Starting point is 00:00:00 Wow, Wow, Wes. Hey. We're here. Are you guys hot? Let me know if you're hot. I can turn it on the air. No, I'm good. I love how right away you'll like.
Starting point is 00:00:10 It's on you go. No. Well, I'm just saying because it was cool in here, but I knew when we'd enter, we were like negative ice cubes. Very true. We've all warmed this space significantly. We're like those heat rocks.
Starting point is 00:00:20 Cook a steak on us. The heat's wild down here. I don't know how you deal with it. I like the heat. The cold is I get like when I don't feel a sun for like five months, I get real weird. I just, it's not good for me. I do. I get, I get sad.
Starting point is 00:00:34 Are you laughing at my seasonal effect disorder? I'm a seasonal effect of disorder. I'm a survivor for 40 years. I'm just, a sexual effect of disorder. I'm not laughing at it. I'm laughing at it. You are, you're someone who I admire in the sense of you know what a hundred percent is not good for you. You end a lot of sense, but that's just not good for me.
Starting point is 00:00:52 You know what I mean? So I respect it. We're talking about boundaries. Yeah. I respect it. I like it. Do you ever try to draw a bad? I don't think it ever works. I've never done one ever. It's so foreign to me. It's so foreign to me.
Starting point is 00:01:07 I've tried, but I always take it back. As soon as it leaves my mouth, I'm like, I never mind. You know what? I'm never going to stand. I wouldn't know what one is. You know what I mean? You can say or do anything with me,
Starting point is 00:01:16 is laying the bed, whatever you want. It's insane. Yeah, I prefer to stew. Yeah. I'll let people cross over my boundaries and I go, fucking, fucking, fucking, no respect at all for me. I guess I'm a piece of shit. And then I just, hey, how you doing?
Starting point is 00:01:30 that's my boundaries. Hey, what's how you want to get breath? That's what I was doing with him this morning in my head. We've worked on that a little bit. I swear to God, dude. We had a quiet flight down here. Did you, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:41 What happened? We're setting boundaries a little bit. I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, this is so fine. I don't know what that's like, is there a leak in our organization that was like, ask about boundaries. You guys got the fucking TMS's scoop. He's fucking, they don't look smart, but they're good, these guys. He's a deal with the dirt.
Starting point is 00:01:58 Holy sure. I watch you. guys fight since like 2000. That's true. That's true. That's true. It's no secret. There's no way to.
Starting point is 00:02:08 I'm like, man, these guys are good. Who you guys been fucking talking to? Meanwhile, you've seen us and have each other in headlocks outside of the Raven Lounge. The enigma's going next. It's funny. Looking back on it was like the stuff we used to argue about was so cute and adorable.
Starting point is 00:02:26 It's so funny. Now it's serious. Yeah. Yeah. Do we see? I'm like, it's so far. I say that to him sometimes. He's like, I don't ever want to fight again. I go, we used to argue over YouTube videos that got a hundred views.
Starting point is 00:02:35 Like, of course. Things are going to be tense now. He's grown up a lot. I'll give him that. That's nice. He has grown up a lot. He kind of stinks as a hang, but he's grown up. Oh, yeah, you're a real fucking peach.
Starting point is 00:02:47 Let me tell you. I went the other way. Really? Oh, man. It's crazy. I mean, it's crazy. How bad of a hang he is. You got the family, kids, all that kind of stuff.
Starting point is 00:02:56 He's got to like prioritize this, that. The other thing, things are mean more. and I'm living in Ian's basement it's like fucking... You're the dog. You're the dog and the family gets shooting in the crate. Yeah, because he keeps shitting everywhere. You're like, we do. It's like, do we pay $2,000 for fucking training and that didn't take. We tried.
Starting point is 00:03:11 You know, you're trying to help. I'm fighting people at the park. Yeah, how do you guys coordinate that? Me and Shane have the same thing. I have a kid. He doesn't, but he's pretty gracious. Yeah, he's also fucking a millionaire. Fucking one of the most famous comics on the planet. Even more of the reason. On the middle of the road.
Starting point is 00:03:26 More the reason. Walking around like I'm a movie star. drives him fucking nuts. Dude, he got spotted by one of our bullies at the airport. You did. When? You're saying, he's trying to. He thinks he's very famous in his thing. He really, we could always start.
Starting point is 00:03:41 I go, you are Johnny Drama. He is. I don't think I'm famous. I have an audience. Did I do a good performance this season on tires? Of course. Of course. Has that gone to your head immensely?
Starting point is 00:03:54 Yes. You got recognized at the airport. No, he did. You know, our boy saw him. Like, Kevin, Dick a picture. Guys, like, can Kippy get in? He's like, no, no, no. This one's just for me.
Starting point is 00:04:09 What are we talking about? When Colin saw you. No, there's a lot. No, when Colin Chamberlain saw you. Oh, that fucking rat. Forget about that. Dude, our boy, our main open. Our boy, Colin Chamberl.
Starting point is 00:04:18 Our boy is on a road with us. He's Kippies boy. They bumps us. He really makes a lot of delineation. They all rat me out. They all rat me out. Really? Oh, forget about it.
