I have been thinking a lot about what I can do in this place and time to help with others
and assisting others with healing, with growing, with relief.
the blocks. And today I have felt super compelled to record a very specific guided meditation
that I've been doing for about a year now that has helped me immensely with my negative releases.
I feel it's time to share that with you guys. And so I'm really excited and happy. Thank you for being here.
let's get started go ahead and start by breathing in really really deep until your lungs and your
stomach are completely filled up and then i want you to breathe it all out very slowly take another really
really really deep breath in and hold it for a few seconds and then just breathe it all out let it all out do this
a few times until you can feel your body starting to relax. Really, really, really deep breath in.
Hold it for a few seconds. Super, super deep breath out. While you're doing this, taking these deep breaths
in and out, I want you to imagine your comfort level, your rest level getting deeper and deeper and
deeper. I want you to imagine your stress, just leaving your body. Your head is feeling lighter.
Your neck is feeling lighter. Your shoulders are feeling looser. Your elbows, your fingertips.
Just let it all move down. Any pent up negativity, stress, anxiety, you feel in your chest,
move it down, down to your stomach, down to your hips, down even further to your knees, your ankles and your feet.
Imagine there being two energy vortexes at the end of your feet, and all of that energy is just seeping out of those vortexes.
and up into the air, up into the light.
Take another few really, really deep breaths in and out
while that negative energy just spuse out of the ends of your feet
like black smoke up into the air.
It's no longer yours to deal with.
Whatever position you're in, I want you to imagine a bright,
light forming over your head starts out as just the size of a pin but it starts to grow wider and
wider and wider until it encompasses your entire body feel the light start to breathe into you into your skin
into your cells, into your body.
Feel it, penetrate your mind and your body.
This loving, beautiful, warm, kind, calm, light.
Just completely take over you.
Transcending you into the feelings and vibrations of love and kindness.
Just letting you know that everything's going to be okay.
You are okay.
You are okay.
You are loved and taken care of.
Feel that energy just completely take over you.
Every aspect of who you are is now encompassed in this light.
And you feel so good.
Your vibrations have been lifted.
Your mood has been lifted.
Thank this light for your higher vibrations.
and this healing that is taking place.
Now I want you to imagine all seven of your chakras starting to open up.
While they're opening up, go ahead and continue to take those deep, heavy breaths in and out.
Imagine them opening up to clean and clear any negativity that may be pent up inside,
bringing you to a whole new level of happiness and awareness mindfulness
releasing any negative blocks that you may be experiencing
like going deep deep down into your chakra points
into your cells into your DNA making massive changes
lifting your vibrations and lifting up any negativity
or blocks that no longer serve you,
just lifting them up out of your chakra points.
You can see all of those blocks and negativity coming out
in the form of black smoke,
just lifting up out of your chakra points
being pulled out by the light.
If you feel any resistance at all,
just breathe and allow the light to do the work.
all you have to do is just lay back and breathe let god take out all of your negative energy all of those blocks
just experience the gratitude experience the love feel it within your entire body and your soul
feel that love in your cells in your DNA know that you are loved and protected and cared for
continue releasing all the blocks.
I'll go ahead and give you a couple minutes of silence to continue releasing.
If you're still releasing, you can go ahead and continue to release all the negativity that the light is wanting to take right now.
If you're done releasing, go ahead and imagine the light putting a golden armor as protection around you.
You are safe and protected from malicious energies, malicious people, others' judgments or perceptions of you.
You are free from that.
Now imagine your aura.
Clear that.
Whatever is in your aura, just clear it.
Imagine the light penetrating your aura.
Clearing any name.
negativity from your aura, just taking it all away.
Your aura is about a six to eight feet bubble around you.
It's what people call personal space.
Your aura is your personal space.
Clear it all out any negativity.
Once your aura is cleared, place a bubble of protection around your aura.
