Starting point is 00:00:02 The password is frag. It's fry! Here we go, live from behind the corn phone curtain. It's head-on with Roxanne Kincaid. Three hours of cussin and discussin with America's only liberal transbilly elitist right here, right now, on the head-on radio network.
Starting point is 00:00:41 Brought to you in part by Cole River Mountain Watch, who invites you to be part of the uprising against mountaintop removal, CRMW.net. And now, from high in the hills of West by God, Virginia, here she is. Roxanne Kincaid. And here we go, off and running on this final day of July, 2006. It is the 31st day of July, and I don't want to hear any gup about it.
Starting point is 00:01:25 2026, this is the horn. Head-on.com. Live is where you'll find us on the interweb tubes. That's where you go. If you'd like to be part of the Merry Wacky Zany, Real-Time Med Tat, Multimedia. extravaganza that is the horn chat room in the old holler tree in the three hours in which this program is live Monday through Friday 5 to 8 p.m. Eastern daylight time, 2 to 5 p.m. Pacific daylight time. All time zones in between and the Great Globe round and whatever time it is when
Starting point is 00:01:56 you're listening to the podcast for those of you who are members of the podcast and contingent of the Horn Family Community Congregation. and thank you so much for joining us that way and sharing your time with us that way. I hope you find it to be time well spent. And, well, if you could take a moment and leave us a remark, a comment, wherever you download the podcast,
Starting point is 00:02:27 that would be really helpful. Thanks to those of you who already do, make sure you're subscribed, et cetera, et cetera. Thank you kindly indeed. For those of you listening live, it is, of course, Friday on the front porch. Here in an hour or so, we'll go over the river and through the woods to the old holler tree that we sublet from the Keebler elves, wherein we keep the extraordinary ordinary roundtable around which we gather each and every Friday, hence the name, and to which you are heartily welcomed and invited to participate.
Starting point is 00:03:08 There's a banner at the top of the horn page that will lead you right into the aforesaid room. It's terribly easy to use, nothing to be afraid of with Discord. And hopefully we'll have a rousing conversation here in a fairly short amount of time. But every program here at the horn begins with gratitude, and this program is no different, and being as it is the final day of the month, I cannot believe July is gone. Why, it seems, just yesterday that we were roundly and soundly mocking the monumental stupidity of the great American state fair on the national mall in D.C., complete with its baptizing tanks and whatnot. And the massive pollution from the stupidly expensive,
Starting point is 00:04:10 and taxpayers are going to wind up getting stuck for it, fireworks display. Yeah, but July is gone. And so Monday we'll begin our broadcasts of, August. Monday will also be August the 3rd. More, and that's relevant to who? That's right. Where's Addison? Moscow, Mitch McConnell. But anyway, before I get ahead of myself, thanks go out to our Patreon
Starting point is 00:04:43 subscribers on this final day of the month. Thank you very kindly, Carl, out in Arizona. Thank you to Daisy. And thank you, Nancy and Ethan. Thanks, Dr. Allen. Thank you. Thank you Randy Radar. Thank you Christopher. Thank you, Mike in Cascadia. Thank you Michael of the Guffins. Thank you, Jeff Inslow.
Starting point is 00:05:08 Thank you to Kay, so very kindly. Thank you, James. Thank you, Joanne and Lori. Thank you to Auntie Kat in Ohio. Thank you, John. And thank you another John. You both know who you are, I trust. Thank you to KW and Irwin.
Starting point is 00:05:26 Thank you, Barb. you Horst in Taiwan. Thank you Robin. Thank you, Terrace. Thank you, Brother Deacon Asa, and thank you, Jeremy in Vermont. The list is rounded out, of course, with the number one and number two, juvenile delinquents of the Horn Family Community Congregation. Oh, hi, I'm Roxanne. I'm not sure. Did I do that? It all runs together. And then over, let's just check here for the fun of it, over at PayPal, of course, as I predicted, there are no subscribers for the 31st because of their algorithm and the fact that it doesn't like any date past the 28th. I know.
Starting point is 00:06:27 So where does that leave us? Well, we come into this final day of July. $1,700 in the hole. And it's a deep hole. It's a scary hole. It's a hole in which I still haven't been able to pay for my health insurance. And there are bills that await outstanding because we played a hell of a lot of catch-up in June and early July. Thank you so much again to Routes for the No More Holes challenge that got us full.
Starting point is 00:07:04 funded to the middle of this month. Thank you Ralph so very much. Yeah, no. A note from your... You told us your name no less than three times. Uh-huh. Really. But thank you. That gets us down to $1,690. Mm-hmm. No, it doesn't. It gets us down to $1,720. Ralph's jumped in right at the end of the program.
Starting point is 00:07:46 We were at 1733, and Ralphs jumped in and got it down to 1730, so now we're down to 1720. The ciphering, the ciphering, yeah. But thanks to those of you at Patreon, and if anybody else would like to sign up, well, Patreon comes out. the first day of the month and that makes it
Starting point is 00:08:08 easy peasy and this being the final day of the month well Patreon accounts for one broadcast day so we should actually take the funding deficit down
Starting point is 00:08:23 to $1,420 $1420 $1420 so So that is $80 less than one month fully funded, or one week fully funded. I'm having a hard time getting started today. I don't know why.
Starting point is 00:08:46 But here we are, Friday on the front porch. And that password, frag, well, no one actually got fragged, but it was kind of like a political fragging, I guess you could say. over in the Buckeye State Ohio, Ohio, Republican nominee, 40-year-old We wake Ramalama Ding-dong
Starting point is 00:09:16 spoke to the Young Americans for Liberty Conference up in Cleveland. This is basically the MAGA version of the Hitler youth. And he was there yesterday evening to speak and started, I don't know,
Starting point is 00:09:45 preaching at them, berating them. Basically, the Young Americans for Liberty crowd, I really know, they're kind of Hitler-Yuthy and they're pretty gosh-darned Aryan, I guess. They're very pale, and they're not particularly, particularly keen on their nominee, We Wake Ramalama Ding Dong. Polling, recent polling in Ohio, shows that it's pretty much a dead heat right now between Amy Acton and We Wake Ramalama Ding Dong.
Starting point is 00:10:22 And that is, well, I guess that's good for Dr. Amy Acton. She's not 30 points back, and frankly, if the nominee was anybody but Weweck Ramamama Ding Dong, she might very well be. But it highlights something that I was talking about yesterday, namely, that Dr. Acton needs every vote. And so her attempt to, I guess both candidates have a shouting down, problem. Dr. Actins is more of the metaphorical sort, trying to shout down the progressive left and telling, shut up about the transies and the queers, whereas we will hear notice that it was actually a physical, audible shouting down. As 40-year-old We wake explained to the Gen Alpha and Gen Zs that millennials like him are already pooping in the high cotton.
Starting point is 00:11:45 The truth of the matter is, you know, no matter what happens in whichever direction we're going to go. People my generation have already made it, we're going to be fine. It's going to be your generation. You're a political creetin, and you need to get them out of here. Yeah, he was supposed to speak for like 40 minutes, but, well, as that line from Monty Python and the Holy Grail says, he's scompered. He scompered off.
Starting point is 00:12:21 Sir, we went around away. No, really ran away away. I didn't. But he did. He only spoke for 15 or 20 minutes instead of the time he was supposed to be that you're a political cretan and you need to get the fuck out of here. One member of the Hitler youth yelled at him. Gosh.
Starting point is 00:12:45 we wake. I hope it didn't hurt too little. What I wouldn't have given to have the rotten vegetable concession there in Cleveland last night. They would have pelted him with cabbages that were quickly self-crowdifying. Notice the Hitler Youth reference and the reference to the crowd. See, don't try this at home, kids. I'm a professional. Oh, the rotten tomatoes, smushy stalks of stewed, celery.
Starting point is 00:13:27 Uh-huh. You know, they say that the Mennonites are pretty savvy business folk. They should have set up with it. They should have set up the rotten vegetables concession outside the convention hall. Lee in New York noting, Weak, his supporters must have not seen him, heard him, remembered him, or maybe they think they're witnessing an AI, creation. And despite the issues with Dr. Acton once again, as noted, chucking portions of the queer
Starting point is 00:14:08 community under the bus, I would like for her to win in Ohio. I did some looking around and noticed that in Ohio, well, okay, let me back up and set the stage. uh Kentucky just across the river there from southern Ohio or as Tom in Sunny San Rafael
Starting point is 00:14:41 named them last night Duhaya that was quality that was quality Tom well Kentucky has elected Andy Bashir governor the Commonwealth for two terms
Starting point is 00:14:57 and he's still trying to figure out where the Addison McConnell is because Monday marks the day after which Mitch can finally go to his long home, probably having gone back on or about the 14th or 15th June, special election-wise and whatnot. But at any rate, he's done a good job in the people of Kentucky like him. And you know what he did along the way? didn't throw any portion of the queer community under the bus. He even vetoed hateful maggot bills against trans people.
Starting point is 00:15:46 The problem being that in both Commonwealth of Kentucky and here in West Virginia as well and places like Kansas Stan, the legislature can override a gubernatorial veto with a simple majority vote. kind of makes a veto not worth much. But in the Buckeye state, it takes a supermajority. It takes 60% to override a gubernatorial veto. So assuming that the barking, hooting, grudding, yowling, howling, screaming maggot majority
Starting point is 00:16:40 in the legislature there passed some more anti-trans legislation many of them under the guise of drag queens. And if Dr. Acton vetoed them, if she became governor, then it would become a matter
Starting point is 00:17:02 of just needing you know, 60% of the maggots who comprised the vast majority of the the legislature to override the veto. Now, to be fair, I framed this in terms of anti-trans legislation, but the reality is it's any legislation, because you have to remember that the maggots don't care who they hurt. And so let's say that she became governor, and the maggots passed the great big, oh my heavenly
Starting point is 00:17:43 days, Jebus sure does love him some data centers act of, I don't know, 2027. And let's say Dr. Acton actually vetoed it. Well, all it would take would be 60% of that humongous maggot supermajority and data centers would start cropping up all over Ohio like deadly mushrooms after a warm spring rain. So there's that. Oh, some thank yous. Thank you kindly to an anonymous friend. I hope you know who you are.
Starting point is 00:18:30 And thanks as well to Kevin up in Massachusetts. Thank you. So that means we are now down in terms of fundraising. We're now down to 1350. $1,350 to find our way to the end of July fully funded and bills paid. From Dave in the Blind, is the llama dead? Why is we wait getting a Rama Lama? I know he's a ding-dong, but really, and of course the Hitler youth on the, I mean, the MAGA youth,
Starting point is 00:19:29 shot it down, they weren't... They weren't bearing the little bastard. Do we really give a Rama Lama ding-dong to the maggot equivalent of the Hitler youth? I mean, I hope that will suffice, Dave. And the $25 Haley Joel Osman knows the truth about Moscow Mitch challenge is on the table
Starting point is 00:20:08 courtesy of Ralphs thank you Ralphs why Haley Joel Osmond well think about the early days of
Starting point is 00:20:19 his career just a second let me see if I can get this teed up there it is that's funny um Haley Joel Osmond
Starting point is 00:20:45 I see dead people. And it's an AI image of Haley Joel Osmond from the film. There's Addison and his photoshopped red checkid shirt. Yeah,
Starting point is 00:21:01 that's a dandy ralps. And so anybody with 25 bucks, it gets turned into 50. And that in turn takes us down to only $1,300 to go for a bona fide end of
Starting point is 00:21:17 month, Friday on the front porch, Miracle. Thank you, Ralphs. Thank you. Oh, that's good. That's good indeed. Addison's death, Lee, in New York, says, Do you think the turtle's hanging on to not have nitwit-notchon-near speak? I use the term loosely.
