The wheel has commanded Colby to give you his top five trades in Mariners history.
Well, I'll be doing a little show and tell with the top five Mariners things I own.
We do have some coaching staff news to go over, but we'll do that on tomorrow's show.
Not much turnover in that regard, which is pretty interesting.
We talked a little bit about that because I was already.
kind of put out there by Ryan DeVish.
But yeah, now that it's official, we'll talk about that a little bit more on tomorrow's
episode.
But before we get into our top five lists, shout out to our title sponsor today.

So top five trades emeritus history.
This is a top five Tuesday topic that is right up your alley, Coli.
The wheel knew exactly what you would want to do here.
You were even hoping for it once I started to spend the wheel.
You were like, yeah, give me that.
So yeah, before we get into your top five, do you have any honorable mentions to go over?
Sure.
How about, how about we start with one that maybe some people might be expecting on the list, but didn't make my cut.
How about trading Randy Johnson, which was terrible in ownership's fault 100%, which led to the strained relationship we currently have with the best pitcher and franchise history?
But how about trading him, two months of him, for Freddie Garcia and Carlos Gane and John Halama, who were all key cogs of those early 2000s,
Seattle Mariners teams. That one was a pretty good trade.
How about the time Jerry Depoto acquired Mitch Hanigur and Gene Seguer for Taiwan Walker and
Ketel Marte eventually blossom into the best player in that trade.
But that was a very even swap and it helped both teams.
And obviously Hanigur was, you know, is a fan favorite still to this day.
And Seguera, they were able, they got two really good seasons from him and then were able to
flip him for another fan favorite J.P. Crawford. So how about the Seguro for Crawford trade is a good one? What about
how about the Luis Castillo trade just from a couple years ago? That one worked out really well for the
Mariners. How about this one almost made my list? It was probably number six. How about trading
Austenola for Thai France, entreuse, Taylor-Sumos, Taylor-Somis. I'm surprised I didn't make it.
it didn't.
And maybe the Thai France
recency bias is
stronger there.
But yeah, I mean,
like Jerry's made some bangers.
It's funny because like three years ago,
I actually,
or three or four years ago,
I actually wrote a top 10 Mariners trade art
when I was writing for Soto,
which I don't know how long ago that was now,
five years.
And I originally had the Jared Kelnick trade.
Whoops.
Great,
great process.
behind that trade didn't really work out that well for the mariners so yeah there are a lot of
you know fun trades uh in mariners history most of them bad uh you know if this was a top five
mariners bad like worst mariner trades of all time we might have to extend it into two episodes
because holy cow there were some mistakes made it very difficult list to put together
there were mistakes made in the mid 90s and then there were mistakes made in the mid 2000s that
Oh boy
There's been a few oopsies in the DePoto era as well
Especially in the first half
Oh yeah
First couple years definitely yeah
So yeah
I mean Gino trade might have to go on there
Yeah I mean I was thinking more like Taylor for Zach Lee
Yeah that as well yeah
I don't know like like obviously statistically
The David Phelps trade
Oh the Freddie Peralta for
Yeah
Adam Lynn trade
But again, like, I don't want to like be too critical of like good process, just bad results.
Because Freddie Peralta, when you traded him, he was nothing.
He wasn't even the prize of that deal.
He was a throw in.
And good for Milwaukee for turning him into like a number two starter.
But yeah, there have been a lot of bad ones.
But there's also been some good ones, including some of franchise icons.
Was Pablo Lopez in the David Phelps deal?
Or was that the D. Gordon deal?
I believe it was Phelps.
Because I think Nick Knight of for Degor.
Right.
That ended up pretty much being a nothing trade for both teams.
Yeah.
Bluff.
All right.
Well, enough about bad Mariners trades.
Let's talk about some good Mariners trades.
Number five on your list.
What is it?
Yeah.
Number five had so many moving pieces that I only wrote down what the Mariners gave up and what they got.
