The password is pizza.
It's showtime.
Here we go, live from behind the corn phone curtain.
It's head-on with Roxanne Kincaid.
Three hours of cussin and discussin,
with America's only liberal transvilly elitist right here, right now,
on the head-on radio network.
Brought to you in part by Cole River Mountain Watch,
who invites you to be part of the uprising against mountaintop removal.
C-R-M-W.net.
And now, from high in the hills of West by God, Virginia, here she is.
Roxanne Kincaid.
Well, howdy.
And here we go, off and running on this final day of September, 2006.
This is the horn.
It is, in fact, the 30th day of September, 2026.
And also,
You know, nominally, prayer meeting Wednesday.
Whether we get to any prayer meeting stuff is another question entirely.
Hi, I'm Roxanne.
And I'm terribly sorry about yesterday.
Just another happy day with a coal-fried power bread.
But it went out, and I was loaded for bear and all ready to go with the, well, you know what I was ready to go with yesterday.
it dominated the news cycle.
We'll go into it later today, though, just the same.
But I'm awfully glad you're out there.
Thanks for joining in.
Again, my apologies for yesterday.
If you are a member of the podcasting contingent
of the Horn family community congregation, however,
thank you very kindly for joining in the conversation
in that fashion.
And, well, if you could take a moment, please,
and leave us a remark or review, a comment,
wherever you download the program.
It is awfully helpful in building engagement
and finding new friends.
I'm making the effort.
Just because, well, gosh darn it,
this is a time for as many people to have a way to an outlet
for their feelings, their emotions, their outrage,
their whole hell, they're patriotism.
Because God knows the maggots aren't patriotic.
When you leave a comment, et cetera, on the podcast, you help make that a little bit more likely.
So thanks to those of you who do, and thanks to those of you who will.
Okay.
Now, that having been said, every program here at the Horn begins with gratitude,
and this program is no different.
So thanks go out to our 30th and 29th day of the month's subscribers via PayPal.
And that means thank you to, let's see here.
Thank you ever so kindly.
To Charlie, Charlie at APS Radio News.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
And thanks as well to, well, that's pretty much it.
Thank you, Charlie.
Thank you for being a partial sponsor of the program.
And for getting us down to where, well and behold,
It's miraculous.
This is the last day of the month, and we have $300,
one day's fundraising to go to finish the month,
fully funded for the program.
So thank you, Charlie.
That was amazing, and we're all so grateful.
Thank you.
Now, it's also the last day of the month,
and that means that's, well, that's when,
we say thank you to our Patreon subscribers.
And so thank you ever so kindly to Carl.
And thank you to Daisy, Nancy, Nancy, Ethan, Dr. Allen, Theo,
Randy Radar.
Thank you, Christopher.
Thank you, Mike in Cascadia.
Thank you Michael of the Guffins and Jeff Inslow.
Thank you, Kay.
Thank you, James.
Thank you, Joanne.
Thank you to Lori.
And thank you, Vernon.
And thank you, Auntie Kat in Ohio.
Thank you to John.
And thank you also, John.
Thanks, KW.
Thanks, Irwin.
Thank you, Barb.
Thank you, Horst in Taiwan.
Thank you also very kindly.
And thank you.
Robin and Terrace and Frank.
Thank you, Brother Deacon Asa, and thank you to Jeremy.
Thank you all so kindly.
The way that works out, our Patreon crew knocks out one day of fundraising.
That's why we, as we started it into the week on Monday,
I reduced the deficit by the patron.
on subscribers
and
gracious
thank you Charlie
Charlie just took care of today
will they have a show on me
thank you Charlie
thank you
and thank you Jeremy
so we're all done
and I don't have to say a word
about fundraising
for the rest of the program
hey nope
we won't talk about fundraising again until October
oh shut up
Roxanne.
But thanks so much to our Patreon subscribers because you do help dig us out of the deficit
hole each and every month.
Thank you so, so much.
Now, where to begin?
And no, Lee, it wasn't.
Welcome back, says Lee.
I hope it wasn't anything I wrote, unless you wrote to the power company and said,
hey, cut off the juice to Roxanne's.
No, it was nothing he said.
It was frustrating, though.
I feel so dooless when all I can do it, it's like,
yeah, okay, I guess this is one of those days when I go and stand on the back stoop and scream.
That's really not an effective broadcast medium,
Roxanne screaming on the back stoop.
No, not at all.
But to get us started, and, well, you'll figure out the password pretty quick.
Let's time travel back to, yes, you're right.
That is a bona fide rom-lama ding-dong for everything Charlie's done this month to keep us afloat and keep us alive.
Thank you so, so much.
And on this final day, thanks to all of you who responded to the challenges.
Thank you, Ralph so very.
incredibly much
none of the
every now and then
well not just
now and then there are angels who keep this
program afloat
and
I cannot begin to express my gratitude
adequately enough
so thank you all
what it sounds like to you
Jeremy is
nothing I've got a hand in
had to do it but saying cut off
juice to Roxanne just sounds dirty coming from you.
Well,
please pass the mashed potatoes would sound dirty to juvenile delinquent number two, Jeremy.
I mean, I'm not saying, just saying, please pass the salt.
Ah, wow, Roxanne's getting salty on it.
Yeah, I get it.
Our juvenile delinquents work tirelessly.
Yeah.
But, yeah, yesterday, because we got to kind of pick up where we would have been yesterday,
because yesterday was just so epically goddamn dumb.
Just breathtaking stupidity.
The entire thing with Jack Smith yesterday was just a setup in the Senate,
a last gasp of their pathetic.
pathetic majority.
We all pretty much know what happened.
Let's go ahead and deal with the audio.
And in case you are wondering about the password, pizza,
well, that's the new nickname for the senator from Missouri.
Eric Pizza Schmidt, because he is a Pizza Schmidt.
But he was utterly unprepared.
prepared for who he was dealing with in Jack Smith.
And I got to confess, I got a little dose of,
I got a case of, what is it, nostalgia,
Velt Schmitz, just thinking what, what this all,
what our world would look like if Joe Biden had appointed him,
Attorney General, instead of Merrick the Meek, he of the,
he of the Federalist
Society
who knows
excuse me
nitwit
Nero might even be behind
bars even as we speak
but alas and a lack a day
it did not happen
instead
this happened
and
the reverberations of it
have not stopped
even today
and as
as well
Eric Pizza Schmidt's behavior
and that of course
Katie Britt of Alabama
sitting next to him
with her resting Katie Britt face
the whole gotcha probably came from
the dipshit White House
yeah
because this was stupidity on that level.
And by the way, this was just fun.
This is ancillary to it all.
And Joy in Ann Arbor provided this to me earlier.
A meme.
It's not even a meme.
It's actually a social media post from threads.
Somebody posted the now infamous
Katie Britt photo of her just staring mouth agape as she realized that the timer had gone to zero and a bomb was about to go off right next to her
with a throwback to one of the greatest courtroom scenes in all of cinema history
and I'm talking about the ultimate courtroom scene in my cousin Vinny.
someone named John Savoy posted the now infamous photo of Misra's Brit
looking with shock and horror at the massive humiliation rolling toward her and her carcass
when you realize the Chevy Bel Air wasn't offered with a 327 engine and a four-barrel carburetor
until 1964
that
that classic moment
from my cousin Vinnie
to which Marissa Tomey
who got an Academy Award for her performance
in that film
replied
it's a fact
oh I love that one
that's so good
thank you Joy for that
and what was it all about
yes
Ms. Micah says, I stand by this, so the Michigan contingent is of one mind on this.
Well, here it is.
Eric Pizza Schmidt, thinking he has cornered Jack Smith,
and finally, finally, gotten him ensnared within the web of lies that,
he, Jack Smith, had woven himself into among.
You know, English prepositions get harder when you start studying German.
I'm just going to say that.
I mean, yes, and I'm proud of that nickname.
It came to me the instant I first saw the video, or first saw it live,
Plavio pointing out, Nicole Wallace couldn't stop laughing.
Jack Smith yesterday at the judiciary hearing, pizza indeed.
Well, use it, enjoy it, share it widely across the fruited internet plane.
Eric Pizza Schmidt.
Here we go.
Get the hockey puck.
Did you go to an NBA game between the Golden State Warriors and the Atlanta Hawks on February 3rd,
I'm sorry, could you say that again?
Did you go to an NBA game between the Golden State Warriors and the Atlanta Hawks on February 3rd, 2024?
What city would that be in?
Atlanta.
No.
Okay.
So your testimony today is that you did not go to a Hawks game on February 3rd, 2024.
Is that correct?
I mean, objection asked and answered.
He was pretty clear.
No, he didn't.
So Eric, Pete, the Schmidt.
Perry Mason like, Matlock like, bears down and asks the question again, because now he's got him.
Meanwhile, Jack Smith is sitting at the witness table going, what?
Where?
Who?
Golden State War.
Atlanta Hawks?
Huh?
Correct.
I have no recollection of that.
Okay.
Is it your testimony that you were not in Atlanta on February 3rd, 20, 24?
for. Let me just give you a little context. The day before Fannie Willis came clean with her affair
with the prosecutor. You know the Atlanta prosecutor that was also trying to get Trump. The next day
were you in Atlanta? I do not believe so. Okay. Did you ever go to Atlanta during your time
at special counsel? I really don't think so. It's possible I flew through the Atlanta airport on the
way to Florida, but I do not have a recollection of going to Atlanta. I definitely did not go to a
Hawks game. I'm sure that.
Did you ever meet Nathan Wade or Fannie Willis in your time at special counsel?
No.
What would you say?
No.
I had a series of text messages from your team that said you were in Atlanta at a Warrior
Hawks game on February 3rd, 2024, the day after Willis and Wade announced their
affair.
I don't think you know that we have this stuff.
I don't think you have the stuff you think you have, Pizza Schmidt.
So I'll give you a second to process it so you don't, you know, perjure yourself.
You just took it down really quick.
If I could look at that again?
Okay.
Mr. Chairman, can we give the witness a copy so he can see what's being read to him?
Well, I think you've already sufficiently.
I want to run through.
We'll put it in a file if you can respond.
I think you've already perjured yourself, but did you or your office?
Can we see it?
Can we see it?
Did you or your office seek?
This is my time.
Senator, can we see?
If you want to use your time to criticize my question, go ahead, a ranking number.
In closing, I just want to say, in the famous words of the chief of the secret police under Stalin of show me the man, I'll show you the crime.
You may think you're a hero in this story, but let me tell you something.
You're the villain.
You've done so much damage.
As a former prosecutor, I can say there's so much damage that trust and faith people have in our system.
You have weaponized the Department of Justice against political enemies to an extent that has never happened in the history of this country.
You will go down as a.
total dirt bag.
I yield my time.
Mr. Chairman.
Before I call on Senator Klobuchar, without objection, I'll enter into the record email
showing the FBI of all agencies raised concerned with the DOJ that there was a sufficient
probable cause to obtain the search warrant at Marilago, Senator Klobuchar.
Mr. Chairman, then you're going to be able to allow the witness to see this fact.
poster board that we saw is that going to be included then in the so the witness
can look at that at some point here before the hearing's over because we couldn't see
what it said and I'm a former prosecutor too and I have never seen anyone just say
what do you think of this and put it down we need a copy of the actual text can
you give the witness the courtesy of giving them a copy of that thank you can the
witness be allowed to comment now that he can see the chart?
Should we maybe give him the chance to look at it and then go back at it?
Well, if he was Trash Patel, he'd get to do an entire Shakespearean soliloquy.
But he's not a maggot, so poor old chuckles Grassley up there dottering along,
we will enter into the racker.
Where's a little girl whose plate I can eat off?
of where's my lunch I think I can address it okay do you want to kid this isn't in my time but yes
mr. Smith please address it just very briefly and this can if this is the correct um
basketball game I recall going to a university of Maryland basketball game where Caitlin
Clark was playing right around that time and the marshal service was there with me you could
check if that was the exact date it was Maryland playing Iowa
I think February of 2024, but again, you can check that out if that's what we're talking about.
Oh, uh-oh.
Could it then be that University of Iowa is the Hawkeyes?
Could that be it?
And maybe before we show this kind of thing, I know, but if he was at an Iowa game, is that correct?
It was because Caitlin Clark was coming to Maryland to play.
Uh-huh.
I know, but that might be the confusion over the,
the names of the team, but perhaps you should have looked at it more carefully.
Who's questioning is this, by the last, Chairman?
Are you using your time, Senator?
Is this what this is?
No.
Are we just having, like, an open session here?
I will begin my questions.
I just, I'm just being shocked.
Well, I'm glad you're trying to rehabilitate the witness, but it's.
Oh, Pizza Schmidt's time's expired, but he's going to get to do a fresh experience
soliloquy of his own.
Good God.
What a clown show.
And it's during all of this that,
Katie Spooky Britt.
Remember her response to Joe Biden somewhere
after she became a senator?
The one where she stood in the kitchen
looking for all the world
like a member of the road company of
I don't know, children of the corn
meets the Stepford wives.
Remember that?
