Starting point is 00:00:02 The password is timber. It's showtime. Here we go, live from behind the corn phone curtain. It's head-on with Roxanne Kincaid. Three hours of cussin and discussin, with America's only liberal transvilly elitist right here, right now, on the head-on radio network. Brought to you in part by Cole River Mountain Watch,
Starting point is 00:00:42 who invites you to be part of the uprising against Mountain Falls. removal, CRMW.net. And now, from high in the hills of West by God, Virginia, here she is. Roxanne Kincaid. Well, howdy. And here we go, off and running on this 21st day of September, 2006. This is the horn. Head on. Dot Live is where you'll find us on the interweb tubes.
Starting point is 00:01:31 That's where you go. If you'd like to be part of the Merry Wacky Zayming Real-Mat multimedia extravaganza, that is the Horn chat room in the three hours in which this program is live, Monday through Friday, 5 to 8 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, 2 to 5 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time, all-time zones in between, and the Great Globe round. And whatever time it is when you're listening to the podcast, for those of you who are members of the podcast and contend you to the Horn Family Community Congregation, well, thank you so very kindly for sharing your precious finite time with us.
Starting point is 00:02:01 with the community whatever part of the day when you choose to listen if I could implore you beg you plead with you to please leave us a comment or review or remark as the podcasts are uploaded
Starting point is 00:02:17 it's not just a one-time thing just you know leave us a hi how are you howdy love the show whatever you want to say it drives engagement with the algorithms and helps to show the program to more people searching for content. And, you know, we're kind of a rarity here.
Starting point is 00:02:39 In a world of 40-second clips on the tickety-to-to-to-de-machine, you know, you can't get a lot of content out of a 40-second clip, but you can get a lot of context out of a three-hour conversation that has, well, over two decades behind it. I mean, Lordy, we're just swimming in context here. And there's just not a whole lot of three-hour non-commercial, non-capitalist broadcasts out there anymore. We are an endangered species, but hopefully,
Starting point is 00:03:31 Well, we'll just keep on, we'll keep on keeping on as long as we possibly can. So if you could leave us a remark, something like that, it would be awfully helpful. And if you're listening live, well, thank you for being a part of we few, we happy few, and joining in the conversation that way. I love hearing from you during the program. You know that. I love the conversations we have online and on the phone, because it adds to the greater quantum of understanding that we seek here.
Starting point is 00:04:07 Hi, I'm Roxanne. It is Monday. A new week begins. And, well, unfortunately, as it has been since the 20th day of January, 2025, a new and monumentally stupid week begins. and we'll get into that in fairly short order. But every program here at the Horn begins with gratitude, and this program is no difference.
Starting point is 00:04:37 So consequently, we say thanks to our 21st, 20th, and 19th day of the month subscribers and contributors via PayPal. And what that means is thank you ever so kindly, working backwards. Thank you to Charlie at APS Radio News. And thanks as well to Ralphs. Thank you, Ralphs. And thank you to Reverbo.
Starting point is 00:04:59 out in Colorado. Thank you to John down in North Alabama in the Tennessee Valley. Thank you, Armand. Thank you so very kindly. Thank you to Darlene in Connecticut. And I guess, you know, summer is over, and I never, Darlene has long been my, my, what, well, not co-conspirator, but a commiserator in, well,
Starting point is 00:05:29 You know how it is, people say, I just love the fall, all those autumn colors. Ah, baloney! The warm weather's over and the great freezing approaches. So I'm kind of spent the weekend grieving the loss of warmth and light. But thank you, Darlene. Love to hear from you sometime. Been too long. and thank you to each and every one of you who are partial sponsors of the program.
Starting point is 00:06:06 Where are we in terms of funding? I've tried to operate along a different paradigm this month because we have a $2,000 challenge on the table, and we're 21 days into September, and we've still got $880 to go on that challenge. gosh if we could just knock that out before september's over and you know qualify for the challenge otherwise well uh the whole we're in is going to be breath-takingly deep and that makes that makes this you know independent non-commercial non-capitalist broadcasting
Starting point is 00:06:46 kind of difficult yeah of course everybody knows that we're all experiencing the same shit show thanks to the people who ran out and voted for nitwit Nero and this is one I've seen and it just made me one of
Starting point is 00:07:06 neat dirt and run rabbits I voted for Trump and I regret it now just we didn't have no better choices back in back in 2024 the hell you didn't
Starting point is 00:07:21 you just couldn't stand to vote the idea of voting for the smart black lady, the smart brown lady, because you didn't like the way she laughed. Ah, maggots. Yeah, yeah. Easy there, easy there, Roxanne. You'll never make it to 8 p.m. Eastern Daylight time if you start carrying on like this. But yeah, it is. It's hard to stomach that. kind of stupidity. Let's see. I mean, there's really no point in it.
Starting point is 00:08:03 You know, we're all of a similar mindset here, but Jesus Christ, diesel wouldn't be, what is diesel now? Has it gotten to $10 a gallon yet? I think, yeah, I saw it $10 a gallon somewhere at a love's truck stop. Clarence, if you're out there on the road somewhere, maybe give us an update, pretty please, and let us know what you're seeing. golly moses and let's see
Starting point is 00:08:34 gasoline for for my car you know I used to joke about well you know the show's over so I'm going to go down to the settlements for a snack get a bite of dinner or whatever yeah no no more and there are people
Starting point is 00:08:50 paying far more than me but you know it was let's see I did have to go down to the settlements on Saturday and at that point in time, $30 bought me not quite, because I was running it all the way down until the low fuel light came on.
Starting point is 00:09:15 $30 in the 2016 little Ford mid-sized sedan. $30 got me not quite. a half a tank of gas gee thanks maggots really how can I thank you enough you dumbasses I know I know
Starting point is 00:09:40 but tell us how you feel don't yeah right but it's infuriating it is infuriating and while it you know there's some I guess there's some
Starting point is 00:09:55 sort of schadenfreude to be had over maggots saying things like oh sure I wish I hadn't voted for him now no he only did it he only did what he promised you he'd do except for the no new wars part but you knew he was a liar
Starting point is 00:10:10 the first time through how many lies did he tell in the four years that he was in office but you thought that was fake news didn't you maggot oh god the stupid the stupid the stupid but here we are Yeah, I know.
Starting point is 00:10:34 Jeremy Juvenile delinquent number two saying, but but it's only a few dollars, just a small price to pay to make sure Iran will ever have a nuke, by God. You know what, I got a sneaking suspicion at some point in time Iran is going to have a nuke. I don't think they really wanted one before all this bullshit started. They just wanted a buffer against being attacked by our partners in peace, the Israelis and the Saudis, et cetera, and, you know, us.
Starting point is 00:11:00 but nothing says the United States will not attack you, quite like having a nuke, just ask, well, Kim Jong bad golf pants. But then again, nitwit Nero thinks they're bosom buddies, even though Kim Jong bad golf pants called him, uh, what was the word? Yes, a dotard. A dotard. And you know what? I hate to find myself in a state of agreement with Kim Jong bad golf pants. but well
Starting point is 00:11:29 on this occasion I'm willing to make an exception mm-hmm yeah but like I said we're 880 to go in a desperate attempt to qualify
Starting point is 00:11:43 and the bills they are awaiting so if we could start this brand new broadcast week off by knocking off a two or a couple or three hundred dollars of that deficit, it would be fantastic.
Starting point is 00:12:05 And Ralphs has a $25 challenge to get us started. Scott Besant, he formerly of the Pink Pony Palace, I mean Pink Palace in Charleston, South Kalong, the Treasury Secretary. he's going to issue a trillion dollars in short-term treasury bills or maybe just tapping out the Treasury General account and the bond market's been whipping his ass lately as for bond yields the 30-year benchmark treasury treasury bond dropped on buyback announcements before it
Starting point is 00:13:01 bounced back up to near 5.25%. Shit. Nobody's getting that on their certificates of deposit or their savings accounts, are they? This is... Well, you know, he's trying with the news from the Fed at the end of the week there when his hand-picked Fed chairman, Kevin Worse, said,
Starting point is 00:13:36 I'm not going to do what Daddy told me to do. I'm going to raise interest rates, and I'm going to raise them again before the years out, because, well, Daddy's just about fucked the economy into the dirt. I mean, not that he can actually fuck anymore, but there's, sorry about the F-bomb so early in the program, but here we are. So, financial, it's, it's, it's, Ralph's, $25, financial genius
Starting point is 00:14:02 Scott Bessent challenge. Thank you, Ralph. Thank you so kindly. If met, that'll get us down to $830. And that'll be some momentum on which we can build. We've got eight programs left in the month of September. So that means we need to do a little bit more than $100 a day
Starting point is 00:14:24 just to meet the challenge. So thank you, Ralph's. Thank you. And, yeah, But like I said, I know how hard times are. And so thank you to those of you who can help. Well, thank you. Thank you, Bob. We are now that challenge has been met, so we are at 8.30.
Starting point is 00:14:51 Can we, anybody want to jump in and stand shoulder to shoulder with Bob and keep the momentum going? Thank you. Thank you so, so much. and so well let's deal with the password shall we oh and by the way
Starting point is 00:15:12 just a quick hello I got added to a list over on blue sky southerners of blue sky thank you that's so sweet and if anybody's listening if anybody happens to
Starting point is 00:15:27 have checked out the program via that or at headon.com uh thanks very kindly and i'd love to hear from you through the uh contact the show portal at head on dot live uh and welcome aboard yeah thank you thank you very much uh i hope you'll enjoy what you hear and please pardon the occasional paroxysms of profanity but well that's i know it's not terribly southern and ladylike but well it happens it's i i blame the uh i blame the uh i blame the times in which we find ourselves. I do.
Starting point is 00:16:05 And so the password, timber. Jesus, this is embarrassing. I mentioned January the 20th, 2025. And
Starting point is 00:16:33 well, dogg on it, it's bad enough just in general. But one of the worst parts of it all is the fact that we have been plunged into
Starting point is 00:16:51 embarrassingly prurient times. Oh, and by the way, Ralph says, thanks, Bob. And I hate it. I mean, sure, you know, a little bit of blue humor here and there, why not, you know.
Starting point is 00:17:13 But everything about this filthy mal administration just they make everything dirty they make everything pornographic they make everything
Starting point is 00:17:32 obscene and so here we are you know we've talked in the past about the obsession of the obsession of the the DUI hire Whiskey Pete Keg Breath with manliness and masculinity
Starting point is 00:18:04 such that he's willing to compel members of the military to take testosterone injections even though it very well may render members of the military sterile or at least very, very low sperm producing. because, of course, Whiskey Peak Keg Breath is a rotten sod of a drunk and knows about as much about science as a hog knows about Sunday suits. Yeah. And so it is that, you know, he's obsessed with testosterone, and now the Pentagon has released new medicine. guidance related to the perceived low T of members of the military over 30.
