, I was, in fact, a member of the Talkers Magazine Frontier 50 of podcast hosts, when everybody and their cousin didn't have a podcast. You got spam from the White House, Lee, said. Was it made with imported inferior mystery meat? Signed, Lee, snarky in New York City. Hopefully not.
Starting point is 00:35:01 It's not like I'd open it or fry it, although I have had a weird hankering for fried spam lately. Go figure. You really got to get the reduced sodium version, though, because, God, the salt and spam, holy smokes. But it's good. Aw.
Starting point is 00:35:26 That's cute. Want to smile, Ralph's sent along. Watch as Mom Dani holds hands with Curtis Sliwa as he gets a flu shot. Oh. And apparently Curtis Slewa has been decent about Mom Dani's victory. I can hold your hand. What happens if I faint when you give me a shot? You know how many people faint when they get a shot?
Starting point is 00:35:59 Really? Oh, my God. Right or wrong? Hope gods, right? Oh, if they see blood. If they see blood, oh. I got you. You know how many shots I've gotten over the years?
Starting point is 00:36:18 I'm like a peat pushing. I'm going to roll this up a little bit more, okay? Is that right? Oh, well. Got to get it into the needy part of it. the arm. By fame. He'll resuscitate you.
Starting point is 00:36:32 This will be embarrassing. It could have been fine, Curtis. We got our deputy mayor for Health and Human Services over there. She can bring you back. CPR in first day, right? Come up beautiful one. And, you know, bear in mind, Curtis Sleeva is a good Republican. And yet, there he is, getting a vaccine.
Starting point is 00:36:59 A little different than... How do you like that, sports fans? Yeah, I've been in many e-Rs, unfortunately, on the gurney. Congratulations. He did grab up. Yeah, and he didn't even faint. Anybody here in the Horn family community congregation prone to fainting at an injection or a blood draw?
Starting point is 00:37:26 I've just had sadgam many of them. I mean, it's no biggie. and of course I've been self-injecting for years now once a week. So, yeah. Anyway, you know, the article from Mike in Cascadia about Amsterdam during the Second World War reminded me of an article that I saw earlier today about one of one of the, of nitwit Niro's dearest supporters. A man named Maximo Alvarez,
Starting point is 00:38:15 who runs a restaurant in Dural, Florida, which is, of course, is right there near Nitwit Niro's tacky, bedbug-infested golf motel, Trump National Dural Miami Resort Upon inviting Nitwit Niro to visit his restaurant Alvarez said Come to the restaurant I just want to be loyal to you
Starting point is 00:38:50 And in an article at the bulwark Adrian Carasquillo went down to check in on the restaurant Yeah The restaurant is El Arepaso. One employee estimated an 80% drop in business with the employee telling
Starting point is 00:39:23 Carrasquillo, people are scared to come out and visit. When we make specials, sometimes we have to throw them out because they go bad. People are staying away in droves because, of course, well, it's two-pronged. Why would you want to give your money to someone who just wants to be loyal
Starting point is 00:39:41 to a pedophile and an adjudicated sexual abuser of women and a 34-tives convicted fraud felon. There's that. But there's also what Nitwit Nero's mass deportation policy as executed by hairless Hadrick, namely mayonnaise-mouth Stephen Mueller, has done to that part of South Florida. Carrasquillo,
Starting point is 00:40:19 writing today at the bulwark, said, I went to Dural this past week to see, and what I saw was a ghost town, a shell-shocked version of its former glory. Once a hub of Venezuelan and South Florida culture, the place seemed subdued, sapped of the energy, vibrancy, and music that had been so prominent during my previous visits.
Starting point is 00:40:39 Yeah. immigrant communities are good for America. They provide a vibrancy and a liveliness. And going on, Carasquillo said that Durrell went Trump by 23 points in 2024 and then added even Trump's cherished places are not immune
Starting point is 00:41:11 from the chaos. he's unleashed. So the people who have not yet been deported are in hiding, reminiscent of Amsterdam. And the nature of the economy is such that everybody, regardless of ethnicity, regardless of age, is struggling just to keep the bills paid. On the other hand,
Starting point is 00:41:44 Carasquillo reported today that yesterday, Tom Manho, The borders are, who accepted a brown paper bag full of bribe money, and never even had to give it back, talking about mass deportation said, Wait until you see what we do next year. Ah, Tom Manho. Wait till you see what we do once we throw you filthy fascists out.
Starting point is 00:42:18 Yeah, it makes me think that after the program this evening, I need to fire up my playlist and listen to one of my favorite punk bands. You know, you know, Milanese filling station. Yeah. And acting completely on brand, I'm sure by now you've read about the horrors of the Cornell University fraternity gang rape. You can look it up on your own.
Starting point is 00:43:06 the details are just sickening and horrifying and for some people triggering. Well, yesterday, New York Governor Kathy Hokel signed an executive order that appointed the Attorney General of New York, Letitia James, whom nitwit Nero hates with the heat of the white, and I do mean white, hot heat of a thousand sons because she has been an implacable foe of him and his criminality and so today heading off to Marine One he was bound for Alabama and by the way that's another thing look where he's been campaigning a president who's in trouble at the midterms doesn't go campaigning in in places that are down. But lo and behold, there he was, campaigning at a Peterbilt factory. Peterbilt, how's yours?
Starting point is 00:44:16 Old joke. In takes ass, and then crossing the Red River to campaign in Oklahoma Stan, showing just how desperate the battle is to save the miserable hide of the, of the misanthropic gollum that he created in Ken Paxton and so today he was on his way
Starting point is 00:44:47 to Mobile Alabama again a place where he shouldn't have to worry but even in the gerrymandered district there that was specifically gerrymandered to get rid
Starting point is 00:45:02 of a member of Congress a Democrat an African-American man named Shamari Figures well figures is actually holding his own at the latest reporting and nitwitnero has to go to mobile to try to eke out of victory in a gerrymandered district. Worry some more, canckel's Caligula. Come on, little piece of plaque. And so as he was headed to Marine One today to go and get on Air Force One to fly down to Mobile, Alabama, which I'm
Starting point is 00:45:41 sure he thinks is mobile. Somebody asked him what he thought about Kathy Hokel signing the executive order. And this is what followed. Cornel Rapeachian Matisha James. Well, Latisha James is a corrupt person. She's totally corrupt, and I can't imagine it. And I feel badly for whoever she's looking at because they won't get a fair shake. Lettishi James is a corrupt person. Yeah, so that was Fox, and the audio was terrible because there was no pool coverage. Yeah, like I said, totally on brand. Nitwit Niro feels sorry for a group of frat boys from an Ivy League school
Starting point is 00:46:56 who are alleged to have gang raped a woman with the local authorities trying to sweep it under the rug until the woman stepped forward and sued. And now there is a movement toward something resembling accountability. But even so, there are still people saying, but what about these brilliant young men's happy future? Don't care. I sincerely could not care less.
Starting point is 00:47:30 And beyond not caring less, I would just like for her to have justice. And I hope that takes in the civil case, I hope that takes the form of a whopping big jury money verdict. And in the case of the rapists, well, I read a story that a couple of them have already been let go from firms that hired them. You remember the swimmer that everybody was worried about who raped a girl? And everybody. Yeah, but what about his career? Apparently, he's changed his name a couple of times, and he gets hired here and there. And then the next thing, you know, somebody finds out, oh, that's the rapist.
Starting point is 00:48:23 Okay, yeah, and then he gets fired again. Uh-huh. But nitwit Niro sympathizes with the rapists. Tadda? Anyone surprised? No? I didn't think so. Yes, I do mean convicted rapist Brock Turner. Brock Allen Turner, Micah, who then changed his name to Alan Turner
Starting point is 00:48:56 and was found out to be the rapist, convicted rapist, Alan Turner. May it follow him to the end of his days? Of course, I'm sure Marcia. Goodness, Blackburn has never... Caldered. What he needs is electrocuted in Tennessee. We're going to fire up old Sparky again, and I'm going to flip the switch myself. Ooh, I'm going away. It's going to be so fun. Yeah. So, like I said, we've got plenty to talk about as we go into the Friday on the front porch portion of the program, but a little bit of time before that. Oh, and I saw some, you know,
Starting point is 00:49:57 humorous quip saying that the vulgar statement by the DUI hire whiskey Pete Kegbreath over at the Pentagon of, let's see, what is it? No fetties, no trannies, no beardoes, no weirdos, that that was also his grinder profile. Ha. Betty's got one. But that how weird it is to say no weirdos, when you've just appointed Leon Scum, Space Nazi,
Starting point is 00:50:32 to help you predict what war will be like in the future. You don't need Leon Scum or Peter Thiel or any of those other pasty-faced,
Starting point is 00:50:47 doughy, waxen-looking pale creeps to tell you what that is. All you've got to do is look at Ukraine. Or look at what it. Iran did our bases in the Middle East. That's what war is going to look like in the future. Wholesale slaughter, primarily focused on drone warfare.
Starting point is 00:51:16 If you think about it, it kind of renders the idea of something like an infantry. Absolute. Unless you start armoring up the infantry in, I mean, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't think you can make human beings oblivious to the force of a massive explosive blast. And so the infantry just becomes drone sponges. But as Mother Russia has shown us in Ukraine, they're not just going after troops. They're going after daycare centers. They're going after civilians trying to do their grocery shopping.
Starting point is 00:52:08 And then, of course, there's also Israel showing us the way. with munitions supplied by the United States in their genocide in Gaza, their assault on the West Bank, and their horrors perpetrated as they attempt to expand Magna Israel into the country of Lebanon. And Leon Scum is going to tell Whiskey Pete what. But Leon Scum, meanwhile, well,
Starting point is 00:52:41 we've got a little bit of tawdry celebrity gossip here he has just shed another baby mama mm-hmm Sivan Zillis she's a baby mama
Starting point is 00:53:04 to three of his is it three or four of his spawn she's a tech executive and the world found out that well Leon stopped following her on social media, which is how the techno dwebes indicate that they've had a seventh grade breakup.
Starting point is 00:53:33 And so, in an obvious bit of grief and trying to be the bigger person, that does not take a lot when you're dealing with Leon Scum, space Nazi, Baby mama 9, 10, 12, 14. So, yeah, that's four kids. Yeah, there's twins, Strider and Azure, as well as a daughter named Arcadia, and a son named Selden, who was born early in 2025. I'm sure he will try to get custody of those kids away from Chavon Zellis maybe accuse her of trying to, of wanting to trans the children. But you could almost hear the tinny sounds of the piano playing in the background in the cat house as Chavon Zillis wrote, It's hard to go from in love to let go in a week with no warning, but that's just how it is sometimes.
Starting point is 00:55:07 Sad face. I feel happy that I got to show Elon how it feels to be deeply understood, nurtured, and peace. Loved with stability and gentleness? God, were you his partner or his mommy? Ugh, mommy issues. Given... I'm trying, Micah. Oh, cry me a river, she says. I'm trying. Can you not hear the catching in my throat? Given the tumultuous nature of his early life...
Starting point is 00:55:50 Timultuous nature? What, being raised by a millionaire Nazi? Emerald Minor? What? His often tortured soul and how hard he fights for humanity. Oh, please, bitch, what? Don't brush your hair.
Starting point is 00:56:14 Fights for humanity. Oh, honey, you're a dumb-dum. I wanted him to feel the deepest and most stable form of love this world can provide. My heart is full, knowing I got to do that. I hope it leaves a lasting good effect, and he doesn't earn loose his spots to kill all humanity.
Starting point is 00:56:57 I added that last part. We were always his safe space, a place where all of us were overjoyed to see him, one that was always full of happiness and love, not war, in contrast to his otherwise militant existence, a needed break from the battlefield where he could, recharge his heart and soul before heading back at battlefield?