Starting point is 00:21:39 How about grunt at the memorial service? I wonder if he would, I wonder if he would want to. I mean, does it really matter? If he were eulogizing Addison, it still wouldn't have anything to do with Addison. It would have nothing to do with anything, but Nitwitnero and his spirochetes in those thin gray settlings just fluttering around and shrieking and howling things at his long since gone. frontotemporal lobe of what was his whatever it was that passed for a brain
Starting point is 00:22:35 and what's that Jeremy? Just for literal shits and giggles. I did not see that, Jeremy, from the Midas Touch News Group. This portrait made entirely of horse manure sold for $1,800 at a local art show on the author's Little Island in Canada, the aptly named piece,
Starting point is 00:23:07 The Dawn of Dung, was created by artist Wendy Chartrand and measures 28 by 22 inches. My goodness gracious, that is a stunningly lifelike rendering, probably the most lifelike of any art I've ever seen. composed of horseshit. Thanks, Jeremy. Thank you. Oh, and did you see that, or have you heard about those remarks by the Hannity job in regard to Miss Lindsay's demise saying,
Starting point is 00:23:59 I'm sure he's in heaven and his... Lindsay's heaven is just like Magaloko. Surrounded by hyperinflated women, downright pneumatic women, who probably all want to have freaky sex with Miss Lindsay. And that's when the Twilight Zone comes in, and Rod Serling appears and says, Submitted for your approval, a man who thinks he has just gone to heaven, but is it really?
Starting point is 00:24:45 Yeah, and that takes us back to the, for a moment. You know, Rand Paul, libertarian ophthalmologist in an attempt to smear Dr. Anthony Fauci, released Fauci's diary. And then it turned out that there were references to Katie, Katie Miller and her husband, hairless Himmler, that actually shows Dr. Fauci being kind and compassionate to Katie when she was pregnant with one of their spawn, and she got the rona, and she was freaking the fuck out. And Dr. Fauci stepped in, reassured her, even consulted with her physicians. and then having thrown all of that into the public consciousness, Rand Paul, libertarian ophthalmologist, pulled it back in,
Starting point is 00:26:06 redacted a bunch of mentions of Katie Miller and her disgusting mayonnaise-mouthed husband, and then put it back into the public. But she did. She relied on Dr. Fauci for medical guidance. In the diary, he wrote, I'm calling Katie frequently to check on her a couple of times per day. She's very anxious about getting very ill since she is ten weeks pregnant.
Starting point is 00:26:40 Tonight, she had an anxiety reaction. I calmed her over the phone. And so despite his fundamental human decency, Katie Miller, once it got out that she had actually relied upon the kindness of Dr. Fauci, began screeching and howling. I understood who he was. I understood how to manage somebody like him. Jesus, what a bunch of monsters.
Starting point is 00:27:18 Over at the Daily Beast, Cameron Adams pointed out that the entries revealed that they were both happy to take help from a maga hate figure. They secretly turned to Anthony Fauci for COVID advice and then demanded the doctor be jailed. Yeah. But guess who else pops up in the Fauci Diaries? Uh-huh. President Obama. Oh, it's quite the scandal sheet, Dr. Fauci's diary.
Starting point is 00:27:59 Back in November 2021, when Trader Tot decided to hawk merch with bullshit claims about Dr. Fauci Dr. Fauci put in his
Starting point is 00:28:23 journal. Obama reassured him, that Trump Jr. is a fucking moron before apologizing for using crude language. Obama, Fauci said, went on to say that Donald Trump was a hopeless idiot who was a pathologic liar.
Starting point is 00:28:40 He was very upset that none of the moderate Republicans were actually speaking out on my behalf and were distancing themselves from all of this terrible, slanderous behavior against me. Dr. Fauci was upset that the moderate Republicans, or rather Obama was upset that the moderate Republicans weren't speaking out. Oh, I remember those bygone days when we said that President Obama desperately needed a secretary of Jesus, Barack! And here we are again. Really? Really, President Obama?
Starting point is 00:29:30 you expected the moderate Republicans to speak up against their orange Jesus? The attacks, by the way, by Trader Tott, Donnie Jr., then precipitated thousands of hateful calls. Mm-hmm, yeah. Eventually, his staff had to stop answering the phone. And he remains under threat, paying for his own security detail which we the people
Starting point is 00:30:12 should be paying for because he and his family are constantly threatened with all manner of violence and even death gee thanks Rand Paul libertarian ophthalmologist
Starting point is 00:30:30 yeah for those of you who are interested Leah in New York serving as our Twilight Zone Horn Ad Hoc Research Committee. Notes that the Twilight Zone episode in question is a nice place to visit. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:57 Was it Sheldon Leonard in that one? Lee? Or was that Vic Taback? I can't remember. It was probably neither one. Yeah. And this, well, this is just downright hilarious
Starting point is 00:31:24 oh goodness me little Marco Rubio and his state department went to a conference in fact he probably should have stayed away in the first place considering the harm he's done but the
Starting point is 00:31:48 international AIDS conference took place in Rio de Janeiro Brazil this week according to a report from the New Republic and the state department Marco
Starting point is 00:32:06 little Marco Rubio's State Department showed up with a map of the African continent in which they had mislabeled every single
Starting point is 00:32:24 country on the continent as Sophie Yeager writes at the New Republic. Nigeria drifted into the Sahara Desert, landlocked and lost. Mozambique was relocated to the eastern horn of Africa, and the Ivory Coast somehow found itself nowhere near a coast. There was also another country that didn't have a name at all. Cameroon, on the other hand,
Starting point is 00:33:03 while listed as being a country, it got no country. And this was all supposed to be highlighting the State Department's new, brand new, International Health Agreements. Mm-hmm. Yeah. It was pointed toward
Starting point is 00:33:32 opportunities for annual program statements, by countries in Africa in whatever now passes for the process of obtaining help with HIV AIDS prevention. You remember when the dodgy boys led by Leon Scum screamed,
Starting point is 00:34:03 oh, there was $50 million for condoms in Gaza. Oblivious to the fact that there's more than one place on the planet named Gaza. And no surprise that the map used by the State Department was, what? That's right. Rendered by Open AI. Yeah. People there at the conference took screenshots of the map because, well, you just want to have a nice little souvenir of the
Starting point is 00:34:41 monumental stupidity of every last aspect of this godforsaken maladministration. And Emily Bass, who's an AIDS expert and a journalist said, the U.S. government's failure to catch this error before displaying the slide at the top international AIDS conference in the world in a session that featured the Director General of Nigeria as an invited guest. Remember, Nigeria became landlocked, got shoved into the Sahara. It's not only disrespectful to African collaborators, it's also a significant tell, as this session made clear in so many ways,
Starting point is 00:35:26 the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Global Health Security and diplomacy is redrawing the map and rewriting history. Well, this is the maggot administration, for heaven's sakes, and they view a world with less Africans in it, fewer Africans in it, millions and millions and millions of fewer Africans in it as a net positive, as long as those Africans are, well, you know, black. White South Africans, however, are under a threat of genocide and are the only people who are being allowed to emigrate to the United States now. Over at the Atlantic Council, Matt Pettit, his brief is geopolitics and AI,
Starting point is 00:36:17 said the map was beyond embarrassing. Whoever created and approved this slide did not know where countries in Africa are and did not care to check their work. Open AI. Give me a map of the countries in Africa. You'd almost think they were using the Google AI that responded to the prompt of Show Me Mother Teresa fighting poverty with six-fingered Mother Teresa doing Kung Fu
Starting point is 00:36:46 kicks at hordes of little starving African children attacking her. Oh, God. What do we got to do to change this shitty timeline?
Starting point is 00:37:09 Do we need to find some DNA of Harambe and try to clone Harambe and maybe that'll set things right? I don't know. And as Ms.
Starting point is 00:37:29 Yeager said, she's an editorial intern at the New Republic. Maybe a map that can't identify a single African country says more about America's AIDS diplomacy than a briefing ever could. Has anybody asked Lil Marco
Starting point is 00:37:47 about his little map? And I mentioned August the 3rd, which will be Monday. and what that means in the Commonwealth of Kentucky Stan. The way, and this is where the law simply cannot keep up with the times. Andy Vashir could probably sue to have the business overturned where the Maggot legislature took away his right to appoint a successor to a vacancy in the Senate.
Starting point is 00:38:37 it wasn't a ridiculous thing. I mean, most governors have that power. They have to replace party with party, of course. But the whole purpose of it is to make sure that the people of the state still have representation. Right now, for all intents and purposes, Kentucky does not have two senators. but they passed the law and I guess maybe the thinking is that the courts do not offer advisory opinions
Starting point is 00:39:25 although one would think a declaratory judgment might have been in order because the business about replacing or filling a vacancy until the new senator was chosen that's actually in the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Constitution. And you can't necessarily override a state or Commonwealth's Constitution with a law. You kind of have to sort of amend the Constitution, but nonetheless, it didn't happen. and so August 3rd August 3rd
Starting point is 00:40:21 with the coming midterms on November 3rd August 3rd becomes the drop dead date for either a special election or under
Starting point is 00:40:42 Kentucky's actual constitution and appointment and it's actually in the Kentucky Constitution it says if there are more than three months between a vacancy and election, then a special election has to be called. But if it opens up three months, less than three months till the election,
Starting point is 00:41:08 there's no special election. And the less than three months date happens on August the 4th, Tuesday. Then, there's the notice requirement going to the sheriff of every county in the Commonwealth, and that has to happen at least 56 days before the election, and then the high sheriff has to provide notice at least 49 days before the day of the election. That sets another drop-dead date at September the 8th. And, well, once they get past August 3rd,
Starting point is 00:42:23 you can start making plans for how you'll mark the funeral of Addison, Mitch, McCommel. Unintended pun! Oh, do you really think it was, Lee? You referred to August 4th as the drop-dead date. Yes, it is. Give a puny Ramalama Ding-Dong. Again, don't try this. at home. From Jeremy, but but, but, uh, how do you
Starting point is 00:43:08 so badly fuck up Nigeria? I mean, come on, we made a movie about Nigerian piracy, L.O.L. hint, it wasn't sand pirates. We're all screwed. You know, annually, I forget which organization does it, but maybe it's the National Geographic
Starting point is 00:43:26 Society, or maybe they don't do it anymore. They used to release annually a scorecard on geographic literacy. And without fail, the United States would be somewhere in the cellar. But that was just a general reflection of the populace.
Starting point is 00:43:52 Now it appears to be official governmental policy. Good Lord. Oh, thank you, Steve, for your challenge from last night. That just got came in. Thank you so much. Hope we can hear from you on the front porch here in a stant few minutes.
Starting point is 00:44:48 What else? What do you mean, Randy Radar? I thought nothing was certain except death and taxes. Matt in San Francisco writing McConnell, wasn't Mitch heavily involved in the changing of the law regarding senatorial
Starting point is 00:45:12 replacements in Kentucky? I seem to remember a story about that a few years back. I wouldn't be at all surprised. It's probably part of the long game, the name of his memoir. And a little bit of good news from the, gee, I hope it doesn't hurt too little department. A new report out by the New York Times from today says that the right-wing media megaphone is falling
Starting point is 00:46:02 apart. I know. It's too early to start planning the party or anything. but the article in the Times says that notes, among others, little Benny Johnson, who remember Ashley St. Clair told Don Lemon is so far deep in the closet that he's riding a lion through Narnia. He has hemorrhaged millions of YouTube subscribers and views. since he peaked out when nitwit Nero was re-elected.
Starting point is 00:46:50 Dan Bon Jono on the Magogo's live stream bunch is Cloven in Twain. And, ah, how the mighty are fallen. Little Benny Dry Wife Shapiro. But she's really dry now that the money's drying up. he's gone from 27 million weekly views in 2024 he's the only broadcaster who can make Mickey Mouse sound like James Earl Jones
Starting point is 00:47:34 he's gone from 27 million weekly views to four million meanwhile this plucky little plucky little broadcast We're still chasing our millionth download over at Podbean. And we'll get there in a few months. I think I can.
Starting point is 00:48:03 I think we can. I think we can. And Little Benny's Daily Wire, their web traffic is, again, cloven in twain, down by half. Even little Nazi Nick Fuentes. the guy who says, fellas, it's gay to have sex with a woman. And says that any man who masturbates is gay because he's touching a penis
Starting point is 00:48:45 and touching penises is gay. Just a reminder of who these freaks are. He's fallen off a cliff too. Too bad nobody dropped an anvil after that. But the Times quotes him to say, It seems that everyone in this space is experienced a drop-off in views from 2025. Could he? The article goes on to note, though, however, that Little Candio is not experiencing the same sort of losses.
