Makes Sense - with Dr. JC Doornick - Making Sense of Metabolic Health - What are our symptoms trying to tell us? - Episode 108
Episode Date: September 22, 2025We live in a culture obsessed with treating symptoms, weight gain, fatigue, high blood pressure, brain fog, poor sleep, as if each were an isolated problem. But what if these struggles aren’t the pr...oblem at all? What if they’re just the flashing check engine lights on the dashboard of your body, pointing to a deeper issue that’s been hiding in plain sight: Metabolic Disease. In this episode, Dr. JC Doornick pulls back the curtain on why nearly every chronic health crisis in America today — from obesity and Type 2 diabetes to heart disease, hypertension, and even dementia — can be traced back to metabolic dysfunction. He explains how the healthcare industry profits from keeping us stuck in a never-ending cycle of pills, injections, and quick fixes, rather than empowering us to address the root cause upstream. You’ll also learn about Metabolic Synchronization — a practical, upstream approach that helps realign the body and mind through five key foundations: Proper diet & nutrition Proper movement & muscle development Proper sleep Proper education & mental detox Proper community & support This episode is a wake-up call: the lights are flashing, and the choice is yours. Will you keep patching symptoms downstream, or will you finally pop the hood and reclaim control of your health, your mind, and your future? 🔥 Make Sense? If you want to dive deeper, I’ve written the full piece on my free Substack. Welcome to the Make Sense with Dr. J.C. podcast. This podcast covers topics that expand human consciousness
and performance. On the Make Sense podcast, we acknowledge that it's who you are that determines how well what you do works,
and that perception is a subjective and acquired taste. When you change the way that you look at things,
the things that you look at begin to change. The Make Sense podcast is sponsored and primarily funded by the Make Sense
Academy, our private community where open and curious seekers of growth and expansion apply the
make sense principles and systems to move from simply going through life to growing through life.
So check out the Make Sense Academy risk-free for less than you'll spend today on shit that you don't
need. Welcome, my friends, to the uprising of the sleepwalking masses. Welcome to the Make Sense with
Dr. J.C. Dornick podcast.
Great morning, everyone. Great morning world. This is your friend Dr. J.C. Dornick, aka
the dragon. It's so cute. While we're on here on my phone, I just got a text from my daughter,
who we just dropped off at school saying that she loves me and she misses me already.
Ah, God. You know what? That's all that matters. Everything else is just some sort of an extraordinary
effort that we're making. But for me, it's always connected to them as well. This episode is
called metabolic health, what your symptoms are trying to tell you. The first thing I want to mention
before I get into the meat of it is we're going to talk about physical health here and chemical
health and just the amazing nature of the human body to let us know things and how we very often
don't look at it that way. This is where my passion for this came from. We very often look at the
signs and symptoms that are shown us in life in general or in our body. You know, we've talked a lot about
omens and synchronicities, how they come from some sort of divine or the universe. And they kind of
there to, if you look at it that way, change the way you look at things. But if you look at signs and
symptoms as potential guides of directing us towards our calling, our destiny and things like that,
you can see that your body is made the same way. We have these signs and symptoms that come up.
But we've been kind of programmed to treat signs and symptoms, not as signs and symptoms of
something else, but just look to get rid of them. And it's a big distinction for a lot of us to make.
Here's the way it goes. We live in a world where nearly everyone, and that means you and I as well,
to different degrees, are trying to fix something. We're very much fixers. And that could be weight gain,
trying to fix weight gain, anxiety, fatigue, high blood pressure, trouble sleeping, brain fog. I've been
involved in all of those things. And remember something, it's not your fault, right? If you're falling prey to
some of the things that I'm going to mention here. It doesn't mean that it's a bad thing. It's actually
a great thing to identify that you've been unconsciously doing things because that's the fertile ground
where you can make a conscious decision. We have this tendency to rush from doctor to doctor. And
if you're a holistic person, well, you might be going to holistic person to holistic person, right?
So even holistic people are kind of like looking for symptoms. And I was a chiropractor.
And I used to claim that I was going upstream to the cause of the symptoms.
but there was something upstream to the upstream.
So to whatever degree we all do this, but we rush from doctor to doctor from medication
to medication, from solution to solution, hoping that if we fix this one thing, we're typically
focusing, if we can fix this one thing, everything else will finally balance out, or at least
get us back on the playing field.
