Find a comfortable position in your bed, ensuring that your body is fully supported and relaxed. Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in. As you lie there, bring your attention to your breath. Notice the natural rhythm of your breath as you use. inhale and exhale. Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest or the subtle expansion and contraction

Now shift your attention to your body. start from the top of your head and slowly scan down through your body bringing awareness to each area notice any areas of tension or discomfort as you move down through your body feel a sense of relaxation spreading through each muscle every joint and all the way down to your toes let go of any physical sensations or discomfort, allowing your body to sink deeper as you continue to relax.
