business healer, and I'm going to inspire you to your ultimate greatness. Stay tuned.

businesses while working just three hours a day. And in this podcast, I show you how to focus on the
things that help you make a ton more money while working a lot less without the hustle and grind.
Let's go. Hey, Nolly Williams here, the business healer. Welcome back to the podcast. Now, last time
we were together, I was sharing with you a little bit more information about
my trajectory, the path that I've been on, and how I got where I am today, how I became the business
healer. I know I shared quite a bit of this with you in episode one. And then I shared with you
the trajectory in episode two and three, because I think it's so important that you understand,
especially when you're listening to a teacher, a trainer, a coach, healer, that you understand
their origin, like how they became who they are. And for me, it's not really that complicated. It was,
I believe that I actually was sent to this realm or that I chose to come into this realm for a very specific reason.
And I'm so glad that I did.
And I'm so glad that you and I got to meet each other, whether we physically have met or not,
you know, your spirit is connecting with my spirit right now.
And I'm able to impart to you the things that I've learned so that your path on this plane can be easier.
And that many of the things that you might think you have to do will actually become unnecessary
Siri through the things that I share with you and that we learn together. So my commitment is everything that
I learn. I'm going to share with you. Okay. And so you're going to cut a five or seven year learning
curve off of the trajectory of your success. You're going to start working a lot less and you're going
to start making a lot more money as a result of that. Let me share with you a couple of things I've got
going on and then let's get into sort of a culmination of how I got to where I am today. So I'm super
excited that my wife and I are headed to Cabo, Mexico. That's right, Cabo Mexico. Right now I'm in
Puerto Rico at my home studio, if you will. And where my home studio is is quite interesting. So
this space that I'm in right now is actually what we dubbed as our healing room, our healing room.
And the healing room, there are windows all around this space. And right behind me is,
are the mountains, okay, here in Puerto Rico, the mountains of the rainforest, the right
behind me. And to my left, immediately to my left, is the ocean. So I'm turning my head right now.
Looking out the window, I can see the ocean. And such beautiful tranquility here in Puerto Rico.
I absolutely love it. But we're going to be headed to Cabo. We're going to hang out with some good
friends. Before we do that, we're going to go to Austin, Texas. And I'm going to have a leadership
meeting, meet with my leaders there. I have over 100 real estate agents in my organization in Austin,
in the Austin area. But I'm going to meet with my leadership team. Remember, last time I was telling you
that I've been sort of remobilized around this area of leadership.
It's so important to be a great leader and show up.
And I haven't been showing up for my group for a variety of reasons.
But now is the time for me to say, hey, you know what?
Let's correct that.
Let's do this.
So I'll be in Austin for about a week.
Then we go to Cabo.
We're going to be staying at the Hyatt Ziva, all-inclusive resort.
We're going to be there for one week with 1,200 of our friends and colleagues.
And we're going to absolutely have a great time at our Cabo,
2023 event. Then we're going to fly. We don't know where. We have a one way ticket at this point.
And it's one way to Austin, one way to Cabo. And we don't know where we're going after that in
in this world. We don't know where we're going to be after that. God knows, but we don't. So
stick with me. I will share with you the journey on maybe on the next episode or a few episodes
after that. We're not leaving for about a week and a half. What I wanted to share with you, though,
in this episode is I want to share with you how I,
moved from, you know, being a very, you know, top of my game in the real estate field, making
tons and tons of money, lots of money, to actually being called into ministry. That's what I consider
what I do now, even though I still make a lot of money, okay? You know, I work three hours a day.
I have three businesses that all make, you know, in the good six figures, and we're going to be
moving towards seven figures with those businesses. And this is the lifestyle that I want for you,
not only the lifestyle that you should desire because it's fun, it's great, it's super cool,
but it's also the lifestyle that you deserve.
When I got into the speaking, teaching, coaching, and training business, I had been on a path of,
well, you could call it enlightenment.
I call it personal development.
Self-actualization is another great term for the path that I've been on.
Because I realized, and I talked to you about this before, I realized that even though I
was doing great, I was number one in my.
city and all this other stuff, I wasn't playing at my personal best. In fact, I don't think I ever
have played at my personal best and I'm still working on that because typically I can do just
enough and get by okay. All right. In other words, I can make really, really, really, really good
money, not even playing at full, full out. Okay. In fact, I throttled back so much over,
over my life that I don't know that I have yet discovered even how to do that. You know, I'm still
figuring that out. How do you play at your personal best? I don't think I even know. You know,
spirit within me knows and, you know, the true self knows how to do it, but I'm still on that
path. And this is, this journey that I'm on now is a lifelong journey. You have to be willing,
write this word down if you can. If you're not driving, you're in a safe place,
surrender, surrender. Surrender is the secret. You have to be willing to, when you're in this,
on this road, on this path, on this plane, you have to be willing to do what the spirit
tells you to do, no matter what that is. Almost every time, it's going to be counterintuitive. Because
within us, we have the ego or scripture. The Bible says the flesh. We have that part of us,
but we also have the spirit, the true self. I call it the big me and the little me. The little
me wants to play it safe, while the big me wants to play big. Okay, wants to really take it all the way
to the full potentiality. But the little me is very afraid. Fear, doubt, guilt, and shame. Those are the four
things that riddle the little me and kind of direct its trajectory and its decisions. And when we talk
about the ego, my wife and I were talking about this yesterday, like, what is the ego? What does that
even mean? In my understanding of the ego, what it is is it's a program. In reality, there's not even
really such a thing as an ego. It doesn't even exist, except that it has become a thing because
it's an operating system. Think about it as a software or operating system of the human body.