Starting point is 00:04:26 Dude, rat. They know who. They know who daddy is. You kidding me? Ain't know who writes the checks. That's what you think it is. No, you're also a comedian. Dude, he's walking around Delta.
Starting point is 00:04:38 He's walking around the terminal. He's got no luggage. Hold on a second. I sort of seeing a young lady who lives in Cleveland. All right, I've been going back and forth a little bit. Yeah, yeah. I had an audition coming up.
Starting point is 00:04:46 I had the sides of my back pocket. I checked my bag. It's like a Friday afternoon. I'm flying out of Cleveland. All these details aside. He's walking around the fucking airport with sunglasses on it and a movie script in his back pocket.
Starting point is 00:04:57 And you're going to sit there and tell me, you don't like being fucking recognized. And Colin comes up to us. He's talking to me normal. Hey, don't good to say. That's insane, right? What are you talking about?
Starting point is 00:05:08 You did a director's chair on show? I had to memorize my lines for a goddamn audition that you didn't get. I turned it dead. I didn't like the script. Do my head hurts already. You got to say no a little bit, boys. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:05:23 Give them a big point even more. If you don't say no, your yes, is worthless. Yeah, that's great. I'm done with auditions. I'll tell you that right now. I did one against that very well. So I did an audition and I've only done to go to the Alabama headed. Anything. They'll send me. I tried. I did one audition and the only reason I did it because in this one instance, I happened to know through like a family connection that the producer was like loosely related to my family. So I'm like, here we go.
Starting point is 00:05:54 I'm in Nepo baby, full Nepo baby. Send this. Because someone in your family tree knows a guy. It's like three degrees of separation. But we met once. I'm like, brother, he's going to see my name and tap me up.
Starting point is 00:06:07 The big leagues. The big leagues. What are you? Oh, you're in the big leagues. You're in the big leagues. What was it? Tulsa King.
Starting point is 00:06:15 What were you reading for? I denied Tulsa King. The one that just came out about the guy behind the door? Yeah, yeah, I forget. It was something. I got some Tulsa. No, no, my.
Starting point is 00:06:23 Maybe Landman. It was one of those, like, constipated old man shows. Oh, show's kind of ruled. Although, they do a little bit. Yeah, they're nice. Yellowstone was awesome. Yeah, yellowstone.
Starting point is 00:06:33 Although, if you watch it on TV, the shit they edited out on network television, I thought, ruined the show. Yeah. Hmm. Yeah. I just watch it on YouTube shorts. The big guy in the hot redhead. That's all I see. Him throwing a snake or fucking banging his wife.
Starting point is 00:06:50 Are you going for Tulsa Kings? No, I read for Tulsa Kings, like, fat guy behind the door. Yeah, I'm like, I'm not doing it. Then I go back to Ian's place and Ian got the same audition. What? Yeah, I'm like, what do we doing here? What is kind of crazy? The fuck out of here with this shit.
Starting point is 00:07:09 Yeah, I don't find O'Lander for $1,500. I got cash. No, I don't. I get scripts every now and again. It's like, he's also broke for the record. Oh, yeah. I'm super broke. I fucked up.
Starting point is 00:07:19 Oh, yeah. It happens. Every great artist, man. That's what I figure. Yeah. You know what I'll help that? More movie scripts in the back pocket. I really turn the ship over that.
Starting point is 00:07:28 this script. Talk about not focusing on the right thing. We're focusing on the right thing. What are you talking? So you guys, that's why you guys had a silent ride because you were just peeping what he was up to and you were just, monkey, please. There was the latest incident is this is funny because you guys are getting the fucking TNTs.
Starting point is 00:07:44 I mean, it's embarrassing for you, for sure, if you want to talk about it. It's funny. I don't see you like that to be honest with you. That's a very part of my someone who did what you did, I would assume so. I've overstepped on the corporate credit card a little bit. A little bit. A little bit. is a drastic statement, I feel. Really? But you can write that off.
Starting point is 00:08:01 That's what I said. What are we doing here? You're getting ahead of next year's taxes. I'm getting ahead of it. Yeah, we're reading it all. But it was taken from me, like my badge of my gun. Yeah. Which I'm okay with. I'm all right with it.
Starting point is 00:08:17 I didn't, I said, I said, I think, listen, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't reprimand. Did you like my response on the first thing when you were like, hey, this is whatever? I thought I was very hand up like hey no problem whatever you need I want to do good sure yeah that was just like hey man you got me you know you know
Starting point is 00:08:34 the rights hold on thanks bro 70s what the fuck what are we in fucking Fort Myers 70 you're a millionaire you should be like 56 in his joint what are you guys doing
Starting point is 00:08:53 fully can't work under these conditions this guy can't get cold is that what it is my plants I give a hot for my What is that, by the way? Or Dendrum or something? You don't even know the name of it? Dendrew?
