Starting point is 00:00:00 Time for Twinspot. It's going to be a damn good show. Yeah. We have over 60 petos arrested this year, I believe, at least over 50. And I'm currently facing a felony charge for simply catching a petto for the second time in front of a few people. So it's a pretty busy life we're having. Now, why is that? Why did they charge you with that? Well, so it all started in October, 2024, in Branson, Missouri, which is a vacation town, filled with a lot of older people. It's kind of like Boomer Town, I would say.
Starting point is 00:00:34 And we caught an individual named Joshua Teague, who was going after a 13-year-old decoy. He was a cross-dresser. He wanted to have sex with our 13-year-old decoy. He sent penis pictures to our 13-year-old decoy. So we approached him in person. And I got to add, in the messages, can we get pretty graphic on here?
Starting point is 00:00:52 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, we'll get my phone real quick. A graphic can we get? Oh, man. Of course who can't show gunshots anything. No, no. So in the messages, he says, me and my little sister had sex without a condom
Starting point is 00:01:16 when she was 12 years old. I always pulled my big dick out before I come. We were being careful. When we meet and have sex, you would like my big dick. And he said, excuse me, he's very, very disgusting, I should say.
Starting point is 00:01:32 Yeah. Well, he's going to burn in hell. Yeah. And he's got a good biblical name, too. Right. You're going to really roast in hell. Yeah. Discrete that name.
Starting point is 00:01:41 It was Joshua Abraham Teague, and he said that he didn't. Do biblical names. Yeah, yeah. He did it when he was babysitting her. And, yeah, so we approach him in person. He admits he gives a sister's name. He admits to molesting her, admits to, um, didn't say he went all the way. But he said he was like kind of, speaking of biblical stuff.
Starting point is 00:02:00 He was kind of like soaking, I guess you could say, like without, you know, not finishing. And on top of that, he also says that he got arrested in 2020 for sending 58 penis pictures to a 17-year-old employee at the stake and shake that he works at. And that got ended up getting dropped a year later for some inexplicable reason. So this guy's been at it for a very, very, very, very long time. So he called the cops. He admitted all of this stuff on camera. He, we have the messages. Turned over all of our account info so they can have access to all the messages.
Starting point is 00:02:32 Turn over the video of him giving. a slam dunk case for something that could put him away for the rest of his life. He said where it happened, when it happened, the victim's name, all that type of stuff. And Taney County prosecutor, Brad Hughes, declines the press charges on him. The case was not even assigned to a detective. We never had a follow up from them. It was just ridiculous how sick this guy was and nothing happened. And to add insult to injury, the guy we caught the day before, Dominic Zelazni, in Shreveport, Louisiana, he admitted to molesting his four-year-old sister. And Shreveport PD immediately acted on it. I mean, the molestation happened in Iowa, but they took him in for our chats.
Starting point is 00:03:08 They arrested him. I don't know what's going on with a molestation investigation in the other state, but they did their job with the immediate evidence. They did not drop the charges. But in super red, awesome, Branson, Missouri, they completely wipe this under the, they completely put it under, brush it under the rug. So predictably, as they all do, when they don't get, when they don't get held accountable by law enforcement and who taxpayers pay to hold him accountable. He still continued to work at stake and shake. He then again, then messaged our same decoy account wanting to have sex still. He's like, these people posted a video of me, but I still want to meet up and have sex with you. And unbelievable, it's crazy. And then he
Starting point is 00:03:49 messages another one of our decoy accounts and wants to have sex with that decoy account too. And then again, the messages talks about molesting his 12 year old sister. Well, at 12 years old at the time. So this time around, you know, I don't get him in a private place. The first time I got him like on the side of the road and it was just kind of done low key. But this time I go to his job and I try to talk to him. You know, they're not really too keen on talking the second time because the first time. Yeah. So he didn't want to talk to me.
Starting point is 00:04:17 I just asked the employees like, you also probably just let him come talk to me. And they're like, no, we don't want to do that. I'm like, all right, that's fine. So I'm like, I'm just going to read the messages then. So I start reading the messages out loud in the store. I don't read them all. Like, I'm not getting, you know, I'm not like, I'm not trying to read what I just read in front of, like, everybody. My podcast is cool.
Starting point is 00:04:36 Right, yeah, exactly, exactly. No, but, you know, in front of, like, you know, an older, an older crowd, I was more so like, he's got caught again. He wants a date a 13-year-old. Like, you know, hinting at what's being said, but, you know, kind of keeping it a little bit PG. I did mention he sent lewd photos and stuff like that. So, anyway, bringing attention that this guy is a pedophile. Obviously, I'm not saying anything untrue. And then, so I didn't even get charged with harassing him.