It was probably Jack Zerensick's best moment as the Mariners general management.
manager. A jacksie trade to kick things off here. And it happened in his first winter. It was all
downhill from here. But the Mariners traded Sean Green, J.J. Putz, who's coming off of a fantastic
two-year stretch, and Jeremy Reed, plus a player named Luis Val Buena. Maybe you remember him.
But in return, they got, this is why I wanted the graphic, by the way. They got Mike Carp,
Ezekiel Carrera
Indy Chavez
Michael Clayto
Aaron Heilman
Jason Vargas
and Franklin Gutierrez
So they traded
Sean Green
Middle Reliever at the time
Jeremy Reid failed prospect
And JJ puts
Coming off of two fantastic seasons
Never really recapture that magic
After he left Seattle
Still solid career afterwards
But he was not an elite closer
and they turned that into
Jason Vargas and Franklin Gutierrez
as the prizes
in addition to getting some
quality production
from Mike Karp for a little bit
and Andy Chavez
it was a three-team deal
yeah with Cleveland and New York
yes there was 14 players
that exchange here
the Bears walkway
It's absurd
it's like a fan fiction Friday trade
It is it is one of the biggest trade
biggest trades in Major League
baseball history in terms of number
of players involved.
14 players, 7 of them go to the
Mariners. Two of them, Jason
Vargas, the Mariners got
four really good years out of Vargas.
That's kind of a mid-rotation
starter. And then they traded him for
Kendrius Morales. Right.
And then they got Franklin Gutierrez, who
I don't know if you guys remember
early Goody before the injuries really took
on. Best defensive center
fielder in baseball. I think he had a
six-win season in his first full year in Seattle.
Like it was five, six wins.
He started to hit.
That was kind of the thing.
He was a great defender who couldn't hit.
He hit in Seattle.
He hit four Seattle.
Like Gutierrez was on track to be like the face of the early 2010 Mariners,
along with Felix Hernandez.
And then unfortunately,
the injuries undid him.
But that process-
six-win season.
Yeah.
That process of selling high on your closer and getting a mid-rotation starter
in an all-star gold glove,
maybe even platinum glove
type of center fielder out of that.
It's awesome and I just love that it's a huge 14 team trade.
That's so fun for me to look at that.
14 player.
Yeah, sorry, 14 team.
That would be nice.
That would be insane.
You and I have always joked about like putting together a 30 team trade.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But yeah, that one's number five for me just because it's so fun.
and it's it's a little bit over over like I think people forget about that one
because there's no franchise icons that came that way but again Margueris was really good
and I think Franklin Gutierrez would have been that type of franchise icon if you had been
if you didn't have the unfortunate health issues so I just threw that on there because I don't
think we talk about that enough and I thought that would be fun to go stroll down memory lane
that's the one I almost bumped for the Thai France trade under Spunio's trade but I feel
like we've talked about that one a lot.
Yeah.
Over the years.
So number four.
Yeah, number four.
You know, unfortunate circumstances that led to the trade.
But it's Ken Griffey Jr.
to the Cincinnati Reds for Brett Tomko, Mike Cameron,
franchise icon, and Antonio Perez, as well as a minor leaguer named Jake Myers,
who never appeared in the big leagues.
So this one is obviously painful that Griffey literally.
quit on you and demanded that a trade and said he would only go to one team, thus eliminating
any leverage you had to trade one of the best players in baseball.
And the mayors found a way to make it work for them.
Tomko wasn't very good, whatever.
Mike Cameron was better than Griffey over the next four years, became one of, did one of the
best replacement jobs of any player we've ever seen in sports in terms of replacing an icon
and not only making a name for yourself and making the position yours,
but more or less just making people forget about the hurt of losing the most important player in franchise history.
Like Mike Cameron's importance to the Mariners cannot be overstated.
The 2000, 2001 teams aren't anywhere near as good without Mike Cameron on them.
And oh, by the way, Antonio Perez didn't really make an impact from the Mariners until two years later when they traded him.
along with Lupinella for Randy Wynn,
who went on to have a couple really good years for the Mariners.
So it's a bummer that Griffey kind of threw his weight around
and kind of screwed the Mariners in the process here.
