While you're doing the right thing, meditation. This meditation is about 10 minutes, but even five minutes of focusing, becoming centered, can change the whole course of your day for the better. So make sure that every morning,
Starting point is 00:00:34 you set aside at least five minutes to meditate. Ask for guidance, be thankful, experience gratitude. Whatever you want to do that day that makes you feel better, make a point to do it consistently and watch as it magically changes your life. So let's begin. Sitting upright. closing the eyes. Closing your eyes is very important.
Starting point is 00:01:10 It eliminates any distraction from the outside world. Notice how when you close your eyes, you can automatically tune into yourself better and take a deep, fresh, cleansing breath. That this moment is for you. Today, you intend to be productive. So affirm, I am. am productive.
Starting point is 00:02:00 Allow yourself to enter into a state of calm and readiness. Ready to take on any challenges that may come your way. Ready to accept any blessings. Ready to receive. And ready to give knowledge that you are here in this moment. Fully present. Ready to embrace the beautiful day ahead. Understand that product.

Take your focus back to the breath for a few moments. Anchoring the process of preparation. Feel that breath invigorating your body and exhale. Letting go of any lingering distractions.

Imagine a clear and fresh pool in your mind, like a swimming pool. These waters are very special. It is saltwater like the ocean, full of good minerals and nutrients. And this pool represents your mental state. See how any ripples of confusion instantly becomes still and,
Starting point is 00:05:11 calm because you put your focus on it. The water is so pristine. It is perfect. So is your mind. And as you gaze at this beautiful pool of your mind, you hear the affirmations. It's in your own voice. I am fully prepared to tackle my tasks with clarity and efficiency. I approach my work, with focus and dedication in control of my time and my energy. I trust my ability to prioritize and accomplish each goal. I welcome the challenges and the opportunities of today. Notice how you feel for a few moments. Guide your awareness down to the earth below you and visualize a beautiful energy being stirred up below you. And it is traveling into your feet, filling you with positivity and fresh new energy.
Starting point is 00:07:39 And it travels up your legs, into the hips, the belly, the back, the chest, the arms, the shoulders, the neck, and into your head. encompassing your mind, brightening your thoughts, clearing your mental state. Feel each part of your body is awakened, ready to support any task that you need to do today with joy, comfort, and excitement, no matter what it is. Everywhere you go, people turn their head. They see that something is radiating from you that is gorgeous. It is a type of attention that you enjoy. It is not overwhelming.
Starting point is 00:08:52 Nothing looks particularly different about your appearance, but your energy is glowing. Visualize your day. Tackling all of your tasks. Having great ideas, sharing them with others. Implementing new positive habits. Go ahead.