And it does have a place.
That's why a lot of people, they try to crush the ego or they try to judge the ego.
When my ego steps up and starts to think thoughts and grab on to certain thoughts and so on,
I don't judge it because it's just doing what it does.
It's been programmed to do that, right?
And the biggest job of the ego is to keep you safe.
Keep your body physically.
It's very base.
It's primordial.
It's there to keep you safe.
Keep your body safe.
But in reality, the ego will pass away.
It will perish when we move into the next plane.
When we move into the next realm, the ego's done.
And because the ego doesn't understand what the next plane has to offer, it is very afraid of death.
Very afraid.
Because the ego thinks that this realm is all there is, when in reality, this realm is only an illusion.
It only masks what's real.
You know, the way the Apostle Paul put it, he says, here we see in a mirror dimly.
but there, when the corrupt shall become incorruptible, there we shall see clearly or face to face.
So in this round, we do not see clearly. Very important for you to understand that. We do not see
clearly. And my job, as a business healer, is to help you see clearly the path from where you are
right now onto the trajectory of success that you desire and deserve. That is my job. As a very successful
entrepreneur, business leader, and real estate agent at the age of 44. And then when I turned 45,
I went completely debt free when I paid off my house. I was basically on a path like,
what's next for me? Okay, I know how to make money. I can do that in my sleep. My house is paid off.
I don't really have to work. I had to bring in the income, obviously, because, you know,
there's a such thing as bills. And I discovered that even when you become completely debt free,
which is sort of the epoch or the zenith, if you will,
or it's that thing that we, it's the top of the mountain.
I thought it was anyway.
Bills still keep coming in.
So we have residual bills.
So I had to learn how to create residual income.
But my whole thought and my wife will share with you that for years and years and years,
I kept trying to figure, how can I make what I do free?
How can I do it at no charge?
And it wasn't because I didn't think that what I had to offer was a,
valuable because it's incredibly valuable. It's of the highest value. It's just that when you start
looking at eternity, when you start realizing that this realm is not all there is, when you start to
have a firm understanding that you are answerable, you are answerable to an almighty God,
the God we serve, you are answerable for the actions that you take and for every decision that you
make here in this realm. Now, we're also forgiven for all of our bad decisions. So don't get scared
about it. But going forward, when you have accountability, all right, when you're able to give an account,
that's all the word means, when you're operating from integrity and accountability, you start to say,
God continues to say, feed my sheep, you know, help my children. And so my question always is,
Daddy, what can I do for your kids, man? These are my brothers. See, you are my brother. You are
my sister. We aren't separated. Nothing separates us. You know, we're not separated by so-called race.
or gender or, you know, ethnicity or lineage or family ties.
We're not separated by that.
That's bogus.
That's what they want you to believe.
T-H-E-Y, we're going to talk a lot about they in future episodes,
but they want you to believe.
And it's not even, I mean, you know, you and I know that this world is run by a handful
of families.
That's just true.
That's just the truth of it.
But it's not even them.
It's scripture says we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against
princes and principalities and rulers in high places. What does that even mean? Well, we wrestle not
against each other. You are not my enemy. You're not my enemy. And I'm not talking about you because
you and I love each other. But I'm saying nobody in this world is really your true enemy.
It is a higher realm. Okay. A higher, it says principalities in high places. That means rulers in high
places. That means that all the govern, now we look at the government as the ones that govern
this realm, but that's not really true. There are governors that are much higher than they're
out a higher pay grade, if you want to use that way of looking at it. And they are otherworldly.
They're outside of this realm. Okay, this is scripture I'm talking about. This is ancient knowledge.
This is the reality. This is what it is. And so while you and I might play around in petty fields,
about race. Okay, are you black, white? You know, what rate, what quote unquote race are you,
which is, which is bogus, by the way. Or are you a Democrat, Republican, independent? You know,
we might fight about things like that. The reality is there are much, much, much, much bigger
issues at play. And this is petty. These are, that's child's play. That's scraps. That's just
stuff that the elites and those rulers in high places, they just throw bones out for us to fight over.
I was at my friend of my house yesterday, a neighbor, and he was making a big, giant beef ribs.
I noticed that both of his dogs had already eaten, but they are not going to say no to a big beef rib, you know, a rib bone at that, you know.
So his wife cut all the meat off the bone, and she threw the bones to the dogs.
And there they are.
One dog was happily eating its bone, and the other dog came by.
and one dog, even though they're the best of friends, was defending its bones.
I mean, defending them would defend those bones to the death.