But Cammy coming in and taking over and not only, you know,
filling in admirably,
but actually playing better than Griffey would over the next four years.
It's absolutely insane.
And it really set up, you know, the best run in Mariners history.
those four consecutive 90 win seasons, two playoff appearances, and of course, the big 116 win season
in 2021.
None of that happens without Mike Cameron.
So that that's a trade that, again, unfortunate circumstances forced it to be so.
But credit to the Mariners for finding a way to actually get better after trading the best player
in their franchise's history.
All right.
So that's number five and number four.
We'll get into your top three in just a moment.

Yeah, sure.
It's like right down there somewhere.
Yeah.
Terms and descriptions, as Colby calls it.
Terms and descriptions in the conditions down below.
That's right.
All right.
So let's get back into your top five trades of Mariners history.
You did number five and number four last segment.
So let's get into number three.
What is it?
Yeah, pretty simple one for one trade.
Darren Bragg for Jamie Moyer.
That worked out pretty well.
It did.
It did.
And at the time, it was a very simple fourth outfielder for number five pitcher.
Like it was a very simple.
Nobody thought that was going to be anything.
And all that happened is Jamie Moyer turned in a decade of service to the Mariners as at
times they're de facto number one on some really good teams.
It was a Cy Young contender for a couple years, 120 games one year.
Obviously, we all know, you know, how important Jamie was to the community and all that.
So not only did the Mariners get a heck of a pitcher.
They got one of the more important, you know, franchise icons in the team's histories
in the Mariners Hall of Fame.
And all of cost them was Darren Bragg.
Again, at the time, this is, I mean, this is the equivalent of like,
I mean, it's, I mean, I can't even like, who's the fourth outfielder for like, this is like Mike Talkman for like Marco Gonzalez at the time.
Sure.
Yeah.
And, uh-oh, it turns out Jamie Moyer actually, you know, was a late bloomer, so to speak and became a sigh young contender for a couple years.
Well, you know, the other 10 years of his tenure were highly productive as well.
And again, just a franchise icon.
One of, and obviously the kind of the aura of Jamie Moyer pitching until he was, what, 40.
748 like it's just an awesome trade like there's no way it's not in the top five uh my guesses and
i don't know because i didn't i didn't rank them in this way my guess is if you look at war given
up and war received this is probably statistically speaking the best trade in mariner's history
that would be my hunch um because jamie i think racked up nearly 40 wins uh with the mariners
uh which you know sorry 30 wins uh uh uh
But yeah, it's just a great trade.
Like it is an old school baseball trade.
And you're talking about war, not pitcher wins, to be clear.
Yes, yes.
Yeah.
So, yeah, just an old school baseball trade that happened to work out really, really well for the Mariners.
It's one of the few things in the mid-90s where they did make a good trade to try and extend the window of that juggernaut lineup that they never could get to the World Series.
But yep.
Rag for Moyer.
All right, number two.
I mean, when a trade is so, like, lopsided that it works its way into the zeitgeist
in the form of Jerry Seinfeld, it's kind of hard not to have it in your top five.
So number two, Ken Phelps for Chapioner.
He's got a rocket for an arm.
Tell him the bones, say, yeah.
That's right.
Another trade where you traded somebody who after he left was nothing.
I think he ended up with negative war.
and he played for a couple more years for Phelps,
you traded that guy for a franchise icon,
a team Hall of Famer,
a guy who stood out in the middle of a lineup
that included, at times,
Edgar Martinez, Alex Rodriguez,
Ken Griffey Jr.
This guy was right there.
Don't forget Tino Martinez as well.
Jay Buneer,
getting him for essentially nothing,
was really something.
And it's, you know,
they almost traded Ken Phelps for,
I believe Roberto Kelly.
was the guy that was the choice they had.
And they ended up choosing Buehner.
They chose right.
They chose wisely there.
And Buneer becomes a major cog of that mid-20s offense that is just an absolute
juggernaut.
Like the mid-90s Mariners offense is the equivalent to the Mariners pitching staff,
like starting staff today.
Like it was insane.