But there's this truth that most people never really get a chance to hear, and there's a reason
why we don't hear it. A lot of times we don't hear things that are very, very significant,
and it's typically because there's no business around it. There's no gain for the industry
for some of these things that are really important. And that's the awakening that I want to show you.
But most people never get a chance to hear that these things that I mentioned before,
those are not the problems. We can look at signs and symptoms as kind of check engine lights
that are trying to tell us something.
And I know you know this, but as soon as we get into the craziness of our life,
things get a little bit hard to notice, right?
Those are the check engine lights, and they're kind of small warning signals flashing on the
dashboard of your vehicle, if your body was a vehicle.
And they're pointing to something bigger and something that we've been trained to ignore,
or we might not even have heard about, and that is metabolic disease.
So that's what we're going to talk about today.
Very passionate about this.
And the reason that you haven't heard it framed this way, if you haven't, and a lot of you,
I know there's so many big thinkers and very, very open and curious people that follow my
podcast and my substack.
So I'll probably preach into the choir, but this is going to go out to a lot of people.
A lot of people haven't heard it framed this way because the healthcare industry isn't structured
to go after upstream causes like lifestyle proactively.
The medical industry, the business nature of the medical industry,
thrives on treating symptoms.
So think about it.
Every pill, every injection, this is a huge distinction to wake up to right now.
Every pill, injection, every quick fix diet that's out there in this massive, massive industry,
what they're there to do is keep the lights dimmed for a while.
But the real engine, your metabolic system, continues to break down.
And that's where longevity and quality of life lives and things like that.
Okay, so let's talk about metabolic disfinding.
Your metabolism, it's not just referring to how fast you burn calories.
That's not what the metabolism is.
It's much bigger.
It's actually the master operating system of your body.
And what it's there to do is regulate how you convert food.
This is what metabolic health refers to if you're metabolically healthy.
It regulates how you convert food, sleep, and even your thoughts into energy.
You should be thinking like, how can I convert my thoughts into energy?
Thoughts require energy.
Think about that.
You know, there's a lot of statistics about how much space in your body your brain takes up,
but how much energy it requires.
So that's why people always refrain from thinking.
It takes a lot of energy.
So when this system, your metabolism falls out of sync, it doesn't just cause one problem.
That's a big distinction.
When your metabolism, when your metabolic health is in a state of dysfunction, it doesn't
just cause one problem.
It creates a cascade of dysfunction.
There's so many different things.
And we have a tendency to just take care of the one that's causing the most trouble,
but a whole cascade of dysfunction across every organ, every cell, and every process.
So I just want you to entertain this idea that your body's trying to tell you something.
It's not saying, hey, hey, hey, stop me from saying, hey.
It's saying, hey, there's something bigger going on.
And we have this weird industry that just looks to quiet down that voice.
So metabolic disease is actually the underlying cause.
of nearly every chronic health struggle that's happening in America today.
So let's look at some of those.
Obesity, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol.
And there's a lot of debate about cholesterol right now.
But I'm just showing you that an unhealthy person with high cholesterol,
that's the marker.
There are healthy people with high cholesterol,
and there's a lot of debate that that's not necessarily a bad thing.
So shout out to all the carnivores, you know, the heart disease,
even some cancers and dementias, which is a huge scare.
That's my biggest fear.
I don't know about you.
My biggest fear is losing my faculties.
That's kind of why I do these podcasts and read so many books.
Shout out to Jim Quick for that, my bestie.
Those are different expressions, all of those things I mentioned, of the same root issue,
and that's metabolic dysfunction.
So the real problem lies, typically not where we're looking, but the real problem lies
in how most people fail to connect the dots because they've been conditioned.
What you're doing right now is consuming what I say.
you don't have the ability to go through it with a fine-tooth comb and actually contemplate,
is anything this guy saying actually factual? That's why I want to put the data there. But if you just
take things unconsciously, you're going to start assuming what you consume. So the real problem lies
in how we've been basically conditioned to see our struggles in isolation. That's the observation I
want you to see, is when you're struggling, you're focused on it and you're not focused on the big
picture. And that's not your fault. You've been trained to do that. So this is a matter of convenience
for both the consumer for you. You don't have time to deal with everything. You don't have time to
deal with your health from an overall perspective, do you? So it's very convenient for the consumer,
but also the industry. Now remember, this is supply and demand. If you want to change what the
health industry is supplying, you have to first change what you're demanding. If nobody eats junk food
and drinks alcohol and does drugs, those things will go away, right?
People want to make money.