Starting point is 00:09:03 I don't know. Monstera, that's what it is. Oh, guard dog. Way to go. You say it's wilting? That's a little sad looking. Well, yeah, I haven't been here in a couple weeks, so. I have a money tree of my old apartment.
Starting point is 00:09:14 Do you really? Like seven years. Yeah. You don't? Yeah, it's nice. I do like those things. Yeah. That's the only thing I've ever, like, taken care of for a long time.
Starting point is 00:09:22 My ex-wife's got it. And they did it paid off. You had the car. The car for a little while. It's all right. But I feel like if that thing dies, I'm fucked. That's what his money tree brought was Like misuse of company.
Starting point is 00:09:35 I wouldn't say that. Come on, what are you talking about? What was it damage? What was it damage? Well, we don't need to get into that shit. So it was taken. It was no, I didn't, I did not take it. I said, hey, man, we need to reassess the Karen situation with the Amex.
Starting point is 00:09:54 Which was actually very nice. He's been very cool about it. everything. Yeah. To be honest with you. Yeah. Father. Not a great hang, but very stern. You think is a hang. It's crazy. Very stern. But when I think about it, I'm like, wow. I just, I go, hey man, this is a business partner.
Starting point is 00:10:08 We need to reassess. This is a problem. Yeah. Which I said, okay, no problem. We need to reassess it. And you said, turn your card. And I said, no, I said, I feel better if you didn't have the card. Yeah. And I think that's. Yeah. I think that's fair. I think that's fair. I'm completely on my own now. You've lost. Which is what I'm actually like. I'm in the middle of recovery. All that.
Starting point is 00:10:26 stuff. I'm on my own. I'm on my own. It's just like that was the last straw. Yeah. Yeah. So it was like a lot. It was, you know, it was more money than I made in 2019. He spent in the last 30 days. Which is funny. You never checked to see if there was any any identity theft or anything on that.
Starting point is 00:10:45 True. It seems like a lot. Could have made some suspicious. Suspicious. Well, it's kind of funny because like AMX is pretty detailed with the charges. So, yeah. Sounds like suspicious activity. I think it does.
Starting point is 00:10:56 Yeah. Unless someone stole your credit card Then flew out to Cleveland a bunch to see your girlfriend I never put anything on I never put a flight on that card You put six flights on the card Really? Yes Oh fuck I didn't first class
Starting point is 00:11:09 You fuck you didn't what do you mean you did not know that I didn't know that wrong card isn't that crazy Wrong card yeah wrong card Hand up wrong card hand up on that I give you that right now I told you we can see that Who's gonna give me that You believe a good guy like this gonna give me that I got you
Starting point is 00:11:25 Holy shit You just say that from the beginning. There wouldn't have been a contentious conversation. I think you were awesome about it, and I apologize. And I think we're moving forward and we're great. Yeah, true. Pod's the biggest has ever been. We're back in our flow.
Starting point is 00:11:37 We're doing great. It's a special coming out. That's I'm talking about. Yeah. Shout out. American garbage on the YouTube channel. Hell, yeah. Got to pay for the big man's Amexville.
Starting point is 00:11:44 Got the new tour. Tires season three. He was a big hit. There you go. Yeah. We're doing all right. That's awesome. Yeah, no worries at all.
Starting point is 00:11:49 Everybody play cool. Everybody play cool like us. We're just chilling, vibing over here. Yeah, so it's, yeah, there's been, I apologize. There's some boundaries that were. Yeah, that's a boundary. It's just, hey.
Starting point is 00:12:03 Yeah. You know, you've kind of proven you can't be, you know, trust it. Listen, I don't know if anybody from me aren't. He's kind of financially dominating you right now. It's kind of king. Finn Dom. I'm Kippy Dom, dog, let's go.
Starting point is 00:12:17 I thought about that a little bit. I thought about that a little bit, like, you know, like, what are you talking about? We're doing, we won the lottery. We're doing great, all that kind of stuff. but he has my blind trust in such a way that he's the only person in my life that I don't question. But you say whatever I'm cool with it.
Starting point is 00:12:32 Because I realized I put him through hell over the last year or so. Got the family. He wants to enjoy his life. All that kind of stuff. Got the house. Loving family. Doing very well.
Starting point is 00:12:42 I'm happy for him. You know, at some point, I got to knock this shit off. True. Yeah, that's all we is. Dude, that's just like, it's like. Well, the show of me funny. That's a dude, I just go,
Starting point is 00:12:51 I go, dude, you have zero responsibility. I got, I would, we built this spaceship. together. I'm, I can, I'm captain. Like, I got the, you know, I, I got it from the business standpoint. A lot of overhead, don't pay that. Yeah. Yeah. The Amex bill, dude. It's crazy. No, not the Amex bill. Well, that's, that's part of overhead.
Starting point is 00:13:07 I don't know. The fact that you guys are pushing through and just continuing to create, so it's important. I think so. Of course. We're not stupid. Yeah. I mean? True. Yeah. Got a good thing going. Like we were talking about before. You know what I mean? I also. We're all, in it crazy? From the Raven,
Starting point is 00:13:22 here with the fuck we are. I mean, every one of you retards, right? You all came through there at some point. Cassidy was running it. Six was running it, whatever. Oh, you moved into my house. Damn. Oh, yeah, that's right.
