The real estate biz is drastically changing, and modern real estate success can't be learned
in some old course manual.
This is everything they never told you about real estate, where industry leaders expose secrets
to success, contemporary lead generation, and how to dominate social media, all moderated
by your host, the real estate goat and queen of social media, Kerry Sovey.
Hey there and welcome back. I'm your host, Carrie. And today, we're diving deep into the ever-evolving world of real estate and AI. So let's explore how AI is reshaping the real estate landscape and propelling us in towards new horizons. So I have been talking to some of the brightest minds in the industry. As you all know,
know through my podcast. While some real estate agents are really excited about the thought of
embracing AI, others are still on the fence. Now, whether it's fear holding them back or just the
uncertainty of where to begin and not knowing how, one thing is for certain. AI has the potential
to revolutionize how we do business in real estate. Brace
yourselves because AI is about to become your ultimate secret weapon.
Imagine predicting market trends with accuracy, effortlessly churning out personalized marketing
strategies, and transforming the way you analyze properties, all in the blink of an eye.
But here's the kicker.
AI is not a silver bullet.
It's a power up.
and only those who wield it carefully and skillfully will dominate our industry.
Let's take a pause and reflect.
AI has already left its mark.
Reshaping customer service to be all about the client.
It's tailor-made marketing campaigns that make your clients feel like royalty.
It's crafting everything from blogs to videos,
and yes, it is streamlining those annoying workflows that eat away at all of our time,
our precious time.
And guess what?
The advancements happening today?
They are way more mind-blowing than ever.
Just think about the tools and apps that have sprung up in the last three months alone.
It's a whirlwind of innovation and I've made it my business to find the best tools.
for realtors. So let's get right into it. We'll start with chat GPT. Obviously, that is,
you know, my number one, and it should be your number one as well. What do I use chat GPT for?
Absolutely everything. From target market research to generating killer ad copy and hooks
like the best marketer out there.
Generating high converting email and text campaigns.
Scripts for videos just like this one.
It is the true all-in-one AI tool.
And I will be doing another video specifically on chat GPT.
So make sure you're following my YouTube for access to that and all my socials
because I'll be sharing a ton of short clips there as well.
There's so much to chat GPT,
and I have the best hacks to get the best results by optimizing your prompts.
Now, there are Chrome extensions that give chat GPT web access,
like web chat GPT,
but I prefer to use AIPRM.
in my opinion the prompt templates are better and they are toolkits that use many AI tools
not just chat GPT it also gives you access to expert prompt engineers that literally do this for a
living it is a amazing tool and it is a Chrome extension now video editing I'm sure most of you
have heard about Opus Clip, it is an app that uses AI to turn your long form video into
several short clips. I prefer other apps. What am I using right now? I'm using captions app and
Capcut. They can both do the exact same thing and they have a lot more features. Some of the
features that I particularly use and those two apps are retouched because who doesn't want to look
their best? Teleprompter. And if you don't want to use a teleprompter, gaze direct. That's my
biggest secret. I'm actually using it in this video right now. I'm reading from a script and it is
redirecting my gaze to make it look like I'm talking to the camera. It's brilliant. They both have a
script generator, dubbing, and CapCat even has an ad maker, which is brilliant.
Again, I'm going to be covering all of the video editing tools and features soon as well,
so make sure you're watching for that.
Another AI tool that I personally can't live without now that I have it is tactic.
What this tool does is it attaches to Zoom and Google Meet and provides transatlantic, and provides
transcripts and summaries in different tones, funny tones, funny summaries. It provides
action items and an agenda for everyone in the meeting and emails that to each member in the
meeting. It's it's fantastic and it will change your life. Imagine talking to your clients over
Zoom about the process of selling their home and then giving them
certain tasks to do before the pictures can be taken before it can be listed and then being able
to automatically send them an email summarizing the process for them that you spoke about in the
meeting and giving them a checklist. It's invaluable and it's going to streamline your client
communication process or your agent to agent communication process. Another AI
tool, Phantom Buster. Now, this is a tool that extracts leads and scrapes data from social
media sites. I'm sure that you can imagine the endless lead possibilities here. They are no
joke. Check out Phantom Buster. Another one that I use very often, probably at least once a
week is vid iq this is specifically for youtube to generate ideas content tags titles and descriptions
as well as it rates each rate each item and provides amazing analytics and this all happens
inside your youtube as you are uploading video it's brilliant and it's a huge help and it saves a ton of
time of research into the right descriptions, the right YouTube thumbnail, huge time saver.
Another Chrome extension that I want to tell you about is better legal assistant.
And I feel like this would be really valuable for realtors because what it does is you can
take a paragraph in a contract or a paragraph that a lawyer has written.
and put it, paste it into the extension, and it's going to explain it for you in layman's terms.
I think it's a brilliant add-on, and we as realtors could really utilize this.
So check that one out.
And then finally, there are also AI automation tools.
And AI animation tools are there to save you time.
automate all your processes. If you know me and you follow me, you know that I'm all about
workflows and automation. I use them all in social media and my database and my CRM management.
I use them absolutely everywhere. So this for me is what I was really looking forward to.
Automating AI. And a couple of the tools that you can do some research on and look in to see
how it'll work for you are Bardeen and Cheat Layer.
So before you dive headfirst into this huge ocean of AI tools, there are two golden rules
that you must tattoo on your real estate soul.
Okay.
Rule number one.
Just because it exists does not mean you should use it.
I am talking about the AI tools that are going to generate fake AI avatars to perform your videos
for you. No, no, no, no, no. I'm a social media coach first and foremost. And I have to say
authenticity is the only thing that's going to get you actual business from social media. So if you are
using an inauthentic fake avatar for your content, you're literally just going against
everything I believe in.
Another thing that you should, another tool you shouldn't be using are they're creating
AI bots to automatically reply to comments and posts on social media.
I personally don't like these.
a big part of my social media program, my coaching program is you, I'm telling you that you need
to be reaching out to people every day on your social media. You need to be commenting and engaging.
How authentic and how fake is it to have somebody else a machine responding for you? I just,
it doesn't sit well with me and it goes against everything I believe in. So please, for the love
of God, stay away from these two AI tools. Okay. Now, the second rule is say it with me now.
Never copy and paste. Validate, edit, and personalize. This is so important and it just
reinforces my idea and my theory, the authenticity and realness is what is going to build the
connections you need to land business. Okay. Now, here's the thing. A.I. Tools can be your
best friend or personal assistant, but they cannot replace you. Authenticity is like our
North Star. And those AI generated avatars, let's leave those for another industry. You've got a unique
personality and the world needs to see it.
AI is not here to steal your thunder.
It is here to amplify your skills.
Liberate your time and supercharge your business.
Relationships are our currency realtors.
And no AI can replace the trust we build with our clients.
So here's the deal.
AI isn't ousting us.
from the real estate throne. It's handing us the keys to a faster, more efficient kingdom.
Remember, with great AI comes great responsibility and the possibilities are endless.
By embracing AI wisely, you're not just saving time. You're saving money and that's a deal
that no realtor should be able to resist. So let's embark on this AI inventor together.