Starting point is 00:49:31 Because she has weaponized and monetized the murder of Charlie Kirk, saying, among other things, that it was our partners in peace, Israel, what done it. And because she's got a sort of a tabloid vibe going for her, attacking, for instance, the first lady of La Belle France, Madame Macron, she's a man, baby. Yeah. She'll eventually get her comeuppance when the lawsuit in Delaware is finally tried to a jury. And then that may very well be the end of Candio, too. among other things, the Macrons
Starting point is 00:50:25 might very well study the strategy of the lawyers who went after Alex Jones over Sandy Hook. And of course, the war with Iran has split
Starting point is 00:50:51 the maggots pretty handily, which also plays into the Nazi side, is it a side or is it just the maggot party? The Nazis who hate all Jewish people and equate Israel with all Jewish people. We know that's bullshit. We know it's not true.
Starting point is 00:51:19 But nonetheless, it has done grievous harm to nitwit Nero's base. One guy, Ryan Broderick, spoken to by the times, runs a newsletter called Garbage Day. and he analyzes online culture, said for the times, a lot of the propaganda that they're pushing out just isn't really connecting the way it would have even three or four years ago. And that loops back, that loops back to We Wake Ramalam a ding-dong, getting booed off the stage. Last night in Cleveland, Ohio.
Starting point is 00:52:09 Ahaya. Sorry, I can't resist. I'll quit that one of these days. Cleveland rocks. Ooh, food porn. It's been too long since I had a corned beef sandwich from Slymans in Cleveland. Damn things are half a foot tall. And the bread is just thin.
Starting point is 00:52:29 It's the thinnest dry bread you've ever seen. The mustard is heavenly. Uh-huh. But like I said, gee, I hope it doesn't hurt too little. Maybe, maybe it'll get bad. enough that, you know, a little Benny Drywife's broadcast partner, Matt Dysphoria Beard Walsh, will eventually, hmm, come out. Oh, okay, I understand better now.
Starting point is 00:53:06 Randy Radar said, I thought that nothing was certain except death in taxes. Well, Senator McConnell, Randy says, appears to have evaded the death part, although artificially. Yeah, he really hasn't. Always remember. being in the hospital includes being in the hospital morgue and something makes me think his rehab facility exists only inside a server room of some godforsaken AI because look
Starting point is 00:53:47 as I've noted before Andy Bashir is a good governor he's been twice elected by the people of the Commonwealth of Kentucky even though he's a Democrat and if he got any sort of real proof of life from Moscow Mitch McConnell, I feel confident that he would put the information out there. Just if nothing else as part of his duty, his oath sworn duty to the people of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. But we don't have any such thing.
Starting point is 00:54:36 You reckon if he is alive, that's the only noise that might be. Moscow Mitch can make. Yeah. No, no. Oh, and I mentioned the Jebus Loves data centers
Starting point is 00:55:00 in Ohio Act of 27, a hypothetical bill that the maggots might introduce there with or without their governor being Weweck, Rimalama Ding Dong.
Starting point is 00:55:17 Enter Kevin Hassett. Director of the National Economic Council, speaking on Fox News, Fox Business, Fox Business, declaring that, well, the American people just love them some data center. Here we go. God, this is, he's a dumb, dumb. because it's local officials, local selectmen and mayors and so on, that are negotiating these deals. And they've been negotiating the deals pretty generously in the sense that they've been happening all over the place because the data centers are very good for towns because it creates so many jobs,
Starting point is 00:56:27 bring people in with high incomes that could buy houses and stuff like that. And so if you take a sleepy town that hasn't really seen much in the last 20, 30 years and put a data center there, then they're going to be a whole bunch of happy residents of that town. Yeah. It's the oldest con in the world. I've been talking about it since 2004. Jobs, jobs, jobs. I'll tell you what, all we got to do is let this mountain top removal permit come in,
Starting point is 00:56:58 and it's going to create 500 jobs. I mean, it's going to be amazing when this mountain top removal permit starts working, and it's going to provide 5,000 jobs, and then there's going to be all them jobs supporting all them 50,000 mining jobs. There's going to be people working at the delisies of making bologna sandwiches for the hardworking. Five million miners' lunches. Data centers don't provide, make jobs. I mean, you get some temporary construction jobs,
Starting point is 00:57:33 but nobody knows better than the construction trades, the building trades, how temporary that work is. I mean, maybe that's the origin of the term journeyman, a crafts person who goes from job to job to job, who journeys from one job to the next. Good God. Yeah, Kevin Hassett, super genius. But he doesn't have to actually know anything. just have to show up on Fox business and tell whatever the lie of the day is.
Starting point is 00:58:28 And never mind all the data that shows how dangerous data centers are for people who have to live near them. No, they're not quiet. No, they're not nice. No, they're not non-polluting. As I've said before, here in West Virginia, we know a right smart amount about extractive industries. and we can spot one when they pop up. And data centers are just another form of extraction. But keep at it, Kevin Hassett.
Starting point is 00:59:15 White House correspondent for the New York Times, Katie Rogers over on what used to be Twitter, said, the people who disrupted the president's event in Michigan the other day seemed pretty unhappy about them, data centers. or Nancy Levine Stearns, who said, Hasett's hometown is Greenfield, Massachusetts. He should ask the people of Greenfield if they want a data center. And then moving more toward the visual Sunday Divine said over on former Twitter,
Starting point is 00:59:58 nothing revitalizes a sleepy town like 900 acres of humming boxes and three employees named Kyle. No slur intended to people named Kyle. But it's true. I mean, Jesus. Leon Stone is, in fact, being sued in Memphis for the massive amounts of air pollution being generated by the data center
Starting point is 01:00:32 that he dropped smack dab in the middle of a historically black community there on the banks of the Mississippi River. Nobody likes it except perhaps Leon Scum. And then, well, there's the matter of, and we talked about this a day or so ago, Juice Box Janine's prosecution of the reflecting pool terrorist. Earlier today. the DOJ had to slink into court and move to dismiss their charges against David Davy Hearn, an Olympic canoeist,
Starting point is 01:01:48 that they said had terroristically destroyed the reflecting pole. This after, of course, everybody saw the nitwit Niro's motorcade driving across the a freshly installed liner that was negligently installed in the first place. And so in a court filing, the DOJ petty foggers had to confess to the court that all the damage was done as a result of a bad installation by the contractor, who was selected, of course, personally and by hand, and by hand, I mean by graft, by their orange daddy. The DOJ then trying to pass the buck said,
Starting point is 01:02:49 We have new information showing that the damage was the result of a botched installation and not vandalism as initially represented by the Department of the Interior. It's their fault! Yeah, it's Doug Bergum's fault. That's who gave the bad information to Winebox, Janine. Remember how she barked and grunted and howled and shrieked that we're going to get this desperate terrorist who hate has Trump's derangement syndrome? And he wanted to destroy the reflecting pool because he hates Donald Trump. And we're going to put him away forever.
Starting point is 01:03:41 see. Or Nett went Nero talking about the it was like a 300 foot gash I mean it was terrible it was a 350 foot gash it was the worst 400 foot gash you ever saw
Starting point is 01:03:59 but there was no gash so now one hopes that Davy Hearn will not go gently into that good night but instead we'll hire a really good mean litigator
Starting point is 01:04:19 to sue nitwit Nero and his filthy fascist idiotic maladministration for the hell and damnation that they put him through on a charge that they knew was bullshit
Starting point is 01:04:39 from jump but good for you, Davy Hearn, good for you. His lawyers said it would be bullshit and dismissed and well, Well, it was. Randy Radar says the data centers are now being built with closed loop water systems. Water still has to come from somewhere, and more importantly, so too.
Starting point is 01:05:17 Does the electricity. How in hell does that guy get an immediate trial, Randy asked. The case was not tried. It was bounced because the DOJ had to walk in and say, your honor we got nothing we kind of made it all up because daddy made us yeah
Starting point is 01:05:53 and from Matt in San Francisco billboards AI billboards here's a bigger slice of the billboards lining the freeway that cuts through San Francisco take a look and you tell me what and who they're advertising to the AI money is strong Matt had shared one of these with us earlier
Starting point is 01:06:27 let's see what we've got here Salesforce from pitch to pipeline FIFA World Cup 26 scores with sales force I got no idea on that one but it shows I guess some people guys chasing a soccer ball
Starting point is 01:06:55 or what Canva the thing that makes anything a thing showing a a clawed creature, I guess a squirrel maybe, squirrel claws holding up a cell phone that has the Canva app on it and the tagline says the nut knows.
Starting point is 01:07:33 Matt, if you actually have any clues, I'd appreciate the answer sheet following this email. Codex and a picture of a woman. sitting in a chair with her feet up on the chair with her, staring at a couple of screens, a tablet and, I guess, a desktop, and a blurred out golden retriever? I'm all for the golden retrievers.
Starting point is 01:08:02 Speaking of which, I saw something. Anytime I go out, I'm thinking about the golden one. I love him so much. and lo and behold and they're not I checked the ingredients label they're not bad or anything they're not bad for
Starting point is 01:08:22 puppies or doggies but you remember the chips of hoy chocolate chip cookies I'm not talking about the gooey squeezeably soft ones of later generations I'm talking about the ones that were harder than a
Starting point is 01:08:37 granite countertop from my youth Well, I found some doggy, don't send emails telling me about dogs and chocolates. I know. But I found some doggy chocolate chip cookies yesterday when I went down to the settlements for pharmaceuticals. And the golden one, he had to have them. I knew he had to have them. And no, they don't have chocolate.
Starting point is 01:09:12 chocolate chips in them. They have carib chips which are absolutely safe for wonderful, beautiful, lively, intelligent, delightful, sweet, loving, goldens like the golden one, and other dogs too. If you haven't seen them yet, Matt, I'll bet Ferdinand and Amelda would adore them. And he was so happy. We keep a can of whipped cream in the fridge, so he He can have pup cups every now and then. And so just to mollify him because we had to leave the house and be gone for a few minutes. He gets very sad when he's alone. And so when we came back in the door, he ran excitedly to us.
Starting point is 01:10:02 And I explained to him that the only reason when he went out was we had to get him a new treat. So I got one of the carib chip puppy treats out. and hit it with the whipped cream. And, oh, that was a, he was a very, very, very happy golden boy. Another billboard from Framer ship sights with enterprise needs at startup speeds. I mean, does it, I guess my question, Matt, is, is there a segment of the tech population of San Francisco? that goes, oh yeah, I know who Framer is, who aren't, you know, necessarily Framer employees.
Starting point is 01:10:52 A global business account built for growth. It's what plants crave. Stripe Treasury. And curiously, but a lot of these billboards are by Clear Channel. Off AUTH for agents, work OS. Who knows? madness Matt adds
Starting point is 01:11:24 palate cleanser I have no idea of what any of the billboards mean my guess is you have to work in the AI field to even know what a company spends that much money to put it on a billboard and king and queen below that would be
Starting point is 01:11:38 King Ferdinand and Queen of Milda oh they're so sweet I love seeing Ferdinand and Milda Ferdinand is so regal and Imilda is so, so elegant and both smiling. Oh, yeah, that's precious.
Starting point is 01:12:02 I'm telling you, those carav chip cookies are a real big hit. There's not a lot of sugar in them. The protein, the guaranteed analysis is on the back and everything. And from Daryl in Houston, subject line, this is going to be good. AI chuds I'm far Darrell says I'm far too busy at work to join in the old holler tree but I can listen in the background
Starting point is 01:12:33 Question for possible discussion Isn't the idiot idea being promoted by the AI chuds That AI will soon make everyone so rich That we will not need any government social assistance Just a fantasy of return to the slave economy With AI as the slaves Did not the slave economy only benefit the slave owner? not the population in general?
