Starting point is 00:01:01 I hope your week's gotten off to a good time. start, I wanted to send you a little voice note to let you know what's in store on this week's episode. On Thursday, we're looking at the goal of building the perfect workout schedule for body and mine, one that will help you get stronger or faster while still being kind to yourself. Here's our tip of the week from one of this week's two expert guests, Nike Global Master Trainer Jocelyn Thompson Rule, where she shares her blueprint for a balanced training week. I would often give a very, very loose template because it depends on, you know, how much time people have, but one to two strength sessions a week, one to two conditioning sessions a week, and then
Starting point is 00:01:39 one to two sort of mobility stroke recovery type sessions in the week, and then just doing that consistently over time.
