Let me tell you something.
You've got way more energy than you think.
Working with so many clients over the years, there's something that I've always tried to do with them is push that boundary line.
Get them to do more activities in their particular day and week.
And so many times I hear this, you know what, Stuart, I'm at the maximum my capabilities.
I can't do anything more.
I'm burning out.
I'm tired.
And many times I've sat there and I thought, you know what?
If I had this metaphorical gun to your head and I said,
push, do another one, make another call, go out and do another activity,
I'm almost certain that you would find that energy from within and be able to do more.
But we don't want to be putting people under that sort of pressure
where they actually get themselves beyond what they feel comfortable with.
as much as you need to get out of that comfort zone.
So how do we actually get to do more?
How do we push past that limiting belief within our life?
Well, I want to share with you six quick, simple little tips that you can actually do.
The first one, you need to recognize your strength.
You need to make sure that you know what you are really, really good at.
and make sure that you do it on a daily basis and push it beyond what you feel comfortable with.
Because it's a strength, you'll actually feel excited.
The second is you need to know what that limiting belief is.
So for instance, use this as an example.
If you could do 20 push-ups and at 20 push-ups your body started to shake like you cannot believe,
well there is that limiting belief of 20 push-ups yes physically you've actually had that maximum capabilities
but if you took a deep breath and you then said i want to just do one more and you push just beyond
that limits what does you think is going to happen so really understand what your limiting belief is
is it the number of calls is it actually making calls
What is that limiting belief?
You need to become aware of it
because when you become aware of it,
it's so much easier to go past it.
The third one is setting those bold goals.
So many times I've had clients that set small goals.
I want you to set big bold goals.
In fact, I actually call it 3x.
Take what you really feel comfortable with.
Multiply by 3.
And have that as your goal.
it's going to make you start thinking bigger.
The fourth is embracing this growth mindset.
You see, when we're actually got a growth mindset,
we're going to see that limiting belief.
We're going to see those bigger goals and say, hey,
I know my strengths.
How can I get myself to that point?
How can I go beyond?
So it's that growth mindset.
It's going to go, hey, I need to learn a new skill.
Hey, I need to learn a new bit of knowledge to actually help me in my brain.
business. So that fourth one, embrace that growth mindset. The fifth one is you need to start
cultivating this internal self-confidence. You need to start believing in yourself. You see so many
times limiting belief that wall, you're actually got a self-confidence which is quite low saying,
nah, I don't think I can do it. You need to go, of course I can do it. I've got the confidence to do it
and start to believe in yourself. So make sure that that beliefs,
starts to push that energy to get you long going further.
And the very last one, the sixth one, and this is going to sound so, so obvious.
Just take action.
Just go out and do it.
Don't sit and procrastinate.
Just do it.
So break all those limiting beliefs and push yourself even further with these six tips.
