Great morning world.
Welcome to the Rise Up with Dragon podcast with your host, Dragon.
What's up, World?
Normally, the dragon rises up in the morning, and he's all sweaty coming from his exercise
and stuff, which was part of the plan, was ready to go.
But it was a combination of life happening, cats happening, a couple of little things
getting in the way.
When you're living your life around what matters.
most. Sometimes you just got to say, rising up and going live and doing the podcast doesn't matter
at this current time. We had to redo it come at a different time. But, you know, it's kind of fun. I love,
love, love stepping into the uncomfortable unknown. The way I look at it is I'm fresh. Usually
when I do my rise ups early in the morning, I can barely even think, which is kind of fun. Remember,
I do my rise ups really selfishly for me because it's a way of me practicing my thoughts and
developing this ability to maybe transfer information from the antenna.
Also, my biggest fear in the world has always been public speaking.
The reason why I come to these lives all the time is because just facing fears and
everything like that.
Even though I've been doing this for six years now, never goes away.
Just like I'm in the best physical shape of my life, still get crazy ideas about what
would be a good idea to eat.
So great morning.
First, I just want to give some gratitude to the universe.
very thankful for my family, my friends. But I want to give my gratitude to that amazing group of people
that I've just been blessed to run with, some world thought leaders, to some of the people that
I've partnered with in coaching, people that I mentor, and just all of these people that had this
crazy idea of looking at the upside of the downside and creating this fantasy of moving forward
at a time where the world has been given a hall pass and the wonderful excuse to completely halt forward
progress. And we'll talk a little bit about that state, that mind. But I just want to give props
because last month, thousands of people got in the best physical mental shape of their life.
Just because they took a left instead of the predominant right. So big, big respect and gratitude for you.
And also just respect to anybody that wakes up and addresses that,
life is just dealing you lemons and decides to make lemonade. Big, big respect to you. And by the way,
that is how we change the world. The problem in the world today is not what is happening.
Problem and challenge in the world is how humans are reacting to what is happening. So I believe
that everything that's happening right now is the universe just trying to give us the opportunity to
grow. All we really need to do is wake up. Just wake up, smell the coffee. So in any case,
I've got a rise up for you today. It's going to go a little bit deep. Some of this material
actually comes right from my book. It's going to either fall as chapter three or four. There
have been some massive, massive connections that I've made in life that have brought me to this
place of calm to where I've learned how to handle adversity with grace. So part of my book is just
sharing some life stories. So one of the connections that I made was just about the concepts
of consciousness that was a big awakening for me. Yeah, that's what consciousness.
is. So I just want to share some cool material as well as a coupling of my thoughts today. So
Dragon's going to go deep again. But what I'm doing is, is I'm inviting you into the greatness factory.
You can churn out better versions of people. The way I do that is I give you some thoughts that you
know exist. I believe that we live in the age of consciousness right now where we're awakening and
recognizing things that already exist, but we're starting to become aware of them.
The purpose of these rise-ups is for me to deliver you some stuff.
and let you exercise your brain muscle and your consciousness
and your level of awareness to see if you get it.
So let's see if we get this.
I call this a momentary grasp of reason.
So all you Pink Floyd fans out there,
you know where I got that concept.
How real is reality?
That was my first question that I asked myself this morning.
If we think about it, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, right?
Isn't our reality based on our perception,
which has been persuaded?
Think about this for a second.
Isn't our reality what we think is in life?
Isn't it based on a perception of what we think is?
Because two people can think differently.
But isn't it based on a perception which has been persuaded and sculpted by our concepts
and program which have been molded, like our concepts depict our perception?
And our concept come from our program, which has been molded by our life experiences.
In the book we call those happenings and programmers, i.e.
our mother, father, teacher, and preacher. So let's come back to reality for a second. Reality.
It's pretty shifty reality. You know, it's pretty uncertain. It's pretty shifting and it carries a lot of
curiosity and questions if you use logic, which is I think what most people are suffering with right now,
is people are unable to use logic. And logic for me just means checking the facts,
looking at the difference between my story and fact. A lot of people struggling with that. But reality,
There's a lot of curiosity and questions if you're using Lashik, which is where those would be coming from, and observing it.
So I like to look at that which I call reality, what I call a momentary grasp of reason.
And the reason why I like that is it lets me know that it is only reality in that current moment.
And it leaves me open to recognize that there are alternative realities.
Now, that's something that really helps me look into the future and know that I don't know.
So if I'm ever worried about something, maybe that's just a momentary grasp of reason,
which unveils the fact that I may be wrong.
So I started some time ago to recognize that only I, here's what's interesting about
reality and consciousness, only I can describe my state of consciousness at any given time.