Starting point is 00:13:38 Let's go. So we started on... I was banging your sister for a little bit. I remember now, yeah. She's 14. That's a little weird. She was 10 years old. You so, bitch.
Starting point is 00:13:48 The Raven's up for sale, you guys. I saw, I was thinking about... Is it really? I was thinking about Pinet, but we spent all of our money at all on the Amex, too. I don't think that. Stop it. Don't be like that.
Starting point is 00:13:57 I never did anything maliciously or big purchases or anything like that. Get out of it. It's original owner. Do you sell it right now? I don't know. I saw it. I was up for. I walked by or something.
Starting point is 00:14:08 Someone said a picture of like it's up for sale. Right. Which the heartness or like the nostalgia is would want to do it. But then you're like, what are we fucking talking about? Yeah. Dude, it would be cool. We'd be screaming at each other in the raven again after 20 years. What are you not?
Starting point is 00:14:20 What are you crazy? Just for fun, honestly. Yeah, that's good. It's really just for fun. dumb shit fucking beating no though dude the that I remember
Starting point is 00:14:29 the Raven starting out was for real like the best it was like you guys ran it to where like if you did bad you were off like get the fuck out of here they let go of all that and everything just crumbled yeah well that was like you know
Starting point is 00:14:40 they were running it when I when I first started you guys were all kind of there when I came in I was I was like oh this is I remember seeing like McKeever and Pope
Starting point is 00:14:51 and being like these are the two funniest I'm like these are like famous level guys. Like I remember going like, if I could be half that funny, maybe that would be cool one day. And we always knew they were better than us and we would put them on at the end of the showcase.
Starting point is 00:15:02 We were on, we were the fucking DeKeever host and I close out with 20 minutes of fucking fat guy material and a fucking blazer. What are we doing here? This Barry McKeever. I remember when McKeever,
Starting point is 00:15:17 when I first saw him and I remember being like, damn, this guy's funny as fuck. Because like you would go up and everybody was, Yeah. Everybody was like kind of funny. You know, like, oh, there's. People are trying.
Starting point is 00:15:27 Dude, first half. And was like, I remember like the polish of him and Tommy. And I'm like, oh, this is, these guys are fucking locked in. I do remember first half at the Raven was like varsity level. I remember being so excited to sling like four minutes first half on the Raven. And then you'd bomb and get back to the second and be like, dude, did we ever hear that? What did I do? Did you ever hear that story?
Starting point is 00:15:46 What the fuck? McCusker fucking ruin me. I'm all perked up. Dude, he did that to me. First night. That's what they don't get. We didn't give a fuck. First night, I go up.
Starting point is 00:15:57 Blind luck, do pretty well. Yeah. I'm like, fucking, all right. I go back to next week. Someone, like, it wouldn't have been you. Somebody was, like, supposed to. He was somebody more... Somebody more established
Starting point is 00:16:07 was supposed to close out, but they weren't in the room. So he, I see him darting around, you know? And he's like, come here. You did good last week, kid. I need one out of you right now. Old Pop Fisher. Ryan, get up here.
Starting point is 00:16:18 Fucking, you know, scratching his neck and shit all zooned. I did $6. and three purses. You're my guy. He's like, yeah, you're good? I'm like, yeah. And I'm like,
Starting point is 00:16:30 this is, this is how I saw it in my head. I walked in. I'm the funniest guy here. The kid. I'm the motherfucking kid. The motherfucker fucking kid is here. Let's go.
Starting point is 00:16:42 And I'm like, tell stories about me. Yeah, I'm like, this is what you see in movies. This is my moment. This is my movie. You'll be in slowly's back pocket. like Elvis and his manager
Starting point is 00:16:55 be a script in his pocket I'm like this is it dude let's go and you fucking blew it I didn't know how embarrassed me with your shitty fucking banana republic jacket on your fat head and bad haircut looking at it run you out of town
Starting point is 00:17:13 but I needed shit you need a ride home I need a ride home take it off kid to get him next week He, uh, taking money out of his pocket like lefty for Mulberry Street. I got it right here. You're right. I didn't know how comedy works.
Starting point is 00:17:29 So I wrote a new five minutes that week. And I, so I went up with a brand new five minutes. And I, dude, he turned his back visibly in the crowd after about 45 seconds of me. Dude, I'm like pulling on the cord and she, I'm like all nervous. I don't know. He walked out of the room, dude. Like Yoda when Luke left the fucking jungle planet. That boy was our last hope.

I remember my family was there and they're like, you're not going to do the same shit you did before. And I was like, no. And I just did all new. stuff and bombed in the finals and was like
Starting point is 00:19:21 oh fuck why'd why do that? Yeah it's crazy I was like fuck no I'm at you guys with a new five check this out bombs I remember when I did the semifinals of Philly's funniest Tommy I think had might have already gotten new faces or he'd won it and he was hosting and he looked at me we hadn't we were only talking that much
Starting point is 00:19:39 at that time and he's like big smile before you go out there and I still think about that and I go out on stage big smile that was the pointer he gave me and he pulled his dick out and was like, you see this thing? Yeah, we fucking... We say we get a bag of blow.