No.
And Eric Schmidt,
Eric Pizza Schmidt,
knows that he is being hoisted upon his own pittard.
And he doesn't like it.
And he's scared because he already had the fundraising emails going out with it.
Little Benny Johnson, the maggot masculine man of masculine maggot masculinity,
who among others Ashley St. Clair and Don Lemon both say,
oh yeah.
He's a friend of Dorothy.
put out this video without the clarification immediately.
You know, with an aha, Jacques'is blather.
And of course the maggots who follow him and believe him were like,
I see I know, yeah, Jack's mea, he's a dirt bag, all right.
You are calling a witness a dirt bag
I presented him with text messages about him wanting to meet with people.
people that could have obviously been related to the prosecution that was coordinated with his office in Atlanta.
Well, I'm going to begin my questions now, but I think that people should have their back straight before they accuse someone of being a dirt bag and not get the teams wrong.
I stand by that statement.
You have the teams wrong, sir.
Mr. Chairman.
As a floor, go proceed with your question.
Thank you.
Yeah, and from there.
Jack Smith, for his part, utterly unflappable.
Of course, the man has prosecuted war criminals in the Hague, among other things.
He's not going to blink when confronted with a little shitbird like Eric Pizza Schmidt.
But everything that they were pinning their hopes up, because you know Eric Pizza Schmidt went to his chairman and said,
oh, I got him.
Oh, chuckles, you got to let me, you got to turn me loose.
I got him.
He'll confess right there at the table.
He'll confess.
Oh, we've got him.
Oh, they were colluding with Fonnie Willis and Wade.
And they were...
And then it turned out that it all fell apart
because somebody at the White House or some pathetic staffer in Eric Pisa Schmidt's office
didn't know the difference between the Hawks and the Hawk Eyes.
One being a college team, and, well, the men's college football team, the Hawkeyes, absolutely did a number on Michigan this past Saturday.
That was carmic.
But, yeah, back then, Caitlin Clark was the hottest ticket in women's sports.
And so they were playing the University of Maryland, and Jack Smith went to sea.
at the time, said to be greatest player in women's college basketball history.
Because apparently, Jack Smith is a real fan of women's sports.
Eric Peetsy Schmidt need not ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever mention women's sports again
because he can't tell the difference between a women's college basketball team
and the men's professional team from the city of Atlanta.
They just saw Hawk and assumed it was Atlanta,
and from there it was Fannie Willis, and it...
I did love his remark, however, Smith's remark, that,
well, he may have passed through Atlanta on his way to Florida,
but going to Atlanta, no, no, no, no, no, no.
And of course that calls to mind the ancient wisdom, namely even the dead on their way to heaven or hell have to pass through Atlanta's Hartsfield Jackson Airport.
It is a busy place.
It's also one of my favorite airports.
People complain about it, but I always found it really easy to get around.
And at no point in time did I ever think that I was in mind.
Maryland?
No?
But it was an
absolute clown show
and it has been
but that clip has been
played and replayed
time after time
over the last
oh, 36 hours or so.
Oh, holy smoke.
Let's see.
Who all was having fun? Well,
Flavio has already mentioned
the joy that Nicole
Wallace took in it.
Yeah.
Mistaken identity he was seen in Atlanta, says Lee.
Maybe Jack Smith and Mike Malloy are doppelgangers.
All them liberals look alike.
Yeah.
And to think, they let Eric Schmidt be a U.S. attorney?
Woo!
That must have been one lulu of an office.
and by God we caught you
you used
your ill-gotten gains to go to one of them
one of them Kansas City Cardinals games
or the
St. Louis Royals or what have you.
And so
as early as yesterday
this thing was making the rounds
and well Aaron
like I said Aaron Burnett at CNN
there's no way she wasn't going to
elite for the catnip, just like everybody else, your envelope
hostess included, has done.
And good evening, I'm Aaron Burnett.
And out front tonight, Schmidt happens today,
Republicans calling former special counsel Jack Smith to the way.
Okay, Schmidt happens.
That's cute, too.
I still like Pizza Schmidt, though.
What a pizza Schmidt.
Witness stand.
You know, it was an interrogation and a series of insults.
It went on for more than four hours.
And it was a show designed.
for the important audience of one, Trump, who wants Smith to pay a major price for investigating
Trump for trying to overturn the 2020 election. But the whole thing, there would have been a lot to
talk about. But it is going to go down for this one moment, the moment that backfired in what was
a spectacular manner. Republican Senator Eric Schmidt of Missouri was humiliated. He tried to
tie Jack Smith to Fulton County DA Fannie Willis. He had a gotcha kill moment. You know,
you perjured yourself. He had it all laid out. Okay?
So let me play it for you.
Here's Schmidt.
He's smugged.
I don't mind listening to this over and over again.
He's got you a moment.
Did you go to an NBA game between the Golden State Warriors and Atlanta Hawks on February 3rd, 2024?
I'm sorry, could you say that again?
Did you go to an NBA game between the Golden State Warriors and the Atlanta Hawks on February 3rd, 2024?
What city would that be in?
Atlanta.
Oh, he's so serious.
He's bearing down, Pete's Schmidt is.
No. Okay. What would you say if I had a series of text messages from your team that said you were in Atlanta at a Warrior Hawks game on February 3rd, 2024, the day after Willis and Wade announced their affair?
You know, Jack Smith would have been well within his rights if he would have looked back at Pizza Schmidt and said, what are you talking about, Willis?
I don't think you know that we have this stuff. So I'll give you a second to process it so you don't, you know, perjure yourself.
You just took it down really quick. If I could look at that again?
think you've already perjured yourself. You have weaponized the Department of Justice against
political enemies to an extent that has never happened in the history of this country. You will go down
as a total dirtbag. Right. So that was, you know, the killer moment, the mic drop moment. Schmidt thought
he had Jack Smith, but he didn't because Smith was not at the Hawks game. He just, he just wasn't.
Here is Smith's side of the story. I recall going to a university of
Maryland basketball game where Caitlin Clark was playing right around that time and the
Marshal Service was there with me. You could check if that was the exact date. You know,
Caitlin Clark, women's basketball that you claim to care so much about that you're willing to
try to build your filthy political career on the backs of marginalized people over. Yeah, you're a big
fan of women's sports, right, Pizza Schmidt? Yeah. It was Maryland playing
Iowa, I think February of 2024, but again, you can check that out if that's what we're talking about.
University of Iowa.
Is it the Hawkeyes?
Yes.
Could it then be that University of Iowa is the Hawkeyes?
Could that be it?
And I would just say for a U.S. Senator to have false information and imply, based on a confusion
about the name of a team, which I knew, knowing my Midwestern sports, and implied that you were in another city,
that you were somehow involved that day in what was happening in Georgia,
and then call you a dirt bag is something that deserves an apology.
With all due respect, Senator Klobuchar, it does not call for an apology.
It calls for a senator.
It calls for censure of the Senate.
And I dare say that that, of course, you know, I'm sure you've got your senators out there.
Well, we need to look forward.
But it really does.
Because it is behavior deserving of the opprobrium of a free people.
He should be ashamed to show his face in public.
People on the street would be well within their rights to throw rotten vegetables at him.
You know, tomatoes and the like.
It would be just, you could call it justice if he received a hundred pairs of
floppy clown shoes every day of his life for the rest of his miserable misbegotten.
Best part of him ran down his mama's leg existence.
I mean, he didn't imply it. He said it. He didn't know the difference between the Hawks and the
Hawkeyes, right? The whole killer, they're talking about what seat they're at. He's going to meet
with Fonnie Willis, except for it was at a different game with a different team in a different state.
Wow, it's bad. All you have to do is look at...
And again, nobody's been hammering this, an entirely...
Different gender. God damn.
Schmidt's Republican Senator Katie Britt, his colleague at her face as Schmidt was fact-checked.
Right around that time and the Marshal Service was there with me, you could check if that was the exact date.
It was Maryland playing Iowa.
Oh, yeah, Aaron Burnett ran the video in real time. And you know what that tells me?
It's not just that Katie Britt sitting there saying, well, this is a lot.
She was in on it.
She sits right next to Eric Pizza Schmidt.
She probably had an entire line of questioning ready to go that had been spoon fed to her by the whore, I mean, White House,
and that look of shock and consternation, and oh my Jesus was because she realized that,
it's kind of like
I don't know
being someone
who is next to a car wreck
but not in the car wreck and you realize
that could have been me
I'm sure she's not granting any interviews
on her resting Brit face
as
as Micah
pointed out a few minutes ago
you dumb shit
he's doing his
closing not realizing as Jack Smith has
that he's so full of shit and he doesn't even
and he doesn't know
and it's not even it's not even like
he doesn't have a clue there's not even
there's not even the flickering
of a tiny little LED
bulb going for
him because he's got him finally
after all these years
we've tracked him to his lair
and we've got him cornered
like a rat
a Democrat
that expression
Katie Britt welcome to be
viral. I guarantee you that that'll be possible to use on X and everywhere else as a meme for a long
time to come. And what's crazier about all this is that Senator Schmidt, whom Axios reported
is close to Vance now, is a potential 2028 running mate. He didn't even check the facts of what he
thought was going to be a clean kill. I mean, when you go in with something like that, you know,
it's like does the glove fit, right? Here's the text message that he showed on the poster board that he had
popped up and put down. It was only visible for a brief moment. The text says, hey, man,
is 109 row one reserved for Jack? Right? So he's like, oh, it's the Hawks. He's there. He's there to
meet with Fonnie Willis. Well, he could have checked that since the 109 row one was reserved.
You could check it. You could see, was he there? He wasn't at whatever the Hawks game,
but he was at the Iowa Hawkeyes versus Maryland Terrapins, the Terps game. And there he is
row one. There is Jack Smith. Oh, so I guess we know what game the text
was about. Midas touch, founding another shot of that game just outside Washington, where you can
see Smith even more clearly. There he is. Well, at least Schmidt could do is to say, okay, I,
I, you know what, okay? This was, this is embarrassing. This is bad, especially when you use the
whole thing to call Smith this horrible dirt bag, to call someone a dirt bag in a hearing on Capitol
Hill, but Schmidt did not. Here you can watch him on Charlie Kirk's show and a MAGA host,
on the so-called gotcha moment.
Jack Smith is a total dirtbag,
and you caught him out
on this NBA game, too,
by the way, in Atlanta, but it was a great moment.
So good for you on that.
I'm not sure if Charlie Kirk actually
obviously seen the whole thing since it appears
he's not aware that he wasn't at the game, and he was
a... Honey, Aaron,
I'm sure you were just full of the moment there.
That wasn't Charlie Kirk.
That was
one of the... the... the... the... the... the... the... the... the... the... the... the... the... the... the... the... the... the... the
lesser dwebes who continue to Andrew Colvette and whoever the other guy has,
who continue to try to keep that sinking ship afloat.
Charlie didn't hear any of it, Aaron, because, well,
Charlie's pining for the fjords and has been for over a year now.
In fact, it was just a couple of days ago I was driving through Fayetteville,
and I found myself behind a vehicle.
It was a Chevrolet.
I think it was a blazer.
and it had a decal on the back that said,
Charlie Kirk, 1994 to 2025, rest in peace, truth teller.
Yeah.
I couldn't help it.
I did.
I sped up.
I got in the left lane.
I sped up a little bit because I just, I just, I see things like that,
and I want to see what's behind the wheel.
And lo and behold, I pulled up parallel with the vehicle,
and he's got a decal on his brief.
driver's side, passenger side, uh, driver's side, uh, rear,
rear passenger window, uh, a decal of nitwit Nero as though Donald Trump is
riding with him.
And then I saw him, of course, and pasty-faced, doughy, uh, maggot man.
Yeah.
Mm-hmm.
Uh, and from Jimmy Hawks.
Atlanta Hawks, Iowa Hawkeyes, Kansas, Jay Hawks.
Yeah.
and and I will defer to Billable Rick because he is a proud son of Iowa City and the University of Iowa.
And namely they are, I think, I've even heard, I've even heard Billable refer to the Hawkeyes as the Hawks and talking about Hawkeye football from time to time.
Uh-huh.
Yeah.
And from Lee in New York,
obligatory match reference.
Eric Schmidt probably thinks that Alan Alda played Benjamin Franklin Hawk Pierce.
Oh.
POTUS is glad to be out of the negative press spotlight.
Release all the Epstein files.
That's very good, Lee.
Very good indeed.
And Jeremy reminds us,
Jack Smith took down Slobodon-N-Losevic single-handedly.
Milosevic having since died in the stir where he was doing life.
Good.
That was heroic, heroic labor.
Thanks for the reminder, Jeremy.
Rat, when speaking about the defective detective skills of the maga rats,
it's just poor form and offensive to do a poor dark night impression.
Bruce would tell you so himself.
I was doing a Batman impression?
I had no idea.
No.
And Jack Smith perjured himself?
Lee says, I'm not a lawyer, but I thought perjury has to be relevant to a criminal charge.