Starting point is 00:57:35 You make it sound like the mini balls are whistling past his fucking ears at Chancellor'sville. God damn it, Chavon. What? I loved being that counterbalancing place of safety. The sense of calm and love. Delighted in bringing a smile back to his face when he was down. Ugly crying. I will miss him dearly.
Starting point is 00:58:28 I've loved him more than life itself. And he's taught me a hundred lifetimes of knowledge and made my cup overflow with life means. You mean not chlamydia? So there's a lot of loss, but luckily we created four beautiful little loves of my life. Whom he doesn't give a shit about, probably hasn't seen any of the four of them for more than a few hours in the last four years. I'm so grateful for our children, and they make it. Every single day, the best day of my life.
Starting point is 00:59:20 I do hope and pray. He and I can be great friends and co-parents. I'm hurting. We care deeply about E. And we'll always be cheering for his happiness. Godspeed, Elon. The world is lucky to have you. You know what that is, right?
Starting point is 00:59:51 that's Leon, you miserable Space Nazi Please don't use your vast wealth and availability of lawyers to take me to court and steal my babies from me
Starting point is 01:00:10 as Micah points out and he didn't give two shits about you. Sucks, don't it? Geez, girl, have some self-respect. I mean, God, get your Get the other Leon scum baby mamas together, and I don't know. Have a wine and dine date or something.
Starting point is 01:00:37 Well, you know, Leon, if you start feeling like, you know, lonely or something, maybe bump that ketamine dose. Not saying, just saying, it might make you feel better. Oh, dear. my performance art sometimes falls flat Cynthia in the Bay Area says I'm sorry but vomit and not the easy kind that goes readily into the commode
Starting point is 01:01:18 I'm talking the projectile hurling kind yeah like with the dry heaves where you feel like I don't have anything left but your toenails and then I know it's kind of like a reverse pedicure Space Nazi whores that's from Darrell in Houston
Starting point is 01:01:39 and for Darry in Houston. That whining, Nazi-loving bitch is missing the money. What kind of self-hating person does it take to even be in the same room with that pathetic pig, much less except bearing his little forthright brats? Yeah, his Gits. Okay, well, thank you, Cynthia. I appreciate that. No, your performance art was just fine. Oh, can you imagine Chavon getting older and...
Starting point is 01:02:16 perhaps a little wiser and saying to herself as as Ashley St. Clair has now as she approaches 30. Ah, I saw him naked. He glows in the dark. Nah, she didn't say that, but Don Lemon asked her in the interview. So, like when y'all made your baby, I mean, did you do it? regular way or where there test tubes and petri glasses
Starting point is 01:02:53 and petri dishes and dirty magazines for Elon to look at. Yeah, you're right. Ralph's, Leon Scumms, baby mamas should sue the hell out of him. The question is, well, but the thing is you'd probably have
Starting point is 01:03:11 to sue him in takes ass and there's just not a lot of justice going on in takes ass. Yeah. What else? Because there's so much. Not surprisingly, Eric Pizza Schmidt of Missouri Stan, who is still being mocked mercilessly for his abject stupidity. Well, he was all set for a new interview. C-SPAN had booked Pisa Schmidt for a show they host called Ceasefire. Dasha Burns is the host for that.
Starting point is 01:04:34 She also works for Tiger Beat on the Potomac, Politico. And he was supposed to be interviewed for a broadcast today. He was supposed to be alongside Delaware Senator Chris Coons, according to the Daily Beast. But Dasha Burns, speaking to her viewers, said, Now, we should mention that Senator Schmidt was supposed to appear on this program with Senator Coons, but he pulled out a day after that hearing. Oopsie.
Starting point is 01:05:09 So they replaced him with Democratic Attorney Bob Bauer, Republican Attorney Ben Ginsberg, Democratic strategist Joel Payne, and Republican strategist Doug Hay, to talk about voting rights and election administration. administration. And Pizza Schmidt is still trying to make it sound like he did something intelligent. He said,
Starting point is 01:05:36 We had information he was at a basketball game. Where'd you get that information? Did somebody feed that to you from the White House chop shop? And you believed it. You dummy. There was only one NBA game that night at 730 tip-off, which is why I asked him
Starting point is 01:05:56 if he was in Atlanta. No, you didn't ask him, dipshit. You outright said he was and said that, you know, you had him and you warned him about perjuring himself about not being in Atlanta, Pizza Schmidt. And it still remains a closely guarded secret where that information came from. But if I was, if I was a betting girl, yeah, it came from, it came from some dipshit shit head in the Maggot Horde. I mean, White House. And this, Reuters.
Starting point is 01:06:40 reporting Friday today that the ongoing barking and grunting from the maggots that voting machines rigged the 2020 election this despite the massive judgments already had by Dominion voting systems and what ESNS against people who
Starting point is 01:07:06 pushed that big lie Well, according to Reuters, there was further motive behind the barking and grunting, because none other than hairless Hadrick, mayonnaise-mouth-miller, was shrieking for the FBI to come in and seize more voting machines. After the first attempt flopped. This is stuff that goes back to about this time last year. A guy named Jason Wareham, W-A-R-E-H-A-M, who's the CEO of a contractor named Mojave Research,
Starting point is 01:08:06 gave a briefing to Harlis Hadrick and Susie Wiles, the chief of staff, and then Director of National Intelligence, Madam Skunkhead Tulsi Gabbard, and said that he'd found weaknesses in the voting machine systems, outdated software that could be fixed, but had not found any evidence of hacking or altered votes. And that's when Harliss Hadrick said, I know what, I know what we can do. We will seize more machines.
Starting point is 01:08:48 Meanwhile, Susie Wiles, I asked whether the Mojavee research folks, who didn't cover any new evidence of rigging 2020. Behind a lot of this was a maggot asshole named Kurt Olson, a pett fogger from D.C., Washington, who was one of the driving forces behind the ongoing bullshit claim that the 2020 election was stolen. Jesus.
Starting point is 01:09:43 They're not going to stop. they know that they are in a world of shit and they will stop at nothing to try to stem the tide of what we hope is a massive electoral disaster for the maggots. Ralph tells me that according to sources, the Jack Smith info came from the DOG.
Starting point is 01:10:27 Oh, what do you want? Well, the FBI is part of the DOJ. What do you want to bet the source was a bestiality officiado, Trash Patel. Unvetted text messages from the Justice Department, Ralphs tells me. The unvetted text messages involved the word hawks. Staff was told that the texts were unvetted.
Starting point is 01:11:18 and of course the staffers because Republican members of Congress and their staffs care deeply about women's sports never stopped to think that the hawks might be shorthand for the Iowa Hawkeyes obtained from the Justice Department all they found of rooting around in the text messages of how about that
Starting point is 01:11:50 Jack Smith's security team That would make sense They probably didn't even have any legal right to it But they did it anyway And then, well Made asses of themselves Makes me so happy Let's go over to the old holler tree
Starting point is 01:12:20 And see who is hanging out there Looks like we've got Jeremy and Roger okay the conversation has begun everybody else come on in we need a rousing into the week and by the way yeah we need to raise 480 bucks
Starting point is 01:12:39 if we can do that it will the well Bruce and Karen's Memorial Challenge will take the fundraising gold down to zero before we get to Monday
Starting point is 01:12:57 the 5th day of October So thanks in advance to anybody who wants to help out in that regard. Pretty please. If you haven't helped in a while, maybe think about doing it now. And I know how hard times are. I know how expensive gasoline is. Jesus, it gives me the horrors, just thinking about having to drive to Beckley tomorrow. But anyway, hey, Jeremy, what's happening?
Starting point is 01:13:22 I can tell you're in the command again tonight. I can hear your air conditioning. It must be warm down there again. It did. Yeah, it warmed up again. It was actually running last night, and that's how I wound up getting gassed by the next-door Confederates. Come on now. You saw my quote about Morgan Freeman. It was funny. Come on now. What? Morgan Freeman? What?
Starting point is 01:13:51 Yeah, I said Robin Hood wrote his character. When they're fighting after he comes back on the ship with Morgan Freeman, he gets saved. And he looks at Morgan Freeman as Robin says, I almost died. He goes, Sir Robin, you whining a lot. You're still alive. He slaps him on the back because he saved him. So that's all. There was nobody here to save me, damn it. I know, I know.
Starting point is 01:14:17 Oh, what a week, what a week. All the stuff going on. The Jack Smith stuff was quite funny. The jokes aren't ending for that Schmidt guy. He's buried in them. I still think the funniest thing was. seeing a Brit's face when she realized her whole line of questioning had just gone down the fucking toilet, realizing that she was painting them a moron.
Starting point is 01:14:39 Yeah, resting. Yeah, resting. Yeah, resting Brit face. And you can watch the color gray from her face in horror. Like, oh, my God, what I'm going to say now? Because she was what just happened. So that was funny. A little follow-up.
Starting point is 01:14:53 I told you last week that the DOG had forced the attorney. general here, but the state police helps to prosecute 12 clergy for trespassing in an ice building. It's normally a misdemeanor. They want to try to push them with something harder and give them actual jail time, you know, for the offense of doing
Starting point is 01:15:14 what Jesus said to do, welcome the stranger. And it turns out, I wasn't notified that the building I take care of is government property. I've said before, it's home insecurity. It's not ICE. It's a contracting building, but the building right across from it is the
Starting point is 01:15:29 actual ice facility. Next week, there's yellow tape as far as I can see around me right now and all these other buildings. I'm out of that building, not another building, but they've taped all the properties because they've been alerted starting, I think, Sunday through next Sunday. There's going to be a 24-7 protest at this building. And they were told they're going to bus people in for this protest. So this could cause havoc here.
Starting point is 01:15:58 but I think it's mostly in retaliation for what they did to the, are trying to do to the 12 clergy members. Good. You know, they deserve it. They deserve it. And I mean, I told the guy, I told him, I said, I don't disagree with the protesters. I probably agree with more than, you know,
Starting point is 01:16:19 most people like to think of this, but I do. I said, but in the end, I don't want to see when to get hurt. That's what I don't want to see. I don't want to see guards get hurt. They're just doing their job. And I don't want to see protesters get hurt. Either way. And I hope it doesn't happen, but 24-7, but the way these guys can be sometimes, I mean, there's one time, it's been a while now, I haven't seen this guard, but there's quite a few years ago, we used to be in charge of putting down flags for national events like, you know, deaths and stuff like that or tragic incidents. And one night my boss showed up because he got the notice late to do it to put down the flag, and the flag pulls in front of the building lit up by spotlights with his truck's headlights on it too.
Starting point is 01:17:00 Go not to change it. And behind him, he heard click, click. And someone said, what are you doing on this property? And he turned around, and from across the street, one of the hired guards come across with this 45 pointed at his head from behind him. And you just slowly turn around and said, I'm here to put up the flag or put down the flag per of our contract. What are you doing?
Starting point is 01:17:22 And the guy slowly backed away. But certain people in the industry can be triggered happy. the part that worries me. Oh, they've got a case of the paranoids. So we'll see. I'm trying to think. They know what they're doing is wrong, and it's giving them the yips.
Starting point is 01:17:50 For life, a better word, yep. That's all I could come up with. Yes, it does. And it's... So we'll see. Like I said, I hope that nobody gets hurt. That's all I'm going to say. Nothing else to say.
Starting point is 01:18:04 about just the wheel's hurt. Sure. But it should cause chaos for traffic around for the next week. It'll be fun. This is I have to come between these two buildings every day because I was originally told effort of the building would be at home, working from home with their computers,
Starting point is 01:18:19 and then I was told two days later, there'll be three people here a day, so you still need to come in. It's like, oh, great. That'll be fun. What else? I'm trying to think. Definitely fall here.
