Head-ON With Robyn Roxanne Kincaid - Head-On With Roxanne Kincaid, 28 August 2026, Friday-On-a-Quiet Porch

Episode Date: August 29, 2026

Take a breath and enjoy the weekend.  But first, Friday! ICE still torturing, Nero still Nit-witting, MAGATS still-preying-on-the-dead. I hate it when the MAGAT Media crowns a new boogie-man: Haaaaaa...aasan CHOP Piker. Who tf does he think he is, Kemal atta-Dweeb? I can still remember chatting with his uncle at a DC bar, We were both there on the same nickel. He was as interesting as a gently stewed stalk of celery. Apparently, it's a family trait.

Starting point is 00:00:07 The password is convict. Here we go, live from behind the corn phone curtain, its head-on with Roxanne Kincaid. Three hours of cussin and discussing with America's only liberal transvility elitist right here, right now, on the head-on radio network. Brought to you in part by Cole River Mountain Watch,
Starting point is 00:00:52 who invites you to be part of the uprising against mountaintop removal, CRMW. And now, from high in the hills of West by God, Virginia, here she is, Roxanne Kincaid. Well, howdy. And here we go. Off and running for this, the final Friday of August, 2006. This is the horn head-on.
Starting point is 00:01:31 Dot live is where you'll find us on the interweb tubes. That's where you go if you'd like to be part of the Merry Wackies Amy Real Time Madcap Multimedia Extra-Ravaganza. that is the horn chat room in the three hours in which this program is live, Monday through Friday, 5 to 8 p.m. Eastern daylight time, 2 to 5 p.m. Pacific daylight time, all time zones in between and the Great Globe round, and whatever time it is when you're listening to the podcast. Hi, I'm Roxanne. Thanks for joining in on this Friday on the front porch.
Starting point is 00:02:03 It is the 28th of August, 2006. and, well, for those of you who are members of the podcasting contingent of the Horn Family Community Congregation, thanks so much for sharing your time with us that way. Once again, I will continue to implore. Please take a moment and give us a like, a remark, a review as the podcast episodes go up, so as to increase interaction with the algorithm and make us a little bit more likely to be found by other like-minded. souls out there around this magnificent if flawed little globe of ours. Yeah, please do.
Starting point is 00:02:49 And thanks to those of you who already do. I appreciate it profoundly. We all do. And, of course, if you're listening live, well, Ralps is over there waiting for you in the old holler tree that we sublet from the Keebler elves, the chat room there. Hi, Ralphs. I hope you're having a good Friday. And hopefully more folks will wander by.
Starting point is 00:03:11 Of course, like I said, Friday on the front porch, so in about an hour, we'll go over the river and through the woods to the old holler tree. We sublet from the Keebler elves, wherein we keep the extraordinary, ordinary roundtable, around which we gather on each and every Friday to cuss and discuss the issues of the week and anything pressing on folks' mind. And I always enjoy Friday on the front porch because it's a chance to really let the ideas and the information bounce around,
Starting point is 00:03:43 rather like a billiard ball going from cushion to cushion to cushion on a pool table, like the one that Billable Rick's going to put in his new apartment soon. So, well, come on by, the conversation is fine. Every program here at the horn begins with gratitude, This program is no different, so thanks go out to our 28th Day of the Months subscribers and contributors via PayPal. And that means thank you ever so kindly to Charlie at APS Radio News, who said, by way of challenge, and remember Ralph has a challenge still on the table. I will match the first $100 donated today, and I'll match Ralph's a moment.
Starting point is 00:04:39 $25 donation if one such is made today. So love you right back, Charlie. Thank you very much. So that means there's $100 in challenge money on the table. And that would get us down to, let's see, we're at 1895, and that would get us down to 1695 if someone will match at Charlie's challenge. Thank you so much. Thank you so very much indeed.
Starting point is 00:05:09 1695 would be great. That means that we'll be only, let's see, well, if we could get that all the way down to $1,500, we'd only be a week behind come Monday. And that would be fantastic. Thank you, Charlie. Thank you so, so much indeed. And thanks to Charlene and Rokes Island. And thank you to Suman. And thank you, Mark. and thank you Sharon so very very kindly thank you all for being partial sponsors of the program and helping to keep this little experiment in liberal progressive independent
Starting point is 00:05:49 non-capitalist non-corporate non-commercial radio well among the quick thank you very kindly indeed because well right now we're dealing with things like you know, health care prescriptions. We've got the tax monkey and the terrified chihuahua off our backs,
Starting point is 00:06:19 and that leaves a couple of other bills. So, all told, if we brought in between now and Monday something like, if we got it down to say 695, then all those bills would be paid by the end of the month and that would be fan freakintastic um let me see here oh gosh stand by just a second please i'm sorry sorry about that uh that's two days in a row um oh thank you jeremy i'm sending a photograph along you've been mooned uh check this out yes i caught it last night uh the uh oh the solar eclipse and a plane flying in front of oh that's oh that's so cool pink moon pink moon pink moon yep
Starting point is 00:08:39 thank you jeremy that's really cool and uh ralps said uh she'll add another twenty five dollars to the challenge Jolene as performed by Dolly Parton and Pentatonics. They're very good. Let me see. Yeah, this is great. Jolene, Jolene, Jolene is beyond compare with flaming locks of urban hair, ivory skin and I smile is like a breath of spring, your voice is soft like summer rain. I cannot come. you in his sleep there's nothing i can do to keep from crying easily i'm going to take my man means to me joke me oh that gives me chills that was awesome thank you ralves thank you so uh that means a hundred and twenty five dollars in challenges are on the table and that well uh to get on down by
Starting point is 00:11:50 let's see uh let's see 1895 1695 1695 1645 1645 1645 1645 if we knock all of that down. And thank you, thank you, Charlie. Thank you so much. O'Kidok. Sorry, I'm getting messages here, and I'm trying to deal with a question
Starting point is 00:12:59 to which I do not necessarily have a ready answer. But with that, hmm, this is funny, with that gorgeous rendition of Jolene, it reminded me of something. Dolly once said that she entered a Dolly Parton look-alike contest and lost to a drag queen. Dolly did love her drag queens, and the LGBTQ community loved her right back.
Starting point is 00:13:33 But with the news of her passing, CNN screwed up because, well, CNN. And they actually ran a picture of a drag queen dressed up as Dolly instead of running a picture of Dolly. So she loved to laugh and she got the last one, it appears, at the expense of none other than chicken noodle news. So where do we begin? We talked in the last couple of days about the fact that there may be, they may not be in the news quite as much as we expected, or quite as much as they were, say, last summer.
Starting point is 00:14:43 But the ice goons are still wreaking havoc and horror from sea to shining sea and across the fruited plain. and this is as big a horror as anything we have seen. This has to do with a man named Etonosa Ossahan, 49 years old, and completely legally inside the United States with a green card and everything. He's been in the United States since 2002. using the same convention against torture that we mentioned in regard to the man who these filthy fascists are trying to, they tried to dump in Guatemala, tried to dump in Mexico, and against, well, and ICE eventually getting an injunction filed against them.
Starting point is 00:16:01 Well, something similar happened to Etnosah-Ossahan. They gave him convention against torture status, the immigration judge did, over the fact that he was twice tortured by Nigerian officials because at one point in time he was a member of Boko Haram. They had hanged him from the ceiling, they had forced him to stare at the sun, and for 14 years he complied with every last, requirement of ice check-ins and what-not. He married a woman in the United States. They raised three American children
Starting point is 00:16:54 and then the ice goons got hold of him and with no legal right to do so whatsoever. They ran him through three separate countries He's trying to cover his trail and eventually dumped him, Jesus, dumped him in Ghana. Yeah. It all happened starting this past May. The ice goons sent a note to Mr. Ossahan.
Starting point is 00:17:55 They told him to show up for a routine medical. update and once he got there the ice goons jumped him, stripped him of his phone, refused to let him speak to a lawyer,
Starting point is 00:18:17 clapped him in irons and sent him through Texas, Miami, Senegal, Cameroon and eventually dumped him in Ghana. The folks in Ghana didn't want him so they tried to shove him toward Nigeria, literally, marching him on foot through the bush,
Starting point is 00:18:39 uh, across a, uh, across the border into Togo. And it was in Togo that they dumped him by, literally by the side of the road with no way home. When U.S. District Judge Michelle Williams court got wind of this entire filthy scheme, you can't help but think, but wonder what. of these ice goons would do if the same were done to them. Maybe it should be. She wrote, The risk of harm shocks the conscience.
Starting point is 00:19:23 And Judge Michelle Williams Court saw the direct parallel with Kilmar Abrago-Gargeo Garcia and told the government to preserve all the records and explained by September the 3rd, that would be Thursday. What steps, is that Thursday? Let's just check here. I want to make sure I get things right.
Starting point is 00:19:49 Yeah, Thursday, September the 3rd. Yeah, explain what they're doing to bring him back home, seeing as how they abducted him illegally. And just like the man in Mexico, whom we discussed earlier, he's in hiding. He's dealing with malaria. He can't speak the local tongue. And because he is a former member of Boko Haram,
Starting point is 00:20:21 who has forsworned that disgusting organization's tenets, well, he dare not be seen or identified, because ICE, the goons, have already outed him on social media. I hate this timeline. Or maybe it's not the timeline. maybe it's the people in this timeline. Every time I see a story like this, I can't help thinking that the harshest imaginable punishments should be reserved for the animals who did this to him. Good Lord.
Starting point is 00:21:22 And let's not hear anybody saying, well, you know, let's not America. Yeah, that's the problem. It is America. It is America in 2026 under the boot heel of a demented, literally demented, vulgar, vile, filthy, narcissistic pedophile. And from Tamara, ice goons, my God, Roxanne, I hadn't heard the story you're telling. This is one of the, among the worst things I can imagine. And the thing is, we've got two very similar cases, and that must mean there are ever so many more. God alone knows how many people have been dumped in places like Rwanda, South Sudan, places where the ice goons themselves would not dare go for fear of losing their own shitty, miserable, worthless, misbegotten, best part of them ran down their mama's legs lives.
Starting point is 00:22:37 We don't have it. We got some pretty nasty prisons in this country, but we don't have a prison nasty enough to put these ice goons in. It's too good for them. Oh, Lord. And from Sylvie. Hi, Sylvie. ICE is in Santa Fe.
Starting point is 00:22:55 They shot someone here recently. Bastards. Imagine they're looking for Hispanics in New Mexico. That would be Nuevo Mexico. Mm-hmm. Whole state chocablo. you know but the cruelty is the point the hatefulness is the purpose and then what I need to find something that's not paywalled so I can check this out well yeah that looks like it's true
Starting point is 00:24:06 remember remember back in his heyday when Milo Ye and was famous. What did he call himself a dangerous F word? But then he decided he was ex-gay and was no longer into guys. Well, apparently, and Ralph's just sent this along, Milo Yianopoulos was attacked and
Starting point is 00:24:55 abducted by the ice goons and there he was, Milo Yiannopoulos hardcore right wing piece of shit proud anti-feminist proud Islamophob
Starting point is 00:25:19 proud xenophob and a hater of immigrants and a full-throated supporter of the ice goons himself. And well, here we are. He is British, apparently. And he was abducted by the ice goons yesterday in New Orleans. They arrested him at Louis Armstrong, New Orleans International Airport on Friday.
Starting point is 00:26:01 That makes no sense. Says they arrested, the story says they arrested him on Thursday in New Orleans and then says that he was arrested at Louis Armstrong, New Orleans International Airport on Friday, accused of entering the United States illegally in May 2019 through New York City. Leopards eating people's faces. He was a proud member of the Leopards Eating People's Faces Party, and then the Leopards came for his face. A spokescriep for the Department of Homeland Security, which should be abolished,
Starting point is 00:26:47 said, He chose to overstay his welcome in violation of our nation's laws. Apparently, he had been hired by none other than the rapper, known as the, Y, E, who was supposed to perform tonight. in New Orleans? Yeah. At one point in time, Milo declared zero immigration
Starting point is 00:27:38 for the next 20 years. No ifs, no buts. That was an excrement he posted to X last year. During his salad days, he penned toxic, poisonous screeds for none other than that website that rhymes with light and fart.