If I'm a lifelong Mets fan, and I say on the stand, I'm a lifelong Yankees fan,
I don't believe this is perjury.
Please offer your balls and strikes opinion, unless the charge is stealing second.
It has to be material.
It does.
If you ask, are your, are your eyes brown?
No, I think they're more flecked with gold.
No, no, matter of degree.
Were you at a hawkskin?
No.
You already perjured yourself.
And, uh, uh, Ralps says, uh, I got $25 to match with anybody who has $25 for, uh, Eric Schmidt's Jack Smith
fuck up.
Oh, the
So there it is.
The Pizza Schmidt Challenge is on the table.
Somebody's got $25 bucks.
Ropes will happily double it.
And we'll go into tomorrow with a little bit of a lift in our shoes,
beginning October with $250 instead of $300 to start the month.
And go to work on Bruce and Karen's Memorial Challenge.
Thanks, Ralphs. Thank you.
But let's go ahead and let Aaron Burnett have her moment.
She was having so much fun. Bless her heart. And I mean that in the good way.
The game with the Terps.
Anyway, it was just, doesn't just Smith who went after Schmidt, who went after Smith today.
I'm sorry, Senator Cruz, Senator Kennedy also went after him.
You make me want to throw up in my mouth.
Javert from Les Mies.
would look at you with astonishment.
These attacks, though, and the threats from Trump and his Justice Department to target Smith,
well, Smith...
Let's be clear. Well, maybe she's going to say it.
What got him so butt hurt was that Jack Smith did not blink
when he said, we had evidence that would support a conviction that Donald Trump
engaged in obstruction of justice
in hatching the plot to steal national security documents
and secret them away at Magaloko.
made it clear that none of these are going to stop him from telling what happened.
I will not be silenced by continued threats of prosecution from the president or others.
And tonight's Trump threat to prosecute those with whom he disagrees is falling apart.
There's now been two sudden resignations from Trump's so-called grand conspiracy investigation,
which is his probe into political enemies.
Kurt Holson, who backed Trump's 2020 election lies, just left his post.
His departure comes a week after another Trump ally, Joseph DeGeneva, who had been leading
the now year-long conspiracy investigation also resigned.
DeGeneva told the New York Post after his exit, quoting him,
if you want indictments where there's no evidence, you have an ethical problem.
I mean, that's very clear, right?
He said he went in and there's nothing there, so he's not going to, in good conscience, continue.
Lauren Fox is out front on Capitol Hill.
And Lauren, so Senator Schmidt trying to understand what would have led to such an error,
which of course could have been caught in fact-checking to prevent a public humiliation like that.
What are you learning tonight about how all of this happened?
Yeah, so we actually have some new reporting, Aaron, about what transpired behind the scenes.
Essentially, what I am told from a source familiar is that Eric Schmidt had reviewed these text messages,
that Jack Smith was at a basketball game on February 3, 2024.
Well, they referenced and cross-referenced what the schedule for games around the country was that night
for both men's basketball in the NBA as well as men's basketball in college,
and they only found one game, which was this game in Atlanta.
Meaning, of course, that they completely overlooked the women's sports
about which they are all so desperately concerned.
Yeah.
That is why Schmidt asked him if he was in Atlanta for the game, and then he jumped to the further conclusion of whether or not Jack Smith had actually met with Fannie Willis during his visit in Atlanta.
Now, you saw there that Jack Smith made clear he wasn't even sure that he had ever been to Atlanta during his time as a special counsel.
He said perhaps he had been to the airport at some point.
But what had not been considered was that there was a women's college basketball game at the University of Maryland against the Iowa Hawkeyes.
It just happened to be a confusion between Hawks and Hawkeyes, those exact teams.
Just happened to be a confusion?
What, we're letting Pizza Schmidt off the hook now?
Ah, God.
Things were not mentioned in those text messages.
It was just a basketball game in general, so you can catch that there's a little bit of irony there to begin with.
But, Aaron, it is just sort of one of those moments where these are high-profile congressional hearings.
These are high-stakes moments for senators.
These are an opportunity to both show the president, to show your base, to show the audience, that you are fighting for the administration if you are a Republican.
With all due respect, how old are you?
I mean, honest to Pete, as a civics lesson, that just is really poor.
It kind of makes me wonder if she's scripted it through AI or something.
might get to that issue here later.
Again, obviously this is not the kind of line of questioning that you want to have here.
Now, I will note that our colleague Ellis Kim just caught up with Eric Schmidt at his office
because we are undergoing a Senate vote here on Capitol Hill this evening.
And he essentially said, who knew?
He kind of joked that Jack Smith was a Caitlin Clark fan.
Obviously, she was a member of the Iowa Hawkeyes at the time of that game.
but he's

jack smith must be some kind of sissy

What a clown show.
But there is a comparison and contrast to be had here.
And I mentioned Trash Patel earlier.
Or you could use Krusty the Nasty Nazi Gnome.
Or Todd Blanchie and his 34 felony convictions of his own client.
Mark Wayne.
Yeah. She named her son, it turns out, after her husband's two brothers.
Maybe because she wasn't sure which one of them was the father.
But any of them, shrieking and howling and hurling insults,
and you can see such a difference between the demeanor of a professional like Jack Smith.

Slobodan elosevic's case the former Yugoslav president was
indicted and tried by the international criminal tribunal for the former Yugoslavia
ICTY starting in 2002 with prosecutors like Jeffrey Nice
niece, handling major parts of the trial before Milosevic died in custody in 2006 before a verdict was reached.
Jack Smith's role, Jack Smith worked at the Hague years later as the chief prosecutor for the Kosovo Specialist
Prosecutor's Office, where he investigated and indicted former Kosovo President Hashim Tachi rather than
Milosevic. Smith later became U.S. Justice Department Special Counsel, handling special investigations into Donald Trump.
Still, you don't hand a job.
like that to say someone with the prosecutorial skills of an Eric Pizza Schmidt.
That was Raphael. That was Raphael Lido Eduardo Cruz, the Anointed Boogeret and Future King of America in that clip.
Lee, you're absolutely correct. Well, good. I'm glad to know when my little moments are enjoyed.
You made me a spit take about Mark Wayne's two names, says Ralphs.
Yay, goody.
Tristan says, I said thank you for not ruining pizza for me, which I love and I'm having for lunch.
Well, good.
Eric there in the show me state is a particular kind of pizza.
Yeah, Pizza Schmidt.
And then there's Chuckles Grassley, who you might recall last week, we had a story about.
in which he refused to say that he will not run for re-election in 2028.
At the beginning of the hearing yesterday, Chuckles used his opening remarks to,
as they in their guilt, the maggots have bitterly complained all along,
targeting Republicans when they broke the law.
and among others
Marcy Wheeler
the independent journalist
brilliant reporter
took down
took down chuckle saying
now old man Chuck is suggesting he'll only talk to
responsible media
I wonder why Chuck Grassley's done nothing about
Harmeet K. DeHillan
unlawfully using custom summonses to spy on journalists
huh?
Yeah
and then she went on as Chuckles went on saying,
this is elder abuse.
Nothing Chuck Grassley is saying resembles basic reality.
When will someone stop the abuse of Schumer's staffers of the very old man?
And she was on a tear.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.
Now Chuck Grassley's pointing because J.P. Cooney shut down the Clinton Foundation investigation that Tim Thibo opened.
Grassley's just ranting wildly incoherent things.
He was, to say the very least, an embarrassment claiming Jack Smith's conduct was weaponized.
And, of course, by the time the sun rose this morning, the reverberations were beginning to be felt around the Show Me State, the editors at the St. Louis Post Dispatch, which is still a going journalistic concern.
and you know I am I'm just going to take a moment here I mentioned AI in regard to that cub reporter for CNN's stand up there with Aaron Burnett
you know you know where you could get a mistake like this easy find one easily made
uh-huh AI because AI large language models love nothing so much as to flatter the person using them
and a poorly phrased AI query could come back saying that Jack Smith attended an Atlanta Hawks versus a Golden State Warriors game.
Because the way Aaron Burnett described it in her clip made it sound as though someone had been pouring over NBA schedules maybe with two or three different colors of highlighters.
and then they poured over the men's NCAA schedules.
You know what would do that a lot?
What would fuck it up a lot faster?
Uh-huh.
AI.
I don't know.
It to be the fact, but it could be.
It definitely could be.
Anyway, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch editors said,
wrong teams, wrong league, wrong state.
who was based entirely on that sloppy staffing
that Schmidt furiously accused
Smith of perjury.
Oh, they didn't hold back either.
There were several column inches involved here.
Just when you think Eric Schmidt
couldn't possibly embarrass himself
and his constituents any more than he already has,
and he already has is highlighted as a hyperlink,
and that was a further takedown.
He goes in for a rhetorical layup,
gratuitously throws an elbow,
spectacularly misses the shot,
and then stomps around the court indignantly
when the ref calls foul.
That's all metaphorical, of course, the editors wrote.
What Missouri's perpetually seething junior senator
really truly did on Tuesday in front of the whole country
was to proffer a loony right-wing conspiracy
based on some misunderstood text messages, falsely accuse a prosecutor of perjury, call him a villain and a total dirtbag,
and then stand by that playground-level pejorative even after the whole thing turned out to be a lazy mistake on the part of Schmidt and his staff regarding of all things a basketball game.
Well, dear editors of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, again, I would not necessarily automatically assume that this was the work of human minds.
and knowing what we know about how staffers on the hill use AI now,
I would not be at all surprised, but also kind and dear editors,
never underestimate the likelihood that this fuck-up could well have originated in the Maggot Hor, I mean, White House.
Now, this is the man representing six million Missourians in the world's greatest deliberative body.
and you know when the editors get to the point when they're using a word like sheesh
you know you know that the guys who buy ink by the barrel are at a loss for words
what felt like an especially cringy episode of the HBO political comedy Veepe
began when Schmidt went after former special counsel Jack Smith
in the upside-down moral universe that Schmidt and his fellow Maga apostles occupy
the worst offense against constitutional democracy in our lifetimes
wasn't President Donald Trump's damnable attempt to overturn the 2020 election.
It was Smith's admirable attempt to hold him accountable for it
with criminal charges.
That and other legitimate criminal cases against Trump evaporated
when he was re-elected president in 2024
and his congressional lickspiddles, none more licks-spittily than Schmidt.
They really called him a lickspiddle. Good on you.
It's such a great little pejority.
have been trying ever since to prosecute the prosecutor.
And that's when Schmidt sprung what he clearly imagined was his brilliant trap.
A staffer briefly held up a poster board showing some text messages that Schmidt declared,
proved,
You were in Atlanta at a Warriors Hawks game on February 3, 2024.
And the editors of the St. Louis Post dispatch closed saying,
As Klobuchar chided Schmidt for his recklessness and his dirtbag comment,
Missouri's junior senator growled,
I stand by that statement.
And we'll just leave it to readers to decide whose behavior in this story qualifies for the label,
dirtbag, let alone villain.
Sorry, sneeze incoming, didn't happen.
It says something when the editors of a large circulation newspaper,
who are themselves well-versed in the laws of libel,
slander and defamation.
Turn a dirtbag's words around on him.
And for all to see, say that, and when they say, we'll leave it up to Missouri voters or readers to decide,
they're saying, this is the editorial page, and this is opinion, and yeah, dirtbag, villain,
Pizza Schmidt.
Well, maybe the entirety of journalism is, uh,
Not yet dead.
So as sleazy and slimy as this all was,
there was a diamond in the dung.
A journalist Aaron Rupar simply said,
Schmidt be clowns himself.
You'd almost like to think,
it would be fun to believe that maybe
Jack Smith saw this coming
and let Eric Schmidt hoist himself on his own pittard.
But Dagumny came off as honest.
He looked like he was a,
as shocked as anybody to find out that he had been at an Atlanta Hawks game against the Golden State Warriors in Atlanta on February 3rd, 2024.
And of course, had that line of questioning not all falling apart, you have to wonder where it was going next, were they going to accuse Jack Smith of engaging in a menagerie-tie with Farney Willis and her then-boyfriend?
would you put something that salacious, that filthy, that sleazy, that dirty, that vile, that nasty, past, maggots in the Senate?
But he did.
Pizza Schmidt put a stick in the spokes of that entire hearing.
And it was all part of an orchestrated campaign because earlier today, well, the, you know,
stupidest woman in the Senate.
And by that, I mean,
Marcia Triple X.
Goodness. Blackburn.
Oh, my nose. Oh, my nose. Oh, my nose.
Marsha, Marsha.
She sued.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
The senator from Tennessee sued Jack Smith.
I'm sure on orders from the Maggot Horre. I mean,
White House.
But you got to, you have to hear the basis of the suit to get the impact of the full stupidity of it.
Like I said, this was a packaged deal.
Yesterday was supposed to be the complete destruction of the credibility and career of Jack Smith.
And today, in turn, was supposed to be the day when justice caught up with Jack Smith.
in the form of a lawsuit by Marsha.
Godness.
Blackburn.
Mm-hmm.
She filed the case in the United States District Court in Tennisstan with the counsel of name the New Civil Liberties Alliance.
