Grim Reaper goes Oh-for-2 on getting the right 80 y/o. RIP, Tim Curry. What a talent! And oh, that baritone!  Lest we forget, the ICE goons are still out there, violating the law, trashing the Consti...tution, abducting and tormenting ordinary people minding their own business.  Their must be an accounting and a reckoning.

Starting point is 00:00:06 The password is... Anticipation. It's showtime. Here we go. Live from behind the corn phone curtain. It's head-on with Roxanne Kincaid. Three hours of cussin and discussing with America's only liberal trans-billy elitist right here, right now, on the head-on radio network.
Starting point is 00:00:53 Brought to you in part by Cole River Mountain Watch, who invites you to be part of the uprising against mountaintop removal, CRMW.net. And now, from high in the hills of West by God, Virginia, here she is. Roxanne Kincaid. Howdy. Here we go, off and running on this 26th day of August, 2006, 82626. This is the horn. Head on.com. Live is where you'll find us on the interweb tubes.
Starting point is 00:01:41 That's where you go. to be part of the Merry Wacky's any real-time Madcap multimedia extravaganza. That is the horn chat room in the three hours in which this program is live. Monday for Friday, 5 to 8 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, 2 to 5 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time, all time zones in between, and the Great Globe round. And, of course, whatever time it is when you're listening to the podcast. If you are a member of the podcasting convention of the Horn Family Community Congregation, well, thank you so kindly for joining us in that fashion.
Starting point is 00:02:12 I hope you find your time well spent, and all of us are very happy to be a part of your world. Thank you. If you're listening live, however, well, Ralps is over in the old holler tree, awaiting the arrival of other conversants. And I'm awfully glad to be in your company this evening. You can tell by it from the, well, you probably know why the password was, what the password was. This timeline is getting nothing, if not more ridiculous. I woke this morning to the news that, well, Tim Curry, that magnificent actor of stage and screen, had passed away.
Starting point is 00:03:13 again at the age of 80 and for some reason or another I mean he certainly wasn't in the film but it brought on a bit of a wrath of con flashback both in terms of me looking at the grim reaper and saying
Starting point is 00:03:43 he tusks me he tasks me and then of course also the taunting by Captain Kirk, you keep missing the target. Fucking Grim Reaper.
Starting point is 00:04:04 Go in and get checked out. You take out two 80-year-old icons and you leave an oleagenous adipose, galumphing wad of pettiness,
Starting point is 00:04:25 of pettiness and bigotries and hatreds, yet upon this planet? You know, proper preparedness prevents piss poor performance. And, well, we're at the piss poor performance part of the program as far as the grim reaper is concerned. I mean, this is just plain screwed up. monumentally. And, ah, right.
Starting point is 00:05:09 But, well, that's true. Jeremy says we've reached three if you count the drummer for ZZ Top. He was 82, 80 comma also. Ah, well, as I said yesterday,
Starting point is 00:05:36 I despise supernatural incompetence. And this is pretty much the peak of the phenomenon but but but I'm kind of getting ahead of myself every program here at the horn begins with gratitude
Starting point is 00:06:20 and this program is no difference so we say thanks to our 26th day of the month subscribers and contributors via PayPal and that means we say thank you on this Wednesday afternoon
Starting point is 00:06:42 to Ralps. Thank you, Ralps. Thank you for being our lone subscriber for this 26 day of the month. Thank you so very kindly. And, well, okay, okay,
Starting point is 00:07:15 clearing things up for me a bit. Jeremy says, no, he was 77, but three good souls gone, unfortunately. Yeah, well, this is, but we're specifically in the category of 80-year-olds, and that's two swings and a miss for the Grim Reaper. Asshole. Him, not you, Jeremy. And then here's something that happened that Ralphs shared with me.
Starting point is 00:07:50 This is just sweet. The King's Guard outside Buckingham Palace. Stupid ad. The King's Guard outside Buckingham Palace tying into 9 to 5. Well, that's cool. She's still ours. Daggummit
Starting point is 00:09:22 You Brits But that was a nice tribute Of course if I was more paranoid I'd wonder How it was they already had that in their repertoire Nah They're probably just that good They can hand them the sheet
Starting point is 00:09:41 And away they go I mean they are the King's Guard after all They're not going to be standing outside Buckingham Palace playing chopsticks But Ralph's kindly offered a $25 challenge for that and thank you
Starting point is 00:10:03 thank you kindly Ralphs and Micah said right in the fields obligatory Star Trek reference out of the way early I see yes yes it is and so well if someone
Starting point is 00:10:19 meets Ralph's challenge that would mean that we would get down to $1,980 for the deficit. We've got today, tomorrow, Thursday, Friday, and Monday. That is how it works out, isn't it? Yes. Today, tomorrow, Friday, and Monday to clear out that deficit and all help is good help. We can start with Ralph's King's Guard challenge.
Starting point is 00:10:58 Stephen New York noting, that's actually rather classy. It is. It is. Far classier than anything knit with Nero could have cooked up. And just as a bit of a follow-up, we were all rather stunned yesterday, I think, when he proved to be not a complete narcissistic.
Starting point is 00:11:31 shithead about the passing of a woman who was a far better human being than well, she will, than he will ever be. But of course it well, it didn't last. No, no it didn't. It couldn't last, could it? It just couldn't. And what do I mean by that? Well, you'll
Starting point is 00:12:11 see. absolutely repulsive because well that's repulsive is on brand for anybody with the last name trump and so yeah this badgum it and by the way it is a prayer meeting is Wednesday. Well, darn it, it turns out that's paywalled. It wasn't when I read it this morning. But, yeah, according to New York Magazine, after being shockingly decent yesterday,
Starting point is 00:13:08 well, nitwit Niro eventually found a way to make it all about himself because he's always going to be a repulsive narcissist. And, well, I guess we'd better just jump into the matters at hand. The question is, where do we jump first? Well, no, I do want to take a couple of moments to remember the late great Tim Curry. His performance in both the Rocky Horror Show in London's West End, and then in the Rocky Horror Picture Show that particularly made him an absolute icon
Starting point is 00:14:31 but he had so many other credits to his name among other things the Soviet physician aboard the submarine and hunt for Red October his role in Clue on and on and on And I'm just, I just really kind of disgusted by this timeline. As Dr. Frank N. Furtter, he and the rest of the cast of Rocky Horror, well, let's just say they opened the closet door for a lot of people to experiment with their identities.
Starting point is 00:15:32 that voice, that grin. And there he was the son of a Methodist minister in the, I think the RAF or the Royal Navy, I'm not sure which. On stage, he started out in hair, and eventually wound up as Arthur. King of the Britons. King of the Britons. In Spanelot, a villain in Annie.
Starting point is 00:16:23 God, what I would not have said, oh, how, and that's the thing about live theater. I love it because of its impermanence. How I would have loved to have seen him in 1981 in Amadeus. He actually played. actually played Mozart, the title character. That had to have been magic. As mentioned, Wadsworth, the butler in Clue, Pennywise in It, the obsequious desk clerk in Home Alone 2,
Starting point is 00:17:14 the concierge there, yeah. Wow. Wow. Let's see. Dang it. Let's find a fitting Kim Curry clip just for the fun of it. The Pirate King and Pirates of Penzance. Of course, he had a stroke in 2012 that left him, left its severe impact upon him.
Starting point is 00:18:46 Oh, well, why not just stay with the same? standards. Ninety-five. God knows how many of us have been to the film or worn a costume from the film. I've had a beef, Jeremy says this, I've had a beef with Tim Curry ever since he was the lead in a janky Windows 96-era game about Frankenstein's Castle, the pixelated video, and his always telling you you can do that or enough to make you want to slap someone. Well, try to set that aside for just a moment, Jeremy, because this moment is, well, iconic. We're both in a bit of a hurry.
Starting point is 00:19:44 Right. We'll just say where we are, then go back to the car. In the leisure to meet you, go to burglary. We don't want to be any worry. Well, you got caught with a flat world. How about that? Well, babies, don't you panic. Oh, see more right.
Starting point is 00:20:07 I'll get you a satanic mechanic. I'm just a sweet transvest idea from transsexual Transylvania. Say for the night, a bite. I could show you my favorite obsession. I've been making a man with blonde hair and a tan. He's good for relieving my attention.
Starting point is 00:20:44 I'm just a sweet. transvestia I'm transsexual Transylvania Up to the lab And see what's on the slab I see you shiver with anticipation
Starting point is 00:21:23 Really to blame So I'll remove the cause But not the symptom Nothing like it. Oh my god. That voice. Oh, that voice. That baritone. And Clarence reminds us, don't forget Congo.
Starting point is 00:22:01 Oh, no, no, no, no. Yeah, this. Herkimer Homolka. Herkimer Homolka, formerly of Romania. Free now of the chains of Chowcchescu, traveling the world and doing good. Hercama Homolka, hi, hello Hercamer Comulca, formerly of Romania Captain, please
Starting point is 00:23:05 I only wish to explore Hercama, Hamoka, right? Yes, hi, hello. You're not looking for Solomon City again, are you? What are you talking about? Mr. Hamolka here was part of a disastrous expedition about what, five years ago? Please, I would prefer you not to...
Starting point is 00:23:27 They were looking for city calls Inge, unfortunately, it doesn't exist. He does exist. Fine. Three members of his safari died from exposure. The fourth was shot by we don't know who. It was an appalling suicide. We won't put it.
Starting point is 00:23:42 And Mr. Hamalke here had to be carried out of the jungle by, as I remember it, me. I knew he wasn't a Romanian philanthropist. Oh, he's a Romanian, and he has done a lot of good, but mostly for Mr. Hamok. Shut up, you filthy... Filthy Walms. Bulling has left me. from shaken think nothing of it all aboard you know we could go on and on and on golly as uh as billable rick notes this timeline sucks how do we change it i don't know it that's that's the problem it's
Starting point is 00:24:35 hard to decide how do you un how do you unkill harambe uh does another kid have to be and then and the ape doesn't hurt the kid, and then we don't kill the ape? I mean, I don't know. And, uh, well, this. Didn't mean to frighten anyone? You're a bit late for that. Then there were three more murders.
Starting point is 00:25:13 So, hell's get it! Let's consider each murder, one by one. Professor Plum, you knew that Mr. Body was still alive. Even psychiatrists can tell the difference between patients who are alive or dead. You find the gun to him in the dark. and missed. So you pretended he was dead. That's how you were able to kill him later, unobserved. That's right. He was the missing person in kitchen after we found the cook dead. But he was with us in the billiard room when we found Yvette screaming. If that's when the cook was
Starting point is 00:25:41 killed, how did he do it? I didn't. But you don't expect us to believe that, do you? I expect you to believe it. You killed the cook. She used to be your cook, and she informed on you to Mr. Boddy. You made one fatal mistake. Sitting here at dinner, Mrs. Peacock told us that she was eating one of her favorite recipes. And monkey's brains, though popular in Cantonese cuisine, are not often to be found in Washington, D.C. Colonel Mustard. When we saw the motorist at the front door,
Starting point is 00:26:10 you took the key to the weapons covered out of my pocket. Then you suggested that we all split up. You separated from Miss Scarlett, crossed the hall, opened the cupboard, took the wrench, ran to the conservatory, entered the lounge through the secret passage, killed the motorist with a blow on the head.
Starting point is 00:26:24 Like that! Not so incredible as what happened. Next, art wheels split up again. I went upstairs with you. Yes, you, Mrs. White. And while I was in the master bedroom, you hurried downstairs and turned off the electricity, got the rope from the open cupboard, and throttled Yvette. You were jealous that your husband was scoping Yvette.
Starting point is 00:26:50 That's why you killed him, too. Yes. Yes, I did it. I killed Yvette. I hated her so much. Madeline. The, it, it flamed, flames. Flames. Flames.
Starting point is 00:27:07 On the side of my face, breathing, breathless, heaving breaths. Heaving breaths. But while we were in the billiard room, Miss Scarlett seized the opportunity, and undercover dark is across to a library, where she hit the cop, whom she'd been bribing on the head with a lead pipe. True or false. True. How are you?