Starting point is 00:28:07 Well, and it made somebody happy. In particular, Laura Looney, because, well, there aren't many people with whom Laura Looney isn't feuding. She said, I was the first person to report on the fact that Milo was in the U.S. illegally where he incited violence against President Trump
Starting point is 00:28:37 and worked for Marjorie Trader Green. It's all just a six, no offense to Mr. Bacon, but this is all just a venomous version of six degrees of Kevin Bacon, where everybody sooner or later winds up in the orbit of, every one of these maggots winds up in the orbit of either marginal trailer queen or Laura Looney, who really should spend more time suing her plastic surgeon than triping online. And the hilarity of it all is that the maggot right at one point in time considered him a hero of free speech, even as he was running around with nasty little Nazis. And yeah, he did in fact intern for marginal trailer queen. He ran the abortive presidential campaign, the rapper formerly known as the uh
Starting point is 00:29:59 Jesus Christ well gee milo I hope it doesn't hurt too little I'm sure they won't I'm sure they won't put you in chains and dump you somewhere in Ghana or Cameroon or God
Starting point is 00:30:15 knows where to go oh they won't do that to you because you're a nice white boy and of course well and you're you're ex-gay and everything I mean you've done
Starting point is 00:30:31 been converted and I'm sure you're just crazy about girls now oh Ralph's this this timeline Lord Mercy and speaking of deportations let's check in with Amanda Ungaro, Ungaro, Ungaro. I think that's how I was corrected to pronounce it.
Starting point is 00:31:14 Amanda Ungaro. She's 41 years old and, well, she has a long and probably not terribly pleasant association with people like Paolo Zampoli. And, you know, those bestie girlfriends, BFs F's, with, none other than Melanoma Trump. At one point in time, she noted that Melanoma's lawyers threatened her. She was eventually deported from the United States. And now she's telling a story about, and why not believe her,
Starting point is 00:32:05 a passport-selling scheme, a United Nations passport-selling scheme, in which well in which a former member of the former president of the UN General Assembly was murdered this was all published in the Miami Herald
Starting point is 00:32:44 she did a live streamed interview with a Brazilian journalist once it was transcribed into English that's when the Herald got hold of it. It all has to do with the death of John Ash, who was the President of the UN General Assembly. She said that John Ash was killed by Chinese nationals who were also involved in the UN passport selling scheme.
Starting point is 00:33:24 He died, according to the medical examiner. in his New York home when a barbell, according to the medical examiner, fell on his neck while he was lifting weights. The Miami Herald said they had no way of corroborating the story, but they did say that she's been in contact with the House Oversight Committee's investigation into Jeffrey Epstein.
Starting point is 00:34:04 And of course, this is the same Amanda Ungerow, who said that where Paolo Zampoly was concerned, She had damaging information about him, not to mention nitwit, Nero, Melanoma Trump, and, of course, their dear, dear, dear, dear friend, Jeffrey Epstein. And that then precipitated the, still to this day, weird as shit, press conference that Melanoma called and sent the Maggot White House into an absolute frenzy. and she said that she was a UN ambassador to Grenada, Grenada. Zamoli was the ambassador to Dominica, Islands in the Caribbean.
Starting point is 00:34:58 And, well, they swaned around with melanoma and cancels colligula for years until she finally got free of Zampoli in 2023. and went on to say that Zampoli sold diplomatic passports for $250,000 a pop alongside people like the aforementioned John Ash President, former President, dead of the UN General Assembly. And it was Zampoli, she said, who reported her to ICE, who then abducted her because she was in a custody dispute with Zampoli over their teenage son.
Starting point is 00:35:55 Well, after months in a shithole ice concentration camp in Louisiana, she was eventually deported to Brazil. There's no end of all of this. If there's something filthy, if there's something disgusting, if there's something absolutely repulsive, If you tug at that little thread long enough, eventually, Orange Julius Gieser will look up and go late when he feels the tug himself.
Starting point is 00:36:47 Not a lot of fun times over at Fox News TV Radio Rwanda of late. Nitwit Niro got mad at Fox recently. in particular one correspondent Jonathan Hunt Geezer disgust us went to tripe social and told Natalie his diaper nanny
Starting point is 00:37:17 to tripe the following Jonathan Hunt in Fox News did a particularly inaccurate report on the failing Islamic Republic of Iran I don't want to meet they do in fact they're begging
Starting point is 00:37:31 to make a deal No, they're not. They're going about the business of making separate piece with places like Oman. That's why Mitt Witt Nero threatened to bomb this shit out of Oman. He couldn't find Oman on a map with both hands of GPS and a pack of Mississippi prison hounds. And then he said,
Starting point is 00:37:59 Brett Beyer should straighten out his flunkies for a change. Because it's actually possible that, The Fox News TV Radio Rwanda actually just reported the state of affairs. But it was bad enough that Brett Baer, his own self, actually responded on air, chiding his orange daddy. Ron, Jonathan Hunt did a story earlier in the show, and just moments ago, the president, I assume, while flying to Texas, he's just landed there, put out a truth social saying, Jonathan Hunter Fox News did particularly inaccurate report on the failing Islamic Republic of Iran. I don't want to meet. They do. In fact, they are begging to make a deal. Brett Baer should straighten out his flunkies for a change.
Starting point is 00:38:55 First of all, Jonathan Hunt's not a flunky. He's a great reporter. Second of all, Mr. President, we didn't say you wanted to meet. In fact, we played a soundbite that you didn't want to meet, and there are no negotiations. We said that Treasury Secretary Bessent is hoping to meet with G20 countries to increase the pressure on Iran. and that Gulf State allies, including Qatar, are inside Tehran trying to get Iran to agree to concessions. That's what it said. Let's bring in our panel. Yeah, never mind the panel, but that's a very fawning way to say,
Starting point is 00:39:30 try to keep up, Tangerine Tiberius. Pay attention, will you? Or maybe, maybe, because we don't really know how anything works anymore. Maybe Natalie was watching and said, Oh, Daddy, did you hear what they said about you, Daddy? And that's how it evolved, because at this point in time, that's probably a more likely scenario than him actually watching and being able to comprehend anything on any cable news channel.
Starting point is 00:40:10 He's losing the power of... What? Comprehension? Yeah. Somebody caught it. Rie, Milo, the Camel Cardinal, says, When you mentioned full-throated and Milo Yonopoulos in the same sentence, did you actually mean to do that? Well, I just salt these little Easter eggs in from time to time,
Starting point is 00:40:42 Brother Deacon, just to see if anybody's paying attention. Hmm? You were. No surprise. You always are. you you keep me honest and by the way
Starting point is 00:40:57 the brother deacon is a bit put out at me because one of his one of his barbs yesterday didn't immediately catch my eye damn you for totally
Starting point is 00:41:17 sidelining my Ilhan O Musk joke yesterday Yeah, that was in regard to Leon Scum's shoot-staffel tequila bottles. Ilhan O'Musk. Workshop that one a little bit, would you, Brother Deacon? Yeah. And, of course, the password earlier today was convict.
Starting point is 00:41:50 At least it wasn't inept. Nitwit Niro found out today that, yeah, he's... He's still an ex-con or still a con. He's still a convicted felon, 34 times over, courtesy of an opinion by U.S. District Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein. He's going to die trying to fight this, and he's going to die a convicted felon. Of course, if we had a responsible multi-billionaire for-profit media, like I said the other day, the first reference would be convicted felon,
Starting point is 00:42:36 President Donald Trump, but, well, it's a little too, that's a little too real for the New York Times or the Washington Post. It might make Salzberger or the Bezoid have a sad. But it's true and it's relevant. Donald Trump remains the only convicted felon ever to occupy the Office of President of the United States. and so what he was doing, what nitwit nearer was, his pettifoggers were doing in court today, was trying to get the New York case in which he was convicted 34 times with the assistance of none other than Todd Blanchie, his personal attorney, and he's still his personal attorney, as well as Emil Beauvais, accent grove over the E, who's now a Third Circuit Court judge for the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals,
Starting point is 00:43:37 once said sometimes you just have to tell the federal court to fuck off, or go fuck itself. And of course, also with the incapable legal stylings of Alina Habana, Habana, Havena, Habana, counsel for the parking garage, he was convicted in New York State Court, and this is an attempt to move the case, which is already over and has been a judge. full and final all the way up to and including our most puissant dread sovereign supreme Catholic majesties. Well, he wants to move it to federal court and try it all over again and claim presidential immunity. That he had presidential immunity when he wasn't even president of the United States at all
Starting point is 00:44:33 and was trying to pay off and did pay off. Stormy Daniels, who told stories about his little Mario Kart mushroom. And so Judge Hellerstein, writing the opinion, took note of nitwit Niro's own words, hoisting him on his own pittard, with his previous tripes and tweets like one where he said no one should quote
Starting point is 00:45:13 the services of Michael Cohen unquote another praising Paul Manafort who I guess is still out there somewhere for refusing to break and make other stories leading Judge Hellerstein to write the following There is no way that discussions regarding hush money payments to cover up the president's relations with Stormy
Starting point is 00:45:36 Daniels could be an official act. You'll notice he didn't even say alleged. These are proven acts. They are fact acts. An affair or a cover-up an affair is not
Starting point is 00:45:52 within the outer perimeter of the president's official responsibilities. And Donald Trump wanting to take a second bite at the apple a result the law disfavors by asking the federal court to step in after first pursuing appeals in state court well
Starting point is 00:46:12 it ain't going to work and then said and by the way you were too late dumbass quote Trump's delay in filing for removal constitutes a quintessential strategic decision the fact that he later came to view that decision as a poor one is not sufficient by itself to establish cause. In other words, I made a strategic decision
Starting point is 00:46:41 and it was a really stupid strategic decision because I'm a really stupid man. And in conclusion, Judge Hellerstein wrote, The grounds for a second removal cited by defendant, Donald J. Trump, are neither new nor legally sufficient. He has failed to show good cause. and diligence, shut the fuck up.
Starting point is 00:47:04 I added the shut the fuck up part, but it almost screams from the pages of the opinion. So hey, Donnie, Gaser disgustus, Clementine Claudius, Canckels Caligula, you're a fucking crook.
Starting point is 00:47:31 You've always been a crook, you've been determined to be a crook, found to be a crook, convicted of being a crook, and they will eventually put you under the goddamn dirt as a crook. Even Nixon didn't have to die a convicted felon, but you're gonna. Oh, yes you are, Marcus Horalius, you certainly are, you goddamn crook. Here lies Donald J. Trump.
Starting point is 00:48:07 Crook! Criminal! Mm-hmm. That reminds me of a photo I saw a meme. It was the old photo of a young Donald Trump shaking hands with Richard Nixon. And it says, in this photograph is a crook. And the other person is Richard Nixon. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:33 Mm. Well, Mr. and Mrs. Maggot out there in Maggot, Maggot America. You voted for a convicted criminal. How's that feel? Huh? How's it working out for you? You're losing your health care, you can't pay your bills. Maybe you've lost your job or you're going to.
Starting point is 00:48:58 Those 70-some miners down in Boone County, West Virginia, you're going to be out of work in October, and God knows where your next coal-mining job is going to come from because they're pretty damn scarce here anymore. How's that feel? Oh, damn it, you sure? Do you remember? Do you remember the salad days, Mr. and Mrs. Maggot? Do you? Do you remember when you were just sure that because he told you, Coe's coming back, that you believed him, even though it's the residue of rotten plant material from a few hundred billion years ago,
Starting point is 00:49:39 that isn't, the little coal fairies aren't making any more under the ground, Mr. and Mrs. Maggot? Yeah, but, oh, he hated all the same people you hated. He hated those dark-skinned people, and he hated those queers, just like they tell you to hate the queers. When you go to your good God-fearing upstanding Bible, believe in Christ-centered evil, jellical, gun-meddle, estamosexual, sexual Christian maggot church every Sunday. Oh, those were the good days, weren't they? Yeah. Right.