And nobody else can.
You know why?
Because they can't see it.
So my state of consciousness and awareness and ability to make sense of things is something
that I only know.
Therefore, we all have our own ways of.
of looking at things. And that's what I love about humans. We have our own unique ways. So it's not
just beauty that's in the eye of the beholder. It's reality as well that's in the eye of the beholder.
So that's a fun little thing to think about it when you're looking at something or someone.
It's just recognized that their reality is what they're beholding. Do you believe that reality
can change as you grow? That's why I like that idea of recognizing that it's a momentary grasp of
reason. How do we put this distinction that we're talking about right now to use today and how do we move
towards a new level of greatness? Because we're in the greatness factory and we want to move towards a new
level, right? I mean, is anybody into the idea of moving towards a new upgraded leveling up today?
Let's play with the idea of whether or not we can create consciousness around things and shift our
reality. Let's see if we can evolve. Can consciousness be created? So it's crazy to look at where life
began. This is where we're going to get heavy right now. Thinking about where life began, which is I think
a lot of people are wondering this. I've read some great books on it, but uncertain. What was the first
form of life? I'll invite all of you to kind of think about that, but what was the very first form of
life? You can look at science in the books and everything. But what I'll do as soon as you tell me what the
first form of life, like where did it all begin? I'm always going to ask you, just like a kid,
and then what came before that? And then before that, every time,
time you tell me something that you know, I'm going to ask you something prior to that. So, what's
cool about that is I believe that life, think about this for a second, this is a nice one. This is
the dragon gift. I believe that life began with the first state of consciousness. We'll never be
able to prove where actual life began without having any consciousness of it. So if somebody comes up
with a new theory about where life began, it's just because they became conscious of it. But we'll
always wonder what happened before that. Did the world start with nothing? Well, this is things that
Dragon thinks about in the morning. I believe that life began with the first start of consciousness,
meaning noticing that it began, therefore life started with consciousness. So how did life start
with a state of consciousness? Side note, we can start life over again right now with a new state
of consciousness. Make sense? Perhaps the birth of consciousness is that moment where we make sense of
something and acquire an awareness and understanding of it, which is, I think, what we're trying to do
every day in life. In essence, become curious of it. And I believe that we are living in the age of
awakening consciousness. So what age are we in? I believe that all humans are living in this world
right now where we are just completely waking up to things that already existed, but we're
becoming more aware and conscious of it. I think that we're evolving right now. We are all waking up
from millions of years of an evolved hibernation to the fact that there is something happening
that is bigger than us and our own feelings. There is something happening right now that is
bigger than us in our own feelings of reality. And those things are mere grains. All of our
feelings and thoughts and everything that we knew are mere grains of sand on a beach of something
much bigger and greater. Did you know, here's an interesting fun fact, did you know that the
human brain that we're trying to make sense of, potentially holds as many neurons inside of it
as there are stars in the universe. Now, I know you know there's a lot of stars in the universe.
So what's funny about these neurons is that they say that neurons have no idea who you are
and only serve a function by interacting with one another. That's what they do. Therefore,
what's interesting about that when you go down the rabbit hole of consciousness,
this is stuff from my book. So therefore, your consciousness is a result.
and a side effect and a symptom of the interaction between these neurons.
And they produce, follow this, write this one down, thinkers.
They produce what's called probability waves.
We're going heavy now.
How our brain perceives things,
this is what this tells us,
is really based on probability rather than fact.
Therefore, if your mother father, teacher, preacher,
your society and your TV news,
or your full programming,
which has been done by your PRON,
programmers, which is not just your mother, father, teacher, preacher. It's all the crap that you're
watching, the good and the bad, have programmed you over time to believe things are a certain way.
You see, when you start to believe things are a certain way, your neurons interact with each other
and create a consciousness around it. You become conscious of a fact, and that becomes part of
who you are and the way you think. Not actually, but provide theories which create probabilities,
right? And think of what a probability is. A probability is when you look at something and
say that's most probable I'm going to go with that. If you make a decision today to take a right
turn instead of a left, you're going to do it based on probability. Now, you might think it's factual,
but it's probability. And we know this because everybody gets different reactions from doing things
differently. So when your brains are manipulated by these probabilities that you're not certain
are really facts, could be story, right? What it does is it puts our brains into what scientists
refer to as a default mode network, aka unconscious program.
95% of our day is unconscious. So our default mode network is our unconscious program that is in full
operation even when we're seemingly at rest. It's happening when you don't know it's happening.
