Hello, on Going for the Goal next week, we've got broadcaster Claudia Winkleman coming on to talk confidence lessons, beauty essentials and career goals.
Ahead of the full thing dropping on Tuesday, here's Claudia on the simple and totally free way that she gives herself a midday energy boost.
I love sleep. So that is my greatest present to myself. So even if I've slept well, if I can, I'll have a nap.
Even when I was working in an office, I would just close my eyes for 20 minutes.
And if I'm really well rested, so it doesn't like that pressure to get eight hours every night.
You don't have to, even if you get six hours, that's fine.
But have a nap at some point in the day, even if you do it after the school run.
It's quite hard if people are at the office all day, but nobody's at the office all day.
So definitely put in a fake meeting, lie down.
Don't get fully under the covers.
Don't close the curtains, but lie there, close your eyes.
That's my favourite thing.