Starting point is 00:50:31 How's that taste in the back of your throat there these days, Mr. and Mrs. Maggot? And then let's check in, since we've been doing it of late, over in the Buckeye State, where Senator John Husted is. is scrambling and trying to get unstuck from an ad that was run on his behalf and which he coordinated, his campaign coordinated, with the National Republican Senatorial Committee. Yeah, this one blew up in his face. What he did was the maggots at the NRC took an absolute hard. of a case, a story. It concerns a family, an Ohio family, whose three children, Linnea, Luke, and Logan Saposki
Starting point is 00:52:04 died in a horrible, horrible auto accident, a truck crash. And, of course, because they have no shame, no compassion, no mercy, no basic common human decency, in a word, because they're maggots and Republicans, they crawled right on top of those children's corpses and began flogging them for all they were worth on behalf of John Hustead, because they said that Sherrod Brown, a largely decent human being, A-PAC contributions notwithstanding, I don't know what his APEC status is.
Starting point is 00:52:58 But the ad said it was all Sherrod Brown's fault because, quote, he opened our borders to dangerous illegals, and the consequences were deadly. There's only one problem, and it's a big one. these disgusting maggots climbed up on the backs of these dead children and began flogging away without so much as saying kiss my ass to their grieving parents
Starting point is 00:53:34 and so it was that the Saposki family has absolutely fucking insisted that the ad come down and the family of Linnea Luke and Logan Saposki have said, speaking to the New York Times, what we all want is to be able to grieve in peace and privacy, and for our family to not be used in such a classless way by a politician, especially without being consulted. We certainly would not have said yes. But quite
Starting point is 00:54:22 frankly, said Jesse Malin, the brother of Linnea Saposki, I think they knew that. And in fact, Jesse Malin reached out to the Husted Maggot campaign, pleading via email and certified mail that they stopped running this filthy ad. He also went on to Facebook and read it and said, Our grief is not raw material for a campaign. Well, as far as the National Republican Senatorial Committee, it is, everything's fair game. If they thought it would get John Husted one more vote,
Starting point is 00:55:10 they'd have him on camera chewing on a baby. The photo of the Saposki family that they used, well, that's copyrighted material owned by a friend who never gave consent for its use. Speaking to the Daily Beast, the relatives of the Saposki family, he said, this is not a statement about immigration policy and we're not making one for any party or candidate.
Starting point is 00:55:43 It is a statement about our family. Linnea and Luke were not political symbols. So that has left John Husted in what our friends across the pond called a sticky wicket. And he immediately threw the NRC who is spending money in desperate amounts to try to save that Senate seat from Sherrod Brown taking it back. and speaking to Harry Lee at Spectrum News, Husted said, Well, this wasn't, you have to understand, this wasn't our ad.
Starting point is 00:56:28 That was an ad that some third-party group was running. Yeah, the National Republican Senatorial Campaign, otherwise known as some third-party group. We weren't involved with it. But of course, if the family, who was victimized by an illegal alien who killed a family member. I don't want them to have to suffer anymore. So I hope they take it down, which I understand they did.
Starting point is 00:56:59 Well, John Hustead, hope in one hand and shit in the other, and then slapped yourself in the face and see which one filled up first. Because, no, the ad was actually, yeah, produced by the National Republican Senatorial Campitti. committee. And here's a Fonzie authorized by
Starting point is 00:57:20 Husted for Senate. And as of 3.30 p.m. yesterday, it has not been removed from the NRSC's YouTube page. Yeah. So here's John Husted.
Starting point is 00:57:37 Dancing for all he's worth. The family of Linnaeus Saposki has asked you to remove that ad that mentioned the truck hitting her and her family. Is your campaign going to take that down? So you have to understand that wasn't our ad. That was an ad that some third-party group was running.
Starting point is 00:57:55 We weren't involved with it. But of course, if the family who was victimized by an illegal alien who killed a family member, I don't want them to have to suffer anymore. So I hope they'd take it down, which I understand they did. Yeah, no, they didn't. And like I said, some third-party group, and of course, John Huston's campaign had never seen the ad. except when they saw the ad and approved the ad to be run and splattered all over Ohio, dragging the Saposki family through more grief, more misery, more hell, more agony.
Starting point is 00:58:39 What a shit heel. And they don't care. They don't have any fundamental common decency. They're just fucking awful. I wonder if it's still up. Mm-hmm. Juvenile delinquent number two. How dare you? You know damned well.
Starting point is 00:59:16 It's pronounced Sherrod Brown, my friends. As spoken by the original Truthsealer Rush Angel Face Limbaugh. Here's an African-American senator, a wild-eyed liberal from Ohio, Sherrod Brown. Oh, and by the way, it doesn't qualify as an actual sighting, but here we are. A delivery was seen being made to the home of Moscow Mitch McConnell. And we still haven't seen any proof of life of him whatsoever, except for those probably AI-manipulated images of him that were put out, in which, as one of her friends put it, Elaine Chow would not have been seen dead in
Starting point is 01:00:17 with a black bra showing through a sheer top. But I guess people are actually watching his home. And Moscow Mitch, comm's director and spokes creep, Stephanie Penn, speaking to Huffington Post, said, Oh, I have nothing to add. since our last statement about his intensive regimen of physical therapy. But Alicia McMillan caught video
Starting point is 01:01:02 and provided it to Desiree Townsend, who then shared it, showing boxes for something called M-C-C-O-M-C-O-M-C-O-M-C-O-M-C-O. Those are lift recliners, and there was more than one of them being delivered through Moscow Mitch's front door. These are chairs with motors in them that will raise up someone who cannot get themselves out of a chair. Yeah Because of limited mobility or in the case of Moscow Mitch, no mobility whatsoever They're quite helpful in situations like post-surgery illness that has drastically weakened the patient
Starting point is 01:02:14 Mm-hmm Kind of kind of reminds. reminds me of something. I wonder if they sound like this. I'll have to get past the ad of course, but the minute I did the impression of the M-combo chair, this immediately occurred to me. Yeah, just another evening at home for the McConnell's. Welcome to the machine by Pink Floyd. Sorry, couldn't help it. I'll try to do better. God. And, of course, now lately, Canckel's Collegula is big mad at Maggie Haberman,
Starting point is 01:04:03 and he wants the money she and Jonathan Swan have made off of their Prophet Sponge book. He grunted and barked about her. Maggot Hagerman, the fake reporter from the failing New York Times. You know, it's been failing the New York Times for 10 years now and somehow has managed not to fail yet. Of course, then again, you know, they're making, they make bank on all kinds of terrible reporting, like, you know, their little unending jihad against trans people. But anyway, Maggie Hagerman, the fake reporter from the failing New York Times, an unattractive person both inside and out.
Starting point is 01:04:47 Really? Both inside and out? What, do you keep a speculum handy, nitwit, Nero? is a scammer. He's big mad. Who knows less about me than most reporters on the beach? She's a scammer. You're going to sue the New York talk? Well, you probably will, and Salzberger will pay off.
Starting point is 01:05:26 Made up a story that on September 11th, I'm not going to the World Trade Center in New York City because they won't let me make a speech, and I'm going to the Pentagon in D.C. Because I'm a featured speaker. This is more corrupt news. I've been to New York many times over the years. Jesus, you dumbass.
Starting point is 01:05:42 You were fucking born there. And no one ever speaks. It's a solemn ceremony. Solom ceremony is in quotes. You know Natalie typed this one. I never even thought of what maggot made up. And besides, I would love not to speak, because I'm speaking all the time.
Starting point is 01:06:04 And this is a day to remember the victims. And their beautiful family members, Maggot Hagerman, is a thursday. phony, and the New York Times knows it. It will all be revealed in the lawsuit against them, and another lawsuit against the organization which gives out to now discredited
Starting point is 01:06:21 Pulitzer Prize, because Maggie got one for her reporting on the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax, which turned out to be a total con job. If she were ever forced to reveal her sources, you'll find out they either don't exist, or didn't say what she reported. She's been
Starting point is 01:06:36 falsely writing about me for years. She's a stalker, and she'd be forced to turn over any and all money that she's made through her fake reporting on me, President Donald J. Trump. Christ. I hope Natalie didn't chip a nail writing that, typing that, but then again, maybe she doesn't have nails. I mean, she does have to have her hands in some pretty tender areas after all. Yeah. He's had his ass handed to him repeatedly in a Pulitzer case. and I don't know, the way things are going with the BBC, maybe Salzberger will find a little bit of,
Starting point is 01:07:33 find a little starch in his shorts and decide not to knuckle under because there's a lot of news stories that Swan and Haberman and the like can write out of something like, oh, you know, Discovery! Uh-huh. yeah oh m combo lift chairs uh here's their site sylvie says only
Starting point is 01:08:14 uh sylvia didn't send the linkie so there's that and oh gracious we're we're well into the uh second hour of the program remember there's a hundred and twenty five dollars worth of challenges on the table and that would be ever so helpful so very helpful indeed uh if we could uh meet that challenge and knock down the deficit by $250 more. All told, that would be one more day fully funded. Thank you to Charlie at APS Radio News, and thank you, Ralphs. This is a thing.
Starting point is 01:09:04 Nitwit Nero decided to post his own personal list, only it isn't, his own personal list of the best and the worst presidents. this is a hell of a thing because among other things it's missing at least one president curiously
Starting point is 01:09:49 the president the list is missing is none other than old 666 himself Ronald Wilson Reagan what's kind of wild about it is it looks like a recasting of the list of of presidents from somewhat shortly after the Second World War.
Starting point is 01:10:22 Of the list, Mechby Hassan said, imagine, just imagine if any other president, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Obama, Biden had posted something like this about themselves. They'd be a laughing stock. There'd be no other story in the media. Their own party members would be slamming them. Yeah. GOP pollster Sarah Longwell said,
Starting point is 01:10:49 I want to live in a country filled with people who immediately recognize how sad and pathetic this is and reject Trump for being such a needy little weirdo. Oh, he is. But you left out pervert and pedophile, Sarah, because let's see, great presidents are Lincoln, Washington, FDR, Woodrow Wilson, Thomas Jefferson,
Starting point is 01:11:14 the genocidal racist Andrew Jackson Teddy Roosevelt, Grover Cleveland, John Adams, and James K. Polk. I guess he gets in the... No, I'm sorry, Roosevelt, Cleveland, Adams, and Polk are only near-great. I guess Polk gets in there because he attacked Mexico.
Starting point is 01:11:36 Average. Clinton, John Quincy Adams, James Monroe, Rutherford B. Hayes, James Madison, Maddie Van Buren, Taft, Chester A. Arthur, McKinley. Andrew Johnson is average? Hubert Heaver and Benjamin Harrison. Below average are Tyler Coolidge, Philmore, Taylor, Buchanan, and Pierce.
Starting point is 01:12:10 You know, any list of presidents puts Buchanan among the absolute. worst. Failures, Biden, Obama, Warren Gamaliel Harding, Jimmy Carter, and of course Ulysses S. Grant, I guess he gets worse because, well, he
Starting point is 01:12:28 broke the back of the clan using the Klan Act. But at the very top of the list, the greatest, me, Donald J. Trump. You know that was Natalie. Pathetic.
Starting point is 01:12:51 And just further proof of his almost absolute devolution and the supifying of whatever used to be his mind. The thing is there were only 33 out of 45 presidents there. The D.C. Bureau Chief of the Independent Eric Michael Garcia said, what do conservatives have to say about Trump saying FDR is great but not listing Ronald Reagan? What a schmuck. I'm just curious. Sylvie sent around the M combo chairs. God, you can get them with dual motors, single motors, triple motors.
