We'll discuss why you're struggling to get things done and how to get yourself out of that headspace so you can achieve more and live better with some stellar tools and techniques from our expert panel. Starting point is 00:01:13 on how she batches tasks to squeeze out procrastination. The benefits in the long term of working less was so much better enabled me to step back and kind of say, okay, well, in the short term, I need to do the worst task first, or I need to time block, or I need to kind of what I do is I spit my time, my to-do list up into three sections, into quick ticks, which take under 10 minutes, into tasks which take under half an hour or under 45 minutes,
Starting point is 00:01:39 and into projects which take a lot longer than that. And then I can slot those into different things, and it doesn't necessarily leave space for procrastination. And that taught me really quickly, what works, what doesn't work.