So heavily impacted by our programmers and our things, right, creating this situation that
evolves into consciousness. Is anybody grasping this? If you're grasping this man, you're conscious
right now. So this is what causes humans to do preposterous things to one another and fail to see the
logic in it. So when I see things that are outrageous like humans hurting one another with no logic in
view, I empathetically acknowledge. Interesting. We don't watch TV in our house and you guys let us know
about how bad things are with the riots and everything like that. But every now and that it's unavoidable.
It comes across your face and you start to recognize that, wow, man, what the hell are these
people doing? You know, you have these moments where you're like embarrassed to be a human. When you see a human,
hurting another human that has nothing to do with what that human is angry about.
And coming up with these ideas of breaking into stores and stealing things,
hurting the store owner and not having the logic and foresight to see how insane that is.
So I have developed, because of this stuff,
I have developed an empathetic heart for these people.
And I empathetically acknowledge not agree with them,
just like forgiveness.
I don't agree that what you did was okay, but I forgive you, meaning it no longer affects you.
So I empathetically acknowledge, not agree with, but acknowledge that these people forgive them
for they know not what they do. They're in default mode. They have no idea what they're doing.
And that makes me feel a little bit empathetic, forgive them for they know not what they do.
So this is also associated with and manipulated by what's referred to as scarcity mindset.
So that comes from the notion that we lack something.
A lot of people think that they lack something.
And the easiest way to get out of lack is go into gratitude, right?
It's the superhighway to the present moment where you identify what it is that you have,
not what you don't have.
So it comes from that notion that we lack something and that we can create a victim status.
We're allowed to create a victim status complaining and blaming or create a sense of entitlement.
Entitlement is a very, very big scarcity mentality.
Sometimes we feel entitled to certain things because of something that we've identified that we lack.
Also being seen in this well- orchestrated, fear-breeding news that people watch.
We don't watch it, but we hear about it still.
That's how powerful it is.
You don't even have to watch it and you hear about the news.
Showing people looting and harming people that have absolutely nothing to do with their protests.
Here's what's going on there, by the way.
Little dragon pontificating right now.
So that idea of what you guys are seeing on the news, it comes from entitlement and it is this ill-deserved idea, but understood that these people have because they're in default mode.
So when somebody goes into default mode, and now you know the science behind it, right, those neurons that are interacting, they have no idea who you are, but they're interacting based on an observation of something.
And you get the feelings, you get the emotions, right?
And then all of a sudden you create a consciousness about that.
And in that moment, because you don't know that it's a momentary grasp of reason, you think it is.
So what's the power right now is just being able to go back and just identify that you might not know what the hell you're talking about, me included.
And it's a wonderful place to be.
So this comes from the entitlement and it is ill-deserved but understood as they are unconscious and in default mode.
So the problem with this, when you're in a scarcity mentality and you're in default mode, you know what happens?
is it sucks up most of your mental bandwidth. You have a bandwidth, right? And that sucks it all up. And it removes
all productivity in ourself. And it also removes your ability to grasp onto logic. Logic is powerful
right now. If I could give the world a gift right now from dragon to the world, I would give the world logic.
Let's just take a look at these things. Let's take a little walk around this idea. Do you understand that you're
yelling at someone that has nothing to do with what you're upset about and that you're in a state
of entitlement because you're angry and you deserve to be angry but you're confused because you've
lost track of logic and you're taking it the wrong way you're reacting you're emotionally mismanaging it
so we look to take rather than give back etc when we're in that this is all conducted
the the mediator of all of this stuff coming in is this little guy in your brain from my book
called the little liar and the little liar is trained.
translating all this BS and actually you're buying into it.
You don't even know the little liars there and you created it,
but the little liar is giving you all this information
and all of a sudden you're creating a consciousness about it.
So once we acknowledge and embrace this process,
just become conscious of it.
Like if you're listening to this right now,
pay it forward by the way, push the share button.
But if you're listening to this and you get it,
you've got the first step.
It's just to become aware of this idea
that you might not know what the hell you're doing.
It's a wonderful feeling.
So embrace this process and make sense of it, then we can become clear and unveil the opportunity
to question the validity of the emotions and feelings and certainty we are feeling.
So, to a large degree, becoming conscious of something is based on probability and curiosity, but not
always fact.
If you can grasp onto that right now, as I am, I am right now realizing that everything that I've
just said to you might be complete nonsense and I'm okay with it. I'm just exercising right now.
I'm just chilling and taking some information that I think has a positive, proactive,
forward-moving vibe to it and I'm just delivering the bread. You know what I mean? So making
sense of this process of getting clear in theory on the whole idea of probability and that your
current reality is most likely a momentary grasp of reason, that's my gift to you today. I love and
appreciate you. If you learn something today, give it away. That's how it's going to stay.
Makes sense.