Starting point is 01:18:32 Where I'm from, or the state I was born in is definitely at peak season now. My mom and dad went up and chool around. It's my dad's favorite part of the life is leaves falling. This time he loves it, lives for it. I love seeing them everywhere,
Starting point is 01:18:46 but it's getting here. Even these parking lots here in Santa of Vermont are definitely going from gold and green to more red tint. So it's coming. They'll get a couple more weeks. They're usually off by Halloween
Starting point is 01:19:00 or a week after or so with a good stiff rain. so it's coming. I'm only just now seeing the beginning of some color here. And, you know, the first colors we get here in Appalachia are generally the yellows. But we saw them blowing around the road earlier today. I'll probably be okay because I have a pretty solid set of parents, and I do make a decent amount of money, so I'll probably be okay. But I do fear for people on real fixed incomes when it comes to heating their places this winter here.
Starting point is 01:19:40 Heating oil is always higher than diesel. So it being almost $6 a thing here, it's probably closer to $8 a gallon right now for heating oil. Most tanks have an average of 250 gallons to fill them. If you do the math, that's a staggering number for the average person, let alone someone on a fixed income to fill their tank, even get a half a tank. and for the most part, most of the companies around here require you to get no less than,
Starting point is 01:20:07 I think it's 150 gallons from you even come to your house. Oh, Jesus. I mean, what's that? It's, people say, $800 for half a tank? Yeah, something like that, so yeah. Oh.
Starting point is 01:20:25 Or, well, little limbolellan or because of seven something. But, yeah, so it's going to hurt. And also, just so everyone's well aware, the Medicaid cuts take effect right after the election. which was part of Project 2025 so they can scream the Dems did it. And also, stress again like I did the other week, if you're listening, like, everything's fine.
Starting point is 01:20:46 No, get your voter registration checked. Like I said, two weeks ago, I had the box checked off on mail-in voting for the last six years. And I never got my primary one. I couldn't forget what was going on. So I went and did it in person, which is fine. No problems. You know, I live in a small enough town where you can reach over the camera. and go, that's me on that liner, then they cross you off and say,
Starting point is 01:21:08 thanks for voting, and you walk away. But nonetheless, I checked my status two weeks ago, and my status had reverted back to voting in person as if I selected it. I didn't. So at some level, it was tampered with and put back to something I did not want. Whether that was done as a just a sweep by the state, I don't know, because it wasn't explained. But it changes things.
Starting point is 01:21:30 So people should check to make sure they weren't completely wiped out of their system. Well, you know, you are not free, entirely free of maggots in Vermont, Jeremy. Oh, no, oh, no, no. You leave the cities. They're everywhere. Yeah, I would not be surprised if somebody did something somewhere. I mean, that's not something that can happen on a federal level. It's probably strictly a county level.
Starting point is 01:21:55 I'm just thinking people reset. They didn't white people from the road rolls, but they reset their mail-in option. I think is what they did. You know, without saying, oh, well, word or just hoping you wouldn't notice when you just let's be late just out of curiosity have you renewed your driver's license or anything in that time frame uh yeah actually i did last december but i still i think but i didn't have to i've already been registered for a long time so that shouldn't matter but yes i did and that was uh i think i told you first time where
Starting point is 01:22:30 i told the truth and normally the truth which set you free but it kind of screwed me over I get a letter within a week saying you need to get a vision check or we'll permanently pull your license. Right. Yeah. We talked about that. And I wrote back and what do you mean? It's, well, you said you have diabetes. Well, yeah, I've had it for 10 years.
Starting point is 01:22:47 What's the deal now? Well, you admit you have diabetes. So, you know, shame on you for telling us the truth. So, but yeah. But no, I mean, I already selected. I'm already registered. I mean, maybe that's what did it. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:22:59 I guess I'll have to wait and see in four years if it happens again. Well, that reminds me. I've let another week go by. I've got to get in touch with my county clerk and see if the business with my signature verification has been sorted out. If you give me about a month, we can sympathize for insurance costs. Well, I was going to ask you if you'd received any sort of notifications. I'm sure yours is going to be horrifying.
Starting point is 01:23:30 Open enrollment starts November 1st, I believe, or maybe October 1st here. Do you have until November 12th or something like that? No, it's November, just for FYI, it's November 1st to December 15th. Okay, I was a month off. I thought it was when I second-guess myself, a figure. But anyway, yeah, I got a notice saying you can stay in your plan, it can be renewed. Well, here's the tricky words in that. Or we can switch these to a likely plan that could be more cost-effective.
Starting point is 01:23:59 I'm afraid of that. I need to call and talk to them. but also we were already told prices are going up this year just like last year it won't double but it's probably another 20 percent so they're probably going to push me past $1,400 just to stay where I am well I was told that for coverage similar to what I have and by similar they mean no care whatsoever for your gender-based needs it's going to go up by about a third because I'm paying about $300 a month now and it's going to go up past $500. Yeah, I hear you.
Starting point is 01:24:49 And it's something I can't go without so I can't just say no fucking I'll go without it. I can't. So they've got me caught between a rock and a hard place. And I also, I could go cheaper, but I've held a higher deductible and pay more in a pocket. My point is, when I go and get something done, I basically want the fuck you level worse. You see what I pay?
Starting point is 01:25:08 Shut up and approve it. And they usually do. That's why I do it. To keep myself to fight with them constantly, because I still fight even at that level. Right. I mean, it's similar for me. And when it comes to things like my estrogen, I lost that fight. I get mine now through good RX.
Starting point is 01:25:33 because my insurance company just said, no, sorry, not on the formulary. Screw you. And I bet if you, forgive me for this, I bet if you check Trump RX, it'd be 40% more than what good RX is. It's the Griff 2. You've been always saying it's cheaper. They tackled about 40% more because I checked insulin on that alone. It was about 40% higher. Oh, shit, I'd detransitioned before I use Trump RX.
Starting point is 01:25:59 Yes, I understand, but I'm being sarcastic, but I checked it because my buddy who lean, that way. I know you don't like him. And I looked at him sideways and said, we're not in the same universe. Like isn't a word I use with Trump. We're not even close to not liking him. He said, well, you really should give him a try and show.
Starting point is 01:26:17 Okay, I'll check him for chis and giggles. And it was 40% more than I pay with my copay. Of course, because it's a grift. Right. Oh, and by the way, I did, I mentioned a little bit ago, cancels Caligula having sympathy with the rapists, that has blown up in his face now and he had to
Starting point is 01:26:38 well he had to get Natalie the harpy to tripe him out something him dictating to her and by the way again unpaid product placement really do yourself a favor and watch this week's episode of South America
Starting point is 01:26:57 oh god there's a cameo by nitwit Nero in it, and that's all I'll say. But, yeah, he had to have Natalie the Harpy do a dictation for him. Why would the governor of New York, Kathy Hokel, appoint a corrupt prosecutor, Leticia Pekaboo-James, to represent the state in the highly controversial Cornell University rape case? because she's at the Attorney General of the State of New York and we don't want local county politics intruding on something of this magnitude, dumbass.
Starting point is 01:27:38 God, he's so stupid. So he's trying to use the indigenous trope against Letitia James thinking that, you know, what's her face? It's a native slur. Is it? Yes. I thought it was some sort of, I thought it was some sort of, I thought it was some sort of African-American slur.
Starting point is 01:28:00 No, that's what he was calling. What's her face when she claimed she was Native American? No, he called her Pocahontas. Okay, well, I'm sure Picamu was native too for some reason. I think it may be that whether you know it's not a nice term. He's using a sly slur of some kind, whether it's native or African-Ans. The only time I've ever heard of someone with that name was a woman Olympic skater. Skier, skater.
Starting point is 01:28:25 Slahm's skater. Yeah. Peekaboo Street, yeah. I was going to, I'm going to talk about one more geek thing, and then I'm going to let you go to Roger, whoever else pops in. Are you in Victoria aware that this week is the last episode of this season of lanterns? We have an unwatched episode this week's episode. Is that it?
Starting point is 01:28:49 No, there's one fresh Sunday, so there's two more. It's nine episodes. Okay, well, we're probably going to catch up with that. Yeah, there's only this one and the next one. There's only two more episodes of Ted Lassau, too. I know this is a geek talk. There's probably people watching and can't talk about it. But what is yours in Victoria's Theorem?
Starting point is 01:29:11 Who Killed How? That's a slippery, slimy slope if you know the comic books. What's your theory? Yeah, I don't know the comic books. I've tried to just watch and not get brain-rodded. and after the last episode we just looked at each other and went what the fuck
Starting point is 01:29:34 because we were both kind of gobsmacked well it's not what it looks like and they've been misleading you the whole season and let's just say don't be I haven't seen it but I know how this stuff goes don't be terribly shocked if he's not really dead oh I never for a moment thought he was really dead right so
Starting point is 01:29:55 but anyway I'm a little behind I'm going to let you talk to Roger now, and I'll just comment periodically if it need be. Okay, sounds good, Jeremy. Oh, hey, Roger. Howdy, howdy, how are you? Happy Friday. Oh, I'm doing all right.
Starting point is 01:30:10 I had a bit of a problem Wednesday afternoon, however. We taught a class over at the local food for Lane County Farm. It's in the backyard of the church. And we were teaching apple pie filling. which is really nice. And we had a whole lot of apples. Everybody took home a full quart jar of apple pie filling with the clear gel and cinnamon and sugar.
Starting point is 01:30:39 And all you need to do is make a pie crust, pour the contents of a jar in, put a top crust on it, pop it in the oven, and you got yourself an apple pie. But when we teach these classes, we take a lot of equipment with us to, you know, pots, pans, small stoves, et cetera. But anyhow, the staff down at the office was off at a conference,
Starting point is 01:31:04 so I got designated to be given a key and the code to go in the door and turn the alarm off so we could put all the crap away. Well, the first time I've ever done it, I set the alarm off. Nobody's in the office to help me. Nothing. So I made phone calls. Anyhow, I get a phone call back and finally get the goddamn alarm shut off. Finish doing everything we were supposed to put away.
Starting point is 01:31:36 Get everybody out. I sit down, push in numbers, push the right buttons. That's the alarm. Buck out the door. We're all standing around outside, and all of a sudden, this goddamn red car comes pulling up. It looked like a fire chief's car, but it wasn't. It was a security car.
Starting point is 01:31:56 guy gets out, got a 45 strap to his hip, and asks us, what's going on? And I said, hey, I did it. I'm at Paul if I did it, you know. Anyhow, we chatted for a little while. The end result was he didn't even walk around the goddamn building to see if anything else was there. He just took my word for the fact that I'd set it off, and I got on the phone with somebody and managed to find a code to put it on. you know, we're down there today at the office.
Starting point is 01:32:28 And it turns out, well, all the people I called were all sitting at the same table up in Corvallis, which is about 50 miles north of here. One of them called me back. The office manager got a call from the security. She claims she didn't know what the hell was going on because it came before my phone call came. And they just decided that, you know, once the. The secretary called me and got it going that everything would be cool. They never called the goddamn security back to tell them that, hey, it's okay. You know, I just kind of pissed me off.
Starting point is 01:33:07 And anyhow, I didn't go to jail, didn't get shot. Had a nice chat with the guy with the 45 on his hip and everything's cool. Yeah, good times. Part of me doesn't like just a part of me doesn't like dealing with people that are packing a 45 under hip. I don't care how nice they seem. I just...
Starting point is 01:33:36 Yeah, that's creepy as shit. Anyhow, tomorrow I head over to Mapleton, which is over on the Oregon Coast, and we've got a class where we're handing chicken and making some summer sausage. Oh, yummy. Yeah, then I get to talk about different pressure cookers and freeze-drying food and making beef turkey and smoking fish and all the other ways to preserve protein. And, of course, you're canned tuna.
