Uncrossing the feet, letting the arms be by your side.
Knowing that this is your time to let go.
This is your time to go within.
And just so easy, you take a nice.
nice big deep breath in through your nose holding it at the top just a moment and letting that go
allowing the natural rhythm of breathing to occur now one more time taking a big deep breath in
filling your lungs up exhale release that out last time inhaling in through your nose
holding it up at the top for just a moment filling up your lungs and letting that go.
Feeling the natural rhythm of breathing occurring now in your body.
And as you focus on my voice, you allow the other thoughts to drift away.
You may even feel yourself drifting and thinking of other things.
And that's okay because your subconscious.
conscious mind will continue to hear my voice and as we get deeply relaxed here in our bodies
just let the rhythm of breathing occur slow and deep feeling as though when you breathe in
you're breathing in all the way to your toes and you release all the way out and now putting our
focus on your toes allow the toes to relax
allow all the little muscles in your feet to let go because now is the time to let go
now is the time to relax letting all the muscles and your ankles relax your calves your
shins your knees your thighs all the muscles letting go asking yourself if you feel tension
anywhere. Do I need this tension right now? And if the answer is no, then just let it go. Continuing
up the body to the hips, letting all the tension release now. Up into the belly, all the muscles,
relaxing, letting go. Into the solar plexus, the chest. The chest,
the shoulders letting anything that is weighing you down now to simply let go
continuing down the arms the elbows the forearms the wrists the hands
they have no job right now but to just simply release and let go allowing your body to
feel heavy, allowing the blood to flow through your body as it naturally does. And just taking a
moment here to acknowledge the intelligence, the beauty of your body. And how when you allow yourself
to release and to relax, the body is calm and in a state of healing.

in and out
through your nose
noticing now the facial muscles
releasing
letting go
because now is the time of letting go
let the forehead go
the eyebrows
the eyelids
eyelids are heavy over the eyes
nose mouth tongue chin jaw muscles releasing letting go the crown of the head feels open yet relaxed
allowing these new positive suggestions to enter into your subconscious mind
yet you feel so relaxed all at the same time traveling
down the back of the neck, down the back of the shoulders, the spine, all the way back down towards
your hips, and then traveling all the way down the back of the legs, releasing, down the calves,
down the heels, down the bottom of the feet, and back to the toes again, and take a big, deep breath in,
feel like you can reach your toes with your breath and release all that go feeling so calm and
relaxed now remembering that every decision that you've made in your life has been perfect for you
feeling the presence of your body now maybe you notice tingling something tingling
sensations. Maybe you notice warmth. Maybe you notice a heaviness in your body. This is you experiencing
your body. This is you experiencing the now, the present moment of life, which is now. And knowing that whenever
you are present in your body as you are now feelings of worry stress and anxiety cannot exist it is the law of the
body and emotions that these two conflicting emotions cannot exist at the same time and knowing that
right now, right here, this is where your life is happening. Not yesterday, not tomorrow,
but right here. Filling yourself up with peace, acknowledging the abundance of this present moment.
There is great abundance available to you now in this beautiful
present moment, realizing perhaps that it is within your power to connect to this beautiful,
calm, present moment of peace, no matter what happens in your life. And now, imagine the most
confident version of yourself standing at the top of a staircase.
notice how you're carrying yourself in your body
notice what this version of you is wearing
notice how you're feeling
notice the kinds of thoughts that you are having
notice the way that you convey yourself out to the world
and you look down and you see
the types of shoes that you are wearing
and now in a moment
I'm going to be counting down from 10 to zero
and with each and every step that you take down this staircase
it will reinforce this confident version of yourself
and there is a stairwell with a handle that you can use
as you walk down
so you feel comfortable with each and every step.
Now beginning at 10, we take a step down into this most confident version of you.
Nine, realizing that confidence is just simply comfort in your body and mind.
Eight, seven.
Feeling more.
confident and calm all at the same time six five four three reinforcing two one and at zero and at zero
deep relaxation feeling so incredibly deeply relaxed comfortable and confident holding on to this feeling
of comfort all around and all through your body is still and perfectly in harmony
and you realize that you have control over your feelings.
You can call upon this feeling of comfort and relaxation at any time,
no matter what is going on in your life.
And there are things in our life that we just can't control.
Nobody can.
And that's what life is.
We surrender to the things that we cannot control and we focus on the things we can control
because we can control how we feel.
You have total control in how you feel and how you react in where your focus goes,
in your habits, in your daily life.
You get to focus on improving your life and you get to focus on changing the things that you can control for the betterment of your life.
And every time that you come back and listen to this meditation, you begin to realize even more and more things you have control over.
and you begin to feel powerful in the decisions that you make, in the direction of your life,
because you realize that all of the decisions that you've made for yourself throughout your life
were perfect for you.
And all of the things that have happened in your life are perfect for you.
Because it created who you are.
right now and you see the value in yourself and in all the lessons that you've learned along the way
and at this moment you feel so calm and so relaxed feelings of empowerment begin to take over
because you realize how powerful you really are and you look forward to love you look forward to
life and all the lessons that are available to you, all of the possibilities that are in your future.
And there's no need to worry about anything because you realize that you can handle anything that comes your way.
And at zero, we go deeper.
sealing all of this in integrating it into your subconscious mind and in a moment i'm going to count up to
five and at five you will be alert and wide awake and we begin at one feeling a full sense of
well-being two feeling energized by these positive empowering thoughts
three feeling excited for your day four feeling alert and five eyes open wide awake one two