Starting point is 00:05:02 I got charged with harassing the owner of the store. So she comes up to me. And, you know, obviously there was some misunderstanding. I don't really have anything against her. I guess it's more so. You know, Joshua on the surface is like a nice, harmless. Like, he probably wouldn't harm a fly. He would only harm a kid, you know.
Starting point is 00:05:19 Like, he's very, very docile, very nice. So I wouldn't be surprised if he told her, like, oh, this video of me, you know, they were just pranking me or they're just like messing with me. It's not, none of it's true. And again, Brancid PD didn't do their job. So it's like,
Starting point is 00:05:34 you know. Even with the new information you had, you turned that over and they still don't want to prosecute? Well, I'll get to that. So anyway, the owner of the store, she comes up to me and she does refer to me saying,
Starting point is 00:05:45 she does refer to me in front of the store that I'm a liar in that, you know, I'm slandering him, which clearly isn't the case. Right. And, you know, so we had a verbal disagreement.
Starting point is 00:05:55 No threats were made. Obviously, you know, wasn't like, oh, yeah, so that's what you want to say? Like none of that stuff. Like, if you all have seen my rally crashes, it was way, way, way, way, way less, way, way less crazy than those. Like, I was, you know, I was making my point, you know,
Starting point is 00:06:10 I was definitely, you know, bringing attention to it. But I wasn't like, you know, menacing or like, yeah, what's up? What's up? You know, it's more like, hey, this is what's going on. So we had a verbal disagreement. She asserted that he's not a petto. I asserted he is a petto. And, you know, these petos are manipulative people.
Starting point is 00:06:25 Like, you know, she's, she doesn't spend. every waking hour like, you know, oh, this guy, is he a pet or is you not a pet? I'm sure, like, you know, she's probably just, she's known him for all these years. It probably just took his word. And fortunately, it was pretty naive to do that, honestly. But, you know, no hatred, no bad blow with anybody except for the pet of himself. But, um, so anyway, the cops come. And, um, you know, I'm like, you know, I don't know what's going on. What happened the first time. And, um, I'm like, he's doing it again, predictably. And, you know, this time they take it up, But then they end up arresting me for a felony harassment on the owner, which was, like, baffling to me because I wasn't even trying to talk to her.
Starting point is 00:07:00 Like, I didn't even know. Harassment of the owner. Yeah, like, I didn't even know she was the owner until I was told she was the owner. Like, I figured she was probably like, you know, some management or something. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You know, I have no idea who she is. And she told me that she's like, I know all about you. You go around the country, slandering people.
Starting point is 00:07:16 And I'm like, wait, what? I'm like, I don't even, like, know who you are. Like. Right. But, anyway. So she's, like, automatically taking the side of the pedals. Um, I mean, objectively that's what happened. But, you know, and in her mind, I'm sure it's like she was probably told terrible things about me from this petto. And she's known the petto for so long. And he's been nothing but a good little slave worker. So it's like, so it's like, I mean. But how's that harassment may be a simple, but that would get thrown out of court. I don't know how it's harassment. I mean, it's truly, truly just not. I mean, I guess. Is this it? And this is the raid area? Yes. So I got. charge also with peace disturbance.
Starting point is 00:08:03 Okay, disturbing the peace. Disturbing the peace. I mean, look, man. That's crazy. I mean, it is crazy. It's still an inappropriate charge, but, you know, at least there's like, at least with that, you would think it would still be a reach in my opinion, but at least like, you know, you can.
Starting point is 00:08:21 It's a far reach. It's a far reach, but at least you can, like, maybe just kind of, like, see how someone maybe could think that. Yeah. But, like, harassment. man. That was under discretion of the police officers. Yes.
Starting point is 00:08:33 It's not the DA. It's not the DA making them do that. Right. No, no, it was a police officer. That officer, he absolutely had a relationship with her. And, you know, he, from what it seemed like, I was like, look, man, I'll take my trespass. I'll get out of here. Right.
Starting point is 00:08:48 But, you know, he was like, he went in to go talk to her. He comes out. And he's like, so she's a really good person. You might not believe that. And it's like, dude, I don't know. It's like, dude, I mean, I don't really have an opinion on her. It's more such one of this pedo arrested, dude. Right, right, right.