Starting point is 01:12:55 Will the AI robots benefit only the AI chuds and not the general populace also? Just saying, oh, that is good fodder for the conversation. It seems that way. And I learned a new word today or a new name. We talked in the past about this philosophical dude bro who has inspired the... admiration and adulation of tech bros like Peter Thiel and Leon Scum and Jimmy Dick Bowman or whatever his name is, the J.D. Egg or, you know. And there's a guy even further up the pyramid who's an absolute nut case. I mean, you know, put him in a room with very soft padded walls and,
Starting point is 01:13:57 a straight jacket and maybe give him a purple crayon to write on the walls with with his toes. He envisions an eventual, and by the way, graduated from Stanford, et cetera. It appears that in many ways Stanford is now doing as much harm via the tech bros as Harvard has done with the biz bros. Oh, why can't I remember his name? but there's a book out now it's stuck in my head for a while and now it's gotten loose and run off again but he envisions a sort of civil war in the future because all of these
Starting point is 01:14:55 neo-maxy zoom dweeby self-important tech bros get around to a civil war and the tech bros are going to be they're all going to wear gray t-shirts and they're going to be big friends and throw parties for the police. Their gray t-shirts are going to have corporate tech bro logos on them.
Starting point is 01:15:23 Oh God, it just makes my brain hurt. Thinking it. And then they're going to have gray pride parades. And everybody who isn't a gray will have to wear blue t-shirts. And they won't be able to go places in the city where the grays can go.
Starting point is 01:15:48 You heard me right. Gray pride. Yeah. If anybody wants to find this, Bajwali? He just goes by his first name. Bajwali, I think. Maybe somebody can,
Starting point is 01:16:20 somebody who wants to, can check it out via the in service of the Horn Ad Hoc tech bro thought leader department uh...
Starting point is 01:16:38 Dave Hearn's legal expenses Frank asked who pays for Dave Hearn's legal fees well that's why he's going to have that's why he's going to go back to court because nitwit Nero will have to pay for them by that I mean this
Starting point is 01:16:52 government this this this statocracy anyway uh... we're a few minutes into the second hour of the program. Let's go over to the old holler tree that we sublet from the
Starting point is 01:17:07 Keebler elves and get our front porch started. It worked. Hey, guys. Hey, how are you? I'm good. Hey, Steve. What you doing, you, sexy biotch? Oh, just hanging out here, just being beautiful. I'm doing the show and painting my toenails.
Starting point is 01:17:27 You know, you do a nice thing for a guy, and he hijacks your spot. It's like he's been waiting for 30 minutes or something. It's horrible. I feel, I'm so sorry, Jeremy. I ache for you. My heart, it does. Pravity. It's almost as bad as not knowing Nigeria falls in the African continent.
Starting point is 01:17:48 Why, it's up in the Sahara Desert. Oh, Jesus. Yeah. Actually, I wish I could say that I thought that was embarrassing. But, you know, why should I be surprised? are you? No, that's the point. Either my mind, but the point is, it's still,
Starting point is 01:18:12 it hurts to be an American a lot of days, unfortunately, at this point. I really am. Yeah. Well, I wanted to talk a little bit about Ramoswamy, whatever his name is, Shamalama Ding Dong. Yeah, Weeak, Ramalama Ding Dong. Yeah, Ram Lama Ding Dong. I think, I'll tell you what,
Starting point is 01:18:33 I think that race is, I think she's actually, actually going to win by five to seven points at least. Well, I hope she does. And the reason I say that, I suspect polling in that state with him, you got people who are embarrassed to tell pollsters how they're really going to vote because they don't want to be perceived as being racist. Well, I wonder how much a kitchen table issue, and I view data centers as a kitchen table issue, Steve. Very true. And I don't think, I think, okay, we come back to that conundrum.
Starting point is 01:19:15 Not all maggots are fire-breathing weirdo maggots. There are people who have just had their minds poisoned over the years by outlets like Fox News TV Radio Rwanda. Perfectly normal, ordinary, everyday people that you would never, if you, well, I mean, seven out of ten here in West Virginia. Trump voters. But I know people who are Trump voters here, and they're not horrible people. I mean, they're just not, but they were propagandized
Starting point is 01:19:54 to the point where Kamala, Joe Biden, Barack Obama, the devil. But I'm getting and maybe this is me whistling past graveyards, but I'm getting a sense that, for instance, the data center issue is transcending political lines. Nobody wants them. Everybody pays a power bill and nobody wants to pay the power bills for the data centers.
Starting point is 01:20:32 I'm in West Virginia. I have, if not the highest, one of the highest power rates in the entire United States. States. And here we are generating our electricity from clean, carbon-neutral coal-fried coal. Shouldn't be that way. Coal's cheap, don't you know? But we're also building data, but we're also building data centers. And I can't find anybody around here is like, yeah, data centers are cool, man. Let me ask a question. I'm not terribly well-versed on what data centers are supposed to do and who actually works at a data center?
Starting point is 01:21:10 So number one, what are they supposed to do? Number two, who actually works there? There are people who are wiser than I on this issue. But just to thumbnail it, data centers are vast multi-hundred-acre structures that are just to humongous server rooms because the server capacity it takes to drive AI is vast
Starting point is 01:21:48 and we don't data centers largely power the web index the worldwide web index when you type something in as a prompt or an address finds the address it forwards you sends all that to get us through it but they're also
Starting point is 01:22:05 largely used for all these AI videos you're seeing to fake stuff. That's what is being really used for. But I mean, Google in itself has a data center, control its search domain. But the ones that are bad ones, the ones are the ones making the videos and some of the gaming technology, all the stuff that's driven artificially is what's a real problem right now. Well, yeah, and the other thing that has to be borne in mind is that, yeah, I don't know if y'all are seeing this, but I am. I haven't found a way to opt out of AI on my search queries, say in a browser on my phone.
Starting point is 01:22:52 And I notice it most on my phone when I'm using my cell phone internet like out and about, a search that used to return results in a matter of a second or so. Sorry, sneeze. Now it'll sit there and think for three, four, five, six, eight, ten seconds. And I know that sounds like a real first world problem. But it'll have to, before it can generate the default AI answer to my question, at which point I just X out of it and go and see what kind of search results I got.
Starting point is 01:23:40 Now maybe I'm just being a cranky boomer who doesn't know how computers work. I used to kind of know. No, data centers are also driving, and Rob is not wrong. Like Google searches now are multiple different searches. When you type something in, it almost is if you're in a chat with somebody.
Starting point is 01:24:03 It'll respond with the general you know, whatever text for what it is, and it will say, tell me more. That's what the data centers are powering. That secondary kind of thing, it looks like a person talking to you. You say, oh, I'm looking for a blue toy, and a be more specific, and it'll tell you. Because I might not use it for certain things. I mean, data centers are being used to power all the Alexa. That's all AI data center driven.
Starting point is 01:24:27 It's all that is. And as to your second question, who works there? Well, it's like that one tweet earlier said three or four guys named Kyle. So they're not job generators? Oh, fuck, no. Now, to be fair, these buildings are huge, Steve. They're ginormous. And, you know, they'll cover 500 acres.
Starting point is 01:25:02 I mean, imagine 500 acres of prime, rich, wonderful Midwestern farmland there in your home state. well, you can't grow anything on them once they've got a ginormous data center sitting on them. And that, the construction, generates work. But as I said earlier, all construction jobs are definitionally temporary jobs. So, you know, if you get a data center job, maybe you've got work for a year. or a few months but then you have to go and get the next job and that's why you're a member of the union
Starting point is 01:25:47 because they work on making sure that you keep working and I wouldn't be shocked if most data centers are manned from home stations not the actual building miles away by someone with the computer looking at thermostat and stuff you're staying cool no one near the building some of them are but some people
Starting point is 01:26:05 have to be in the building and physically present with the machines like if a server go and these are I don't know I wish I wish Micah was with us this evening she could be so helpful on this I'm assuming
Starting point is 01:26:22 at this point the technology has advanced to the place where servers are just plug and play so someone they haven't quite worked out the matrix yet to where the robot goes down the row identifies the machine extracts it
Starting point is 01:26:38 and puts the new one in place that still has to be physically done. So I guess you'd say that a data center has a small handful of, what, technical custodial staff? How are these different than, like, say, a server farm, just a massive server farm, or is that what they are? I mean, they kind of are, but the difference is in the word you used. massive again 500 acres a thousand acres i mean i know growing up in ohia you're bound to have seen them a thousand acres of corn corn as far as the eye can see i have seen i have seen myself physically but i've seen videos of people with decibel devices to see how loud they are and from as much as
Starting point is 01:27:39 half a mile away, they're getting decibel levels from these server firms queued to being in a rock concert next to the speakers from a half mile away. Yeah, and it's a sort of maddening, ambient drone that you can't get away from. Mm-hmm. I mean, have you ever heard a transformer humming, like, near your house? Yeah. Well, yeah, imagine that multiplied by a million.
Starting point is 01:28:12 It'll drive you bananas. Yeah, I can imagine. I don't know. I just, and I can't imagine that it's hard for me to imagine how big these things are and to imagine that they're actually necessary. But I guess they are. It depends on how you define necessary. Well, necessary to power what they're powering.
Starting point is 01:28:49 But then the question becomes, is what they're powering necessary? No, I know. That's a separate issue. I mean, if you're a tech bro oligarch, they're as necessary as air and water, because they are the key to your wealth generation, the way that coal mines were necessary for the coal bosses or oil wells spraying filth all over creation were necessary to the oil
Starting point is 01:29:22 barons. But are they necessary? We've had the internet the real hardcore nerds go way, way back to the early primitive internet in what, the
Starting point is 01:29:44 late 60s and 70s. But the publicly accessible internet with like comp you serve and aOL. The World Wide Web. Yeah, that's not. Yeah, that's, I mean, we got our first computer in our home in 1995 that connected to the internet. Ning, ding, ding, ding, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:30:12 Yep. and so we had that more or less for a quarter of a century before they began saying oh we got to have these data centers it's only with the rise of these tech bro billionaires that suddenly they've become the sine qua known of our technological future and they've done everything in their power to sell us on the idea, and they're not getting the buy-in now. I mean, I've argued for a while now that the reason, and I think Brother Deacon Asa agrees with me, the reason that they rolled it out as a parlor trick
Starting point is 01:31:03 that would make really goofy pictures was so people would go, oh, that's cool. or, you know, people who actually create AI friends that they chat with? I mean, I think that, and I may catch hell, I think that's kind of pathetic to have an AI friend that will talk dirty with you. I think it's pathetic too. And it encourages the atomization of culture. where people just stay at home and clack away. And the other thing about the AI chatbots is that they are designed to be affirming,
Starting point is 01:31:56 to tell you, oh gosh, that's such a brilliant idea. You know, you know what I think would be cool? Chocolate covered shoelaces. Oh, that's brilliant, says the AI chatbot. We really need to look into that for you. Yeah, pathetic is the only word. But the scary part, the dangerous part, comes along now when AI is, because they're telling us. You know, it's Maya Angelou all over again.
Starting point is 01:32:35 When someone tells you who they are, believe them the first time. And when they say that AI is going to replace the workforce, they mean it. when they say that AI is going to put doctors out of work, they mean it. Because they're under the impression that somehow these large language models who are just literally the scrapings of the Internet, Leon Scum talks about singularity. And in terms of AI, that's the moment when an AI achieves true, self-aware consciousness wakes up, becomes sentient.
Starting point is 01:33:28 And they're trying to push toward that. But as we've seen with the State Department story this evening, little Marco Rubio says, okay, I need a map of the Africa and all the countries on it. All right, boss. And the next thing you know, Nigeria is in the Sahara. Mozambique is on the horn of Africa The Ivory Coast has no coast
Starting point is 01:33:59 Because AI doesn't know It's just a gym crack And by the way Sumon just wrote in Subject line AI Companions Anyone who has a daughter should be terrified of guys who use AI companions I know I am
Starting point is 01:34:22 Don't we have enough in cells already Yes we do and by the way, I'm sorry to do this, but a little update to that really squicky story from last week. I saw a real earlier today of someone talking about, and it wasn't the same story. It wasn't the woman in Houston. It was a different, and they called themselves sharkers. It was a, and this person wasn't in Dollar Tree. She was just walking along, and a creep came up to her.
