I thank God I was born on the good arms of the Midwest, and not on the battlefields of the U.S.
It's a time of panic, and it's intercepted! It's picked off right away!
Intercepted by Marty Hooker! Pick six! Eight seconds into the game!
Buffen sets up deep in the pocket, goes down the field for Smith!
Oh! He got it! Smith!
Decks down 85 yards! Iowa! Field for Smith. Oh, he got it. Smith. Touchdown.
85 yards.
Iowa.
Touchdown, 10.
Taking a shot in the end zone.
It is caught.
No offense.
Touchdown.
That's either one or you have it.
Go ahead and three.
Yes.
Two-point lead for the Hawkeyes!
Welcome to the Lockdown Hot Guys podcast.
I am one of your hosts, Andrew Wade, and I'm joined here by our brand new co-host, Zach Cohen.
Zach, how are you doing today, buddy?
Good. How are you, Andrew?
Not too bad, man. I'm excited to have you on the show.
Tell the listeners a little bit about yourself, man.
I mean, this is our first episode recording together.
We have some great stuff coming up. If anyone's been following the Twitter activity for the last two weeks, they can see what kind of stuff you can bring to the table.
You've been posting some great stuff on there. So tell us a little bit about yourself.
Yeah. So I went to Iowa. I graduated in 2018. I, when I was in Iowa, I ran the Barstool account
for Iowa for Instagram and Twitter. I
was the account supervisor. And then I graduated and kind of missed kind of the social media aspect
and writing about sports and just even Iowa Hawkeye sports. So I reached out and I reached
out to Dear Old Gold, which is a big Iowa Hawkeye sports website, editorials and different opinion
pieces and info pieces. and I got hired on
to be a contributor who actually fell underneath Andrew so from there we kind of got to start
talking and I always wanted to do a podcast especially about Iowa Hawkeye sports so then
from there I talked to Andrew he said he had this podcast like listen I loved it I loved what we
were doing and I thought that it could be something special. So talk to him and then I hear that today. So I'm really excited to be here and part
of the journey and part of the great base that you've laid for us. Awesome, man. I appreciate it
and appreciate the kind words there. Yeah, we both are a part of dear old gold.com. So make sure to
check that out. You can find some of our written material on there. But we will be bringing you a
podcast Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, some sort of four segments in those five days. We'll be bringing you podcasts throughout the regular season of the football season and the basketball season
end of the summer. We have some great interviews coming up. Zach's been lining up a few things,
and we've been working on a few other guest appearances that we will be teasing later on
in this week. For today's episode, though, we do have some great content to cover.
On segment number one, we're going to be talking about departures and arrivals,
specifically talking about Oliver Martin.
On segment number two, we're going to be talking about some jersey type of things.
Michigan State just released some, I personally think, horrendous jerseys,
so we're going to be talking about that.
And then finally, on segment number three, the AP rankings were released yesterday.
We are recording this the day of the AP rankings, but when you hear this, it will be Tuesday
morning.
So the AP rankings were released yesterday.
We're going to be talking about where Iowa's position was in there.
Before we jump into that though, make sure to like review and subscribe wherever you
downloaded this podcast at, whether that is Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify,
or the brand-new Himalaya Podcast app.
Also, make sure to follow us on Twitter at LockedOnIowa
and on Facebook at LockedOnHawkeyes.
And just a quick reminder, if you are on Twitter, you must follow us.
Zach's been posting some really great stuff,
some great stuff about Miguel Racinos and his kicking.
Just some great stuff that's all over the place.
That one went viral pretty quickly love to see
that so make sure to check that out as well um let's jump right into segment number one though
zach what are your thoughts on this oliver martin situation i mean everyone in iowa hawkeye nation
just sitting here on our you know you know kind of on our knees waiting what the hell is going on
here yeah so i think that uh this is kind of the biggest story that's kind of hasn't really been
talked about for college football and even in the whole landscape in general, like
let alone the Big Ten.
I think that this is pretty big news, even nationally wasn't really talked about too
much or even leading up to now with all these headlines and all these schools like Alabama
and Clemson and Kelly Bryant to the world and even the Jalen Hurts and things like that.
No one's really kind of talking about this, and I think it's huge.
I mean, I thought of the whole Oliver Martin, even when he was at Iowa City West,
and, you know, he's one of the biggest recruits
and most explosive playmakers to come out of Iowa.