Starting point is 00:27:26 Perry Mason. So it must have been Mr. Green who shot the singing telegram. I didn't do it. Well, there's nobody else left, but I didn't do it. The gun is missing. Whoever's got the gun, shot the girl! I shot her. You? So it was you. I was going to expose you.
Starting point is 00:27:45 I know. So I choose to expose myself. Please, there are ladies present. You thought Mr. Body was dead, but why? None of you even met him till tonight. You're Mr. Body. A minute! So who did I kill? My butler.
Starting point is 00:28:02 Oh, shucks. He was expendable, like all of you. I'm grateful to you all for disposing of my network of spies and informers saved me a lot of trouble now there's no evidence against me this all has nothing to do with my disappearing nuclear physicist husband or colonel mustards work with the new top secret fusion bomb no communism was just a red herring ha ha ha ha ha but the police will be here any minute you'll never get away with this any of you why should the police come nobody's called you mean oh my god of course so why shouldn't we get away with it
Starting point is 00:28:40 We'll stack the bodies in the cellar, lock it, leave quietly one at a time, and forget that any of this ever happened. And you'll just go on blackmailing us off. Of course. Why not? Well, I'll tell you why not. Good shot, Green. Scene. He worked with so many fantastic actors. Oh, it's absolutely insane, Ralph, if... When Clue first came out, there were...
Starting point is 00:29:43 what six, seven different endings, yeah? Martin Mull and Howard Hesman. Howard Hesman at the very end, yeah. What a cast. And from Darrell in Houston. Tim Curry, Tim Curry today, Dolly yesterday, hope the rule of three takes a pass tomorrow. RIP, lady and gent.
Starting point is 00:30:18 Oh, no, no passes. No passes, Darrell. This incompetent, inept, grim reaper, he's 0 for two. There's only one redeeming move left. And from Tamara in Memorium, too, thanks, Roxanne, just got home. That was just what I needed. We celebrate these people who brought us so much joy, and as I suggested in my little, my little,
Starting point is 00:30:58 theory yesterday. We know by what we have lost and who we have lost, well, we understand better how sweet will be that great, great day that is somewhere in the not-too-distant future. But for now, yeah, that stings. That does. Oh, and this, this is noxious. With the news of the passing of Dolly Parton, it turns out that, according to a report in Newsweek today,
Starting point is 00:32:05 maggot legislatures over the past year have been moving with real, aplom to slash funding for Dolly's book charity. No shit. I mean, there is no decency to the maggots. Just as there is no honor among thieves, there is no decency among maggots. Dolly Parton founded the nonprofit imagination library and that nonprofit sends books to children all over the world to teach them to read. Because of course Dolly, well, her childhood was spent in a time when books were scarce,
Starting point is 00:33:11 few and far between, hard to come by, and determined as she was to leave the world, better place than she found it. Well, imagination library was a big part of it. And as I said, my two infant granddaughters get their books. And they take tremendous joy in them. They're fun stories. And it's sweet and good and kind and decent. So, well, enter Taliban Diana.
Starting point is 00:33:52 You might recall yesterday, Dave and the Blind was talking about how government and governance in Talibaniana leaves something to be desired. Well, in Taliban, Indiana and Missouri, maggots have taken to slashing the funding for things like the Imagination Library. With the news yesterday, Imagination Library said, The Work Ahead has never felt more meaningful, and we will carry it forward as she lifts us all up. Dolly, we will always love you because, well, she made a fortune with her writing talents. When I Will Always Love You was used as the theme song from the Bodyguard, and Whitney Houston sang it. Good God, Dolly, without lifting a finger, made a fortune.
Starting point is 00:34:59 And she channeled that into her love for children, for families. uh yes last year last year uh the maggot legislature in taliban diana uh completely removed funding for the program from their budget more than a hundred and twenty five thousand children in talabandiana were enrolled in the program Missouri froze enrollment for the Imagination Library on the 1st of July after slashing its budget. Missouri providing only $2 million in state funding for fiscal 2027, having previously been funded at $6 million. $300 million books since Imagination Library was founded. That's how many that they've distributed to children around the world. more than three million children.
Starting point is 00:36:11 As to the cause of her passing, it was a brief battle with cancer, her family announced. But that didn't stop the maggot, the disgusting maggots from talking about the fact that she'd had the COVID vaccine, and the COVID vaccine was what killed her. Well, if the COVID vaccine killed Dolly, then why is fucking Nitwit Niro running around just fine as frogs. Well, he's not fine as frogs here. He's sick as hell and clinging to life.
Starting point is 00:36:49 But still, he got the jab. And somehow or another, he's still alive. I don't know. Maybe it's the raw milk. Or maybe it's the shoe leather steaks and the sauerkraut.
Starting point is 00:37:12 Oh, this timeline. Yeah. Micah pointing out, they wouldn't have dared while she was alive but damn i would have thought at least they would have waited until she was cold fucking ghouls they're still ghouls they'll always be ghouls myca because ghouling is what ghouls do god god god
Starting point is 00:38:02 uh from the department of humor however something at texas t sent along to me uh i guess darlene graham will be going on to run for Senate in South Carolina. She has a Democratic challenger. It's a long shot. But don't give up. Never give up.
Starting point is 00:38:48 Never surrender. So at a maggot rally in South Kakalaki, a man showed up wearing a T-shirt called Kill Your Local Pedophile. Now, completely on brand, a hissy ensued. Now, the guy is standing in the midst of the crowd pointing to his shirt, Kill Your Local Pedophile. And I guess, well, I guess we know who the maggots in South Carolina think the pedophile is
Starting point is 00:39:39 because they're booing a guy with a T-shirt that says, kill your local pedophile. Certainly is on brand. if nothing else. And then security comes and throws him out, and the crowd of maggots cheers when he's removed from the event. Let that settle in. Trump fans cheered when a man wearing a t-shirt that said,
Starting point is 00:40:32 kill your local pedophile was thrown out of their rally. Yeah, I guess you could say that's a vote by acclamation that their orange Jesus is a pedophile and they damned well know it. Yeah. Glad to know that they love their pedophile down there in South Kakalaki. Clarence, how do you stand it? Todd in South Carolina stand, how do you stand it? David in South Carolina stand, from whom we have not heard in a very long time. How do you stand it?
Starting point is 00:41:36 Gracious. Of course, with regard to the video, Texas T said that if they, the Trump crowd is done beside themselves. They knew that if they followed the instructions on that shirt, they'd have no preacher next Sunday. Ain't that the truth? And it is, after all, prayer meeting Wednesday, so it would make, well, this makes at least sense to mention. out in Oregon out in Oregon a religious sect
Starting point is 00:42:40 I discussed this a bit briefly with our pal Tristan a religious sect is being allowed to kill children I wish I was kidding I am not no it's just
Starting point is 00:43:14 dear God I forget the name of the The name of the group Let's see I thought I had the story up here And we've talked about these things in the past Yes it is the Followers
Starting point is 00:43:52 of Christ Church And various cults, etc have been murdering their children in places like Idaho in Oregon. Many years ago there was the story of the parents who tried to heal a sick child with maple syrup. In this case, the followers of Christchurch is based in Oregon City, Oregon, where multiple
Starting point is 00:44:36 child deaths have taken place because they won't take a child to the doctor and instead think that they can pray away the demons or whatever. In this case, a couple from Oregon City, members of the followers of Christ Church, will be serving 30 days in jail. 30 days in jail. And they'll be on five years of probation after they killed their child.
Starting point is 00:45:24 there's a curious silence among the fetus fetish cult about this they'll bark and grunt and hoot about how abortion is wrong but all they say when this story like this comes up is that well gotta have the first man man they put their faith in olive oil and I'm not talking about Popeye's girlfriend ain't God did
Starting point is 00:46:32 yeah right and then there was an event in Tampa Florida where whalehead dead bear raccoon penis brainworm lamprey of the hyannasport brainworm
Starting point is 00:46:59 lampre's well he showed up and then well he scompered. He scamp it off. This was the scene. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:23 And it all has to do with something we've already talked about on the program. Remember a few weeks ago we talked about gas station heroin? Yes, sir. That's question. Yeah. Martha Kalman from Sky News, UK, you're wondering, you thought very hard to get a ban on 70H. People also say that natural leaf cratine is addicted. What are you doing to fight that scourge?
Starting point is 00:47:49 Well, FDA is looking at that issue right now. The Justice Department dropped its case against Feel Free. And Marha Pack received a $1 million donation. Does that have anything to do with the DHA? I don't know anything about either of the things that you just said. I have no idea of the million dollar donation. It was from Jerry Ross, Feel Free. Okay, well, I don't know anything.
Starting point is 00:48:15 about that. I don't make decisions for the Justice Department. Are you in your pocket, feel free, sir? Excuse me. Thank you very much for joining us today to talk about our kids and their healthy futures, and Florida is going to continue to lead the way. Thank you so much for being here. We appreciate it.
Starting point is 00:48:33 Thank you. Run away! Run away! Yeah, feel free. That mixture of of Kava and Kratum
Starting point is 00:48:48 that addicts people who aren't already addicts? Senator Ashley Moody was the one who said thank you for coming here and to talk about the health of our children, which Florida will continue to do. Mm-hmm. And if you couldn't hear the reporter,
Starting point is 00:49:23 that was Martha Kellner of Sky News who said the Justice Department dropped its case against Feel Free and Maha Pack received a $1 million donation Does that have anything to do with the DOJ? Because Maha Pack is run by one of whalehead, dead bear, raccoon, penis, brainworm, lamperies,
Starting point is 00:49:47 a creep by the name of Tony Lyons. I don't know anything about either of the things that you just said, but, well, Ms. Kellner did. It was from Terry Ross of Feel Free. You might recall that that's the same Terry Ross of Feel Free, who is buddies with that little, little toxic orc. Mark Wayne Mullen, they come from the same town in Oklahoma Stan. And, well, in fact, Mark Wayne has a $1 million position in Feel Free. That's what the high-flying stock boys called, isn't it?
Starting point is 00:50:37 He's got a position. Yeah. But, yeah, the New York Times verified that Feel Free gave a million bucks to the Make America Healthy Again pack. And that's almost half of what that stinking pack pulled in. through April. And, of course, the corruption is real, pervasive, broad, deep. Back in December, a federal judge said, yeah, go ahead, prosecute him.
Starting point is 00:51:20 Feel free. And then when the, I guess maybe the maggot DOJ was thinking that the judge would stop them, the judge said, no, really, ring them up. at which point the maggot DOJ back then run by Jojo Blondie said Uh, Your Honor, we'd like to drop our own case against feel free. Yeah, Jesus. So, I don't know, maybe he wanted to run away because, uh, as an addict himself, maybe, uh, maybe whalehead dead bear, uh, raccoon penis brainwarm lamprey is, uh, having a little taste of
Starting point is 00:52:17 feel free himself. Yeah. God, there's... If it's filthy, if it's repulsive, if it's dangerous, if it's hateful, if it's harmful, you can bet your ass the maggots are holding positions in it. Yeah, Steve in New York pointing out, Sky News, Martha Kellner, that was called journalism.
Starting point is 00:52:44 Funny. No U.S. journalists said a word. Now, not so much. And back to Darrell in Houston. Grim Reaper, I was referring only to a pass on decent people. The inevitable can come to any filthy fascist that Mr. Reaper takes to mind. Well, I wish Mr. Reaper, that's a mighty kind and respectful of you there, Darrell. I wish Mr. Reaper would just pay attention to, well, taking out the trash. and from Cynthia the wrong person died again today Tim Curry will be missed too hopefully the third time is the charm on getting it right
Starting point is 00:53:34 ah Jesus but it's midweek and well I guess we had more stupid than we could handle yesterday for Titanic Tuesday now the maggots are mad at the at the Hall of Fame voting committee because they've refused to include
Starting point is 00:54:14 Roger Clems in the Hall of Fame yet again. And maggots are mad because Orange Julius Gieser is mad because Roger Clemens is one of his golf buddies who watches him cheat but never goes out and says, hey, Daddy cheats at golf. So earlier today, I guess, well, with nothing more bad, nothing better to do. Nitwit Nero decided to
Starting point is 00:54:55 dictate to Natalie and fired off a really pissy tripe. How about Roger Clemens not being in the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown, New York? All because a bunch of jealous people with far less talent voted that he shouldn't be there. He was also not convicted or admitted to taking drugs.