Starting point is 01:34:54 and I'm sorry. I'm not trying to fulfill Kurt's suggestion from last night and make this sex talk. This is culture talk, not sex. But he came up to her and threw semen on her. Oh, gross. But she actually followed him. She got photographs of him. She identified him.
Starting point is 01:35:20 And then she took the sample and handed and tried to make a report to the cop. And the cop would not take the DNA evidence into his care custody and control. Thanks for helping. And so... Is there a reason that the cop wouldn't? I don't know. Biohazard? Or, you know, maybe...
Starting point is 01:35:55 Maybe... Okay, somebody's got my voice coming back at me. Maybe, you know, these people get so fucking weird about sex and gender. I can't take that. The boys down at the station will never let me hear the end of it. They'll think I'm gay now. That's really scary to think about. I mean, the in-cells are bad enough as they are,
Starting point is 01:36:24 but now they're getting his little AI chatbot buddies to help them get their jollies off. Oh, my God. And it's worse than that. It's... Haley, because I thought when I saw Sumon's note that he was going to say anyone with a daughter should be terrified of guys who use AI companions, because, well, Leon Scum is presently being sued for a large amount of money for the fact that GROC will create AI images of women. naked you know say who i don't know actually st clair she's had it done to her by grok it's part of her lawsuit you know that's one of leon scum's baby mammas but it can happen to anybody anyone should be
Starting point is 01:37:29 noted that's past tense grok not that i'm defending them or elin grok has been modified it no longer will make nude images of actual people color me skeptical because as long as she's as long as you put in prompt parameters that don't identify by name but perhaps identify by body type eye color hair color
Starting point is 01:37:57 I think grok is still pretty perverted and what it seriously you know what I want to get back to I was what what what what I brought up originally remember was
Starting point is 01:38:23 was the thing about Ramaswami yes do you think I'm right in thinking that there is a contingent of people who don't want to say that they're not going to vote for him
Starting point is 01:38:40 out of fear of being labeled racist I think there probably is but what I find interesting is that there's a contingent of people who just outright say I'm not going to vote for him because of who he is. But it has to be balanced against that ever-present MAGA group
Starting point is 01:39:03 who will vote R no matter who they are, as compared to vote blue no matter who. All you've got to do is have they are behind your name. And we will actually have a little social experiment here in West Virginia over that if Elliot Pritt's name has to remain on the name. the November ballot as the Republican nominee for, what is it, District 52? You know, he's resigned his seat. He is presently charged with a federal felony of enticing a child. There was more than enticing done, allegedly. But I would like for him to stay on the ballot,
Starting point is 01:39:48 so we'll find out just how many maggots in that House district will go ahead and pull the lever for an accused pedophile who confessed, by the way, just because he's got an R by his name. Those people exist. I know. That was a significant, even though Doug Jones beat Roy Moore, there was still a significant number of people who voted for Roy Moore regardless. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:40:24 Just because he had the R by his name. And the only reason Doug Jones was elected was because African American women came out and said, by God, I'm voting for Doug Jones, and there happened to be a third party candidate that Republicans who were repulsed by Jones, or repulsed
Starting point is 01:40:44 by Roy Moore, could go and vote for, but still be able to bomb their conscience by saying, well, I didn't vote for no goddamn call me, and to sort of come back around to the data centers, there's going to be another social experiment in Alabama,
Starting point is 01:41:03 because you've got on the one hand, the man who routinely competes for stupidest person in the entire United States Senate, Tommy the Tuber, who's saying, well, by God, just like Kevin Hassett, the clip earlier, data centers bring jobs, and we need jobs, and God loves data centers. Jebus loves data centers, and anybody who doesn't love data centers is a dupe. For the Chinese communists. Who said that? Tommy the Tuber.
Starting point is 01:41:43 God, let me ask you some. The coach. Yeah, the coach. Is that guy really that dumb, or is he just play that dumb? No, he's that dumb. He never would have had the winning seasons he had at Auburn, were it not for his staff. But on the other hand, Doug Jones and his running mate have said, listen, all they said, and frankly, I think this is a moderate position to take,
Starting point is 01:42:14 especially in a place that prides itself on its conservative values, like Alabama, Doug Jones and his running mate said, listen, what we want is a moratorium on these things. Not forever, not a ban. But we need to slow this stuff down until we figure out what's going on, what it's going to do to people's health, well-being, their ability to pay their power bills, their access to clean water and clean air, because there's actually a groundswell of support in Blood Red Alabama,
Starting point is 01:42:50 where cities are putting moratoriums or outright bans on of their own accord. So it kind of goes back to what I said about kitchen table issues. And it would be nice if, as you know, you mentioned Roy. more. It would be nice if there was a nice viable libertarian candidate that the maggots could vote for and say, well, I didn't vote for no
Starting point is 01:43:22 Tommy Doug Jones again but be enough to peel away Tommy the Tuber's support because even the libertarians are saying while they're all free market and stuff, some of the libertarians are saying, yeah,
Starting point is 01:43:42 these data centers may not be a great idea. You know, it's just like I'm sitting you're listening to this. It's like the world is just moving too fast. It's like we're sitting on I feel like I'm sitting on a merry-go-round that's just spinning out of control. And it's just somebody needs to go, you know what?
Starting point is 01:44:10 We need to stop this and just slow this down for a bit. Well, what was the name of that play long, long and long ago? Stop the world. I want to get off. Yeah. I never thought I would be that way, but I am beginning to be that way. Well, the fact that you're concerned about data centers doesn't mean that you're some sort of Luddite.
Starting point is 01:44:37 I'm definitely not. What I think it indicates is that people, not just you, not just me, that people are generally skeptical of the tech pros. And that's why their thought leaders are out there talking about civil wars and having gray pride parades. Tom and Sunny San Rafael said earlier. the grays and the blues? Perhaps they chose gray because butternut would just be too obvious. It's funny how the revolutionaries got, chose Confederate gray, isn't it?
Starting point is 01:45:28 I wish somebody could find this guy's... Charlie Pierce wrote about him over at Esquire Politics. I read it earlier today, but he's kind of tucked away behind a paywall. Who is it? Charlie Pierce writing about a book about these tech bros, but this is a guy who is a thought leader who envisions this technocratic dystopian future where everybody gets in line behind these fascist technocrats because, like so many of these goons, they've declared that,
Starting point is 01:46:11 Well, democracy has failed. I don't like what this is going. I don't either. Where it is. Not just where it's going, but where it is. Hey, I'll be right back. Go ahead and talk with Haley. Haley, feel free to chime in.
Starting point is 01:46:57 I'll be right back, okay? Okay. Okay. I'll just state that we have a rather interesting governor's race here in Arkansas this year, that the Democratic candidate is basically still born and that there is a libertarian which is getting, shall I say, bipartisan support.
Starting point is 01:47:37 You know, Arkansas is not the only place doing it. What is it? Nebraska has something similar going on, where a Democrat bowed out in favor of an instance. independent or libertarian candidate, just in hopes of getting rid of the MAGA idiot? You know, Haley, on a dark note, it's been about six months. Is it about time for another Dugger to be outed for a sexual scandal? I'm sure it'll happen in due time.
Starting point is 01:48:14 I live downstate from all that drama. That's over in northwest Arkansas. So I'm over close about 10 miles from where they call it the Delta. And it's a little different over here, but it still reeks of a lot. You can still, the stench from Duggers still wreaks all the way down here. Are you down close to, what, the Louisiana line? Oh, let me put it this way. I'm around a little over 100 miles from Monroe, Louisiana.
Starting point is 01:48:54 It's not that far. It's about an hour and a half drive to the Louisiana line. But the nearest town, really, to where I live at in Louisiana, is Bastrop. But then Mississippi is not, there's Mississippi separated, of course, by the Mississippi River, so there's no direct road over there directly to my east. So the nearest bridge is at Greenville. So that's about 90 to 100 miles. Okay, I think I have a better idea now.
Starting point is 01:49:40 The sum total of my knowledge of Arkansas is shooting across I-40 to Fort Smith, or else crossing it into West Memphis and jumping on I-55 north into Missouri. Yeah, this is kind of the flower part of Arkansas I live in. There's not much down here, but there's, you know, y'all were talking about data centers earlier, and there's been a lot of opposition to data centers, And even in one of the more red counties here, not far away, we're pretty red here.
Starting point is 01:50:31 For a county that was supposedly Democratic up until a decade or so ago, this is a ruby red county. But anyhow, there is a county, the mine northwest, called Grant County, and there's been lots of opposition to a data center that's trying to get built over there. And then, of course, in Little Rock, there's a proposal for a data center that's being built in a minority neighborhood just outside of Little Rock proper. And there's, of course, all the promises being made. and there's been some back and forth of three of the Corm Court over there. Now, for those who are outside of Arkansas, the Corm Court is basically the county government in the state of Arkansas. And it's like a county supervisor, border directors, city council sort of thing.
Starting point is 01:51:40 because we have a lot our constitution is somewhat archaic a southern constitution archaic color be shocked oh yes it certainly is Roxanne
Starting point is 01:52:00 and Bobby's getting Bobby I'm sorry I'm sorry I got it I've got it just a second ah anyway
Starting point is 01:52:21 I had to get on a helm he's uh bobby the cat is in his stage where he's getting into everything and anything oh of course of course yes he discovered he could jump oh he discovered he could get to the near to the tv which is wall mounted and he discovered that he could look at look at the the screen on the Roku, the screen saver, where they have the little, you know, the little scene where you have the city and everything, and be cars going by. And he'll be looking at the cars and trying to grab at them.
Starting point is 01:53:10 Oh, yeah. I'm not going to lie. When you said Bobby, I really thought you were getting ready to talk about Bobby Jim doll. Then you scream Bobby like, wow, she's really mad at Bobby. Didn't realize he was not named after him. named after Bobby Jindal, but nor the current health secretary. Kind of what inspired me to name him Bobby was kind of one of my former co-workers and also a little bit of a King of the Hill reference.
Starting point is 01:53:49 Bobby, go darn it. Yeah. I can hear that in your voice As you said Bobby, we all heard the father said Bobby, trust me, we all heard Is anybody watching the new season of King of the Hill, by the way? I haven't yet. I don't even watch the channel it's on now. It's on Hulu.
Starting point is 01:54:15 Well, I don't have Hulu. Victoria and I have seen like three episodes. It's pretty good. Here's the real question, Roman. Did you heed my advice last week, or did you put it off? I have thus far put it off because Victoria and I watch things by consensus. And consensus has not been reached relative to Little House on the Prairie. Well, I'm referring for my comments.
Starting point is 01:54:46 They don't need to be sad. Okay, I'll just take your answer for now. But I can tell you, my parents watched it and loved it, so there you go. Okay. I'm slightly older than you, but they loved it. Okay, fair enough. right now she and it's it's it's it's really kind of funny i'm learning what and it's sort of you know where was i well i know where i was i was doing 12 hours a day of show prep or nine
Starting point is 01:55:15 hours a day of show prep and three hours a day of show uh and i never got her so right now i'm experiencing the comedic joys of Big Bang Theory. No, I had never seen a minute of it. And it's delightful. Like I said, it's an updated version. It's still very much sanitized and whitewashed, but they do a little better job of it. But just someday if you're both bored, I promise you, you won't hate it.
Starting point is 01:55:55 Okay. Oh, and we've crossed into the third hour of the program. Ralphs has the Haley Joel Osmond challenge on the table for $25. We're at $13.50 to finish July. And if we could scare up $25, Ralps will happily turn that into $50, and we'll get down to $1,300, which would mean, well, we're not entirely unfunded for this week. if we got down to 1,300, we would be
Starting point is 01:56:35 two-thirds funded for this past Monday. So, fingers crossed, and everything helps. It really does. And I hate flogging this. I really do. But life gets real difficult.