So I was kind of bummed that he didn't choose Iowa,
but he was in a situation where he was in Michigan.
According to Harbaugh, I don't know how much is true, how much was fabricated,
but he said he was going to be a starter on a top 10 FBS team with one of the
big time player of the year candidates, even Heisman candidate,
Shea Patterson, a quarterback. I just, I don't, something wasn't wrong.
Something wasn't clicking.
So he finally comes back and this kid's such a huge playmaker,
such an explosive spark.
And I kind of feel like personally we're kind of a week at
the slot position and I think he fills it so perfectly and I'm just waiting on the edge of
my seat like every other Iowa fan yeah I mean I I think I have to call you on the Shea Patterson
thing I just he is to me is not that good in my opinion but I do agree it's tough to leave a
Michigan team that's top 10 in the nation and want to come back home. I'm really excited to see if he does play this year.
It sounds like, you know,
they're putting together a compelling argument for whether or not, you know,
for trying to get the waiver wire eligibility or the waiver eligibility this
year and be able to play. I mean, if he doesn't get that,
it is going to be a huge blow to the offense. Now that Nick easily is gone.
There's two redshirt freshmen that are going to be in the slot position.
I think one of the things that isn't talked about a lot, though, is that not
having the news of Oliver Martin really kind of holds the Iowa Hawkeyes in limbo, right?
I mean, they don't know what they're going to do. Oh, yeah, no, I completely agree.
You see, I think, oh, for the record, too, I agree with the Shea Patterson
take. I think Justin Fields is the best quarterback in the Big Ten.
No one's really talking about him
a lot. Nebraska's going to be hating on you, man. If anyone from Nebraska listens to this,
they're going to hate you. Here's the second thing. I think it's going to go Justin Fields,
and then I think it's going to go Adrian Martinez. I hate Nebraska. I hate everything they stand for,
but I do think he is an explosive playmaker. I will say that. But as your point said,
I mean, it's not only us fans
being on the edge of our seat and wanting him to play.
It's the fact that you have Tyrone Tracy, you have
Nico Regani.
They're kind of in limbo, too. They don't know who's going to start.
They haven't really announced who's going to be the starting
slot. So they're practicing
with first string, second string, and the third team
quarterbacks. Stanley,
the whole important aspect
of this, too, is that you're going to have this second year receiver in Oliver Martin play
with this third year quarterback,
this veteran collegiate quarterback in Nate Stanley. And right now,
I don't even know who's getting the reps. And the big thing is the chemistry.
And that's one thing that I would expect you to bust ahead before the season
starts is something we're lacking.
Yeah. It's a little bit frustrating. I mean,
I do understand that they just submitted the paperwork
about two or three weeks ago, but the NCAA needs to figure their crap out
because we are less than two weeks away from game time.
And at this point, they don't know who their starting slot receiver is.
I mean, that's such a big deal too.
You know, Nate Stanley really relied on Nick Easley a lot the last two years.
Prior to Nick Easley, it was Matt Vandenberg.
So that slot position has been huge and a big focal point of the Iowa offense.
It's almost an extension of the running game in the sense of they're throwing a lot of
five, six-yard passes, a lot of screen passes, that kind of thing.
So you need a guy who can operate from that position effectively.
And no offense to Nico or Tyrone Tracy, I believe they could be solid slot receivers
in the future.
But if you have a talented guy like Oliver Martin,
you want him on the field right away.
Yeah, and I just even think now more than ever with the kind of absence
of tight end, you know, we've had Kittle, we've had Hawkinson,
we've had Fenn, all these guys who are such big contributors in the position.
And this year we have a big question mark at tight end.
So I think more than ever we need to use the slot receiver,
and that's what I thought Oliver Martin could give us.
A hundred percent agree. I do.
I do think one of the things that kind of helps us in this case is that Oliver
Martin went to Michigan and it sounds like Pep Hamilton was a big piece of his
committing to Michigan. He was the passing game coordinator.
He no longer is with the Michigan program.
If we are going to go with some of the previous rules of thumb,
coaching changes do have a little bit of value when it comes to getting that
waiver appeal.
Just look at Tate Martell.
I don't know exactly what he used for his waiver appeal,
but somehow he was able to be eligible at Miami.
Don't give me side on Tate.
That's another segment.
Yeah.
So I got to be honest, man.
I love Tate.