And Buehner's just in the middle hitting 30, 40 home runs,
won a couple of gold gloves,
kind of the
vocal leader
of those mid-90s
clubhouses as well
so yeah
it's an absolute no-brainer
again
when it's so bad
that
Seinfeld decides
that they have to comment
on it's a joke
they can make
at the expense of Steinbrenner
that's how bad the trade was
it's going to be in the top five
right so whether it's two
or five or one
whatever
great trade worked out
gangbusters for the Mariners
and is
forever cemented in the in the in the zeitgeist uh as just an awesome baseball trade that the mariners
made at the yankees expense and yeah you know i think doing it you know getting one over on the
yankees i think that makes it a little bit sweeter too yeah absolutely all right number one
what is the best trade of mariners history yeah uh it's a big unit uh he was in the honorable
mentions. He's back as the best trade and franchise history.
I typically the difference between one and five for me, it's pretty negligible.
I don't really care that much about the ranks.
The ranks are more or less meaningless.
It's just about talking about the top five, whatever.
This one seems like number one to me by a wide margin.
Mark Langston and Mike Campbell went to the expos.
The Mariners received Randy Johnson, Brian Holman and Gene Harris.
Holman was really good until he got hurt.
He is an underrated part of this trade.
He's actually, I think in two seasons, he produced eight wins, war.
And then he got her almost had the perfect game, ironically broken up by Ken Phelps with two outs in the night.
But obviously the big price here, Randy Johnson.
Langston was a great pitcher for the Mariners.
And he had a great career.
But the Expos got two months out of him before he became a free agent.
The Mariners got Randy freaking Johnson.
Hallfamer, probably the best left.
tented pitcher in baseball history.
And while he didn't, he didn't really break out until, I mean, he broke out initially
with the Mariners.
And then it just turned out there was another gear to Randy Johnson, even though he was
like 33 years old when he left Seattle.
It turns out there was another gear layer to find.
And that's when he began the best of all time.
But he still had made the best pitcher in Mariners franchise history.
He's the big unit, you know, just dominating, dominating stuff.
if they had gotten him more help in that rotation in that bullpen in the mid-90s,
it's hard to imagine that this team wouldn't have won at least one World Series with him.
It's just absolute utter dominance.
He is, him from the left side, Pedro from the right in the 90s, good Lord.
Like just, I'll throw this fastball behind you.
I don't care.
I'm going to intimidate you.
You're not going to dig into the box against me.
And then I'm going to strike you out and make it look stupid.
And he did that for a decade until the mariner screwed it up and tried to make him the bad guy.
and then traded him.
But Randy Johnson for Mark Langston, no-brainer.
Two months of a star for 10 years of a superstar, no-brainer.
Yep.
Yeah, 100%.
Glad it worked out.
Randy wasn't Randy yet.
So it was a bit of risk.
But in this case, the Mariners' cheapness, knowing they weren't going to resign Mark
Langston, actually worked in their favor.
they were able to get a guy who turned into a superstar.
So good for them.
Well, there you have it.
Top five trades in Mariners history plus honorable mentions.
Now it's my turn.
The wheel has determined that I do a little show and tell on today's show.
I'm going to Darren Bragg, if you will,
and show you the top five Mariners things I own in just a moment.

This top five Tuesday,
Colby just gave you his top five trades in Mariners history.
Now we get to the, as we call the Ed Helms section of top five.
of Tuesday where we do a less serious topic.
And the Ed Helms determined that today I will be doing a little show and tell.
I will be listing my top five marriage things I own.
So let's get into it.
I could go over honorable mentions, but whatever.
He only has five things.
Right.
Number five is kind of more of like an all-encompassing thing.
I have a lot of bobbleheads.
So it couldn't really just pick one.
But I picked this one.
This is Felix Hernandez.
I believe this is 2007, 2008, maybe.
Felix said he made his debut yet.
He made his debut in 05.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Sorry.
What the hell?
For some reason, 09 was in my head.
I don't like, no, that would make sense.
Okay, there are terms of descriptions.
Yeah.
One of those days, guys.
It's one of those days.
