And as you turn your attention to your feet, let yourself welcome and allow this relaxation sensation as it progresses from your toes to your heels, ankles, your calves, knees, and your thighs,
Starting point is 00:00:33 as you become aware of your legs relaxing. A deeper inner calm begins to form and it strengthens and deepens with every breath. And this relaxation sensation begins to move up through your hips, solar plexes, each and every breath releasing, relaxing and letting go. Each breath takes you deeper. The deeper you go, the more relaxed you become.
Starting point is 00:01:13 And the more relaxed you become, the deeper you go. Inhaling in comfort, exhaling out any tension. And this relaxation sensation continues moving up in a warm and nurturing way through your chest and into your shoulders. and as though you could imagine healing hands being placed on those shoulders and all the burdens simply melt away. The warmth as you relax, release, and let go with every breath. Starting point is 00:09:08 and now resting with ease in just right ways. and let your mind space settle now as well, knowing all is well from that extension of energy that there was something of good created, beneficial for all concerned, and for the highest good of all. This causation now brings forward an effect that manifests, and as it is believed before it becomes, With a positive expectation, it could only become that. Let it become and be all that it can be. Making a cause, a definite cause, drawing it in through your energy that which you want. And with this cause of creation, imagining and visualizing that it is on its way,
Starting point is 00:10:16 getting a sense that it's being drawn to you imagine it magnetically on its way and all the positive possibility magnetically allow and with this positive intention with full appreciation for the wonders of your imagination and thanks to all the energetic life forces of creation from magnetizing to manifesting.
