will gently induce you into sleep,
allowing you to first enter a deep state of relaxation
and eventually enter the state of sleep.
Now as you make yourself comfortable lying down,

you may become aware of the sounds around you those sounds whether loud or barely
audible are cooperating in helping you to relax helping you to be at ease helping you to feel at
peace. The sounds are easing you into deeper and deeper relaxation. They're a part of the experience.
They belong here. They're normal. If you hear a telephone ring, you'll accept it as a normal sound
as part of your experience and you will not be disturbed. The sound, the sound, the sound
of my voice will provide comfort for you.
And you will listen to my voice and only my voice
for guidance and instruction
and everything else will be part of the normal background noise
and you will not respond to it.
And as your eyes remain closed,
your eyelids are beginning to relax.
Allow the relaxation to increase

Take another long, deep breath in.

yourself to calmly enter the deeper parts of the ocean now. And as you continue to listen to my voice,
feel yourself going deeper and deeper into this pleasant, relax.

the deepest part of the ocean. This is perfect, bliss that this is a place where you can sleep,
comfortably and relaxed feeling everything is just right for you you can sleep here as much as you
want whenever you want and you'll never be disturbed you begin to feel a pleasant drowsiness
taking over and you begin to feel sleepier and sleepier and sleepier
and with every breath that you take, feel yourself drifting deeper into a sleep state.
Every breath takes you to a deeper sleep state, more comfortable and deeper than you've slept in a long time.
