We are going to begin to cleanse your aura.
Breathe in deeply.
With all of your attention at the top of your head.
And imagine that all around your body is a field of energy spilling down from the top of your head.
Surrounding your whole body.
Perhaps you see it as your favorite color.
Now bring your hands up into the prayer position at the chest and set your intention.
I intend to remove any energetic blocks in my energy.
field. Now take your hands as you inhale and then imagine that you're sweeping away any
negativity as you bring your hands down. Breathing out. Let's do this again. Breathe in,
bring your hands up to the top of your head and then breathe out, pushing away all negativity
as you bring your hands down.

You see that as you do this motion,