Starting point is 01:56:54 And honestly, I get scared when I don't have enough money to pay my health insurance premium, which is kind of where we are. And I want to go back to a note from Billable Rick a little bit ago. Davy Hearn, the Olympic canoeist. Billable Rick tells us the Olympic Rower has a claim for reasonable attorney fees and expenses
Starting point is 01:57:18 under the Hyde Act for malicious prosecution. And sends me the AI synopsis of a prevailing defendant's rights under the Hyde Amendment or Hyde Act. an action to recover such attorney's fees and causes broad as a motion made in the main criminal case uh... uh... the defendant has to prove the government's position was vexatious frivolous or in bad faith well i think he's got the trifecta there uh... and unlike a civil malicious prosecution lawsuit
Starting point is 01:58:00 that gives broad damages for emotional and reputational harm a successful hide amendment petition is strictly limited to reason attorney's fees and direct litigation expenses. And it applies it exclusively to federal criminal cases. Actually, I think this was billable. I think this was brought in D.C., whatever the D.C. Circuit Court is. I don't think it's a federal court per se, but there may be some weird hybridization that comes with the fact that, you know, D.C.
Starting point is 01:58:37 but DC does have home rule, so bottom line, I hope Davy Hearn, Susan, until Janine really does have to go to wine, to you know, box wine. Hey, thank you, Clarence,
Starting point is 01:59:03 you're awesome, thank you so much. So, we're down to $1,300 to go. Another hundred, and we're fully funded for this past Monday. Thank you, Clarence. Thank you so, so much. We all appreciate it. And thank you, Ralph, for the Haley Joel Osmond.
Starting point is 01:59:21 I see dead people, Mitch McConnell, challenge. I mean, when this whole saga about Mitch McConnell first started, I mean, who would have thought that Lindsey Graham would have jumped ahead in the line? Line jumper! Not that I'm particularly sad about it. Oh, and speaking of Graham's, in this case, Graham-Hifin Nordone, Lindsay's Cesta, Darlene, well, she's, as noted, she has dumped the Nordone, she's dumped her husband's name, and now she's just sent it to Graham again.
Starting point is 02:00:22 No confirmation hearing for, you know, Todd Blanchie. Because, well, somehow or another Tom Tillis and jilted John Cornholio can't be brought around. Oh, and this is interesting. Just a little bit of go over on MS. Now on Nicole Wallace's show. She debuted a supercut of maggots who are no longer. in love with nitwit Nero. But Tucker Carlson's, who's one of the most radical. But I do want to show you some of the contortions that Trump has forced some of his most rabid followers to make, in their own words, starting with Alex Jones.
Starting point is 02:01:28 We've got to support Trump or civilization will collapse. Those are quotes. And it's true. I'm calling for it right now. 25th Amendment, impeachment, whatever. needs to happen to get this front and center to get control of our country. I've been very open to the fact that I will be supporting Trump. I'm completely embarrassed that I supported Trump in the past because of, you know,
Starting point is 02:01:51 the fact that he completely flipped on his entire base. I wish you the best of luck. Thank you very much. I'm behind here. I never even wanted Trump to win until he was the only got to vote for. Did Trump is a fucking man? You guys ever meet Trump? You talked to him?
Starting point is 02:02:02 No, you meet him and he's actually a solid fucking guy. When you're at a Trump rally, you're like, oh, I could definitely see how Hitler happened. Like, I'm not even, I'm not. fucking joking. And Rick, all those folks have lots of problems in terms of messengers. But this is, what did Trump do during the eclipse? Like, stared at the sun. This is sort of like staring at the sun.
Starting point is 02:02:26 It's important to see how he brought along so many young, disaffected men. And it was through a lot of those content creators and messengers. And to a person, none of them has moved toward him. right there isn't like a second reel that we're not showing you of trump people who are more excited about him than they were before they've all turned away from him your thoughts well nicole some of it is the proverbial rats deserting the sinking ship but they're deserting the ship for different reasons i mean all all of the folks we just saw uh feel betrayed by rats fleeing a sinking ship yeah god i hope it doesn't hurt too little
Starting point is 02:03:17 But the next question that follows from that is, of course, to whose star will they affix themselves next? Is it going to be the JD Egg? Nobody likes him. Marco Rubio? Nah, there's no Riz there. Oh, see how hip I am? I just used Riz in a sentence. I really do wonder who's now.
Starting point is 02:03:51 I wonder, you know, I wonder if it's traitor tot. I don't see how it can be whiskey Pete Kegbreath now. He's a walking joke. What do you all think? Raphaelito Eduardo Cruz, the Anointed Bougar-Eaten Future King of America? I think his son has set. Yeah, he had his time about a decade ago and just couldn't. Couldn't squeeze it out.
Starting point is 02:04:35 Yeah, no. Okay, they're in Arkansas. Tom Bobble-throated Cotton has always had that... Cassius has a lean and hungry look about him. Could he jump out there and become Mr. Maggot? Well, he's got the potential to. He's popular with that... crowd, but it's hard to say.
Starting point is 02:05:13 Just because you're popular, just because you have a following in the Senate doesn't mean that will translate, of course, to presidential timber. Okay, outside the Senate, it ain't Mullah Moses Mike Johnson. That's for damn sure. I just, are they totally bereft? Because, see, they rebrand themselves. Every time the country elects one of these shitheads and comes to regret it, the Republicans start yelling, Oh, well, he wasn't really a true conservative after all.
Starting point is 02:06:01 Anybody remember them saying that about W? The Republicans were glad to have W gone by 2008. And for example, he wasn't a true conservative. Oh, John McCain's a troop. No, of course, we still have to worry about the viability of the elections themselves. And speaking of which, our, the, speaking of elections, and there was some petitions put forth by voters, including myself, and signed, that would rain in some of the excesses of some of the recent laws passed in Arkansas about constitutional amendments.
Starting point is 02:07:10 Well, our state, Secretary of State, no, really, that's his name, Jester, decided that on a technicality, All of the signatures were done illegally. All of them? That's what he determined. So he just shit-kanned the entire process. And on one measure had over 100,000 signatures. And they're all invalid.
Starting point is 02:08:13 Every one of them. He just said, it was done illegally. they were those those petitions were done one little small technicality and he just sent everything is like Nolan void and it was over Sarah's educational plan it was supposed to one one one of the petitions was to require that a valid Voucher academies, I mean private schools were held to the same academic standards. Huh? I see what you did there.
Starting point is 02:09:02 I see what you did there. What did I do? Voucher Academy. Voucher Academies. That's what the fuck they are, Voucher Academies. That's what they are. Voucher academies. In fact, we've got one here in this little town I live close to, was sprung up by one of the local churches.
Starting point is 02:09:28 There was not a private school here till just about a year ago. Geez. It's, well, August and then Labor Day in September. Hell, November will be here before we know it. And the question becomes, will we have free and fair elections? And it's just so damned upsetting to think that we're there. Oh, and thank you. Thank you, Trevor.
Starting point is 02:10:18 Thank you, Trevor for jumping in. are now down to 1280 to go to finish July fully funded that thank you so much for that
Starting point is 02:10:29 and let's see with what another 180 were fully funded for last Monday and 280 gets us 281 gets us below
Starting point is 02:10:47 the thousand dollar deficit we started July on a miracle. We ended June on a miracle, started July on another miracle. Maybe in the remaining time of this program we can scare up another one.
Starting point is 02:11:03 This isn't interesting. Okay, so thoughts on this. Last, was it this week that I mentioned it or was it last? Laura Looney went to Ukraine
Starting point is 02:11:22 lived through a Russian attack. In the last couple of days or so, Russia has mounted another just raining hell from the skies. And by the way, they've upped into Poland a couple of times, and this jibes with something I read a while back that they won't be oopsies,
Starting point is 02:11:46 that Poudi will successively ramp up incursions into Polish airspace and Polish ground to test the resolve of NATO and see if NATO will push back well they hit among other places Leviv
Starting point is 02:12:10 but Laura Loney lived through one of those attacks came home and immediately apologized and I'm skeptical of her. Come on. I was born at night, not last night. But came home and apologized for all the pro-Putin propaganda that she'd spewed over the years. And it felt like it could be a bit of a sea change. Then yesterday she threw a hissie on social media saying that she was invited by, somebody at Fox to do a podcast with her in which she would talk about her trip to Ukraine
Starting point is 02:13:07 and talk about how presumably how vicious the Russian assault on Ukraine is. And she said, I was just supposed to record a podcast episode with a Fox News host who invited me on their podcast to discuss my reporting in Ukraine. I was supposed to record it 4 p.m. Eastern Time. But then they canceled me on 20 minutes canceled on me 20 minutes before our interview
Starting point is 02:13:35 because Fox News Management said they can't have me on. And then speaking of the CEO of Fox, Suzanne Scott, she said, what a miserable bitch. And then said she's been, I've been on this blacklist since 2017 when Pete Hakesheth and Judge Janine
Starting point is 02:13:54 worked for Fox News and tried to have me on. Suzanne Scott, a liberal, told them they couldn't have me on and would be reprimanded if they interacted with me on X. I'm told she allegedly directed the
Starting point is 02:14:07 entire network not to cover my trip to Ukraine. Is anybody buying the notion
Starting point is 02:14:16 that the CEO of Fox is a liberal? I mean anybody? One minute you think
Starting point is 02:14:28 ooh maybe this represents a something and then she turns around and
Starting point is 02:14:36 starts calling people bitches and liberals and ha It sounds like to me the MAGA coalition is starting to fracture, and it just can't do so soon enough.
Starting point is 02:14:56 Well, if there's any thing to be said for it, I did note, even as Nittwit Nero was being inaugurated for this second term, that it is a long and painful process, and many people have to suffer. But eventually fascism always concerned, assumes itself, always, always. The question is how many people are going to have to suffer that we're not a part of it, but we're subject to its, you know, draconian and evil policies. And it's, it's the Midwest and the South there are two great examples of that right now.
Starting point is 02:15:50 Well, and that's the thing, though, Haley, and you and you and I, you and I both being Southern, political philosophies don't pay your bills. Being MAGA doesn't cover your electricity bill, and it won't put food on your table. And how much suffering have we seen from MAGA farmers? I mean, political philosophies can save you. God alone knows how many people are alive today because their grandmas and great-grandmas and great-grandpies,
Starting point is 02:16:32 and great-grandpas didn't starve to death in the Great Depression because specifically of FDR and his New Deal Democrats and his New Deal policies. But for just a vicious and hateful politics like MAGA, in the end it doesn't do anything for anyone except advance and aggrandize, the avarice and the everses and the ego. of the dear leader. And that's it. But it is part of, unfortunately, it's part of a lot of the southern tradition of, which goes back,
Starting point is 02:17:17 you know, to the time of George Wallace. And then before that, I mean, there's always been a punching down and it's for a part of the population, you know, if you can punch down on your,
Starting point is 02:17:32 on your, on your, on your peers, that are different from you, then that, you know, that makes you feel better, and it may not pay your bills,
Starting point is 02:17:42 but it's, it's just, it's just one of those things that, and it's not just a southern thing. I mean, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, is, is everywhere. I mean, it, it, but it's frustrating because, um,
Starting point is 02:18:03 a lot of people who would, be reasonable who are not just mouth breathers, but then they got hung up on certain policies that, you know, MAGA and the conservatives and the Republicans
Starting point is 02:18:18 push. And, you know, they might would vote, say, in Arkansas might vote for Halley Schaffner, but no. Well, Hallie Hallie's a pro-abortion or she was with a group that was marching with the transes down in Belize one time.
Starting point is 02:18:45 That's the kind of thing that some people are just swayed, are so swayed by propaganda. And it seems like it always works the best in the South, because of course racism. Oh, and Jeremy had to go away, and I had a question for him. I have it. You know, Roger was at the fair last weekend, and I was hoping to hear from him this evening, and I just wanted to check in and see if Jeremy had heard from him. I really need a vicarious hand-dipped corn dog report.
