I'm just sliding into your podcast player of choice to let you know what's coming up on this week's show. We've got TV presenter AJ Adudu in conversation with women's health's digital fitness writer Morgan Fargo. They discuss everything from the struggle of being an extrovert in lockdown to how the massive swelling awareness around things like police brutality

Of course, they also talk about fitness. and ahead of the full thing dropping on Thursday, here's AJ talking about her love of running. I personally love running. It's that forward martian. It's that goal getting. It's really a good time to think and clear your head,
Starting point is 00:00:45 but also to just feel strong. And those endorphins are a real thing. Because even when I'm not necessarily motivated to run, first thing in the morning, especially now that it's raining. dog, I always feel so proud and elated that I did that, you know, as soon as I've finished. And it always helps punctuate the day. And it always gives you at least one thing that you tipped off, that to-do list, that you have achieved.