Starting point is 00:19:21 Yeah. And now with that new guidance, I wish I was kidding. I do. I genuinely do. But I'm not. Whiskey Pete is sitting there with a handle of. of a Mexican gasoline in his hand
Starting point is 00:19:45 you know El Toro or maybe two fingers what have you you know the nasty stuff and a swirly straw and well we
Starting point is 00:19:59 we come back to what we've always known and what we've remarked upon over the years these these creepy chuds spend more time thinking about how other people have sex, and most people think about having sex at all. And so it is sitting there in his office, in the Pentagon,
Starting point is 00:20:25 where he had, no, no kidding, a vanity installed so he can put on his makeup for TV. You know, he was a talking head on TV, and he was used to sitting there in front of the vanity mirror and getting his makeup done before it was time to go on air. At least that's his excuse. Well, Whiskey Pete is worried about, I remember the password was timber.
Starting point is 00:21:03 Whiskey Pete is worried about whether members of the military are experiencing, this is just embarrassing. Morning Wood, because Whiskey Pete, being an unvarnished brass-bound dumbass, it is after all, Moran Monday, you know. Um, remember Moran Monday? Yeah. You've got to remember that these are just simple farmers. These are people of the land.
Starting point is 00:21:43 You know, morons. Mm-hmm. uh, Whiskey Pete is concerned with whether or not his war fighters are waking up with stiffies. Because they're supposed to be waking up with stiffies. I am. As soon as this show's over,
Starting point is 00:22:04 I promise you, I'm going to shower and bleach. This is just, ugh. Ah. Because I guess a measure of whether a soldier is ready to, to fight to defend the new 90 states of America, the greatest country in the history of the world on earth now today,
Starting point is 00:22:28 forever in the universe under God, amen. Well, yeah, the measure of that is whether he wakes up with an erection. Because the United States military, in a questionnaire for soldiers over 30, airmen and Marines and sailors and guardsmen and whatnot, too, are going to be asking whether or not they've, whether they have experienced a decrease. I'm not kidding. In mourning erections.
Starting point is 00:23:23 I wish I was joking. I always shows making it up. But if, you know, if you were a writer for one of the remaining late-night television programs, and you came up with a joke like this, you wouldn't make it out of the writers or be like, Come on. You're not even trying. That's just stupid. But here we are. And never mind that that physiological response is primarily the body's way of telling a male.
Starting point is 00:24:00 But they probably need to get to the bathroom and have that first wee of the day. No, no Well, when Whiskey Pete gets one He just rolls over and copulates on whatever happens to be nearby Dear heavens You feel bad for whatever falls asleep next to Whiskey Pete, don't you? Mm-hmm Yeah, they're
Starting point is 00:24:36 Pentagon says they're going to optimize natural hormone levels the funny thing is the actual medical rationale behind all of this is that and restrictions on treatment is that for guys who are in heterosexual relationships and planning on baby making well they they're the doctors aren't supposed to give them the testosterone because well they won't be making many babies with their if they're juicing the tea. Behold.
Starting point is 00:25:25 Behold. The stupid, dip shit, dumbass timeline in which we find ourselves. Goodness gracious sakes alive. I wish I was kidding. But, you know, he's super, he's super straight that whiskey, Pete. That's why he sits around thinking about hard dinguses all the time.
Starting point is 00:26:05 I mean, that's a totally straight thing to do, isn't it? Oh, and speaking of straight, I'm sorry, it's more on Monday. I don't write the news. The news comes to me and I just have to deal with it. But speaking of straight, you know, at one point in time, we thought that, there were some things in life that we could count on. I mean, there was, granted, she was a teenager, might have even been underage, but, you know, there was good, good Christian high school dropout,
Starting point is 00:26:54 Lor Lorre Bobert, otherwise known as Handy Snurr, Smurf, and she was married to a guy named. Jason, who at a bowling alley one day, whipped out his dingus to show those around him that, yes, in fact, he really did have a tattoo on it, got himself charged with some lewd and lascivious conduct, that kind of thing. And then, of course, you know, Jason and Lorlor had some spawn. Apparently Jason wasn't low tea. and then, what, a couple of years ago, she divorced Jason. And then she, well, she got caught in a theater there in Denver, Colorado at a musical performance of Beetlejuice,
Starting point is 00:28:02 at which time she earned her nickname Handy Smurf this is after she'd been to a doctor and got her kidneys enlarged to the point they were popping out of her dress and at that point in time she was on a date with a fellow who owned a bar that had drag shows maybe that should have been a clue
Starting point is 00:28:35 but we really didn't see it that way at the time but you know handy smurf right well now and it's always this way with the maggots I don't know why I was surprised this story actually popped just right after I got off the air
Starting point is 00:28:58 from Friday on the front porch yeah this is a dandy and let me offer up the usual disclaimer. This has nothing to do with a critique of anyone's sexuality. It is not. What it is is a critique of hypocrisy. And what hypocrisy it is.
Starting point is 00:29:33 You might recall, I think it was Thursday evening, I was talking with Miss Terry about her candidacy down in the old 96th House District of Alabama, and we were talking about how her opponent is a member of the brown skirts, you know, the Moms for Liberty. Sit, Liberty, sit, woo! Which, of course, was founded by a woman who barked and grunted and brayed all over Florida and was a member of a school board even,
Starting point is 00:30:04 and a dear, dear friend of Governor Ron Monkey Up Go Go Boots to Clantis. And she was terribly upset about, I mean, she had to make sure that nobody could say gay in the schools of Florida. And then, of course, it came out that there was a sex tape of her engaged in some high-tee, lesbian, lesbicious behavior in a three-way with her hubby. and a woman that neither of them were married to. Tadda! Look, it's Lorlaubert! Engager in high-tee lesbicious behavior. The news broke, like I said, just after Airtime Friday,
Starting point is 00:30:57 a group called American Muckrakers filed an ethics complaint with the House Ethics Committee. The headline reads, Breaking, ethics complaint, alleges Bobert had sexual relationships with three senior staffers, paid $200,000 in hush money to conceal one affair. Sworn complaint filed.
Starting point is 00:31:31 Oh, okay. And when I saw it, it's like, oh, wow, okay, yeah, turns out, yeah, so she went a romping with a couple of the boy toys interruption. But no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. And every outraged maggot man in the country is, yes, outraged, outraged, outraged at the allegation that a good Christian woman like Lauren Bobert, that would be Granny Lauren Boebert, who is a granny at 38 years old, the outrage that anyone would allege that she was having sex with another woman,
Starting point is 00:32:17 and none of the maggots got to watch, because, you know, maggot men are real weird about women-loving women. I like to watch. Oh, hell, just go ahead and do the impression, Roxanne. I like to watch. So apparently, Lor-Lor. Lesbore? No, she's not a...
Starting point is 00:32:51 She's not a gold star lesbian. I don't think she gets a star. She'd probably be by. Listen, this is some salacious and prurient shit. But like I said, I don't make up the news. But here it is. Yeah, of course, these people who bray about... And, of course, I don't think Jesus doesn't like the gays or the queers, the transies, what, no, I think if you believe in Jesus, Jesus loves everybody.
Starting point is 00:33:29 Don't ask a maggot, though, because they will decidedly disagree. But, yes, according to the complaint, Lorlor had a right, torrid fling with what? one, Clarice Navarro Rats Laugh. I'm not making this up. R-A-T-Z-L-A-F-F. And there are photos of them together in, like, L-B-Ds,
Starting point is 00:34:11 and by, well, as Ms. Micah puts it. On behalf of the pansexuals out here, we do not claim her. nor would I expect you to. But it's not just that she engaged in some high-tee lesbicious behavior. It's that the woman with whom she did it is said to have turned around and said, uh, well, that apparently she said she told Lauren that she was going to go and dropped the
Starting point is 00:35:11 dime and Lauren suddenly scrounged up $200,000 to pay her off and of course Lauren was one of those out there
Starting point is 00:35:32 standing with the Epstein survivors and I think she was one of the ones who complained about or was that marginally? trailer queen talking about all the ethics complaints against all the creepy maggot men in the congress yeah but uh david b wheeler president and co-founder of american muckrakers
Starting point is 00:36:02 filed the camp the complaint and executed it on the 17th day of september and then he published it for all the world to see because american muckrakers has been following the career of handy smurf for some years now. In the complaint it says that her relationship with Ms. Navarro Ratsalaf, rats laugh, there's no extra vowel in there, rats laugh, Rats Gapaw, well, that they were, engaged in some activity that was not a one man, one wo man, Christian, God fear and upstanding marriage ordained by the Lord God between 2021 and January, 2025, while she was in, while she was in a
Starting point is 00:37:24 a subordinate employee in Handy Smurf's office. They'd get together after hours and in the district office. They got together in a vehicle that she got reimbursed for mileage in. And they were. a rompin. That's a term we used down here in the hills. They were a rompin in hotel rooms that Handy Smurfs campaign paid for. And it wasn't just her. No, there were two other, there were two other individuals with whom Lauren was a romp in. the analysis of house payroll data in the complaint
Starting point is 00:38:32 says that Ms. Navarro Ratslaff's compensation was around $450,000 over four years. Goodness gracious, I may have to have the calculator for that one. Let's see, that would be your... Okay, got to clear it all off. That would be your four. 5-0-0-0-0 and 4 Gazenta that's $112,500 a year
Starting point is 00:39:06 that ain't chicken feed not by a long shot there was something in the complaint called implied year-end bonuses that came to about $31,000 and well yeah
Starting point is 00:39:39 Bobblehead has barked and grunted and hooted about wanting transparency about the payments that congressional members make to silence their staffers in fact last year speaking to Raw story she said that
Starting point is 00:39:57 congressional settlement should be disclosed too I don't care what letters next to anybody's name what were they covering up what were they paying off why are they still serving now jason to be fair jason bobert the one with the tattooed dingus said well i think it's all a fairy tale made-up propaganda i don't believe any of that
Starting point is 00:40:29 bad sources you know why he doesn't believe it because he'd like to hope that she would have invited him to watch if she'd die it because these maggots are all a bunch of creeps. Yeah. Oh, don't forget,
Starting point is 00:41:02 says Jeremy in Vermont, when Bobo was escorted out by a black security guard, she yelled, don't you know who I am, you ginger? Only it's got all, it wasn't ginger. It was just another word that has all the same letters.
Starting point is 00:41:18 Right. Thank you for the reminder. Ha! Okay. First Ramalama ding-dong of the evening goes to Baltimore Bob. Hi, Bob. Subject line, Bobert. In the event of another recession, maybe Lauren Bobert will reach across the aisle and give everyone jobs. The jokes write themselves, y'all.
Starting point is 00:41:53 And thank you for writing that one. Bob, thank you very kindly. And from the Camel Cardinal, Brother Deacon Asa, a pattern emerges. I know Whiskey Pete, spelling it P-E-A-T, because, well, the Camel Cardinal is a whiskey snob, hates the transies and all, but notice that he got rid of women from combat roles. He's installed man-make-up facilities right in his office, and he's promoting Morning Chub among a bunch of sweaty men with not a female in sight. Does Whiskey Pete want to tell us something?
Starting point is 00:42:33 Ah, is a beginning, now he's writing in dialect, oh dear. Ah is a beginning to think that Mr. Pete may have some sugar in his tank. Look, come on. Can we just say? The entire maggot party is just one great, big closet. And again, just to make things abundantly clear. Love who you love. Love with passion and joy and excitement.