Starting point is 00:19:57 Never did Coke with Tommy Pooh. There you go. Yeah. I got that going for me. Great. Anyway, sorry about the problem. That's like I got that going. So yeah, we have boundaries now. Now, we just, it's listened, you know,
Starting point is 00:20:09 to, uh, to, we're different people from when we started the show. Oh, it's crazy. Uh, you know, one of us, one shows left, one chose right. We're trying to like, you know... I didn't choose anything. You're right, I did. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:20:21 I made the choices that guy in Ian's basement. I came off. I apologize. That's all I got to do. I just got to sit back, play the victim. He says something mean.
Starting point is 00:20:33 Nobody thinks you're the victim. And any sort of unit. Check to YouTube comments. There's a bloodbath over on Patreon at the moment. Really? A little bit. Everybody loves to come back. That's true.
Starting point is 00:20:49 I'm not even fucking around. He's been saying that for four years. I lost 100 pounds. I look good. What the fuck do you want for me? That's what I'm saying. It's all Hollywood cares about. Looking good, baby.
Starting point is 00:20:58 That's what I'm talking about. The other day on the patronage goes, we're like trying to like, hey man, just maybe, you know, focus a little bit here. You're doing, you're making, dude, he's in recovery. We're, you know, we're meeting. Therapy. How long you've been in recovery for?
Starting point is 00:21:09 The last time I relapse was March 6 here. We're back to the scene of the crime. Yeah. That's why it's a quick in and out trip. True. Yeah. Austin gets people, though. I've heard something about it.
Starting point is 00:21:20 Apparently, New York, L.A., Pennsylvania. Delaware. So he's like, can you go back to L.A.? I'm like, it's not L.A., it's him. Which we just went to L.A. was great and did here and was great. Well, that's good, man. I'm happy for you. That's really interesting.
Starting point is 00:21:33 Yeah, no. So he's obviously, you know, all jokes. He's making great strides. That's obviously very tough. I got a tan. I look good. I got the watch. But the other day on the patient,
Starting point is 00:21:43 he goes, so all as I need to do was focus on getting better looking. And we're like, that's what you took from our intervention as Convers. He goes, he goes, he goes, no, I need to continue, I just need to continue
Starting point is 00:21:53 to get good looking. Yeah, looks max and bodies, he's right. He's, he's comicular. I got to get one of those eight-list actresses.
Starting point is 00:22:02 You lost 100? Like 120. Damn. Started at 435. I'm, uh, what we know about it could have been, could have been bumped up.
Starting point is 00:22:09 Damn. That's fucking wild, man. Yeah, that's that. That's that. Didn't really do much. Just puke it up and whatever.
Starting point is 00:22:16 Yeah. Got no bone marrow left. The Fogel claim that. the guy from Subway claimed that that's what made him pedophile. I said he lost so much weight that all that like craving just got. Well, that's kind of where that they say that with Zepbound, they say,
Starting point is 00:22:28 or like with the GLP ones that you're not curing the, like you have some sort of addiction and it was food at some point. And then like when you lose all this weight and you don't fill it with whatever or kind of correct something, you know, the drugs come back. A lot of people relapse on alcohol and stuff like that. Yeah,
Starting point is 00:22:43 I'll give them that. But it takes away the addiction to lose the weight. You know what I mean? Yeah. Does that make sense? sense. And since I'm in recovery and learning this stuff, it's actually working out a little bit. But it takes away the addiction. I have a food addiction for sure. I have a weird relationship with food. So it was like just,
Starting point is 00:22:59 you know, eat right, exercise, all that kind of stuff. I needed to take that away. It takes that away. Yeah. You know what I mean? It numbs that a little bit. Yeah. And then, yeah. I've heard that before. I remember there was those articles where it's like, GLP ones block the signal for love. It's like, yeah, so does, you know, just be a or two. I got that too. I'm in sex and love addict meetings and shit like that. Really? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:23:21 Nice. A little bit of a menagerie. I got it all. Full of things. Yeah. I wouldn't know what real love is to be honest with it. Okay, fair enough. Went a little too far.
Starting point is 00:23:33 It's a comedy podcast, right? Whatever. I'm sorry about the goddamn credit card. Yeah, I feel you. I feel you on that, though. Thanks, Big Dog. Yeah, my heart froze a long time ago. Yeah, it really did.
Starting point is 00:23:45 Damn, dude. Cold. Cold-ass mother. I'm just a cold-ass motherfucker, bro. You're good dad. Yeah, I love your wife. All that stuff. You're doing well.
Starting point is 00:23:52 Good husband. Yeah. Got it. You always were a little cold, though. Like, you know, like a cold. Sicario kind of way. I'm a little cold. Ice cold.
Starting point is 00:24:01 He's an operator. I never got in a lot of one operator. I never got in the hole with him. He wouldn't let it. What? Anything. You can never go in the book with McCusker. Sure.