So, you.
Yeah, so the reason that I picked this, a listener of ours actually sent this.
I don't know if they want us to say who they are or not.
So I'll leave them anonymous.
Is this the same listener who sent you the other thing that's definitely on your list?
No, no.
But that, yeah, that thing is also on my list.
Yeah, so.
Anything from this guy.
Hey, you got that one, like, big haul of cards, remember from one of our patrons?
That was pretty sick.
I was pretty jealous of that.
But yeah, the reason that I wanted to put this on here was like, I wasn't expecting this.
I had actually like, there was another thing that we had been talking about.
And he threw some other stuff in here for me, including this bubblehead.
And I thought that was sick.
And the reason that I put it on here really is because like it's just kind of representative of, I don't know,
having the work that we do kind of being recognized and seeing.
like people like appreciate it enough to like give us stuff like this like this is awesome like
this is something like have on my own like this was really cool and unexpected i don't even know if you
can like buy this specific bubblehead on like eBay or anything like that right now so that was
dope yeah i mean it's it's always touching go on the bubblehead stuff but uh hey speaking of freebies
i've been known to throw in a freebie or two in my prize giveaway so there somebody out there
might be walking away with a Tommy Malone card autograph.
I have an extra.
I think people are going to unsubscribe now.
Well, that's not, I have a Harold Ramirez autograph card for some reason.
You were preparing for the Marys to land on, weren't you?
No, I ordered, I ordered a card for my Jerry to Potobinder, which some of you guys may or may not know what that is.
I'm not going to explain it.
You can just figure it out.
Sure.
I ordered like like Jacob something.
He was an outfieler for the Cubs.
And the dude just sent me that card.
And I'm like, this isn't what I ordered.
You want me to send this back to me?
He's like, nah, I'll just send you the right card.
Don't worry about it.
A lot of bonus gifts.
Yeah.
A lot of bonus gifts.
All right.
So let's get into number four.
There isn't really an order to this.
It's kind of like, it's kind of like you said with the trades.
It's like if there was like a specific order.
I would let you guys know.
Like the Randy Johnson trade is number one
because I think it is the best.
But like, you know, the 14th player trade or whatever.
Like, yeah, it's number five just because I felt like it was number five that day.
So this is my Mariners bat mug that you can see in the background.
I've had to take some stuff off of the shelf.
That was on your first background when you were recording from like the kitchen or whatever.
The dining room.
From a corner in a dining room.
Yeah.
We've come a long way.
So this is a real bat that they've turned into a mug.
No free ads, but this is from a website called dugout mugs.
So shout out to them.
My wife, Caroline, bought this for me back in 2021.
The reason why I have this on my list is because I told her back in 2021 when she gave it to me,
I'm only going to drink out of this on special occasions.
Now I told her, like, I will drink out of this when they end the drought.
right and turns out I didn't have to wait long they ended the drop the very
very next year so I got to drink out of this when Cal hit the home run
tears streaming down my face and I'm drinking a Guinness out of this
and the next time I will drink out of this is when they win the division
and then when they win a pennant when they win a World Series etc etc etc
so or if they land Juan Soto
okay yeah I'll make an exception for that
Rokey Sasaki yes or no I'll get back to you on that
I'll think about it.
I'll think about it.
All right, fair enough.
All right.
So number three, Colby already talked about this.
Only number three, huh?
It's this bat here that you may see in the background on occasion.
You know, it's such a like, it's a rectangle here.
So I can't get my whole background in there.
But it's usually over by that tree that you can kind of see.
So this bat might look like nothing to you.
It's just like a broken bat, right?
But we talked about this yesterday, actually, when we were doing our, like, when one of our listeners had us list like our top five Etriro moments or whatever.
We were talking about how like Etro is obviously awesome, but he was never like our favorite growing up.
Yours was Eger.
Mine was Mike Cameron.
And we had talked about this.
Like Mike Cameron was my favorite player growing up.
We've talked a lot about him on today's show, by the way.
But he was my favorite mariner growing up.
I wore 44 because of him.
And someone heard that on our Patreon.