Starting point is 02:19:41 sorry I'm pitiful I know it oh and today in the Epstein files it may a journalist doing the hard work of journalism we so often hammer the multimillionaire for-profit media here with good reason
Starting point is 02:20:28 but Katie Fang is doing the work and she deserves credit for it She sued Todd Blanche over the Epstein files. She demanded the release of the Epstein files with appropriate redaction. And within the last few days, Todd Blanchie's DOJ admitted
Starting point is 02:21:02 that they have handed over the unredacted Epstein files to Judge Emmett Sucke. who is trying the case against Todd Blanche and the DOJ brought by Katie Fang. They confirmed the delivery yesterday. And Todd Blanche is already in deep shit over it, because of course he is, because he's inherently crooked. He has to have help every morning screwing his pants on. And so Katie Fang has since noted that Judge Sullivan is, reviewing all the records in camera, which means beyond the prying reach of anyone but the judge,
Starting point is 02:22:02 and I guess his staff. But the DOJ had to go back to court and say, Your Honor, I know you said that you would nail our miserable puny hides to the wall if we didn't comply with your order and give you the unredacted file, but, Your Honor, well, we had an oopsie. And the oopsie,
Starting point is 02:22:33 according to Katie Fang, and this is a quote, was that Todd Blanche admitted in his filing yesterday that Jeffrey Epstein's email address was redacted. Really? I wonder if he's still checking it, Jeffrey Epstein, from maybe a beach
Starting point is 02:22:51 in Israel. He calls it an inadvertent redaction, but it's been redacted and has since been lifted. Now, you may not think that's a big deal, Katie Fang continued, but I think it's a very, very, very big deal. And in fact, that is the biggest red flag that you could find from what has happened here. This wasn't some one-off mistake. We know for a fact that the Department of Justice released over and over again hundreds and
Starting point is 02:23:21 hundreds of times the personal identifying information of several victims. And they want to say, oops, Sorry, we missed it, but the fact that they redacted Epstein's email, but not the victim's identities, shows that, in her words, the process was flawed. We know it didn't work, and we now know that it also worked to protect the identity of Jeffrey Epstein, the main perpetrator of these crimes. Bust them, Your Honor. Bust them. Hale them before the court. because, well, frankly, Todd Blanchie can only hear through his buttocks when it gets hammered and beaten.
Starting point is 02:24:11 Like a drum, you know. A drum makes a big sound, but it only makes that sound when it's beaten. And we talked earlier about the reflecting pool case and Davy Hearn. a vicious terroristic attack with a 300-foot gash it was a terrible 350-foot gash oh the gash was a half a mile long yeah and so over at CNN
Starting point is 02:24:59 their legal analyst former prosecutor Ellie Honig reflected upon the meaning of today's dismissal was the result of a botched installation and not vandalism, not Davy Hearn's fault. We got a statement from Hearn's attorney Norm Eisen just a few minutes ago. He says the Trump administration's case against Davy Hearn should never have been brought. It's dismissal today does not erase the abuse of government power in
Starting point is 02:25:34 arresting and charging a patriotic American who did nothing wrong. The government's approach was ready, aimed fire, and the administration owes him an apology. Pamela? Allie Helnick, what do you make of this development? Well, Pam, I think you could see the problems with this case right away. I wrote a piece for New York Magazine. I said on air that there were some reasons to doubt the validity of this case. I did not expect it to unravel so quickly. It's a real embarrassment, first of all, for the United States Justice Department.
Starting point is 02:26:03 Let's remember, first they arrest David Hearn. They charge him initially by complaint with a misdemeanor. Then they upgrade it to a felony. They get a grand jury to indict him for that felony. and then Jeannie Piro holds a press conference where she's pounding the podium and talking about what a serious crime this is and how justice will be done. And now it turns out they dismissed the case voluntarily. And what DOJ is saying in the statement that we've received is that, well, we didn't get the full information about the state of the pool from the interior department until after we charge. But that's no excuse at all.
Starting point is 02:26:35 It's your job as a prosecutor to get the relevant information first. You don't charge first and then figure it out. You get the information first and then charge. So it's a true embarrassment for Jeannie Piro. It's a true embarrassment for DOJ, and they brought it on themselves. So explain more about why it matters if the pool was already. Yeah. Ready, fire.
Starting point is 02:26:56 Aim. Ow my foot! Yeah, okay. One, a competent administration never would have appointed a Fox News TV blatherhead. to a job like the U.S. attorney for the district of D.C., but Niro had already lost his first nominee because he was just a filthy Nazi. But B, this right here,
Starting point is 02:27:36 not even this right here. All the other cases, she's fucked up, and she is a fuck-up. I mean, somebody fresh out of one L could do a better job than juice box Janine. She should have been long since fired, but now she's made a liar
Starting point is 02:27:59 out of her Orange Jesus Daddy. And, well, he can't be happy. Oh, I see Steve's back. Are you just listening, Steve? Yeah, I'm in the process of doing something. I'm going to be back. I apologize. I'm going to be back.
Starting point is 02:28:22 I had a phone call. I had a phone call. I am listening, but I am going to be back. Okay, that's fine. Okay, okay. People have lives. Yes, I will be back. And of course, all of these failures, all these fuck-ups, prey on nitwit Nero's constantly deteriorating brain. He even fucked over Todd Blanche because he got all mad and threw a hissy over the slush fund, you know, the $1.776 billion.
Starting point is 02:29:11 what, domestic terrorist compensation fund? So he threw a hissy, brought it back up. Somebody asked him, is it really gone? He said, well, yeah, I guess it is. But I wish it wasn't because people were treated horribly. Horribly, I tell you, horribly. and after that he went on tripe social and triped at
Starting point is 02:29:57 John Cornholio John Cornyn never had a problem with the so-called fund which will not benefit me that's the first tell it's only going to benefit him but rather the great American patriots who were hudder down like dogs and whose lives were unfairly and illegally destroyed by the crooked Joe Biden administration
Starting point is 02:30:17 you know the people who took a dump in the House of in the capital. Yeah. Patriots. Patriot poopie. Until after I decided to endorse and support his Republican primary opponent in Texas, who easily won the nominations for the United States Senate. Well, that would almost be a clue, wouldn't it, Nitwit Nero.
Starting point is 02:30:45 Perhaps there's never been a group of people treated so badly in our nation's history. Oh, I don't know. Check in with the NDACP and see how. how many people were lynched. Then read the details of the lynching. They're suffering still, many ruined. You mean the ones who are suffering by going to prison for being proven to be fucking pedophiles like you, Tangerine Tiberius?
Starting point is 02:31:13 And I felt they should be giving compensation for what has been done to them. I gave up any payments for myself, which would have been substantial, including for the illegal and unprecedented raid on Magaloko, my home in Florida, even though many legal experts name them, shithead. And others, including John Cornyn, said it was a shocking and disgusting display of weaponization against me. Such an event has never happened before, and hopefully will never happen again.
Starting point is 02:31:45 I would always feel that these victims of government abuse should be paid back for what they were forced to endure. Their lives have been ruined. How about the ones whose lives that were ended who weren't fucking domestic, terrorists. Wouldn't it be lovely to see that shithead have to address those issues? I can't help but think that it would. Hi, Roger. I just saw Roger pop into the room. And there's Kevin. Thanks for the help earlier, Kevin. I was kind of out of pocket for a second. Understandable.
Starting point is 02:33:03 Good evening. Hey, Kevin. Hey, good evening. or good afternoon to the west coast I mean it's still yeah right and nobody's ruined dinner there yet yeah I haven't really listened to much of the show
Starting point is 02:33:23 I just got done cleaning up here and I put a picture in the front porch back porch of a box that I got from Christopher from Fortillos of Chicago Really? Oh, how sweet.
Starting point is 02:33:44 Yeah. Gavey heads up earlier in the week said he got a box coming and I No idea was coming You know what was going to be What a pleasure to surprise It was a couple of about
Starting point is 02:34:00 It should be about four or five pounds of Italian beef Oh, you're going to love it. Did he send you the Jarden era too? I can't imagine Christ for not doing that because the Jarden era is critical. You disappeared, Kevin. You guys hear me? Yeah, now I do.
Starting point is 02:35:12 Yeah, see, my thing goes in and out. I don't know why I have no idea. So, yeah, I just heated up some of the meat in the gravy and a toast your oven on a couple rolls. and just made a nice, nice couple sandwiches boiled it in the sky. Yummy, that stuff is so good. What I was asking is, did Christopher include the Jardinera?
Starting point is 02:35:36 The gravy? No, the Jardinara, yeah. Yeah. Oh, no, the Jardinara, no, the gravy. It's the actual gravy. It's a spicy Italian gravy. Oh, yeah, it's delicious. And speaking to Christopher, and he appears,
Starting point is 02:35:49 Hey, Christopher. Hey, Chris. So he's not going to go. forward with Blanche because he wants that money to go out to his brethren. The domestic terrorist actually he wants it for himself. Yeah. But what he says, he'll just, I'll just withdraw the nomination and I'll re-nominate him in January in Cunning until they're gone.
Starting point is 02:36:32 What happens if there's a Democratic majority in there in January? Yes, what will happen? You see what's going on in Morocco and Spain there? The point? You talk at the fires? Yeah, well, no. I was listening to watching a text podcast this morning, Malcolm Nance and this other guy,
Starting point is 02:37:04 and they were saying there's 60,000 young men between the ages of 18 and 35 that attempted to cross from Morocco to some other island off of Spain, but it's still part of Africa. But then Elon Musk. Yeah, apparently Kevin's signal. And there was like 35 people dead. Oh, Jesus. Yeah, it's like Northern Morocco right near Spain.
Starting point is 02:37:39 Hey, Chris. Hey, hey, Kevin. Hey, I wanted to make sure you knew that it was from everybody. Oh, a bunch of us all got in together for the, for the, for the, forillo. You guys are awesome. I'll thank you all. Thank you all so, so, so, so much. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:37:58 And I just had some, Chris, about a half an hour, hour ago, and boy, was it good. Now, Roxanne was right. Did the jardinare, did they include the gardener in the package? The gravy? Well, the gravy, but was there any jardinera included, too? I didn't see any jardinera. Oh, no. Oh, shoot. I had the broccoli, that broccoli there in a bag.
Starting point is 02:38:27 It was like, yeah, it's like a, or is that the jar in there? Wait a minute. Am I wrong? Is there a jar of stuff? Yeah, a jar of jalapenos. Oh, I got to get up. I can't get up right now. I got to. You can't. Yeah, I bet you that is the jar there.
Starting point is 02:38:47 If there's jalapenos in it, that's, or some kind of. chili peppers that's the spicy gardeneric heaven oh yeah okay it's good good all right all right I gotta do that because my brother's here and he doesn't like that stuff
Starting point is 02:39:00 so I gotta keep that separate but uh that's okay goody all for you oh god it's so good I'm salivating yeah yeah thank you all thank you all so so so so much
Starting point is 02:39:15 I mean boy is it good and those roles are unbelievable yeah those are the real deal. Yeah. Yeah. You can't get those anywhere else.
Starting point is 02:39:27 They remind me of a place. The closest thing we have around here to anything like that is a place called Togas Bakery. It's been around a long, long time. And they make Vienna rolls and bread. And that's about as close as it gets. But that stuff, boy, they're evenly. They're what?
Starting point is 02:39:57 Or Kevin cut out again. Yeah. He said they're evenly and His neck is Evenly. Okay, okay. Got it. Yeah, Discord is getting any problems on my laptop again.
Starting point is 02:40:14 I got to deal with that. Oh, yeah, faded out again. Sorry. Faded back out. You guys hear me? Yeah. Yeah, you're back. Yeah, I keep fading in.
Starting point is 02:40:27 And, boy, was it good. I just heat up the gravy in that meat. And just just an outstanding. I had. So thank you so so much early, everybody seriously. It means a lot. It means everything. I'm a lot. I'm a pleasure. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I'm just going to stand by and listen for a little while. I'm going to try to fix a little supper here. So I'll talk at you all later. Okay, dokey. Hi. You have a wonderful weekend, hon.
Starting point is 02:41:10 Yeah. So I guess Ben Salman was meeting with the president of Morocco Alas is going on, ironically. Yeah, you dropped out, and I think at the critical juncture, 35 people died. What exactly happened? And you said Leon Scum was involved somehow? No, he wasn't involved. He commented.