Starting point is 00:55:20 Rogers Easley, one of the few greatest pitchers of all time, winning 354 games, seven Cy Young Awards, a record by three, and played in three World Series, winning two. He was third in most strikeouts. The commissioner told me he was going to approve Pete Rose, but he waited long enough until Pete died. No wonder baseball is in trouble, President Donald J. Trump. He was so mad he didn't include a thank you for your attention to this matter. So once again, there he is. It's supporting another disgusting creep.
Starting point is 00:56:05 It's just how it goes. Both the writer's ballot and last year's 16-member contemporary baseball era committee both took a pass on him. In 2007, he was part of the Mitchell report. Among other things, his own former personal trainer, a fellow by the name of Brian McName, and he said, Oh yeah, I juice that bastard up on the regular. Steroids and human growth hormone. For his part, Roger Clemens responded,
Starting point is 00:56:52 no, uh, and I doubt if the commissioner of baseball said any such thing to nitwet Nero. At least I'd like to believe that. Is shoeless Joe Jackson in the hall? Didn't do anything in the 1919 World Series gambling scandal, except beat the daylights out of the baseball and commit, and perform play error-free defense but that old bastard Kennesaw Mountain Landis chose to ruin him a great in fact there's a great film eight men out by john sails the same man who brought us mate one and curiously enough mate one and eight men out take place in the same time frame if you've never seen eight men men out. It's a great watch. Shoeless Joe also showing up in Field of Dreams. Everything old, is new again. Remember, remember the pandemic? Yeah. Remember, uh, uh, uh, the great
Starting point is 00:58:47 poopy paper panic of 2020 when you just couldn't get any? Mm-hmm. Guess who makes a lot of the T.P. that comes into the United States. Mm-hmm. The prime minister up there, Mark Carney, has published a list of nearly 900 products, which will be tariffed between 25 and 50 percent,
Starting point is 00:59:27 starting this coming month. Yasharman said previous tariffs jacked up the price of its product from Procter & Gamble by 25%. We got in 2024. I guess that's the nearest year for which we have available numbers. We got some $328 million worth of TP from Canada. That's more than any other country from which we have imported toilet paper. Then again, remember, the maggot doctor says that he,
Starting point is 01:00:25 can poop behind a curtain at a dinner party and not even have to wipe. Ah, well, we made it into the second hour of the program and managed to ruin dinner in the central daylight time zone. I'm sorry. Jesus. This bunch could fuck up a one-car funeral, but we knew that. Costco's TP is Canadian source. I would imagine that because, well, frankly, Sam's Club copies everything that Costco does. Their TP probably comes from Canada to. When the Daily Beast reached out to the whore at White House for an explanation, some White House spokes creep said,
Starting point is 01:01:27 Canada was offered the most generous trade deal of any of America's trading partners, despite being overwhelmingly relied on access to the American economy. Of course, all they would have had to do have done would be to give up the French language and promise to only ever trade with America ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever again, giving up their own national sovereignty. Speaking to the Beckerhead, NIT went near and said, Canada is one of the worst countries in the world. Well, treats Americans.
Starting point is 01:02:18 Good God, what a fucking idiot. And so we're about to have another toilet paper crisis. Great. Yeah. From Billable Rick. Ha! Roxanne, I haven't eaten my afternoon snack yet. Nice tricin, Kate.
Starting point is 01:02:42 Ooh. You just gave the game away, Billable. I'll have to, I'll have to find something really disgusting. Oh, Felicia, thank you, dear, for Dolly. Thank you. And thereby matching Ralph's challenge. Thank you, Felicia. So, hey, we're down below the $2,000 mark for our fundraising deficit.
Starting point is 01:03:25 In fact, the number is $1,955. So that's about, well, a little over six days unfunded. Who knows? Between today, tomorrow, Friday, and Monday, we might actually finish the month of August fully funded, begin to face the unrushing horrors of autumn and winter. Okay, this isn't like ruined dinner. This is just infuriating.
Starting point is 01:04:16 But before that, a note. uh from tamera who just got through my late lunch before you ruin dinner on the east coast toilet paper shortage is going to be extra special with the food recalls oh dear god i didn't even think about that tamara oh i guess i'd better go by the go and buy the ginormous flat of three-ply northern that's one of the few things i'm brand loyal to stuff's amazing And, well, there's Cynthia, saying, glad I bought that big pack of TP at Costco last week. If only I could time the market like that. Well, maybe it's an emerging skill.
Starting point is 01:05:22 Now, this is actually a clip from my former Filthy Morning Habit from yesterday. I mentioned yesterday that the father of one of the heroic sailors aboard the USS Abraham Lent, Lincoln, who let the world know our national shame. Well, his daddy was abducted by the ice goons and is being deported. But there was something far more disgusting than that. The story, of course, comes out of Florida, the shithole of America. We'll just turn it over to Miss Mika and Jonathan LeMeyer. They start out talking about Manuel Luis Avelis.
Starting point is 01:06:27 Okay, here we go. The top of the hour, a Navy sailor on the USS Abraham Lincoln says his father has been detained by immigration authorities in Florida. Joshua Avelis says he learned Saturday that his father Luis Manuel Aveles had, been taken into ICE custody. In a Facebook post of Uylaz wrote, I've been deployed for over nine months out at sea in the Middle East aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln, fighting for a country that has given me everything. He added, we have done everything through immigration to get his green card approved. And we are just waiting. Please stay strong. I'm coming home, dad. The Department of Homeland Security says Border Patrol arrested Avila's
Starting point is 01:07:14 bother during a vehicle stop in Key West. But Avelas claims his father has a driver's license, social security card, and work permit, and has lived in the United States for 19 years. And here is one of the problems, exactly a case like this, where you have people like Mr. Avelis, who is trying to do the process and trying to do everything right. And this comes at great cost to people who are doing everything they can to be here legally and do things the right way. And it is bankrupting for many people to do that while trying to make it here in America. And now they're too afraid to show up to their immigration meetings or hearings. They're too afraid to show up because of these violent tactics by ICE, because of the videos
Starting point is 01:08:06 that we've seen across the country of people getting shot, of U.S. citizens getting treated violently. Documented or undocumented, there is illegal activity should not happen to anybody on American soil. Due process should happen to everybody on American soil. But what you have is this intense, violent tactics against documented or undocumented people that make them too afraid to actually follow the law. And it's the violence and the fear that is now exacerbating what is a horrible situation, again, deployed by ICE and the way they do business. Also, this, if you're not horrified by what you've seen so far, try this one, a mother and a daughter in immigration custody. After going to a hospital in central Florida, after being in a car
Starting point is 01:09:03 accident, they go to the ER. Juliana Calero and her daughter, Grace Stephanie Calero, were receiving medical treatment when, according to family members, hospital staff, told them ICE had requested the women be taken into custody. Take a look. Relatives say both women had valid immigration documents and were in the process of seeking asylum. Because they were, when you seek asylum, you're trying to flee violence of what are we looking at here?
Starting point is 01:10:00 The Polk County Sheriff's Office says deputies determined the women had overstayed their visas. However, the Sheriff's Office, adds that neither woman faces criminal charges and both are being held in the county jail. The family says they have not been able to speak with them since their detention. ICE has not commented on the arrest. So fleeing violence from their countries, and this is what you've got here in America. You get in a car accident, you go to the ER, a mother and a daughter are ripped out of the ER like that.
Starting point is 01:10:38 And the list goes on of story after story after story of people being nabbed off the street in violent ways, often by ICE agents that don't appear to be trained to even be able to use their weapons correctly. I'd be scared if I got near anybody like that. And everybody is scared when they see a situation like that. And isn't that part of the point here? How could it not be to fear people into not showing up and doing their process and trying to be here legally? Are again we going after the worst of the worst or we just going after people to create a level of fear out there where laws can be broken? People can be detained for months and children have to show up alone for the detention hearings.
Starting point is 01:11:30 The list goes on as to how backwards, un-American and sick this is. What are we doing here as a nation? What are we doing? This is not the worst of the worst that President Trump promised that he would focus on during the campaign. And his administration keeps saying that they're targeting. A mother and daughter at a hospital, a video impossible to watch. And then the USS Abraham Blinken, which has just had a record deployment in the Middle East, with terrible conditions on board.
Starting point is 01:12:05 Conditions that the Trump administration won't admit to, but we know from relatives of sailors who have been on that ship how bad things got so bad that some members try to jump overboard. And yet while one of those sailors was serving his country for months at sea, his father's detained. And he has to write that heartbreaking Facebook message telling him, telling him, Jonathan, abducted. I'll be home soon. I mean, this is, yes, there's the political. angle of this, this is why Trump is so underwater and what used to be a signature issue, immigration. This is partially why Republicans are expecting to do poorly this November, but it's more than a political issue. It's a human issue. It's about humanity. It's about a nation's
Starting point is 01:12:49 God damn it. It's like a dog returning to its vomit, isn't it? Ever, ever returning. Jonathan Lemire can't help himself. He cannot make reference to this human rights. disaster, these deliberate crimes against humanity without pointing out nitwit Nero's goddamn polling numbers. What do his polling numbers have to do
Starting point is 01:13:20 with this monstrous act of in humanity? It's like they're addicted to the horse race. By the way, Micah pointing out, Hey, Mika, you got something on your nose.
Starting point is 01:13:36 It's been there since your trip tomorrow I'd say you should try and wash it off, but I don't think you've seen it. I don't think you can wash it off. Exactly, Micah. Decency, and we're failing that test. We were told it was rapists and murderers who were going to be shipped out, right? This whole time, during the campaign in 2024 again, to which people said, yes, please secure the border and get out the violent criminals.
Starting point is 01:14:05 We just heard, as Meika read those stories, these were not criminals, other than overstaying a visa and awaiting their asylum hearing. I mean, when you have a man in Mr. Avilis, the father of the sailor, who's been here for 19 years, is a handyman in Florida and raised a son in America who loves the country so much that he joined the United States Navy and has been on that ship. And then in the case of that hospital scene, the sick thing, John, is that there are people,
Starting point is 01:14:32 Stephen Miller comes to mind who like what they see in that picture because it sends a message to other people, don't come here unless you want to be this person. This is the mother, and then later the daughter who had just been in a serious car accident was arrested in her hospital gown when she was discharged, awaiting now deportation hearings.
Starting point is 01:14:52 It sickens most Americans to watch this, but not enough people in the Trump administration. This will continue. This will continue. The quotas are still in place. Stephen Miller still has calls multiple times a week with DHS, saying we need to get our numbers up. We need more people out. And in some ways, you know,
Starting point is 01:15:14 the national storyline has moved on since Minneapolis, though we have had a few other high-profile incidents of violence. But there's just, there is so much else going on. The ICE tactics have been a little less in your face. Well, I mean, except we of course see this at a hospital. And we're seeing it at courts. We're seeing it at airports. They've just sort of changed tactics a little bit. But the drive is still there. These scenes are still happening. And there's There's no sign, no sign. The Trump administration is going to back down. In fact, the opposite, where Trump, in a political corner,
Starting point is 01:15:43 when he feels like his back against the wall, he almost reflexively goes to what he thinks is his best issue, his thinks his base wants, which is immigration, which is deportation, which are more scenes like that. And maybe a sliver of the base does want that. But polling shows, by and large, Americans are disgusted by those scenes. We've crossed the top of the hour at 7. Yeah, as Cynthia points out, when we finally get control,
Starting point is 01:16:05 I want all these maggot ice bastards. all the way up to Trump prosecuted to the fucking Max. Do this shit to them. I would suspect that some of these may be crime significant enough to warrant a penalty in the extreme. And, you know, nitwit Nero, as we pointed out back in 2024, when our most puissant dread sovereign Supreme Catholic majesties declared that the president is above the law, as I noted back then that does not extend
Starting point is 01:16:43 to his toe sucks, bootlicks, licks spittles and various other minions and so yeah whatever we can imagine as the harshest possible punishment for scum
Starting point is 01:17:07 like Stephen Miller that's what he needs. And Mark Wayne and Krusty the nasty Nazi gnome we need to commit to the idea that we've heard since 1945 never again and we have to understand that never again
Starting point is 01:17:36 means never again to any marginalized group of people during the Holocaust at one point Jews were told that they were being relocated. Jews being sent to places like Auschwitz and Bergen-Belsen, Zobiebore, Treblinka. They were told to bring all of their possessions with them because they were being relocated. Just moved to a different part of the world.