So if you create a different demand, believe me, it'll get supplied.
We can't wait for the supply to change.
That's how everybody does is complain about the supply.
So let's look at some of these things.
If you have low energy, oh, well, then it must be stress.
Oh, you must be stress.
It's probably stress rather than saying, hmm, what about weight gain?
Well, it must be a willpower thing.
Or it could be genetics or it's probably like a food noise problem.
What can we do about that rather than lifestyle?
So how about high blood pressure, high blood sugar?
You must need medication to balance that out.
How about anxiety?
Well, it must be a chemical imbalance of some sort, right?
I mean, my wife is a mental health therapist,
so I'm not stepping into her world right now,
but I've struggled massively from anxiety, ironically from public speaking.
And it didn't mean that I had a chemical imbalance.
But if I kept going down that road and I got tethered to it,
I'm sure it would get diagnosed as that.
And then I would have to rebalance it with some sort of other chemical.
So it must be a chemical imbalance anxiety that requires some sort of chemical to balance it.
So when in reality, these are all signs of the same failing engine.
The engine, that's what we're looking at.
So here's the proof.
It's everywhere if you allow yourself to see it.
So we don't have to look far to see evidence of what I'm talking about.
42% of American adults are obese.
42, and this is just in America.
And by the way, that's clinically obese.
The people that are on deck, it's probably 70, 80%, and the number is rising.
So that means it's not working.
One and three Americans are pre-diabetic, most without even knowing it.
That's what they call it the silent killer.
Chronic disease, you want to talk about economy?
Chronic disease is costing the U.S. $1 trillion a year.
We don't have a trillion dollars to spend on something.
Mostly conditions tied to things that we can change.
One trillion dollars.
How about this GLP?
one drug craze right now. And by the way, I don't have an opinion about anything. I always meet people,
including you where you're at. I don't smoke cigarettes. I don't drink. I don't do drugs.
I mean, I have in the past. But I'm saying at this time right now, I don't share my opinion about
anything. I meet people where they're at because everybody starts from where they're at. So I just want
you to know there's no opinions on this. But I just want to point something out. The GLP1 drugs,
right, like Ozempic and Wagovi, are being prescribed at record levels.
And they're not cures.
They're symptom management tools.
And in many cases, when somebody has like a food addiction sensitivity, I get it.
But people are eating them like chicklets now.
So the weight loss market, here, take heed of this.
Remember, I'm showing you the proof is everywhere.
The weight loss market and industry is projected.
And I have the resource for this.
I'm not just talking smack here.
The weight loss market and industry is projected to grow to an astronomical rate.
In fact, it's being projected that the weight loss industry by 2032 will reach $532.2 billion.
That is a big problem, by the way.
If that actually even gets halfway to that, our health care system can't handle that
because of the downside of what happens when the weight loss industry goes up.
How about this one?
This one hits home as a parent. Children and teens are now developing type 2 diabetes, which used to be called adult onset diabetes. But it can't be anymore. It's just called type 2 now because kids are getting it. So these aren't random statistics. We're caught up in everything that's going on in the terrible events in the news and everything like that. But this has been going on forever. And this has to do with you, right? This has to do with something that you can actually control. So these statistics are not random.
They're flashing warning lights telling us the same story.
America does not have a weight problem or a sugar problem.
America has a metabolic disease problem, which is a lifestyle problem.
And I know you know this.
The unfortunate truth is that most people will listen to this episode or watch this and say,
yes.
Some of you will have a cognitive bias because you're consuming something different than this
rather than being open to everything and say, no, he's crazy.
But if you're still here, you're probably open to it.
But most of you, once your baseline reality comes back into play, you'll forget about it again.
That's how powerful the forgetting is.
So let's talk about why we miss all this stuff.
How did we miss this?
This is an amazing quote.
And I want you to really try to grasp this.
If you're somewhat paying attention, engage right now.
We don't live in a world that makes us sick by accident.
We live in a world, if you think about it, we live in a world that is designed to keep us there, to keep us sick.
Look at all the proof.
We're not talking about cures. We're not going upstream to the upstream. We're just taking care of the symptoms, putting black tape over the check engine light. And if we don't change the system, well, then the system is going to change us. That's a quote from my mentor, Dr. Wayne Anderson. I think he created it. So in plain words, for anyone that likes things simple, there is a system that profits from keeping it hidden, this overall thing. Now, we talk about lifestyle, and we talk about all that stuff, but there's no big major.
industry making money off of that yet. There is a system that is making tons of money off of keeping
that quiet and keeping symptom relief going. I mean, that's just, you've got to acknowledge that.
