My name is Dan Rochon.
I'm the host of the No Broke Months podcast, which is a show for real estate agents to help
you have No Broke Months.
Thanks for joining me.
Enjoy the show.
Today, we're going to go ahead and review the high-level automation features and how they
help you to generate more revenue for your business.
So, you ready to dive in?
All right.
First, in the dashboard, we're going to head over to Automation.
which is going to bring you to this page right here and as you can see I don't have any automation here because it's a new test account
So I created this just for this tutorial
So let's go through the basics so in the workflow section
You're gonna see all the workflow that you created or that will create and I find it that's helpful to organize things by creating folders
So I'm gonna name this folder appointment and my other businesses
I do various types of webinars.
So, for example, I'll name this folder, 10X your sales success webinar.
By the way, you should have a 10 if you haven't before.
But, hey, opportunity to pitch it.
All the automation I set up for that webinar is going to be saved here.
And once you create that folder, you can go ahead and start building the workflow.
All right.
So we go ahead and click on the workflow and you can have a lot of, you know, variety of options
and you can import from a campaign.
You can nurture leads using GPT history or use
pre-made recipes like the one for Facebook comments.
For this example, we're going to go ahead and start from scratch.
Now, after clicking through, you're going to be redirected to a page where all the magic
happens.
First name the workflow, and we're going to do this form submitted.
So this is what's going to happen once someone submits a form on your website.
Our trigger is going to be the form submission, but there's many different triggers to
choose from.
you could do birthdays, you could do contact status changes, appointment bookings, and so on,
depending on what your businesses need.
So next I'm going to go ahead and type form submitted.
And I'm going to add the filter for form one.
Now since this is just a test, I'm going to use form one, but you can customize it based on your needs.
So I'm going to go ahead and save that trigger.
And the first step is to add a contact tag.
Now, since I don't have any tags yet, I'm going to create one.
Let's do webinar, attendee, 2004.
And then after you add the tag, you're going to save the action.
The next step is to assign a user.
So I'm going to go ahead and sign Bob Jones, Bobby Jones, for this example, and save the action.
Now, we're also going to want to go ahead and send on an email when someone submits the form.
So the action is going to be labeled welcome email.
Of course, you can choose whatever actions that you want to do.
I'm going to say this welcome email.
The email is going to address,
can be anything that you said,
and I'm going to use a dummy email for this example.
So make sure to add a subject line and feel free to have fun with it.
You can even add an emoji.
You can use the pre-made email templates,
but since this account is new,
we're going to start from scratch.
All right, I'm going to pause here and come back with some text.
All right, I got a template from chat, GBT, so let's format it.
I'm going to use aerial font at,
size 16, aerial font,
size 16, with a line height of two for better readability,
and you can adjust the colors, bullet points, and headings, however you need it.
I just wanted the email to be personalized.
I'm going to insert the recipient's first name.
I'm going to add the custom values.
And after that, you're going to want to make sure that everything looks spaced out properly.
And once you're satisfied with the email content, go ahead and click on, boom, save action.
All right. Now, when someone submits the form, here's what's going to happen.
They're going to be tied with the webinar, 2004.
Bob Jones will be assigned to them, and they'll get the welcome email.
All right.
Ready to add some link to this?
So let's go ahead and add the SMS message.
So I also grab this text from ChatGBT, and we're going to customize it with the recipient's first name.
We're going to add your business name.
High level suggests, including a disclaimer for opt-outs, which I recommend as well.
then you can easily add them.
So once everything's set up,
you can go ahead and send a test email.
You can send a test SMS.
You can see how they're going to appear to the recipient.
And don't forget, do not, do not, do not, do not forget to publish the workflow and save
all your changes.
That's a common mistake on people who I consult.
They often miss that step there.
So that's it.
You've created a simple forum submission workflow.
There's many other features and automations that you can explore in high level.
So be sure to check them all out.
Check out my videos.