I'm sure that is a 501C3 tax-exempt grift.
And in the complaint, it says,
The investigation into President Donald Trump, codenamed Arctic Frost, which is a type of orange,
and was chosen to mock Trump's complexion, served as the vehicle for defendant Smith to exercise his unauthorized powers.
Huh.
Jack Smith did that, huh?
Yep, with his incredible Quezot-T's Hot-Rock mine powers, I suppose, must have folded space to do it,
because Arctic Frost was launched before Merrick Garland ever appointed Jack Smith Special Counsel.
Arctic Frost is a type of orange?
Forgive me, this may be a subtext of the entire program this evening,
but that sounds like the kind of stupid shit and AI would say.
Then again, I could be wrong, there could be a type of orange called Arctic Frost,
although it sounds more like a breath freshener with some orange flavoring.
And there's that classic petty fogger dodge upon information and belief in the complaint,
meaning that the lawyers are saying it, but they have no way of proving it.
And I guess in May 2023, Jack Smith's group subpoenaed Verizon for Masha's phone logs.
not it wasn't a fishing expedition it was specific to the days around january 6th 2021 and the domestic terror attack on the capital of the united states in our constitutional form of governance
she says she was never informed of the subpoena of course she didn't have a right to so marcia is demanding one dollar judgment
uh... from uh...
smit one dollar
and says she wants the justice department to give her back her phone records
well they didn't get them from her
they got them from verizon they are not her records they are records maintained
by verizon
and they weren't even specifically tagged
to marcia goodness blackburn
uh... so the whole thing
uh... the whole thing blew up in their
faces to the point that
Eric Pizsha Schmidt's colleague
Josh Holland
Hollin ass Holly
speaking after the hearing
was over said
Well at this point I think we kind of know what we know
Which is to say nothing
Good God
The bottom line is
Jack Smith went into the lion's den
And they turned out to be
kittens and not very sharp ones at that
and spanked them
and so
nitwit Nero as he continues to
quite visibly go to pieces
he may order more suits filed
I can't wait until this one by Marsha
goodness Blackburn gets bounced out on its ass
just ridiculous
and shameful, but, well, here we are.
And did you see, I know, radio program, right?
But did you see the photograph of Nitwit Niro standing
with his leg, right leg, torqued at a bizarre angle?
People have noted for a while now that he's been wearing assistive devices
to help him walk, because it's pretty obvious at this point.
that he has had a stroke on the left side of his brain that has affected the right side of his body.
That's how the body works.
The left side controls the right, the right controls the left, etc.
And then there was the video of him huffing and puffing inside the presidential limousine.
Then just the general photographs of him looking like, well, death warmed over.
it may be time to start a countdown clock.
Let's see.
112 days.
That's the number, if I'm calculating on the fly correctly.
There are 112 days beginning tomorrow.
There are 112 days between tomorrow and January the 20th, 2027.
And of course, the time is much shorter still between November the 3rd and tomorrow.
That's 34 days.
If nitwit narrow gets creamed in the midterms,
which the conventional wisdom suggests that he will,
even in the Senate,
races are appearing to be, well,
prognosticators are moving them from Leans Republican to dead heat,
to Leans Democrat to, holy shit, a Democrat's going to win this,
it could be a wipeout in both houses
and the numbers in the Senate in particular
could be scary enough
as to make a few defections
among Republican senators
conviction on a bill of impeachment
and removal of nitwit Nero
and making him the first in history
to be removed
as an act of impeachment
So 112 days to January the 20th, 2027,
34 days to the midterms.
He's falling apart piece by piece in real time
before the eyes of the world.
And, well, Cynthia, out there in the Bay Area,
I know you've got that bottle chilling.
I know a lot of people do.
If there's a little extra laying around,
I need to, well, maybe cold enough.
I've got a red cold weather dress.
I just need, yeah.
I was talking with Victoria earlier today,
and we were discussing the fact that, holy smokes,
on the day it finally happens, that grand and glorious day,
you know, there's a day coming when you'll look at your screen
or look at the newspaper or turn on the TV.
and see the best news you've possibly seen in some instances in your entire life.
There may be a run on champagne.
There may be a run on hard liquor too.
There may be a run on the champagne of beers.
And what's going to come the next day is going to be,
whew!
You know what there should be a run on is ibuprofen
because a whole lot of America is going to need to take four of those little bastards
right before bedtime with about a pint of water so that they'll even be able to function the next day.
But that day is coming. That day is coming.
Medical science can only go so far.
It managed to keep America from figuring out that old 666 himself, Ronald Wilson, Raygon,
was orbiting a different planet.
But nitwit Nero is pushing the boundaries of that science.
even though it has advanced a great deal since 1988, early 1989.
But, well, I'm convinced that Nitwit Niro in his daytime activities is absolutely wired to the gills to make him even semi-functional.
And look, other maggots are figuring it out.
Liz Smith talking to Nicole Wallace
described a whole bunch of rats leaving the sinking ship.
Yeah, I mean, Trump right now is toxic personally,
more than he's ever been.
His people, to this point, liked him.
And the Iran war is incredibly politically toxic.
The economy is a hardship for absolutely everyone,
the ballroom, which you can't stop talking about,
the slab that he wants to land the helicopter on,
which is now installed, is something that he talks about and shows everyone.
I mean, everything he points to and talks about is either politically toxic or represents
a grift and a theft from the taxpayer.
Yeah.
And to your point, it's a real wake-up call when Ken Paxon, of all people, is calling
you too toxic.
And just for people who don't know about Ken Paxon, this is a guy who has been described
as having the morals of a lizard.
He was impeached by a Republican House for bribery.
abuse of power. Shady thing to say about lizards. Lizards are nice. I mean, even a
Komodo dragon. It's not out there deliberately being terrifying. Other Komoto dragons like
other Komoto dragons. Ken Paxton is human waste. He's a misanthrope. He is a monotheau. He is a
of almost indescribable proportions.
But do continue, Ms. Smith.
He was reported to the FBI by his senior staff, but he's not alone.
We're seeing Republicans all across the country start to distance themselves.
And you just brought up the Iran war.
In Michigan, in Iowa, there are Senate candidates right now who are running ads saying,
we need to end the war immediately.
And what it says to me is, you know, Nicole,
We've both worked on campaigns.
There's a moment in every cycle in the dam breaks.
And when you start to see the candidates act less out of towing the party line and more out of self-preservation,
that's what it feels like we're seeing right now is Republicans acting like rats jumping off a sinking ship,
and we'll probably see more of this going into November.
Well, what's funny, and I'm usually on the receiving end of the dam breaking in my time in politics,
but what you see is people doing things that don't even look like they're trying to win,
but to position themselves for two or four years down the road.
Like these look like self-preservation political moves.
Oh, absolutely.
Absolutely.
I think the ad from Florida recently of the congressman,
that certainly struck me that way.
And, you know,
I don't know if she's going to mention it,
but none other than Byron Donald's,
the Maggot nominee for governor in Florida,
has quietly scrubbed almost all reference
to Trump from his campaign web page.
And he was a good, loyal maggot.
But daddy's poison now.
Well, it's shaping up with a generic ballot to look like a brutal November for Republicans.
Yeah, yeah.
All right, no one's going anywhere.
I know our audience gets nervous when we talk like that,
so we'll be more specific on the other side.
Yeah, okay.
Every 30 minutes a baby is born into hunger.
Well, that was the whole clip.
MS, well, as Flavio noted earlier, over at MS now yesterday,
Nicole Wallace couldn't stop laughing.
And Flavio adds,
I have a bottle of Pinocrigio ready for the event.
I got it at Aldi.
Aldi's got a nice line selection.
They really, really do.
I ran across a bottle, and it's sort of a half bottle of a Canadian-made German-style ice vine,
and I've got it in the fridge.
Not for that day.
At some point in time, I'm going to get out that wedge of fruit medley Stilton with the apricots.
It's the cranberry, the orange peel, and the lemon peel in it,
and that'll go very nicely with a little bit of the ice vine.
Yeah, great wine selection.
But next time you're at Aldi, if it's in the budget there, Flavio,
you might a bottle of sparkling prosaco, something like that.
Miko, with a reminder, electrolytes people, Gatorade, liquid IV,
mind your hydration on that great and grand and glorious day.
Yeah, it's a coming.
And they're really in a hurry to get off the boat.
And onto that floating door.
Now, don't let him onto the door.
It won't hold them.
Paul Begala and one of CNN's resident maggots,
namely Sher Michael Singleton,
Well, they were on air with Caitlin Collins, and Blessy's heart, even sure Michael Singleton was gobsmacked by the pizza Schmidt debacle yesterday.
Look through your mind when you were watching that moment play out.
Yeah, you know, I don't care about this. And I don't tell you why.
We have a race in Texas, Georgia, Michigan, Maine, Ohio.
North Carolina that are either a toss-ups or slightly leaning Democrat.
We're going to have to spend a lot of money to get these people across the finish line.
A lot of our base, working-class people, men of color are struggling.
They're barely getting by.
There are a lot of people who are wondering how their children and grandchildren
will get through college and afford a house.
Now, just hold on a minute.
There, Sir Michael.
Men of color in the maggot base?
Have you been to a maggot rally lately, honey?
It looks like a Casper the Friendly Ghost cosplay convention wearing red hats.
Men of Cod.
Maybe that's what they pay him to say.
I don't know.
And so as a strategist, a Republican one, I want to talk about those issues.
The tangible issues that the American people are saying this is what they want to hear from their political leaders.
I could...
Yeah, but sure might.
Michael, you can't talk about those things, dude.
You're why the diesel prices are killing the farmers.
Your party.
Your party is why women die in parking lots waiting for care after a spontaneous abortion.
Your party.
Your party started the war, honey.
And you want to go out and talk about that?
Have you talked to any of, I mean, you're a Republican campaign consultant.
You're part of the pampered pangendrum class.
Maybe you're, have you asked anybody, any of your maggot buddies?
Why it is that if you turn on the television in Ohio, you can't go a minute and a half without seeing an ad saying,
Sherrod Brown is cutting off little boys' tallywhackers when they go to school.
Have you asked them about that, Shermichael?
Because I think the only reason you run those ads is because you can't talk about the price of groceries.
You can't talk about mystery meat.
You can't talk about screw flies.
You can't talk about people dying of measles and more measles cases in the United States of America since 1992.
Can't talk about that, Shremont.
Michael. So you go ahead. You do that. Give it the old college try, sir Michael.
And meanwhile, Paul Begala's just sitting there in the other screen, grinning like a fox eating shit out of a wire brush.
You care less about Jack Smith. In this particular moment, when we're weeks away from a midterm,
when I want to focus on drawing a contrast to the other side and figure out what are the policy solutions to resolving the issues that are
clearly impacting everybody in this country right now. That must be the focus of my party and the
messaging going into November. Yeah, but your part, you bet that messaging would be, Jesus Christ,
we need to get Democrats in charge because economies improve under Democrats and get wrecked by
Republicans every single goddamn time. You were saying, Ms. Collins?
The Republicans should not have invited Jack Smith to Capitol Hill today?
For what? Well, I mean, what in the hell are we getting out of this? I mean, I'm just being very
honest about this, Paul, you've been at this way longer than I have.
You're a strategist, you know when you're close to a midterm, what the priorities must be.
And so again, my advice, let's focus on what's going to help us win the election.
We got to turn out our base where there's clearly an enthusiasm got with the other side compared
to our people.
We're losing some independence.
We need to try to get some of those folks back.
And again, our coalition...
Some independence is a hilarious way to say, almost all the independence.
some i mean it's technically correct almost all is some so but but you can bet your ass if it had gone the maggots way in the senate yesterday
yeah he would have been he would have been barking and grunting and ballyhooing and braying all about how oh yeah now we finally have real proof that that uh that jack smith kidnapped the lindberg baby and killed
cock robin dirt bags indeed
mission is very different today cayland than what it used to be fifteen years ago
what happens with some of those low propensity voters will they turn out trump isn't on
the ballot they're not happy about the economy these are very real structural things
operationally we must figure out a way yeah i don't envy uh anybody i don't envy having to be
is you sure Michael Singleton?
Man, you got on a lame horse, buddy.
Yeah.
Oh, and I mentioned AI a little bit ago.
Wait a minute.
Okay, let's check emails.
From Don and West Tennis'am.
Hi, Don.
What's that word you use that starts with the sea and ends with it?
You mean see you next Tuesday?
Yeah, Marsha Blackburn.
That's from Don.
Cynthia said, can he just get with it already?
Because I kind of need the room in my fridge.
Well, that's selfish.
What about the people who don't even have their champagne chilled yet, Cynthia?
And Cynthia adds, I like my little backyard lizards.
Okay, and they're in my front yard too, but they're cute little things.
Western fence lizard or bluebellies, if you like.
I see them doing push-ups on the patio all the time and spleutin there as well,
at least when the males aren't chasing.
the females around.
I feed them dried meal worms when I can,
and they'd just snap them right up.
Yum.