The healthcare model that we've been trained to trust is built on downstream intervention.
Grasp this. The whole model is built on downstream intervention. So think about it logically.
The further downstream that somebody's poor health goes, the more reactive
treating the symptom instead of the root cause. So there's more money to be made downstream.
The further downstream, the more money. Pills, surgeries, injections, and repeat appointments
are billion-dollar industries and they are not needed upstream. That's why metabolic health and
metabolic disease and metabolic dysfunction are so important to acknowledge. It's not a profitable
industry, but it's everything. So responsibilities on you, on us. So it's
remarkably similar, by the way, to that of war, the business of war, which we see everywhere
right now. War is extremely profitable. War is profitable. Peace is not profitable.
Who's making money off of peace? I mean, in times of peace, yeah, we can negotiate and all of that
stuff, but war is way more profitable than peace. So how is that different than sick care? It's kind of the
same thing. So once again, don't hate the player, hate the game. If you want to change any of this stuff,
have to change the demand. If people rise up and start taking responsibility for their lives and their
lifestyle, the supply is going to change. Trust me, if you guys start like demanding kale or higher
quality foods and exercise and all that, you see that these geniuses upstream, they're not going to
try to bring you back. They're going to make money off of whatever it is. In war, remember something,
governments and corporations spend trillions of dollars on weapons, ammunition, defense contracts,
and endless rebuilding. Rebuilding after war is a huge business as well. It's all tied in. There's money to be
made only as long as the conflict continues. Can you see how your health issues are a conflict that's
continuing? That's a big distinction. So in times of peace, those industries dry up. Why would they want peace?
They have to start a new fight. They have to. There's no profit in people laying down arms,
reconciling differences and living in balance.
So meanwhile, the upstream truth, that the real problem, metabolic disease, metabolic health,
it's reversible.
And it's preventable just like peace.
But it's been drowned out by ultra-processed food.
Ultra-processed food is a drug.
Marketing to accommodate the busy on-the-go person, that's their way of saying,
we understand, right?
Dunkin' Donuts is fueling America.
Hey, you deserve a break today.
You understand how that stuff works?
It's supplying the demand.
You're saying you're tired and you don't have time.
That's how those things are created.
So how about the propaganda from the diet culture?
Promising things like quick fixes.
Oh, we'll just shut off the food noise.
That's it.
We're worried about eating healthy some other time.
Let's just get that under wraps right now.
Blinking light, blinking light.
And the yo-yo results that are associated in the diet industry,
which is a big industry for me.
I'm a health transformation coach, right?
I'm doing it the right way and I've got a simple program.
but this is where I'm meeting people.
So the yo-yo diets, you know, results and all of that.
And these things are keeping customers as customers.
Are you a customer being kept as a customer,
rather than arming and equipping you to become the dominant force of your health and your life,
the shock caller of your life?
Are you a customer that's being kept a customer?
Remember the quote before.
So what about the algorithms, right?
The algorithms that are manipulating our attention,
fighting and vying for our attention,
and they're bringing us towards addictive content instead of the truth.
Has anyone here ever heard of doom scrolling?
Right?
I have a 15-year-old and 22 and a 20-year-old.
This is like a fun thing to do.
Oh, you're doom-scrolling.
It's almost trendy.
So doom-scrolling has become a thing, and it's trendy.
And our children are spending more and more time exposing their fragile, programmable,
neuroplastically programmable brains to constant suggestions.
This is the real problem, okay? Because what we're talking about is logic. So in the wrong hands, if your kid is watching and scrolling and you're watching and scrolling and you think you're just distracting yourself and entertaining, in the wrong hands, our children, as well as us, without knowing it or being persuaded to desire and believe anything the system decides. So you don't have to watch the news. The news can be delivered to you in so many different ways because of the internet. And then we also have this problem of cognitive bias and widespread.
belief, take a look at the branding and marketing plan of the healthcare industry right now.
There is a widespread belief that health is something that is out of your reach without medical
intervention. You can't get healthy without help. Do you see how that makes you say,
hey, they understand me? No. It's a business. So that leads to Americans to give themselves
permission and excuse themselves. Remember, an excuse is something that excuses you from responsibility.
So this gives Americans the ability to excuse themselves from their responsibility to practice
healthy habits and justify the use of some sort of quick fix or a medication.