Starting point is 00:43:18 But don't run around pretending to be something that you are not. As I have in the past paraphrased Andrew Marvell, the closet is a fine and quiet place. But none I think do there embrace, and I guess I'm going to have to rethink that and change it to the closet is a fine and quiet place, but some I think, but lots, I think, there it is. The closet is a fine and quiet place, but lots, I think, do their embrace. I haven't seen anything, I haven't seen any furious refutations coming from the,
Starting point is 00:44:05 from the, office O. Bobert. If you want to read the entire complaint, you can. You can start by going to American muckrakers.com. And I imagine it's probably at the top. Ethics complaint alleges Bobert had sexual relationships with three senior staffers, paid $200,000 in hush money to conceal one affair, sworn complaint filed. Yeah. And of course, there was more than just Ms. Navarro Ratslath.
Starting point is 00:44:49 There was also Raven Finnegan, her current district chief of staff. I'm guessing Raven is another girl. At this point in time, the maggots are going to be taking cold showers. There's the danged excited. And... Oh, goddess of irony, you are a good goddess, a very good goddess, the best of goddesses. There was also a boy toy involved, according to the complaint. And that would be her chief of staff from 2021 to 2025.
Starting point is 00:45:37 Yeah. And, oh, wait for it, this is so good. Where's Matt in San Francisco when I need him? The masculine fella is, like I said, her chief of staff from 2021 to 2025, which means he was knocking down some change. Chief of staff pays good on Capitol Hill. And that would be Jeffrey Small. I'm just going to wait for the giggling to die down.
Starting point is 00:46:20 Yes, Jeffrey Small, S-M-A-L-L, not S-M-O-L, which is an alternate. spelling of small. No, this is Jeffrey. Goddess, could you maybe, I don't want to wear out my welcome or anything. Could you, could you
Starting point is 00:46:42 please just let his middle initial be be? I mean, Jeffrey Small is pretty good. The great goddess. No. Jeffrey Small
Starting point is 00:47:00 Raven Pinnockin. As for Ms. Navarro, she's a former Colorado state representative and Nitwit Niro once appointed her to the USDA
Starting point is 00:47:19 as well. And like I said, she ran the district operation for four years and yeah there's a photo of uh miss navarro rat's laugh and uh a woman named silvers um and then there's nitwit nero standing there grinning with his thumb up like he's getting ready to stick it somewhere and he just happens to be standing next to lorlore
Starting point is 00:47:55 hi what can i say it's monday uh in the complying complaint, it says that encounters happen during and after office hours in the district office itself. And then the aforeman, well, you know, Ralph's serving as the horn ad hoc, Clarice Navarro research department said, oh my God, Roxanne. Clarice Navarro looks like a really messy Lauren Bobert. Well, look, it's hard to come out of that. One of those encounters with your hair perfectly quaffed. I mean, cut her some slack ralps.
Starting point is 00:49:01 So ashamed. But, yeah. One with jet black hair, and then Lorlor with her brunette tinged. locks. Mr. Wheeler said, our sources have direct knowledge of the relationship between Navarro and Bobert through, uh-oh,
Starting point is 00:49:31 text messages, bank records, court documents, and recorded conversations. Ooh. Mm-hmm. Oh, dear God. I don't know if the maggots are going to be able to contain themselves, because now there's allegations in here of, well in one bizarre incident our sources claim that Navarro and Bobert got into a knockdown dragout and physical argument
Starting point is 00:50:00 at a place called and I'm not kidding I can't make this up Houch Aspen which is owned by the fellow who was there for the uh... uh... Beetlejuice handout uh... his name
Starting point is 00:50:23 James Quinn Gallagher. Oh, yeah, I know, I know. Yeah, the two of them, yeah, I get that. I get that, Ralphs. But there at Hooch, Aspen, I'll tell you what, the goddess did a number on this one, pulled out all the stops. No, they got into a brawl because Navarro Rats laugh
Starting point is 00:51:06 got mad at her girlfriend, Lorlor, for flirting with Quinn Gallagher. And then the two got into it. Mr. Wheeler in his article says, our sources claim there's video of the fight inside Hooch, Chaston. We're seeking to locate this video, and we'll post here and turn over to investigators when we receive it.
Starting point is 00:51:44 In early 2023, lots of people have been talking to Mr. Wheeler. Navarro Ratslaff's husband, Jace Ratslaff, told his wife that he knew that she had been a rompin with Lorlor, and divorced her, filed for divorce in March of 2023. Bobblehead, on the other hand, filed for divorce in May of 2023 from Jason, the guy with the tattooed dingus, And then, God, this is a soap opera.
Starting point is 00:52:32 I feel like we need some young and restless, the young and restless theme. Wait a minute. Let's do this right. I'll get the ad. One of the days I'll be able to afford to go ad free on Google. Here we go. In another twist,
Starting point is 00:53:29 Navarro found out she had been fired through a, staff announcement by Bovert in the D.C. office. Bobert never told her why she was fired, but simply stopped communicating with her, but allowed her to stay on U.S. House of Representatives payroll and benefits from September 2024 through January 2025. This is what's known in politics as ghost payroll and illegal according to federal law and U.S. House rules as alleged in the complaint. One source also claims that Bobert and Navarro had a threesome with former U.S. representative Matt Gates and that Navarro and Bobert separately have been having affairs with men and women for years. The money trail assembled from official house statements of
Starting point is 00:54:39 disbursements and FEC record shows $449,391 in total house pay to Navarro over four years. Around $30,650 in year-end bonuses paid from taxpayer funds in the fourth quarter of every single year of her employment. Roughly $6,1,600. $150, 2021, $11,500, $2022, $8,000, $2,000, $2,000, $2,000, $5,000, $2,24. The complaint alleges these bonuses were paid on account of the relationship, not for official work. $5,000 from Bobert's campaign on July 8, 2022, reported to the FECC as fundraising consulting. The complaint alleges no consulting was. performed and oh how can you be so sure consulting can take place in many
Starting point is 00:55:40 different places and take many different forms and that the payment was made to buy silence making the FEC report false and around two hundred thousand dollars in or about March 2025 the complaint alleges that after leaving the office Navarro told Boebert she intended to file an ethics complaint and that a payment of approximately two hundred thousand was then made to her to make it go away. The source of the funds is unknown. A person with direct knowledge of the payment's receipt
Starting point is 00:56:15 personally viewed it. The record of the payment will be readily available. To investigators. Mm-hmm. Yeah. But it's also a Ginsu commercial. But wait. There's more.
Starting point is 00:56:41 The complaint also documents an October 22 trip in which Navarro accompanied Bobert to Magaloko for a campaign fundraising visit with Donald Trump. The Colorado Times recorder photographed the two together at the resort. Bobert's own FEC filing show the campaign paying for West Palm Beach meals, catering, and a courtyard by Marriott Hotel Bill. in the exact same window. I have before me the photograph,
Starting point is 00:57:25 and unless I'm mistaken, it's been cropped in such a way as to show Christine Navarro Rats laugh and Lauren bobbled with her big old rabiddy smile. And there are some falling honey blonde-ish tresses to Handy Smurfs immediate left, that if I'm not mistaken, might be none other than the
Starting point is 00:58:03 Rapunzelist tresses of melanoma. I could be wrong. Mm-hmm. Yes, yes, yes. The complaint also alleges that Bobart engaged in sexual relationships with Ravens, Finnegan, who rose from campaign staff to field representative to district chief of staff and remains on the House payroll today, and with Jeff Small, the chief of staff who ran her
Starting point is 00:58:39 Washington office for four years and collected $767,892 in taxpayer-funded salary before departing in January 2025 with a $10,000 campaign payment on his way out the door. Oh, there's Rayvan. no pictures of Jeffrey B. Small. At this point in time, I'm just insisting that his middle initial BB, just because that's the way I want the goddess of irony to work it out. Or maybe it's Jeffrey N. Small. The N is for not.
Starting point is 00:59:33 Okay. I mean, yes, it's tawdry. And no, it's not even a teeny tiny, itsy, bitsy little bit surprising. And here's hoping. You know, nobody likes lore lore. So, you know, the ethics committee is one of those committees. It's a bit of a rarity. No matter who's in control of the Congress,
Starting point is 01:00:05 the House Ethics Committee is always made up of an equal number of Democrats and once upon a time Republicans, but now, you know, maggots. And lore lore may have a hard time finding a friend in that bunch. Well, Moran Monday has shown itself to be off to quite a beginning. And that's before we really get into the meat of things while we're at it, since we are dealing with Morans. From time to time on this program, in the way of an unpaid product placement, we have mentioned the fine, fine products produced by Tillamook. out in the great northwest.
Starting point is 01:01:02 Roger has gone so far as to tell us about the days when it was a smaller outfit and they made their own ice cream and apparently it was for the ages. Well, they're primarily known for their cheeses. And, golly, it's really good cheese.
Starting point is 01:01:27 I'm particularly fond of their extra sharp cheddar. I mean, their extra sharp cheddar is so sharp you can shave with it. I mean, makes a great addition to pimento cheese or to put into mac and cheese.
Starting point is 01:01:45 Just fantastic. Well, like I said, it's more in Monday. And the maggots are mad at big cheese. or big tillamook I recall being corrected at one point in time I think I was saying tillamook and I was told it's tillamook
Starting point is 01:02:07 am I getting that right? Somebody let me know no the maggots are mad at Tillamook because well they're I mean they're mad at Zoron Mamdani
Starting point is 01:02:21 they're mad at Abdul Elsaid they're mad at Hassan Piker in point of fact I saw that I saw a story recently from some infuriated maggot who couldn't tell the difference between Mejdi Hassan and Hassan Piker. In the verbal equivalent of they all look alike to me, they all sounded alike to this maggot because he thought Nechdi Hassan was the same as Hassan Piker because they both got Hassan in their name. Oh, the stupid. It tasks me. It tasks me.
Starting point is 01:03:07 Oh, one more thing about Handy Smurf. Read Bobert's Congressional Affairs. I see what you did there, Camel Cardinal. Brother Deacon said, I knew Lady Bobert ran a restaurant before she entered politics, but I had no idea the woman liked to eat her lunch. Damn you! And you wonder why I call these guys juvenile delinquents. Yeah, that's right. That's right. You daggum camel, cardinal, just drag the program into the gutter.
Starting point is 01:03:51 I have managed to get through that story without one. It's too much to hope for from Brother Deacon Asa, though, really? I mean, right. Yeah, we all agree. I knew Lady Bovert ran a restaurant before she entered politics, but I had no idea the woman liked to eat her lunch out of a box. Damn you. Do you think her congressional office floor was carpet? it or does she strike you as the hardwood type? Don't you say a word.
Starting point is 01:04:30 You brought this on yourself. I did not. I didn't say a damn thing about dying at the log. Damn it. Again, it's not about this actuality. Be by, be Polly, be pan, proto, be you.
Starting point is 01:04:55 But for God's sakes, don't turn it into a... But then again, a Republican can't help it. They have to turn it into a grid. and a scam and a... You brought this... I did not bring this on myself. I was... I was about as ladylike as one person can be.
Starting point is 01:05:16 There you are. What am I going to do? Trying to run a decent little radio program here. Well, the Camel Cardinal just celebrated a birthday last week. And I'm pretty sure it was his 13th. Gonna leave that one alone. Or at least try. No, it's more like he's 11th.