Starting point is 01:34:16 Mm-mm-mm-mm-mm. Well, we've already had our tuna class for the year. Yeah, I know. But still, I imagine it's still firmly lodged in people's minds. Yeah, it's one of our most popular class. and we only offer it once a year, simply because it's a goddamn much work to put on. It's just a lot more work than came and chicken.
Starting point is 01:34:48 Oh, I can imagine. But anyhow, the thing that happened this week that caught my attention was Jack Smith hearing at the Senate. I just had to laugh at how that went. I'm agreeing with people that say that when a Democrat wins in 2020, Jack Smith should be nominated for Attorney General. I have no doubt that he would give no quarter to anybody who did wrong. And I don't think he'd sit on his hands like Robert Mueller did forever
Starting point is 01:35:30 when Biden came in. I think he'd, I think Jack Smith had just, he's a very independent, Attorney General in much the same way that Robert F. Kennedy Sr. was under John F. Kennedy's presidency. He went after the mafia, which arguably is why... You're breaking up a bit, Roger. ...an Attorney General. I think I'm going to have to go buy a new router because things are screwing up all over the place. well you came back so
Starting point is 01:36:22 reiterate what you said about jack smith you said you know that he would prosecute without fear or favor and be apolitical he wouldn't he wouldn't stall
Starting point is 01:36:33 like muller did and he'd be impartial the way bobby kennedy was when our jfk was president which is why jfk and he both got shot now i'm convinced to that
Starting point is 01:36:49 now I don't have any proof that it was the mafia that did him in but they pissed off the mafia really well well what especially Sam what Sam Jin Khanna yeah but anyhow I don't need to rehash that because Scott isn't around anymore to tell us in on all the details what intrigued me was the hearing jacksmith hearing the other one is the Jane Doe King out of Cornell. They sat on it, they sat on it, they sat on it, they sat on it, they told five of the boys to write an essay. It just stunk.
Starting point is 01:37:45 And now all of a sudden, the governor in New York is appointing Letitia James to be a special investigator. I'm just wondered if some of those boys might not have been fool of hope, cool boys at Epstein's home when they were in elementary and high school. Anything is possible. That's a conspiracy theory that has no basis in fact whatsoever, but if Republicans can do it, why can't I? Well, precisely.
Starting point is 01:38:31 And frankly, the things that they find to conspiracy theorize about aren't nearly as compelling as some of the realities out there. on our side of things. I had a note from Daryl in Houston. Voting machines may not have been done everywhere, but I believe voting machines were hacked in 2024 by the space Nazi and possibly others to get the grotesque orange dick had elected. Problem is, Democrats are now by their own opposition to the American Fascist Party lies,
Starting point is 01:39:05 unable to say so. I firmly believe this was one of the goals of the constant harping on this lie by maggots. They have Democrats by the testicles. Yeah, we were hamstrung in the immediate aftermath of 2024. But I'm absolutely convinced that it was monkeyed with. The odds of carrying every swing state, every last one of them, when that's exactly what he had to have. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:39:42 We need to stop saying the election 2020 was stolen. We need to quote Trump, for time ending. It was Stalin. Thalin. As in Joe the Georgian? As in Joe the Georgian.
Starting point is 01:40:07 In his true social letter, it happened. Several times he wrote it was Stalin. Spelled the exact same way. Stalin's name is spelled. Not stolen. Oh, that must be back before he had Natalie the Harpy. Yeah, I think she's been around for a while.
Starting point is 01:40:31 I watched a political debate last night, and Chris was probably the only other person that could have watched it. And that was between a lady by the name of Christine Drazen and Tina Kotech. Tina Kotech is our current governor of Oregon, and Christine Drazen ran the last time, and she's running this time. But it was breathtaking how Trumpian. and then denying that she's Trumpian, she did in the debate. And the accusations made by her against the present governor on raising taxes and all the usual Republican talking points, but still complaining about the roads being terrible,
Starting point is 01:41:29 the health care of. All the homeless people, but she's not in favor of raising the minimum wage. She's not in favor of doing any of the things that would assist the homeless population. And I love the way Trumpians, maggots, whatever you want to call them, will continually work at breaking programs designed to help a disadvantaged population and then scream like hell that the disadvantaged population is terrible and we need to do something. Education is one. The Republicans in this state, I tooth a nail over any increase in funding for education,
Starting point is 01:42:21 and scream bloody murder about what a terrible job our schools are doing, and it seems their only solution is to cut their budgets even more because they're doing a bad job. There was an effort to raise the gas taxes, which failed, so they decided that now they want to increase car registration fees. If your car gets between zero and 10 miles per gallon, you pay lesser registration fee. It was between 10 and 20 miles per gallon. You pay a slightly larger fee. And if it gets 20 to 50 miles a gallon, you pay an even larger registration fee.
Starting point is 01:43:16 And if you drive an electric vehicle, you pay an even larger fee. because the roads are maintained primarily with gasoline tax and vehicle registration fees. And it makes sense. If you buy a shitload of fuel because you get really low gas mileage, fine. We'll lower your car registration because you're spending a whole lot on fuel on gasoline. If it's a medium one, it'll be a medium registration and you pay medium, you know, at the fuel taxes. If you get a really high mileage car, you're going to pay more registration because you're paying Weston fuel fees, fuel taxes, and if you drive an electric vehicle, you pay the most
Starting point is 01:44:05 registration fee because you're not paying any fuel taxes. People are screaming bloody murder about all those goddamn taxes and Democrats, but our roads are falling apart. But by God, those Democrats don't have any plan to fix it. Just the absolute bullshit lies the Republicans can come up with drives me nuts. Oh, there's no end.
Starting point is 01:44:43 And this one's for A-SA. Get your recorder turned on Aza. I still don't have any ears on my corn. Well, that was actually that was actually one of my questions. You would have had to have been on the back porch
Starting point is 01:45:04 to understand my little tipping A-SA off to start with. He was playing with the soundboard on the back porch. And one of the clips Okay, I think Jeremy just picked it up. But,
Starting point is 01:45:25 anyhow, that's... Yeah, no, the tops are starting to... shed pollen and some of them are blowing out in the wind and the rest of that. And the corn plant still didn't poke anything out with any yellow fuzz coming out at the end of it to collect the pollen. But then I was talking to some other people. And here in the valley, Willamette Valley, a lot of the farms are having disastrous years on the corn. The corn just didn't
Starting point is 01:45:59 do what it was supposed to do this year, and nobody knows why. So I'll try again next year. Roger, you are a West Coaster, so since you're there, let me ask you. Are you reading anything about this Kelvin wave headed for the Pacific Coast? Yeah, I've heard about it.
Starting point is 01:46:24 It's only going to raise a sea level, eight to ten inches or something like that. but the problem is when we get to the king tide months, it's going to be a real disaster, because it's going to be pushing the highest tides about, I think it's six to eight inches higher than they've ever been before. Yeah, it may be new router time, Roger. Yeah, I'm hearing some dings in my ears.
Starting point is 01:47:16 and anyhow that it is going to cause problems in particular with the king tides and residential areas right on the coast I didn't I've read about it
Starting point is 01:47:40 and it was just kind of hard to I wonder if there will be any meteorological effects that come with it don't expect any I mean we've got a serious El Nino patterned
Starting point is 01:47:57 building, which makes for an unusually wet winter. Oh, there could be some flooding, particularly if we get a cold early, that put some snow in the mountains and then get some warm rain that melts off two or three storm systems all at one time, which happened here in 1955 and 1964. Okay. Okay. Well, I see Tristan is with us. Let's check in with him. How are you, Tristan? I'm good. What's going on? Friday.
Starting point is 01:48:50 Yeah, I just celebrated with some goat Vindaloo curry. My lips were burning approximately an hour and a half ago. Yum. Man, it was good. That's what the milk's for. Yeah, exactly. I got it level three out of six, spice. It's about as much as I can stand it. I can't do Indian hot, as they call it.
Starting point is 01:49:19 Cool, that was, it was hot. It was really hot. It was, you know, it was one of those real down-home Vindalus, too. You know, they had the goat meat with little pieces of bone inside of it. So that was quite good. Mm, bone? Yeah. Like there were pieces of meat with the bones still attached to it.
Starting point is 01:49:46 I didn't realize that. I didn't either until I almost ate one. But yeah, yeah, it was quite delicious. Did you cover the time interview that Trump gave a few days ago? I did not get to it last night. That was my plan. It was released yesterday. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:50:13 Oh, my God. this guy is so we here at the Tristan Torres Blind Progressive headquarters that being just me I went through every single fucking lie he told and it was more than the time he's even had
Starting point is 01:50:32 they only went through about half of the things that bullshit it out I counted 24 lies in a row oh wow the the stories I saw seem to focus on the business
Starting point is 01:50:51 about the Oval Office that he wants to take legal steps to make sure that nobody can take down his tacky, trashy, gold garbage. Oh, really? Okay, I don't remember seeing that, but I'm not surprised. The Secret Service
Starting point is 01:51:08 came to be and they said, Sir, sir, because they always say, sir. With tears in their eyes. With tears in their eyes. They said, sir, you need to tear down the Oval Office, and I said, tear it down my ass. This is a special place. I know that he was claiming that the East Wing had been torn down more times than it actually, like, five times.
Starting point is 01:51:40 It hasn't. It was built in 1901, and it was expanded in 1942. Yeah, by Eleanor Roosevelt. Exactly, yeah. Um, he also said that drug prices went down five, six hundred percent again. They're still fucking shouting that claim. Well, that's big lie theory in action. If you repeat the big lie often enough, it becomes the truth.
Starting point is 01:52:14 Oddly enough, to be fair to Trump in this one case, the White House was gutted by Truman, completely taken down and basically all the internet were replaced. Yeah, because a lot of. You know, the history of the White House is that it has often been in disrepair. When Lincoln came into it, it was in a falling down state. They said there was holes in the floorboard when he was there. I'm not surprised. It was overrun with mice and rats, among other things.
Starting point is 01:52:55 Didn't Andrew Jackson have a brawl on the White House long when he was inaugurated? Oh, yeah, there was like a 500-pound wheel of cheese or something and lots of booze and carrying on. Yeah. Yeah, well, the White House has been a playground for many. And the Hoy Palloy came in and trashed the place. And then, you know, with Lincoln, even by the time of Lincoln, a common citizen could just come up and walk in and say, yeah, I'd like to talk to the boss. And that's how the bureaucracy of a phalanx of civil servants,
Starting point is 01:53:35 to just deal with the people who came in wanting to have a little chit-chat with Netwit Niro. That's how it goes. Yeah. But the idea of the American people being stuck with that tawdry, trashy, no, just no. And, you know, I also heard today that Trump's new visa policy has caused colloquy, has caused Columbia University to halt admissions to their, I think it's like an international journalism program
Starting point is 01:54:49 or some sort of journalism program. Not surprising. No, no, it's not. And, yeah. Sometimes the gall can be jaw-dropping, but it's not jaw-dropping in the surprising sense. It's jaw-dropping in the brink. raisin this sense of it.
Starting point is 01:55:18 Sorry, I got struck by a sneezing fit. At least they're not burning plastic tonight, I hope. Don't know what happened. Let's go here. Oh, okay. I ran across a handy little list from Senate Democrats going back to August 2024. It's almost like this could have been predicted. It's titled, it's under Project 2025 exposed.
Starting point is 01:56:23 This is way back when we thought. thought we could actually, you know, give facts to the American people, and they would act accordingly. And they may have. You know, this whole thing may have been a giant fraud. But just a list. How Project 2025 will harm farmers? Cuts safety nets that ensure farms stay afloat even during financial downturns. That's page 296.