Starting point is 00:09:04 But, yeah, so then he's like, then he Mirandized me, and I'm like, oh, shit. So I knew I was going to jail. And he's like, you're going to jail for disturbing the peace. And I was like, oh, come on. Yeah, and I was like, you know, it was like, oh, this. He could have just sighted you and just showed up in court and fight it. Oh, 100%. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:19 If I was a crackhead, yeah, screaming, the world's ending, the world's ending. The world's ending. Steak and Jake is poison in y'all. Right. I would 100%. have been cited. But since it was a pedophile, since it was a pedophile, that's why they put me in jail for it, because it exposed their incompetency because they didn't do shit the first time. That's really what it was. And I bet you, even if this was the first time, if this was the first time we caught him, I bet you they wouldn't have arrested me either. It's the fact that they got
Starting point is 00:09:45 exposed for letting this guy walk free. They weren't too happy about that. So anyway, so I thought I was in jail for 24 hours for disturbing the piece. And I was like, this is a pain in the butt. But, you know, it is what it is. But then I get like my sloth. flip and it's like felony harassment and I was just thinking to myself, I was like, who did I harass? I'm like, on the pedo, really? Like, first of all, what? But then I turn, then I see the probable cost statement. It's like, it's the fucking owner of the store that they said I harassed. I'm like, what? How do you turn a trespass until a felony harassment? I don't know. It's, uh, it's, it's fucked up, man. And yeah, you know, in this probable cost statement, he doesn't even put,
Starting point is 00:10:24 he doesn't even put, like, the reason I was there, he just said activities that Rosen didn't agree with from the employee. So, wow. Yeah, so clearly I was just there to, you know, he forgot my fries, so I wanted to beat his ass clearly. That's obviously what it was, right? Just activities I didn't agree with. That is nuts.
Starting point is 00:10:41 Right, right. So, and then he also recommended, I don't get a bond either. They just hold me in jail. On a first offense for anything, they hold me in jail because I criticize the justice system there. This is the DA. No, no, that was the cop writing all that. Oh, wow.
Starting point is 00:10:58 That cop has a lot of pull, huh? Dude, yeah, it's some fucked up shit. So because I said, I don't, because I basically communicated, I don't like the children arrest him the first time. Alex should stay in jail because you criticize the justice system here. I mean, that's fucked up, dude. That's attacking your First Amendment rights. Yeah, that's a total First Amendment violation.
Starting point is 00:11:16 So, I mean, that's totally trumped up charges. I mean, if it was, you know, if it was just a misdemeanor, I'd still think it's ridiculous, but I wouldn't be like, you know, be like, all right, well, this pain in the ass that I'll just take. but the felony is just so inappropriate. Yeah, worst case scenario all day to trespass you from the store. Right. Worst case scenario.
Starting point is 00:11:33 Right. But that's worst case scenario. Right. And if this was like Walmart or something, like I think if there wasn't a relationship with the owner, you know, if it was just Walmart, they would have just said,
Starting point is 00:11:42 just don't come back here or else. And I'm like, all right. But yeah, dude. I think that rises to false arrest. I think it's all, that's total BS. I think it is total BS too.
Starting point is 00:11:52 I mean, I think it's something we have, obviously you have to fight. But yeah, I guess so we pissed off the wrong police department by catching a peddor, excuse me, an admitted child molester for the second time. Damn.
Starting point is 00:12:04 Yeah. What does your attorney think about all this? Oh, I mean, dude, like both attorneys think it's like total bullshit. Like, I mean, you think it's going to get dropped eventually or? I mean, I hope so. I mean, I think, you know, I think. I would hope so for them because you sue the hell out of them. Yeah, I mean.
Starting point is 00:12:22 I don't see this going to a jury trial. That would be crazy. It's like rolling the dice for them. Yeah. I mean, it's a terrible look. I mean, and then what's crazy is they put out like a press release on Facebook, you know, saying, we take predatory behavior extremely seriously. And of course, nobody in Branson believed that.
Starting point is 00:12:38 They were getting barred with like, no, actually, I had a situation that I reported to y'all and nothing happened. And then, you know, a bunch of people are like, you're arresting the guy for exposing the petto. Right. And it's, it's so insane, dude. Like, and it was crazy. One of our subscribers, I don't know her name, but she was like, she's like, how it's what you do? when I was getting cuff. And I was like, they're arresting me for exposing a petto.
Starting point is 00:12:58 And then after I'm in the cop car, you know, the guys are still rolling the camera. And, you know, the cops on camera like, I don't really appreciate him saying that we put him in jail for exposing a petto. That's not why we put him in jail. And it's like, dude, like you got a personal vendetta, man. There's nothing more dangerous than hurting a cop's ego. Oh, 100%, dude. Like, it's like, it's not, I don't even want it to be an ego thing. Like, all I want is Josh would have just go to jail.