Starting point is 01:14:21 You can get one that lets you lay flat. There's a chair for the tall man. Well, nitwit Niro won't be needing that. There we are. Okay. 500, 549, 689, 779. 700, 839, 839 again, 789 with Prime. Thanks, Sylvie, that's helpful.
Starting point is 01:15:06 But they needed multiples of them, so I guess it's a matter of wherever they're propping him up. So maybe one in front of the TV and one in the bedroom and one in the breakfast nook. But then again, that may all be for show. See, he's getting M-combo. chairs, that means he's getting up and getting around. No, it doesn't. It means you ordered M-combo chairs. And let's go ahead and go over to
Starting point is 01:15:42 the old holler tree and check in with the gang there. There's Jeremy. All right, y'all. Get into the room. Don't wait until the very end. Hey, Jeremy, what's up? You know, when I heard the story about the M-combo chairs, I kind of thought
Starting point is 01:16:05 the same thing. It just means they bought combo chairs. It doesn't mean another goddamn thing. Yeah, in through the front, out through the back. Yeah. Yep, yep. I'm certain that he died due 14th when the corn, not the corner, but when they wheeled him out with only his feet showing. Pretty sure he died.
Starting point is 01:16:26 Or came close to it and I was very much dead. Oh, so. Yeah, persistent, vegetative state. I think that's the term we're looking for, don't you? contained in box underground, I think they're looking for, but yeah. But anyway, that story you let off about
Starting point is 01:16:50 the man that was abducted. Now, you said he would, was he a member or a accused member of Boko Haram? Well, it says he was a former member of Boko Haram. Isn't that, I mean, hear me for a second, isn't that a pretty nasty
Starting point is 01:17:08 terrorist organization? I mean, like murderers, kill women and stuff. like extremists yeah okay that being said why do we feel bad for this guy i wouldn't care of someone from al qaeda was abducted in front of the country it would not bother me well why do we care about why do we care about the guy the guy in mexico we care about him because he actually turned uh he actually turned on uh the cartel down there gave information and then to keep him from being chopped into chutney, we let him come into the United States. I would presume the same thing as going on here,
Starting point is 01:17:48 that he left Boko Haram and began providing valuable information. Okay, fair enough. I didn't think that you might, right, it might be a similar story to kind of like the guy who, you know, helped, what's his face from lone survivor and told him, he was a lie, he was allowed to come here. Well, as I understand, he sends been deported too because he was Afghanian, you know, fuck those people, even though they helped one of our soldiers who ran from a fight.
Starting point is 01:18:17 So, yeah, that could be a possibility. I didn't really think that through. I just want to heard both of her Hon-I think. They didn't have a pretty bad terrorist organization. Just kind of triggered thoughts on. Yeah, they're real awful. Okay, well, I don't know the full story until we hear everything about it. I guess I'll try to reserve my sharp tongue for him.
Starting point is 01:18:33 So I take it back. There might be more of the story than we're being told other than the shitty part. And if that's the case, It's a dual shitty part then, so there you go. But anyway, I'm trying to think what else. I could have sworn there was something I was going to tell you. Didn't get stuck in an elevator, so that was the plus for my week. Yay.
Starting point is 01:18:56 But said elevator broke down two nights after, and hasn't worked since. So every night I've had to find a three-floor building two or three times at night to get my stuff done. But hey, it's what you do. I'm pretty worn out. Thankfully, after tonight, I'm on vacation through Labor Day, so that would give me a good time to chill out and maybe regain some common sense and not feel crazy.
Starting point is 01:19:25 Although, if I listen to the news, I'll probably feel just as bad the whole week, so maybe I even turn that down a little bit. What was going to say? The last couple mornings, between three and, say, 5.30, maybe six just before the sun comes up, which, by the way, when you see the sun come up, remember you're not seeing it live, it happened eight minutes.
Starting point is 01:19:51 Because we don't get the light for eight minutes. So even when you see a sunset, it's already happened when you're watching. The whole planet's on delay. Everything goes on delay. And this has blow my mind since the kid. Even the table you're looking at in your desk, that's hit in the past. It's microseconds in the past, but it's still in the past by the way light travels. everything you're looking at is a delayed vision everything
Starting point is 01:20:14 anyway but based on that because there's a a moment before the sun comes up the a.m. gets stronger sometimes at night because of the onosphere well had a pretty good catch this week a couple days this week I've gotten the BBC from London pretty darn clear from my house and I only know it's them because of course the station identification and at 4.30, I think it was Wednesday morning,
Starting point is 01:20:45 it's at the time here is 9.30 in the morning. So it's live from London, five hours in the future. But their news is, it's vastly different than ours. They have no problem calling what's going on here what it is, and the horror of this guy is. And I don't know if you remember, or maybe any of your children were fans on time, but Lincoln Park, in the early 2000s, wrote a song called Hands Held High. It was literally a calling out of George Bush and the war in Iran. But if you're listening to today, it still stands true what's going on with these fuckers.
Starting point is 01:21:27 I mean, there's a line in the song that says, these fuckers are in the back of the plane laughing up, but you can't put gas in your tank. And other stuff like that, and the war and this and that, it still stands true. Still connected? Yeah, you're here. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 01:21:48 Well, I don't have a ton of other stuff. Like I said, I'm kind of worn out. But there's something I was going to tell you, but other than the BBC thing, I can't think of any too too too exciting this week. What was there? There was something, though. Well, I was hoping we'd have a, no reflection on present company. I was hoping we'd have a handful of folks to just sort of go over the week and, you know, all the dead octogenarians.
Starting point is 01:22:24 I mean, once again, and I've decided that's a Reaper's second class we've been dealing with this week. Like I said, if you think back to Clarence from It's a Wonderful Life, he's an angel second class, and he can't get his wings until he saves George Bailey. this Reaper is never going to get his sickle because the latest octogenarian he fucked up with was the king of Norway the octogenarian king of Norway he came and took
Starting point is 01:23:02 and no we need to give this this Reaper second class a name I'd be kind of surprised if you could tell me that Victoria wasn't familiar with Peter Cohen. Oh, she was. You know the voice of it?
Starting point is 01:23:27 Yeah, yeah, she was well familiar. I was too. I mean, I love the Transformers. Well, I'll give you a funny fact. You may not really, remember Scooby-Doo. Yeah. Of course, Scooby-U in the 70s. Well, Shaggy is, that's, um, Case Kays.
Starting point is 01:23:44 Right. That's well known. Do you know who Peter's voice? This will blow your mind because it blew my voice when I found. No. Frank Weller. Frank Weller does the voice of Megatron and Transformer, the opposite prime. That's Peter from Scooby Doo.
Starting point is 01:24:05 It's the same guy. Who'd be darned. Small world. Yeah, so, I mean, all these things are so interconnected, and I mean, like my email last night, those shows touched generations. It wasn't just 80s kids. Touched generations of people, and people like that were decent people. And I mean, the son was kind of touched my heart because Peter was asked how he came up with that voice. He said that his brother was fresh home from Vietnam.
Starting point is 01:24:30 I think he was being raised by his brother because something happened to his parents. Maybe they died or couldn't afford to take care of him. His son was a Vietnam or his brother was a Vietnam vet Marine. And Peter had mentioned, hey, I'm, you know, I'm in college, but I've got this gig I'm auditioning you to be a truck. And he said, his brother initially laughed. the truck's a leader of a team and his brother in a deep voice kind of like Peter could do Optimus Prime said well if you're going to be tough tough enough time or something like that it was kind of a neat background story and he mimicked his brother's voice to make that voice
Starting point is 01:25:06 so anyway um yeah i can't think of you know no i got nothing i don't know what it is if it comes to me I'll pop in at some point, but I thought there was something like I tell you. Let's see. Rogers away this weekend. He's off at the great big canning. He's getting pickled. Yeah, yeah, the pickle fest. He's getting pickled.
Starting point is 01:25:36 Wait a minute. Wait, did I say that shame on me? You're not the least bit remorseful over that, and you shouldn't be. That's a good one. I didn't mean to say it. It keeps it totally ironic. That's where the cowbell. please come on i gave it to you i gave it to i missed i talked over okay okay please clap
Starting point is 01:25:58 please clap they'll never get old yes clap that's for my favorite clips next to a french or horrible aren't good people because they have no word for entrepreneur that's my second favorite favorite clip of all the time george bush saying that makes me you know it's probably what the french is they don't have a word for entrepreneur yes yes yes and i laugh everything but i might here and oh god i i don't want to go back but i take days back right now i really would unfortunately just would be so much thing would be different just oh i hate to say it but they would but anyway um i'm gonna mute and go back to work because i'm trying to get done tonight a amount of time so i was a beautiful yeah and that was a beautiful photo of the moon i mean did that did that plane really fly
Starting point is 01:26:46 across while you were video it's it's it's it's not a i last it was it was it was a it was I said 1.45 hours out. Power lines looking up, and I'm looking up trying to see the moon. It's a little hazy because there's a little bit of clouds in the sky, so that's always looking perfectly clear. But, yeah, I see these flashing lights off in the distance. I do calculations and like, there's no way this is going to happen. It's got closer and closer. It was on the same trajectory as the moon. I said, well, here goes nothing. And I quickly went to the moon, hit double magnification.
Starting point is 01:27:17 I wish I hadn't. If I hadn't, it would have been a lot clearer. you wouldn't have seen the trail behind it. But yes, that really was a plane that flew through about 150 this morning across the moon. That's just brilliant, because what you should do is take that video and put it online, and for the music, choose Frank Sinatra singing, Fly Me to the Moon. I don't know if you can. I have a feeling that a lot of artists have swung hard at Facebook. used to be in put music on Facebook and so now it's all generic music I think they lost all their rights to music because
Starting point is 01:27:55 companies and artists are pissed at what they're doing the way they're manipulating things and the way they're messing with kids I think is blackflash so all that good music not that generic free to play music isn't good but the music of our lives has been taken away from Facebook the most far as I can see like when you put up the uh the picture of like when Trump's something to something to be about the astronauts and he said, well, here's your pilot, the black pilot for NASA. Can't get that song anymore. You can't get their song anymore. Huh. I mean, maybe it's just me, but I've noticed it lately when I made posts that I want to put music to. I usually put like stuff to my star photos like moon type music or spacey type music, and I can't find it anymore. Any real artists. And oh, again, free to play, generic music. It's not just, you know, no artist, but no name things that people could recognize anyway.
Starting point is 01:28:55 But anyway, I'm going to leave you by yourself a little while. I can think what I always wanted to tell you this week is it was something else. I can't think of this moment. I'll let you know. And I'll chime in if something comes up. Yeah, you'll come up with it. I'll be here silently judging in the background. Right, yes, silently judging.
Starting point is 01:29:16 All right, Jeremy, you take care. Okay, yep. Later. Okay, don't make me do a fill of rockster on a Friday. Is it just too? lovely a day out there and nobody wants to come in and play now jeremy mentioned uh the social media companies and the fact that they may be experiencing a bit of backlash the wall street journal had a story and according to them uh a lot of the tech bros and their companies who have poured
Starting point is 01:30:02 horse-gagging wads of money into nitwit Nero, as well as his sketchy, dodgy plans and projects, well, they're getting a little nervous. And you can tell they're getting a little nervous because they're hedging their bets. In point of fact, the journal reported that Meta, And you read numbers like this, and you're like, ah, how is this legal? Meta dumped $5 million each into a pair of non-profits that are tied to the House and Senate Democratic leadership, both of which are, of course, already up to their eyeballs in APAC money.
Starting point is 01:31:03 Paramount, meantime, has decided to hire Joe Biden, Biden's former legislative director. Kalshi has hired former Obama aides and Biden aides. And Sam Altman over at Open AI, who still has a very seventh grade slapfight feud going on with Leon Scum. Well, he has, his summer has consisted of throwing swank dinner dinner. in D.C. for Democratic members of Congress.
