And I was like, crap, nobody's ever asked me that.
Like, I want to do all these things, but do you have the health to get you there?
Because if you don't have, and we learn when we get sick, you know, those of us that have either got,
you got COVID or you got the flu or you got sick at sometime or with whatever it was.
And then that whole feeling of getting well again, it just feels like you're born again,
like your life is back.
And I was like, no, I probably don't have, in the way that I'm headed, I can say that I don't really have the health to do those things that I want to do.
Or like the health probably, if I want to live into this age, the health probably could be better.

But, you know, the reality is that's how all my videos used to be back in the day.
It was not me.
It was a third.
But I do like the third person part of it, the little third person, you know, like about me.
So on that same page, I'm going to actually have me.

And I feel like in the video.
that I create, I don't really even have to talk about my credentials, which are dated credentials,
by the way, but it still happened. You know, it's still like, like the fact that I'm one of the
top one percent of realtors in America, that still holds today because I sold over 1,200 homes.
And, you know, less than 1% of agents have done that. So, so, but the next video, I feel like,
probably I won't have to talk about all my like, hey, I sold this and that. I could just talk like,
hey, Nollie Williams here, and I'm so excited for the opportunity to sell your house.
Now, here's what we're, you know, just talk to them like that, you know, because I know
after 30 seconds, they're either going to love me or they're going to be like, man, we ain't
hiring that dude.
So anyway, I appreciate that.
Appreciate it.
But yeah.
So, and so there's really is no right way to do this, okay?
You can get creative.
We definitely do want to see your face talking on the video, okay?
So don't do it the way I did.
but that was how I did it back in the day just to get started because I was mortified of being on video
let's do some homework I got a question about that yeah yeah go for it the video was pretty cool so
would you suggest like where would you use that video on that's going to go that's going to live on
so I have a separate website that Paul built for me just for sellers okay it's not even up now but
it's list with nali.com and that's where sales
sellers will be able to go and get my top 10.
And that's another thing that I recommend is that when you're when you're marketing,
so all of my marketing is for sellers.
So my postcards are for expires.
My letters go to expires.
Now I'm starting to do NODs, notice of defaults.
Even even my spirit of influence when I market to them with a postcard, it's all about
selling.
They just assume that I could do buyers.
also but I don't mention it. I just say hey are you thinking about selling your house.
So and then my farming, which is going to be the neighborhood that I live in, is 2,000 houses.
So all of that is going to have the list with nali.com website. And then when people go there,
they'll be able to watch the video. They'll watch that video. Then they'll have another video of me just talking to them.
And then also my pre-listing package, they've got some components of that that they can look at,
the top 10. One of the things that GPT did to Pamela's point was it took my top 10 list and it
scaled it back to where it was just one sentence for each of the 10. And I was like, no, man,
I want to, you know, I'm upset. Like literally I was hot. Like after it, I was like, how can you
improve this? And it came back. I was like, man, you know, all my good stuff. Like, you know,
it's just, it was an ice cream Sunday had, you know, whipped cream had, had, you know, whipped cream, had
the nuts on top of cherry and everything.
Now you just give me ice cream back, right?
Or you just give me the...
But at the end of the day, I got over it
because I realize that people have a very short attention span.
They scan.
It's like, okay, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.
Okay, okay, got that.
So it made it into bullet points.
So there's going to be that there.

And that gives you kind of an idea of all these tools that you're putting together,
what you should be doing with them.
You should aggregate them.
Like, people can't go to my site and download the book, but they can request a copy.
Okay, and then I can bet them like, okay, make sure this ain't a real estate agent
just trying to get my stuff.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, you, you know, you fill out the form.
You, you know, and then we send you the pre-listing package and everything.
that part is not automated is manual.
So because all those leads that we get go into a and to go high level,
which is another CRM that I use.
And then I have between Maria and Paul and myself,
we're,
you know,
looking at those leads coming in.
So,
so that's where,
that's where it's actually going to live on that website to answer that question.
All right,
let's look at some homework.
Only because I promised I would.

and by the way,
if anybody has any critiques, I don't even call it.
Improvements, you let me know.
How can we improve, how can that video be, how can it be better?
By the way, when you're asking somebody for, I don't say criticism,
when you're asking somebody for input, just say, how could this be improved?
Or say, how could this be better?
Instead of saying, hey, what's wrong with this?
And then they start critiquing you, you get upset, right?
Go ahead, Ms. Carroll.

