You have the capacity to embody this vivacious energy. Your body is a miracle and a gift, allowing you to see this wonderful world. Your body is a blessing that has been bestowed upon you.Throughout the day, I encourage you to cultivate an attitude of thankfulness. Even if you initially perceive an event as negative, you can still learn something beneficial from it.

Starting point is 00:00:00 We appreciate your interest in today's meditation life skills podcast. We sincerely grateful for your support. Begin by sitting in a comfortable position, spine straight, and palms in your lap facing downwards. When you feel ready, gently close your eyes. Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose. Feeling your lungs expand fully and hold your breath at the top. When you're ready, release the breath powerfully through your mouth and at the bottom of that exhale, repeat this again.
Starting point is 00:00:48 Inhaling through your nose, filling up your lungs, holding your breath at the top, and when you're ready, forcefully letting the air come out through your mouth. Then one last time at the end of that breath, inhale through your nose, hold your breath at the top, and when you're ready, let it go. At the end of this breath returned to breathing at a pace that is comfortable for you, in through your nose and out through your mouth throughout this entire meditation. The space between thoughts, the space between breaths, is a space where all we're, Wisdom and self-acceptance exists. It is time to feel that for yourself.
Starting point is 00:02:00 Let yourself be taken to a crystal clear beach on the sand, feeling the brushing against your skin, so gently, feeling the sun on your face, and breathing in the sense of the ocean, the salty air, the freshness. Notice a bench up ahead facing the ocean. You are all alone out here. It is peaceful and calm.
Starting point is 00:03:01 It is just you, the water, and occasional birds flying by, and so you walk over to the bench. Letting yourself rest, sitting down and looking out at the vast blue ocean, extending all the way out from left to right and all the way to the horizon take a deep breath here in this moment just let yourself be open and willing to love and accept yourself as you are there is nothing to change there is no other way you need to be breathe in deeply to this truth
Starting point is 00:04:16 feel this truth in the space between your thoughts in the space between your breath in your next inhale breathe in very deeply feeling your stomach expand fully holding your breath at the top and when you're ready exhale with a long audible sigh be proud of yourself for doing this work bring your awareness to the room around you as it feels good to you