Starting point is 01:06:00 I don't want to complicate matters. With, like, ceremonies and stuff. Oh, dear, now Ralphs is in. Ralps, sweet, meek, mild-mannered Ralps is in on it now. Okay, Ralps. Maybe Lauren needs a cat scratcher. I think... Apparently, the scratcher.
Starting point is 01:06:46 Patching post was in her car that she got the mileage for. I wonder if that car is still out there and has it been thoroughly wiped down. And apropos of nothing, just the cheese story, the maggots are all mad at Tillamook because they all of a sudden noticed that Tillamook is halal. They never threw a fit about it being co-coated. Poverh, whatever. Some maggot calling herself sailor girl posted online
Starting point is 01:07:40 over at what used to be Twitter. She went screeching to post an excrement in all caps. Telamook dairy is under attack for advertising their cheese can be eaten by Muslims. They've made the decision of adding halal to their label Tillamook has been halal for years. And then the Oregon GOP, you know, both of them, posted,
Starting point is 01:08:23 Oh, Tillamook, Gary, isn't it enough to say that everyone loves your cheese and ice cream and more? Did you have to join with the destroyers who divide us by race, religion, and ethnicity? hashtag go woke, go broke. Oh, we, Uncle Jed, we got some real dumbasses here. But the Oregon GOP was not done, because of course they are morands. For those who care, Tillamook's makers' reserve tenure, extra sharp cheddar is not halal or permissible. We think it might be the best one they make.
Starting point is 01:09:18 And someone calling him, himself Wall Street Apes. One of America's most popular brand of cheese is now catering to Muslims. Right on the package of Kilimuk cheese is now a certified halal label. And responding to that Lars Larson, oh, Jesus, him, while he was dead or something, said, Well, as a proud cheesemaker, class of 77, I'm floored by this. What? Do they think the cheese that, did they think the cheese that
Starting point is 01:09:59 gets up off the shelf and points itself toward Mecca and prays five times a day? If I see cheese doing that, I'll know that I've gotten into something I shouldn't have been into. Kind of thing that, I don't know, Leon Scum Space Nazi gets into. By the way, he's now officially trailer trashed Leon Scum Space Nazi. No hate. No, really, he's got it. He's apparently living out of an airstream trailer somewhere in the, wilds of tennistand overseeing the construction of yet another goddamn data center to
Starting point is 01:10:39 uh to uh to uh uh shit on yet another marginalized community i read that over the weekend ha you know if he wasn't such an unbearable asshole uh with the bobert story i would have been strongly tempted to fire up a certain tune by ted nougent when ralps sent that one note along. And so there are more ends. More ends everywhere. This is a dandy.
Starting point is 01:11:38 The Kansas State Fair has been going on of late. And of course, it's a big to do. It runs, it ran from the 11th of September to yesterday. It closed yesterday. And we'll
Starting point is 01:12:01 probably go down in history. know, probably shouldn't use a term like Go Down, given the previous story out of Colorado. Closed yesterday, and it will be noteworthy for probably being the single most inconvenient state fair in Kansas state fair history. Somebody was on the stress line. I was coming to you in a minute if you want to ring back in. Because this was the first year that those guardians of Kansas, the Jay Hawker Wheat Shocker morals had their potty law go into effect. You might recall that, of course, Kansas Stan had to have a potty law because every self-respecting maggot state has to have a potty law
Starting point is 01:13:10 because maggots are constantly obsessed with who's going potty where and how. And so consequently, with the law having gone into effect, there was, signs went up at the restrooms. Now, at huge venues with lots of... people attending it's just a matter of how people are
Starting point is 01:13:51 constituted that there aren't long lines usually in front of the men's room while the lines can get really uncomfortably long in front of the women's room but those good God fear and upstanding Bible believe in Christ
Starting point is 01:14:16 centered evil, gelical, fundamentalist, ammo, sexual Christian maggots in Kansas, was worried about the gender confusions. You know, you can catch it real easy, the gender confusions. And so they passed a law. And the governor of Kansas,
Starting point is 01:14:38 well, she tried to veto it, but the legislature of Kansas knew that the entire state might come completely undone by the gender confusions if they was to let the governor's veto stand so they done overrid it. And so at the Kansas State Fair, a sign went up. Notice, lettering in blue on a white background. Notice, all red lettering, all caps. Men's restroom!
Starting point is 01:15:14 Designated for use by males. only. And then the small print. Pursuant to Kansas Senate Bill 244, this multiple occupancy private space is designated for use by individuals of the corresponding sex.
Starting point is 01:15:37 Thank you for your cooperation. Because, I mean, I've seen it happen at concerts, sporting events, big outdoor venues, huge line outside the ladies' because there's a little bit more going on in there.
Starting point is 01:16:00 Not like the maggots think because they've got filthy minds. There's just more to take off and more to put back on and more to cope with. Half the time, Mama's got to take the little ones in there with her too, and that takes even more time as well, and that's how the line gets long. And so back in a simpler time, a hubby could just well go in the men's room and say hey
Starting point is 01:16:34 y'all you'll finish up and clear out you out here hold it for a minute we got we got ladies that need to pee and that's exactly what would happen but now in Kansas stand that can't happen anymore
Starting point is 01:16:59 and so let's or even let's say a single dad who maybe has his kids for visitation that weekend and wanted to take the kids to the fair well he he can't take his little daughter with him into nope I guess she just has to stand there in line with strangers and right because that is the
Starting point is 01:17:30 maggot genius of the moment and of course well when they were when they were ham to invading this bullshit. Everybody told them this was exactly what would happen that cis women were the ones who would be punished, who would suffer at the hands of these maggot men, and they're enabling self-hating maggot women and colleagues. And it wasn't just a sign that said, don't you do that? If a woman who was fair to busten to go to the bathroom had used a men's restroom, she would have been liable for imprisonment in the county jail up to six months.
Starting point is 01:18:32 And this is what your moral panics always lined up doing. And the maggots know damn good and well that it would. The general manager of the Kansas State Fair, Brian Schultz, speaking to K-A-K-E, said, Well, the reason that those signs went up is over the last couple of years, we've had females. Always be suspect of a man who, refers to women as females. In fact, there's a rather hilarious subreddit out there if you want to go look at it called Men and Females.
Starting point is 01:19:11 We had females going into the males restrooms not only at the grandstand but other places because the lines are a lot longer in the females restrooms. So we consulted with our Attorney General Chris Kobach. Yeah, he's a real Lulu. About how we should address the new law this year, and the result was the signage. A fairgoer, Autumn Padgett, speaking to K-A-K-E, said, Men should typically go into the men's, women should typically go into the women's. However, I've had situations where I do have to go to the men's bathroom,
Starting point is 01:20:09 because I really have to go really bad. Meanwhile, manager Schultz said, Well, building managers may question people leaving restrooms. The fair isn't posting secure tie guards at the bathrooms. Well, that makes everything all better, doesn't it? But the thing is, it's got some of that Texas lawsuit language in it, too, SB 244 does. If a good, God-fearing, upstandard, Bible-belief, evangelical, gundamitalist, Mammosexual maggot happened to notice a person going into the restroom they didn't think was the right
Starting point is 01:21:10 restroom for them to go into. Well, SB 244 says that they can sue the person in question for up to $1,000 in damages. This timeline is just so damn stupid. Okay, Micah, well played. Micah just sent me a meme of Ferengi, smiling Ferengi, of course. Females. Every time I hear it, she said, females.
Starting point is 01:22:03 There, I got the obligatory Star Trek reference out of the way. Oh, you did, in spades. And from Cynthia, I guess the Moran Oregon-Maggot dumbasses are going to really hate me. I have a half a gallon of Tillamook strawberries and cream ice cream in the freezer. Tillamook cheese is in my fridge, and I even have some Tillamook beef sticks for snacks. The Tillamook ice cream is waiting in line for me to have the Ben and Jerry's strawberry shortcake ice cream, though. Hey, I know I shouldn't be eating ice cream, cookies and desserts and stuff, but I can't help myself.
Starting point is 01:22:41 Who said you shouldn't? I say you should The strawberry's good But I've been on a bit of a search Not like I could afford it But I've been on a bit of a search for Peach ice cream God I love peach ice cream
Starting point is 01:22:59 As Cynthia continues And so in Kansas I guess being trans They order me to go to use the men's room But I'm not male anymore No and you're going to look real funny Walking in there You know with your fair going dress on Cynthia said so following up
Starting point is 01:23:19 I guess I get thrown in jail no matter what I don't know was there a signage saying upon entering the Kansas State Fair please bring your birth certificate with you Jesus And it only gets dumber You know of course
Starting point is 01:24:00 And by the way we are Where did I say we were down to? Yeah $830 $830? $830 to finish our challenge. If we could do a flurry and knock out some of that, it sure would be wonderful. $830 finishes up and meets a $2,000 challenge and gets us more or less two-thirds funded for the month of September, and we're kind of right there, kind of right off.
Starting point is 01:24:36 Well, you know. but got a little flurry to the start to the start of the program. If we could keep that going, it would be wonderful. And then there's something that we mentioned on Friday's program, namely that Nitwit Nero threw out MS now, CNN, and Politico from the White House Press briefing room. And ever since then, the maggots have been doing their best, like Monica Crowley over at Fox. Yeah, says Crowley.
Starting point is 01:25:37 No singing, Roxanne. Over at Fox News, TV, Radio Rwanda saying. The White House is the president's office where he works, and it's also his home. No one has a right to be in there. Well, news outlets have since sued. nitwit Nero for access to, for equal access to the president that he's giving to maggot outlets now. And what's more, and what a surprise, a spine has been noticed among other outlets of the media. And it kind of, it kind of stings.
Starting point is 01:26:44 Well, yeah. When those three got thrown out and it went nearer said, And there are more to come. Well, low and be damn hold, other media outlets. And, you know, I'm so old. I can remember when we used to suggest that this would be the right way to handle the pedophile in chief, the major networks who participate in pool coverage of the White House all pulled their pool coverage and won't send camera crews anymore to cover the pool events.
Starting point is 01:27:43 ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox News TV Radio Rwanda, and CNN was in the pool too, aren't going to participate anymore, and that means that the broadcast TV feed distributed for media won't be carried for his events. The chair of the television pool is Brian Botton, who's the bureau chief of DC Bureau Chief of Fox, and sent an email earlier today to pool members saying,
Starting point is 01:28:16 this follows the White House's position, preventing CNN from fulfilling its assigned pool duties. There will be no replacement pool put in place. And that puts NITWITNRO in a bind, because the White House has its own feed, but they don't have the professional equipment that the pool coverage brings, like boom mics that can pick up his babblings and monderings. And the nature of the pool is that it rotates from network to network to network
Starting point is 01:28:59 so that it's actually quite efficient. Everybody gets the feed, everybody can use it, and the American people can benefit from it to the extent that there's any benefit to be had by listening to the babblings of an 80-year-old, frontotemporal dementia patient and pedophile, not to mention convicted felon. So one day it's CNN's turn, the next day it's Fox's turn, the next day, you know, like that. And now they've just pulled it all. And so now, earlier today, it became immediately obvious what a problem it was,
Starting point is 01:29:44 because when he showed up for his this is a ribbon cutting for the new White House helipad nobody could hear him babble on the live stream because there was no boom mic and so there will be no pool coverage traveling with him to go to New York for the UN General Assembly, the Unger.