Starting point is 01:31:59 So Cooper Tebow, who's a Democratic strategist, oh dear, one of those, and a Silicon Valley donor advisor, the journal rung Cooper up and said, get right with Cuba. God, you're going to be totally fucked next year. You're going to figure it out this year. And you're going to make amends. And amends are going to be much more costly than they were previously. Jesus. Well, we're back at what Reverbo has long said.
Starting point is 01:32:48 That when we get around to writing an epitaph for the United States of America, the words will read, the money was just too good and of course I'm sure that some of that money will be used to try to stem the tide of the ay argo-bargle warble-wush Democratic Socialists Meta and Palantir are shaking like dogs trying to pass a peach pit
Starting point is 01:33:34 because they realize that if the Democrats do take control of the house and or senate they're going to they're likely going to be spending a significant amount of time on Capitol Hill asking some pretty hard answering some pretty hard damn questions and as the journal noted they'll have to show up because well they're not jim jacket off Jordan yeah hi squeaky squeaky just popped by the old holler tree and then there's more because it seems like there's always more from Todd Blanchie. Yeah. He's desperately trying to avoid taking the oath and having to testify.
Starting point is 01:34:45 Well, yesterday was the cutoff day, at least in the courtroom of U.S. District Judge Emmett Sullivan, and for the DOJ to respond that the DOJ was in flagrant violation of the Epstein-Files transparency law. And, well, things are getting a bit hot. And Todd Blanchie thought he would be cute. Eventually, his cuteness is going to cost him. We just have to wait until it does. he stuck a six-month-old letter to Chuckles Grassley
Starting point is 01:35:32 into some government paperwork overnight and then tried to tell Judge Sullivan that it wasn't what Judge Sullivan recognized it was. Once again, Todd wouldn't sign the pleadings himself thinking that somehow that's going to eventually protect him against sanctions coming from Judge Sullivan. And so filing a motion on Blanchie's behalf was the sacrificial victim Andrew Block, who is allegedly senior counsel to the Associate Attorney General. Senior Counsel, Associate Attorney General.
Starting point is 01:36:28 God, that's three or four. rungs down the ladder. And in the filing yesterday, the DOJ said, well, we don't need a declaration now. We don't need to swear to anything under penalty of perjury. We met the requirement by publishing it in the Federal Register. Therefore, no declaration or any further action is needed, right? because they had published it in the federal record that morning.
Starting point is 01:37:10 Then, well, Katie Fang, whose lawsuit it is, who is proving to be the absolute biggest nightmare that Todd Blanchie has ever imagined. She pointed out in a video that the letter to Chuckles Grassley from February 14th didn't even speak to the section of the Epstein Files Transparency Act
Starting point is 01:37:45 that Judge Sullivan was demanding Katie Fang saying oh but Todd we know how to read and I guess you guys don't it was called Epstein Files Transparency Act Section 3 report to Congress that's different from a report to Judge Emmett
Starting point is 01:38:13 Sullivan, Katie Fang pointing out, Section 2 is different than Section 3. You know what he just cites? He cites Section 3. He doesn't do Section 2. Good for you, Section 3. Good for you. You were late. You didn't do it 15 days after you published all this crap in January. Doing it in August six and a half months later, not the law. Oh, delay, delay, delay. But eventually, they're going to find him. And then it'll be bye-bye Todd. Just you know, Robin, it's not unlistenable yet. but you are getting some sort of a feedback loop, not you echoing,
Starting point is 01:39:13 but it's kind of an electronic signature after you talk, kind of like, I'm trying to think like waves of whoo-woo, who, who, if you talk about it. That's really weird. I wonder if it's the air conditioner in the background. I don't think of the air-con, it really sounds almost like I'm trying to think, like old radio waves.
Starting point is 01:39:30 When you listen to old A.M. kind of whom beyond your voice when you stop talking. It's a little verberation. That's very strange. Let's put that to the rest of the community and see if they've got anything to see. about it. You all having any audio issues? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:39:54 Are you using like AirPods or something, Jeremy? Oh, I stick with Bose's over the head of noise counseling headphones, so I'm pretty clear in what I hear most of the time. If it keeps going, I'll, you know, I'll exit and come back. If I still hear it? Oh, no, it wasn't me. I'll put my end to it right now. But, I mean, like I said, it's not un-listenable. I'm just picking up on it. Maybe it's because they're so sensitive to those mild noises, I don't know. I'll try. All right. It might be the noise-canceling aspect.
Starting point is 01:40:24 I'm not sure. And by the way, Ralph says, Tegan and Kayla are meowing for people to contribute. Be careful with them when they meow. Because it can go from please to, I will shred your blinds. And, well, we're moving rapidly toward the third hour of the program. and $125.25 in challenges that are on the table.
Starting point is 01:40:56 Bringing in $250 would be huge. I thought it was just me, but it's still there a little bit. Like I said, not on this mobile, but I pick up on, don't worry about me. I'm just picky. Okay. Dangum audio files. No, you said it. It might be the aircon.
Starting point is 01:41:19 That might be the reasons I'm hearing, but don't worry about that. Don't suffer, like I said. Well, if I turn off the air condoms. Commissioner, the program will end fairly quickly because it's a... You don't need to join Rush Limbaugh just yet. Keep them on. It's okay. No, it's not about joining Rush Limbaugh. It's about, well, naked radio.
Starting point is 01:41:41 None of us want that. But it's a toasty 86 degrees here in the fabulous horn studios at the magnificent Kincaid Mansion. And bless its heart, that little floor unit, that little floor unit, The heat pump is doing all it can. What I need is longer flexible hose. Oh, well, there's our answer, courtesy of Brother Deacon Asa, juvenile delinquent number one. It's the voices inside Jeremy's own head,
Starting point is 01:42:17 other than your standard issue, awful AC hum. There are no other artifacts. Awful, awful AC hum. Well, do you want me to just sit here and, and pour sweat and maybe pass out from heat prostration. Yeah. You daggum juvenile delinquent. Awful air conditioner hum.
Starting point is 01:42:42 You know you want to pronounce Sherrod correctly. It's not my fault. That's what's happening. It's sneaking to you. Sherrod Brown, my friends. That African-American senator. Yeah. God, I'm so glad Rush Limbaugh's dead.
Starting point is 01:43:02 some days I just wake up and I go Hey Rush Limbaugh is dead and I start my day with a smile Oh and here we are with another Another case Of look Democrats know how to respond to things When Democratic lawmakers fuck up And
Starting point is 01:43:27 I don't know if Charlene's listening But this story comes out of Rogue's Island This is a member of the State House of Representatives this story is about. Her name is Julie Casamiro. She has represented North Kingston and Exeter since 2017. She's a, she's a Democrat. And now both the Speaker of the House in Rhode Island and the Attorney General are each calling on her to resign.
Starting point is 01:44:06 Not often you see calls for a resignation from a... the house by a woman. I mean, at least we can be fairly confident that no children were harmed in the incident. And what the incident is is, I guess, I mean, do you, Charlene, if you're out there, do you know, do you know who this, do you know who this woman is, Julia Casamiro? Because she bugged out. I can't imagine leaving a lovely place like Rogue's Island but she did
Starting point is 01:44:48 in fact she didn't just bug out she bugged way the hell out and bugged all the way to a blood-red maggot state now she she's still collecting her legislative salary and she's still ostensibly representing her constituents
Starting point is 01:45:11 but she's doing it from Hardyville, South Carolina, Stan. And she declared that that was her home and primary residence as of July the 1st of this year. The Boston Globe uncovered a bunch of this. She's not running for re-election, but she says that she wants to finish out her current term remotely and bringing in $794.38 every two weeks plus health insurance on the taxpayer dime from Rokes Island, and she wants to do that until her successor is sworn in in January. Well, that leads to Speaker of the House Chris Blazegovsky,
Starting point is 01:46:04 who said, if she's no longer a permanent resident of the state of Rhode Island, in order to address legal questions about her eligibility, to serve the balance of her term and in an abundance of caution, she should consider resigning her seat. And then Attorney General Peter Narana chimed in and said, we're reviewing the applicable law. Expect to say more in the coming days,
Starting point is 01:46:25 and my advice is for her to resign. Hmm. And for her part, Ms. Casimir said, well, somebody has to represent my constituents. And I'll come back to Rogue's Island for meetings at September, and if the legislature was called back into session, I'd be right there to vote on a Supreme Court nominee. Come on.
Starting point is 01:47:05 I mean, it's bad enough when the maggots do it. We've got to be better than this. You got the gubernatorial, the maggot gubernatorial candidate in Iowa who flies from Wichita, Kansas to Iowa for all of his campaigning. fucking Mike Rogers in Michigan lives in Florida and of course
Starting point is 01:47:30 Tommy the Tuber running for governor of Alabama and lives in Florida Duh I mean at this point in time Florida Duh has three senators and Alabama only has one and when you consider that that one
Starting point is 01:47:48 is Katie Britt well fundamentally Alabama has no senators But see, it's pretty easy, ma'am. If you like living in South Carolina, enjoy it. Maybe you're just sick and tired of the New England winters, but trust me, you're going to get sick and tired of the maggot politics in South Carolina pretty damn quick, too. Hell, you could have gone one state north and had at least a little bit more civilization in North Carolina. Or the Virginia coast?
Starting point is 01:48:35 It's awfully nice. And Virginia is a pretty purple state. Yes, we need to get better about hauling our side out various activities. I pointed a couple out to you earlier this week. Doesn't need repeating, but that's the exact reason why I did it. We have to be better. I don't care what the situation is. It's not tolerable.
Starting point is 01:49:02 Well, it's hard to attack. the maggots for being maggotty when we've got that going on. And to be fair, and to be fair, I mean, she's not doing anything horrible. She hasn't hurt any children like maggots do. In the particular situation, I'm bringing to your attention, or I brought to your attention, the excuse, I wasn't the only one. I don't fucking care, and I don't care where you heard it from or who you're repeating it from.
Starting point is 01:49:34 It's not cool. We need to call our side out when wrong is fucking wrong. Point blank. I don't care if they're your best friend. We need to stomp this shit. Otherwise, we're going to lose complete control if we haven't already. Couldn't agree more. If it hurts their feelings, so fucking be it.
Starting point is 01:49:57 At least they know where you stand and won't go against you on it, because they know they're going to get it right back. Oh, and when I was earlier this week, and honestly, I was kind of hoping to hear from Kevin or anybody up in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts It's about this Lindsay Clancy trial. It's such a horror. I was asking Billable Rick about it. The case went to the jury,
Starting point is 01:50:36 and I haven't seen any news about a verdict having been reached. It's being tried in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and it's garnered a lot of attention, especially from women across the, country because the defendant, Lindsay Clancy, allegedly killed her three children by strangling them to death and then allegedly tried to commit suicide and wound up allegedly falling out of a second-story window where she broke her neck and is now paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. And this trial has gone on for like 20 days, and it's absolutely a high.
Starting point is 01:51:37 horror to behold to contemplate. I mean, once upon a time many, many, many years ago, I dealt with some cases that pretty horrifying relative to children being harmed. And they left a mark on me. Obviously, I still remember them. But the thing is, this case is a matter, you know, The defendant is not at her liberty. Every day that she's brought to court, she's brought to court from a psychiatric hospital
Starting point is 01:52:22 where she's probably never going to leave unless there's a guilty verdict comes in, and the good people of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts decide that they want her to be stuffed into a, well, a hellhole of a prison somewhere in Massachusetts. as opposed to spending the rest of her life in a psych hospital. Neither one of these are anything that any of us would choose. And I swear, as I've read about this thing, oh, my heavenly days, the husband did it. He's remarried now, and he's got a bunch of lawsuits for medical malpractice that won't do a damn thing for the medical.