I find him explosive and just a unique playmaker,
but I can understand how he rubbed us basically 99% of America wrong.
Yeah.
I mean, I think he's super talented, but, man,
attitude's a big part of it.
And some of these big-time programs, no matter how talented you are,
if you're powering and stuff, I mean, that's just not a good sign.
But, I mean, I wish the best for him.
He's a great player. Miami Miami Florida is the first game I really hope he does some explosiveness whether it's a quarterback or receiver definitely and one other player I
wanted to touch on in this departures and arrivals segment before we move on to segment number two
is that the Iowa Hawkeyes are now losing Jaden McDonald he is leaving the program he was a former
three-star recruit last year from Georgia. Didn't see any playing time.
But I think the big thing I wanted to point out here is that this is really a signal that
this move to the 4-2-5 is legit.
They do not have a lot of room for linebackers anymore.
So you're not going to see nearly as many linebackers committing.
And you might be seeing a few more linebackers leaving.
Yeah, I mean, I completely agree.
I think it's kind of a big loss.
I mean, I think that you could speculate what the reasons were,
but I think, as you said, moving to a different scheme
is probably definitely a huge factor in that.
I mean, look, I mean, he's a three-star recruit.
He had an 86 rating closet score coming out of high school.
Kansas State recruited him, Ole Miss, Purdue, Rutgers.
I mean, the guy had some big talent.
As you can see, he got offered by some Big Ten teams.
Any person who gets offered to be a linebacker for the Big Ten
has some serious potential.
It stinks.
You know, I mean, I'm not going to lie.
I think that he had a lot of potential, I think, working with Iowa,
working with these defensive coordinators,
working with the strength coach in Doyle.
I think that he could have definitely had a lot of big potential.
And I think our track record shows these linebackers that stay for three,
four years can grow into their own and become these tackling animals that
they weren't prior. And, you know, I think it's unfortunate, but like I,
I mean, I believe in the defense. I believe in Iowa.
I believe in what they're doing.
So I believe that the schemes that they're turning to to and I think it could be a different change I think it could be good I mean everyone's used to Iowa running the ball
big linebackers kind of ground and pound like that but if they're moving to a different scheme
kind of keeping teams on their toes having that prototype safety type linebacker guy
hey I'm all for it and you know I wish the best selected Jaden but it just didn't work out
yeah I'm excited to see kind of how that defense evolves even this season. I mean,
it was pretty new last year. I think it was kind of a meshing of a couple pieces. Obviously,
the linebacker depth was an issue. Having Imani Hooker being such a stud and having the emergency
Geno Stone kind of push them into this defense. Let's see how it sticks in year two of the 4-2-5.
That covers it for segment number one.
Hey, let's take a quick break.
And we're going to jump into segment number two after a few messages from our sponsors.
All right, we are back with segment number two.
Just a quick reminder to like, subscribe, and review wherever you've downloaded this
podcast at.
Like we were saying earlier, we have some great stuff coming up, some great interviews,
some great guests that are going to be joining the show.
And you get me and Zach almost every single day of the week. So
Zach, I wanted to talk, we kind of discussed this before, but we want to talk about the Michigan
State jerseys and actually Nebraska just released their black jerseys as well. And I want to talk
about that. So let's start with Michigan State first. What are your thoughts on Michigan State's
jerseys? So I try to give everything a
chance. I don't want to be too close minded. It's hard to vote those things. To be completely
honest, I don't know if this is the after effect of them beating us the Big Ten Championship,
but I hate them. Listen, you have arguably one of the coolest mascots, the Spartan, in college football.
So why are you using a lime green throw-up?
There's two shades of green on one jersey.
It looks like a nuclear plant.
It looks like oohing liquid.
You have the coolest mascot, one of them.
I think anything else would have been different.
Maybe an all gray, all dark gray, anything like that.
Just some type of Spartan metal type of theme would have been so cool.
But I just really think they dropped the ball with this one.
And, I mean, as evident, I mean, I looked on Twitter and, like, no one liked it.
Even the Michigan State fans, they tried to stomach up
or even just give a compliment, and it just looked impossible.
I'm not a fan.
I don't know about you.
I just hate the incorporation of lime green
I somehow the Seahawks I think did a decent job with it but I don't like those Michigan State
jerseys I agree I think the Spartys you know Sparty the Spartan is one of the best mascots
I actually think Michigan State's color scheme is pretty awesome it's not a very common color
theme so I like that they could have done so many other things with that.
