I thank God I was born on the good arms of the Midwest, and not on the battlefields of
the U.S.
It's a time of panic, and it's intercepted!
It's picked off right away!
Intercepted by Marty Hooker!
Pick six!
Eight seconds into the game!
Buffen sets up deep in the pocket, goes down the field for Smith!
Oh!
He's got it!
Smith!
Touchdown.
85 yards.
High on.
Touchdown, 10.
Taking a shot in the end zone.
It is caught.
No offense.
Touchdown.
That's either one or you have it.
Go ahead and three.
Yes.
Two-point lead for the Hawkeyes podcast,
part of the Locked On Sports Network.
I am one of your hosts, Andrew Wade, and I am joined here by my co-host,
Zach Cohen.
It is Thursday morning, game day is upon us in just two days.
Zach, what are your plans for this weekend to watch the Iowa game?
Hey, Andrew.
Probably going to go to a bar like I did again.
Probably drink a little too much,
get a little too excited for Oliver Martin touchdowns.
And I'm just really excited to get the season starting off for a 2-0 start.
Rutgers is not as easy a cakewalk as it was before,
but I'm really excited about what I saw last Saturday
and I think it's going to be a good game.
I couldn't agree more.
I think that's the big theme of the show today and tomorrow
is just that Rutgers is not as easy as we typically expect them to be.
This isn't going to be a cakewalk.
That being said, I could see Iowa.
I mean, it depends on what kind of Iowa team shows up.
I could see them pull out an Illinois game like last year
or it could be a Maryland game where they score 20, 25 points.
So, but on today's show, we are going to be covering some of that stuff.
First, though, we're going to kick it off by talking about the AP Top 25.
We have some thoughts on that, want to cover that.
On segment number two, we're going to be going through the injury report.
There's a few guys that are out.
We want to let you know kind of what the expectation is kind of going forward
for these guys and who's going to be taking over for them.
And then finally on segment number three,
we're going to be going through what we are hoping to see from the Rutgers game.
Right.
Some stuff like, for example,
I didn't really see much from AJ Epinesa against Miami of Ohio.
Granted, he's being doubled and triple teamed and chip blocked,
but I want to see him really elevate his play.
I want to see Iowa get involved.
So we're going to be talking about that on segment number three.
If you are tuning in for the very first time today,
make sure to check out some of our past episodes.
We've had some great interviews.
We've done some great coverage on the game leading up to now.
We had Jordan Canzeri on the show the last two days.
We also had Jordan Bohannon on the show last week.
We have some great interviews coming up as well. And if you are following us on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram, we are going to
be doing some great giveaways. So make sure if you aren't following us to do that already. And if you
are, just stay tuned for some of the fantastic stuff. We have coming your way, some autograph
memorabilia. And finally, again, if you like what you hear today, make sure to like, review,
and subscribe wherever you download this podcast app.
All right, man, that was a mouthful to get through. Let's jump into the content for today,
though. The AP top 25. The big thing I think that we want to talk about a Iowa was left at 20.
And that is okay. I didn't expect them to move up. But let's talk about some of the other thoughts. I think you have some probably some stronger feelings on this than I do. So I'll kind of let
you take it away for this one. Yeah, you know pretty well Andrew so um just off the bat um I I just don't Nebraska at 25
and Iowa State I says they're so the one I'm looking at says they're both at 25 don't know
how that's possible I think they received the same amount of votes. That's probably why. But I don't just – I don't get why they are both in the –
here's the thing I'm struggling with because on paper, Iowa State won.
Nebraska won.
But if you watch the games, it was like pulling your nails.
It was like pulling your toenails off.
It was like stepping on 100 Legos.
It was just so painful.
Nebraska couldn't score.
Adrian Martinez didn't score a touchdown. Their defensive special teams had
three of their touchdowns. And Iowa State went to triple overtime with a UNI team that
is less than spectacular. Yeah, I know all those people saying we needed two block field goals or
things like that a couple years ago to beat them. I don't care. It's a different year.
You could join the Nebraska fans and watch the highlights from the 90s if you want to keep talking about the past. This is what just happened.
It's just a really gross number next to their name. I just don't think they deserve a top 25
ranking. I just don't like that Nebraska and Iowa State are a ranking away from Boise State,
who showed a lot of resilience and was able to beat Florida State and Stanford is a 23 I just don't think those guys belong in the same area on the
AP 25 Iowa I mean we didn't really expect much I mean if we won the game we're going to stay where
we were if we won by a field goal you probably drop a little but I'm I'm fine with where we're
sitting Michigan State dropped down a little I think So they're at 19 right next to us.