Starting point is 00:13:24 So that's all I care about. To be fair, they did end up arresting Joshua too, which it's pretty weird. Like, you know, what was different about the first time from the second time? Like, the chats were pretty much the same. He even sent the same exact dick pick the second time. So it's like, it's pretty much as a carbon copy of the first time. They're lazy pedal, huh? Yeah, no, exactly.
Starting point is 00:13:45 He is like, I mean, I know the feeling. He has an emergency dick pick folder. Oh, you ran out of dick pics. Yeah, yeah. My greatest hits. Yeah, no, he's crazy. Yeah, dude. So, I mean, it's like weird. Why would they arrest them the second time? And it's clearly, well, you know, when it happens in the middle of town, you know, suddenly there's pressure on them. And you know, you're not saying of like, I mean, we all played sports when we were younger. You know, the coaches are like, do what's right even when nobody's watching. And- right, well, nobody was watching the first time. They didn't do shit. And then the second time when everybody's watching, the whole town's watching, we take predatory behavior very seriously.
Starting point is 00:14:21 That applies to the police officer, too. He's not doing what's right when nobody. He's watching? No, no, absolutely not. It was a total... I mean, I think if they... I really think, you know, because they arrested me, they had to arrest him. I think they were just like, fuck. I don't even think they wanted to arrest him.
Starting point is 00:14:37 But, you know, the detective assigned to the Pettos case, she's been very good. I think she wants to put him away. But, you know, it's crazy. It's like... It wasn't even assigned to her the first time. It wasn't assigned to any detective the first time. Dude, it's weird.
Starting point is 00:14:49 Dude, I don't know what it is. I don't think he... I don't think he's family. It doesn't make sense. A couple come out and charged a person. who's confronting a pillow with evidence and then they arrest you for doing the job you did. Right. And you know, I would understand it too if I was like threatening or if I was like slapping. I was like, yeah, all right. That's fine, but I don't do any of that. It was just like,
Starting point is 00:15:10 I was just a little bit disappointed that this petto is working at a family friendly restaurant. That's what the fuck? I find it hard to believe if that's going to go to trial. They're going to drop that. I wouldn't even plead. If they offer you disturbing the piece, say no, no, no, I'm not. No, I'm not disturbing the piece. I've did the same, I've did this million times. I've never been charged with this. Well, yeah, that's it. I mean, I usually don't. I usually don't just talking to louder than normal speaking voice.
Starting point is 00:15:33 Like, it's usually very like, hey, man, yeah. But this time I was like, dude, this is his fifth sex crime I know about. And he's going to get off again. I was like, all right, nah, nah, nah, guys, this is what he's up to. You know what I'm saying? Right. But yeah, I mean, it is pretty wild. Is he in jail right now?
Starting point is 00:15:48 Yeah, so he is still in jail. And that's why, like, you know, it's another reason I don't have any ill will towards anybody involved except for the pedo, because nobody bailed him out. Well, that cop sucks. Oh, he's a piece of shit. But, like, nobody from Stakey, she bailed him out. So for a longest time, they gave, they had no bond for him. So the judge was like, no, he ain't getting no bond, which is awesome from her.
Starting point is 00:16:10 The prosecutor, which, you know, the prosecutor, I guess he signed off of my charges, but, you know, he didn't like, you know, write down the fucking, he's like, he ain't getting no bond. So, but eventually, like, a month later, they give him, like, a $20,000 bond, which, you know, it's pretty normal at some point. They grant him something. But nobody's come to bail him out. And, you know, it's like, I think, I mean, I think everybody in the store is on the same page.
Starting point is 00:16:30 Like, you know, this guy is a pedophile. So, I mean, it's like, you know, I don't really care that we had a disagreement for a couple minutes. I mean, that's not really, you know. And I think even if his bond was like a dollar, I still don't think anybody would bail him out. Because, you know, I think that I think the fact that nobody wants the guy around now. So it's like, if we're all on the same page, why are we still doing this? Right. So.
Starting point is 00:16:49 Y'all liked our last ram we gave away? Yeah. So we got us another one. Check this ram out. $2,500. Heavy duty. TurboDisc, RAM. R-A-M-R-A-M-R-A-R-A-RAM!
Starting point is 00:17:01 It's got all kinds of RAM action. Yeah, I love this RAM. You can rid of RAM something with this. What's the blue colors? It's graphite. That is white supremacist graphite right there. Got a good handle on it. See that handle?
Starting point is 00:17:12 Built like a tank, but it drives like a race car. Go to official hardswins.com. Anything you buy from the site, get you automatically. And it's winning. Yeah. No purchase necessary. Go on boy prohibited to see official rules with detail. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:25 video.