Starting point is 01:53:27 for the person that the medical malpractice was malpracticed on, but it'll certainly boost his lifestyle with his new wife, his buddy, who worked for the county DA, bought the house where all of this happened. So that house has probably had a good going over in case anybody did want to find any, you know, evidence. And he's also pals with the sheriff's office there in whatever county Plymouth is in.
Starting point is 01:54:08 Oh, it stinks to high heaven. In fact, I want to check here. Let me just take a quick peep. Because I feel like if there was a verdict, it would have come splashing across my headlines. Yeah, the jury's been dismissed for the weekend and will return to deliberate on Monday the 31st. of August no verdict yet I'd hate to be
Starting point is 01:55:00 a juror in that but to turn away from that for a moment no wait let's don't I want to whatever what I was going to was something that was kind of fun and by the way we're entering the third hour
Starting point is 01:55:23 of the program and we're not a goose egg but we got $125 of challenges on the table courtesy of Ralphs and Charlie from APS radio news please don't let this go by by the boards we're desperately trying to close the gap on the month of august and give us a fighting chance going into september and five dollars turns into ten ten turns into twenty twenty twenty into forty twenty twenty five into fifty up to a hundred and twenty five bucks
Starting point is 01:55:53 and that is vitally important as your humble hostess tries to pay for her health insurance thank you Jeremy I'm in for 10 okay thank you Jeremy so 15 to go on Ralph's challenge the Miss Dolly and Panatonics challenge from the song from Jolene from the beginning of the program 15 to go there and 100 to go on Charlie's challenge.
Starting point is 01:56:27 Thanks for getting us started, Jeremy. Thank you so much. Who was it that said? Oh, it was Tristan yesterday when we were talking. Tristan said he despises Hassan Piker, and I kind of agree with him. I do agree with him. Because the dude is just awful.
Starting point is 01:57:00 And he's awful because he set himself up as some sort of icon of progressivism when he's just another spoiled rich kid born on third thinking he hit a triple. I didn't like it when George W. Bush was that way, and I don't like it when our side is that way. Well, earlier today over on Fox News TV Radio Rwanda, One of their, well, this is their attack brunette, Julie Bandaris, decided to quote Hassan Piker, because Hassan Piker is a just a bubbling font of misquotability. And it's always used to try,
Starting point is 01:57:59 he is used as guilt by association, for Abdul El-Said. And then, of course, he can't help running his mouth about Israel. Now, this program, I hear we don't hesitate to criticize the fuck all out of Israel because, well, as a general rule, we despise fascists on this program, and there's no way that the government of Israel can be viewed as anything but a fascist cabal. From Beelzebub Smotrich to Itamar bin Gavir to whoever that war criminal defense minister is, to Psycho Beebe himself.
Starting point is 01:58:57 A fascist is a fascist, is a fascist, is a fascist with all due apologies in respect to Gertrude Stein. But whatever Hassan Piker says, there's a fascist. always some maggot out there that wants to try to make hay on it and earlier today uh julie bandaris about had a baby live on air screaming hasan piker hasan piker and she draws hasan piker like a gun but uh democratic a ham strategist ah ahem uh corbin trent was there and apparently uh it didn't didn't so well for Julie. I can't understand why Democrats
Starting point is 01:59:48 can't understand that if you've got someone who's running for office, hanging out with someone who's an anti-Semite, how that might look bad for the Democratic Party. What say you? Wow. I mean, I think it's...
Starting point is 02:00:04 Go ahead. You first. Corbin. Ah, all right. So with you, I didn't know what you it was. I'm sorry. You know, this is the This is not an extreme position. You know, this is being painted as this sort of radical idea that the actions of Israel are impacting the, you know, the Jewish-American people, right? So what you've got to look at, though, is the American people themselves. 60% of Republicans nearly under the age of 49 now hold an unfavorable view of Israel.
Starting point is 02:00:36 That's Republicans. 60% of Americans hold an unfavorable view overall. We're seeing people say now that they don't believe that we should continue, military aid to Israel. I mean, this is not a unusual position, you know. And the thing that people keep saying is that Hassan Piker said that Jews are to blame for whatever happened to them. But let's think about some actually the things that he said and how similar it is to what other people have said. Yeah, but here's a quote from Dana Bash, Benjamin Netanyahu has made us less safe. He frankly put Jews in an uncomfortable position across the country. Here's another one. It's an obvious
Starting point is 02:01:13 fact that Netanyahu is making Jews in America. less safe. Okay, but that's the liberal media. And basically what he's saying is that American Jews, American Jews, I mean, how do you, okay, how do you say something and get away with the fact and then not suffer if you're actually running for election and you're associating with rhetoric such as that American Jews are bringing on violence to themselves because they support Israel. That's just pure insanity. What the man said, that's what he said. Do you understand, like, do you understand, like after not, 11, everybody had to denounce the attacks. Everybody that was Muslim had to say, I don't agree with that. So you want him to denounce Israel? Where are you going with this?
Starting point is 02:01:55 What I'm saying is it's clear that the actions of other people can absolutely impact Americans of a certain group, right? And that fact is happening right now. And it's not the liberal media saying it's not just a son piker. It is happening across the American public. The actions of Israel are so extreme. And our support for that is so extreme and uninsured. that people are having backlash. And yes, that does indeed create a problem for Jewish people.
Starting point is 02:02:22 And that's not just extreme people that are saying that. It's people like Ezra Klein, people that are active in the Jewish movement. There are a lot of people that are saying the actions of Israel and Netanyahu are making us less safe. Okay, but the difference between opposing Israel and American Jews, I mean, there is a complete difference there. And those who are here in America that support Israel, of course they're going to support Israel if they're Jewish. And of course they're going to be against terrorism. And that is what a lot of these comments are basically promoted. What you just said would have been considered anti-Semitic.
Starting point is 02:02:52 Against Jews. I mean, it is. What you just said would have been considered anti-Semitic. Yeah. Yeah, I think the bottom line is the fact that this panel is even happening today, the fact that this is the dominating talking point and not the issues of Duel wants to focus on, tells you there was a miscalculation here. On one hand, he wanted to use the access of Hamas, Pikers, what the Internet is now.
Starting point is 02:03:15 calling him in order to access his audience. But he didn't calculate the fact that he's going to have to deal with the baggage. And now he wants America to forget all of the terrible things that Piker has said. That just isn't going to happen. And by the way, it really doesn't matter what I think. Look at what's been dominating the media all week long. It's not about the issues. It's about Hassan Piker.
Starting point is 02:03:36 And that is an issue, I think, Abdul is going to continue to struggle with along with the Democratic Party. Hugh, basically. I think just like... Go ahead. I mean, I think just like they made a miscalculation during the campaign with Haley Stevens, and APEC dumped all the money into that race and still didn't win. The media and so many other people are making a miscalculation now. I'm telling you, Republicans even are turning their back on the state of Israel because of the actions they're taking.
Starting point is 02:04:02 But that has nothing to do with what we're talking about today, though. What it has to do with is elections, and elections are going to have consequences. And the idea is that this will somehow hurt, this will somehow hurt Abdul and the general. I don't think that's actually true. I think people want to see America focusing on America again. I think that we should also have fair. But what we're focusing on right now are American Jews and how somebody actually came out like Piker and said that American Jews are basically bringing violence onto themselves for supporting Israel.
Starting point is 02:04:31 That's just crazy. And I'm sorry, but Syed, that is what he said. And if Syed is going to. I got the quote right here. Do you want to hear it? He basically said that American Jews are essentially, no. I mean, that is the point that he's trying. to make is that American Jews are almost putting themselves in harm's way by calling violence
Starting point is 02:04:50 onto themselves for supporting Israel. That was cute. I got the quote right here if you want to hear it. Hmm. A hint, Corbyn Trent, she did not in fact want to hear it. And no, I don't like Hassan Piker. I don't think. think he should be allowed anywhere near the levers of power, any more than his uncle should. But when he doesn't, when, when, I mean, look, this is just a rehash of Godzilla from Wasilla back in 2008 running around saying, oh, that Barack Obama, he, he pals around with terrorists. Remember, heirs? Yeah. Rules for radicals. And in this case, don't ascribe things to Hassan Piker that Hassan Piker has not said,
Starting point is 02:06:12 and he has not said Jews are basically bringing violence onto themselves for supporting Israel. Corbyn Tret was right. He has not said that. And she wasn't counting on Trent saying, I've got the quote right here. Do you want me to read it? And of course, no, no, she really, really fucking knows. didn't want him to read it because, well, you know, that's the thing when you're an attack host at Fox News TV Radio Rwanda.
Starting point is 02:06:48 The one thing that you have to get an agreement on from all of your little panelists, especially if they're liberals, the one thing you've got to do is get them to agree that the maggot, the Fox host, gets the last word. Anyone who want to talk with a caravan? Caravan? There's a caravan, Kevin? Yeah, don't you want to talk about the caravan? You mean the deadly MS-13 caravan presently being dreamed of? You're sure. We're getting close enough to November. There's bound to be a caravan, isn't there? Yeah. I mean, how much of a... Just working in Fox News, you know, the work atmosphere there, it's got to be just like,
Starting point is 02:07:45 you know what I mean I don't know how you know if I worked at Fox News TV Radio Rwanda I'd clock out at the end of the day and there's probably there's probably a bar a pub a tavern right around the corner from Fox News and
Starting point is 02:08:02 they probably got shot glasses lined off across the bar for when the Fox shift change comes along because all the decent people are going to come in there and try to anesthetize their minds from the from the From the other filth that they've had to play in all day. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:08:19 Keith Oberman has made it no secret. Back in the day, he dated Laura Ingraham. And God does. This is back when Jesus is a child. But he said back then, she could hold her beer. She drank quite a bit. So I wouldn't doubt these fuckers drink heavily after they leave work, knowing what they're going to the American public for a paycheck.
Starting point is 02:08:36 Yeah, it feels good to see your bank account, but you're fucking America hard. That, Jeremy. That Keith Oberman, he must have. been quite the rounder and bounder. I mean. Nice word for it. I think of a couple of the names,
Starting point is 02:08:54 but yeah, he's somewhat admitted he's dated to be a, every woman in the industry you can think of. Yeah, well, I mean, I had other word choices available, things like Manho.
Starting point is 02:09:05 I mean, damn near his fiancee was a terrible, whatever name of her real name is. Oh, Katie Turrible. Yeah, Katie Currible. Yeah, there's her. Yes.
Starting point is 02:09:16 Frau Engrem? But wait, wait, there's good news, though. I heard last night, and I've been waiting on this. I think I'd mentioned a few months ago, he had a heart problem. He had a valve that had to be fixed. He had a rhythmic problem. They said surgery or electricity.
Starting point is 02:09:35 He took surgery. He said, this may be my last show. It may not be. I don't think it will be. Well, he announced this week, cleared to come back next Wednesday, or the day after Labor Day. So he's back full time again. He survived this thing.
Starting point is 02:09:47 He's okay. I heard one of those expert witnesses got paid like 50 grand to testify, Robin, at that trial. Oh, I saw one number that said the experts for the Commonwealth had billed upwards north of $160,000, you know, for all of them taken together. Has it captured media attention a lot there in Massachusetts, Kevin? I mean, I'm out here in Western Mass. It's not as big of a deal, I think, as it is out towards Boston. But if you want to, I mean, if you want to watch it, you can find it anywhere online or whatever. But yeah, but even out here, the local news, it's usually the lead story.
Starting point is 02:10:41 You know, or within the first two, they'll do a rundown. They'll get the feed from the Boston media and run it out here, Western Mass. News or Channel 22 either one, we have two news stations here and it's pretty, you know, it's definitely got people's attention, no question.
Starting point is 02:11:06 I mean, horrific, the way she planned to go to a take-off place that never went before and see. Well, the whole thing is just a horror, Kevin. She definitely knew what she was doing. She knew right from wrong.