So I don't mind that.
I mean, from 15 through 20, it's us, Michigan State, Wisconsin, and Penn State.
So, I mean, I agree with those rankings.
I think it's a lot of Big Ten teams in here, which I'm really excited about.
But, I mean, just besides that bottom of the order, it makes me want to throw up.
But I don't know what your thoughts are, Andrew.
Yeah, man.
So I think I differ a little bit on some of the rankings from you,
specifically with the Nebraska thing. You know, my thought is Nebraska did beat South Alabama.
I thought they beat them in a way we wouldn't expect Nebraska to win games. And by no means
do I like Nebraska. I think at this point, I wouldn't have had them in my top 25 to begin the
year. Just when you're coming from a four and eight season, you know, they, they lost a few key playmakers brought in some other guys,
but a lot of guys are kind of heading towards that interesting suspension line that we're
kind of looking at right now with Maurice Washington and some of those other guys.
But anyways, with Nebraska specifically, you know, if you had them in your top 25,
I don't think the South Alabama game was enough to move them out of the top 25. I don't think the South Alabama game was enough to move them out of the top 25. I don't
think it was a good showing. Adrian Martinez definitely looked rusty. I do think the offense
gets it back in gear though as we move into more of the season. The defense looked really good for
Nebraska, again against South Alabama, but I think the fact that they did win by 14, they did close
it out with their offense looking terrible. I don't mind Nebraska staying in the top 25 if you had them in there before.
Iowa State, though, should not be in the top 25,
and I actually have some historical proof to that as well.
If you are pointing to the fact that Iowa had to have two blocked field goals
to beat Northern Iowa, just keep in mind that Iowa also dropped out of the rankings,
and they were out of the rankings for four weeks.
Checkmate, Andrew. Checkmate, Andrew.
Checkmate, yeah.
So, I mean, they beat Northern Iowa in regulation time.
Iowa State had to take, you know, three overtimes to finally beat Northern Iowa.
I think Iowa State's more talented than they've shown.
You know, they showed on Saturday.
I think they're going to be a solid team.
But I think for right now, you need to earn your place.
And I think Iowa State should be out of the top 25.
And if, you know, if they do beat Iowa, if they do win a couple games and I think Iowa State should be out of the top 25 and if you know if they do beat Iowa if they do win a couple games I have no problem
with them being in the top 25 I just think for right now though you lost it there man you lose
northern Iowa or you barely beat northern Iowa you don't deserve to be in the top 25. Yeah it's just
hard for me to grasp because there's so much like dark horse with Iowa State winning the big 12 or
coming in second or at least making the
big like or at least like competing with that behind Texas or Oklahoma and like being this
dark horse team and Brock Purdy being like the savior for Iowa State and Adrian Martinez being
like big time could be a second team first team all Big Ten everyone loved Nebraska it's like
their Cinderella year it's just like I I am I do agree Nebraska's defense
was stellar I mean their special teams and defense scored their points so I really can't hate on that
but their offense couldn't move anything man it just looked so miserable Adrian Martinez looked
uncomfortable it didn't look explosive I was just really confused about the whole game plan I don't
know what was up it just didn't seem like there was a team there wasn't a whole lot of camaraderie
that we saw within the Iowa team you know it just didn't seem seamless so yeah I mean and that happens
though we see with Iowa almost every single year I mean the way Iowa came out in that second half
was a little bit surprising to me typically we see Iowa kind of struggle throughout the first game
just kind of getting their feet wet but that's that's kind of where I can kind of give some
slack to Nebraska and you know the Hawkeye fans on here that hate Nebraska, don't, you know, hold your horses. I hate Nebraska too,
but I also want to be realistic about the situation. And I think Nebraska in the top 25,
I'm okay with it. We're going to have a tough test this week against Colorado,
but we're going to cover that on tomorrow's episode. But real quick, before we jump into
a quick break and give you some, you give you some of the messages from our sponsors,
I want to tell you about a fantastic new daily fantasy sports app.
No House Advantage is taking an exciting new spin on daily fantasy sports.

need to let our listeners know about a fantastic new platform called Vivid Seats. Vivid Seats is a
fantastic way to find tickets to your next concert or sporting event or an Iowa Hawkeye football game.