That's what we do is we say, hey, well, most people are doing this.
My doctor says this.
So I don't really have to work at this.
I have a food noise problem.
But some people do.
Some people do.
If my wife was here right now, she would advocate for the people that do.
But I'm talking about the big picture.
Being unhealthy has somehow become a long-term disease like alcoholism that requires constant outside in health.
Now, I will agree that health is something that we have to work on and lifestyle for the rest of our lives because things change.
But what I'm saying is, is how much help do we need from the outside?
We've been conditioned to believe things like this.
It runs in my family.
Have you ever said that?
I'll always be tired.
How about I can't lose weight?
That's a conditioned statement.
I can't lose weight.
Of course you can.
Anybody can.
Medication is my only option.
And we will justify that and shun anything outside of that.
So it's a little radical today.
I hope you're enjoying it.
But it's the truth, right?
The truth is that we've been brainwashed into treating the blinking lights on our dashboard
rather than fixing the engine.
I want to insert something that a lot of people have never heard of.
What's the solution?
It's called metabolic synchronization.
So if you want to write that down, contemplate it.
I don't know if any of you ever heard about that.
So let's talk about metabolic synchronization.
The new North Star for a brighter future.
North Star is the terminology for setting a course of a goal.
So what's the solution here?
It's not another pill.
It's not another diet fad.
It's not waiting for your doctor to save you.
That's not the way that we do this.
Nobody's coming to save you.
The great words from Mel Robbins.
That's where I heard it from.
The solution is upstream.
And as I said, it's called metabolic synchronization.
So what is that?
It's the process of bringing your body back into alignment so that every system, physical, mental, and emotional, works together the way it was designed to.
Grasp this.
This is what you're forgetting.
Your body was designed to work, not fail.
Your body was designed to function and work well like an orchestra and a symphony together, not fail.
Now, it has this amazing ability, just like a car, to tell us.
to look under the hood. And that's what those blinking lights are. That's an extraordinary system
that says, hey, hey, you know, when you see a check engine light, you don't put a black piece of
tape over it. You typically pull over. We just got a signal in our car that says that we need to take
a look at our tires. They're getting bald. I'm not going to just keep driving, right? Or I'm not
going to say, hey, can we etch some treads into that? So this is not about perfection. This is about
realignment. I love that word. So when your metabolism is in sync, the lights turn off, not because
you've turned the lights off. The lights go off because everything, the engine, is running smooth again.
What a fun way to address this. So the path to synchronization isn't complicated, but it's built on
five foundations if you want to write these down. One, proper diet and nutrition. The ultimate goal,
eat whole foods and look at food as fuel instead of those things that we're eating that cause
things like inflammation. Remove ultra-process traps that are hijacking your biology. Number two,
movement. I'm not saying exercise because that might not be your starting point, but proper movement and
lean muscle development. God, everything is talking about lean muscle development right now. Proper movement.
We're not saying exercise. We're just saying start moving, right? And lean muscle development,
which is the current number one indicator of longevity. If you have lean muscle mass,
it means that when you're in your 70s, you'll still be able to open up a jar and things like that and have
balance and prevent falls. Number three, proper sleep. This is one that I'm focusing on.
big time because it's one that I struggle with, right? Rather than looking at the lights that are
blinking because I'm getting bad sleep, I'm working on my sleep. Sometimes people call this nature's
nurse, right? This is your body's nightly repair system. Without quality rest, no diet or exercise can
compensate. Without proper sleep and rest, no diet or exercise can compensate. Trust me on that one.
Proper education and mental detox. This is a big one as well. Mental detox, I said. Learn how
propaganda. We have to become aware. In our Make Sense Academy, we teach this interface response system.
And it's really about weaponizing the human with awareness. My book is coming out in February. It's
going to launch at CreativeCon in Chicago with a whole bunch of people there. If anybody's in
Chicago, you want to come be part of an amazing seminar and event with just amazing people,
podcasters, public speakers, authors, publishers, AI. Jim Quick is going to be there as our featured guest
and it's going to be amazing.
Proper education and mental detox.
So learn how propaganda, fake science,
fake science is something that's not backed up by anything.
It's just, you know, words.
And algorithm-driven media,
be aware of how those things manipulate you
and persuade you.
Reclaim your mind by choosing truth over noise.
Reclaim your mind by choosing truth over noise.
That is a choice.