Starting point is 00:24:11 Right there. No longer on the book. Call it up. Then we used to drive. drop him off in some weird neighborhood. Yeah, you were... North Silly. Yeah, it was my...
Starting point is 00:24:19 That was my... That was my West Philly house. And me and Cotton were like, Jesus Christ, this guy's fucking crazy. It was funny because Cotton was... I wasn't far from him. Yeah. He was a little further west.
Starting point is 00:24:29 I think Cotton was the one who showed me the Blue Moon Motel. Did you ever see that place? No. I shouldn't even tell you. It's... I remember I was dropping him off and he pointed it out.
Starting point is 00:24:39 I was like, yeah, what the fuck is? I always see it. I'm like, what is that place? And he's like, oh, dude, it's like infested with prostitutes. I don't know if it's still there anymore, but right on like 50-something in West Philly, it's this like...
Starting point is 00:24:48 That was on the Amex, Bill. Stop it. That's crazy. That's too far. They said it'd come up as Expedia. Dude, it's right... I don't know if it's... I want to see if it's still there.
Starting point is 00:25:00 Chivago? It's just... It's one of those places. It's in like a, you know, a pretty depressed neighborhood. It's in like the middle of the hood, but then there's just bright blue building. It says the Blue Moon Motel.
Starting point is 00:25:10 And it's just... They're out there, dude. The walkers are out there. there and it's it's like yeah not a walker guy yeah like the high end that's good that's good really that is actually really good walkers that's tough stuff sure it's shut down there's uh so my my dad and his brothers all worked in chester for a long time right they would drive in and there was there was ladies that would just stand there like this in the morning that was like the price it's five bucks just crack just hold up their hand five bucks for you got to know your value yeah
Starting point is 00:25:39 it's like me and acting not auditioning obviously yeah you're going straight to the table straight to the table. I'm talking about. Right? Yeah. Nothing's coming in at all. And some of those you see those street workers, you're like,
Starting point is 00:25:53 fucking hot and shit, what are you doing? Yeah. And you like the party and you're fun, you're crazy. You're under valuing yourself. You should start, you should get behind one of them, man.
Starting point is 00:25:59 What I'm talking about? You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? Behind every Hallie Berry, there's a Tyler Perry, you know what I'm talking about? Wait, is that a thing? You just come up with that?
Starting point is 00:26:07 No, I saw it on a pim interview on something. See, I couldn't do it. I'm not tough enough. I mean, yeah, I would be those hoes would walk all over me. Yeah. I remember on Howard Stern. This guy is...
Starting point is 00:26:18 These hose would walk all over here. I'd be letting a money and shit. It's 12.30. Get the fuck out there. Fucking fat-ass. I'd be sucking dick. Take the day off, all right. And Howard Stern one time,
Starting point is 00:26:29 this guy called in when like Don the Juan, whatever his name was, you know, that guy. Bishop Don Juan. Yeah. And he was like, I think I...
Starting point is 00:26:35 Dude, you are tapped into the pimping world, dude. It ain't easy. Unfortunately, I am right now. You know his government name? Bishop Don Juan. What is it? Magic Bishop Don Juan or something? Yeah, something like that.
Starting point is 00:26:46 He had to, dude, that was crazy. He was just like an actual pimp and like kind of got pushed to the front of pop culture for like two years. Yeah, they were. They were hot for, he was in old school and shit.
Starting point is 00:26:53 They're making a comeback. They're starting to try to make a little bit of a comeback right now. Pimps? Yeah, yeah, pimp's. Really? Real pimp. Yeah, you don't need it.
Starting point is 00:27:00 Like street level. Because the only fans thing, they get kind of pimped out. Yeah. Only fans saying, dude, you know the only fans thing, apparently. So you get a manager.
Starting point is 00:27:09 and then you record a ton of content for a year and then you just stop. Yeah. And then you just have this like archives of content. Some boasts. Yeah, they're banking apps. They're going on the road. They're banking F and then it's just Lithuanian dudes.
Starting point is 00:27:21 A team of Lithuanian guys talking to guys jerking off. I like that. Sitting somewhere probably just getting like their ass kicked by like a Russian guy. Yeah, it's so good. Sad. You want them to enjoy it and do what they want and stuff. Yeah. Fucking crap.
Starting point is 00:27:35 Yeah, well, it's weird. The weird thing about like a, the weird thing about, like, uh, the weird thing about, about like pimping that I've like that I've been through my well there is a courtship element to it so like it is a business transaction but as a pimp the way you get your hose you're almost courting them because you're gonna control all their money yeah it's like so you have to go like hey
Starting point is 00:27:53 I'm gonna come in like we're friends I'm gonna let me take care of you and then it's like then it turns and it's like this is now yeah it's a different relation well yeah that I don't like that's if you're grill a pimping so if you're that's if you're beating them up and feeding your hair is there any other kind magic wand Don Juan says, it's all about love. Really? Yeah. Good for him. About love. You're going to be able to lay the pipe with that shit, though. Yeah, I'm out. Yeah, I'm out of the draft for sure.