Starting point is 01:18:16 and they were stuffed into cattle cars and sent straight to death camps where upon exiting the train they were immediately separated into groups who were immediately sent to be murdered and to groups who were deemed fit for slave labor. You ever wonder
Starting point is 01:18:53 what becomes of these people who self-deport? The multimillionaire for-profit media are not going to send reporters fanning out all over Central and South America, let alone places like South Sudan or Rwanda, to find the people who have been sent there. Who's to say they haven't already been murdered? And I don't say that offhanded. This is a filthy administration that is fully, now, administration that is fully, capable of committing mass
Starting point is 01:19:40 murders of attempting a genocide take it from someone who is part of a marginalized group against whom they are attempting a genocide literally trying to erase people like me from the face of the earth so yeah
Starting point is 01:20:08 Stephen Miller you get an early ticket when the time comes and again say it again you know what maybe we We need to say this loudly and say it often. Say it to every Democrat who has any presidential aspirations whatsoever. If I hear you say, we have to look forward, not back, you are dead to me. Ice, as Abdul El-Said said, there was no ICE before 9-11.
Starting point is 01:20:46 We had immigration and naturalization. They did their job. They got rid of the crooks. and the criminals, but they didn't attack and assault a woman and her daughter in a hospital emergency room after a goddamn car wreck. And by the way, shame, eternal fucking shame, forever, shame upon the ACABs of the Polk County Florida Sheriff's Office for their complicity, their compliance, for their collaboration with this Nazi scum. In the future, I hope they have not a minutes piece.
Starting point is 01:21:34 And any deputy that participated in this deserves nothing in the way of peace or comfort or happiness or joy because they are fellow travelers with fascist animals. and then, well, then there's this. This is just a horror. And what I mean is the first interview given by the family of Alex Prettie. They gave it to George Stephanopoulos of ABC News. The man that ABC News hung out to dry in settling with nitwit Nero.
Starting point is 01:22:49 Here's a clip from ABC. Just a second. That poor family. their grief on display for the entire world to see but feeling the need to share that grief so that maybe this horror can someday end Stephen New York noting God damn this nation
Starting point is 01:23:29 well the beginning of the video what were you seeing I saw his jacket to be honest I think it was his jacket yeah yeah and it's some And it didn't surprise you that from the beginning, it seemed like he was trying to come to the aid of someone else. I was not shocked that he helped somebody. My shock is that he was murdered. And no one has given us the complete truth or anyone has been held accountable. And it's been seven months. There was more effort in vilifying him than pursuing justice, investigating this.
Starting point is 01:24:23 How can they bear it? How can they bear the unbearable? The last words. And see, that's the thing. His family was notified by no one with any sort of official credentials. They found out about it when they watched their beloved brother and son be murder. murdered live on television. Eventually they said we want justice, we want accountability.
Starting point is 01:25:18 Consider how long it took to get justice for the victims of the clan in the deep south during the civil rights struggle. You don't give up on it. You hound these bastards to the end of the earth. Do you suppose when it comes time that these monsters have to leave?
Starting point is 01:25:51 Will there be barrels of burning files such as were said to have taken place in various parts of Germany in the spring of 1945? Former member of Congress Barbara Comstock, a Republican, no less, said, The death of Alex Preti is something you would expect to see
Starting point is 01:26:21 in China or North Korea, and nobody has yet been held accountable. All of the, everyone involved in his killing should be in front of Congress or in a court. Never mind Congress, madam. In front of a court, in orange, plastic shower shoes, in chains, and taking the long view of eternity. and the same for Renee Good. And if the American people, for that reason, and none other, if the American people
Starting point is 01:27:16 cannot demand justice, I mean, I'm so old, I can remember when Republicans used to run around saying things like, well, I've got to have my guns under the Second Amendment of this Constitution in case the jack-mooted thugs of the government come and put their jack-booted jack-moots down on my freedom-loving neck right next to the tattoo that says only God can judge me.
Starting point is 01:27:47 I bet you remember that too. Well, of course, now the jackbooted, thugs are putting their jackbooted jackboots on the necks of freedom-loving people, and, well, all those, all those mouthy-ass Republicans are nowhere to be fucking seen, and it just keeps getting worse. A John Doe. That's the only identification we have for him. This story comes out of Maryland. This past Friday,
Starting point is 01:28:30 U.S. District Judge Stephanie Gallagher filed a memorandum opinion granting deferral of removal under the Convention Against Torture back in 2024. And that didn't slow down this lawless gang of punks and thugs and war criminals. criminals against humanity. John Doe et al plaintiffs versus Robert Guadion defendants. Plaintiff's John Doe and his two minor children have filed a complaint and motioned for a temporary restraining order against defendants, Robert Guadion, the field office director of the Washington, D.C., Baltimore,
Starting point is 01:29:29 ICE goon field office, Todd Blanchie, the Attorney General of the United States, Mark Wayne Mullen, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and lo, Marco Rubio, the second. Secretary of State, alleging violation of procedural due process rights. The court has held motions and has reached a ruling.
Starting point is 01:29:53 Setting out the facts of the case, the judge wrote, an immigration judge granted John Doe deferral of removal under the Convention Against Torture in July of 2024, after finding that he was more likely than not to be tortured by the government or
Starting point is 01:30:08 by individuals acting with the acquiescence of the government if he were return to Mexico. After the grant of TAT deferral, ICE released Doe from immigration custody on an order of supervision in November of
Starting point is 01:30:26 2024. He has since resided in Maryland and complied with all laws and OSUP requirements. But in January of 2026, Doe reported for a routine ICE check-in and was taken into ICE custody. He spent six months in
Starting point is 01:30:42 a Louisiana ICE detention facility. if we were speaking plain English, we would say in a Louisiana ice concentration camp shithole. And during this time, his attorney filed a petition for rid of habeas corpus in the Western District of Louisiana. That petition remains tending. Without, this is where the horror comes in, without any notice whatsoever, on July the 10th, 2026, defendants removed Doe to Guatemala. Guatemalan officials refused to accept. Doe, stating that they were only accepting Guatemalan citizens.
Starting point is 01:31:27 They turned him over to Mexican officials at the Mexican consulate to be returned to Mexico. Fortunately, after speaking with Doe's attorney and learning about his cat protection, a Mexican consular official informed Doe that he would not be taken to Mexico and he was instead returned to the United States that same day. after he returned defendants repeatedly moved dough between temporary holding cells and the airport in Texas without affording him the opportunity to speak to his family or his attorney let's just take a minute here you tell me what this sounds like i don't i don't i i know what i think it sounds like it sounds well you tell me i'll wait On July 15th, 2026, Doe's attorneys filed a motion for a TRO in his habeas case in the Western District of Louisiana, detailing his removal to Guatemala and his being turned over to Mexican authorities. Counsel asked for his immediate release from detention or an injunction on his removal from the United States.
Starting point is 01:32:39 Without any warning or notice to Doe's counsel, on or about July 15th or 16th, 2026, defendants wrongfully removed Doe from the United States for a second time. This time they removed him directly to Mexico, which would violate United States law and their obligations under the Convention against Torture. Once again, Mexican officials properly refused to accept Doe, and again he was returned to the United States. After this second return, Doe spent approximately 10 days being repeatedly moved from holding cells to the airport and back again, only sleeping for two nights in a detention facility, a concentration camp. on July 21st, 2026, defendants purportedly served Doe with a notice of termination of deferral of removal pursuant to statute. The notice stated that the Department of State had received diplomatic assurances from the Mexican government that Doe would not be tortured if returned to Mexico and that acting ICE director David Venturella and Secretary of State Marco Rubio
Starting point is 01:33:45 had consulted and determined that these assurances were relinquents. reliable. Good, let's keep that for the bill of particulars against both of those punk-ass little bitches. This notice, signed by Acting Director Venturella, gave no other information or details about the diplomatic assurances or the process followed. In a footnote, the court says it was agreed upon by the parties at a hearing that this form of termination, which requires the participation of a cabinet member and another high-ranking U.S. government official, is extremely rare. no information was provided to explain why these top-level officials personally involved themselves in this case or why they terminated Doe's cat deferral within a week of his removal to Mexico on July 15th or 16th, allegedly in violation of the CAT.
Starting point is 01:34:43 Doe does not speak or read English, and there is no Spanish translation on the notice or indication that it was translated for him. Doe purportedly refused to sign the notice. Jesus Christ! these these these bald-faced fucking criminals these disgusting punks because there's more to this on July 23rd 2026 the government filed a response to Doe's TRO motion
Starting point is 01:35:15 in his Louisiana habeas case this court has reviewed the filing in which the government acknowledges removing Doe to Guatemala but asserts that he had not been removed to Mexico in conformance with the order of the immigration judge. The filing also fails to inform the habeas court that Doe's cat deferral had been terminated two days earlier by acting director Venturella. Throughout the time Doe was detained, his attorneys repeatedly sought to speak to him but were largely unsuccessful as he was constantly being moved
Starting point is 01:35:43 between detention facilities or was not visible in the ICE locator system. Yeah, they were playing three card money with a human being. Doe and his counsel had just one privileged legal call on July 25th, 2026, and his attorneys otherwise relied on information from his wife to inform them of what was happening. On July the 30th, 2026, no surprise, the Western District of Louisiana denied Doe's motion for a TRO. The next day, August 1st, 2026, defendants took Doe to Texas and deported him to Mexico without his phone or other personal belongings. He has been in hiding since that date, fearing that the cartels that, and see, this is the, this is the, this is the, buried bleed, fearing that the cartels that he had provided information against
Starting point is 01:36:31 will find him and torture or kill him before he can return to the United States. This man did the bidding, did the good work that the United States wanted people to do in Mexico, that is, to wit, make it easier to find, prosecute, capture, kill the cartels. And Marco Rubio and this venturellip, creep. have signed his death warrant.
Starting point is 01:37:10 And Kyle Cheney, the journalist on social media, noted this past Sunday that Doe was illegally removed three times in recent weeks. Aaron Reiklin, Melnick, a well-known immigration lawyer, said that Mr. Doe put himself at enormous risk to turn on the cartels and testify against him, making him a target for a hideous death if they ever got their hands on him. and the maggot administration deported him anyway
Starting point is 01:37:49 anyway they didn't deport him anyway they deported him because of it they want him dead that's why I asked the question do you ever wonder about the people that oh we're just relocating them you ever wonder if any of them
Starting point is 01:38:07 you ever wonder if any of them get a swift kicking the pants out of a an aircraft at about 2,000 feet or 10 because I do because I don't trust this fascist scum. They are that horrible.
Starting point is 01:38:31 And the horrors to which this man is subject if he is found by the cartels, they don't kill quickly. In fact, they make a bit of an art of killing very slowly and maximizing the horrors involved. And then making sure that other people who might be tempted to speak up or help see the ultimate remains of the killing.