Someone heard that on our Patreon.
And they were like, hey, I have something to send you.
I didn't know what it was, right?
I was like, all right.
This was a little sketchy.
I don't know.
This was like the first time.
Yeah.
Yeah, this was the first time that I did that.
It was around Christmas, by the way.
And so sure enough, get a package.
And it's like this very slender box.
And I'm like, that looks like that would have to be a baseball bat in there.
Yeah.
And it was.
was this. Mike Cameron, you can see it. It was from when he was on a rehab assignment in Tacoma. And our listeners, his dad was a clubby for the Rainier's, was able to get a couple of these bats. And as you can see, it's all broken, all that good stuff. He had a couple of them and he decided to send me one of them because he heard how much of a fan of Mike Cameron I was. So it was really cool. Game used Mike Cameron, that broken bat. Yeah. So,
Shout out. I think he would be fine with mentioning,
uh,
with me mentioning his name.
Shout to Keith.
Yeah.
We went to,
he went to game two.
Right.
Yeah.
He went to game two.
By the way,
the number one better not be one of those crushed aluminum beer cups from that game.
No.
No,
I did think about like the,
the towels that they gave out at those games,
but,
uh,
no,
they didn't make it.
Um,
if we ever get Jerry on the show,
you should grab one of those towels and ask them to sign it.
Hey,
Jerry,
give me your address.
there you go
it's got like some lint and stuff on it here
but yeah here's there's the towel
from they didn't quite make it to the next level did they
they did not
they did not but yeah there you go
honorable mission
alright so number two I'm not going to pull it off of the wall
maybe I'll put up a picture here
in post yeah yeah in post production
but it's that
it's that it's that signed Julio you can't really see it
but it's all you can really see is like a picture of hulio rugga's behind me but it is signed
my brother got me that for christmas last year and obviously it was like i have to have that
like front and center in my background because i mean it's not often you get uh you know
signed piece of memorabilia from the face of the franchise uh so yeah obviously signed
hollio thing that has to be on the list uh so number one this is something that i can't show you but
it's something that you can go see at the ballpark when you're there if you want to if you
care enough this is something that technically my family owns it's not just something that i own but
really it's like my dad and i are the only mariners fans in our in our family so um back when they
were building safe go now t mobile park of course uh they were selling bricks to people uh and for
my parents anniversary my mom bought my dad a brick out and left
field. I believe ours is specifically behind the visiting bullpen. And it just says the Gonzalez
family on that, but they've given me like the proof of sale or whatever you would call it.
So I have that in my possession. Not going to show you that because it has information on it.
But yeah, I technically own a piece of T-Mobile Park. So that has to be number one.
list, right? Do you technically
own it? Because I'm thinking
I believe I'm entitled to have it.
With a chisel, they're going to stop
you. Oh, probably. But I believe
if they ever knocked down the stadium that I am
entitled to have the break.
So, yeah, there you go.
Knock down that stadium and put one of those
new fancy toaster
stadiums that are going up everywhere.
Just ugly, no personality.
If anyone remembers this episode
by the time the season comes around,
if you want to go on a little scavenger hunt,
and find my brick.
It just says the Gonzalez family on it.
Take a picture of it.
Maybe I'll send you something if you do it.
So, yeah.
Cool.
Colby's so disgusting.
He wishes that he had a brick.
I have something better than a brick.
Oh, yeah?
Boom.
That baseball right there behind the Tritons?
Louis Trens.
Yes, that is a foul ball from the clenching game.
Yeah, by Mariner legend, Louis Terenz, that I caught.
you also have the trident yeah yeah you have the just a just a prop but you know it's not signed by
anybody or anything but yeah uh what what else what else you have you have anything else that's
like signed or i have a felix hernandez autograph card i have a julio rodriguez autograph card
um those were given to me uh yeah and the big box uh that i got so yeah i got that ball
one of the other things that I got in in this box that the Felix Bottlehead came with was a sign Matt Brash card
I was pretty sick love Matt Brash cards yeah yeah brash cards are very easy you've also sent me a sign Matt Brash card
I got that for for Christmas for me yep that was one of them one of the Christmas gifts yeah
trying to make it sound like I gave you a $4 card but uh no yeah you give me a spider man web shooter
which is sick I still have that I still I still I still mess up
around with that, by the way.
