Starting point is 00:01:27 as we begin our walk around the lake, let's learn some romantic vocabulary. To describe something as beautiful, you would either say, Eremoso or Eremaosa, depending on the gender of the noun you are describing. For example, Anna is Eremosa. Anna is Eremaosa because she is a woman.
Starting point is 00:01:59 El Lago is Eremoso. The lake is Hermoso because it is a masculine noun Next To say something as charming is either Encantador
Starting point is 00:02:15 or Encantadora depending on its gender Encantador Encantora To fall in love you would say Enamorarse
Starting point is 00:02:34 Enamorazes Enamor This is also a fancy way of saying to fall in love in English. I'm enamored, you might hear. Think of that word to be enamored. Enamorarse is to fall in love. Next, to say to flirt in Spanish is coqueteer.
Starting point is 00:03:10 Coqueteer. I am going to flirt. I'm going to coqueteer. Next, to say chemistry, we would say, chemica. Chimica. We have a lot of chemistry. Tenemos much chimica.
Starting point is 00:03:47 We've, much, chimica. Finally, to have butterflies in the stomach is Tener mariposas in the stomach Tener mariposas in the stomach
Starting point is 00:04:12 So, we're following a path that circles the lake According to my great grandfather's diary there should be some kind of marker or sign near the water's edge Kat Look this,

Starting point is 00:05:55 Spanish is known as a romantic language, and you may have heard de am. Which means, I love you. This is a very strong thing to say, so instead, when your feelings are starting off, it may be better to just say, me gustas. Me, gustas. When you're kicking off your feelings for somebody, you might say something like, I feel a special connection with you.
Starting point is 00:06:31 Siento a connection with you. Siento, a connection special with you. I feel a special connection with you. Siento a connection especial with you. At some point, you may ask that person if they would like to go out of you. On a date, for example. To do so, you would ask,
Starting point is 00:07:06 Do you want to go out with me? Quirez, To say, Quere salire with me. To say, I think I'm falling in love. Is? I think me istoy enamorando. I think.
Starting point is 00:07:36 Ke. Me. I'm. Enamorando. I'm sure I'm enamorando. I'm going to
Starting point is 00:07:53 be a lot of Anna has been so nice working together to decipher the clues in the diary. But I find myself getting distracted by the way she tucks her hair behind her ear. Or how her face
Starting point is 00:08:09 lights up when she solves a puzzle. Cap, I think I'm. Look at this symbol in the diary and compare it with that formation rockosa. Anna,