Starting point is 00:28:19 I didn't pull that. Tiny dick, mother, I'd be yelling back at me. You like getting eaten out? She'd be like, I'm like, you're going to do what I say. You're almost done. I'm like, yeah, I'm almost done. Hold on. Thank you so much. Yeah. It's such a weird element to it where it's like, you think it's like purely transactional,
Starting point is 00:28:33 but it's like, it's all about like how you dress and your flash and then you get them. and then, you know, they're just, just your, that's your bitch. That's too much anxiety for me. Yeah, I couldn't. It's crazy. Dude, imagine having not one woman you were like completely psychologically dominating and abusing, but like seven. And then you have to organize all them and they're together in hotel rooms.
Starting point is 00:28:53 All right, listen up, ladies. Yeah. Here's the game plan for the game. Organizing meals and shit like that. Showers. Fucking brutal. I'd be where they're going to unionize and shit. I'd be fucking brutal.
Starting point is 00:29:02 I'd be Bezos on them. He's sending the union busters? I remember hearing that Walmart had like a team of private jet like they had like a team where like if somebody we learned it in business in college that like if there was a talks of a union at a local store like the manager had to pick up the phone call 1 800 like no unions and a team would assemble they'd hop on a fucking private jet and fly there that night that day and start fucking busting it up going who's doing what who's doing what get the fuck out of here dang crazy shit yeah i know there was a coffee shop in philly
Starting point is 00:29:33 where the uh baristas threatened to unionize and the guy just shut down every single one of his coffee shops. I'm like, fuck you guys. He's like, is it that bad? The what? To unionize or whatever to fuck? Doesn't Starbucks try to do that? I think they try to.
Starting point is 00:29:48 But it's just, you know. Yeah, my family, you know, everybody has been union construction from Philly. Philly still, I think there's only like eight cities that still have like trade unions. Yeah, yeah. It's like Chicago, you know, there's not that. Philly's a big union. Philly's a big union proud town.
Starting point is 00:30:02 All the men of my family, the cops, firemen are fucking union carpeting. carpenters, pipe fitters. So it's like, it's really good for the worker. It's not always fantastic for the... It's very expensive for that, for the businesses. For like a labor sweeping up, it's like 500 bucks a day.
Starting point is 00:30:20 Oh yeah, two plus what it cost you? Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's literally like 500 bucks. It costs you like, I think to have like a union plumber or like union pipe fitter a year, it's like minimum 200 and something. It costs you. Yeah. You have to like pay all their benefits, all their union dues,
Starting point is 00:30:34 all that. No, I've seen both sides of it too, because I was always, I worked non-union and then I remember my dad they were doing demolition and they started getting jobs like in the city so they were like
Starting point is 00:30:44 you guys got to be you gotta be union yeah but then you gotta like do that a little bit but then you can do non-union stuff on the side and they'll come like hey what else doing this
Starting point is 00:30:51 or I don't know it's crazy yeah sneak in the Guatemalan guys at night time and they show them they're like where if you're dude
Starting point is 00:30:56 three rooms are cleared out and guys like who the fuck yeah Steve's great I'm gonna look bad what the fuck I got a hot dog it's such a fun
Starting point is 00:31:05 and they'll come out You need like 10 more guys here. Dude, they send the business aid and shows. If you're like working in Jersey, it's like, oh, you're allowed one guy, but then for every one you bring over,
Starting point is 00:31:13 you got to bring one of their guy. Well, they'll be like, this looks like a lot of work here. You know, it's like stereotypically some fat Italian guy who gets out of a Cadillac
Starting point is 00:31:21 and my dad would be like, I'll fist fight you in this Acme parking lot. But it works for a percent of the time. My dad, that's the rule number of all, my dad goes, the walk is this one guy walked in and started yelling on the job site.
Starting point is 00:31:31 My dad goes, can I talk to you outside? Yeah. And the guy goes, whoa, whoa, what? He goes, yeah, if we're yelling this much, we're just going to fight in this party. Like, if nobody yells this much and doesn't want to fight. And they guys like, nah, let's be the way to talk about this. Be reasonable.
Starting point is 00:31:43 Yeah, yeah, yeah. He's like, remove him from his audience. That's how you find out what tough guy is. And I was like, you're a crazy person. No, dude, the construction, it's like, uh, it is still a huge pissing contest. Yeah, and it was back of the day, it was very kind of mobbed up. If you would come and cut your hydraulic lines and, like, break your shit. Dude, if you like, steal the coax cable shit like that.
Starting point is 00:32:01 Yeah, they would fuck you up. If you put like, there was a time probably in the 80s and 90s. If you use like the non-union guys to install the windows of like your storefronts, they would drive a fucking car right through it. Dude, and then they have the rat. They have the rat. Yeah. Love the rat.
Starting point is 00:32:17 I do like the rat. Dude, I love the rat. I'm a rat guy. Dude, my, what are we doing? My uncle George wasn't my uncle, but on my holy community, my first holy community party, he had the rat outfit. Oh.