Yeah, I got nice lizards.
Well, at least as long as you aren't a tasty little insect.
I know.
I saw a little skink the other day,
and they're just scurry around,
and they're so cute.
Comparing them to Ken Paxton is just nasty.
Daryl in Houston says,
day after election,
I requested Tuesday, November 3rd is a day off
to be able to deal with any possible efforts to keep people from voting in Texas, Stan.
I pondered requesting, I'm pondering requesting Wednesday off as well to avoid the violence I'm expecting for filthy, pustulent maggots.
I do not expect a fair election, and I do not expect the useless corporate media to report on it either.
And, you know, we have reports that there will be some sort of armed presence at the polls in some places in an effort to deliberately suppress the vote.
But I did find this a little bit humorous.
This is, it turns out that Nittwit Niro blathered today about,
somebody asked him about artificial intelligence.
It's not AI anymore. It's SI. You know what that stands for,
S.I.
God, they really are that dumb.
S.I?
You know, he said the other day,
It's going to be super intelligence.
Let's see if I've got any...
Yeah.
You do know what I stands for, right?
Stupid intelligence.
Sexual predator intelligence.
Shitty intelligence.
Scumbag intelligence.
No, super.
Super-duper de booper.
And so the government has unveiled...
unveiled its own AI agent at America.gov.
The Maggot Horr, I mean, White House says it's a one-stop shop for Americans with questions about government processes and programs.
And at the unveiling of the Uniblab 10,000, cancels Caligula said,
Oh, it's damn good.
For the first time in history, the government is offering an experience that matches.
and in some way exceeds the state of the art.
Didn't quite work out that way, though,
because somebody immediately jumped on there
and asked the super-de-duper extra booper intelligence.
Who won?
You know the question.
The one that every maggot who has become before
a Senate confirmation panel has refused to answer.
Well, nitwit Nero's super-intelligence
didn't bat an eyelash.
That's right.
Ralps Sports Illustrated.
That's what S.I stands for.
But no,
America.gov was not at all
bashful when asked, hey,
who won the 2020 presidential
election?
And
well, it didn't take America.org
very long.
It responded.
and
said that
well Trump has said the 2020 election
I'm sorry Dave
Trump said the 2020 election
was not fair
but the official certified result
gave the victory
to Joseph R. Biden
that's according to the
Justice Department and Department of Homeland Security
saying there was
no evidence of fraud or interference
that changed
the outcome of the 2020 election.
So, whoever was asking the questions went out and asked the logical next one.
What about all this voter fraud, he says, is going on?
My sources show no evidence of widespread fraud,
but rather individual examples of illegal votes that have been prosecuted by federal and state authorities.
Yeah.
I wonder if they'll shut it down now, or maybe get Leon Scum to come and fix it.
I wonder if it'll render you a nude AI image of melanoma.
Wait, there's no need.
We've got those from the real world.
Because, after all, she is the first presidential spouse ever to remove her clothing
in exchange for money for the sexual gratification of total strangers.
Oh, well.
And even funnier, yesterday, Canckel's Collegula signed an executive order that said,
all federal agencies have to integrate their systems with America.gov.
It's probably not funny because
no amount of mischief could probably be made from a centralized location like that.
But, yeah, rats leaving the sinking ship.
It's been a while since we checked in with West Virginia Senator,
Make West Virginia great big old Senator Jim Justice.
who, along with baby dog, is a dear, dear, dear, dear friend of Tangerine Tiberius.
And yesterday, Jumbo gave an interview to Politico.
I don't know if they lured him in with a steak or what, but yeah.
Jumbo is now officially not entirely on board with abducting and kidnapping the people who are making the economy go, namely migrant workers.
And he doesn't like what he's seeing, telling the outlet,
before you know it, you get people that get carried away in their job and whatever it may be,
All of a sudden, then you're dragging people away that lived on your street corner for 15 years,
and I don't know that we need to be doing that stuff.
To get better, the first thing you got to do is admit you're doing something wrong.
And in this situation, with all this going on and all the stuff,
we probably got to step back from it and say,
maybe we're doing something wrong here or there and then adjust to that.
being one of the largest farming land owners east of the Mississippi,
well, make West Virginia great big old governor, or Senator Jumbo Justice,
it's an honest mistake because if you did, you probably don't follow West Virginia politics and don't blame you.
But I do.
And it turns out that make West Virginia a great big old Senator Jumbo justice,
and Fatty-Patty, the pill-roll and Trenton-Troll,
governor of this here state,
well, it turns out those two maggots don't much like each other.
You could, in fact, say that they probably hate each other's guts,
which is fine by me, because I despise them both.
But Jumbo is not having a lot of fun in the Senate of the New 90 states of America,
the greatest country in the history of the world on earth now today,
forever in the universe under God.
no sir he's not
and he thinks he'd like to go back home
and I understand that the hills have a way of calling you back here
they do
and he thinks maybe he'd like to be governor again
next time
pill pushing Patty Morrissey
the Trenton troll
fatty Patty has to run again
yeah
as between the two
I'd rather have a homegrown
idiot than one that was
grown
no hate for New Jersey, lovely state
but
I'd like for a West Virginia to be
governor of West Virginia
preferably
not jumbo, maybe a Democrat.
I know, Roxanne
put down the pipe. I know.
But the Politico article
points out that there's
a rising grand
groundswell of, well, not an outright opposition to Nittwit Nero's various and sundry completely screwed up policies.
They won't do anything about it like in terms of voting, but they are hollering about the diesel prices and the war against Iran that their orange daddy started.
among other people
the good doctor
Roger Marshall out in Kansas stand
who's running for all he's worth
now that
Kansas has found out that he throws
new mommies in prison
for a $75 bill
well he's
been saying that
immigration's gone too far
immigration and the ice goons
have gone too far
a maggot named Maria L. Vival
Sarah Salazar said that Orange Daddy had betrayed his Latino voters.
Over the weekend, over to Fox News TV Radio Rwanda, one of their...
One of their...
I can't call them reporters.
Commentators?
Toxic taters?
Bad taters?
Bill Melugin.
and maledging?
He said that ICE goons had been told to stop arresting immigrants who have no criminal record.
But Stephen Miller got wind of it, and hairless Hadrick did, and he said it, and that was a miscommunication,
and said, uh-uh, we're going to keep doing it.
But don't get too hopeful, because no sooner had make West Virginia a great big old Senator Jumbo justice spoken to Politico.
and said maybe we're getting it wrong.
In a subsequent statement, he said,
Now let me be crystal clear.
I support President Trump's immigration strategy full stop.
It's not surprising that some are twisting my words to score political points,
but there should be no confusion about where I stand.
What's been accomplished by President Trump,
in regards to our border and immigration is truly amazing.
President Biden allowed millions upon millions to illegally enter our country.
Cleaming up this mess has been a tremendous accomplishment.
I guess he must have found a horse's head in his bed or something the next morning.
There's such a craven bunch of it, but Jesus Christ.
I guess having all that money may be it
it easier to sleep at night.
But the thing is, he said, words were twisted.
Again, here are the words.
You're dragging people away that have lived on your street corner for 15 years,
and I don't know that we need to be doing that.
Where's the twist?
I mean, it's actually a factual statement.
People with no criminal records.
People who work their asses off.
Good and helpful members of our communities.
But, well,
here we are.
So Jumbo might like to get off the sinking ship,
but he knows it's going to take an extra big raft for him to drop into
and not have it just completely sink beneath the waves.
We are in, well, to put it lightly, or put bluntly a mess,
from the hill earlier today,
a report on some doings in the 11th United States Circuit,
in particular in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida
in the courtroom with Judge Kathleen Williams.
Well, back in July, she found that Nitwit Niro's lawsuit against himself
by the DOJ against the IRS in creating the so-called anti-weaponization fund was collusion
that the parties colluded with one another and never had an adversarial lawsuit relationship.
In other words, the entire thing was a fraud upon the court,
which your average garden variety Article III federal district judge tends to take
umbrage at in
in extreme form
well
uh yeah ralps
Jim justice was elected to the Senate in
24
his term expires in 2030
but
pill rolling fatty patty
the Trent and Trolls term
is up in 28
and that means jumbo
can run for governor and stay a senator
nifty
huh yeah
By the way, Ralph still has a challenge on the table.
We're finished with fundraising for the month of September,
but considering the topic of discussion for this afternoon and evening,
the $25 Eric Pizza Schmidt challenge is on the table,
and that would get us a head start for tomorrow's opening to the month of October.
So if you want to help out, it's there.
else would happily double your money.
But anyway, Judge Williams made that finding in July, and yesterday the case wound its way
to the 11th United States Circuit Court of Appeals in Hotlanta, not known for being a den
of wild-eyed liberals, no, but lo and behold, even that gang of Solons, agreed with Judge
Kathleen Williams.
Finding, in fact, that Mitt Wittnero did in fact collude with the Department of Justice and with the IRS in an attempt to scam $10 billion out of the American people.
That's a pretty big deal.
Now, of course, the next step from here is for Todd Blanchie's DOJ to go running to,
Our most puissant dread sovereign Supreme Catholic majesties crying,
emergency! Emergency!
Where they may get what they want.
But nonetheless, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals wrote yesterday,
The appellants did not submit or offer any evidence to explain their litigation conduct
or demonstrate that the lawsuit and the settlement were not collusive.
Given the record before us, the appellants have not made a strong showing
that the district court committed clear error
in its collusion and bad faith findings
in some
the facts before this court
demonstrate there was never
adverseness between the parties
there was never a case
or controversy and there was
never a question as to who would
prevail. Well if
one person is on every side
of the case that one person
is in fact going to prevail
can't exactly assail their reasons. Can't
exactly assail their reasoning there.
And so, ultimately, the 11th Circuit
three judge panel wrote,
the court determines that plaintiffs improperly
employed this lawsuit to justify
a particular award in this matter,
access to taxpayer funds,
an exemption from audits and
other investigations which was accomplished
by leveraging control over defendants.
The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals
agreed with all of it.
that was Judge Williams's words
she made a specific finding that the lawsuit was brought
to manipulate the judicial process
and well
the 11th circuit
said
the appellants have not persuaded us to construe the sanction more broadly
and have not made a strong showing
that they will prevail on their First Amendment challenges
they do not cite any authorities suggesting that a speech
related prohibition imposed as a penalty for conduct determined to be sanctionable violates the First Amendment
because Judge Williams went kind of light she could have just tucked she had an opportunity to tuck
the Todd Blanchie's law license in her hip pocket but instead told them don't you dare say that you
have settled this case there can be no settlement without a judge's approval and you ain't
getting it. And the appeals court also did say the sanctions for the two attorneys were
well within Judge Williams' power to impose. Now that might sound like a bunch of gobbledygook.
It really isn't. Let's put it this way. Any crime committed by Richard Milhouse Pinhead,
thank you, Harry Truman, Nixon, pales.
before the audacious level of criminality,
outright mendaciousness,
and just plain, slimy behavior involved in just this case.
The only difference being that, well, back around 1974,
the Republicans were figuring out that Richard Nixon was in defense,
and they actually
some of them
took their oaths to the
Constitution seriously
and went to the White House and said Dick you got to go
you got to go
and go
he did
because those Republicans
recognized that
the moving finger having
writ had moved on
and that Nixon
would probably be the first president
to be tried and convicted on a bill of
of impeachment in the Senate and removed from office and live out the rest of his days in shame.
Instead, that shameless bastard got to quit, got a pardon from Gerald Ford, and wound up hobnobbing with every president thereafter.
Maybe he didn't meet, maybe Jimmy Carter declined. I don't know.
But Lord, I'm so old I can remember when Bill Clinton
gave a stem winder eulogy of Richard Nixon,
and my mom and dad were around at the time,
and those patriots were absolutely sickened by it.
But there's more as we enter this third hour of the program.
By the way, it's a conversation radio program.
If you've got something you'd like to talk about,
you're welcome to join in.
844-843-4676-844 the horn.
No waiting.
You can also get through on the Old Holler Tree line via Discord if you're a bona fide and approved member thereof.
Law and Crime reporting today in the aftermath of the Pete Smith-Dibrate.
backle yesterday that this very day an appeals court has decided to set oral arguments on the
challenge to judge Aileen Cannon's dirty little attempt to forever bury Jack Smith's investigation
and those arguments may come sooner than expected.
again this comes out of the 11th United States Circuit Court of Appeals in hotlanta
and the case has been onto the docket and off the docket
calendared and un-calendered at least five times according to law and crime
because some would-be interveners American Oversight and the Knight Institute
have been raising unmitigated hell trying to keep
the volume two of the investigation by Jack Smith from being destroyed.
And here's where it gets interesting.
Yesterday, if you looked at the calendar,
you would have found that arguments were scheduled for the week of January the 18th, 2027.
Just two days before.
Never mind.
But then this morning, something had changed.
now the arguments are set for 2 p.m. on the second day of November, Monday, the second day of November, the day before the midterm elections.