But one of the things that I wanted to also touch on is the Nebraska jerseys.
And it's going to really pain me to say this, is that I actually love those uniforms.
I don't know.
Yes, I agree.
I'm on the train.
I heard they're making new jerseys.
I looked at the photos of them and i
i wanted to hate them i i came in already with the idea i'm like something has to be wrong with
these like i hope there's some type of glaring effect with these but i mean i like them a lot
i love the i mean i love the black and white color scheme together um it looks real nice
the skull and crossbones are cool i mean i know they have the whole, you know, the Black Pirates and things like that or whatever it is.
But, I mean, I like it.
I really do like it.
I hope that they wear it when they play Iowa and we beat them by 30.
And I hope the fans get a good show and they love the jersey.
But I want to beat them in the jersey.
I want them to play us in those jerseys.
I want the hype for those black jerseys.
And I want to beat them. So that's my my one wish i think that's a fair wish honestly coming
into this season i did not hate nebraska that much i you know i i liked the game i thought it
was a good game i thought it could be a good rivalry down you know in the future but holy
hell nebraska twitter is a whole nother level of crap. Yeah, I understand.
They just piss me off, right?
Like I've never – let me phrase that.
I used to hate Wisconsin.
I lived in Wisconsin for four years.
I did not like Wisconsin fans.
They just always talked about Wisconsin.
Now that I'm out of Wisconsin, it doesn't bug me as much.
I hate Northwestern a little bit because they always upset things,
but I have a very strong hatred for Nebraska. If I hear one more time about, oh my gosh,
we were so good in the nineties, I'm a puke. Yeah. I mean, I've, even when I was running
the Barstool accounts, like those fans are absolutely ruthless. And the one thing not
even ruthless is that their facts and their arguments toward things are so irrelevant and not even like they
hold no weight besides someone who maybe grew up and watched them in the 90s i could see how
they're holding on to it but you can't talk about how a trophy cupboard is barren you can't talk
about how when's the last time you won a national championship when you've won national championships
in like the 20s and 30s and like just like so long ago if you were
not alive to see a national championship or any of those accolades you're talking about you cannot
speak about them so those 16 year olds out there talking about a little more championships in Iowa
and all of this 90s greatness with Scott Frost their quarterback is irrelevant um so I agree
what you said I don't like Wisconsinisconsin but sometimes wisconsin is a little more
uh they understand uh when they're getting annoyed they're not as bad but nebraska won't give up
they are annoying almost 98 of the time and that's why every year it brings me such like joy just to
beat them and just to see them speechless and have nothing to say i couldn't agree more i will say the
nice thing about w Wisconsin is that at least
they beat us, right? I mean, at
least they've been beating us in the series
as of recent. I mean, they've been a very good team.
They've been the representation
for the Big Ten West quite a few times.
They've been really a strong team
over on our side. So as much as it pains
me to say that as well, you know, I
can hate on them all I want. I don't like Wisconsin,
but at least they have some grounds to stand on as opposed to nebraska where it feels
like the last eight years since they've joined the big ten it's just uh always high expectations
and significant disappointment so no yeah i agree i just put in as a metaphor or just even
a parent image i see nebraska is like the annoying little brother that keeps annoying you
and poking you and pushing you to do something,
and then you wrestle him or beat him up or whatever,
and then they keep doing it again and again.
The same thing day in and day out.
They have nothing to show for.
You obviously know that you're the more dominant person,
but they keep going and going when they have no grounds to sit on.
That's what Nebraska is to me.
They're just an annoying little brother.
Even though Iowa State, same real estate, but, man,
some days I don't like Nebraska more than Iowa State,
and I don't know what it is.
So I'll be honest.
I don't actually hate Iowa State.
I think their fans are a little bit ridiculous this year.
I mean, let's cool the Jets a little bit.
You had a decent season.
But just being from the state of Iowa,
I can't help but kind of root
for them to be successful outside of the Iowa game. And I will say they always somehow get up
for the Iowa game, even when they're a one in 11 squad. I know that's going to piss off some people,
but I just, I'm a little bit of an Iowa, the state of Iowa homer. Yeah. Even, I mean, Tyler
Kluver even put out a tweet today, Mr. Polkat himself, and he said that he wants Iowa fans are so ruthless, and they're similar to the Nebraska
where they just keep talking to beat them
so many years in a row, and then it's always
like, I want the basketball, but
I do agree. I mean, Iowa State's got
some talent. I think Brock Purdy is
the real deal.