Starting point is 01:56:50 Guts essential crop insurance that ensures farms can recover after disasters. Also, page 296. Also on that page terminates U.S. sugar production, cutting thousands of jobs and making America reliant on foreign producers. Same page. Threatens flexible funds used to help stabilize and support agricultural income during tumultuous economic circumstances endangers the reliability of future funding for farmers
Starting point is 01:57:17 as well as vital food assistance programs by decoupling nutrition and agriculture programs in the Farm Bill. eliminates farmers' flexibility to maximize the productivity of their land, which they know best, denies farmers' access to science-based landscape consultation services used to help cut costs and minimize their impact on the environment. Ends marketing orders and check-off programs, throwing agricultural markets into chaos, shrinks American farmers' access to foreign markets, restricting growth opportunities for producers. Restructures the farm bill process to align the pocket.
Starting point is 01:57:54 It's a big ag, and constricts the Farm Service Agency and hamstring small and family farmers by curbing access foundational to operating loans. So many big words. Damn it. Just so many big words. And so that brings us to this member of the collective cleetie, who uh well he's a farmer and his farm's in trouble
Starting point is 01:58:29 tried to make this video a couple three times already but i'm out i'm out at the farm right now no no no no no no no no no robin this is satire he's a comedian okay if it's satire then i want to hear the fun yeah i recognize his face yeah that's fun okay let's okay when you said a real farmer i was concerned every second yeah oh there there's the yeah there's the yeah there's the yeah there's the tag satire fake news well this should be good then let's enjoy it i sent it i'm not i'm gonna lie to you someone we're hurting and it's not just us i talked all all the farmers around here and we're hurting bad the price of fuel sky high we can't get no help because they they've been deported
Starting point is 01:59:24 and when you can't get good help they want a fair wage and we can't do that right now if things don't get better quick i think we're going to go under And I already know how the comments are going to go. I see them on other people's videos. You're going to say, who'd you vote for? And I'm not a political person. Don't let the flags on my truck fool you and the shirts and hats I bought and the Bible I bought
Starting point is 01:59:54 and my overall personality. But I'm not a political person, but I voted for Trump three times and I would do it again. Because I don't learn from my mistakes. And what is who you vote for? was that even had to do with anything with the price of fuel? When he went to war with Iran to protect us, how was he supposed to know they were going to fight back?
Starting point is 02:00:19 This is their fault. They won't open the straight of Hormel, even though he's opened it seven or eight times. He said so himself. That thing's dilated way past what it should be. They just won't send no oil down it. This is their fault, not his. And I know you're going to say,
Starting point is 02:00:34 you should vote Democrat. I can't do it, but I may not be Republican, but I'm damn sure not a Democrat. I can't do it. I won't do it because if I vote a Democrat and then all my buddy, all the farmers around here from here to God knows where, they'd call me gay.
Starting point is 02:00:52 And I'm as, I'm an alpha. I'm as tough as they come. But if you call me gay, that's Rick. I won't do it. Are you saying that if Kumala was in office, that it would be different, even though she wanted to do the complete opposite of what Trump's doing right now,
Starting point is 02:01:14 I don't see it. So no, I won't be voting Democrat. I don't know if I'll be voting Republican, but I'm damn sure not going to vote Democrat. And you call it ignorance, embarrassment, pride, whatever. I just know what my Trump Bible says is that pride goeth before the fall. Yeah, okay. There we go. Thanks for catching that, Jeremy.
Starting point is 02:01:43 This, however, is quite real. reporter asked Nitwit Niro what he would say to American farmers who think that he's better for Argentina than he is for them. This should be fun. Reporter asked Trump on Air Force One, the only question ranchers wanted answered. Is this deal better for Argentina than it is for them? Donald Trump did not talk about cattle prices. Watch what happened next. Argentina is fighting for its life, young lady. You don't know anything about it.
Starting point is 02:02:27 They're fighting for their life. Nothing is benefiting Argentina. They're fighting for their life. You understand what that means? They have no money. They have no anything. They're fighting so hard to survive. If I can help them survive in a free world,
Starting point is 02:02:40 I happen to like the president of Argentina. I think he's trying to do the best he can. But don't make it sound like they're doing great. They are dying. All right? They're dying. Yeah, Jesus. oh well
Starting point is 02:02:54 the gang that had nothing to do with it but yeah never mind the guy you played previously is Brent Truhoun yeah I recognized him yeah and he yeah he's got
Starting point is 02:03:22 I voted to deport the workers not do the fucking work myself yeah and I guess social media reels are just crawling with people who just want to have a say with these
Starting point is 02:03:47 these dumb-ass maggot farmers here's a retired law enforcement officer and a veteran I want to dress all these farmers and all these magas whining because we don't want to buy their stuff or we don't want to have nothing to do with them and as a personal note
Starting point is 02:04:05 old friends ex-friends of mine and family members that I don't have anything to do with anymore? No, of course not, right? You wanted us to hate you. You worked at it like a job. You flew flags.
Starting point is 02:04:27 Fuck your feelings. Making liberals cry again. Those were mission statements. You wanted us to hate you. Congratulations, W. You could fly the mission. an accomplished flag now, because we hate you. And nothing's ever going to change that. And just because what the hell did you think was going to happen with the economy? That's like
Starting point is 02:04:52 a group of goldfish saying, I know what to do to those bastard tadpoles. We'll poison the water, the same water you're swimming in. Did you not think that the effects on the economy that you were going to turn on us wasn't going to hurt you too? You dumbass, you know, have the day you voted for, as Mr. Powell would say. Have the day you voted for. And here's the thing, don't cry because we don't want to hear it. Because we were the ones that you were supposed to make cry, right? You were so working so hard to make us cry that you made yourself cry.
Starting point is 02:05:36 Because I got news for you. I'm not crying. In fact, I think it's funny as shit. I grew up dirt poor. I don't give a shit what you do. all these squirrel and rabbit, I don't give a shit. I got plenty of 22 to take care of anything that I need to eat. Make sure I get something to eat.
Starting point is 02:05:55 So, you know, I don't burn it to the ground. In fact, you know what, for two cents I'd vote the son of a bitch in the next time he runs. If he runs in 28, for two cents I'd vote for him that time, just to screw you. How about that? How about that? How about me voting for Trump? Do you want to sell that Trump, fuck your feelings flag? Because I think I'll buy that son of a bitch off of you.
Starting point is 02:06:19 I think I'll vote for that son. Oh, my God. I know he's hurting you. How about that? How about that? I hope you get all of him you wanted. All of him. Bless your heart, Vincent Ross.
Starting point is 02:06:38 I think he's fresh out of fucks to give, wouldn't you say? And then from News Nation, just because I like to run through these clips from time to time. From News Nation, well, this. The banner says China orders no soybean in quarter three from USA. The House's idea of helping farmers with tariff money that is being collected. That's the most ridiculous thing. Let me explain to you.
Starting point is 02:07:14 Okay. or your listeners, excuse me. Those tariffs, I'm paying on inputs just this spring, and all of our parts, many of our parts come from other countries, all right? Just this spring. I go to my local John Deer dealer. I need a chain for my corn planner. I take it out of the box.
Starting point is 02:07:34 John Deer Box dealt with these people for 40 years. John Deer Part number, turn it over. It says made from China. I'm thinking, wow, that's odd. I just paid a tariff on that doggone thing. So here's a deal. I'm paying that tariff because my importer, John Deere, paid it. They paid it directly to the Treasury.
Starting point is 02:07:50 Now the President of the United States is going to take my money and give it back to me and call it a bailout. That's just comical. And I tell you what, this administration has got agriculture, has got farmers exactly where they want them. and that is in need of what only Trump can deliver, and that's a bailout. What a terrible place for agriculture to be. Farmers are independent. They are independent businessman and women, and they want to live off the land. They're creating income off the land for their communities, and President Trump has them right where he wants.
Starting point is 02:08:35 Compelling argument, and that guy was a farmer in Mabel. Wood, Ohio, and he's not a maggot. Whatever possessed News Nation to book him, some producer has probably been recently fired. And we are into the third hour of the program. Thanks to those of you who met Routes' challenge and got us down to 480 to go. If we can raise that, the doubling challenge from Bruce and Karen
Starting point is 02:09:23 Memorial Challenge will get us to zero come Monday, which would be great because your umbelostas has an insurance premium due and you know October's bill's coming. So anybody who'd like to help out please feel free. So there's that. And then Clarence talked to us a little bit about the folks out there on the road. driving the big rigs. Here's another one talking about
Starting point is 02:10:06 where truckers find themselves now thanks to nitwit Nero's stupid war. So we've all been listening to those mega farmers and the truck drivers, right, complaining about how diesel is so high. Many of them are saying they're going to go on strike on October 1st. The thing is, is they are already fucked.
Starting point is 02:10:24 Because there is a crucial part about this that I even forgot about. Project 2025, before the election specifically spoke about autonomous trucks that did not need drivers. And many of the people who were trying to warn the truckers, especially before the election, were trying to tell them specifically about this, about how they made their livelihood. And now that the truckers are so pissed off about these diesel prices that they're going to start complaining and going on strike, it's not going to matter because once they get fired, the truck companies don't care.
Starting point is 02:10:52 In fact, Aurora is already doing this. They already have autonomous vehicles out there making deliveries on several. routes across the United States and they're planning on having about 200 of them before the end of the year. And if you'll remember one of the biggest jobs, the most common jobs, that people in the MAGA have are truck drivers and farmers. Which means they just now started finding out that things are affecting them and that's the only reason they care obviously. And now these truckers, these specific truckers who voted for Donald Trump, are now going to lose their jobs permanently. Because they didn't give a shit to bother reading project 2025 listening to their peers. They just wanted to be
Starting point is 02:11:29 bigoted racists and they thought they were safe. And now they celebrated the big, beautiful turd bill that they thought was going to give them massive tax cuts when all it did was cut taxes for billionaires, but it also made AI unrestricted for a decade. And it took the AI less than a year to destroy these people's fucking jobs. Tadda, that's interesting. Anybody, Bueller? Bueller? I happened to be in my local Kroger's earlier today, and not that I was going to buy any, but I looked at ground beef and, yeah, pre-packaged ground beef from a couple of different sorts. And the thing is, you don't know if it's mystery meat, you don't. But I bought from this brand before the mystery meat thing became a thing. Yeah, $8 a pound.
Starting point is 02:12:40 when you move up into organics, you're looking at $9 and $10 a pound. Jesus. And we know a little bit more now about where and how this entire bullshit advertising campaign came about. It happened in August, a couple of months back. There was a meeting in the Oval Office on the 7th. day of August, and of course, nitwit, Niro was there, and so was Natalie Harpy. There were a number of advisors there, James Blair, Susie Wiles, and they were going to talk about how they were going to spend super PAC money as it looked worse and worse and worse for the GOP
Starting point is 02:13:53 in the midterms. campaigns were were getting the beginning to get the flop sweat so the fact that Nitt Nero hadn't been generous with his super packed
Starting point is 02:14:14 dark money and along the way as is so often the case when he's not allowed to just wax rapsotic about his bullshit ballroom or the Kennedy Center or building an idiotic arch
Starting point is 02:14:31 he got bored because he has the attention span of a special needs nat and on August the 7th in the Oval Office he turned to Natalie Harpy and took her tablet from her and began watching clips of people saying nice things
Starting point is 02:14:59 about him. This is how bad it is. And the fellow who posts under, what is it, the PhD physical therapist, pointed out that the reason he's wired when he's seen on camera is because they've got him lit up on a drug called Providial. trying to chemically keep him on planet Earth. But anyway, at this August 7th meeting,
Starting point is 02:15:43 he starts watching videos like Dana White from the UFC saying, oh, he's the toughest most resilient person I've ever met. And that's a line that he loves because he mentions it from time to time. but it was in that meeting that the grown-ups decided that since daddy wasn't opening his wallet, they would raid executive branch agencies. And instead of running through the political operation, that's where they came up with this criminal enterprise, where they stole $20 million.
