Go ahead and sit or lay in a comfortable position.
Making sure that your hands are to your sides.
Your feet are uncrossed.
And begin by taking three deep breaths.
Breathing in and out.
Breathing in.
and breathing out, feeling your belly expand and deflate like a balloon as you continue breathing
in and breathing out in a rhythm that is natural for you. In a gentle and rhythmic pattern,
breathing in and breathing out, allowing yourself to go deeper into yourself. And in a moment,
I'm going to count down from 10 to zero.
Zero, always being deep sleep.
Now when I say deep sleep,
you aren't really going to fall asleep,
but at the moment I say deep sleep,
for the purpose of this meditation,
and only with your permission,
you will drift calmly and swiftly
into a deep state of calm and peace.
and all that matters is for you to continue to focus on your breathing and listening to my voice as I guide you deeper and deeper down.

allowing your eyes to simply stay closed or to close them now if they're not closed yet,

and you're alive in this amazing life
that provides all you need and want
and zero deep sleep
and as you continue to drift into this
calm and restful feeling
you may notice how easy it is for you to let go of any insecure
that prevent you from moving forward in the way you would like.
And while there are situations in life that may trigger you to feel vulnerable,
and you may feel unsure about how to respond in those events or situations,
instead of withdrawing or sabotaging,
you are finding new ways to handle situations like these,
and you focus your efforts on letting go of your insecurity.
As you begin to look at events, situations, and even people differently, you find yourself being
able to release these troublesome feelings that are no positive use to you anymore.
Sometimes there are challenging situations and it is natural to feel stuck or to feel certain
ways or certain emotions.
And during these moments, when you begin to feel to feel.
feel overwhelmed with feelings of vulnerability and insecurity, you find that by labeling these feelings
by what they are helps you in figuring out what it is going on with you and deal with them constructively.
You are finding new ways to let go of negative emotions because holding on to negative emotions is
like drinking poison every day. As the days progressed, you're going to,
You are finding new ways to discover more about what works for you when it comes to releasing
insecurities.
And whenever the feeling is hard to let go, you allow yourself to rest and give yourself
a moment to really identify what is going on with your body, mind, or emotions.
When in these moments, you allow yourself to stop and remind yourself that continuing
in this state is destructive.
You take time for rest because you know it benefits your entire being and enables you to
function better afterwards.
At times, you may struggle with figuring out the solution.
This is normal and natural to feel this way.
However, sometimes when we struggle to find solutions, it is because the mind,
body are tired and so we allow ourselves time to rest. You know it is time to take a break when
your natural instincts lose their sharpness. But being more observant to your body, you are
able to feel your mood and personality change when you are extremely tired. As time progresses,
you will be able to instantly tell when you need to take a break from others around you and you will
take time to be alone because you realize that if you want to maintain healthy relationships,
you get to rest so you are not cranky with the people in your life.
As humans, we all perform at a higher level when we are well rested,
so you find ways to include moments of rest into your schedule.
As the day progress, and as the days progress, you will find new ways to listen to what your body is
telling you and be ready to pull the plug when you feel you are operating on fumes.
You are coming to understand that self-care is a way to show yourself that you love and
support yourself, so you enjoy finding new ways to engage in self-care activities.
And in a moment, I will count the numbers from one to five, and at the count of five,
you'll be fully alert and refreshed and ready to allow these suggestions to work for you.
Zero is always deep sleep as we integrate all we have learned in this session.