Vivid Seats is an online event ticket marketplace
that not only helps you find seats to the next big event,
but it also has a loyalty program
so that you can continue to earn even when you shop.
For the next few days, the rewards are even better
with customers earning between 10% and 16% credit
on all of their purchases through the app.
All you need to do is go to the App Store or Google Play
and download the Vivid Seats app.
Fans are automatically enrolled in the Vivid Seats loyalty program,
so you can begin earning as you shop.

You heard that right.
Enter KICKOFF100 on your next Vivid Seats purchase and save up to $100.
With those savings, you might be able to make your team season opener after all.
Or in the case of Iowa, you might be able to make the Rutgers game.
All right, we are back with segment number two.
I obviously went through the AP poll on segment number one.
I think it's good, Zach, that you and I have –
I think you and I are kind of the yin and yang of some of these topics, right?
I think you like to hate on Nebraska and Iowa State a little more.
I kind of like to be a little bit more optimistic about all teams,
but I think that's really good for the show.
But segment number two, I think we can all agree on what we're going to be talking about,
the Iowa Hawkeyes injury report.
I want to talk about kind of what the expectations are going forward,
and I think just to kind of brief the listeners on what's happening,
Alaric Jackson is out for a couple weeks. Sounds like they might be able to get him back
for the Michigan game. That's caused a lot of offensive line reshuffling. Right now,
the defensive back depth is kind of hurt as well. Julius Brents and Riley Moss are both out for the
next few weeks. And then finally, Cole Bamwert, last year's starting guard, should be available.
He's been doing well in practice, according to Kirk Behrens,
but he might not play.
I don't think he's going to be starting,
probably just coming off the bench if they need him.
But the Larrick Jackson injury,
this has really created quite a reshuffle along the line, man.
I mean, Levi Paulson is moving to right tackle.
Tristan Wirfs is moving to left tackle.
We got a former walk-on, Kyler Schott, playing right guard.
What are your thoughts
on this i mean we saw kind of this similar line on saturday against miami of ohio what were your
thoughts on the line on saturday night did you think they did pretty well together yeah so
obviously the loss of larry jackson sucks um one of our best offensive linemen but i'll tell you
what kyler shot shot his performance.
Like even he had the attention of a lot of people even from ESPN.
Michael Jr. and Holly Rowe, you retweeted it out.
He was moving these guys like they were just pieces of paper.
I'm really impressed with what he did coming in the game, kind of coming cold.
And like you said, being a former walk-on, he looks like he's very capable.
It looks like he's very – will be a good option at right
guard I mean Tristan worse at left tackle being the blind side for uh Nate Stanley I mean I don't
know who else I want you know protecting uh quarterbacks blind side so I mean I think he
did really well I think that it takes a lot to get past him Kyler Schott is uh playing his way
to even be a uh starter potentially I know Bam, what you said,
may come back, but they'll probably work him in. I mean, if Schott keeps playing well, they're
probably going to keep rehabbing him and slowly work him in. But I mean, I'm happy. It could be
a lot worse at line. I feel like the guys who stepped in, like I mentioned earlier or last week,
next man up mentality. You know, these guys train well, they're prepared.
And that just shows and speaks to Iowa's coaches
that they're able to take all these guys,
whether it be second or third string,
and they all are prepared and all mentally in the same level.
So if the next guy comes in the game,
we don't even skip a beat.
So I think that speaks a lot to Iowa.
Yeah, man, I actually am very optimistic
about what's happening. Obviously,
Larrick Jackson being out, he's our second best offensive lineman by far, and that's obviously
going to hurt the Hawks. But like you said, the next man up mentality and what we're seeing right
now is really a youth movement along the offensive line. And this is going to get this offensive
line some great experience for future seasons. We might not see Jackson come back. We might not see
Tristan Wirfs come back.
But seeing these guys kind of get shuffled in is going to really help the
offensive line gel in the future years.
I also think it's interesting.
You know, you have, you know, Kyler Schott, a former walk-on.
You have Justin Britt, I believe another walk-on, right behind him.
But also you have Tyler Endres, a four-star recruit.
You have Mark Kallenberger, another four-star recruit.