Starting point is 01:39:16 This one case should be enough in due time to subject someone like Marco Rubio to the absolute harshest possible penalties. It's funny how this is now all flying under the radar seemingly. As they noted in that clip
Starting point is 01:39:54 from my former filthy morning habit well, they've changed tactics a bit and suddenly things are a bit more quiet, but the horrors, the horrors are still entirely there. And so, after a great deal of analysis, the court in Maryland ruled, for the foredoring reasons, the court will grant plaintiff's motion for a temporary restraining order, and order that the defendants immediately facilitate plaintiff John Doe's return to the United States, the court further orders that if detained, though must be detained within 200 miles of Baltimore, Maryland,
Starting point is 01:40:46 and must have access to his legal counsel, an implementing order, is filed herewith, signed Stephanie A. Gallagher, United States District Judge. And what happens when they don't? What happens when, as his former colleague, Emil Beauvais suggested, the Department of Justice just tells the court to fuck off? we are reaching a point
Starting point is 01:41:19 we have long since passed the point where these DOJ assholes and ice goons and yeah Lomarko himself need to be hailed into court with an order to bring your fucking toothbrush
Starting point is 01:41:36 because well Sikh Semper Tyrannis the motto of the old dominion at Michael with an observation it's almost like the whole violent criminal thing was a lie, you know, kind of like every decent fucking person tried to tell you
Starting point is 01:42:37 jackasses. I'm so fucking angry with our media. And this man, the John Doe, may be dead. If it were me, I'd order the head of the DHS to produce him in court on X date. And if and when they failed to do so, well, I hope you brought your toothbrush, horrors. And there must be accountability at some point. There must be a reckoning, and it must be swift and sure and thorough and merciless and legal. We need, simply put, we need our own Nuremberg trials. Even if by then, Nittwit Nero has since gone to his long home, given all of his physical and mental infirmities, even if he can't stand in the dock by God
Starting point is 01:44:03 his minions must or we are done as a country and of course on top of it all this man this John Doe is a father so again
Starting point is 01:44:29 family separation is a feature not a bug. And since we talked a little bit ago about gas station heroin, that blend of Kava and Kratom, let's look at another equally repulsive situation. There's a company called ECTO World,
Starting point is 01:45:19 reporting from Mother Jones indicates that Ecto World, hired none other than Roger Stone to pimp its products. Ecto World is a distributor of vapes. Nicotine vapes.
Starting point is 01:45:50 And Roger Stone runs a vulgar outfit called Drake Ventures. Among them, Bitcoin Jesus he was indicted last year on federal fraud charges the military junta in Myanmar apparently pays Roger Stone about 50 large a month and this outfit Ecto World
Starting point is 01:46:28 is apparently marketing nicotine products to kids in the D.C. area and in fact in in New York, Attorney General Letitia James is suing Acto World and other vape companies
Starting point is 01:46:56 because they sell candy and fruit flavor nicotine vapes. All these vapes are produced, of course, in China. Funny how there's no tariffs on them. And yeah, they hustle these things at children, according to
Starting point is 01:47:23 allegations out of New York. But there's Roger Stone, who has never found a cause, a repulsive, filthy, dangerous, dirty, deadly cause that he's not perfectly happy to make a tidy profit on. And from one scumbagg to another, let's check in with Andrew and his brother, Andrew Taint and his brother. These are masculine men of masculine, manly, maga, masculine, masculinity manliness
Starting point is 01:48:12 uh Andrew Taint once declaring I don't read books I already Actually wrong accent I don't read books I'm already smart
Starting point is 01:48:28 I say I don't read books I'm already smart I don't need to read books Well they're presently Pissing and moaning Andrew Taint and his brother
Starting point is 01:48:48 because they're being held in a jail in South Florida I guess they thought their white privilege would protect them Mother Angolan is trying to extradite these two chuds for the benefit of the king's justice and they've been pissing and moaning and let's see, some of their weird-ass, probably deeply closeted followers showed up to do push-ups outside the jail to demand the release of these two filthy examples of carriers of Y chromosomes.
Starting point is 01:49:44 The United Kingdom wants to try them for some 59 criminal charges. rape, sexual assault, and trafficking for sexual exploitation, according to the Crown Prosecution Service. And, well, one of Andrew Taint's besties is none other than Bob. Big old boron. Yeah. According to Forbes, Andrew Taint said, very close to the Trump family. And so people are waiting to see if the United States. will actually honor our extradition treaty with the UK
Starting point is 01:50:47 and send him zooming across the pond to be met by the king's justice. Yeah. And so yesterday in federal court in Miami, magistrate judge Lauren Fleischer-Louis, wiped out 150 pages of Andrew Taint's supposed evidence he tried to fold
Starting point is 01:51:37 approximately 150 pages of legal argument into his existing briefs he's trying to be released from jail while he's waiting for extradition and so no this is after Andrew Taint had asked the court previously
Starting point is 01:52:09 for leave to file a reply of no more than 30 pages in length and the court said good yes you can reply not to exceed 30 pages in length and then he submitted 150 pages extra and the court said nope and so they're back in court in court in south florida tomorrow they've been pissing and moaning about how the how the how the how the how the how the accommodations in the jail in south florida are not to their liking oh boo-hoo i wonder if they've had to fight off any advances from other people similarly
Starting point is 01:52:58 incarcerated now let's see here uh let's go to the stress line for a second to see who we got hey welcome to the program hello rocham hello um a couple years ago we had an argument uh through email i never call before I usually send a check every month, I guess, now for a couple of years. Now, don't think I'm a right-winger.
Starting point is 01:53:33 Everything that this ICE is doing is wrong. Okay. Can I have a name? Fred. Fred? Okay. Fred? We're old by Fred today.
Starting point is 01:53:45 Not Fred the agent. I'm not agent. Anyway, what's going on with this Hispanic community at large? we had a conversation and he said no no no nobody's doing that that's not happening here absolutely not in the United States I don't I'm not I'm not following you
Starting point is 01:54:06 okay our Hispanic community what did I say wasn't happening in the United States that the Hispanic community is very much into the welfare system and they're abusing it oh for pity's sakes I've, oh, I got proof right now.
Starting point is 01:54:27 I mean, if you want to hear what, I mean, I could, I could lend this and give this out for proof what's been going on and what hasn't been happening. Remember when, with Kilmar Brager Garcia? Mm-hmm. Pam Bondi came out and said, Gilmar said, oh, that's my boy. Pam Bondi was on live TV, said, he's not on the birth certificate. there was the woman that says that that's his father she has two more kids that are a little older and the woman said no that's not his kids that's somebody else's kids now kill mara brerger
Starting point is 01:55:09 he was yeah it was a stooge it was a setup whatever this whole thing because they found one guy and then he got in the news and they're playing out now what they did he did go to the immigration court. No, he was here legally, he did this, did that. But he was never sent to the family law court. He had this kid, she said he's not on the birth certificate. But how does that happen in the United States? The father's not being put on the birth certificate.
Starting point is 01:55:40 Happens a lot. No, it's the way to get into the system. I just looked up the other day. I was considered HUD, HED, H-D, Section. I thought it was only rent that if you're making $300 a month you're paying $1.30 your income
Starting point is 01:55:58 30% or whatever it is you're charged 30% for rent and HUD picks up the rest. No, apparently HUD picks up also portions of utilities, your gas, your water, your electricity. And somehow or
Starting point is 01:56:14 another this is under your skin? Wait, wait, wait. This is not just him this is not just him this is the whole freaking community of immigrants and Hispanics that have been here every immigrant in the United States is doing what you're describing everyone not every
Starting point is 01:56:31 90% what you just said okay here's a second case this guy that got shot in El Paso he has three boys if I remember his boys were named Silva but Silva is like
Starting point is 01:56:49 his middle name he has a a different surname. So, and the kid came out, oh, she's in her, do you know anything about naming conventions in Hispanic culture?
Starting point is 01:57:03 Well, that's what, well, that's how it's confusing. But the fact is that it's not going, your confusion does not justify an attack on every immigrant in the United States. When you have, when you have,
Starting point is 01:57:15 when you have, when you have three kids that are not your name, would you, I mean, all three kids you have your name, don't they? Or three, four kids you had.
Starting point is 01:57:22 they all have your name. I had two kids and they both have my name. Black and white women always. Always? Again, again, you're using, you're using, 95%. You're using, okay, now you're backing off. It was always, now it's 95%. I mean, I can tell you no, I can tell you any number of absolutely
Starting point is 01:57:50 whiter than a bar of ivory soap mamas in this state whose children do not bear their father's name how would that be now given rape or something in that's rape yeah of course that's a whole different that's a whole different
Starting point is 01:58:11 category how could that how could that how could that be you asked that question how could that be well here's how it happens Mama gives birth They come in and they do them That's not her boyfriend
Starting point is 01:58:27 That's not her boyfriend Mama gives What? Did she give birth to her boyfriend? Mama gives birth A nurse While she's still recovering from Giving birth A nurse shows up
Starting point is 01:58:44 With some Forms to fill out So that's not a a regular hospital. Sure, it's a regular hospital. Sure, it's a regular hospital. And she says, and she says, who's the father? And mama says, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:59:09 And it's as simple as that. Well, that's not what's going on in our Hispanic community. Because you are an expert in what's going on in the Hispanic community. My neighbor retired. Are you Hispanic? My neighbor retired from the welfare system. Oh, well, your neighbor. Well, then put your neighbor on the phone.
Starting point is 01:59:38 She's the one that told me. That's how they work the system. Oh, okay. She told you because, well, yeah, that's it. You know what? I've been down in, let's say, a certain deep south state and had someone say, you know what? You know what they do?
Starting point is 01:59:56 These certain word that contains all the letters that are in the word ginger, but differently arranged, they all get together at their churches, and they teach them how to game the system. How to get all of them benefits, so they won't have to work. It's not the, no, these people are working people. This is the same. No, it's not. the same racist, xenophobic horseshit that I could hear on
Starting point is 02:00:28 any right wing radio if I want to tune it in and I don't. I don't listen to right wing. I know and I've been contributing to this, so why would I do that? Because if I'm listening, I should pay. And that's what I told you. And never mind. Well, I mean, that's fine, but you won't
Starting point is 02:00:46 I can't even verify that because you're operating under an assumed name today. Because you said, today I'm Fred. You just watched a news when when no matter i mean whatever the uh circumstances and it could be bad but you're going to see every Hispanic isn't when he says that's when she says that's my husband every every again maximalist language not a few not one or two not a dozen a half dozen no no a million a two million every you just said every every there's 10 million there's 10 million
Starting point is 02:01:24 in the shadows. Now, we know this. This has been said for years. There's 10 million Hispanics in the shadows. We've heard that. I've heard that all over everywhere. But who are? These are the fathers that can't legally be in the house, but they're in the house.
Starting point is 02:01:43 If she's collecting Section 8 welfare, she can't have President living in the house. And so you're just, you're just outraged that children have a roof over their head. no that the husband is working he's living there and they're not welfare is is hiding all this they're not they're not sending them like this kill marbury he should state that whole case should have gone to the family law court when he said oh that's not the father so you're a lawyer and you can make that kind of judgment you know you understand uh what the jurisdictional requirements are from one forum to the other no but when you got three kids and and nobody
Starting point is 02:02:22 father and, you know, no, I've known this for years. I was a union electrician. And even in L.A., we had our white crews and then our Hispanic crews. That's front door and backdoor contractors. They're not paying the Hispanics more than as much. They're paying them less. They're not paying them union wages. But it's still worse because when you're on welfare, you get the Section 8, you get the food stamps.
Starting point is 02:02:52 What impact does this have on you? Because they're getting rent for free. When I have to pay, like, three quarters of my income to rent someplace, and people are getting it for free. And you know who's renting these apartments and this and that? People like Jared Kushner. And who's the other one? Who's the one with the hair?
Starting point is 02:03:18 What's his name in Atlanta? Jared Kushner, oh, you want to make money? get into these apartments. Well, the apartments are Section 8 housing. Oh, what the hell is I think? Oh, I can't remember. You know what? I think you overestimate the availability of Section 8 housing, for starters, because, well, for instance, here in West Virginia, and we're not talking about Hispanic people.
Starting point is 02:03:45 Oh, my God, this is a Lilly White state. people wait for years for section A housing now you're going to find out hopefully you know unfortunately this administration but they're getting steered different they're not getting any of the information even on Elon Musk couldn't get any of this
Starting point is 02:04:12 welfare because you have to you have to judge if you want to investigate somebody you got to have a judge sign a court order and for every single case. You're sitting here talking about legal process when you have no, you've given no indicia that you have any knowledge about the legal process whatsoever. I'm not worried.