Yeah.
And it can be reedited so it looks like I'm looking straight into the camera.
Oh, with that tool that he uses?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

I don't even know what it's called.
but he he'll he'll let me know but Daniel has his own production company
that yeah but but here's the truth of that now and it's all like okay so that's the reason
why you guys are rolling with me is behind the scenes because this is not YouTube right so
in YouTube it's a certain way but like like literally do y'all know where my office is how many
y'all know where my office is paul knows anybody know i look
looking here. Let me show you what's up. I'm in the laundry room, y'all. You see what I'm saying?
I don't, I don't, I'm not in this room. The only time I come in here is to do a class or some,
a seller wants to talk to me. I throw up my little background and man, I'm, I'm, I'm other places
around the house. Y'all know how we do it or I'm out in the field. So the reality is,
this is what you see, but then the other thing, we don't show you that. Okay. So let me talk about
that for a minute. Daniel's a real deal. He's all 100% for real deal.
Yes, he did. What he did was he found another real estate agent that was just a
baller on camera and it's kind of learning as he goes. And so that's his real estate,
that's another real estate agent that's behind the camera. That's shooting all, and it's just
one camera. Now, sometimes he'll have a film shoot if they put him like on a TV show or something.
then he'll have a whole shoot, a whole like four cameras and all that.
He got a podcast studio built now.
He's got four cameras.
So it's like four different angles.
And then he's got a guy that's doing the switching live where he's switching from one angle to another.
But I mean, these are all just people that are down with him.
So like he just got another realtor that he shares leads with the guy doesn't charge him anything.
They're just business partners.
You see what I'm saying?
So there's creative ways that you can.
do this and look really, really, really good.
But they do a whole home tour with just two guys,
you know, one on the camera and then Daniel.
So, and it doesn't cost him a dime because this guy just is his boy.
And, you know, Daniel shared all the leads that come in.
They share those leads as well.
You see what I'm saying?
It's just that one of them happened to decide to be on camera
and the other one decide to be an off camera.
And they're both named Daniel, by the way.
So it's Daniel Montanayor and Daniel Hunt.
So whatever.
You know, whatever works.
That's what I say.
You know what I'm saying?
So all right.
So we got, let me see.
Let me go through the homework.
And by the way, if any questions, I know Jackie, you're sick.

her, that you will just wrap your arms around her, that you will give her the, the,

