To begin, find a quiet, comfortable place. Once you find your perfect spot, settle in and make yourself comfortable. Now close your eyes and prepare yourself for the meditation. inhale deeply through your nose to the count of one, two, and three. Exhale slowly through your mouth to the count of one, two, and three. Every breath is your opportunity to let go of your worries and release the tension your body is holding onto. With every breath you take, you feel your body sinking deeper and deeper into the floor beneath you. rooting you to the spot. You are being supported by the ground beneath you. It's anchoring you in place. Now let's focus on your breath as you inhale through your nose. Notice the way the air feels as it enters your body and as you push your breath out of your mouth. Notice the feeling against your lips.

Keep your eyes closed and imagine a door in the distance. You walk towards it and notice a glowing light welcoming you to open the door. And as you do, you are warmed by a soft glowing light as you step. As you step. As you step. over the threshold. You feel an overwhelming sense of calm envelope you. And the deeper you step into

The ground is very soft against your feet, offering the most luxurious. feeling between your toes as you walk. There are colorful plants and flowers lining the walkway, the likes of which you've never seen before with orange, yellow, and purple blooms that are perfect in every way. You see tall, lush green trees, and you can hear their leaves. You can hear their leaves rustling with the lightest breeze that barely touches your skin. There are deer grazing in the field next to a crystal clear blue lake that has a soft, white, sandy beach. It's the perfect place. It's a tranquil place. The lake's waves ebb and flow, gently inviting you to take a seat on the soft white

Exxiety doesn't belong in this perfect place. Repeat after me. I embrace the peace and tranquility in this beautiful landscape. Worries are leaves drifting on the lake, where the gentle current takes them far away. In this place you feel at peace. You feel as happy and content as the birds that are happily singing up high in the lush green, trees. The worries you feel are temporary, and no matter how big they feel, they just float away, further and further away, until they disappear from sight.
