Sometimes the moments we grow the most are also the hardest. This meditation is about finding something to appreciate. even in the middle of discomfort, loss or uncertainty. Begin by settling into a comfortable position.
Starting point is 00:00:48 Sit or lie down in a way that feels supported. Let your hands rest easily. Let your eyes close. or simply soften your gaze. Take a deep breath in through your nose and a long breath out through your mouth again. Breathe in and breathe. Let your breath slow and steady itself, becoming your anchor.
Starting point is 00:01:45 Now bring to mind something that has challenged you recently. A difficult conversation, a setback, a situation that stretched you emotionally or mentally. You don't need to relive it. You're simply acknowledging it. Hold it in your awareness for a moment. Not to judge, just to witness. Say silently to yourself, This was hard, this is still hard.