Starting point is 01:30:14 And when the networks announced their decision some spokes creep from the White House said Well, the media has no place demanding a spot in the president's oval office. The journalist can report from directly outside the White House. Oopsie. Nitwit Nero shot himself in the dick. Well, not really.
Starting point is 01:30:44 I don't think he's got a gun that small. And so, yeah, CNN, MS now in Politico went to court earlier today, arguing that banning those three outlets is an abject denial of their First Amendment rights and the nation's rights to a free press under the Constitution, as well as due process under the 14th Amendment. The JD Egg, Judy Vance, or Jimmy Dick Bowman, or whatever they're calling themselves these days, or whatever names on their birth certificate,
Starting point is 01:31:26 was in North Carolina today, where he said that he's not banning media outlets what he's doing saying we're not going to give you special access to the White House if you engage in what is effectively propaganda 92% of the stories from CNN MS now and Politico about Trump are negative the problem was
Starting point is 01:31:53 nitwit Niro on Friday said that he was putting a ban on the free press those are his own words and I imagine they will be pled as such in the federal court suit being as how they are under rule of evidence 801D2A an admission
Starting point is 01:32:12 of a party opponent he tried to backpedal earlier today saying the right house is not instituting an assault in the free press something which I cherish it is instituting an assault on fake news something that has grown like cancer in our beloved United States of America you know he didn't
Starting point is 01:32:32 actually say that on Trump truth social. Natalie the Harpy triped it for him. Yeah. Ah. And now he's claiming that he had to. They made me do it. Because he's off to New York for the UN General Assembly.
Starting point is 01:33:01 But today he paid a visit to Mayor Zoran Mamdani at Gracie Mansion. One reporter said, Mr. President, are you banning outlets like MS now? CNN and Politico in order to distract from the Iran war and high gas prices? The Spirochetes or the Adderall or whatever it takes to keep him upright these days said, I'm only doing it because I think the press also has an obligation. I want in a landslide and the economy's doing great. Nobody's ever done what we've done.
Starting point is 01:33:39 I never get anything positive. It's always negative. Well, all you have to do is pass away. And then everybody will report, we're positive. He's dead. And, of course, he's got a new bug-aboo word phrase. National security. If they're fake news, I really think I have an obligation not to allow them into another very special house. This is a special house, Gracie Mansion.
Starting point is 01:34:17 Well, the White House is the most special of all houses, I have to say. And I don't even think the mayor would argue with that. And I think I have an obligation not to let fake news. not to let fake news what they're very bad for the country very bad for national security so I have that obligation so we'll see how it works out maybe he'll wind up
Starting point is 01:34:43 forget I'm saying this goddess of irony maybe he'll wind up tearing down the White House press briefing room oh Jesus and we are past the halfway point of the program and let's go over to the stress line and see who's with us this evening Hey, welcome to the program.
Starting point is 01:35:07 Roxanne. Hi, Dave. Hi. You know, rats laugh, but mice giggle. Quality, Dave. And is Miss Pover trying to explain how bipartisan she is? Oh, she's very bipartisan. Yes, man.
Starting point is 01:35:41 And as for a, there's one no problem with Bolivor Bob's joke. Handy's FERC is reaching across the out of hand out jobs in theaters that are playing Annie. Ah, now it was, it was Beetlechuse. I thought it was Annie. Pretty sure it was Beetlechews. No. No, I think it was Annie, but by the way, I mean, at any rate, at any rate, her hand will come out tomorrow.
Starting point is 01:36:26 No singer. Well, see, here's the thing, Roxanne. Jobs may come out tomorrow, but it seems Warren and company have already come out today. I set them up, you knock them. down. That's right. How the hell are you, girl? I'm fresh as a daisy and ready to face a new week.
Starting point is 01:36:54 Well, good. Well, I have some good news. You know, I told you about the... I told you about the ATM robbing me last week. Yes. Well, it took them a few days. but the bank has reimbursed those funds back to my account. And I took out a loan on my life insurance policy,
Starting point is 01:37:25 got the check today and we'll catch it tomorrow. And I'm going to take care of some things with that, including getting my niece a Walmart gift, card so that she and her brand new hubby will be able to get whatever they want for their kitchen. And I'm just going to send all of that to my brother Bob and have him give it to them. That's so sweet. One of the problems that I'm having is bed bugs in my couch. So.
Starting point is 01:38:18 Oh, no. Oh, yes. Not only do I have chirping fire and smoke detectors, but I have bedbugs as well. And so tomorrow I'm going to take care of all of that. And I'm going to get a secured credit card to build my credit. Yes, the 61 is not too old to start back.
Starting point is 01:38:49 And I'm hoping in a couple of years to have a mortgage in a house. So there's that. And by the way, Christine told me to tell everybody hello. And as soon as I get all that done tomorrow, no singing last hand. None. I will be sending a donation your way on Christine's behalf. Thank you, Dave. Thank you, Christine.
Starting point is 01:39:25 I will be following it up with one of my own. So, and she told me to, if I can time it, to a challenge that's the way she's going to put it down. She told me to answer the challenge and then I will, but then I'll put one of my own out.
Starting point is 01:40:01 And assuming the PayPal gods are working correctly tomorrow, I'll be able to send that. Well, no stress, no hurry, and just make sure everything you need is taken care of. I understand everything is taking care of. Christine's portion is already paid for. Bob is holding on to the cash that she put forward toward my down payment on the house I was going to buy in Winchester, but that fell through. So she told Bob to keep it in his account, and I'm paying her off little by little.
Starting point is 01:40:49 so she's already pre-paid all this. It's not a big imposition. Now hold on. You know, we've talked about your housing circumstances, and I just need a little clarity here. Hi, clarity. Yeah, high clarity. Is this the house that the lady had that you were going to try to get hold of?
Starting point is 01:41:19 Yeah, but No, no, no, no, no. I was buying, I was looking at it there was a lawyer in Atlanta but owned it or owned it But the pictures on Craigslist were a little ambiguous and I walked in and the floor was Oh, this is that place? Oh, yes, it was that place.
Starting point is 01:41:49 My dad, who's a retired real estate broker, asked the guy, he says, have you actually ever been in this house? And the lawyer said, no. But to tell you how bad it was, Roxanne, I told him everything we found that was wrong with it. he dropped the price from 72,000 to, I mean, from 75,000 to 42,000 if I'd buy it. I told him, I said, not even if you gave me 42,000 would I take it? Yeah, that sounds like what we call around here, Dave, a cute little burner downer.
Starting point is 01:42:40 Yeah, yeah, well, it's incommable shit. Yeah, it's supposed to be on a slab. but there's no slab. Yeah, the only way you could renovate that. The only way you could renovate that is with a book of matches. Well, it would be cheaper. The insurance company told me it would be $8,000 to tear it down. And about $132,000 to replace it.
Starting point is 01:43:10 And so, I mean, if it just had a few things wrong with it, and it had a stable, it was stable on a fly. but we took the walls in the house, moved, okay? In a good windstorm, that thing will fall through. And we do get some tornadoes down to these parks. Kansas be damned. You're in Indiana now, mother of her.
Starting point is 01:43:41 You might have a house drop on you, too. Oh, no, that's tornado country, for sure. But one of my first men, is my dad grabbing me and running into the basement of our house because of something called, they spotted something called a funnel crowd. I was four years old and didn't know what a funnel cloud was. I wouldn't take a look at one. And dad absolutely told me absolutely not.
Starting point is 01:44:16 I was going to stay in that basement until he all crittersounded. You know, so, you know, I still, I still, I, I was an argumentative little cuss at that age, but dad wouldn't, I didn't have my crutches with me, so I couldn't climb the stairs to get back upstairs to take a little feet. So I was kind of stuck. That was the same house my brother Bob fell through an air return grate and ended up on the ledge in the beach. basement and mom saw him
Starting point is 01:45:04 and he went to stand up to walk toward her and she told him to sit down right now or he'd get his spanking and he promptly popped his butt down and stayed there until dad came and got him. So, yeah.
Starting point is 01:45:26 But no, the house the house that dad's trying to get a hold of along to a friend of his who died. It's a nice little house. it's got a door over the stairs to the basement that you can close over the opening and walk into a little storage area to put canned goods and such
Starting point is 01:45:56 it's that old I'd say it's probably built in the 1920s oh wow I bet it's sturdy. Oh, it survived a shitload of things, including the recent flooding in Muncie. Dad had to put sands in the basement and drain out the water in the basement
Starting point is 01:46:24 when it flooded. But we had the worst flooding in Muncie in over 50 years. So, the you know, but there's no such thing as global warming, Roxanne. Oh, no, Chinese hooks. Just asked the piglicans here in Taliban, and Anna.
Starting point is 01:46:51 Yeah. But, you know, this whole thing of Net Whitnero shooting in his dick, he missed. because Roxanne he's our first female president yes what Donald Trump is our first female president
Starting point is 01:47:24 he wants to be a dictator but he's kind of dick less so like any good dictator he's requiring all Republican to begin renaming themselves Richard Lester and in their last name so that nobody can tell them apart.
Starting point is 01:47:57 You all sound alike to me. Oh, there we go. And as the goddess for me, is a good goddess. A friend of mine is running a basement. He and his wife are running the basement from it. 89-year-old woman who kept referring to one of the African-American friends
Starting point is 01:48:26 with the same letters as the word ginger on it four times. Oh, Jesus. And I gently reminded my friend Jr. I said, Junior, what would have happened if Christine had heard that? And he goes, oh, shit. knowing my beloved if she had been over there visiting and she'd been referred to that way christian would have told that old woman where to go and how to get there yeah there wouldn't have been any skin left on her bones
Starting point is 01:49:03 no not when my beloved got a hold of her the lane might not be able to see clearly but she can sure as hell here wonderfully that that's what's going on here in the line in Taliban, Annapolis. And I just wanted to let everybody know that things are progressing, little by little. And my niece's wedding is on the 16th of October, which is my mother's birthday. Oh, I hope they have good weather for it. I hope they do, too. I hope they do too. I mean, statistically, this probably won't be the only.
Starting point is 01:49:58 wedding I have in the family. But, you know, when it's your little sister's daughter getting married and you were around when she was born and
Starting point is 01:50:17 now she's in her mid-20s working for Eli Lilly and having a good life and married is marrying a young law student who has a degree in history, by the way.
Starting point is 01:50:37 So she qualified him right out with her Uncle David because if there's one thing I know about history majors, we are a detailed-oriented bunch. and if he's going to get into the legal profession he's going to need it so and evidently this guy
Starting point is 01:51:15 this man can cook he loves to cook which Christine said automatically gets him bonus points on the approval So, you know, now maybe my sister will quit pitching about grandkids. Well, she probably won't stop until they actually alive. But hopefully she'll stop complaining about grandkids.