I mean, so, I think they're going to have a good team.
I think that being ranked 21st,
I think it's pretty, I mean, I like it.
I think they're a good team. I mean, listen, they may not beat us every year or beaten us in a long time,
but I do think that, you know, they get up to the Oklahoma games,
the TCU games and stuff like that.
And, you know, they will have an upset once a year.
You can almost mark it every time.
So, I mean, I give them some respect.
Yeah, I mean, they're a giant killer.
It's actually pretty impressive.
But we managed to get off topic so far there. So I'm going to, I'm going to kind of reel us in and
jump into, yeah, I mean, it's just so easy to hate on Nebraska. I don't, I don't, I enjoy doing it so
much. So we're going to segment number two though. We're going to give a few more messages from our
sponsors and jump right into segment number three, where we're going to be talking about the AP rankings that were released yesterday, talking about Iowa's position at 19.
And is that too high or too low?
So we're going to cover that in just a few seconds, so stay with us.
We are back with segment number three, and we're going to be talking about the AP rankings to close out the show.
Iowa comes in at 19th.
I personally feel like that's perfect.
I think that's a good estimate of their talent level versus their schedule.
And I don't like seeing Iowa ranked too high.
I think the high expectations usually ends up with disappointment versus a 19-20 range
allows us to have the opportunity to move up because there are some expectations.
Without the glaring, we need to be undefeated at all times so what are your thoughts
on that is that too high too low for you what were you expecting Zach so I was expecting I was
expecting to be ranked obviously I think that we could put a couple good games to stretch at the
end of the year I think beating Mississippi State is big. You know, they may not be the biggest powerhouse in the SEC,
but, you know, there's a bias that SEC is better than Big Ten.
And, you know, people have a bias that Iowa can't show up for postseason
slash bowl games, you know, against an SEC team.
I think that was instrumental for us to win to show that, you know,
we may not be the clutchest team out there in the Big Ten,
but we can win some games.
And, you know, winning the pinstripe bowl and then winning the outback bowl,
I think, was good for us. I think that kind of helped, but I think 20 is perfect.
To be honest, I said 19 and that is my bad. I meant 20.
I mean, I think that the end of the day, I don't want to be 10. I don't want to be 15. I want to
be 13. I feel like these years that Iowa, when no one expects a whole lot, at least, they kind of show out.
And I don't want to get my hopes up right now at the beginning of the year.
I mean, I think they're a good team, but I think there is still some question marks.
And I want to be able to build, like you said, I mean, being 20th, we have a lot of room to improve.
And I think that one of the craziest things is that, I mean, we're 20th, Iowa State's 21st, what we said, but I think the craziest thing is that
Wisconsin's 19th, Michigan State's 18th, Penn State's 15th, like, holy moly.
And Nebraska is 24th, too.
I think that those teams, you know, I know there's a little bit of a difference
between them in the rankings, but I think we're in such a group that we're in
such like a pod of no one
knows what's going to happen with those Big
Ten teams. I think it's going to be amazing.
I think that
I just, I mean, even like Penn
State, I mean, Penn State's 15th, but that's
only a couple more in front of us, and Nebraska's
a little bit behind us, but I think that kind
of shows you that these people are making
the AP. I think they know, the
AP, they know that the big
10 is going to be competitive, but they just don't know, you know, what's going to happen
because there's so many question marks, but I do think it's a good, like you said.
Yeah. I mean, Minnesota even got votes. Northwestern got votes. I mean, that is,
is that nine teams that have, that were getting votes in the AP poll? I mean, that's, that's
pretty incredible for the big 10. Like you said, it's going to be a cluster AP poll. I mean, that's pretty incredible for the Big Ten.
Like you said, it's going to be a cluster this season.
I'm really excited to see kind of how it all shakes out,
obviously hoping that Iowa ends up on top.
I will say I didn't expect Penn – I don't know what people are seeing in Penn State,
and maybe it's just I haven't followed them a lot.
Do you have any insight to that?
Because I just don't know how Penn State's 15th. I mean, they lost Trace McSorley.
They lost Miles Sanders. They lost some good players on the offensive
side of the ball. And 15th just seems kind of high, especially for a team that
usually drops the ball in big games. Yeah, I mean, I'm pretty
sure they even lost Juwan Johnson, too, who I believe was the guy who caught the game
winning touchdown against us a year or two ago. So they lost some guys,
like you said.