Starting point is 02:41:40 But his comment was like, like Malcolm Nancy. And the other guy was like saying, you know, critically staged event where they sent all these young men to try to basically, it's still part of North Africa, this island, but it's so close to Spain, it makes, they had it staged like it was like an invasion of Europe type of thing. You know what I mean? I don't know how to, it's, I should do a little more research before I talked about it. but I guess a bunch of looting one on and the Spanish sent in their naval intercepting forces. And so they've driven them back because they were making it look easy online for the Moroccans to get over there. You know, they say, come on, you know, it's the water's good, that type of thing.
Starting point is 02:42:38 So they just made it look like it was. And then, you know, I must like chimed in and said, you know, the invasion of Europe has begun. So they're trying to soften up Spain because, you know, Trump is pissed at Spain because of not us in Spain not helping out in the Iran war. You know what I mean? And like I said, Ben Salman was meeting with the president of Morocco when I was just going on too. Not to mention the airbrushes orange ass out of the World Cup trophy picture, right? Exactly. That too.
Starting point is 02:43:14 Spain won the World Cup. That doesn't, that didn't help. So, but the thing. Yeah. So it was like a politically staged event to kind of like, oh, I think, oh, what it must say? I mean, you guys maybe can try to look it up. I think he said it on X.
Starting point is 02:43:33 He said, uh, invasion of your having gone. And he goes, England, you're next. I guess. You know, trying to stoke fears. Yeah, yeah, because he got called, he got called out by somebody. in the UK in the government there saying that he was full of shit talking about great
Starting point is 02:43:53 replacement theory and all of that stuff yeah yeah I remember seeing a interview with him a couple weeks ago and they basically called he's just a douchebag oh
Starting point is 02:44:16 Leon Scum is Wiley Coyote looking for an anvil up in the sky Oh, this is funny. Ralph's just sent this along to me. Oh, my God. The other day, we had the,
Starting point is 02:44:36 not to say, you know, we rail against AI, but then you get one of these, and it's like, oh, my goodness. This is great. The other day, we had an AI-generated photo based on the Elaine Chow purported photo with her hubby, Moscow Mitch. And it was done as,
Starting point is 02:44:56 he was he was Wayne and she was Garth from Wayne's world wow this one may be the best yet y'all oh no Elaine Chow as Ellie May standing next to Mitch as Granny Clampett
Starting point is 02:45:14 oh my God well that sounds fantastic I got to see that it's over at it's over at Democratic Undergris under latest discussions, general discussion. The post is slugged, okay, who did this? And honestly, Mosco Mitch looks more like Granny Clampett than Irene Ryan did,
Starting point is 02:45:45 and that's saying something. Got the little hat on top of his head and, yeah. I've heard Moscow Mitch described as the amazing Benjamin Button, because he keeps looking younger in these photos. Do you notice that? Did you catch one of Elaine Chow with the cardboard cutout folding it up into a cardboard box and walking out? Yeah, that was a great one. Hey, Roger.
Starting point is 02:46:19 It's cutting in and out, so I'm in a campground outside of Mapleton, Oregon. Oh, okay. It's cutting in and out, but how about a quick fare report? Just tell me, lie to me. Tell me you found the hand-dipped corn dog, and I'll show you. Shut up. I found a hand-dip corn dog $7. Ouch.
Starting point is 02:46:41 But was it delicious? Oh, yeah. It was tasty and all that. And I finally found where they do the agricultural exhibition. And the cornstalk that won first place was about eight feet tall. And they judged totally on size. And the squashes were minuscule compared. to the Getta Okosomen, which you provided me the seeds with.
Starting point is 02:47:09 It was a good fair, and I'll be back next year, but next year I'm going to be entering some stuff. Well, hell, it looked like you had some nine-foot corn in your garden. Nine bullshit. It's topping out at 20 feet. Holy shit! Well, I get home, I'll post another picture in Facebook. I'd like to, so is that with it 20 feet in tassels? The top flowers are just starting to show at between 17 and 20.
Starting point is 02:47:51 Damn. You harvest it with a ladder? Oh, of course. The same way I harvest my green beans. Oh, God, Roger. When your corn comes in, you've got to get your churn out and do a big, big cool churn of pickled corn. brine it the same, you know, you parboil it, and then brine it the same way you do your kraut.
Starting point is 02:48:23 Well, I'll give it a try, but the basic way I eat it is choclo can queso. It's a Peruvian corn, and the kernels are bigger than my thumbnail. Oh, God, that would pickle so good. Because, I mean, you know how it is when the fermentation is complete. With pickled corn, you take it out of the churn, and it actually fizzes a little bit when you're eating it off the cob. I'll give a few try. I should have plenty this year.
Starting point is 02:48:58 Any, I'm going to go back to being silent and just listen between the road noise and the cutting in and out. It's real hard to think I'm getting through properly. So everybody have a good one. Hey, you too. Catch you all next week. Have a wonderful camping weekend, Roger. Great to hear from you. Well, I'm not really camping.
Starting point is 02:49:19 I'm over here because tomorrow we're doing a tuna canning workshop. and it's about an hour and a half drive, and I didn't want to get up at six in the morning, so we came over here to camp tonight, and then I'll get up and be over at the elementary school where we're doing it by 8 o'clock in the morning. Oh, God, your can. And we're going.
Starting point is 02:49:38 Your can too is so good. Well, the class is from 10 to 4, and we probably won't get out of there until 5, 5.30 when it's all done. So I just decided to make a two-day trip out of it instead of doing it all in one day. Anya, you all take care. You too, Roger. Bye.
Starting point is 02:49:59 All right. We all know I'm a country girl. Has anybody in the group ever... Thank God you on. And, you know, Steve, you know, you're from Ohio. A lot of corn there. Has anybody ever had pickled corn on the cob? I don't think so.
Starting point is 02:50:24 That's a new one. God, it's so good. You know. I haven't had it. You know, the times, you know, you know those old crockery churns. You do it in that. And like I was telling Roger, after the fermentation,
Starting point is 02:50:43 after it's, you know, pickled and fermented and everything, you take it right out and you store it in the dark, so it's like cool feller temps. and it's more refreshing than a cold bottle of Gatorade on a hot day. And you just reach down into the brine and you pull out a cob and you start eating the corn. And it fizzes and it's sweet. Oh, I'm hungry and I'm doing myself some real damage here. I wonder what I wonder.
Starting point is 02:51:17 You're just jealous of Kevin. That's all. You got nothing. My bubble chugger's at 75 right now. Your food talk is killing me. And I've got big-time restaurant burnout here. I wonder, Roger mentioned $7 for the corn dog. I wonder how much you could sell an ear of pickled corn for at a fair.
Starting point is 02:51:51 An entire ear? Yes. Kevin, if you can, hit your mute button. You're welcome to listen, but you're air conditioning, clean up an air and making noise. Who, me? Yes, you. As usual. It's just a simple fan, a floor fan.
Starting point is 02:52:10 That's all I have going. No problem. See your mute button when you're not talking. We can hear you. You can hear us. How, what? For a, of a pickled ear of corn, what do you eat? Do you eat the information?
Starting point is 02:52:27 entire ear or do you only eat the kernels? No, you eat it just like he ate corn on the cop. Okay. You don't eat the actual ear. Okay, you don't eat the actual thing. Whatever we call it, yeah. Okay. I didn't know I've never had it before, so I don't know.
Starting point is 02:52:44 Have you had it before, Chris? No. No, I haven't, but I have had a lotis, which is Mexican corn. Yeah. Have you ever had that? Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 02:52:57 Yeah, this is a different. Is it a cold? Elote. Oh, okay. That's got mayo. It's got that Mexican cheese. How do you pronounce it? I'll butcher if I try to say it.
Starting point is 02:53:09 Oh, yeah. Is it Chihuahua cheese or something different than that? No, I know what you're talking about. God, Victoria loves it. They have it at Cadova. Yeah, there's cayenne usually, right? Yeah, it's mayo and Mexican crema. Yes, the Mexican grandma.
Starting point is 02:53:30 Or mayo. I've had it with either. Well, it's made with both. Oh, it's both? Yeah, and you can hit it with the tahine seasoning. Oh, that stuff's great. I always have that. Yeah, that would be really good.
Starting point is 02:53:45 Cotea. The cheese is Cotia. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's it. No, but pickled corn on the cob is a, I guess maybe it's a bit of a lost art, but my grandmother used to pickle it, and she'd keep the churn down in the basement where it was nice and cool and it'd be a real treat on a hot August day. Oh, it's so good.
Starting point is 02:54:07 Because it's already sweet corn anyway. Like, well, the silver queen came in and I brought some home with me and it was so good. You can, I mean, it's sweet right off the raw. It's sweet when it's raw. But you, you know, you shuck it and you parboil it or you can microwave it. And then you put it in your pickling. brine and make sure it stays submerged and just stick it in the churn in the dark with some the towel over the top or whatever and forget about it and a few weeks later you just reach in
Starting point is 02:54:39 and it's tart it's tangy it's salty it's sweet i dare i dare i say it is loaded with umami yeah you you you you and steve are city boys i i i i would wouldn't it commit right city slickers uh-huh oh but we were talking about oh but we were talking about oh yeah earlier and this is not a happy story but it's uh i haven't mentioned it and it's kind of shameful that i haven't is anybody following max miller you know he's an incumbent member of congress he's married to the daughter of senator burney moreno and no love for Moreno, he's one of the people who made an absolute ass of himself at the Fauci hearing this week. He's also made an ass to himself by not even holding that fucker accountable for beating his daughter.
Starting point is 02:55:44 Well, I mean, just to read off, this is a quote from the New York Times article. Miller's wife, Emily Moreno, who is the daughter, yeah, of Bernie Moreno, has been accused Miller has been accused by his ex-wife, Emily Moreno, of domestic abuse against her and their two-year-old daughter. She says that he scalded her chest and stomach with hot water from a skillet that he threw at her body. He held a gun to her head. He pushed her against a wall and hit her head
Starting point is 02:56:19 and fractured the two-year-old's collarbone and bruised her shoulder. Bernie Moreno, meanwhile, crickets. So why the hell isn't he in the cornfield with fucking Graham Platner? You tell me. I okay IYAM. It's okay if you're a maggot. Maggot men are expected to beat their wives and break the collarbone of their little girls. I think there's actually a medal for that put out by the RNC.
Starting point is 02:56:53 and a reporter saw comment from him and in a series of text messages in which he threatened to block a reporter's number for seeking comment about the matter he said, Texas is turning blue like I'm losing my seat. Take a hike.
Starting point is 02:57:13 After I win by more than my district, don't bother ever contacting me again. You're disgusting. And of course, the old standard excuse. Well, none of it's true. she's crazy and meanwhile for the most part the mackets and we're talking about the maggot house leadership
Starting point is 02:57:42 crickets jesus you know i saw that chris haze has had quite a few stories about that guy and there was yeah some some people say well you know he should be replaced on the ballot he's not going to be replaced on the ballot and this is the sickening thing what do you want to bet he does get re-elected by an overwhelming majority.
Starting point is 02:58:14 Of course he will. Because the bar for the maggots is somewhere below hell. Vote are, no matter who you are. There we are. So disgusting. Absolutely repulsive. Oh, thank you, Billable.
Starting point is 02:58:38 Bilbo said, put me down for 80 bucks toward the July deficit so that gets us down to $1,200 and that means this past Monday is fully funded.
Starting point is 02:58:55 We're going to close the month of July less than a week unfunded. Thank you, Billable. Thank you so, so much. I genuinely appreciate it. We all do. And by the way, Billable says
Starting point is 02:59:13 Rommelama ding-dong for Chris. you missed one. When you said that I'm a country girl, Chris responded, thank God you are. Okay. We're not, mm-hmm. Thank you,
Starting point is 02:59:30 thank you, thank you, thank you Christopher. Yes. Thank God I'm a country girl. Nice John Denver callback there. I don't know what's wrong with me. I must be a little slow because it's the end of the week.