Starting point is 01:51:50 I mean, the woman's only 59 years old. I don't see what a rush is. these things take time and it's a good thing that my niece waited until she was in her mid-20s now she's got a little life under her belt so i think that's a good thing i tend to agree of course you have to you have to remember dave and i've mentioned this previously but one of the more successful efforts we as a country have made in recent years is is the determined effort to reduce teen pregnancies. Because as a matter of policy, we decided that children having children was not a great idea. But because the maggots are perverts, they're actually out there openly pissing and moaning
Starting point is 01:52:53 about the lack of teenage moms. Oh, we've got a birth crisis in America. So good on your niece for not being a teen mom. You know, and the thing is, Roxanne, you and I know what a problem it was back when we were younger, you know, the strain that that caused on social safety net programs and just the health of the children themselves. if you've got babies having babies those second generation of babies they're going to have less
Starting point is 01:53:44 good health outcomes my mom was only 18 when I was born and I weighed three times 11 and three quarter ounces and a few days later they diagnosed me with cerebral palsy and my mom had kept one of my baby outfits from when I was the first outfit I wore
Starting point is 01:54:17 when I came home it was a yellow one Z short thing it was like a shorts and top connected and it was just so tiny and light I held it in one hand
Starting point is 01:54:32 without any problem I was going to say it probably it probably it probably would have fit a cupid doll? Well, yeah, I was saying it was the kind of thing you would have dressed a doll in. And I mean, it was a cute little apt fit, but I can't believe I was ever that small.
Starting point is 01:55:01 I eat more in weight in one day than I weighed when I was born on special occasions. You know, like if there's a cookout or something. and I can't wait to get into the house because that means I'll have a kitchen and I can cook again and I see all these recipes I want to try and well I've got a microwave but no hot plate or anything like that and I don't dare plug in the crock pot
Starting point is 01:55:48 knowing this place I'll blow a few but and God alone knows where the fuse box is yeah well I'd not be in a right well there's a utility set up right outside my door so I imagine the power company
Starting point is 01:56:14 will be out there with a technician going what the fuck and Roxanne I'm calling on the goddess of irony to work her wonders on my neighbors who have a tendency to start yelling at each other out in public in the middle of the morning, early in the morning, like at 6.30, when people are just trying to finish sleeping and, it's a pain my ass.
Starting point is 01:56:54 But considering how often people get shot around here, I don't dare roll out and go, we just shut my fuck up and take it inside. But no, the sooner I can get into a house, the bigger. And I'm preparing for that. So things are looking up, Roxanne. They really are. I'm so glad.
Starting point is 01:57:27 God knows you need a break. And one thing before I go, There are laws in this country encouraging the government to help people with disabilities live in their communities. Well, the Nittwitneral administration's Justice Department, and I laugh and we'll refer to it at that, says they're no longer going, that we've been misinterpreting that law all these years, Roxanne. Oops. How so? Oh, I thought I got hung up on
Starting point is 01:58:16 Well, they're going to stop You'll never get you'll never get you'll never get You'll never get hung up on here No, I thought my call had dropped That does happen That does happen No, the new Winding Niro administration announced
Starting point is 01:58:38 About a month or so ago They would stop in 14 Rose laws Now Roxanne, I am certain that previous Congresses had a purpose for these laws. They were duly signed in the law by somebody who could actually write their name. And that may be why it wouldn't know wants to do away with them. Because after all, disabled people should just stay at home
Starting point is 01:59:13 and not go out anywhere or do anything because we don't want to embarrass the able bodies according to that thinking and I use the word thinking very loosely when it comes to network now but yeah among disability advocates several of whom are
Starting point is 01:59:41 no kidding duly licensed and members of the bar lawyers are saying that this is the administration's position and they're fighting it. And don't get between disability rights and the disabled lawyer who works that corner on the legal street. I assure you because
Starting point is 02:00:14 the legs, the eyes, or other body parts may not work quite as well as the able-bodied, but the minds and those lawyers, thank the goddess of ironing, are as sharp as ever. And I can't wait to hear what the Supremes have to say about it because this is going all the way. It may be next year, but you're going to start hearing rumblings about this shit.
Starting point is 02:00:45 I'm telling you right now. If it's going to happen even faster if we get the House and the Senate, because you're going to see enough canes and wheelchairs in the halls of Congress advocating for clarity on this subject. Hello again, clarity. that that it's going to make the fight for the Americans
Starting point is 02:01:19 Disabilities Act look like a cake walk. I mean, recently listened to an audio book about the passage of the ADA. There were disabled people who weren't above having a die-in on the steps of the Congress
Starting point is 02:01:45 on Capitol Hill. laying down on the steps of the Capitol in a dying protest. So when you're left with no choice, what choice do you have? Well, it's not like it's going to be a violent revolution, but I guarantee you it will be a revolution nonetheless. The violence won't start with our side. But by God, if it does get violent, and I'm anywhere nearby, I'll see to it that it's finished
Starting point is 02:02:33 You know, you remind me of something, Dave, and you may even remember this. God, I think it was 2017, maybe. No? Well, anyway, I remember being in central Alabama. We were on a trip. Visiting the old homicide, were you? Yeah, you could.
Starting point is 02:03:08 say but I got some local right-wing blatherhead on the radio because it's a form of self-abuse but it's also a form of entertainment and kind of a hobby I like to see what you know when I'm somewhere else I like to see what the idiots are saying and I remember hearing this guy and it's somewhere back in the archives I bet if he thought about it for a minute brother deacon AAC could probably come up with the uh I mean it was the before time I that. I think we were still driving the Mazda CX-9. But at any rate, he was having an on-air shit-hammerage over the fact that he saw one of those lifts that's used to allow disabled people to enjoy a swimming pool. Oh, my God. And he went on for every bit of 20 minutes, just losing his
Starting point is 02:04:11 mind, it was communism, but the flag was falling. Yeah. You know, I told my right-wing brother about this yesterday, and he couldn't believe it. I said, I didn't mention administrations that weren't enforcing it, but I told him, I said, it's going around that the administration is no longer going to enforce those laws because it's too expensive. They're not taking into consideration that having me in a nursing home or a hospital is far more expensive to the government than having me out here in the community taking care of myself. And Dave's call did drop. I wonder if his battery dies. I don't know. Dog on it. I hate it when that
Starting point is 02:05:13 happens. But it's a fight. Well, it's a fight. Well, it's a fight worth having and I understand Dave's passion about it. What's that? All right. Juvenile delinquent number two, also known as Emily Lattella. Bullshit, Dave, members of the ADA American Dental Association, never had a die-in on the Capitol, let alone any other steps.
Starting point is 02:05:42 Do not make me pull this program over. How many times do I have to say that? Because I will. I will. I'll just pull this thing over and play Pat Boone medal and y'all can just deal with the consequences and those are some pretty awful consequences Pat Boone sings heavy metal
Starting point is 02:06:03 well maybe we've got Dave back are you there Dave back? Hey, hey Roxanne hey Roxanne the phone did drop this time so I noticed I'll answer that later somebody's calling me but I don't recognize number.
Starting point is 02:06:25 Yeah, Jeremy was under the, Jeremy, being juvenile delinquent number two, Jeremy was under the impression you were talking about the ADA, the American Dental Association.
Starting point is 02:06:35 No, no. Although they... Don't worry. The American Dental Association might need to be on hand if,
Starting point is 02:06:49 if that fight becomes a problem, Roxanne, because Some teeth will get mashed in, I'm sure. Hello? Right here. Roger?
Starting point is 02:07:14 Okay. I thought we dropped again. My phone's acting weird. Agent Fred's probably on the line. But, you know, there may be some teeth. dental work that needs to be done after after they pangle with people in wheelchairs and with crutches because we're not taking it anymore, Roxanne.
Starting point is 02:07:48 I mean, I don't know how it is for you, able-bodied people, those of you who are, but disabled folks talk about you when you don't think we're looking. So. I'm sorry. That gave me a smile. We talk about you when you don't think we're looking.
Starting point is 02:08:15 That's good. But, yeah, I had a teacher. I was taking an African American literature course in high school. And the teacher was talking about how the language changes. to hide the real meaning and things and how masks had to be kind of worn to protect yourself for fuel black, you know.
Starting point is 02:08:52 And she was saying this for the mostly white students that were in there. And I got upset with her and I said, Mrs. Isles her name. I said, I've been wearing a mask all my life. She was, oh, David, I wasn't talking to you because I know you already understand. And then I thought about it, and she was right. The same kinds of things happened in the disabled community that happened among African-Americans and Hispanics or anything else.
Starting point is 02:09:32 you had to you had to how you were feeling and how you expressed yourself in order to save lives I mean mine was the first group of kids to go
Starting point is 02:09:51 to school Roxanne on a regular basis disabled kids didn't go to school before my generation and the idea of I didn't get mainstreamed into regular classes until I was in third grade. And back in the early 70s, that was a big deal in education,
Starting point is 02:10:21 mainstreaming disabled kids so they could have as broad an education as humanly possible. And I still ran into, even in high school, I ran into administrators that were going, well, because you have a physical disability, you fall under the under the Department of special education. And I'm like,
Starting point is 02:10:49 no, I'm not in any special ed classes anymore. I'm in regular classes. I will see my regular counselor and you are not going to, you are not going to interfere. And she goes, well, I have the right
Starting point is 02:11:07 to, I said, and I have the right to object. And I'm over the age of 18. and I can make it stick in court. She backed off. Because in Indiana, I had until I was 23 to graduate as part of that mainstreaming process. I was doing everything I could to graduate. I didn't do it.
Starting point is 02:11:44 And I took my GED and then I went on to college. And if I'd been smart, I'd have done it years earlier. But, yeah, The American Dental Association or whatever the law is calling it, so he's under attack. And Jeremy and the other juvenile delinquent is going to have as much fun with it as they like. As long as they don't point, they're barbs in my direction because they will lose hand, limbs, and possibly skull. No, Jeremy, Jeremy's just funning. I know, I know.
Starting point is 02:12:36 I'm encouraging the juvenile delinquents. As a matter of fact, you'd be surprised how many juveniles... Don't take it that far. Don't take it that far. I mean, juvenile delinquents. Well, we've got plenty of juvenile delinquents down at the shop, Roxanne. Well, but juvenile delinquent number one drove the program right into the gutter earlier. well
Starting point is 02:12:59 now that's just a social offroading Roxanne just let him use his four-wheel drive
Starting point is 02:13:14 and he can drive this program anywhere he likes it's over the age of 21 if the general of the language would like to
Starting point is 02:13:28 drink his program into a school they can legally do so now that's true so you know at least the juvenile delinquent waited until the program was
Starting point is 02:13:48 a little bit older to make its own decision well life comes at you fast as Ferris Bueller said and Jeremy knows but Dave I was a special ed kid and technically have a disability by law type one is considered one believe it or not i believe it yes it yes it is it's not one of those visible ones but it is jeremy is absolutely correct uh but but he also
Starting point is 02:14:18 understands when i say we talk about you when you're when you don't think we're looking because people have a tendency to think that we don't understand what's going on a man in a wheelchair once asked Christine, can you communicate with him, pointing to me. Oh, Jesus. And she said, I don't know, let me check. Honey, can I communicate with you? And I said, no, I suppose so. At least this man, this man who was a fundamentalist Christian, had the good sense to look embarrassed.
Starting point is 02:15:00 But the fact that he was in a wheelchair irritated the hell out of me. He should have known. And if he was a recent acquirer of the wheelchair, somebody from the home office should have at least, at the very least, given him the bullet points of what to avoid and how to avoid awkward situations with your fellow disabled folk. But evidently somebody's a home office,
Starting point is 02:15:37 fell down on the job. Not surprising, especially since there were any accessibility laws of any importance back then. So they probably sent somebody in a wheelchair to a building ahead steps. That can be problematic. It can be overcome, but it can be problematic. But like I say, we have enough people of the delinquents down to shop. Not all of them have two legs, by the way. Young Mr. Squidman is doing well in his classes.