And I'm forgetting, I'm blanking on the other kid's name. Big time recruit out of Iowa,
another four-star recruit from this 2019 class. There's three four-star recruits who are not even,
you know, sorry, Kallenberger's on the two deep, but the other two are not even on
the two deep yet. There's so much talent on this offensive line and they can just keep shuffling guys in and in and in. I think like
you said, the band work thing, absolutely. Let's take our time with him. Let's make sure he's
healthy. And you know what? If shot plays well, you better believe band work's not getting in
the game. They're going to keep the guys who are performing well right now in the game.
Just like we saw last year, you know, with Hankins and Ojemudia, they got injured, they got banged up. Brents and Moss played pretty well. Once they
started doing poorly in that Purdue game, we obviously put Ojemudia and Hankins back in,
but I think we could see a similar thing with Bamward, especially if this offensive line
continues to operate pretty well. Yeah, speaking of the depth chart, I kind of want to take us
off road for a second, but what is your, what is your thoughts on the cash position position going with Nick Neiman
this week instead of DJ Johnson? I never got to talk to you about that.
Yeah. So I think it's confusing how the depth chart is red,
but Nick Neiman is actually just the Leo right now. Okay. Yeah.
So I think, well, he's either the Leo or the will,
I think Digimon Colbert's the
Will and Nick Neiman is the Leo but the way it's listed out is you have Nick Neiman and Barrington
Wade as the linebackers or you have DJ Johnson as the cash okay and then what were your thoughts on
the cash and DJ Johnson last week do you how did you think about that performance I want to get
your opinion on that yeah man so for I think's interesting, right? I think Iowa is always going to use the 4-3,
and against teams that they don't need to use a 4-2-5, they're not going to. Nick Neiman's an
experienced linebacker. DJ Johnson is relatively inexperienced, right? And so they didn't have to
use it as much. And as we saw, the secondary kind of struggled just in general um so i think as it necessitates they're going to have the 425 be a more
prevalent option in the defensive scheme but for right now we're going to see that 4-3
against ruckers will be kind of interesting just because ruckers has two pretty solid running backs
they have some pretty solid wide receivers as well and a quarterback who's got some balls.
So it'll be interesting to see what they do.
I'm assuming we're going to get more than nine plays in the 4-2-5,
but I think right now it's a little bit too early to tell.
And I think you've got to give DJ Johnson some time, man.
I mean, the kid's pretty new to it,
but it'll be interesting to see what they do.
I mean, I think people forget just how dynamic Imani Hooker was and the fact that we had Gino stone back there,
we had a lot of depth in the secondary last year, some talented players.
So that's kind of my thoughts on it.
Yeah. Well, that's good. I'll put, I agree. I mean, it's,
I got a little upset with DJ Johnson, but he is really young.
He's new to the system. I mean, I can't expect everyone, like you said,
to be like an Amani hooker. So I agree. Hopefully over time, you know,
they get a little more comfortable in the schemes.
But it is a little confusing, though, how many schemes we have.
And, like, a lot of these guys, some of them are young sophomore
and freshman, so I bet there is this kind of acclimation period, though,
you know, kind of be comfortable in that scheme.
Definitely, man.
We just got to give it time.
Just like we saw with Brent and Moss last year,
there's a lot of ups and downs.
With the secondary this year, you know,
Geno Stone's really the leader back there.
Hankins kind of struggled.
Ojemudia had an okay game.
But that's actually something I definitely want to touch on
in segment number three is I just want to see more from our secondary, man.
And that actually is part of our injury report as well.
I mean, it's kind of banged up, man.
Right now the backups are Terry Roberts, a redshirt freshman,
former three-star recruit, and DJ Johnson.
So if he's not playing that cash position,
he'll probably slide over in the corner rule if they're going to go four corners.
So I would like to see Rutgers maybe spread it out a bit
and let's get some playing time for Roberts and Johnson.
I can't imagine Rutgers is going to burn us.
So I'd like to see some of those younger guys get some spots, you know,
spot playing time in Saturday's contest.
Yeah, I agree.
I mean, the cornerback injuries are – they stink.
I mean, it's obviously not our starters, which is good.
But any time you kind of decrease that depth
and you don't have as much output back there, it stinks.
But I do agree.
I would like to see some guys step up in that, whether it be Johnson.
And, you know, I just think that, like I said,
I think it's going to be a good competition this week
because it's not going to be, you know,
like an Ohio State airing the ball out, all like a big air raid attack,
because I do think the Rutgers does rely on the run a lot.
