Here's his tip of the week all about the importance of building active recovery into your weekly
training schedule to benefit your performance and body composition goals.
I always tell my clients, you know, active recovery is super important because, say, for example,
it's a very light walk, you know, you're still moving, but when you're still moving, we're still
burning calories so I think active recovery should be taking very very strongly in terms of like a in a
different type of approach as well is you know you can go for a swim you know there's so many things
you can do in terms of active recovery you're not putting as much strain as obviously resistance
training say for example your your recovery for the next session you're allowing yourself to to
recover quicker as well because at the same time we we're not able to work out of 100% every single
and keep hammering it at the gym.
We still need to involve those active recoveries
to get peak performance and get great results.