A memorandum entered in the case said the court has determined that the cases listed on the attached calendar are to be orally argued on 11-226 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Counsel for each party must present oral argument unless excused by the court for good cause shown.
and that may be a heck of a little amuse bouch on the day before the midterms.
Among other things, in her order, the entirely corrupt alien cannon,
ordered the DOJ or enjoined the DOJ from releasing, sharing,
or transmitting volume 2 of the final report,
or any drafts of volume 2 outside the Department of Justice
or otherwise releasing, distributing, conveying,
or sharing with anyone outside the Department of Justice
any information or conclusions in volume 2
or in drafts thereof.
And even yesterday,
when he could have addressed volume 2,
Jack Smith didn't dare
because the DOJ would have immediately pounced
and indicted him for violating the court's order.
But he did get one shot across the bow, bless his heart in a good way,
saying our investigation developed proof beyond a reasonable doubt that President Trump engaged in criminal activity.
We've asked whether to prosecute a former president based on the same facts today.
I would do so regardless of whether that president was a Republican or a Democrat.
Mark your calendar.
November 2nd.
It may hasten the process that we keep talking about.
happening sometime before or immediately after January the 20th, 2027.
And back to Pizza Schmidt for a minute.
There was some reference to it in a previous clip that I ran,
literally only hours before Eric outed himself as the Pizza Schmidt that he is,
Axios, which has been known.
to be clown itself in service of nitwit Nero
announced that Pizza Schmidt was in fact being touted
as a running mate with the JD Ag
or Jimmy Dick Bowman or Judy Vance
or whatever names on their birth certificate
or whatever they're calling themselves these days.
Best of all, yeah.
Axios referred to Pizza Schmidt as
a trustworthy, intelligent, articulate, and deft political operator.
Oh, well, there went a little bit more of Axios' credibility.
Oops, the baby.
Oh, and this.
Our most puissant, dread sovereign, Supreme Catholic majesties got up to some of their old nasty tricks,
um, granting an emergency, emergency, uh, order.
letting nitwit Nero go back, and by Nittwit Nero, we all know I mean,
hairless Hedrick, Stephen Miller, Nanez mouth, American girl,
go back to sending arguably innocent human beings to third country's shitholes
that we have bribed, I mean paid to accept them.
the lower court had ruled that the maggots couldn't do that without providing due process.
Our most puissant dread sovereign, Supreme Catholic majesty, said due process, we don't need no stinking due process.
And in an unsigned order said, go ahead, ship them to South Sudan.
They're mostly brown people anyway, they'll blend right in.
now they didn't issue an actual opinion
but uh justices sonya sodomio
elena cagan and catanji brown jackson
did say they would have denied the request
you know because that's how the law is supposed to work
and then in December
they'll hear actual oral arguments on it at which point in time
the maggot the DOJ will say
and it'll be hacksaw jack-sack-saw jack-sack-all
so plan accordingly.
We're already doing it, so you might as well let us keep on doing it.
You know, they say running on the Supreme Court is not a good strategy for presidential elections.
I remember when they were saying that in 2016.
I remember when the experts, the people who know things, you know, the consultant class, were saying that in 2016.
and I remember screaming from the rooftops.
It better be a strategy this time,
because if it's not and he gets in,
the shit will hit the fan.
Guess who was wrong and who was right?
Yeah, the pampered panjandrum political consultancy class
were, as they always are, wrong!
While your humble hostess broadcasting from an all-too-noisy studio
that's driving the audio files crazy
because it's a mite warm in the studio again today.
She was correct.
Funny how that happens.
Ain't it?
And then there was this.
And it was a story told only
through the pencil strokes
of a court reporter.
And it is a horror
without a doubt.
It's the story of a group of children before a federal immigration judge.
Just the children.
No lawyer.
No mama, no daddy, no auntie, no uncle, no cousin, no neighbor, no nothing.
Just terrified children standing before a judge.
Most of the children dressed formally with neatly styled hair,
waited impatiently for the judge
among the first to appear before the judge
was a 13-year-old
Honduran boy named
Anheel.
He didn't have an attorney.
Asked whether there was a reason
he couldn't return to Honduras.
Anheel told the judge,
My mom and almost my entire family are here.
It's too dangerous to go back.
But the judge didn't give a Schmidt.
The judge just looked at the 13-year-old child
and said,
You don't qualify.
for asylum.
Would you like to request voluntary departure or should I issue a removal order?
This is a grown, adult, American judge asking a child, literally an infant in the terminology used by the law,
an infant with no guardian ad litem, an infant with no next friend, which legal procedure
the judge should use.
As far as the 13-year-old boy was concerned,
the judge could have been speaking
the language of the amorphous,
multi-limbed people of Norblap 9
on hell looking at the judge gravely,
said, I don't know.
And then, that little boy
burst into tears,
knowing he would never see his mama
or any of his family again.
He stared ahead stoically,
and continued to cry eventually saying,
I have no one.
I have nothing.
And then at the end of the day,
the judge, content with his behavior,
went back into chambers,
took off his robes,
maybe reached into the desk drawer and grabbed the office bottle
and took a bracing slug,
and then headed off home,
knowing that he would face no consequences in this life
for the evil he had wrought.
We are become as a result of the behavior
of some a merciless, remorseless nation of monsters.
And that's why I get pissed off when I do hear the...
Oh, we need to look forward and not back.
Bullshit.
about what comes after Trump.
Cynthia with a note says,
we are a country full of sadistic psychopaths,
and they call that justice.
It makes me sick.
Cynthia, as it should,
for anyone who is paying attention,
for anyone who loves this country,
God knows for anyone who professes to worship Yeshua,
the brown-skinned Palestinian day laborer
and semi-literate itinerant rabbi who wore a dress every day of their life.
And this, women's standing, will match Ralps' $25 pizza Schmidt challenge.
We do so due to the countless numbers of precious ones being targeted by ice,
removed by masked thugs, shameless in wearing masks and focused on cruelty.
Peace, even in the midst, dear Robin.
never to forget to terror others are experiencing.
Continuing to stand at Northwest Processing Center here in Tacoma
down on the Tide Flats, along with others.
We encourage listeners on the horn to do so in their cities, signed Jude.
Thank you, Jude.
Thank you for being present and being a witness.
That witness, if we are ever to...
to try to find our way back from this fascist wilderness.
May yet prove vital.
Thank you, Jude.
Well, aren't you a big one?
It's that time of year.
Big old whopping wolf spider just wandered in.
Really, really, really, really don't necessarily want her just wandering around.
She needs to be outside.
The pickings are slim in here.
and I don't want to hurt her.
Honey, what am I talking about?
Sorry.
I need a cup.
Oh, she scampered.
I'm sorry, scarpered.
She scarpered.
Ah, the things that...
While my assistant Jim is wrangling the big hairy spider,
never a dull moment in the fabulous horn studios of the magnificent Kincaid Mansion.
Rope says,
Thanks, Jude, at Women's Standing.
Thank you, indeed, Jude.
Thank you, Routes.
Please don't bite me.
She's not going to bite me.
I'm going to be okay.
And by the way, a note coming in from Micah,
before we move on to the next story,
she told us some of what's going on in her family's life these days
and wanted to provide an update.
Just so you all know,
my dad had emergency surgery this past weekend.
he's good and back home
still dealing with some other issues
but we think we're over the major hump
I appreciate everyone
who has had my family and your thoughts
thank you
and they will continue to be
Micah
you're a beloved member
of this extraordinary
community
let's see
where else
what else
I wonder if I should
yeah I'll save that till toward the end
that's just too much fun
yeah when Jude sent her note
she included a graphic
it's profound
Lady Liberty bent over
an ice goon mobile
her hands tied behind her back
cuffed behind her back
it's a
shockingly
horrifyingly
apt image for our time.
Oh, by the way, yeah, this is fun.
Lara Trump with her Maga Loco face has, if you can imagine it,
an absolutely unwatchable, unlistenable podcast.
But this time through, she was showing up for an interview with Harry Cole
of Harry Cole
saves the West yesterday
in which
she defended
her father-in-law
for just
absolutely
repulsive conduct
Cole described a video
of
maggots
spraying champagne around the White House
running around jumping in swimming pools
with President She
then
speaking to Lara, he said, the price of coffee is up 18% in two years. The price of ground beefs up 17%.
Is there a bit of a disconnect between the White House and American citizens?
Lara, then replied, this is a fun thing. This is kind of tongue and cheek.
If you're offended, you probably need to go and have a little bit of fun because I think they're a little bit stiff.
Colt continued to press saying, yeah, but he's demolishing the East Wing,
He's building the ballroom.
He's building the helipad.
And Americans are struggling.
And Lara said, of course he gets it.
He takes the job very seriously.
Everyone knows it has not been, you know, a takewalk for any of us.
Yeah, because Laura's out there struggling.
Let them eat brioche.
We have a distinct tumbril shortage in this country.
And, of course, she also went off.
There was a conversation had about,
and I think she had this on her unwatchable podcast.
I don't have the clip.
Do I?
Maybe?
I don't.
Maybe?
Let's take a quick look.
I guess I didn't.
But nonetheless, Laura went off on a rant because there was a piece of audio in which I think it was
Kamala Harris and Abdul Al-Said talking about pregnant.
women and birthing people.
And oh,
Lara got mad.
Oh, she was just
furious.
Yeah, that's what she was
talking about. It hasn't been a cakewalk
for any of us, Ralph Snowding.
Wasn't Laura Trump and Eric Trump popping champagne
with another Trump White House couple? Yes.
You know,
while Americans
can't afford
beef, you know,
even hamburger.
Right.
I'm a mother.
I earned that.
I squeezed two spawn out of my birth canal,
and I've earned the right to be called a mother.
What do they mean birthing people?
She was offended?
She thought they were calling her a birthing person?
Is she non-binary?
is she transmask?
That's who the term
birthing people is used for
inside the medical community
because you don't call someone
who's not a woman, a woman.
It's kind of gross.
I know birthing people
sounds clunky,
but again, it's not something
that's out there in the day-to-day
parlance, the common
tongue, no.
Some people who are capable of getting
pregnant and giving birth prefer not to be called women.
They do not identify as women.
They are not women.
But Laura.
Laura, I earned the right to be called mother.
Really?
Did you?
How good of a mom are you to your kids, hon?
Because I'm betting not very good.
No.
And if somebody's on the stress line, please stick around for a second.
this is just this is just good
this is a new Sherrod Brown ad
and it's
it's it's multi-layered
listen to this shit
people living in poverty are just not very
they're not very experienced
okay let's be clear
the person speaking about the people in poverty
is John Hoosted
of Ahaya, the incumbent senator finishing out Jimmy Dick Bowman's unexpired term.
Listen to this shit.
People living in poverty are just not very, they're not very experienced at navigating the real world, right?
I remember talking to one young lady who said, well, I don't really know how money works at a grocery store
because she grew up and has lived all of her adult life using snap cards to buy groceries.
And so you literally have to teach people how to budget.
Fuck that.
I'm Sherrod Brown and I approve this message.
Oh!
All that business about poor people and then at the end, fuck that.
I'm Sherrod Brown and I approve this message.
Look, no candidate is perfect.
I have seen members of the Sparkle Fart propelled unicorn cavalry.
Security Patrol, upbraiding Sherrod Brown for all the money he's taken from APAC over the years,
and I will condemn that without hesitation.
But you can try to teach him, you're never going to reach John Hoostead,
who thinks you're stupid because you're poor.
Not going to happen.
It's one of those, don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good kind of situations.
Let's go over to the stress line and see who we got.
Hey, welcome to the program.
Oh, hey, Clarence.
Hey, hey, how are y'all doing, man?
What's up?
Ah, you know, another day in Happy Valley.
How about you?
What's going on out on the road?
Not much.
I'm headed over here at Augusta, but I took off last week because it was my own,
my birthday was Saturday, 76, right?
But anyway, I went on, I went up home.
I went to, you know, my old home, Philadelphia, and stopped in Baltimore to see my brother.
And, you know, chitty and chat, you know, we're from the low-income neighborhood.
But the thing that really caught my attention to all my, you know, sharing information and stuff,
we got a lot of folks in my community that actually is hoping and is swinging on that $5,000 check.
And I'm like, oh, I mean, the conversations I didn't have.
you know, try to explain to everybody up there.
But it's so bad that folks like, yo, man, you get that, you know, you got folks that's
spending $5,000 they don't even have already up there.
I mean.
Oh, no.
We got a problem.
They think it's.
Yeah, we got a problem in the inner cities, man.
Baltimore.
Oh, God.
See, you remind me of something, uh, something Todd was talking about way back in, what, 16 or so.
He said, he said folks in the barbershop was going to vote.
for Trump.
That's what's going on, bro.
I mean,
I'm sorry.
That's what's going on.
I was like,
get them stuff.
You know,
I was like,
I was beside myself.
I even got some nephews
and they're in their 40s and 50.
Yeah,
um,
bump that,
man.
Ain't nobody else
going to give us no money.
And I like,
yo,
ain't nobody going to give you money
anyway,
but why would you
waste your vote
messing with this dude?
But that's what's happening.