But I think it will be obviously better than in a Miami of Ohio passing
attack. I mean, their quarterback, um,
Fred doesn't even think it's McLean or something,
but he's really capable of Texas tech transfer.
So I think that this will be a good, uh, kind of medium, uh,
competition for these cornerbacks.
And I do think it will be able to just kind of see who's kind of,
who's kind of ready and who's kind of working their way up to be able to be ready for these you know Penn State games and
these really big prime time games absolutely man and two quick corrections that I misstated Ezra
Miller is the other four-star tackle that I couldn't remember the name of and Justin Britt
was not a walk-on he just had a broken leg or a torn ACL last year so rehabbing from that so he
was not a walk-on. He is a scholarship
player, but wanted to make sure I got those corrections out there. It was driving me
absolutely crazy, but we're going to actually move it on to segment number three. Before we do that,
though, Zach, as we talked about earlier, this new fantasy, you know, fantasy sports app is
fantastic. No house advantage is taking an exciting new spin on daily fantasy sports.
Instead of salary cap drafting, no houseantage offers daily player prop contests.
This platform levels the playing field, so you have a higher likelihood of winning here
than when playing traditional fantasy sports contests.
Each contest contains anywhere from five to ten player props.
For example, will Nate Stanley throw more than two touchdowns?
You simply select the over or the under for each prop
and rank each pick based on your confidence of it being correct.
You'll earn points based on correct picks
and compete against other players for cash prizes.
I'm telling you guys, it's an extremely fun daily fantasy contest to play
that you can actually win.
No House Advantage offers contests across college football, NFL, MLB,
NBA, college basketball, PGA, and NASCAR. Yep.
It's pretty much everything.
Download no house advantage now from the app store and use the code locked on
to receive two free tokens. When you purchase two tokens, a $10 value,
that's code locked on to receive two free tokens. When you purchase two,
keep in mind as well,
certain state limitations may affect your ability to participate
in these paid contests. And if you are a gambling man or a gambling woman, you should check out My
Bookie. If you found $100 on the street, would you pick it up or keep walking? Of course, you take
the money. So why do you keep picking winners and not betting on them? That's why I go to My Bookie.
It's fast, it's easy, and they pay you when you win. Let's face it, where you're betting is just as important as who you're betting on.
I wouldn't be telling you guys about them if they weren't the best.
And I love gambling.
As we're going to do tomorrow, we're going to pick some of these Big Ten teams,
and I do enjoy betting on MyBookie on these games.
Last week I won a couple.
I picked Iowa to cover.
They did.
It was fantastic.

You play.
You win.
You get paid. All mybookie.ag today. You play, you win, you get paid. All right, man, let's jump into our final segment for today. Segment number three, covering some of the stuff we just want to see
happen against Rutgers. I think this is a pretty, pretty easy segment, pretty fun segment we can
kind of get into. And I know I talked about some of this stuff earlier, but I really want to see
AJ and Epinesa just destroy McLean Carter.
I want him to make Carter's life freaking miserable.
We didn't get a chance to see it very often, you know, against Miami of Ohio.
He was getting double, triple-team chip blocked here and there.
I think Iowa needs to do a better job of kind of scheming Epinesa in his face.
I think Epinesa also needs to do a – I think mentally recognize the fact that he's going to have these things
happen and find other ways to impact the game. And we saw with the Monte Jones,
he opened it up for Monte Jones because he was taking so much pressure off the
other guys. When you command two or three people on you at once,
that leaves one guy open.
What are your thoughts on either AJ Epinesa or some of the things you want to
see during the Rutgers game?
Yeah, I totally agree on the AJ Vanessa thing.
I just saw actually on Twitter that Ference just said that they're actually
thinking about moving AJ Vanessa around the line just to see if they could free
him up a little bit, try to see if they can find any mismatches there.
But also I read that Ference has talked to AJ and said, you know,
when you are this good of a player, it's kind of a curse
because everyone is keying on you, as we predicted before the season started.
It's the Adrian Claiborne effect, man.
He only had three sacks his senior year after having 12
or something like that his junior year.
Exactly.
I mean, it's kind of a blessing and a curse because you get national attention,
but you also may not put up the stats.
I do agree, though.