Starting point is 02:11:31 See, I'm not, having watched the good bit of the trial, I'm not convinced. If I was a juror, if I was a juror sitting on that, because remember, you know, the standard of proof is beyond a reasonable doubt. Now, beyond a reasonable doubt doesn't mean beyond all doubt, but if there is, if there is a doubt and it's rational, then not guilty. Oh, yeah, absolutely. I mean, I'm not going to, I just, well, yeah. Like I said, I think the husband did every last bit of it. You think, huh? Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 02:12:05 Maybe. Maybe. Okay, here's just one fun little fact. Allegedly, she tried to commit suicide by slitting her wrists and slitting her throat. Here's the problem, though. She was a nurse. And we have some nurses in our community, and I bet every last one of them will say to me, if you're slit and you're you know there's a there's an old saying
Starting point is 02:12:31 if you go across your wrist that's hospital if you go the length of your wrist that's morgue well she hacked across her wrists I don't think a nurse is going to do that and slit her own throat that that that's harder to do I think than the the ancient Japanese ritual of sepacu you know the one where you with your abdomen. It doesn't add up.
Starting point is 02:13:10 The husband's got all these lawsuits that he's going to make a fortune off of if he can just get a guilty verdict. Because that'll foreclose liability issues in the civil cases, and it'll just be a matter of trying damages. And that's every plaintiff's lawyer's dream. And the connections to the DA's office, the husband's connections to the sheriff's office, his brand new wife
Starting point is 02:13:38 wow that stinks I haven't right there I haven't really been following as close as probably you have you have you know I live here in a state so they didn't really some connections he's had they probably haven't vetted him or
Starting point is 02:13:59 looked at him as being one of the suspects as heavily if he wasn't connected right I think that and then there's the fact that I mean yeah the babies were strangled but most states have
Starting point is 02:14:20 criminal statutes that say in the case of foul play you do an autopsy none of those babies' bodies were autopsied and they were cremated right away really and then and she was on a pharmacopoeia of psych meds that would paralyze a moose.
Starting point is 02:14:45 Yeah. And she was begging, and she was begging for help. And they just kept rolling pills at her. But here's one thing. Her talk screen showed that she had a drug called Seraquil, which is an antipsychotic in her system. and she hadn't taken Seraquil in a while. And it does not have a long half-life.
Starting point is 02:15:20 I mean, it might even be hours, because you take it on a daily basis. And she'd been off of it for a while, and yet there was Seraquil in her system. Makes you wonder if maybe there was... And that's what I mean when I say reasonable doubt. Maybe the hubby grinds up a few pills and puts it in her coffee? So he's happily married and just setting up. this guy yeah got it got a new house the the the assistant DA bought the old house and oh my and oh my god but you want to do that if you would do
Starting point is 02:15:59 if you had this trial going on and you were a vet I'm sorry you faded away Kevin I wouldn't I wouldn't want to go anywhere near it so you know what now you say this and you tell me he's you know well and and again we talked about the expert witness fees this is a monumentally expensive trial the the bill for which falls upon the commonwealth and the only thing they're trying is whether she spends the rest of her life in a psychiatric facility or the rest of her life in a prison her life is hell either way i i can't imagine waking up from one morning to the next And the thing is, she thinks she did it.
Starting point is 02:17:02 She doesn't know. She doesn't have a memory. But everybody's told her that she did, especially her husband. What about a family member of hers? I don't know. Just bring a suit maybe or wrongful death or, I don't know, criminal complaint. I don't know, something. Wow.
Starting point is 02:17:29 He's, oh, yeah, all you have to do is get to. that guilty for it. The two DAs, and they made a point of having women as the prosecutors, these two women are awful. I mean, they're terrible. They've tried to sway the jury by references to religion, which is just a ginormous no-no under the rules of evidence, at least I presume that it's a no-no in West Virginia. It's bound to be a no-no in Massachusetts. actions in conformity with religious belief? No. And it was so bad that defense counsel
Starting point is 02:18:09 argued for a mistrial. And frankly, if this thing goes up, if she gets convicted and this thing goes up on appeal, that may be the basis for a remand and retry. Yeah, it just thinks that the guy's married again and often. You know, a normal man that lost three of his kids wouldn't be married right now. Wouldn't be doing this right now. You know, and if she really did it, I guess, yeah. You mentioned that.
Starting point is 02:18:55 And then, you know, postpartum psychosis is a real thing, but what's really interesting is to see the way this case is breaking down demographically across the country. Most men are saying, yeah, she did it. She's a monster. and the women are saying, hold on, buddy, maybe you don't, you know, maybe you don't have any idea of what postpartum psychosis is, but postpartum depression is bad enough. Postpartum psychosis is hell on earth. Not for nothing, Kevin.
Starting point is 02:19:25 This isn't exactly the same thing, but for the comedic effect, I'm going to say it anyway. You said that a normal man wouldn't do something. Throw out the murder post. Just to remember, Newt Gnrich got a light into a helmet-headed motherfifference. fucking Callista, well, his wife was dying of cancer. And newly served her divorce papers on her deathbed, continued fucking Callista. So normal isn't a normal thing in this ruling.
Starting point is 02:20:00 Oh, and by the way, this is entirely separate and apart. Jeremy got it started. We've got $115 to go on Charlie and Ralph's two challenges. Oh, wait, no, Billable Rick said, put me down for 50. so yay thank you billable so that means Ralph's challenge is met and we are $35 into Charlie's challenge meaning that we have $65 to go thank you so much billable Ralph's Charlie met your challenge from earlier and then he met Charlie met your challenge so we've got your second challenge plus his going on your
Starting point is 02:20:51 Your second challenge is net, and we've got 65 to go on Charlie's. I hope that makes sense. Back to the air conditioning, Billable Rick, auditioning for that open juvenile delinquent number four slots says air conditioning. Don't be a wimp. You're complaining about hot weather. It's as cold as 86 degrees in your worldwide studio in the fabulous Kincaid Mansion. While I'm dealing with 97-degree weather with 80% plus, you're,
Starting point is 02:21:21 humidity here in the O.C. However, I'm sitting in air conditioning at the office. As juvenile delinquent number two has suggested, you need to turn off your air so that he doesn't hear the humming in his head. You'll be fine without air conditioning. Just ask Rush. Wolverines! And there it is. Prove the application, officially number four. Okay. Billable Rick is now juvenile delinquent number four.
Starting point is 02:21:46 I don't think you even had to call a meeting. And... A.A. will agree. Hands down. Yes. Yes, Tamara. Yes. Tamara said,
Starting point is 02:22:05 I thought I heard that the woman with postpartum was paralyzed from jumping out a window. Are you telling me she slit her own throat and wrists and jumped out a window? Yes, and there was even a mattress in front of the window. I think I've got most of this pretty, yeah. I mean, this is, from my standpoint, Tamara, this is approaching one of those, Bob Ewell stabbed himself with his own knife 27 times, Mr. Finch, and that's my story, and I'm sticking to it. Situation. So, yeah, make it make sense.
Starting point is 02:22:55 Oh, and shifting over to all of the Lake America Madness, the friend sent me this. Just a reminder that every ocean ship entering the Great Lakes goes through the Welland Canal. Eight locks, 27 miles, all of it in Ontario. That's the route. $26.3 billion
Starting point is 02:23:24 of American trade depends on it. Netwit Nero didn't think this one through. Surprise, surprise, surprise, Sergeant Carter? Yeah. Everything Trump touches. F and dies. I know what it was Robin
Starting point is 02:23:46 I saw more video on the Nepal stuff the last couple days Yeah me too That lake that had formed behind that glacier That was blocking the river Do you know how long that river was? No I think they said the lake that had formed
Starting point is 02:24:03 Was I kid you not I think it was 300 feet long Do you want to guess how deep the water was Oh two 300 feet? Way more. 600 fucking feet of water came down on that.
Starting point is 02:24:17 And that's what that was. 600 feet of water, 300 feet long. And it's horrifying. I've seen it, and the video is so hard to watch. Because... Yes, you literally seen people
Starting point is 02:24:28 wiped out, gone. You know they're dead. You know they didn't survive. You're seeing. You know they... Yeah, you don't live through that. And people scrambling to get to higher ground. Jesus.
Starting point is 02:24:37 There's that one video of the town itself, which is looking down on like all the buildings and the buses for the tourists. you see them scurring on the side streets and all you see is that wall of water and you know there's no hope there might be a miracle but I doubt most of those people died you watch them die vicious and something that occurred to me
Starting point is 02:24:55 because I've spent a lot of time on this program a little gentle reminder I've spent more broadcast time on this program drawing attention to the horrors of mountaintop removal than any other broadcaster on earth southern west Virginia we don't have any glaciers. And in fact, during the Great Glaciation, the glacial ice sheets that covered North America,
Starting point is 02:25:22 they didn't make it to Appalachia, and in fact, that's why Appalachia receded North America. But Southern West Virginia, Central Appalachia, is dotted with dams built by coal companies, and they're made of dirt and rock. and they built them to hold back toxic waste from the coal mining process. The biggest one holds back more liquid,
Starting point is 02:25:57 especially now with Lake Mead the way it is, than Hoover Dam. It's the largest dam in the Western Hemisphere. Nine billion gallons of toxic waste. And the thing is, their engineering reports that say when the thing fails, it's not when, it's not if it's when. That's a wall of toxic waste, 40 feet high,
Starting point is 02:26:22 that roars down the Coal River Valley. And so when I saw these real-time, real-world videos of Nepal, all I could think about was, ah, Jesus, there are a bunch of those waiting to happen four ridges over from where I live. And I saw another video of where the water all basically is pooled out to. It all ended up in another river. And I don't know how it, it must be, there must be, I think what's the word?
Starting point is 02:27:02 What's the, there must these pumice rocks in the area of that area from lovin stuff from the past recent eruption. And they were using a boat to go through this river where all the water's pooled now, that calmed down. And the lady was reaching down into the water and pulling out hands, hands, handfuls pumice handful after handful and says it's this stick
Starting point is 02:27:24 all the way down through this water how do we fix it? Their water source is now completely polluted. Yeah, pumice is a volcanic rock the three igneous rocks are basalt, pumice, and well damn volcanic glass
Starting point is 02:27:42 like oh there's a brand of soap that has pumice in it and it'll actually take the skin off your hands. Geez. The scary thing is this stuff has happened before. It's going to keep happening because of the increasing rate of global warming. It's out of control at this point.
Starting point is 02:28:11 I don't think there's any going back. I don't care what scientists say. And it's been happening for centuries. Now we have mass media to show the horrors happening that people never could just talk about before. But the problem is it's isolated. I mean, you see it in Nepal. Hell, you see it in a hurricane. and because people don't want to believe in it, they don't.
Starting point is 02:28:38 Now, in Nepal, in China, all over South Asia, in almost the entire rest of the world except for the new 90 states of America, climate change is an accepted scientific reality. But here, the same people who go on Sundays and listen to stories about a talking snake, well, their preacher tells them that God made the weather and there ain't no such thing
Starting point is 02:29:11 as climate change, and if you don't believe in it, it ain't real. Right? Juvenile delinquent number one, largest toxic dam. But is it a gaddam? Last one, I promise. No, we're talking about the
Starting point is 02:29:37 Shoemate Dam. Dad damn. I never should have told you all. about that one. You give a brother Deacon even the crack the door open a little bit and he's going to
Starting point is 02:29:50 come bull in a China shop China shopping through. You crazy kids. I said that we had something a little bit humorous and we can probably use that. This is with regard to
Starting point is 02:30:14 Lake America. It all started with a trice. You know, naturally, typed by Natalie. Maybe we need to put that under all of his tripes now. Stroke TBN, typed by Natalie. And the tripe said, To the Office of the Secretary of Department of the Interior
Starting point is 02:30:44 from Director U.S. Geological Survey, Re, Lake America, renamed, Sir. As of 4.30 p.m. today, the U.S. Geological Survey has officially designated the former Lake Ontario to be renamed as Lake America in all-official USGS electronic documents, etc. So then, well,
Starting point is 02:31:17 the USGS may say to change it, but MapQuest isn't, and it has been a laugh riot. MapQuest posting, we're not changing it. and then people started offering up their own renamings. MapQuest got it all started saying, we're not changing the name of Lake Ontario.