Starting point is 02:04:36 You make it sound like people who are in the system are living some sort of life of indolent leisure. I assure you it's hard to be poor. Oh, believe me, yeah, but the husband doesn't have to pay rent. He's buying the cars. He's buying the phones. Buying the groceries? Maybe he's buying the groceries, paying the utilities? They have the food stamps.
Starting point is 02:05:01 They got food stamps. And yeah, he's paying for that too. Oh, my God, they've got food stamps, really? You mean the same, yeah, the same food stamps that Brookie Rollins said that an American should be able to live quite comfortably on $3 a day. that on $3 a day and that that's a piece of chicken, a few pieces of broccoli and a snack? Those food stamps, those snap benefits?
Starting point is 02:05:29 That's this administration. And I don't know what benefits may be $163 in California per person. Because they've lowered it. They don't want to pay food stamps. Anyway, it wasn't that low given four, five, six years ago. no back then we were in the pandemic and back then you don't want to be in it. We got a little extra money so people wouldn't starve to death. I didn't get any extra money anyway.
Starting point is 02:05:56 Well gosh, I'm so sorry. Poor you. So you just keep an eye when you see these families or these so-called families, a husband and wife. So-called families? Oh my God, this is unbearable. That's what they're calling themselves. God, the racism and the xenophobia is just coming on. off of you in waves.
Starting point is 02:06:17 No, no, no, no, no. Well, yeah, I've been watching these people beating the system for, I don't know how many years. And I couldn't understand. We had an apprentice, and I couldn't understand how he's paying for season tickets to the Dodgers. Well, his money is free money. He doesn't have to pay rent.
Starting point is 02:06:35 He doesn't have to pay for food. I mean, we're just going to have to trust you on this apprentice, right? Yeah, the guy that I worked with. Because every time, every time, Every time people start talking about immigrants and working in the United States. His parents were. He wasn't an immigrant.
Starting point is 02:06:53 His parents were. But he was working the system. He had four kids with this woman. I asked him, how much you pay an insurance for all those kids? He says, my wife's got better insurance. Yeah, she's got Medi-Cal. You don't even have to pay a dime for that. So he doesn't, they don't write it down on the legal documents.
Starting point is 02:07:10 Other documents, you know, he's buying her the car. Jesus Christ. that's how you work this you just keep an eye when you see married or so-called married couples and you see different last names that's how they do it that's how they that's the tell right there that that's not her last name Fred I am so old that I have heard all of this stuff that you're regurgitating 25 30 years ago when Rush Limbaugh was saying it the first time and it was bullshit then and it's bullshit now it's not even a clock is right twice a broken clock is right twice a day you just keep an eye when you see these spanish folks and they have different
Starting point is 02:07:55 last names that's why they do it they're not really married them for not god damn them for eating food and not starving to death how the nerve of them well hopefully you know i hate to see These people at the administration, you know, they shouldn't be doing what they should be doing it legally. And really investigating because they can't get records. You have to, even then they can't get records because they're protecting. They're being protected. Anyway, yeah, I'll still mail your check and I figure. I'll never know.
Starting point is 02:08:36 Well, that's good then. They won't throw it in the trash kit because it'll go to USBS. Because the first check I gave you, you held on to it too long and it bounced. That's why I keep on sending me a USPS checks. I sent you a check at the beginning of the month. You held onto it past the end of the month. This was years and years ago. My God, I don't know how many years, five years ago.
Starting point is 02:08:59 Well, that could have been Boss Van Lane at that point. Well, I don't know. I don't know what you do with your mailbox, but that's where I sent it. Anyway, yeah, I figured, you know, the other day he said, I can admit that I'm wrong. I can't. I can't. Well, hopefully, hopefully, you know, I don't know where. I'm not wrong.
Starting point is 02:09:21 Anybody who opposes racism, xenophobia is never, is not wrong. It's not wrong to do that. No, no, no, no. It's not racism, xenophobia. What it is, is I've seen what's been going on here. And there's no way you could live in my town without making. 80 grand a year. Some guy making 20 bucks an hour is renting a house for $3,000 a month. I don't see how that's happening. Anyway, I'll send you a check.
Starting point is 02:09:48 Maybe give me a note saying, hey, it's Fred. Jesus, that was pathetic. Holy shit, you guys. I'm sorry about that. Yeah, he'll send a check. Just a few selections along the way from Ms. Micah. What does this any of this have to do with the price of tea in China? This justifies the round-up and murder of people in the street. How does this guy know what's going on in the Hispanic community? Bord yet?
Starting point is 02:10:26 In the shadows? Wait, the husband's working now? I thought this was all to avoid working. Wow! Come on, dude. Just use a slur. You know, you want to. And then ultimately.
Starting point is 02:10:38 Ramalama ding-dong, Miss Micah. Well, that was a call. Jesus. And let's see. Teres wanted me to hang up right away. You're way too patient. I'm sorry. I like to give them enough rope.
Starting point is 02:10:58 We don't get them very often, but you give them enough time. And, you know, again, Jeremy's saying clown, maggot. Yeah. This is... That was ridiculous. It was hilarious. It's a setup, says Jeremy. I don't think I can even follow this.
Starting point is 02:11:30 He's been paid by them people to tell on them. And I love how there's no concept whatsoever of a blended family. And I'm not making fun here because I've been burned by it myself. You can see a story about... someone with a Hispanic name, and you can fuck up the last name just trying to honestly report the facts because naming conventions
Starting point is 02:12:01 in the Hispanic world and based on the Spanish language and Spanish and Portuguese culture ain't the same as, you know, naming conventions in northern Europe. I mean, if you're royalty,
Starting point is 02:12:20 good God, go look up King Chuck's full name. Takes a while to get through. Or the full name of that hero of the revolution, the Marquita Lafayette, for whom my county is named. Yeah, that one went on for a while. Tristan said, it's time to terminate. This person seems very unwell. I think you should hang up.
Starting point is 02:12:49 Thanks, Tristan. but I have to I don't know I have to let these things run their course because if I didn't you wouldn't know how stupid this all sounded Ralph's says Roxanne get rid of this right winger
Starting point is 02:13:04 it'll be curious to see if never mind I'm not even going to whisper that into the ear of the universe Jeremy says ask this chud how the fuck even if true how this makes them the worst of the worst violent criminal
Starting point is 02:13:27 I know. But see, and again, I heard this shit coming out of Limbaugh's mouth decades ago. It's all just a recycled xenophobic hash.
Starting point is 02:13:42 Toxic. And the story about me down in a deep southern state, that's true. That is absolutely true. Yeah, they get them down there and they teach them how to get on the welfare and then they register them to vote,
Starting point is 02:14:00 and they all get in buses, and they go vote together. Way down yonder in the land of cotton, your feet stank and mine are rotten. Look away, look away, look away, Alabama stand. Because, you know, God intended for people to register to vote all by themselves, and ain't nobody supposed to know about the welfare system except for the white pebbles. And that's the thing our friend, Fred, seem to miss.
Starting point is 02:14:38 He thinks that Hispanic people are eating up all the yummy, yummy, yummy, yummy welfare benefits when they are a tiny percentage of welfare recipients in this country, the vast majority of welfare recipients being people who are every bit as pale or perhaps paler than your humble hostess. Tamara, from your lips to God's ear, these people, every racist trope, and I don't believe him, he sent one check years and years ago, lying liar.
Starting point is 02:15:22 Tamara added, This guy makes me so uncomfortable, sorry to email you twice in a row, but God, I have the hebe-jeebies. And Tamara noted, anytime you hear these three words, waste, fraud, and abuse are dog whistles for racist. Fred,
Starting point is 02:15:36 sounds like a racist. Why won't he use his real name? Yeah. I mean, some people use pseudonyms around here because we've been using them for years. Reverbo the human boy is quite funny. Reverbo the human man. It promised helium-filled pants by this time in life and still no delivery. I mean, and most of the time we find out who people really are,
Starting point is 02:16:08 but we identify with the nicknames. Tangent, man. Yeah. Oh, God. No father on the birth certificate. Lee in New York points out. A friend told me of a relative a century ago, who was a black woman raped by a white man.
Starting point is 02:16:29 She would be strange fruit if she accused him. The family sent her away to give birth. The baby born in the South had a black mother. No father. The baby is black. The baby had skin as white as yours and was blonde. Yeah. And yet would have been qualified at that point in time as a, please forgive this racist high yeller.
Starting point is 02:16:53 But then again, the longest serving director of the FBI passed for White when he had an African-American grandfather. Oh, thank you. Thank you, Vernon, who just signed up for Patreon. Thank you so much. let's knock down the fundraising total for a second here and Micah sending a message to Tamara Tamara they walk among us yeah
Starting point is 02:17:28 let's see here okay we're now to 1945 to finish the month of August God it would be great if we could finish fully funded from Christopher Fred I really enjoyed that actually
Starting point is 02:17:55 I kept track of how many of those people he said during his diatribe and had a shot of tequila for each and now that fucker Fred got me all drunk like oh god Jeremy says follow me on this it costs me almost $230 a week just to feed me
Starting point is 02:18:17 and that's not counting for meals out during the week. How can someone getting only $160 in help a month be better off than me? I know, I know. And from Lee in New York, they walk among us on their knuckles. Mm-hmm. Wow. Okay. Let's try the stress line again.
Starting point is 02:18:47 We've got a little over half an hour remaining in the program. I had some other stuff to go. into, but that certainly made the evening more interesting now, didn't it? Hey, what's going on? Welcome to the program. Hey, Robin. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:19:05 It's Bill. Hey, Bill. Will. How are you? Doing okay. Your audio's a little sketchy. Here, let's do something different here. Hang on here.
Starting point is 02:19:21 Is that better? Immensely. You're not secret. Okay, good. You're not secretly, Fred, are you? You didn't just do that to spice up an otherwise lackadaisical Wednesday. No, no, no, definitely not, Fred. I wonder if that was brain.
Starting point is 02:19:43 I think I know. I think I know. You don't get very many of those anymore, but, I mean, he clearly was never a monthly contributor. He was a maggot plant. Wasn't I sweet though? You were, yeah. Yeah, you definitely were. See, what a difference of transition makes.
Starting point is 02:20:06 I would have been raging and screaming, and y'all would have loved it. I admit it, but I have to be ladylike now. Well, the killing of kindness approach is also equally satisfactory, I think, you know. Because he didn't know where to go. And your cross-x is very good. Oh, thank you. I still remember how to do it. Yes.
Starting point is 02:20:34 Yes, you do. Oh, Jesus. You know, you go ahead there. No, no, no, you, please. It's your phone call. I was just going to say, you know, when you get calls like that, that tells you that your program's having an impact, you know, and it's scaring people, you know?
Starting point is 02:20:55 Well, it could be, I mean, to quote a line from one of my favorite songs, the title track to Donald Fagin's The Nightfly, I wait, let's do the whole sequence. So you say there's a race of men in the trees, your force-huff legislation, thanks for calling, I wait all night for calls like these. Absolutely, that's great. Usually, yeah.
Starting point is 02:21:25 have to work the midnight shift to get calls of that quality. Yeah, right. No kidding. No kidding. So, anyway, I was, we're actually,
Starting point is 02:21:42 our internet's down here at the office. So I, I was going to send you an email. I couldn't do it. But I have a, it was probably, those, those,
Starting point is 02:21:52 those, those, those, it was probably those, those, those, Nick's done took down your internet. There you go.
Starting point is 02:22:00 Taking the copper wire. Yeah, don't even have their father's name. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Oh, by the way, you just got a note from Tamara. You remember Tamara. Oh, hey Tamara. Hey, Billable, she says.
Starting point is 02:22:17 She's good at it, isn't she? That's you, Robin. Thank you. Thank you. You like me. really like me. Oh. Oh, geez.