And it really,
it kind of messed up
by Burma.
I can't believe that you guys even
falling for that crap, but
a lot of folks dug in and they
actually think that's going to happen, you know.
Because I even brought up, I like,
okay, did you, y'all get your dose checks,
your darms check? Oh, he was just
bullshit, man. Like, he's still
bullshit, you know, like, come on.
But yeah, that struck me real.
I mean, when I was in Philly, that was one thing,
but when I went down in Baltimore, when my brother lived at,
that's the same conversation.
So I'm assuming that that that's what
roaming through the inner cities
Newark, Baltimore,
you know, San Francisco, Oakland.
So, I think we got
a problem with a whole bunch of people getting ready
burn their boat.
So, and I don't know
how
how you can
see other than the, well,
I can't agree to say,
on our side, somebody got to come out, man.
You don't hear anybody talking, you know,
we talked among ourselves about that, but
somebody got to get out on the national
stage, man, and try to shut that crap down.
It's a few black journalists.
Now, Roland Martin and all of them, they're trying to, you know,
they're trying to put the message out.
But hell, Roland's got a million, you know,
I think a million and a half subscribers, right?
But on any given day, you know, when he's on air,
and most of the time he's on there,
he might have 500 people listening to him, man, you know,
so I think we're going to have a big problem
to come to election there, man.
I hope I'm wrong, but it don't look good.
The question is, how do you address it?
I mean, do you, because see, if the, if the pampered political consultant class doesn't know it, it doesn't exist.
And so how do you, you know, how do you get on their radar with that shit?
Hey, that's the thing.
Like you said, that class, those classes, folks, don't consultants and stuff, they don't go down, you know, to the neighborhood as well.
where I live. I've been around
along. I ain't never, never seen
nobody coming through the hood,
you know, and spreading any kind of
any kind of information,
you know. The most they do,
like when I was, you know,
in Philly, right after I retire,
we worked
the polls, but what they would do,
the Democratic Party would come through
and they would, you know, they would pay people
to hand out pamphers and stuff like that.
That would be the most
But as far as them sitting down spreading the message, any kind of message, I've never seen that happen.
And, you know, I can only speak of my experience and where I live, you know, where I live in a deep, deep North Philly.
Now, I have to be fair.
I can see the consultants being a little leery coming down there because of the type of neighborhood, you know, in the crime and stuff that's going on.
But still, you got people down at that vote.
And like I said, they don't hear.
anything, you know, they assume that
you know, when they get through the media
and again,
right now,
the media in the inner
city of Philadelphia is just crazy.
You got the Philadelphia Inquirer here, but
again, I have to be fair, the people where I live at,
they don't read the Enquirer. They don't.
They used to have the daily news around
there, but they don't even get that.
So the Philadelphia Tribune
is a black newspaper.
I believe the oldest black newspaper
the United States.
But anyway, they put out a lot, but hell,
if they got 20,000 subscribers in the city
of three and four million, I'd be shocked
if it's dead high.
But it just struck me, you know,
well, I said there, I'll think it in the context.
Clarence, that's actually, that's frightening.
That's frightening because there's a risk that
there's a risk that these are voters who will be overlooked
because they're assumed to just be natural, you know,
natural democratic voters if they vote at all.
Yep.
That too.
That's a big part of it too.
A lot of,
we got a lot of eligible voters.
Okay,
I'll give you statistics in Philadelphia.
I think they had
this last primary.
What was it May?
I think the country is in May.
Anyway,
this is the kind of number of this year.
You got 9% of the eligible voters
in its state.
city of Philadelphia, which is in the top 10, you might have 9%
and they clap their hands when they go above 10.
But you have 9% show up at the polls.
That's frightening.
Well, that's, you know, when everybody votes, Democrats win.
When nobody votes, Republicans win.
It's been that way from the time in Memorial.
I hope we can keep our little streak up, but the great.
now that just blew me.
I was like, yo, what is y'all talking?
I was sitting with a young man.
I call him young bulls, but I said, he was a young man.
I'm sitting with him, you know, we're sitting on the porch up there in Philly in the hood,
you know, they got real houses, you know.
Sitting down on the step, watching the goofballs running up and down the street, you know.
But anyway, I'm like, you know, I said, I asked, I said, come on, bro,
why would you think that this dude going to drop $5,000?
I said, matter of fact, even if he was,
going to do that. I don't think of the
creak to the, you know, the black neighborhoods.
And I said, why would you think that?
Oh, man.
This is what he said to. He said, look, man.
Dude going to hook us up.
He's going to hook us up because
if we hook him up, he's going to
hook up. So I say, you're going to vote
with this dude and hope
that he give you $5,000.
I say, now I could see you doing, I said, I said, I told him like this.
I could see you making that move
if it was any writing.
You know, and then again, and then again, I said,
that's sad, our Native American brothers that said about those, you know, things in writing.
So, you know, I'm trying to tap into his head, and I'm trying to use, you know,
the type of world that he used in living in, you know, and still I couldn't tap nowhere,
and, you know, I couldn't get to him.
I just couldn't make any sense of that.
But he won a thousand.
Yeah, making an argument about,
Oh, and by the way, they're going to bust your ass on your taxes over that $5,000 later, too.
You can't even get to that.
You went to another level because, you know, the mindset that I got.
I really want to say, all right, first of all right, first of all, where are you going to get the $5,000?
I said, where do you think that money is going to come from?
But, you know, that's a stretch there, you know, you sit down and trying to be logical with somebody.
But, yeah, that's what just, it just caught me off guard.
I was thinking that everybody saw all the black women that got laid off from the federal government, you know, and all the other shenanigans that's going on.
And that was shot by them or a lot of them don't even have any clue of any of that that's going on.
Other than if people had a personal experience that maybe somebody in their family got fired and stuff, but still, I don't know.
It rattled me.
It really rattled me.
I was sitting up there.
Matter of fact, it rattled.
That's telling me so bad, right?
I think I left up there.
Yeah, Saturday, on my birthday, right?
They asked me, yo, man, where you?
What it was?
I woke up Sunday at home, right, at Jerome.
So my brother, you know, what did you?
I said, man, I had to get out of there.
And I couldn't stand to listen to no more that crap was going on up there.
I'm like, y'all got to get yourself together.
My brother, no, included to you know, but he's got mental issues anyway.
But people that know better, man, they think that that's going to happen.
so I put two to the guys
I said if that's happening in Philly
you could rest assured the other hoods
crossing America from east
to the west coast that crap's going
on man but yeah we getting ready to get the
$5,000 pay off so
oh god that's just
I mean it's
Yeah I need to be the bare news but I wanted to share it
I don't want to be the only one running around
with my thought in my head like that
No you know all we got in common is our misery
and the least we can do is share it
and you say the consultant
I'm like,
man,
what concern,
you know,
it's funny you say that,
but I,
they don't go down there
where I was at.
Hey,
I mean,
I don't mean,
it's a place.
Yeah,
yeah,
down there,
yeah,
they don't go down there.
I don't think they go down
and where you at,
really.
Well,
I was about to say they're not,
they're not exactly,
they're not exactly beating down the doors of the,
I mean,
they do.
Okay.
Yeah,
they'll come into,
they'll come into Appalacha
every now and then because they want to get the,
they want to get the opinion of the hardworking maga on the street
oh god
the hardworking it's sad man we got
but yeah that that that threw me in a twist
that's hard ass i don't you know my brother you that man i come you don't come up more often
i said be calling this man my fucking you know excuse my fridge y'all y'all y'all want a different
down a different page than I am.
And when a man from South Carolina says that about Baltimore and Philly,
something's wrong.
Something's bad wrong.
I was like, I was really broke because I thought they had really got over there
when y'all was told about the Doge checks and all that.
But they still, as they say up there, they stuck on stupid, man.
I'm like, come on, fuck, dude.
But that's the way up against it.
That's kind of rattled me, man.
I believe every word you're saying, Clarence, but by the same token, God, I can't believe.
You don't want to believe it like, but I'm telling you.
I'll tell you.
And that's why I was trying to give you a picture of.
Now, I'll come back.
I said, now, from where I live at, where I grew up in, you know, my family all the day, we're from the lower stratums of the woods.
you know, we down there, everybody, you know,
even the drug, we've got the doped up,
coaked up, whatever, you know, and, you know, the misery and all that stuff.
But, I mean, you got the honest folks that work, you know,
maneuver between that.
And I happen to be one of the ones who do like that,
but still, still, you got some people up there that,
they're adults, they're voting age,
and they can make decisions and stuff.
And still, they fall for the okay-dotes.
Man, you know, like, come on.
And I think, I'm sitting back now thinking that's why he did that.
He'd know that was a jumble.
But, hey, if you can pull a million, five million people towards your way, you know, just chasing that check, that's five million people that you got, you know.
And I'm sure it don't discriminate either.
I know it's black and white folks like things like that.
But, you know, it's, it's magical thinking.
It's desperation thinking, Clarence.
I mean, my God.
Yeah.
appeals to reason are probably a lost effort.
Well, hey, if he's going to give you $5,000, why didn't he do it for the elections,
make sure that you'd go and do what you're supposed to do instead of saying,
I'll only give it to you if I win after the election.
Yeah, but see, you just broke the Cardinal sin of idiots,
and that's called using critical thinking skills.
You were critical thinkers like I am.
They don't look at it like that.
They just hear it and they run away.
I mean, this one guy, you know, laugh,
you got a guy running around borrowing the money against the $5,000.
So this is how stupid the idiotity is.
You got some people trying to borrow money against the money they don't have yet.
And you got those who are loaned the money, you know, loan shark, you know,
like, yo, look, dude, all right, if I give you this $20, man,
when you get your money, man, you better be up here.
I mean, that's the kind of mindset.
and they're going on that goes on down to that level of society.
You know, payday lenders and car titles.
Exactly.
And Trump told me he's giving me $5,000.
Yeah, okay.
Yeah, so, you know, I've got that.
I'm going to take care of that for you.
Yeah, I'm going to give you $5,000,
and I'm going to get your kneecaps later.
Oh, my God.
That's a nightmare, claims.
Yeah, I thought that was a little.
Yeah, that's why I'm sharing.
with you because in the violence, I said, let me call up me, let somebody else hear this nonsense.
But that's what we're up against.
That's what we up again.
Hopefully, don't, you know, hopefully that it's just folks that just running their mouths.
Because a lot of those folks, too, they're not going to vote.
You know, they talk, yeah, they don't mean.
They ain't do that.
No.
Even though they else will vote, yeah, they won't do it.
No.
And by the way, echoing my sentiments.
Lee says,
belated happy birthday,
Clarence.
Oh, thank you.
And Lee adds,
they'll get $5,000 from Trump
and Wimpy will pay them on Tuesday
for a hamburger today.
Oh, man,
that's true.
But desperation,
desperate times make
desperate decisions from desperate people.
I mean,
yeah,
that's true.
Because the people.
And you know what?
And that's what,
and that's what a lot of,
know because most of the folks that I was talking to, you know, using your, they're not working.
And a lot of, a lot of these brothers up there, brother-hens to 40s and 50, everybody's stumbling
over each other, right?
And, you know, because, again, all, you know, Philly, surely was a big manufacturing
city 30, 40 years ago, but all those plants, none of them exist now.
And the, the bigger, I think the biggest employers is, you know, your dollar tree, dollar
gentle, you know, little, or the fast food places that you got there.
But there's only so many of them positions in the area.
I mean, in the rural area, you know, because I see it out in the rural area, you know,
they always hire somebody.
But in the inner city, if you want a job, you got to go out to the surrounding county.
And you got corporate offices, industrial, but still, the amount of money that you got to pay
to, you know, to get back and forth to work.
You're basically working just to get to work, get back and forth.
Yeah.
Because up in the, you know, fili area, they got something they call, what they call is a trans pass, right?
And so I asked other day, because I know, I used to use trans pass when I was in, but it was like $8 a week.
A trans pass is like $70 now.
And that's just a ride in the Philadelphia area proper.
But if you want to go out into the counties, you know, there are a bunch of surrounding counties out there,
you got to pay extra they call it a trail pass and that's like a hundred dollars a week so you're paying four hundred dollars a month just to get back and forth to work you know for a job that's only paying what nine 10 yeah 12 hours an hour you're you're paying for the privilege of having a job yeah and uh jimmy just sent a note saying consultants yo clarence if they do show up in the hood the hood must be close to the state or county
fair and also happy birthday young man.
Thank you.
Yeah, I got the line right, yeah.
Yeah, Luke and so.
Like I said, I've never seen none without.
If they do, they better come down, you know, where I live in.
You better be ready.
It ain't going to be too much talk.
Because first of all, now, just the critical way, and I look at it like it,
they become salt to come down there.
First thing in the hood.
First, I can hear me, who the fuck is that, y'all?
You know, like if you, somebody that we don't know, you're automatically the police or the feds or you look at somebody.
You know, it's always everything goes into the world that they live in, you know, and I understand that.
But a strange faith, and I don't even talk about a black person to come down there.