Starting point is 02:16:27 You'll be glad to know. Very glad. It is doing well. And the small fly, I told you that, Heropi and Stach had a new clutch. Yes. A small fly, so the original small fire are now older brothers and sisters now. Now, and they're leading their younger siblings into all kinds of trouble.
Starting point is 02:16:58 As elder siblings will. Well, yes, but now, Roxanne, those little fly are getting into my office. and they don't even need lock picks those small little things. They just go through the locks. Well, no, they just slide under the door. See, they squeeze under the door. And then they sit on my desk. They play with the safe and the liquor cabinet.
Starting point is 02:17:33 I caught one of them trying to get into the liquor cabinet. Of course, it's got a combination. lock on it. So that well, Eric the Dumber made sure I had to put one on. Well, yeah, I remember when that happened.
Starting point is 02:17:51 He got a snoot full. Well, not only did he get a snoot full, he was sneaking around to his daddy. He was supposed to be a teetover. I think Donnie got upset when when he was out of office.
Starting point is 02:18:08 I made him refer to me as Mr. Mr. President since I am the President and Chief Executive Officer of Crazy Dave's Crucivation. No, no, as president of the North American Assholes Association. Well, that too. And he got kind of pissed. That I'd refer to him with Donnie and make him refer to me as Mr. President. He got real upset.
Starting point is 02:18:40 So I think the liquor cabinet incident was some payback. But I am glad to see that reporters are finally sticking up for each other at the White House. And I hope that Johnny keeps missing his non-existent member because he deserves it. Well, that's about all I've got. now, Roxanne. I understand, Dave. You have a wonderful evening. Give Christine our best.
Starting point is 02:19:26 And, uh, yeah, someday, someday, you know, someday you'll get a battery. Well, either that or I'll get out of here, one or two. Well, we're rooting for the latter, but, you know, yeah. But you take care of yourself. It's good to hear from you. Stay safe and hopefully your neighbors will stop screaming at each other at sunrise. You think, you think maybe they're vampires arguing over who gets, Who gets the good coffin that morning?
Starting point is 02:19:58 Well, I often sleep during the day, Roxanne, and I tell Christine that I'm about to throw the wind on the coffin because of that great glowing ball in the sky. She knows I'm a night owl, and I have a tendency to stay up all hours in the night and sleep during the day. and I wake up about the time the Cole Sandler show starts and I start my mornings my mornings your afternoons
Starting point is 02:20:33 with her and get to my midday about this time every evening with you so keep up the good work hornies this and I'll talk to you later I'll talk to you later today
Starting point is 02:20:50 love you Bye now. Our buddy, Dave, and the blind. I will feel such a sense of relief when he gets into stable housing. Oh, let's see. We're a little over a half an hour of the program left and desperately trying to get down below $800 on the fundraising so that we can get closer to matching that $2,000 challenge
Starting point is 02:21:14 from the beginning of the month. It's been a long, slow slog, y'all. Thank you so much to everybody who has helped out. I know how hard things are if if there's any because it's hard here too. It's hard all over. Difficult.
Starting point is 02:21:32 So thanks. Thanks. Thanks. Interesting. Okay. I might be working the Alex Jones side of the street on this one but well another tough day for
Starting point is 02:21:46 former reality TV star Sean Duffy who is cosplaying as the secretary of transportation. Through the northeast corridor, there were a bunch of
Starting point is 02:22:06 well, airport shutdowns today. Liberty International and NERC, JFK, LaGuardia, Philadelphia, I mean,
Starting point is 02:22:26 LaGuardia and JFCK saw 20 and 16 flight cancellations. 400 flight delays at each of those airports. About 180 flights were canceled in Philly. Another 386 were delayed there. And the ground stop went into place at 10 a.m. at Newark. And the excuse put forward was that the nearby air traffic control center had an equipment outage
Starting point is 02:23:04 and that the FAA halted inbound flights. Equipment outage. As of 7 p.m. this evening, LaGuardia and JFK were still shut down. Ground, I'm sorry, ground delays due to the aforementioned equipment outage. I know it's only radio but can you can you can you kind of hear my eyelashes as I'm
Starting point is 02:23:37 winking for all I'm worth the administrator of the FAA Brian Bedford speaking to see BS News said that the primary circuit which was old and due for replacement failed and then 600 feet of the backup fiber got actually accidentally cut out by a construction crew. Not cut. Cut out.
Starting point is 02:24:12 Micah says it was an outage. I heard some of the radio traffic. Their radar scopes were showing all sorts of invalid data. None of the weather systems were working correct. Micah is still typing. Philadelphia Terminal radar approach control was affected. And they blamed it on, Sean Duffy, cosplaying as the Secretary of Transportation, blamed it on an Amtrak construction crew. Damned railroads.
Starting point is 02:24:56 Amtrak said the incident occurred on New Jersey Transit property and involved a New Jersey transit contractor, not Amtrak. Huh, they seem to be having a hard time getting their story straight. Now, and Micah adds, now what caused that? that might need quotes. Well, this is where the Alex Jones part kicks in. You know, the brother Deacon and I communicate through the course of the day. He is a vital link in this program getting out. I ran across a story over the weekend, and he ran across it too,
Starting point is 02:25:34 and it being as how it has AI in the title, well, as Brother Deacon Asa put it Oh wonderful, I can't foresee any momentary hallucinations like Barata is a fresh Italian cheese made from Wikipedia causing any negative consequences at all from this. Headline U.S. to launch AI powered tool for air traffic control. Guess when that was supposed to go down? Bingo
Starting point is 02:26:11 Today. Hmm? Now, is that me going on Alex Jones? Maybe. Maybe. But considering the timeline we're on? Anybody? Bueller? Beeler? Bueller? Yeah. Micah says, aha! Now that I was unaware of. Yeah, and the thing is, air traffic controllers were... great mental health day because no one was able to tell them whether they were going to be using the AI, whether the AI was going to be using the air traffic
Starting point is 02:27:09 control system, whether the AIs were going to be onboarded on the aircraft, nobody knew. Micah says, I must be slipping, but I bet you're onto something. And that story popped up and went away quickie quick. So I don't know.
Starting point is 02:27:34 I just know that I don't want to get on any planes that have any AI playing in the background. Remember the AI instruction we talked about last week? The one that said, we will recognize the primacy of nature and not allow the humans to wreck it with their civilization and stuff.
Starting point is 02:28:09 Dig around, Micah. You'll probably find it. And thank you, Reggie. Thank you so much. We're down to 8. 805. 8.05 and we draw ever closer to the matching number.
Starting point is 02:28:26 That was 2,000. We've raised $1,195 of it. What else to wrap up the program this evening? Jeremy made me aware that there was
Starting point is 02:28:44 something resembling justice up in Vermont earlier today. Do you remember Remember three years ago when a one of that problem child of the NRA the lawful gun owner a lawful gun owner
Starting point is 02:29:05 and of course it's just a matter of one simple consonant between lawful and awful it's about the distance that the trigger travels before causing the firing pin to strike the shell well a lawful gun owner a devotee of our holy sacred Second Amendment
Starting point is 02:29:24 opened fire on three Palestinian American college students in downtown Burlington, Vermont the the Second Amendment remedy guy is Jason Eaton and his trial has been
Starting point is 02:29:45 dragged out for years but it finally took place and today he was found guilty found guilty in the shooting of Tassine Ali Ahmad Kinnan Abdel Hamid and Hisham Aratani on
Starting point is 02:30:05 Prospect Street in Burlington in November of 2023 it felt a little like justice for the three young men they were in the courtroom they hugged and friends and family did as well Elizabeth Price Our Tani's mother
Starting point is 02:30:23 said in a prepared statement Justice has been rendered for Hisham, Kanaan, and Tassin After three years of sorrow, loss, and struggle Our families finally feel relief We still don't know What his sentence will be Or how long he'll spend He tried to post
Starting point is 02:30:40 He tried to mount an insanity defense That the jury just simply was not buying because he had no medical history whatsoever of mental health or behavioral health difficulties. The jury got the, having been charged, got the case at about 1130, they asked a few questions, and then by 1.30, I don't even know if they took lunch, they came back and said, oh yeah, guilty, guilty, guilty. And, well, young Mr. Awartani, remains paralyzed.
Starting point is 02:31:29 And one of the people involved with the trial said, the verdict cannot undo what happened or erase the trauma our families still carry. But it affirms something fundamental. Jason Eaton is responsible for what he did. Jesus. Yeah, we can't do anything about the guns. No, no, no. And news that a former Fox News producer
Starting point is 02:32:03 has died. Jennifer Eckhart died at 36 in a suicide. Back in 2020, she said that Fox reporter Ed Henry
Starting point is 02:32:24 raped her, and the case was finally settled in June of 2025. Jesus. She'd worked her way up through the broadcast ranks. She was an ESPN and radio correspondent and entertainment anchor for a local PBS affiliate in Gainesville, Florida.
Starting point is 02:32:47 She'd worked at Fox News, Fox Business, Fox Nation, and she'd launched a new podcast, and she sued Fox. Like I said, the settlement took five years, and what she went through broke her. because of course Fox is an absolute shithole
Starting point is 02:33:21 for women and reading the story my heart went out to her well let's go to take's ass you know once upon a time in the lone star state there were a couple of things that were generally understood
Starting point is 02:33:55 to be unpardonable offenses horse stealing was one of them the other was shooting people in the back Well, the Associated Press reported earlier today that a Venezuelan man who was in the country legally on an asylum claim,
Starting point is 02:34:29 Wilbur Rafael Garces Perez, age 28, trying to get by, he was doing a door dash Sunday at around 1230 when he called his wife and said he'd been shot in the back his wife is Fabiana and Alendez Ruiz the monstrosity knows no bounds he wasn't even wanted he had no criminal history whatsoever
Starting point is 02:35:12 but an ice goon shot him in the back detained him and took him to an ice concentration camp with the bullet still in his back. He's at an ice processing center in Pearsall, Texas,
Starting point is 02:35:33 about 130 miles southwest of Austin. His lawyer, Kate Lincoln Goldfinch, spoke briefly with her client, who at the time told her he was being interrogated. What about what the people ordered from fucking DoorDash? He was being interrogated while the bullet remained in his back. The ice goons provided him no pain medication,
Starting point is 02:36:09 and the Department of Homeland Security, this is a good time to note, the Department of Homeland Security, must be abolished, along with the ice goons and the CBP, abolish it, raise it to the ground, turn the earth under,
Starting point is 02:36:28 and salt it so it can never rise again. All the, all the, all the, H.S. Goons would say was that we're investigating the shooting of a Venezuelan man in the U.S. illegally who had a final order of removal. His wife said he's an asylum seeker.