Starting point is 02:22:31 That's funny. No, I was going to basically send an email to you which said, no to grim reaper. Get your paperwork in order. Why in the hell have you left Roger Stone on the quick when you've recently taken Dolly and Tim Curry? Hasn't Roger Stone done quite enough damage
Starting point is 02:22:46 in his 80 plus years of life? Richard Nixon is calling from below and wants his dirty trickster back. Well, Richard Nixon wants his face back off of Roger Stone's back. You know, I'm sure Nixon has been granted Mickle powers in the underworld, and for all I know, he has the ability to stick his face right in the flames, and, well, when Roger Stone gets there, he'll brand his face into his back,
Starting point is 02:23:16 and Roger will just love that. Oh, no kidding. No kidding. Well, just so, you know, I never did get to see Dolly in concert, so can't blame me. Okay, okay, that gets one question out of the way. Where were you on Tim Curry? You didn't catch him back in the 80s when he was putting out his Paradise Garage song, or I Do the Rock, were you? No, no, uh-uh.
Starting point is 02:23:47 No, no. He was an interesting character, that's for sure. that voice oh that voice yeah yeah amazing amazing yeah yeah great voice well it's weird that it's like boom boom you know by the way you got a note from uh juvenile delinquent number two jeremy said bill will be a pro caller this is your final interview down for the open juvenile position so just remember The judges, Billable, the judges are listening. I believe it. What is this for the JD3 position?
Starting point is 02:24:30 Yes, well, actually, I think the juvenile delinquent number three is on the 60-day disabled list or something. So you'd be juvenile delinquent. Oh, JD-4. We get one more juvenile delinquent, and we can feel to, we can feel to, we can feel to, pick up hoop steing. There you go. There you go. Or an infield.
Starting point is 02:24:57 True. Without the pitcher and catcher. Yeah, they still need to report. Yeah. Mm-hmm. I wanted to ask. You and I don't get a chance to talk that often. I'm just tickled pink that you did call, though.
Starting point is 02:25:12 I'm just curious. Are you following even casually? Because I'm trying to get up to speed on it. Are you following this Lindsay Clancy? trial in Massachusetts? It's just the lady who had postpartly impression and killed her kids? Yeah, yeah, her three kids. Well, maybe she did.
Starting point is 02:25:38 This is one of those cases that, unlike the OJ case, makes me wonder who really did it. Because I swear just a little bit of this trial that I've followed. I feel like the husband did it. And the rest of it is... Yeah, I don't know. Yeah. But... I have no opinion.
Starting point is 02:26:02 I haven't followed it, so... Well, you might nose around in a little bit. It's... It's... Okay. I don't even fully understand... And I thought... Part of the reason I brought this up with you is that...
Starting point is 02:26:14 I don't fully understand the process here, and I'm sure you know as well as any lawyer. When you're... trying to prove an insanity defense, you are, you're engaged in a slog that is straight uphill. Oh, yes. Because we don't just hand those out in any jurisdiction. I kind of expected better of Massachusetts, but this is, this is blowing my mind because it's pretty much being taken for granted that she did it. She thinks she did it, but she can't be sure.
Starting point is 02:26:53 so she's presently if i understand correctly in a behavioral health facility and is not at her liberty and doesn't seem based on the testimony likely to get out of that facility any time soon among other I don't know if you if anybody made you in like high school read Edith Wharton's
Starting point is 02:27:23 Ethan Frome They made me And I'm still not over it No Well This case reminds me a lot of Ethan Frome Because
Starting point is 02:27:33 This woman Is paralyzed from the waist down now From allegedly Trying to kill herself After the murder of her children. And so she's in a behavioral health facility
Starting point is 02:27:50 and so they're having a criminal trial because the Commonwealth of Massachusetts wants to put because they don't, you know, Massachusetts doesn't murder people in the name of the state. There's no capital punishment option.
Starting point is 02:28:09 So they're having a criminal trial so that they can make sure that this this poor woman whatever circumstance that would lead someone in a fit of postpartum psychosis to kill three children, you can't say, you can't say, well, you know, this hardened criminal, there's no way she's not a pathetic character. And so the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is dumping, I mean, they have paid something like $160,000 for expert testimony in this case.
Starting point is 02:28:43 oh geez and so they're having this trial to determine whether or not she's going to spend the rest of her life in a mental hospital or the rest of her life in a prison and nothing adds up meanwhile the former husband
Starting point is 02:29:03 he ran off and got married the former husband of course he did the former husband has an entire raft of civil lawsuits against medical providers and he's sitting there trying to, you know, basically, you know how this works. He's trying to get a guilty verdict so that he can then use that and make a pile of money
Starting point is 02:29:25 for himself out of the medical malpractice lawsuits. The whole thing stinks. Oh, the medical malpractice lawsuit for his, for what his, who was malpracticed upon the wife? Yes. Okay, the paralyzed, the abolition or what? Yeah. Well, no, she was, the malpractices in that lies in the fact that she cried out for help before any of this happened. She said she wasn't okay. Oh, I see.
Starting point is 02:30:01 And so he wants to pursue all these lawsuits, make a shit ton of money, and go on. And here's a weird thing, the house where the killings took place. Yeah. Well, the tenant of that house now is somewhere. who previously worked for that county DA's office. Well, that's weird. I haven't found anything about this case yet that isn't weird. Is this a smaller community in Massachusetts or what?
Starting point is 02:30:35 I'm not sure the venue, but... Salem? Wouldn't surprise me. Yeah, you'd never know. That'd be weird. This is not something I would... This is a kind of a... a trial I would expect to be taking place
Starting point is 02:30:50 in a South Carolina or a Alabama honestly. Yeah, it's absolutely. Well, maybe parts of Massachusetts are like, you know, Alabama or South Carolina, you know? Yeah, I remember when I was out visiting Williams
Starting point is 02:31:06 College and the bartender out there at the hotel we were staying in when I was speaking told me one night, yeah, yeah, off in Boston, they think we're still out here fighting Indians. and you know Massachusetts isn't that big a state but you know William Williamstown and Williams College is in the Berkshires it's beautiful my one time being in the state of Vermont involved me driving through the Berkshire
Starting point is 02:31:34 seeing the welcome to Vermont sign driving past it turning around and coming back but you know been to Vermont I got there by flying into Albany drove through Troy, New York, which of course struck a chord with me because that's the real-life version of the town that Vonnegut wrote so much about, namely Iliam, New York,
Starting point is 02:32:02 Iliam and Troy being... Right, you mentioned that. Yeah, yeah. But this is, and apparently it's all over the place on the tickety-to-to-to-machine, and you can follow the trial on YouTube, tube and I tried a few cases and some of them fairly complex and this just this just beats the devil out of me I've never said so bizarre yeah so is there a possible mistrial because I thought
Starting point is 02:32:33 I saw read a headline about this case it's about the only thing I've read about it yeah this the the Commonwealth put on a witness who talked about made assertions about behavior in conformity with religious beliefs, which I'm sure you know is completely foreboughton under the rules of evidence. Yeah. And defense counsel leapt to his feet and about had a baby right there in the courtroom demanded in this trial, and the presiding judge overruled that motion. Yeah, I instructed the jury to disregard the evidence of course, right? Yeah, that's right. He unwrang the bell. Uh-huh. There you go. That's right.
Starting point is 02:33:21 Oh, geez. I haven't had a trial in ages. It's been since, geez, I think the last one was, before I started this new job or maybe right after I started it. It's been since like 2019, I think. I just don't get into court very much anymore. You know, most private clients can't afford to go all the way against the government, you know? And I kind of hear you not feeling real bummed out about that. trial. Do you, I mean, do you miss it? No, it's a lot of work. Yeah, it's kind of nice to mix it up, I think, in court, you know?
Starting point is 02:33:57 Yeah, but it throws, it throws, the rest of your schedule into absolute chaos. And, you know, a two-week trial can take a year to get your schedule sorted out after. Well, yeah, definitely, it definitely plays, you know, havoc with that. But, yeah, it's still kind of nice to get it occasionally. I mean, you know, my trials are no more than usually a couple of few days, you know, if that. So, you had a case up in the last case that tried was in San Francisco against the franchise tax board. Oh, I remember when you did that. And the issue had, yeah, the issue had to do with whether this company paid access to compensation to this individual.
Starting point is 02:34:45 and so that's, you know, yeah, yeah, I was staying over there, stayed there for, I think it was like a three-day trial or so. When I got the trial, like maybe, I got the referral like maybe 40 days before the trial date was scheduled, you know. So it was kind of a, you know, hey, can you, you know, a colleague called him and said, hey, can you take this case? And I thought about it and said, okay, I'll give it a shot. So, you know, we lost, but it was a good fight anyway. Well, damn, I'm sorry you lost, but hey, you got to lose and you got to go to San Francisco and lose. Yeah, yeah, and I ate at the client. It wasn't unhappy at all that, you know, he lost.
Starting point is 02:35:26 And after the trial took me out to do McCormick that had stakes there, really good stakes. Ooh. Yeah, I don't know how many coarse meal, maybe a six or seven course meal is great, yeah. Well, one of these days, if you get back up there, your next trial in San Francisco, make sure you go to Swan's Oyster Depot. I'm sorry, go where? Swan's Oyster Depot. Oh, okay, okay. Open sense right at or maybe just before the great San Francisco fire of, what, 1906?
Starting point is 02:36:01 And they've got- Yes, you've got that right. They've got seafood there that's probably fresher than anything I've ever seen in my life. And, you know, hell, I've been down to the Gulf Coast when they're unloading the shrimp boats. That's fresh. Yeah, well. So they've been around about 120 years then. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:36:21 It's been around that long since the San Francisco fire. And it's a tiny little place, and you have to stand in line, but it's worth it. Assuming, of course, that you enjoy things like, you know, raw oysters. Yeah, you know, I didn't like you give it a shot. I had some snails. They were pretty good. you know they were cooked of course though unlike oysters right they don't cook the oysters and she's raw oysters yeah i think you can i think you can get some i think you can get some
Starting point is 02:36:57 versions that are you know like broiled or baked or you know toppings and whatnot okay but the only time i've ever had the only time i've ever had sea urchin row uni was at swan's oyster depot and that was just amazing oh beautiful Hmm. Well, I'll have to maybe check that out. I'll check that out. Oh, gosh, I tell you, what a week so far, huh? Yeah, indeed. Who knows what tomorrow holds, huh? Well, the Grim Reaper has one more 80-year-old in which he can get it right.
Starting point is 02:37:37 There you go. That's right. That's right. You can get back on a wind streak, let's say, you know? Yeah. Oh. He's 0 for two on this road trip, Billable. Well, yeah. Kind of like the couple last two games. Geez, they were ahead of the Diamondbacks 4-0 after seven innings, and then managed to lose 5'4 on a walk-off home run, and then they lost again today.
Starting point is 02:38:04 It's like I can't, you know, shaking my head here. I don't know about that team sometimes, you know. That sounds like a bullpen problem. It is a bullpen problem, yeah. The guy that was an injured reserve list for like 60 days came back and blew, you know, they put him in in a lower leverage situation and left them in one bad or too many. So they made it a four to three game going into the ninth inning, and Cubs, of course, didn't score in the ninth.
Starting point is 02:38:33 And then there was a walk-off two-run homer in the bottom of the knife for the Diamondbacks. And they put their good reliever in for the ninth inning, he blew it. Webb is the guy's name. So, Palencia is the guy who was, oh no, Daniel, was it Palencia? Yeah, Daniel Palencia is the guy who was on injured reserve. He came back recently and is like, you know, not as good as he was before.
Starting point is 02:39:00 So I don't know, we'll see what happens. But they do have good starting pitchers now at least. They got a couple of, I mean, you know, a guy had a seven-in-old out yesterday and lost the, he didn't lose the game because they switched to other pitchers, but, you know, the game in which he's, you know, was pitching a gym, you know, they blew it, you know. So one of those things, baseball's a frustrating sport, you know. Yeah, it is.
