Hi, this is Lisa B and I'm from EXP, and today I'm going to show you EXP luxury.
Starting point is 00:00:36 EXP luxury is something that our EXP agents are able to add as a value add for our sellers in the luxury division. So I'll just share my screen and I'll show you what that looks like. I'll just go here and I will do the slideshow. So, EXP luxury is obviously a luxury division where our agents get to promote their vendors' properties on lots of different portals. So different luxury portals. So we have Mansion Global. We have James Edition, Rob Report, Unique Homes, Barron's Market Watch, Wall Street Journal,
Starting point is 00:01:13 luxury estate, upmarket plus 89 other international websites. Now, you can leverage what you've done. So you've got the credibility that you have when you've been in business. you've sold so many properties. They've been around for X amount of years. You can have what your company's done. Like, say, for EXP, it's 89,000 agents, 24 countries. We're listed on the NASDAQ.
Starting point is 00:01:33 So you can leverage all of those things. But why not leverage with some international prestige brands that have spent gazillions on building their brand and their prestige brands? So align yourself with the Rob Report, align yourself with Barron's upmarket Wall Street Journal. By becoming part of EXP, you are able to, to put those brands on your marketing. You can have as seen in the Wall Street Journal
Starting point is 00:01:59 on your four south sides, as on your business cards, you can have it scrolling along your website, all of these luxury brands that you've been seen in those editions of these luxury portals, which you have. So that's something, you know, think about the power of leverage in your brand. So these are some of the international brands as well,
Starting point is 00:02:19 so transcribed into many different languages. You get a dedicated listing website, video tour. So you would just go and do normally what you would do real estate.com, domain.com, all of that sort of thing. And then all you need to do is give expe luxury the copy and photos. And if you don't have a video, they'll make up a video. They do interactive media kits. There's weekly activity reports. There's monthly meetings. There's workplace chat groups that you can talk to. There's different companies that they're in partnership with. You got all the templates for the different branding. So as I said, you would still do all the normal advertising.
Starting point is 00:02:53 and then you've got a massive point of difference and ex-p luxury agents are not like every other agent. They have a massive point of difference. So to become part of EXP, it's only small annual fee. Ex-P luxury is only a small annual fee fee to do this. Vendors get $27,000 worth of value on each property. So vendors know their property is everywhere. There's no stone left unturn. And I believe that this will help our EXP agents sell property. It's everywhere. It's everywhere here in a plus internationally and on the luxury websites. It's going to help you sell property. It's going to help you list property.
Starting point is 00:03:28 So if you're able to say, look, if you listed me today, I can give you $27,000 worth of value and list you on all these prestige websites. That is a massive thing that other agents can't offer. Marketing templates, realistic pricing. So a vendor that's been on the market for a little while and then not getting inquiry. And it is everywhere. I think it's going to help them see that possibly their house is overpriced. And therefore, they need to adjust to the market.
Starting point is 00:03:53 keep listings until they sell. It's going to help you retain listings because why would a vendor want to leave if they've got $27,000 worth of value plus everything else that you've done? Showcase you as the go-to agent, build a huge database of international buyers and it's a massive point of difference. So where does it lead? Sales, listings, retention of listings, referrals, credibility and to help your database, help build a database of international local contacts. So it's not who you know, it's who knows you. And buyers become sellers. buyers become sellers. So show the buyers what you're doing with your advertising and everything, and they do become sellers. So the different templates are amazing. So for me, why join the XP
Starting point is 00:04:33 luxury? Credibility by association, the Wall Street Journal and all that, you've been able to use those on your websites, etc. Promote as seen on. You have a massive point of difference. Unbeatable offering. The value is $27,000 per property. Risk reversal. So say if you join me, you can have all of this marketing for free. Leverage an international brand. international brands, lots of them. With this offering, you're attracting people with money and they know other people with money. So buyers, investors could also buy other properties. Bires become sellers. So educate and impress your buyers with your marketing. Leverage your value proposition. If you listen to me today, I can offer you EXP luxury free. You're able to think huge.
Starting point is 00:05:09 So it's really, really simple to submit the properties for sale. You do it everywhere, as I said here, and then you just give EXP luxury, the photos and the copy, and they do it all on these different websites here. So they also give you in-depth vendor reports. It's extremely affordable. The value is incredible. International exposure. You get amazing catch-ups and community. The branding is 100% class and elegant. It allows ex-P luxury agents to have a complete worldwide marketing system. From a business point of view, you can have different divisions to your business. Use ex-p luxury to expand into luxury markets. Increase your commissions. You can think huge globally. use the leverage of EXP as an international company,
Starting point is 00:05:47 89,000 agents in 24 countries. You are not like everybody else a point of difference. So how to build your brand, obviously video marketing, promote on social media, despite a massive point of difference, credibility by association, promote that nobody else can do the international luxury marketing that you can.