It's very easy for you to take noise
and call it the truth. But that's why we teach people a cognitive distancing exercise where you just go,
which means you haven't made up your mind and just throw some logic and rationale into it and say,
is that true? Where's the evidence? What else might be true? Remember that what you consume with
regularity ends up being what you assume with regularity. Number five. Now just as a reminder,
these are the path to synchronization. So number five, proper community and support. There's 20,
three of you here live right now and you're commenting and you're sharing and we're in a community right
now. So far I haven't seen anybody that's causing controversy, which I welcome, by the way. I don't
need to be right. If somebody can back up what they're saying that's different than mine,
I'm a scientist. I am always open and curious to something that is more right. But what I'm not
interested is just in opinions. That's why I hold back my opinions because they mean nothing.
So proper community and support.
So the lone wolf approach fails.
Sustainable transformation comes from running mates,
having some sort of accountability, coaches, and communities that lift you up,
come to support you when you're down, but pull you forward.
In closing, here's a reality check.
This is a really important thing.
Like, we're just in the jacuzzi experience,
and you might have been thrown some amens here,
but let's get a reality check.
Your current bad habits are wired in.
Don't think that just,
because you've made a distinction that you can just go change things. Your current habits are wired in
and the likes of what I like to refer to as a 100,000 ton oil tanker that is confidently and
comfortably because it knows its path steaming ahead across the ocean on its typical course. That's
what your habits are like right now. A 100,000 ton oil tanker that is steaming ahead confidently.
It doesn't need anybody to tell them anything else because that's what it always does.
They're wired in.
So you can't just listen to the Make Sense podcast,
have a make sense substack moment,
or hear anybody or read a book or listen to a podcast.
You can't just tap the captain that's driving that ship
or steering that ship on the shoulder
and request him to change his course.
Hey, let's chart a new course.
I've got an idea.
There are many, many great programs out there,
like the one that I use that meet people where they're at
and slowly, slowly integrate them into this world.
You cannot take a radical step.
Well, I shouldn't say you can't.
It's very, very difficult to get that oil tanker to change its course right away.
So my recommendation, and it's the nature of the program that I use, is we meet people
where they're at and we start them teeny little steps, one healthy habit at a time, one
learn from failure at a time.
And we just need to get that ship turned around eventually.
And remember this.
Another thing that we're being indoctrinated into is this picture of what optimal health looks like.
It's different for everybody.
So when I set a goal with you, I always encourage you to set a goal to reach your optimal health, not optimal health.
Some people have terminal cancer.
They can reach the best version of what they have to work with.
So don't get caught up in thinking that a magazine or a podcast or some sort of scroll is telling you what your goal should be.
Your goal is your goal.
So you should find somebody.
That's one of the things I take the most pride in.
And my program is just a ship chart changer.
That's what it is, right?
One little step at a time.
People can move faster slope.
Okay.
So waking up to a bigger truth,
here are some just final dragon thoughts on this.
The message is simple but urgent.
We don't have dozens of separate health epidemics.
We have one.
It's called metabolic disease.
Look it up.
And the cure is not found in chasing every blinking,
light. The cure is not found in chasing every blinking light, but in tuning up and resetting the
engine through metabolic synchronization. You guys just need a tune-up. So this is not about losing
weight or lowing blood sugar. It's about reclaiming control of your body, your mind, and your future,
one step and one healthy habit at a time. The truth is staring us all right in the face,
which is really good at ignoring it and forgetting about it.
and justifying things because of our crazy situation.
So the truth is staring us all in the face and the lights are flashing.
That's why they flash.
That's why when you don't wear your seatbelt, it goes ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding,
because we will ignore those first five dings.
The choice, as it always has been, is yours.
Will you keep patching symptoms up downstream?
Or will you start to move upstream and finally begin synchronizing your health?
Makes sense. I hope that you enjoyed this episode. I hope that you learned something today. And remember
if you learn something today, give it away, share it, recommend it, give it away, because that's the
only way it's going to stay. The whole nature of taking something and making it your own,
yes, we must go into action. We must step out of the jacuzzi experience now and move into action.
But one of the easiest ways to take action is to take this information, write about it, share your
version of it. Be careful not to share your opinion. Back it up with science. You'll see when this
episode comes out, all of the resources here, peer-reviewed stuff. Science is the best thing we have
to go with right now. Pay it forward. Give it away, and that's how it's going to stay. So my last thing
that I'll say, which also rhymes, is have a nice day. And we'll see you next time. Bye-bye now.