Starting point is 02:39:23 And still, difficult sport. And still something, some of us still love and adore. Absolutely, yeah. Just never know what's going to happen, you know, so. Well, I'll be curious to see how the brackets play out, especially in the National League. Yeah, I think it's going to be the Phillies against the football. Cubs, if the Cubs can hold on to the number one wild card, and then the Braves are going to play
Starting point is 02:39:51 the number three wild card, which right now I think is the Padres. Diamondbacks are in it as well because of the Cubs, you know, blowing at the last two games. So they're within maybe a game or two of the third wild card is Arizona. Well, I think the Padres have a, as a forever, as a forever frustrated Braves, fan. I'm just curious who it is they'll bow out to in the first round. Well, there you go. Maybe the Padres of the Diamondbacks, one of those two. Well, Billable, it is awful good to get.
Starting point is 02:40:29 It's awful good to hear from you. And you said it in an email that you're moving into new digs that has a pool table-sized living room. Yeah, yeah. It's a 19-19-feet. long by like 14 and a half feet wide. So there's plenty of room for a pool table. We can put like a kind of an entertainment center there. It's like one of those higher places, you know, if you've ever seen those.
Starting point is 02:40:58 Yeah. You know, it serves as a heater and then you can put a TV on top of there. And yeah, we'll see where the sofa fits. It might be off from the side. But yeah, we'll be able to play pool and watch TV and just kind of, you know, hang out in the, in a big great room and then it has an extra instead of one bedroom it has two bedrooms and it's got an extra bathroom which is nice so then give me more time um you know or more more room which is nice
Starting point is 02:41:30 um and um you know both ginger and i get our own room that way which is cool so yeah we'll uh we'll see what happens and i do have a concert coming up on september 11th i'm going to see um Yeah, yeah, I'm going to see the Deep Purple warmed up by Kansas, or Kansas warming up deep purple on September 11th at the Greek, I think. Oh, wow. And yeah, yeah, I love the Greek. Actually, that's the last show I went to. It was, what was it? It was the guess who? They were tremendous. sounded really good. And then I saw that Ella Langley was going to be in town at the Greek on like October 14th, went online to see what the tickets are going for. Like nosebleed seats are like $730 each or $750 each.
Starting point is 02:42:28 Jesus. And then up front is like two grand. It's like, eh, you know, I think I'll wait until she's maybe not quite so hot and then see her then. Yeah. Who can, who has that kind? to God, really, who has that kind of disposable income? Nah, be surprised in L.A. Yeah, or just charge it on the credit card, you know?
Starting point is 02:42:50 You never know. But, I mean, I wouldn't do that. I mean, I've, you know, I was going to pay that much. I was going to pay about a grand each for Aerosmith tickets, and then Stephen Tyler heard his vocal cords in a freak accident going up steps at a concert venue and fell and hit his, like, fell on his throat, basically. Ow! But, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 02:43:11 Maybe the goddess is catching up with him. Maybe the goddess is catching up with him, given his skeevy behavior in the past, predatory behavior. You may be right. You may be right. Well, anyway, I'm going to let you go because I'm sure the gold on is probably summoning you pretty soon here. Yeah, he's getting ready to clock me out.
Starting point is 02:43:32 All right. Hey, it's great to hear from you, Goebbled. You take care. Yeah, yeah. I was inspired by my internet outage here at the office to give you a call. So I guess whatever it takes. Yeah, maybe the internet will go out again and we'll hear from you sometime. Love to hear from you on the front porch sometime, too.
Starting point is 02:43:50 And always remember. All right, you take good care. Always remember, Billable. Yeah? It's not about the fucking cat. Well, speaking of which, I can't bring my cat. I have a 14-and-a-half-year-old cat now. Oh.
Starting point is 02:44:05 He's got a, yeah, he's got like a tumor. in his larynx. My previous cat died of a cancerous tumor in his larynx, but this apparently is not cancer because he's not losing weight. So his meows are a little different, and he kind of acts like he's going to, like, cough up food occasionally, but I find a new place for him because I can't have cats in my new place, unfortunately. Oh, that breaks my heart.
Starting point is 02:44:30 So, yeah, yeah. I may be able to park him at my brother's house down in San Diego. He has like 100 acres in the middle of nowhere, inland San Diego County. So I'm going to see about that. But he's the nicest cat. He just purrs. All he wants to do is sit on your lap and be petted, you know. He's just a sweetheart.
Starting point is 02:44:51 So his name is, his real name is Jasper, but I call him Teddy Bear because he's a big gray cat. Oh. That's very good, Jasper. So it is about the cat. It is about the cat right now. Yeah, Jasper, yeah, yeah. I hope you reach a good solution for you both. I think so.
Starting point is 02:45:12 I think I'll be able to, yeah, hopefully so. All right. Well, you take care of Bill. Anyway, you too. Nice talking with you, Roxanne. And I hope you enjoy your snack. It should be safe now. I finish my watermelon already, so it's too late now.
Starting point is 02:45:29 All right, take care, Billable. Yeah. Bye. All right, you too. All right. Bye-bye. haven't heard from Billable in ages. That was wonderful.
Starting point is 02:45:40 We could say that that's a, that Billable was serving as a sort of auditory pallet cleanser, mixing my metaphors, but after what happened previously. From Darrell in Houston, willful ignorance of so-called conservatives, it never ceases to amaze me how conservatives can hear one or two stories, likely false, about individuals supposedly cheating some aspect of the welfare system and conflate that. into vast conspiracies attributed to whole groups of people. Yeah, I love the all and the every and then the retreat. That was fun. But when they're
Starting point is 02:46:17 made aware of the real scourge of scheming the system by white-collar criminals and corporations, they let it pass as you know, one bad apple or some such nonsense. I would guess, and it is just that, a guess. I would expect at least 80 to 90%
Starting point is 02:46:33 of fraud is white collar. Hell, they elected the biggest scammer of them all to be the fucking, to the fucking Senate. That would be Rick Skeletor, Scott. Yes. Idiocy knows no bounds, Daryl says. Fuck them all. Here, here.
Starting point is 02:46:54 And Haley, when I was in the middle of it, said, Roxanne, you've got a wild one on the line. He's thinking he's going to get away Scott free with his toxic rhetoric. Well, he didn't. How about that? But yeah, Haley, you're right. And like I said, it doesn't happen very often, but certainly does perk things up a bit, I guess.
Starting point is 02:47:46 So what have we got? Anything else here? Oh, this is fun. Just when you thought that we went Ramalama Ding Dong couldn't get any worse, Well, he has broken his silence on Max testosterone poisoned Miller and has said that Max Miller, despite having allegedly broken his two-year-old daughter's collarbone, having thrown hot water on his now ex-wife, having been a monster
Starting point is 02:48:32 well we whack Ramalama Ding Dong has said now I'm supporting everyone up and down the ticket and when somebody said well would you appear on stand on stage alongside Max Miller
Starting point is 02:48:57 well he said this is the most important election for preserving a Republican control of the House, the Senate, and also protecting the Republican control of the state. If we compromise that, we're done. Interesting how a politician can both prove himself absolutely toxic, and at the same time admit everything about the maggot party that anyone ever suspected, party over country, party over people, party for power.
Starting point is 02:49:38 So don't want to hear any more family values talk out of we, wake, Ramalama, ding dong. No, no. Uh-uh. Sorry. And what's curious is that the two senators who have called for Max Miller to step down are still on the endorsement page, too. But what occasioned all this was a voter at a campaign event this past Saturday in Columbus. Remember, if it weren't for Columbus, Ohio would be Alabama. Some maggot walked up to Wewack Ramalama ding-dong and said,
Starting point is 02:50:19 Thank you for standing by poor Max Miller. And that's when he said, I'm supporting everyone up and down the ticket. Well, hopefully it gives Ohio voters a better idea of exactly who the hell, Max Miller really is oh yeah right Lee
Starting point is 02:50:59 the San Francisco 1906 the earthquake well the earthquake precipitated fires if I recall correctly but yeah you're you're right and from Cynthia
Starting point is 02:51:17 I bet Fred was a Christian don't you know and I would still love to ask such Christians about throwing stones versus loving your and all that. Next time you get one of those, perhaps you should put that to them. And to be sure, I missed most of the call as I'd stepped out and then back in during the last part of it, so I don't know what I missed. Maybe I'll try to stream it later. Well, I'll get the podcast up as soon as I possibly can.
Starting point is 02:51:44 Mercy. It certainly changed the tenor in the direction of the evening, didn't it? And what's this? The Beckerhead had to interrupt. daddy during an interview today. Apparently, the Beckerhead kind of got a little worked up. It was during this interview with the Beckerhead where he managed to make Dolly Parton's death all about himself. He can't help it. He's just that horrid. About 15 minutes into the exclusive interview,
Starting point is 02:52:41 Nuit Nero started rambling about Canoeuvre. Leah. This was, well, deeply uncomfortable for the Becker had. I'm just astonished he's still out there. You know, his suicide runs in his family. Damned us thing. Let's see if we can get this. From the first day, they started using the word affordability. They looked at me, affordability, it was a new word. Nobody ever heard the word. it was a new word that they devised because they're quite good at that they're not good at running a country but they're good at i guess good at politics i don't know they they have some awfully bad policy for people like men and women sports etc but i meanwhile because i happen to have video here uh the beckerhead is literally beginning to squirm inherited affordability i inherited high prices i'll put it a different way and we've really gotten them down
Starting point is 02:53:51 Now, we have a little bit of an oil. Don't forget, when I did this, people thought the oil would go to $10 a gallon. You know that. But we had to do it. We had to stop them from having a nuclear weapon, and we did. And the prices are coming down very rapidly, and now beef is starting to come down. You know, the meat, the beef. Yeah, because nobody knows where the screw worm meat is coming from.
Starting point is 02:54:14 as my traveling companion in Rome when we were about 15 years old asked of the waiter in Venice. We were in Latin class, and that's why we were there. But he looked at his waiter and said, Esna equis, heathen. But I think we can all be asking that now that we have no idea the provenance of this so-called mystery meat. The Beckerhead is still squirming. You heard him kind of trying to break.
Starting point is 02:54:44 can. Started to come down. But prices have come down very, very, very, very simple. I have to tell you, Mr. President, I didn't plan on talking about this and we can get into it a later date, but please, please when it comes to beef, please look at the cartel that is the meat processing cartel. I mean, that is, I run a ranch, so I know what it's like. And I'm telling you, it is the processing plants.
Starting point is 02:55:14 There's four of them, and I think two of them are not even American. It's bad. And they're, I believe they're colluding. The ranchers and the farmers haven't done it because they're smart as well. I'm surprised because that's been going on a long time, Glenn. He has no idea what the Beckerhead is even talking about. It's been going on for a long time. It's bad.
Starting point is 02:55:37 And then he punts it off to the, to the cattleman. Huh? I'm surprised they didn't do something. There's some smart guys. From Tamara. That's as much as we're going to play, my God. I'd say he's a lost ball in high grass, except for the fact that he goes and finds the ball and kicks it out into the goddamn fairway.
Starting point is 02:56:02 Thank you, Oscar Delahoya. From Tamara, ranting about canudlia. God, I love your references, says Tamara. Oh, the meats. The beef. Oh, Tamara. Tamara closes saying, Bon Appetit.
Starting point is 02:56:31 Oh, Tamara, thank you for that. You made my evening. Now maybe I have to use a little bit less brain bleach than I was going to have to use before. Maybe shower with the real bleach, too. Yeah. Thank you, Tamara. Thank you. And thanks to each and every one of you,

You made it a much more tolerable experience. back to the meats, the beef. Sina equis.
Starting point is 02:58:31 Cynthia said it makes me really glad I also have those ribby steaks stocked up in my freezer. I pulled out one last night and cooked it sousvied. Oh, I knew you did. With a hot sear follow-up. It was wonderful. And in the meantime, I'm sure as fuck. I'm not buying any beef right now. I understand, Cynthia.
Starting point is 02:58:51 And from Stephen New York. Good program tonight. By the way, fuck Fred. Steve, that was only his name tonight. I'm sure you got that part. Jesus. Thanks, thanks, Miss Micah, for the post at Blue Sky.

But if Nitwit Niro comes towards you babbling about, oh, it's a terrible problem, the meat processing, I had no idea what that is. Well, avoid him like the plague because he is. And always, always, always. Gina and Wayne, it's all for you.
Starting point is 03:00:29 Talking a little bit, Victoria. Later.