I'm going to test the tensile strength
of that.
Yeah.
That's straight.
I'm able, well, I have to like crack it open first, but I'm able to open the fridge
door with that.
I'm going to go get something from the fridge.
But, yeah, I don't have a ton of like Mariners memorabil.
I do have, it's not here.
But I was able to find on eBay a, a program from the 1979 All-Star
game which took place at the kingdom it is in mint condition and you know it's old because the whole
back advertisement is a cigarette ad so there you go i also i also have this from the opening of
safe go from the first game of safe go nice um i believe art teal is on here somewhere
picture of young r teal uh yeah like is there is there is there
like a
artifact that you know exist
that you would like to have.
Like you can just have it for free.
You would just,
that would be your first choice.
You have to know it exists though.
Like just anything in like Mariners lore?
Sure.
Anything related to the Mariners?
The bat that Cal used to end the drought.
Yeah.
Yeah, I mean, that's,
how about something like you could actually like purchase?
Oh, okay.
You know for sure.
Hmm.
I don't know.
question. Yeah. Remember we had Penn Murphy on the show. Um, okay, well, we had Penn Murphy on the show like two years ago, uh, because he was doing a auction and he was auction and some of the, some of his teammate stuff. He had like JPs, like cleats on there and like a helmet, like a helmet on there. I would have bought that, but that was like $800 for Almond. I'm like, yeah. Like cleats would be really cool because they're easy to display and everything too. Yeah. That stuff gets really, really expensive. So.
Yeah, I think for me it would be a jersey.
It would be like a signed jersey.
It would be like signed Julio or each row or Cal or someone like that.
And I know they're out there.
I don't know if they're like anybody's actually selling theirs or whatever.
But like how about like an autographed K card from the final Kings court?
It's tied by Felix Hernandez.
Yeah.
That'd be really good.
Or like when they did like the night court or whatever and all the K cars were black and like yeah.
Yeah.
Something like that would be cool.
So yeah.
How about a seat from the kingdom?
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, that'd be a cool one too.
Doesn't a Colton, shout out to Colton, Marriamojo, doesn't he have like a collection of stuff from Safeco that he's bought?
Like old seats and stuff like that?
From the kingdom or Safeco?
From Safeco.
I think he has like a like an usher jacket from Safeco.
Yeah.
Like stuff like that is cool too.
Like I would buy stuff like that.
Sure.
Yeah.
but yeah so you know you guys feel like sending us anything
hit 10 week wink nudge
if you have to have an autograph Felix Hernandez K card
if we lived in the same area we lived in the same area we
we would definitely like have a mailbox like a PO box
that people get some stuff too yeah I mean we might get one thing a year
but sure we'd have one we still we still could technically
but then like anything that's mine you would have to
to like send to Canada then.
Heck no.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Cost me like 40 bucks to send you your,
your Christmas gift this year.
Right.
Yeah.
Thankfully,
I just order your stuff directly to your house,
but also directly to your house.
I don't like order it to me and then send it to you.
I did that with the one gift you have so far,
but the other one,
I wasn't sure they would ship to Canada and I just like,
I'll get it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
All right.
Well, that's enough of our rambling.
um let's get out of here thank you guys for uh for tuning in today though again we'll we'll talk about
the the coaching staff stuff tomorrow it's also a report out there about louis robert maybe we'll
talk a little bit about that uh we'll see what else we get into maybe uh yeah it's just like
the the white socks would love to trade louis robert but uh also the price hasn't changed so
it doesn't sound like they would then does it yeah so i don't know maybe we'll get into that or
hey crazy idea maybe the mayor should just do something plus it'll be the eve of thanksgiving can
they do that are they allowed to do that i believe that is allowed yeah i believe that is allowed
um and you know the marrins they love to do stuff around holidays so they do indeed yeah hey