help her to feel good again and get her back into the land of health we pray in the mighty name of jesus
amen you know jackie you had asked um about some um some health related stuff um and you did that in the
group so uh i did i did want to share um i did want to share let me give you some tips real quick
and then we're going to get into the homework um i remember when i first started my health journey
and I'm kind of pivoting, switching gears here a little bit.
It's very, very, very important for us to be healthy, okay?
Very important.
Y'all know I preached this.
So I went, for a long time, I was not very healthy.
In fact, I used to be 50 pounds more than I am now.
I was not healthy.
And so I ran into a guy, his name is Artemis,
and he was helping Josie with some challenges that she was going through health-wise.
And I was like, man, I'm not, you know, guys, a lot of times we don't really care about any health stuff and stuff like that.
We don't really mind ourselves like we should.
And Artem started talking to me about business.
He says, because he knew I wasn't interested in health at all.
And he says, well, tell me about your business.
I said, oh, we're going to do this.
I'm doing that.
I'm building this.
I just started ClickFunnels and blah, blah, blah.
I think it was in 2017, maybe it was.
Maybe, yeah, 2017.
And so he was like, well, where do you see yourself in three to five years?
I said, I'm going to be doing this and that and that and that and that.
And because I always kind of know sort of like the trajectory, at least of what I think that God is doing, of what he's shown, you know, shared with me at the time.
And so he asked a question.
He says, do you have the health to get you there?
And I was like, crap, nobody's ever asked me that.
Like, I want to do all these things, but do you have the head?
health to get you there. Because if you don't have, and we learn when we get sick, you know,
those of us that have either got, you got COVID or you got the flu or you got sick at sometime
or with whatever it was. And then that whole feeling of being, getting well again. It just
feels like you're born again, like your life is back. And I was like, no, I probably don't have,
in the way that I'm headed, I can say that I don't really have the health to do those things
that I want to do. Or like the health probably, if I want to, you know, live into this age,
the health probably could be better. And so he started, so he, so that's how he, he got me
interested in the health journey, whereas Josie's always been interested in it, but I haven't.
And so I started going down really a rabbit hole of, I became a detoxification, a certified
detoxification specialist, had to go to a special school to do,
training on that. And then I went to another, got another certification and another one,
which I don't even really use, but I was just, I went down this whole rabbit hole of being,
you know, we have four bodies, four bodies. We have a physical body, a mental body,
a spiritual body, and a emotional body. Okay. And so my goal was to be healthy in all four
bodies, okay?
Because what good is it to be,
to have millions in the bank,
but not be able to get out of bed,
you know, to be bedridden or sick?
You know, your health is wealth.
And I tell you, any billionaire would trade
the healthy state for all the money they have.
Okay?
Like one guy says, if you don't take care of your wellness,
you will take care of your illness.
You can't get out of it.
It's one way or the other.
If you don't take care of your wellness, you will take care of your illness.
And so what I want to say, just what I want to condense down for you, Jackie, is that one of the biggest things that I learned, and I'll give you, I'll share with you some books and different things that you can read up on.
But the bottom line is you just want to get, you want to get to a healthy state and you want your body to be radiant with health, okay, vibrant with health.
And the way you do that, the very core of how you do it is the human body has, I think it's 60 to, depending on who you ask, to 80 to 100 trillion cells, trillion cells.
So that's what the human body is made of.
That's what we are, you know, that's what we are.
So as it turns out, if you study a cell and you can go to GPT and ask you, hey, I want to learn about cells.
How are they made?
Tell me about a cell.
a cell is really like a factory it's like a it's almost like a it's like a universe all of itself like the like the human body is like a universe
so you could think of all the organs like as the sort of like the planets and it's got its own like solar like a solar
system how they they stay within themselves it's got all these stars right which are your cells and your cells every single
cell get this every single cell in the human body just like a human being
It eats and poops.
Every cell, all your 80 trillion cells, they eat and they poop.
They have this whole life that they live among themselves.
So if you take care of your body at the cellular level, in other words, if you take care of your cells, you take care of the organism, you take care of the body.
And so I'll share with you some books that will and some videos, some primers to get you
sort of, you know, down that track.
And I went down the rabbit hole on this, okay?
For years and years and years I've been studying this.
So we could have hours and hours going to into it.
But that really breaks it down to like the very basics of it.
It's like, you know, you have, you know, 60, 80 trillion little babies that you're taking care of.
What are you feeding them?
What do they want to eat?
What do they want as sustenance?
And a lot of times it's not even what you're eating.
I mean, many times it is, but it could be, you know, your location, the energetic environment
you're in.
It could be there could be some spiritual components to it as well.
And it could be genetics.
So there's like books on genetics that we read.
And we and Josie and I, we compensate for our genetic defects.
We understand what our DNA is.
So we've taken all those tests.
Just like you take a personality test, we've taken all the different tests.
Like Prolon has one that is one that sort of a thing that we use.
But then we also are on Viome, V-I-O-E, which is basically they do a test of all your health markers.
They test your blood, your stool, and your saliva.
And they come back and say, hey, this is your gut biome.
Because if you take care of your gut biome, where I think up to 90% of your serotonin is created,
I mean, it turns out that we have three brains in the human body that so far have been discovered.
There's others, I think there's more than that.
But we have a brain in our head.
We have another brain in our stomach as well.
And then we have a brain in the heart.
Anyway, I don't want to go too far down the rabbit hole on this.
but the bottom line is that most people don't really take care of themselves
until they have a reason to.
And if you can address it and be preventative, it's so much better, so much better.
So I'll be intertwining.
I mean, if you guys want to learn about this,
I'll be sharing some healthy things with you guys.
Because I believe that the physical body that God gave you,
it's really just a garage where we temporarily park our soul.
That's what Wayne Dyer says.
The body is a garage where we temporarily park our soul.
But if you don't take care of your body, where else you're going to live?
You got to take care of it, right?
And so I think it's godly to take care of this vessel that God's given.
