Missouri is the only state with felony harassment. And like in Texas, it's like, okay, repeated contact. You got to initiate contact.

Looking back when I was in school, like all the people that was in the basketball games, and the football games committing penalties of making stupid mistakes, they all ended up in prison. Yeah.