Starting point is 02:16:35 from government and routed it through DHS. And according to the sources cited in an article in the New York Times, he directly told OMB director Russell Vote to come up with the money, and then White House staff signed off on stealing DHS funds. on the one hand, cool. The less money DHS has, the better. On the other hand, they've already got too much money. You get the idea.
Starting point is 02:17:19 And so they entered into a conspiracy with Mark Wein Mullen. And they pulled the $20 million out of customs and border protection and put it into a bullshit line item called one big beautiful bill commemorative events and then the very next day they gave the contract to a Maryland Dodge called L.M.D and it was all borne out of the fact that
Starting point is 02:17:54 nitwit Nero wanted to watch videos of people talking about him God damn and so thus far apparently from what the New York Times could find out they've stolen and wasted $5.5 million, and the number is still rising. And on Wednesday, someone asked Nitt Niro about it, and he said,
Starting point is 02:18:28 If somebody said that's wrong, I'll gladly pay the money. But these are ads for the country. I'm not promoting a candidate. I'm not promoting myself because I'm not running for office. I'm promoting the country. Well, a lot of people have already said it's illegal, and no, he has not paid for it himself. And it's actually an impeachable offense, but why do I go any further? There's no sense bothering with it.
Starting point is 02:19:01 But, yeah, it's all a scam that started with Natalie Harpy's Happy Daddy Tablet. Jesus. and this is I hate I hate to even run near the idea that he may be for something
Starting point is 02:19:29 that I like to and the fact that I do favor this maybe I just need straightened out it has to do with daylight savings time because well first of all anytime you start talking about daylight savings time I always referenced that statement from some indigenous person who said,
Starting point is 02:20:01 only a white man would think you could cut the end off of one end off of a blanket and sew it onto the other and still have more blanket. True. But, lo and behold, there is a bill in the Senate. It's called, Jesus, who does this? It's called the Sunshine Protection Act. And it just makes daylight savings time permanent. And I guess there's arguments for and against. But Nitwit Niro ran over to tripe social,
Starting point is 02:20:46 and Natalie Harpy triped in 385 words about it. And he said, Republicans in the Senate have to get moving on what I call the No More Changing of Clocks Act, also known as the Sunshine Protection Act. A ridiculous clock, capitalized, changing process that takes place twice a year, cost our country a fortune, is bad for crime, stress on people, sports, and just about everything else you can imagine. Even the highly respected PGA Commissioner Brian Rolap,
Starting point is 02:21:25 that's who you're going to cite, the PGA guy, needs it for the completion of golf tournaments in the winter when they just plain run out of sunlight. People don't want... See, again. Old Orange Man thinks you can cut the end off the blanket and sew it to the other end of the blanket and have more blanket.
Starting point is 02:21:45 They just run out of sunlight. People don't want to go around changing their clocks anymore and besides, far and away, most people like having an hour of extra sunlight in the evening rather than in the morning. Tell that to, and I mean, there are real, there are real debate points here. You know, tell that to mommies and daddies,
Starting point is 02:22:10 and grandpas and aunties and uncles and caregivers in general, who have to get children out the door to stand in the freezing dark waiting for the school bus. But he had a bet noir to attack, The House has passed this bill 308 to 117 on July 14, 26, with great bipartisan support. Suddenly, he likes the Democrats.
Starting point is 02:22:41 Unfortunately, it's being held up by Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas for reasons unknown. Well, you didn't call him a name? People are sick and tired of having to change their clocks twice a year. You stupid bastard! What? Do you have a wind-up alarm clock next to? to your Betty by Nitwit Nero? Virtually
Starting point is 02:23:07 no one changes clocks anymore. Computer programs take into account daylight savings time and know when it happens on the Calendar. But, you know,
Starting point is 02:23:23 he's stuck in what? 1959? You know, where you wind the cat, and put out the clock at night? Even most farmers would rather have additional time in the evening to harvest their crops.
Starting point is 02:23:46 Huh? This is how he's going to win the farmers back? Permanent daylight savings time? Oh, hey. And then... It is foolish, inconvenient, and in some cases very costly. Just imagine your Natalie Harpy sitting there. just with that vapid, vacuous smile on your face as you type merrily away.
Starting point is 02:24:22 For cities and states with watchtowers, and hard to reach places it costs millions of dollars. Watchtower, what are you, a Jehovah's Witness? Jesus, crime any! Does he think Quasimodo goes up the goddamn bell tower and gets out and swings out on a rope? It hangs on Buster Keaton-like to the hands of the clock to... Oh, God!
Starting point is 02:25:03 A recent case was made that is also bad for your health and the anxiety it creates. You, motherfucker, you're bad for our health. You create the anxiety. Leading medical crime and economic studies... Yeah, like he's random. I have shown conclusively that ceasing the biannual time change, giving us one extra hour of natural sunlight in the evenings will help decrease robbery and murder rates.
Starting point is 02:25:37 I thought you'd already decrease the robbery and murder rates, dumbass. That's what? Reduced car accidents, especially those involving pedestrians. Lower risk for cardiac issues, stroke, and seasonal depression. Oh, that's why you're worried. No, you get the sads, seasonal effective disorder syndrome. Aw, poor little Tangerine Tiberius. Make it safer for children to walk home from school.
Starting point is 02:26:11 What time of the kids getting out of school? Five? Buses? Anybody? Increase time with your family. No, it does not increase time with your family. You can have time with your family whether it's dark or light. Woo!
Starting point is 02:26:39 Strongly support extracurricular activities. One wonders what he means by extracurricular activities. We know what it means, but... I mean, he's talking about children after all. Boost the sports, fitness, tourism, retail, and restaurant industries. Really? I don't think so. And more.
Starting point is 02:27:09 And save money on energy bills because everyone will be enjoying an extra hour of daylight. Oh God He's Now by the power vested in me I'm going to change the orbit and the tilt of planet Earth But importantly With a 100% approval rating Is that nobody wants to change their clocks twice a year
Starting point is 02:27:37 Again Nobody's changing their clock I mean I have had the same clock On the wall of the fabulous Horn Studios it was part of the initial investment that Bossman Wayne made
Starting point is 02:27:57 to create this effort it is a Seth Thomas it is tied to the atomic clock somewhere in Colorado it periodically checks in by a
Starting point is 02:28:15 radio signal and stays I mean it is exactly 732 and and 20 seconds at Mark. On the atomic clock. I never have to change it.
Starting point is 02:28:42 Not once a year, not twice a year. The only thing I ever have to do is change the batteries. And that doesn't happen on a schedule with daylight savings time. Change their clocks. We don't have, there is not a single clock in this house, and there's not one in Victoria's apartment either. I would dare say that there aren't any clocks in the homes of the vast majority of the Horn family community congregation that have to be changed twice a year. Now that's not to say that it's not a pain in the ass. I can say with some certainty that the older I get, the time change screws with me a little bit more.
Starting point is 02:29:45 I love it when we change to daylight savings time in March. I do. But then again, that's because I love warmth and light. and because of my uh uh well the nature of my schedule I'm not up at sunrise
Starting point is 02:30:07 but geez this is an issue that Republicans Democrats and independents can unite behind President Donald J. Trump that what? We don't even get a thank you for your attention to this matter his brains are just slimy gray soup
Starting point is 02:30:44 I wonder I wonder what Tom Cotton's reason for holding it up is. And I wonder if he can withstand the maggot onslaught coming his way. Man, quiet night on the front porch. But there's plenty of information. I like this one.
Starting point is 02:31:29 This is a little bit of good news. And it may point the way forward for a whole lot more. we have talked from time to time about that little closet case Russian asset Benny Johnson Well Benny
Starting point is 02:31:50 Benny Benny Benny Benny Benny Benny is a jerk No singing Roxanne The hole is $480 deep What do you think you're doing?
Starting point is 02:32:03 Benny is a jerk No two ordinary citizens of the state of Illinois, well, not of the state of Illinois, two ordinary citizens have now sued Benny Johnson for defamation. And of course, this is a risk that, that, you know, Maggot Media run
Starting point is 02:32:34 because, well, you know, nitwit Nero sues at the drop of a hat and you know that the media outlets knuckle under and yell uncle at him and just throw money at him. I'm still amazed that George Snuffalo Pugas stayed with ABC News after they hung him out to dry. I guess, well, I guess cash in those checks
Starting point is 02:33:02 makes up for self-respect. But nonetheless, Kyle Frankovich, who works at Harvard University as a data scientist, as well as a contract court reporter in the state of Illinois named Maureen Fudi filed suit today, earlier today, in federal court in the Northern District of Illinois,
Starting point is 02:33:30 where, among other things, the shitheads from the Department of Justice find themselves embroiled in a mess. But Frankovich and Fudy sued Benny Johnson they said well you know
Starting point is 02:33:53 we were protesting outside the Broadview Ice facility we were detained and then after we were detained Benny Johnson portrayed us
Starting point is 02:34:05 as criminals and I don't know if this is still the case in the law of the state of Illinois but in tort law particularly in defamation law there are
Starting point is 02:34:19 There are a couple of areas where one need not prove damages in order to prevail on a case. It is libel and defamation per se. That means to make an allegation like this and to have it proven, once you've done that, you don't have to prove damages, and the jury can just hammer you, hammer the defendant. If my memory serves me correctly, those two places, those two areas of the law are mental illness and criminal conduct. There may be a third one involving having a loathsome disease. I seem to recall that.
Starting point is 02:35:17 So what Benny Johnson here did was engage in slander per se, and then, when he turned it into a podcast, it turned into libel, per se. He alleged that Ms. Foodie and Mr. Frankovich, Ms. Fudy, was just going to work. She's a contract court reporter, or maybe she stopped to protest, but it matters not. And he called them criminals. According to the reporting that I've been able to look at, It's the first time anyone has sued one of these maggot POSs who have thus far had carte blanche to call anyone anything as long as they were being supportive of daddy in the complaint file today. Frankovich and
Starting point is 02:36:26 Foodie by their counsel Carrie Ann Jones said that we're trying what we're going to do is hold these people who serve as a mouthpiece for the government accountable
Starting point is 02:36:46 and in the complaint she describes Benny Johnson's behavior as political combat up as news. Who we? That opens. And if they're successful,
Starting point is 02:37:03 and frankly, I wouldn't wait if I were other potential plaintiffs. Let's see. How about the estate of Alex Prettie? How about the estate of Renee Good? Because both of those people
Starting point is 02:37:19 were subjected to well, their families and friends were subjected to the imposition of the intentional infliction of emotional of emotional distress when various shitheads
Starting point is 02:37:42 called Pretty and Renee Good criminals terrorists yeah in the in the four corners of the pleading it says that Frankovich and Fudy were in the designated free speech zone
Starting point is 02:38:04 when goons not having been provoked, shoved and struck and detained people. Johnson, for his part, on multiple occasions, said, These are exactly the kind of people we want to be pissing off. It's your tears that keep us going.
Starting point is 02:38:33 And then went on to call people as they were abducted and detained and zip-tied, left-wing terrorists arrested for attacking police officers and ice officers. And the complaint says this was all false, and Benny Johnson damned well knew it. He also said, every activist here attacked ice agents. He got 1.7 million views on it. In fact, he inflamed some people to the point that they called for the detainees to be tortured or even murdered.