So you couldn't even get them that close to each other because a fight would ensue,
even though they were the best of friends, outside of having a couple of bones thrown at them.
And it reminds me of the issues that many of us, not just as believers, but also as just citizens of this realm,
we fight over things just scraps, like bones that were thrown.
Like, hey, let them fight over these issues.
Black and white.
Let them fight over that.
for a couple of years and keep them occupied while we are carrying out the heist.
Okay. It's a diversion. All these issues that you see in this world that play out,
that's the reason why I stopped watching the news probably 20 years ago is because all that stuff
that you watch on there, oh, no, we got to watch the news. Well, if that's what you want to watch,
that's okay with me. I'm not going to watch it because those are just, it's a divergence.
It's keeping you diverted from the reality, the real issues that are going on in this realm.
And so I want to bring you the truth.
You know, not everybody likes the truth, and that's okay.
Truth sometimes hurts, but the truth is always true, and it will be true in this realm
and in the realm to come.
It's eternal.
When I got this calling on my life to help God's children, and I still get very emotional about this,
I was like, Daddy, how can I help your people?
because scripture says, my people perish for lack of what?
Yeah, you've already filled in the blank for lack of knowledge.
Ignorance is lack of knowledge.
So you could say, my people perish for ignorance.
But when you know something and you still do it, then you've crossed the line into stupidity.
This is not me telling you anything.
It's just reality.
If you don't know something and you're in error, then you've got lack of knowledge.
You're in ignorance.
You don't know any better.
But once you know and don't do, that's when you are in stupidity.
And that's when you're held culpable and accountable.
Copable and accountable.
You're no longer gullible.
You're now culpable and accountable for the actions that you take.
And so when I started becoming more and more enlightened and more self-actualized and more
on the path of understanding who I am and what I've been running away from in terms of
my ultimate and true destiny, I want to help.
help out. I'm a soldier. I want to help out. I want to be, I want to help daddy out, you know,
to accomplish his mission, not mine, his mission. And when you get on point with your purpose and
your mission in this realm, when you, and you get on point with your superpower, with who you are,
who God created you to be, man, you got all the heavenly hosts to assist you in the, in the
mission. I'm talking about all the angels, all the heavenly hosts, all,
you know, all the true princes and princesses, you got everything. The whole universe is in your favor.
When you begin to do that for which you came into this realm to do, you got everything going for you,
everything. Now, it might seem like everything is against you, but don't judge things by what's
happening in this realm. It's the realm to come. Jesus put it this way. He says,
whoever of you has given up mother or father or you know or land or whatever you've given up for my sake
you're not only going to get 10 times more back in this realm but in the realm to come okay you're going to
get it back in this realm in the realm to come you're going to get 10x 20x 50x 100x and you're going to have
eternal life that's that's the way he put it okay and so when i start
started to look at my whole trajectory was just making money. How could I make another dollar?
Then when it turned to, wait a minute, making money is not hard. It's easy. I don't even have to
think about doing that. That's not even working. That's not even breaking a sweat. How can I help
others who are struggling, who have fallen in the ditch in the pothole, who are sinking in the
quicksand? How can I go back and pull them out and bring them into the promised land, bring
you into the promised land. How can I help you who are struggling to see? How can I help you
to remove the scales from your eyes so that you can see clearly? And then all of a sudden,
you're going to be saying, man, I didn't know it was this easy. I thought it was hard.
I thought it was hard. You know, the new affirmation that I want you to write down is I choose
to make it fun and easy. I choose to make it fun and easy. That is the affirmation that I
learned from one of my teachers and I share that with you for your journey. So I got into this this whole
idea of surrender and you know what is the big mission, not just my personal mission. What's the
big mission that I'm here for? And I come to realize that my mission is to inspire you to become
all that God created you to be so that you can live the life that you were meant to live.
That's my mission, to inspire you to become all that God created you to be so that you can live
the life that you were meant to live. I know that if you're like most people, you're probably
not living the life you were meant to live. And you can. And it's fun. It's easy.
And it's very rewarding. Super duper rewarding. So that's why, you know, I'm the business healer.
I got this call when I was 10 years old. I didn't really pick up on the call until I was about 45.
I made all of my life about me and how I could get mine, get on that hustle and grind and get mine.
And now I'm making it all about you and I'm making it all about the kingdom because that to me is more
important than anything. I know that I'm answerable. And when I go to give account, the account
is going to be good, good, good. It's going to be a big high five to our father. And it's going to be a
well done for me. And I want that same for you as well. So I've taken these.
four episodes just to kind of share with you, me, my heart, how I became who I am, why I do what I do.
And I'm confident that I've inspired you to a greater level, a greater level of trajectory with your life.
As we move forward in future episodes, there's going to be a lot of stuff.
You know, my thing is really all about inspiring you to your ultimate greatness and helping you to get to where
you know you should be. And you might even be thinking, man, I should be there already. Why am I not there?
There's going to be some nuances, some minor shifts. I'm here to help you get perspective,
okay, perspective on your journey so that you're not so short-sighted. And I'm here to get you to
the ultimate success. It's in the cards for you already. It's already there. We're just going to get to it.