The first thing, if there's somebody we don't know, the first thing come out, who the fuck is that, you know?
And then, you know, then it's all through and then you get somebody now.
You might get somebody attention.
but to get their attention
first thing you need to be doing is
waving a couple of dollars and they say
yo look pay you ten dollars and listen to what I got to say
and you might get an audience then you know
that's real real rap as they say
I'm telling you how it is
now I remember now years ago
now mind you years ago Joe Madison came down there
we was trying to get
this clown
I remember Joe
Frank yeah
Joe Madison, yeah.
Good activists.
But he came to Philly one time with a bunch of other activists.
And we were trying to, Rizzo was trying to run again for Merr.
And, you know, Rizzo was some of a racist clown that we had down there.
And he did two turns, but he was trying to get the Constitution of Philadelphia chain.
But Joe came in there, man.
He rallied up a lot of people.
And we made sure Rizzo didn't get back in.
But like I said, that was in the world, I believe, late 80s.
something like that.
So different time.
But that was one time, a lot of folks,
because Rizzo was so hard, you know,
even the worst of the worst,
they registered a vote because he registered a lot of people.
And we voted him out of there.
Well, voted against that change in the, you know,
the charter, city charter.
That's what he was trying to do.
And we overwhelmingly shut that down.
Now, it would be nice now.
But everybody knew who you.
Joe Madison was and, you know, so we're kind of following.
But, yeah, that's what we're up against up here.
So, you know, I thought I'd share that with the family.
And hopefully, you know, hopefully it's just a little, you know,
it's on our radar, but it's scary because, shoot.
Well, I mean, honestly, I wonder what will happen, you know,
if it really is trending the way you're describing Clarence,
what will happen when they send it?
Like I say, that's only my experience,
but I'm just assuming, you know, I'm a critical
think. I'm like, if it's going on in this
hood, it's probably,
like I said, okay,
first I saw it in Philly, but when I
went down to Baltimore, there's the same
crap going on down there. Now, mind
you, the neighborhoods I'm talking about,
these ain't the folks that, you know,
taxpayers and all that stuff like that,
but they're eligible voters. That's the
thing, you know. That's the thing, you know.
But these people, they really don't be in
the political situation
and what's going on and stuff like that.
I can honestly say that true.
So,
but it just scares me
because these
fools, you know,
if you get a, say, say from
East Coast to West Coast, if you get a million
folks like, that's a lot of people.
That's a lot of people.
Oh, yeah. And if the both, I mean,
if anything is close,
ponder this for a minute. That can take them over the top.
Yeah, ponder this for a minute, Clarence.
uh there's talk of sending like ice goons and cbp to polling stations hell maybe even the national guard
it's all illegal as hell but illegal has never slowed these bastards down uh true just just as a hypothetical
uh what's one of these trump voters who's going to go get his five thousand dollars going to think
if there are goons with guns around the polling place.
Is he going to just stick his chin out and march proudly to the polls and vote?
Or is he going to think that some shit may go down if he tries to go into that polling place?
Now, what you just described there, that's a person that's probably thinking, you know,
and got a little bit of sense.
I'll put it like that.
Now, this is my scenario.
If those, the goose, like, if they really came down into the hood,
now, you know, they're running around snatching the people.
So far, now I might have missed the story somehow.
I haven't seen where ICE has actually went into a black neighborhood
and start snatching somebody up and stuff like that.
Because what I think is, if they come down there, especially where I live,
I can only describe where I live at.
I don't get.
If you ice, Philadelphia police,
the FBI, stuff like that.
You've got some goosebumps down there that will try now.
Just out front,
because most of the time,
it'll get somebody this under influence.
And, you know, with drugs and alcohol,
take you to another level anyway.
So it'd be like, you know,
I'll get Ray, I get Ray, I guess,
you cannot curse, but I'm going to say,
like you say, down in the hood like that,
they'll go in the, I don't give a fuck mood.
That's, you know, and you got folks.
like that. They don't give a fuck about no damn
police. Like what?
Yeah, let's get it on.
Because you hear them rumbling now. You know, I mean,
I'm talking like that now.
They ain't been down here, man. Because I asked
about that. I said, y'all ain't seen them guys
around that. They ain't been down this one.
Get down here.
You say, might get down there and get stuck.
Get stuck down here.
But, uh,
that'll be interesting, too. I hate to see that.
But if I just go down there
because we had, um, up there in Philly
I think it was a couple of lectures ago,
a couple cycles ago,
might have been last second,
where the new Black Panther Party came out
and they challenged some people
who was going down there and messing with them folks
and he ran their ass is right out of there.
So, yeah, that would be interesting too,
if I used to go.
Because that's what they focus on
is them damn blue cities anyway.
And one of the,
requires is kept.
One of the cities, that's what make the thing so weird, right?
One of the cities that Trump really despises is Philadelphia.
Because Philadelphia did show up.
Philly showed up to get him out of there, yeah.
And he really lays his focus on that.
Well, look at all the years at Fox News TV Radio Rwanda.
Look at all the broadcast time that they spent devoted to,
oh, the new Black Panthers are attacking Philadelphia.
Remember that shit?
Yep, yep.
Yeah, we got to, now, it's a militant, um, group, uh, you know, militancy in the city, too.
You know, it's a big, big city, but, uh, but I, um, yeah, it'd be interesting.
You know, they sent ice and the National Guard.
And then, and again, here's the other side.
We're doing this critical thing about it.
You see, okay, the National Guard, they went down in Washington, but they came out of, um, uh,
that kind of, some of them came out of your state.
Well, West Virginia, Ohio, and Texas.
Right.
Now, see, I wonder where they would deploy there, you know, to the Philly area or something like that.
Well, it's not going to be the Pennsylvania National Guard.
Yeah, because I'll get ready to say.
Now, the other part of that, the other part of that equate is crazy.
This is my neighborhood.
There's an armory right down, you know, right down the hill from where I used to live at when I was up there.
And, you know, that matter of fact, there is a National Guard infantry unit there, you know.
But see, you got to bear in mind, Clarence.
Niro could do that with D.C.
because D.C. is federally controlled.
He can't, without nationalizing the Guard,
he can't just willy-nilly send the National Guard into a place like Philly or New York or Boston.
Yeah, he would have to go through Shapiro, yeah.
And Shapiro is a good governor, man.
I hear everybody.
Everybody loves Governor Shapiro.
Matter of fact, speak.
to Philly, the DA up there,
you got the Republicans.
They're trying their best to do to him
what they're trying to do
Jack Smith.
Because Larry Krasniz,
very, very good, very fair
DA, man.
Best DA they had in 40, 50 years.
But he had the Republicans,
they're trying to chop his head off
because, you know, he,
he don't put up with a lot of nonsense.
And he, I think he put out a threat to him,
John, yeah, he said,
come on in here, come on in here.
We're going to arrest them, you know,
he said, well, lock them damn ice age is up, so I don't know.
Philly's going to be a very interesting place to watch during this election.
He said the least.
Oh, without a doubt.
Well, I got to tell you got a note in from Jude pointing out,
our Clarence, a brother, his voice lifts my soul, can't explain it,
Yet, as I've shared before, he comes to mind every day when I drive to the Evo warehouse passing countless semi-trucks.
Clarence, thank you for calling in and being you.
Yeah, just a little share.
I like you to.
Oh, she's a sweetheart.
She said two weeks ago, I happened to be at one of the metal doors at Evo,
seeing a semi-driver wondering focused where to back his semi-truck.
He got out walking towards me.
It just came out of me to him.
If I knew you're coming, I'd have baked your cake.
His smile and release was wonderful.
I'll hold you to that.
Wow.
A grounding positive moment between a semi-driver and a housekeeper.
That's sweet, Jude.
And Jude noted birthdays, a line with Clarence.
Jude had her birthday on the 9th of September, and then this fast Saturday, the 26th, you had yours.
Jude turned 78.
You turned 76.
Good on my other day.
I appreciate
but I would like to compliment
but before we hang up here
these are now another thing that's going on
I'm pretty sure you heard about the
I'm using big air quotes
the trucker strike right
now what's going on
now what's going on with that
a lot of the company drivers
now I'm a company driver so
you know
these truckers
get ready to find out what I've been sharing with them and other folks, you know, folks like you, about unions.
See, if we were organized, if all these truckers out here will organize, we would have an impact.
But this would happen to all the company drivers.
Every company went, we sign on, you know, you could get fired, hire, or quit, you know, whenever you want to.
But most of the companies are, if you go out to strike, don't come back, just park the truck somewhere
we come and get it.
So there's going to be a lot of company drivers.
You know,
they just can't do that
because they'll be out of a job.
So that cuts right into the amount of guys,
guys and gals that's going to be striking.
So it'll be mostly the independent contractors
that's doing that.
And I hate to speak against my fellow drivers,
but it ain't going to be no impact.
the prices ain't going to change.
Well, you know, look, I'm so old, Clarence.
I am so old.
I can remember when independent truckers,
I can remember when diesel was so cheap
that they could drive a caravan to D.C.
to protest against Joe Biden.
Yep.
That's right.
That's right.
Can't do that now.
Can't do that now.
Yeah.
And a lot of it, it's crazy.
But it's they're doing.
It's there doing most of them, you know, most of these guys, y'all voted for this.
And now y'all got a, you know, you're huffling.
And the thing about, and here's the crazy part about that Trump, a lot of these truckings,
they're actually believing.
And they, you, you were out here, right?
You driving.
You already know how it was with Biden.
But the, you know, the Republican echo chamber, the media echo chamber is putting out there.
The prices were, they were higher on the board.
Biden, so we don't know why you're complaining.
And there's some guys so baffled.
You know yourself,
but diesel fuel is not $6 on the body.
It didn't even get the, I mean, $5.
So I don't know why, you know, you got folks out here.
Yeah, it was hired on the Biden, you know,
just I guess, you know, to sue their minds
or make them feel better.
But it's an utter lie.
But the echo chain around here is so deep
that these guys fall for that.
And like I tried to tell a couple drivers the other day, I was in a break room,
telling them about that strike thing.
And I said, this is why we need to organize and everybody being in the union.
Then we would have an impact because we could go on strike, still get paid, you know,
and your job will still be there.
But now the choice is up to you.
So the corporations, they have, you know, they have us like puppets.
They can do what they want to do with us.
and I, you know, I mean, I could go on strike,
but I know it's not going to have the impact.
Not whatsoever, so I'm not going to give up my job just to do that.
No, and the union, and, you know, the teamsters, the union truckers,
they're not going to, you're not going to go on a strike unless the union calls one, right?
Right, yeah.
Because, matter of fact, I talked to a UPS driver Sunday, yeah,
and he was telling me he had just retired
but he said no he said they can't even go on strike
like what you just said
they have to call the strike because that's
in their contract and he said
it's so the contracts now that they
got they said they got to go through
so many hearings and meetings
and boats and blah blah blah blah blah
he said it'd take them three months to make that decision
to go on strike so
I was like wow I thought it was on you know
I thought they was in bed he said no it's not as easy
as people think it is
Oh, hell no.
Striking's hard.
Well, it's awful good to hear from you, Clarence.
It really, really is.
I always love hearing from you.
And you be safe out there because, well, crazy people.
Yeah, I'm going to be safe.
On my, I'll give you a little, my head is on a swivel.
You know, like I said, I try.
Because I teach other drivers, too.
You've got to be situational awareness.
I said, this is my 36 years doing this.
And I've been in quite a few different situations, scenarios.
And then, you know, where I grew up at, you get to get, it's automatic that comes with it.
But, yeah, you got to have your head on a swivel.
You better be spinning it around because I, but I don't mess with nobody.
I, you know, I stayed to myself.
And I'm just, I'm really an observant out here more than I am somebody who's really, you know,
interacting with these guys.
Because, like you say, there's some fools out here.
I'm saying guy they killed over a parking spot, you know.
Then the guy killed itself.
About 10 years ago, that was insane, but there was a mental problem, you know.
Kill somebody by the parking spot.
But anyway, thanks for the advice, and I will be safe.
All right, you take care, players.
I'll get ready to pull up against those distribution center down here in Augusta.
And one of the things, one of my observations is when I see, most of the distribution, when I see a bunch of people in there like that, I think these are the folks, and most of the time, you know, especially just work, hardworking labor people.
I say, these are the folks that are messing around in school and stuff, you know, and they got these little $8, $9 an hour job, you know.
And it's sad because the stuff that those, you know, and these corporations put them through, man, it's just amazing.
It might as well be in the military in some of these places,
especially this particular distribution soon I'm going through now.
It's like very, very rigid.
But anyway, so much for my life.
All right.
You take care, Clarence.
All right.
Bye now.
All right.

and we don't know
when you spread
the gospel of the horn
oh dear
no that was Wednesday
no it's not it's Tuesday
no it's Wednesday
see what happens when the power goes out
but it is it's Wednesday so we can say
the gospel
but when you do it
you make a difference.
So thanks to those of you who do
and thanks to those of you who have
and thanks to those of you who will.
Thanks, Emily, for the intro.