Starting point is 02:39:21 It is salient to the case that neither one of the individuals, Frankovich or Fudy, were ever charged with a crime. They were abducted. They were detained for about eight hours. And then they were turned loose a half a mile from the
Starting point is 02:39:40 Broadview Icehole facility. Among other things, Frankovich was called an Antifa leader people who followed Benny Johnson said they were trying to find him and stop him.
Starting point is 02:40:11 This guy is trash. But disproving the old adage that there is no second act in American life, apparently there is. BuzzFeed shit-can Benny Johnson in 2014 for plagiarism. And then the next thing you know, he's a dyed-in-the-wall maggot. And of course, yes, as I'm a... noted he took money from mother russia as part of the startup known as tenant media that was based in tennistan then he said well i didn't know about any russian money i was just
Starting point is 02:41:05 cash in my paycheck whirp ha yeah oh hey uh uh steve and kevin have found their way into the room hey guys hey steve hey roxan what's going on I just having a fine his frog's hair, a little Friday evening, a conversation. Nice to see you. Yeah. Sorry, I got so late. My headphones went out and they lost their charge, so I was coming home from work, and I couldn't listen to the program, so sorry about that.
Starting point is 02:41:39 Oh, I hate that for you. Hey, Steve, I passed along an arousel to Robin, I wish you'll get to it tonight, but it's a warning for you and some of other states, including myself. one of the district courts quietly okay to ICE agents and DHS to seize your phones you're in on border state
Starting point is 02:41:59 without warrant and search through them for anything terrorist or anything they don't want to find. Oh my God. Jesus Christ. It's where we are. Just remember that if you cross
Starting point is 02:42:16 the border river, go to Canada and see your other person because it's a reality now, unfortunately. Oh my God. So they can't do it, if I stay within the United States, it's just if I cross the border. No, denies agents can do it regardless. They can grab your phone and search it for terroristic things, especially if you're in a border state.
Starting point is 02:42:36 Oh, my God. It might militate in favor of having a burner phone if you're out and about. I mean, has anyone challenged this? I think the article says this was a ludoid challenge, and they cleared it and said it's fine from what they do it, you know, natural security, which is ludicrous, because we know this administration. Just having you on your phone simply, hey, fuck Trump, I don't like this is a moderation. They'll call that terrorists.
Starting point is 02:43:19 They can try to take you down for it. We'll call you a terrorist because you want to be a great leader. Yeah, you're right. Thanks for telling me, Jeremy. I'll be on the watch out. And that makes it worth it. There is a new renaissance of just really plain garden variety phones out there. the Commodore brand has been revived and there's going to be a flip phone if it's not already out.
Starting point is 02:43:48 And it's basically just a phone. Three guesses in the first you don't count. Guess which state isn't getting the supposed $500 rebates for overpaying for Obamacare? Yours? Ding, ding, ding. It's only red states he's sending it to. It's not blue states that didn't vote for them. It's the same scheme as always.
Starting point is 02:44:12 Yeah, but the funny thing is, I think. I mean, there's a limited amount of money, and I think the only people who are going to get it are people who make under $65,000 a year and live in districts that are on life support where the midterms are concerned. So, like, for instance, nobody's in trouble. None of the maggots are in trouble in West by Cold Trump, Genia, Stan. ain't no hillbilly you see and no $500 check. And just to add on to my comment from earlier, you know what I pay for insurance. I don't qualify for help. That's straight me paying for it, and I still want to increase it.
Starting point is 02:45:06 Jesus Christ. Right, because the goal is to get you uninsured, so you can then be unalive. And I hate even saying that. But these are a murderous gang of fascist thugs, and being murderous is what murderous gangs of fascist thugs do murderously. I wish I could say I can't believe this, or this is unbelievable, or this is shocking, but it's none of those things. Let me ask on kind of related to this about the midterms. What do you think is going to happen in the midterms? I don't know why I have a bad feeling, but I do.
Starting point is 02:45:57 I think just about everybody who's paying attention has that creeping sense of waiting for the other shoe to drop, Steve. And it's not without reason because these are cheaters and cheaters cheat. Unfortunately, our side still has quite a few people, as well as to the independence or voters who would vote against him, that say the polls are great. Everything's wonderful. He's going to lose so they won't vote because they count on the polls, not their fucking vote, which is insanity. The polls were long, see, the problem is, the problem is people don't understand polls. That's the real problem. They don't, people think, people see a poll and they think that's what the, that's what the race is.
Starting point is 02:46:48 They don't even think about the margin of error. I don't know. I just have this bad feeling that this, all this, all this, all this, just, just, just, just, this, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, in these, in a number of these states is going to prove much more successful than people think. I mean, I'll be honest. If you look at the, if you look at the, if you look at the metrics. you look at the polling, you look at polling, you look at all of the various metrics that predict what's going to happen in a midterm election like this. It's all very good, but I just can't get excited. There's nothing for me to be excited about here.
Starting point is 02:47:43 let's see we've got a little crepe named Riley Moore who lately Jesus is stupidity this same little asshole who went and posed for pictures down at that shithole concentration camp in
Starting point is 02:48:05 El Salvador and that's a violation of international law. He was using them as props. But now he's got a new greatest hit out. He's decided
Starting point is 02:48:27 to rewrite the history of Watergate claiming that Richard Nixon was, late for it, framed, and was cooed out of office over a fake scandal. He said
Starting point is 02:48:48 Richard Nixon was absolutely cooed out of office and was framed. All of this was fake, and we now know more about the deep state and its power and its ability to literally change things at the top. And then he said, President Trump faced this in his first term with the fake Russia collusion hoax and all that, which was not fake.
Starting point is 02:49:10 But an interesting aspect of this as it relates to Richard Nixon, he knew all of this. He knew it, and he stayed quiet about it, because he didn't want to erode the confidence of the American people in our system of governance in our institutions. Riley Moore. And who is this fucker saying that?
Starting point is 02:49:26 Riley Moore. He's the nephew of the senior senator from West Virginia, Shelley Moore Capito. Gotcha. And he is so a historic as to, I mean, Jesus Christ.
Starting point is 02:49:45 I wonder what he'd do if he found out about the fact that Nixon interfered with peace talks with the North Vietnamese back in 1968 and Lyndon Johnson saying
Starting point is 02:50:00 I know he did it it was dirty it was crooked and I can't do a goddamn thing about it you know what we are we have a contingent of people in this country
Starting point is 02:50:15 that are serious 1984 type people who truly look at the what was it what was it freedom of slavery something, I don't remember, freedom of slavery, ignorance is strength. Yes.
Starting point is 02:50:35 And what was the third one? Peace, war is peace, maybe. Yes, war is peace, freedom of slavery, ignorance of strength. And these are people who really buy this, who really believe this, who are really on board with this. Yeah. Well, and He loves the poorly educated. And God knows Republicans
Starting point is 02:51:06 have been going hammer and tongs to poorly educate the American people since about January of the 20th, 1981. Yep. I was just going to say Roger always talks about Reagan and what Reagan did to the unions in addition to what Reagan did to
Starting point is 02:51:22 public education starting with when he was governor of California. Yeah, he despised Oh, and speaking of education, Steve, did you know that there's something out there called Micro Schools? Micro schools? Yes.
Starting point is 02:51:42 That sounds like something out of Zoolander. I wish it was. It isn't. Micro schools are the latest rage in the right-wing attack on public education. and ProPublica in conjunction with journalism outfits in West Virginia, Arkansas, and North Carolina
Starting point is 02:52:10 Stan did a little experiment and they have since published an article you can find it among other places at Mountain State Spotlight the headline reads you're going to love this Steve we're not reporters not teachers
Starting point is 02:52:32 We were able to start private schools anyway. And so in states like North Carolina Stan, Arkansas, West Virginia stand, you can start a micro school literally in a barn, in a strip mall, in a brew pub, just about anywhere. In Arkansas, all it took was a few clicks on the Arkansas Secretary of State website, 45. and American flag because every school has to display the American flag, even micro schools. In West Virginia they filed their new
Starting point is 02:53:15 school's name and location on a piece of no kidding spiral notebook paper and sent it off to the government and then had a couple of emails and in
Starting point is 02:53:34 the journalism outfit the Assembly in North Carolina which is part of ProPublica. They filed an online notice of intent to open a private school at Ponysaurus Brewing Company in Durham. If I ever get back to Durham, I have to find Ponysaurus Brewing Company.
Starting point is 02:53:50 It says they have a wonderfully crisp colch. They gave their names of the reporters, they gave their news organization, email addresses. They followed the rules for a micro school for just a few students.
Starting point is 02:54:09 And then, lo and behold, they all qualified for free money from state government, up to like $7,200 per kid. So they get money from the state to do this shit? Yes. And it can be some snake handling grifter that wants to literally wants to set up a micro school in a fucking barn.
Starting point is 02:54:42 Among other things, the folks who did it said we're reporters, we have no business running a school. And the thing is, well, they got more business than a snake handling grifter does. I got me an American flag, a box of snakes, and a jug of Crisco oil. Let's start, let's start a learning them churins. Where do we live? Where do we fucking live? We live in hell in a shitty timeline.
Starting point is 02:55:29 Yes. Thank you, Matt, for articulating it that way, but Matt is right. Yeah. They said, for the record, we're not enrolling students and have no intention of operating our new schools. We did, however, register a website for our new school ventures, ProPublica Academy.com, and even designed some fun pencils to show our school spirit. They've got a... ProPublica has an article used.
Starting point is 02:56:03 you can find some of the best journalism in the country is ProPublica. Barnes, go-carts, and strip malls, the wild west of private schools that collect taxpayer dollars. And is the amount that they get standard? I think you said 7,200. Is that just the standard amount? It varies by state. How many states do this? A shit ton of them, mostly maggot states. Well, of course it's maggot states.
Starting point is 02:56:37 The ProPublica article opens the... Excuse me. A decade ago, the state of Florida stripped a teacher of her license for sexual abuse of a 16-year-old boy. Last year, she opened a private school there with ease. Her name and photo were on her new school's website, and details of her case were easy to find with an online search. The state also knew that a transplanted Midwesterner had been fired from her Cincinnati Charter School following felony charges related to misuse of public funds and had been banned from teaching or running schools in Ohio. but Florida didn't stop her from starting a private school and collecting public money. Oh, Jesus.
Starting point is 02:57:18 The funny thing is, you know, if one was sufficiently educated, one could, in theory, start one of these things and actually educate children on real topics and not, you know, not test them on what date it was when Hitler bombed. Pearl Harbor or Lewis and Clark invaded Mexico. We're so screwed. And by the way,
Starting point is 02:57:56 Rouse tells us she's already voted by mail. Can't do that here. Can't trust the maggots to vote by mail. Oh my God. Going back to a previous moment in which Matt in San Francisco
Starting point is 02:58:15 reduced me to paroxysms of laughter. Daryl in Houston just sent me a note saying, Let Matt in San Francisco know that that damn ape movie is playing right now on a channel called Movies Exclamation Point if he has that.
Starting point is 02:58:33 That damn ape movie. Oh God. And I also had a note from Mike in Cascadia. Hey Mike. My bicycle route along the border in Watcomb County in Northwest Washington. That's British Columbia right on the other side
Starting point is 02:58:51 the fence. I often ride with a bala clava when it's chilly and I'm just waiting for the border patrol to stop me one of these days and now I have to worry about them grabbing my phone. Yeah, nice bite too, Mike. Oh, that's a dandy.
Starting point is 02:59:10 That's a, yeah. It looks sturdy. Hmm. You make me think I should... You know what, I came on here with a fairly good mood tonight. And I've shit all over it. Yeah, you have.