Starting point is 02:36:57 He came into the United States through a parole program and he has no criminal history whatsoever as I noted. There must be consequences. And whoever winds up being the presidential nominee for the Democrats in 28 I'll say again what I've said before
Starting point is 02:37:18 I do not want to hear well we have to look forward we did that once and we're paying the price now Jesus meanwhile the ice goons are just outright disappearing people
Starting point is 02:37:48 imagine the horror here reporting from the new republic says that the ice goons changed policy on September 15th they made no public announcement, no public
Starting point is 02:38:11 comment period and what they did is there were some thousands, 16,000 human beings who were on the list of people with final
Starting point is 02:38:35 deportation orders in a public locator data database. and now they are no longer in the database. Families are absolutely beside themselves with fear and horror and grief. They cannot find their loved ones because they have been disappeared by the ice goons. Speaking to the Associated Press, immigration lawyer said all of a sudden they couldn't find their clients in the system. And an alert went out from the American Immigration Lawyers Association to its members this past Friday.
Starting point is 02:39:20 There were 16,000 people processed into ICE goon detention with final removal orders just in July. And, well, Greg Chen at the Immigration Lawyers Association, said families are freaking out because they think the person has been deported and they don't know where the person might be. This is, of course, convenient for the ICE goons in that it makes it impossible for lawyers to determine which court has jurisdiction over the case. so they don't know where to file a habeas corpus petition, meaning that the ice goons can deport someone to God knows where before the courts have a chance to get involved. And of course we know who's behind this. These are the filthy doings of, of course,
Starting point is 02:40:34 hairless Hydrick, Stephen Manez-Mouth Miller. And I hope we get some sort of, but hope in one hand, and, well, you know the rest. Staying in Texas for a moment, James Calerico did what the hip kids call a sick burn on Ken Friend of Pedophiles Paxton. Paxton posted over the weekend that... This campaign continues to grow every day. Next stop, Cyprus with the great at Ted Cruz, we will keep Texan.
Starting point is 02:41:35 Texas, Texas. Only problem being he spelled Cyprus, C-Y-P-R-U-S, not C-Y-P-R-E-S, which is actually the little community in Harris County, Texas. Cyprus, of course, is an island in the Mediterranean, and James Tala Rico got hold of it and said, it's Cyprus, C-Y-P-R-E-S, it's Cyprus. But for all the time you spend on luxury vacations in Europe, it's no surprise you don't know, Texas. Oh, that's going to leave a mark. Because recently, Ken Paxton, a friend of pedophiles, and recently biblically divorced as an adulterer,
Starting point is 02:42:28 well, he was swanning around London and merry old Anglond. What kind of dipshit goes on vacation to England in the middle of a fierce? senatorial campaign well Ken Paxton does because he's just a piece of shit he was swanning around Mary Oldie Engelon London near the London eye
Starting point is 02:43:02 and he was doing so in the company of his mistress Tracy Duhon and he got all hot and bothered when he noticed that a tourist was taking video of him
Starting point is 02:43:20 and he went up and bumped his shoulder and said, Are you filming me? And the tourist and American said, you're a public figure in a public place, and I can film you all I want. I want to see that video. The man said, no. And then he lunged for his phone.
Starting point is 02:43:44 I said, I've got a right to have that. And the tourist, he said, now he's yelling at me, and I'm telling him back off. And then the tourist wife pulled out her own phone and recorded that too. I mean, this kind of begs for some commentary from Professor Spicoli. You dick! Uh-huh. No doubt about it.
Starting point is 02:44:26 And now that he's in a bind, nitwit Nero, I mean, it was hilarious. Newsmuck tried to carry his ribbon cutting. And even Newsmuck said, well, the ban and the pool and everybody coming out of the pool, the Newsmuck host kind of had to confess. Here's what Newsmuck tried to run. We're covering it here. Actually, hang on, we're covering it here because we have the cameras. This is not the movement from the pool cameras.
Starting point is 02:45:04 It's on the White House. Let's see if we can pick up some of the sound from President Trump here, that new helipad. This is so funny. This is so funny. You heard that little pop. They were cranking the gain for all they were worth on the microphone on the camera. And then, because it's newsmuck, and Newsmuck only hires the biggest brains.
Starting point is 02:45:39 They zoomed in on Canckel's Caligula because, you know, if we get a closer picture of him, that means the microphone will hear him better. Yeah. And he's sitting there battling away. His little sycophants and bootlicks are grinning like foxes eating shit out of a wire brush. He's got a ribbon in front of him. He's got some scissors. He's going to steal in a minute.
Starting point is 02:46:07 Okay. So there is no microphone because there's no microphone because the pool cameras aren't there. So maybe, Tim, this is one example of it backfiring just a little bit. Pick up on some of things Michael was saying. And obviously the ramifications are right here. what the president's saying. Yeah, I think it's not going to work out. Well, if we look at the first-term example of Jim Acosta,
Starting point is 02:46:36 you take away his press pass, and it goes to the courts, and the courts say you have to put it back in, and you go back to square one. And that's a judge who's handling this case now. So I wouldn't expect it to be... I mean, if this was... You know, if somebody was really created,
Starting point is 02:46:55 like with video, they'd take this newsmuck video and they'd render it in a grainy sort of black and white, you know, like it was shot maybe about 1912 of William Howard Taft throwing out a baseball at a baseball game, the first president to do that. And it would be hilarious because his lips are moving and people are clapping and, and, and, Oh, what a shithead! Yeah, so maybe there's no... So maybe this is backfiring just a little bit. Oh, honey, you're going to get fired for that shit.
Starting point is 02:47:38 And, of course, he got sued over it. And then he threw a hissie, claiming that he was about to get fucked over by his own judge, because, well, the case has already been assigned to a judge that he appointed who has already ruled against
Starting point is 02:48:07 him with like well even news muck is wrong is right once a day uh yeah Jim Acosta and well Natalie's
Starting point is 02:48:22 typing out all of his shit hemorrhages at tripe social the white house is not instituting an result in the pre-press something which I carry yeah and went on to say they've drawn a great judge for them, a man who ruled in favor of Jim Acosta
Starting point is 02:48:50 who now seems to have disappeared from the planet. I don't know if Jim Acosta disappeared from the planet or the judge did. That's how it goes with frontotemporal dementia when you're typing to a not particularly ite-brae diaper nanny in the form of nata Harley.
Starting point is 02:49:15 The judge's name is Tim Kelly and he was sadly appointed by Trump. Ah. Here's hoping he has more problems. Maybe with the teleprompter up in New York. Maybe he can bang on the podium with his shoe. Or maybe he can borrow Marco Rubio's shoe. It's way too big for him. Probably not doing much with it.
Starting point is 02:49:44 Yeah. Yeah. And then there's this moment from my filthy morning habit earlier today. Jonathan Lemaier having a hissy over nitwit Nero throwing out CNN, MS now, and Politico. It's almost like he's surprised. Hitzman is covering news out of Washington, where President Trump now says he's, his planned triumphal arch would also serve as a, quote, top-grade military complex to house drones and snipers. Oh, yeah, this is the other funny.
Starting point is 02:50:33 This came out over the weekend. Now that he knows that everybody fucking despises his dumbass Art de Trump, he's coming up with a new excuse, because like the German, the new German soldier who doesn't speak English in Hogan's heroes, and has learned emergency. Well, in this case, it's NITWITNRO's learned, National Security, so we're going to put drones and lots of ammo
Starting point is 02:51:05 and snipers on the roof to shoot at whose shithead? The rebel army coming across the Potomac? Wait a minute, you're on their side. Original 250-foot-tall archers faced legal challenges since he first announced it, including a pending lawsuit filed by Vietnam War veterans. But Joe, look, they aren't talking about sharks in the Austin papers. So maybe actually that's just a figment of your Monday morning imagination. Maybe so, but maybe he's just making this up as he goes along.
Starting point is 02:51:41 And Jonathan Amir, you get that sense. Exactly. Exactly. So, so John, he, he started with the Marie Antoinette Ballroom. And then suddenly it was like, oh, wait, it's going to house all of these secure bunkers for the president. When that wasn't enough, he said it's going to have helipads. And then we heard something about drones. And he just kept stacking up. So now we're sniper bullets.
Starting point is 02:52:08 And I'm not sure what else he plans to pack in there. How does one retrieve sniper bullets from the Grand Arch? It's an interesting question. think there might be more locations that could be better strategically than in the grand arch out in the open. Let's be clear. This is insane. I mean, President Trump, you're right on it, though.
Starting point is 02:52:32 He landed on this military, this security justification for the ballroom that when he was just going to build a ballroom for events, there was pushback. And then he said, well, we should have a secure facility too. And that allowed more Republicans to get on board, authorized funding and the like. And he's clearly returning to that playbook here, you know, suggesting there would be drone ports on this arch. And yes, storage facility for sniper bullets. And there would be teams of snipers up on the roof.
Starting point is 02:52:58 For who? For what? For when Virginia invades the district? I mean, it's ridiculous. And it distracts from what is something that no one in D.C. wants. As we have said on the show time and again, that is a sacred space between the Lincoln Memorial and Arlington National Cemetery. Even last week,
Starting point is 02:53:16 in a court filing, the Trump administration, Joe, acknowledged that the arch would be distract from other historic sites in the region, namely the cemetery. They acknowledge the construction would disrupt the solemn practice of military funerals in the cemetery. That is perhaps our most hollow ground, that cemetery. This arch is an obscenity, and this is a nonsensical justification for it. Well, in Veterans Group, suppose it. He should probably listen.
Starting point is 02:53:46 the overwhelming number of veterans groups who think this is a genuinely bad... Oh, Jesus Christ, Joe! You mean he should listen to the suckers and losers' groups? He likes veterans who don't get killed. Simon Simple and Simon Pure. And from Daryl in Houston to wrap things up. Conspiracies.
Starting point is 02:54:20 Right-wing conspiracy theorists give conspiracies a bad rep. The crapola right-wingers believe is, such a fundamental misinterpretation of reality and so idiotic that realistic conspiracies get dismissed without consideration, of course. A large part of that is intentional whitewashing of public understanding of how the powerful keep us pleads in our place and them and theirs. And Darrell adds the Paxtafile, the ratfucker Paxton absolutely expects the election to be stolen if necessary. He doesn't need to campaign. You may be right. You probably are.
Starting point is 02:55:05 You know the politics far better than I. What? Maybe post some Texas ranger. I mean, are there enough Texas rangers to post them at every polling place? Send out some flyers, intimidating voters of color, saying that if there's a warrant, you know, you'll probably be arrested if you come to vote. Not our fault. Not like they don't do that all the time anyway.
Starting point is 02:55:37 And from George, of course, Gold. Hi, George. The Arc Death Star. Drones, snipers, and sharks with freaking laser beams. You know, we have to try to laugh at this stuff because it's so toxic. Otherwise, it'll just make a wreck of you. So I hope we have managed to succeed with some of the madness today. There will be more madness tomorrow.
Starting point is 02:56:14 we're just trying to write out the madness and do it together and keep each other sane because, well, we're in the middle of it, but it can't go on forever, and even they know it, as I pointed out last week. Even Trash Patel knows he will not be FBI director forever, and I have no doubt that he begs Nitwit Nero not to fire him because, if we get a Democratic president in 28 I hope the hell there you know the entire term may be taken up just investigating these criminal fucks but God we need an attorney general no more Merrick the Meeks
Starting point is 02:57:08 a real attorney general with a real will for justice so that's the program everybody thanks ever so much for joining in thanks to our challenge makers and challenge respondents. Thank you, Ralph, for your challenge. We're down to $800 to go, and seven days to do it in.