I think that he is causing more attention on him, and it's leaving a little more room for other guys like amani jones when
he literally uh threw uh gabbert through the turf so gabbert i mean i think we gotta take the pros
and the cons of it right i mean um obviously aj's the best player on the field when he's on the
field the most time so everyone's gonna focus on him um he also does have superhuman ability is also one of the top prospects because he can
handle double teams as well so hopefully he can kind of adjust that and know how to kind of move
around and kind of use that to his advantage but i mean in the meantime i will take mismatches and i
will take less um attention on these other guys like Golston and Amani Jones and things
like that. Because at the end of the day, a sack's a sack.
We got this and it's coming from AJ or Jones or any of those guys.
So I'm at front. I mean, it kind of take what we can from it.
No doubt, man. Another thing I want to cover as well.
I think from the rushing, you know, rushing game perspective,
I want to see them continue to dominate the rushing attack with this,
you know, reshuffled offensive line.
I loved what Sargent did.
I loved when Young came in.
You could just see the pure force when he runs just powering through people.
And I would love to see Ivory Kelly Martin get a few touches.
He has some big playability.
I would like to see them utilize that
and see how they can work in Goodson as well.
You know, if anyone can do it, I think it's the Iowa Hawkeyes
to rotate four backs in and manage to get them, touches and feed them the ball. I would love to see
the run attack continue to build on that. Yeah, I was going to say
I think one of the interesting storylines with Iowa that
no one's really talking about, because it's not huge, but Ivory
Kelly Martin is listed as the third running back. He was last week. He is this week.
But it looked like when we were up and trying to run the clock out at the end of the game,
Goodson got a lot of touches and I know it was kind of a small sample size, but I think he looked
really good. I'm really excited to see. For a true freshman? Hell yeah. Yeah. I mean, he looked like,
wasn't nervous at all. Looked like he owned the field. I mean, he's super athletic, super quick.
I'm really excited to see him. And I know that
you do get those four games until, and you can still be a registered freshman. So he's going to
get some playing time. I think Farron said he isn't going to get any small playing time this
year. So we'll see what they're going to do with that. But we do have a ton of running backs. I'm
really happy about that. That storyline will be interesting because we did see that Ivory Kelly
Martin did not see many touches last week. Also i will say something that i am interested interested in seeing is can nate stanley keep up
what he was able to do last week um and by that and by that i mean will you be able to spread the
wealth like he did i was really impressed his ability to get everyone involved in the game i
mean 10 guys that catches he got smith oliver uh Smith-Marset, Regini, Tyrone,
Tracy, got all of them the ball, showed some love to them, even Sean Baer. So I'm interested to see
will he be able to be able to read the field and do the things like he did last week? Because that
is one new attribute that I think he picked up this year is kind of with his seniority and being
able to, as many games as he's played he should be
able to be able to make those reads and not just be stuck on one or two reads so that was impressive
with him that I didn't really like to mention when we talked about the post game performance but
I mean I'm really excited to see if we're gonna be able to keep up this air raid attack like we
had last week you know I think it got a lot of Iowa fans excited I'm interested also in seeing
that Weeding is listed as the number one tight end,
but Sean Bayer got all those catches.
Is it going to be Sean Bayer's going to be the main blocking guy,
or Weeding going to be the main blocking guy in the rundowns?
Is Sean Bayer going to be the receiving tight end in the pass plays?
I'm kind of interested in seeing that,
and also where does Drew Cook fall in all this?
So I think that is also interesting as well. I don't know what your thoughts are on that yeah man i
would love to see the tight ends just get more involved in general um especially drew cook you
know weeding was definitely in the game as a blocking tight end and we saw that even last
year coming in for france a few times and being that blocker um couldn't agree more i'd love to
see nate stanley spread the ball around again and and get it to a bunch of different guys and then
my final thing is just the secondary i'd like to see them limit some of the mental mistakes
and actually secure the ball.
They had a couple opportunities to pick the ball off
and didn't make it happen.
So those are kind of the big things I would like to see.
Yeah, agreed.
I think that the one weak point on our defense from last week
was the secondary.
It looked a little susceptible at times.
I know it was the first game, but I do agree.
I think we do need to tighten everything up.
And I do think that with each game,
we will get that confidence build up and the team mentality where everyone's
going to be able to rely on each other and kind of know where their
accountabilities are and what their, what their role is on each play.
So I do agree on that.
Definitely, man.
We want to get that all in order before the Iowa Hawkeyes face Michigan,
who has arguably the best wide receiver trio in the nation.
But that will do it for our show today.
On tomorrow's episode, we are going to be covering the Big Ten,
kind of quickly go through those games, give our picks.