And even they lost Tommy Stevens, who was the protege of Tom,
or Chris McSorley.
He was the guy who now went to Mississippi State.
But, I mean, I don't – so I didn't think a lot of Penn State.
I mean, I know they're a good team, they're a football factory.
You can never, you know, doubt them just because of their history.
But they have a guy named Sean Clifford. football factory you can never you know doubt them just because of their history um but they
have a guy named Sean Clifford I don't know a whole lot about him but I do know there's a lot
of rumblings people have a lot of upside in him and they have a lot of they think a lot of good
things about him I don't know a lot about him I think it'll be interesting to kind of hop in
being as fresh as he is and you know even getting a 15th ranking I mean let's be honest he is, and, you know, even getting a 15th ranking, I mean, let's be honest, he is in,
Penn State is in a very tough division, you know, with Ohio State and with Michigan and,
you know, Michigan State, and it's just like, I, so put it this way, I think they're going to be
15th, I think they will probably crack 12 or 13 or even 11 or 10, but they have some really tough
games that come up, so I think that, you know, they're in a hard position. But I think one other factor that I think we kind of didn't touch on was the
fact that Iowa has, I think,
three or four games against these top 25 teams.
You know, I mean, I'm not,
I don't want Wisconsin to win the Big Ten West.
I mean, I'm not trying to have Nebraska do great,
but I think that if we can stick together and be even top 15 with Nebraska
and us and Wisconsin, I mean, and even, even Iowa state that these games are huge for us.
But I think that if these teams can stay competitive and, you know,
we can,
these are some big resume games that we never really had before, you know,
beating in Nebraska, beating Iowa state.
Like these games were never like,
these were never great resume builders.
And I think we have the opportunity right now this year to definitely add to a good resume.
Yeah, that month of October is freaking brutal.
Iowa heads to Ann Arbor to take on number seven Michigan
before getting Penn State, thankfully, at home.
If for some reason, and I'll be honest, I just don't see it happening.
If Iowa somehow beats Michigan and Ann Arbor,
and they end up going into that game 5- Oh, they're going to be, they're going to be maybe top 15.
Do I dare say top 10,
possibly depending on how that all shakes out at Penn state is a top 10 team as
well. That could be one of the biggest games we've seen in Kinnick in a really
long time. So that would be a pretty interesting and cool showdown with that.
Actually ended up working out, but again,
I just don't see that Michigan game going well for Iowa.
And if I know it's kind of puts a false sense of hope, but I mean,
I'm always optimistic, but I mean, if we're, you know,
we said we're like five and O around there, we're Penn State's five and O,
we beat Michigan, get some national attention.
I mean, I think you could almost guarantee,
I will guarantee game day will come to Kinnick if that is a situation. It's a lot,
it's a big monster to beat, but hey, I mean, we beat Michigan before. As you can see, I know it's
a Kinnick, but I mean, with this Iowa team, I think that, you know, they have the veteran plays
and the experience to, you know, upset some of these younger teams. Absolutely. Well, that's
exciting that the AP poll came out. You know, obviously there's a lot of football to be played,
a lot of shakeup that's going to do, and the AP poll at the end of the day doesn't mean a whole hell of a lot.
It's ultimately the college football playoff rankings.
But the AP poll usually relatively aligns with, you know,
the college football playoff rankings.
So that concludes it, though, for segment number three of our show today.
Zach, I really enjoyed, you know, this first episode with you.
We're going to close it out, and then we're going to be talking about
what we're going to be doing on the following show for tomorrow.
So thank you again for tuning in on the Locked On Hawkeyes podcast.

On tomorrow's episode, we're going to be doing a few other things as well.
We're going to be talking about the expectations for Nate Stanley.
We're also going to be talking about whether or not you should be worried
about the tight end position.
And then we're going to be giving you the top offense in the Kirk Barron's
era going kind of line by line.
Me and Zach talking about our top QB, top running back, that sort of thing.
Kind of a fun tweet that Zach put out there on the Locked On Iowa Twitter
account a few days ago that got some activity going.
So we wanted to do it ourselves.
Again, appreciate you all tuning in
to the Locked On Hawkeyes podcast.
Have a fantastic day, Hawkeye Nation.
Go Hawks.