Starting point is 02:59:32 Well, but you got a good... You got one of the better matchups tomorrow is with your beloved Buckeyes. Yeah. The Bucks versus the Hawks, but don't tell Eric Peets of Schmidt. Yeah, I was just going to say Mr. Schmidt. Sorry, didn't mean to ruin your Friday. No, you didn't. You didn't.
Starting point is 02:59:57 I'm just saying that. It's just like, I don't know. I just wish, I wish I could be more confident about the midterms, for instance. I wish I could at least be confident, or at least I wish I could at least be hopeful. I mean, all my brain and my mind tells me that the metrics are all there. It's just we've been here before. We have, but, but, You know, it's one of those, history doesn't repeat, but it rhymes kind of things.
Starting point is 03:00:46 Right. We've been places like this, but we've not been to this place. I mean, the dementia patient in chief is spending his time not going to battleground states to stump for the people, you know, candidates, incumbents or challengers, whatever, where he's got a chance to win. He went to Texas and talked at a Peterbilt factory. Nobody laughed at that the first time. I'm not going to laugh at it at this time either. But he blathered at a Peterbilt factory trying to salvage the campaign of that disgusting criminal and pervert and pedophile enabler, Ken Paxton. Right.
Starting point is 03:01:39 And then he crossed the Red River into Oklahoma stand, where not. None of the maggots are in trouble. And tonight, even as we speak, maybe he'd be in Maine supporting Susan Collins? No. How about in Michigan supporting Mike Rogers? No. How about Florida supporting Byron Donald's for governor?
Starting point is 03:02:05 No, because Byron Donald's has even taken Niro's name off his campaign website. Yeah, I've heard that. He's in Mobile, Alabama. Oh, whoa. You remember early in the 2016 campaign? The photo of the wild-eyed woman holding her baby up for Nitwit Niro to bite its head off. Do you remember that picture? Mm-mm.
Starting point is 03:02:35 Oh, God, you can look it up. It's... It got the live and be Jesus memed out of it. But back then, you know, people were, you couldn't get into a Trump rally. But you might recall, Steve, that Alabama jumped out and once our most puissant, dread sovereign, Supreme Catholic Majesty said they could, tried to gerrymander an African-American man right out of his seat. And the court told him they could. Well, lo and behold, Shamari figures the Democrat, is still holding fast in his campaign.
Starting point is 03:03:22 He's not being outpaced by 20% or anything that you would expect in Alabama. Well, it's good news then. And so Nitwit Nero is down there desperately trying to save a seat from the gerrymander wars. In Alabama, that was supposed to be a slam-dust. dunk, but it isn't. And so he's wasting time and resources doing that?
Starting point is 03:03:54 Okay. You let me tell you what? It's things like that that actually get me make me much more optimistic. It's not the polling. It's not the polling that we see in public. It's where is the money going and where is shithead
Starting point is 03:04:11 going to campaign. So those things, those things are very good signs from me. I mean, the Democrat running for governor in Iwoegia, Rob Sand, well, he's just another garden variety trying to,
Starting point is 03:04:28 you know, trying to survive with the yellow lines and the armadillas in the middle of the road and saying transphobic things, you know. What did he say? Boy sports should be for boys and girls' sports should be for girls, but in Iowa, girls are playing boys' football, so never mind. I don't know who's going to tell him about that But he's got a rock solid shot at becoming governor
Starting point is 03:04:54 Because Kim Reynolds has to leave And they're Knitwit Nero? No And they're trying to say that he's going to be Barnstorming and blitzing over the next month But honestly, Steve I don't think he could do it He can't.
Starting point is 03:05:24 As one professional has already put it, they've got him jacked up out of his mind on Pro Vigil just trying to keep him where he is now. And he's shown up at some of these events, and the stuff that used to get roars of approval go over like a turd and a punchbowl when he says him now. And the Republican consultant class, the MAGA consultant class, they're like, please, please.
Starting point is 03:05:58 They're telling their candidates. stay the fire he's toxic he's poison don't even let his name enter your mouth you know even ken paxton steve after their stupid midterm convention in in in in Dallas dude went on air and publicly said that donald trump showing up at the midterm convention lost him polling points in the race yeah i saw that I mean, talk about biting the hand that made you. Never mind, speed you.
Starting point is 03:06:37 Made him. Yeah. He wouldn't be there if it weren't for Trump. No. John Cornyn would be the nominee, and John Cornyn would thump the shit out of James Talleyco. Yeah. I wish I could have...
Starting point is 03:06:57 That's one race that I wish I could be confident about that I think Tala Rico's going to win, but I just don't think Tala RICO. He just doesn't strike me as the guy who's going to... the guy or the woman or the gal, as my grandpa used to say, he's not the guy or the gal who's going to do it, who's going to break the floodgates? So far, it's looking like he may,
Starting point is 03:07:19 and he's ahead in a number of polls. Apparently, Ken Paxton has an internal poll that shows him up by three, but internal polls are notoriously biased to make the candidate feel good, and the donors feel. good. And because of who pays for them. Right. And
Starting point is 03:07:43 it's also the intersection of a perfect political storm. Even in a place like Cakesass, some of the maggots are wising up.
Starting point is 03:08:04 And Paxton has already lost the independence. those those those those wanted problem child children of american politics uh we wake romolama ding dong is struggling in ohio against amy acton mhm mike rogers who when he announced his senate campaign in michigan put his florida mansion on the market uh a week or so ago took it off the market because he knows he's not going to be leaving florida do you think say it's going to win i think he may Yeah Give him a chance
Starting point is 03:08:51 He can't be any worse He can't be any worse than Rogers And he can't be any worse than The The mugwump middle-of-the-road Democrat Senator that he's replacing Yeah I hope that's one of the ones
Starting point is 03:09:08 I really hope wins I really hope he wins I really hope That whoever is I don't even remember who's running against Susan Collins Troy Jackson. Troy Jackson. Roy Jackson.
Starting point is 03:09:21 I think he's going to beat her. I think this latest scandal. My understanding is this latest scandal has really got legs up there. And it's been constantly in the news. I think I heard a story that said the Democrats have actually earmarked two or three million dollars up there to run ads. To hammer her on this schedule or on this scandal. Yeah. Absolutely.
Starting point is 03:09:47 If you start kicking off on your finger, first of all, start with the basic math. The breakdown of the Senate majority as it presently stands. 5347, if you count Moscow Mitch. The funny thing is there's no mention of a possible democratic upset in Kentucky stand, which I find shocking given the fact that the shenanigans around Moscow Mitch, but not only that, the absolute ass beating that the distilling industry has taken and the farmers in Kentucky. Takes a lot of corn to make bourbon. But never mind that.
Starting point is 03:10:34 It's 5347, I think. Well, one of those 53 is Susan Collins. One of those 53s is an open seat in Michigan. Roger Marshall is in terrible trouble in Kansas after the world found out that he imprisons women for $50 unpaid bills. Right. So that's Kansas, Michigan, Maine.
Starting point is 03:11:11 North Carolina looks like it will swing Democratic. That's four. Texas. that's five so we're at 52 to 48 and there's more beyond that I mean Jesus
Starting point is 03:11:42 Sherrod Brown Sherrod Brown in Ohio that's six and John Hoosted is not doing himself any favors going on TV talking about how the poor just don't understand how money works because all they've had to do was however was present their
Starting point is 03:11:59 snap card and get free food wasn't that the great I have to tell you, I thought that was the best ad. Oh, yeah, where the lady at the very end says, fuck that. Fuck that. And Sherrod Brown says. Yeah. Sherrod Brown says, and I'm Sherrod Brown, and I approve this message. Yes.
Starting point is 03:12:21 I think that's great. And I'm trying to think, it seems like there's another one somewhere. Hell, it might be Iowa. No, no, not Iowa. Which isn't Florida? fairly close uh it might be yeah that that that woman is a mess
Starting point is 03:12:50 what about Wisconsin is Wisconsin is Wisconsin I think that's just governor okay but it could you know if there's anything we could wind up 52 or 53 we could do a direct flip-flop
Starting point is 03:13:15 oh yeah yeah it's yeah the guy who's running against the the Methodist minister running against Roger Marshall in Kansas who showed some spine and said, yeah, I get elected. I'm not supporting Chuck Schumer for
Starting point is 03:13:34 majority leader. And that's going to be a big part of whether or not we have any success if we take the Senate too. Whether we let the senator from Wall Street continue to drive the democratic agenda. There's another guy, too, Roxanne. The guy, he's an
Starting point is 03:13:54 independent from Nebraska. Yeah, yeah. And there's also a competitive race in which an independent is running in Montana. Mm-hmm. And they're trying to get the Democrat to drop out. Yeah. But the independent in Nebraska is the, I think he's even endorsed by the Democrats. Yes, he is.
Starting point is 03:14:24 So suddenly we could be 50, 46. Did you imagine? Well, if you're 54 or 55 to 40, if you're 55 to 45, then if you impeach it with Nero, you might get enough senator, you might get to 60 and be done with him
Starting point is 03:14:53 as long as, as long as Democratic senators don't all go mugwump and say, let's don't try anybody on a bill of impeachment. Oh, please. What was the one you said she said she didn't want to admit that was Tammy Duckworth
Starting point is 03:15:11 and Roger offered a little bit of nuance on that so I may have been wrong but I swear to God I'm going to stick by what I said on this Steve if I hear a Democrat say oh we need to look forward
Starting point is 03:15:26 I'm done I'm done yeah me too for what it's worth I mean, in the email that I shared from Mike in Cascadia at the beginning of the program, he talked about how, you know, how effective the Nazis were in Amsterdam and how, yeah, the resistance was doing its thing, but by the time the war was over, only 5,000 Jews remained in Amsterdam. And I'm sorry.
Starting point is 03:16:09 I'm not, I'm, I'm, I'm not in a kumbaya mood. Not either. I want some, I want some, I want some, I want some, I want some folks to have their head shaved in the middle of the town square. Yeah, I want to see some retribution. I want to see some people in the stocks. I want to see, I want to see people go to prison. But again, we can't, we can't do that until we get a Democrat in the White House. And that would be part of any calculus.
Starting point is 03:16:41 that would come out of a Democratic majority in the House and Senate would be, do we want to take time to do that? Do we want to remove Nitwit Nero from office and hand the office to Jimmy Dick Bowman? Or do we want to roll the dice and see if Nittwit Nero dies? And the political calculus there is which of those two scenarios works out better to the benefit of Jimmy Dick Bowman. And I don't necessarily know the answer to that question.
Starting point is 03:17:31 Yeah, I was going to say I don't know the answer to that. I mean, I do know I've heard maggots say, or MAGA voters say of Trump, I'm just fucking done with him, and I hope he dies and we can get somebody in there who can make things better. I heard a MAGA voter say that, and I just kept my counsel. it came along with the praise, I'm so done with him. But anyway, I have overblathered. It's lovely to chat with you this evening, Steve. Great to hear from you.
Starting point is 03:18:13 Yeah, you too, and I'm sorry. I apologize for being so late. Oh, no worries, no worries. It's not like we've got a tardy bell or anything here. Some sort of school marm out on the prairie. Trying to keep my skirts from catching fire as I go to start the fire in the old Franklin Cole stove. I'm not take attendance, but I do. Be careful.
Starting point is 03:18:38 Well, that's your job. By the way, juvenile delinquent number two, juvenile delinquent number one has a message for you. I think my fellow juvenile delinquent number two is exaggerating about the phone searches. I routinely go back and forth and in a border territory, we all are up here, and my passport says, problematic. I'd be a prime target for them. And they've never so much as said boo.
Starting point is 03:19:09 So there's that. Anyway, thanks everybody. I will offer up one last pitch. If anybody can help out in raising, well, like I said, if we can raise $230, then that wipes out the deficit for yesterday and today. thanks to Bruce and Karen's Memorial Challenge.