Starting point is 02:31:45 Name it whatever you want at your leisure. Tag us so we can see your work. MapQuest got it started with Lake, are we doing this again? Followed by Lake from State Farm. Lake Lakey McLeak face Lake Fuck That Fucking Guy This is creative
Starting point is 02:32:18 Lake Gulf of Mexico Lake distraction from the Epstein files Everything is Lake the Donald J. Trump and John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Hearts Lake No Way in Hell he won all seven swing states Lake Sam the first night at bed
Starting point is 02:32:58 When you left, Ron made out with two girls and put his head between a cocktail waitress's breasts. What? Aw. Lake Dolly Parton. Lake that I peed in one time when I was six. Lake, I may be the smaller of the Great Lakes, but I'll always be larger than Trump's approval rating. Lake, we just want affordable health care. Buffy fans only.
Starting point is 02:33:34 Lake Ontario, bitch. Lake Mark Carney. Lake Obama got a Nobel Peace Prize and Trump only got a fake one from FIFA. Oh, this is quality. Lake-o-My-lego. Lake America. Can you not right now? Lake, that's not how this works.
Starting point is 02:34:12 Lake Barack Hussein Obama. Lake Tiny Hands. Lake Cofi-Fei? I wonder if there's a Lake hamburger down here somewhere. Lake America, I can't. Lake, I bet he can't even. spell Ontario. Lake laugh, love, leave Canada
Starting point is 02:34:37 alone. And finally, Lake, this is so embarrassing. Well, remember the rules... Go ahead. I know it's kind of soon, but Dolly would like us to laugh if we can, even
Starting point is 02:34:59 though it's... I'm going to go to hell for this. But in this new era without Dolly, could we be in the new post-partum depression? You know, what? The llama just kicked a glacier. And it killed some Nepali's, I know. It's horrible. Like I said, I'll see myself out. You're awful.
Starting point is 02:35:28 Juvenile delinquent number two. Honest to God. I was afraid you were seeing yourself out, Jeremy. And by the way, Billable Rick, you're in air conditioning. I'm in air conditioning, but it's still 86 degrees in here. So, yeah. And it's not really worth running the clip. Oh, wait. Juvenile Delinquent Number 4 says juvenile delinquent number two owes the horn community, five Hail Marys and two Lord's prayers for that gag. Yeah, and maybe gargle at the font while you're at it.
Starting point is 02:36:37 Now, Scott Jennings got his ass handed to him. Remember that's Moscow Mitch's dear, dear friend. And sometimes the goddess of irony just puts words in these assholes mouths so that they can get them crammed right back in. Scott Jennings was trying to defend Orange Julius Geezer's stupid little stupid big old expensive war in Iran. And at one point said of Iran, their economy's in free fall. They have hyperinflation. Their leader is a cardboard cutout.
Starting point is 02:37:21 Scott. Buddy. considering you have imaginary phone calls with an imaginary senator who probably will wind up being, if the Senate goes back into session and he tries to show up, they'll probably try to pass him off with a cardboard cutout. I would, I'd hesitate to call anybody a cardboard cutout, Scott Jennings. Their leader is a cardboard cutout.
Starting point is 02:37:52 Well, so is the guy you make phone calls to. Oh, here's an interesting little tidbit. And this is weird. No, it's not weird. But one of the targets of Republicans and maggots, same same now, in terms of the federal bench, has been the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Because the Ninth Circuit was a bit of a home to rational justices who weren't. aren't crazier than a sprayed roach like, say, the 11th and 5th circuits are.
Starting point is 02:38:55 But nitwit Nero has been appointing judges to that court, and maggots have joyfully confirmed them. And yet earlier today, a three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals comprised entirely of Maggot appointments, ruled three to nothing. in favor of the state of Nevada because Nevada wants to treat Kalshi polymarket and other prediction markets well as gambling and thereby subject to the oversight of the gaming commission and the legislature of the state of Nevada. Calci and Crypto had fought bitterly against this ruling. And for the accounting folks out there who understand this better than I, those three Trump judges also said that sports event contracts, such as one finds on prediction markets,
Starting point is 02:40:17 do not qualify as federally regulated derivatives, and that runs contrary not just to the gambling sites, Polymarket and Kalshi and others, but it also runs contrary to the arguments made by the entirely corrupt commodity futures trading commission under nitwit Nero. So that's a bit of a shocker. One reporter, Dustin Galker, said, the first ruling against Kalshi at the appellate level, and the opinion seemed to be pretty
Starting point is 02:41:06 brutal for the company. Curiously, a similar case arose in the third United States Circuit Court of Appeals, where sits none other than Emil Beauvais, accent grove over the E, who once said, sometimes you just have to tell a federal judge to get fucked. New Jersey was seeking to bring some sort of sanity to the gambling that goes on and the Third Circuit agreed with Kalshi and Polly Market and that there's swaps under exclusive federal jurisdiction. So once again, you get a split in the circuits,
Starting point is 02:41:55 which means that this will go up to our most. puissant, dread sovereign, supreme Catholic majesties. Because even though it's the most obvious form of gambling, nonetheless, Nitwit Nero's corrupt little regulators, has said, uh, this isn't gambling? Funny, last time I placed a bet on something, it was gambling. If you lose, they take your money from you, and if you win, they pay you. That's gambling.
Starting point is 02:42:33 and of course Trader Tott will go running to Daddy because he's an advisor to both Calci and Polly Market and good on Nevada good on Michigan, good on Washington State, all three of those have moved
Starting point is 02:42:57 to shut down some or all of the operations the schemes run by Calci inside the states New York is suing Calci directly claiming the
Starting point is 02:43:11 they're running an illegal gambling operation. Oh, that's beautiful. And the CFTC kept saying, no, individual states can't enforce gambling laws. Because we're the federal government, and we federally regulate Kalshi and Polly Market by not regulating them at all.
Starting point is 02:43:44 And just to show how scummy Kalshi is, they're even fighting against something up in Wisconsin where officials there said hey y'all voters if you vote in an election you can't
Starting point is 02:44:07 place a bet on the prediction market on the elections you're voting in Cal she said no-uh sure they can it'll be a lovely day if Kalshi and Polly Market can go down in flames, especially if those three judges are the maggot judges, are the ones who do it.
Starting point is 02:44:53 Oh, and while we're all sitting around wondering where the screw worm beef, if it is in fact beef is coming from, SNAEQUIS. Turns out that Nitwit Nero's scheme for the Freedom Fuel Network that sells below market-priced gasoline well, a new lawsuit says
Starting point is 02:45:20 that they're selling it that way because they're unloading hot gas stolen fuel like so many similar cases. It gets a little bit confusing, but a fuel supplier in Georgia called Mansfield Oil Company
Starting point is 02:45:43 sued back on the 19th of August. They said that a company called KR. S.M, which is run by a fuel guy, a fossil fuel, a fossil fool from New Jersey named Syed Cosmy, bought a million gallons of gasoline worth $4 million from a Sonoco terminal. And, wow, what a business model this is. Never paid for it.
Starting point is 02:46:19 And then palmed it off on the Freedom Fuel Network. which has 29 locations now. The complaint reads as follows, KRSM was able to sell such fuel for such low prices and garner such publicity because it never paid plaintiffs for such fuel. God damn. It's 2026 and we got maggots out there fencing gasoline now.
Starting point is 02:46:59 And if you've stolen the gasoline, whatever you sell it for, that's pure profit. As for KRSM, they say, We will not be commenting further on this pending litigation. And apparently the Casme brothers, well, dealing in or fencing hot gas, is apparently their business model. Back in February, a U.S. district judge,
Starting point is 02:47:40 or a judge, said that the Casme brothers, and this would be Shammy. Kovie said they engaged in serial flouting of court orders, ordered Cosmy to cough up $667,000 in unpaid fuel theft, and they also lost in a suit against 7-Eleven. Syed Cosmi lost that one. 7-Eleven said that they, well, in for a penny, in for a pound, had stolen tens of thousands. of dollars in cigarettes. I remember when we thought the mob was a problem,
Starting point is 02:48:35 but here we are. Jesus. Fencing hot gas. Did you ever expect to hear that phrase? Because I got to tell you, I have not. Aren't you glad you quit the old canker,
Starting point is 02:48:59 or cancer sticks, given the price of cigarettes most places now, Robin? Oh, Jesus Christ. Uprobes a hundred dollars for a cart in most places. in Vermont? Well, it's funny because down here, Philip Morris has introduced a new brand, a new sub-brand of their Marlborough brand. And it's called Marlborough Cowboy Cut.
Starting point is 02:49:25 I don't know what makes tobacco a cowboy cut. But, at least in West Virginia, you can get two packs for, $11. I, of course, am so old that I can remember when that would buy you an entire carton. I have another question, please, getting toward the end of the program. I want an honest answer. I know you don't come up with these names.
Starting point is 02:49:55 I've hit you up several time over this. Every time you bring up the speaker, minority speaker, Apex Shakur. You do realize that's an insult to the Shakur name to attach him to bad deeds. Yeah, but, yeah, but Jeremy, you also got, you also got, upset about peewee Herman Garring. I'm thinking about, yes, the Shakur's were freedom fighters. They're good people. They weren't taking money from asshole packs from...
Starting point is 02:50:25 But it's a play on words. It's... It's funny because it doesn't matter. It's funny because of how it sounds. Okay, I'll give you it's funny because it sounds, but I assure you the family wouldn't find it so funny. but anyway that's not that's not here there don't worry about it again
Starting point is 02:50:45 it's like the air conditioner don't worry about it just me funny now oh no no it's not just you with the air conditioner uh
Starting point is 02:50:52 brother brother deacon asa hates the air conditioner here and has suggested that I moved to parkersburg where it's nice and quiet
Starting point is 02:51:00 during the broadcast I'm just extra picky right now because I'm fighting a low I just guzzled a 20 ounce coke trying to fight it off so I'm extra tendered
Starting point is 02:51:10 tonight Oh, dear. Well, you're not going to be low for very long, although that high-fructose corn syrup is not good for you. If you could keep a stash of Mexican Coke and glass bottles, that would be your best bet. I mean, not really. Orange juice would probably do better. Orange juice is dangerous. Oh, sure.
Starting point is 02:51:34 Sugar, sugar, sugar. But, you know, we tend to think of sugar. When we're diabetic, we tend to think of sugar, but you know where I get in trouble? rice I love rice and by the way on the way out the door juvenile delinquent number one is giving you some hell
Starting point is 02:52:01 Jesus H Jeremy postpartum depression era that was a gaddam awful joke you should really be ashamed of yourself you better find a roommate because I don't know how you can live with yourself oh the shame is deep don't worry
Starting point is 02:52:19 I understand I did I said I was one of I admitted it. I didn't resist. He was out there and I reached that low, low, low, low, on the ground, wrong. Postparton depression, Jesus Christ. But I guess we are kind of in it. And then hot gasoline, the Camel Cardinal says Trump's Freedom Fuel Network, the Casme brothers, are doing in 2026 what Michael Franzasi and the Colombo crime family did in the 1980s. Everything old is new, I wonder if they've got the fashion sense, though, you know, Aza? Those Armani suits. And from Juvenile Delinquent Number Four,
Starting point is 02:53:06 How do you like your new title, Billable? Roxanne, he asks. How do you manage with all the unreasonable demands made by the juvenile delinquents? Oh, Billable, you get used to it after a decade or so. but yeah we are we're at the end of the program would anybody like to finish this challenge off it's only 65 bucks
Starting point is 02:53:39 a couple of six people at 10 bucks and a little bit more well actually six people at 11 bucks that'd be perfect one at 65 whatever it'd be great if we could do that