Starting point is 00:32:29 Like he was like a die hard union guys. He was getting ready to go or saying? I don't know. It was in the trunk. Now I think about it, it was a white Cadillac. No, he didn't have a clown outfit, so he dressed like the rat for his community. And he showed up on the commune and we were like, yeah. Like, dude, I never telling your friends, Kevin. Yeah, it was crazy.
Starting point is 00:32:44 Thinking back, I'm like, dude, we are just pure dirt bags. I still, I remember, and every time I drive by the rat and all the guys sitting out there, I still love driving by him. Get to work, you fucking bum. Fuck you, fuck you. Get to work, you fucking bumms. I mean, it worked for a minute, right? Didn't it work for a little while in the 50s?
Starting point is 00:33:00 It was good. I mean, yeah, I think, you know, but there's like, Pay for Las Vegas? I think the other, the other side of the coin from like a business owner standpoint is like, well, I'm paying for this guy to drive around in a fucking Cadillac. It's like, dude, I've, again, it's like, it is a nice thing. When there was like factory fires and we were just like standing on women's neck, like you're not fucking leaving until that was bad.
Starting point is 00:33:20 It is, what I've seen is like it's very good. But then you get like a bunch, say like electricians, they come in. Everyone's making like, you know, whatever, $250, $400, $500 a day. Friday they come in they work from like 7 to 9 they get coffee for 30 minutes coffee break they go to get lunch and they get hammered for three hours
Starting point is 00:33:37 and they come back a Friday like all right time wrap it up here early quits dude let's wrap it up dude we used to have a scene in my family's coming if it ain't done by noon on Friday it ain't fucking wrap that's Monday's problem dog go get a suitcase of beers
Starting point is 00:33:49 dude yeah you see like 10 electricians come in faces bright red like what's up mo what's you doing down here now he'd be like yo mo is big yo mo yo Yo-mo, yo-cause. What's up, cause.
Starting point is 00:34:00 I used to, we used to have to give this guy a fucking, one of the, one of our plumbers, I'd let him use my car, my like 2005 Mercury Montego. Because like, it was always, and they'd just drive it. He'd come in all fucked up. I'd be like, y' like, y' like, y'all let me take you a car. I'm like, I'll use the truck.
Starting point is 00:34:15 You take my car to drop site. I'll meet you fucking there and we'll swap it out. Dude, every time there'd be just like beer bottles in my back seat. And I'd like, dude, I'd be like driving home later that day and like, here just clinking. And I'm like, there's either, there was, There was a union construction worker. And like, dude, the one day there was a perk on that there was just a yellow school bus on the drive receipt.
Starting point is 00:34:35 I'm like, dude, you can't be doing this. Which is why when you think about it, the credit card thing isn't that big of a deal. Sure. From one drug addict to another. I think that shows that, right, gentlemen? A lesser of two evil. Don't make me get the rat. I'll put the rat in front of the studio.
Starting point is 00:34:51 The rat would be nice. Your charges were significantly more than a DUI would have cost me. An open container. I'd easily take that. Yeah, that is, because you get shit whenever you're like, well, if you look, because everyone's like, yeah, unions are great. It's like, it is a nice thing. I get both sides of it 100%.
Starting point is 00:35:08 You get the reality of it. And you're like, that I'd be kind of pissed if ever, if half my workforce that I was paying so much were hammered and leaving. But there's also, there's like really good guy. Like, you know, if you're like a really good guy, it's, you know, if you're a really good worker, those guys get a job and then keep it for a fucking, for 15 years. Or they go start their own company. And they start a non-union company.
Starting point is 00:35:28 They started non-union companies. This really has me thinking. Start a non-union podcast. We should talk after the podcast. I have some literature. You guys want to look. I have a feeling how many unionize? This is going to cause me a lot of money.
Starting point is 00:35:44 What do you mean? Jimmy Hoffa. I have a feeling this is going to cost me a lot of money. Dude, there we were working. Where's Kippy Berry? Do you kill me? I heard it's at the 50-yard line of the link. There is.

Starting point is 00:37:52 Remember when they tore down the old porn theater in Philly and it collapsed? killed somebody. What was the name of that? Oh. There was a porn theater right on... Fucking non-union dickheads
Starting point is 00:38:00 probably in there. Technically was, yeah. But they pulled on it and just collapsed and, like, killed some... There was a... We were working on the building next to it,
Starting point is 00:38:09 and it was like a four or five-story building and they cut the supports out because they wanted to build like six more stories on top of it. So they had like... They had the, this massive fucking, like, electrical power box
Starting point is 00:38:21 or the circuit box, whatever, so I'm... Now I'm sound like a fucking poser. I'm... electrical panels. Take the extension cordial cordial
Starting point is 00:38:29 union for the last 20 minutes. They had like an industrial electrical panel with like the thick copper bus bars. It's not even wires. It's just these hunks of copper. And one of the one of the fucking, apparently one of the iBews, uh,
Starting point is 00:38:40 finest came by late at night and try to break it, like to cut it out to take the copper. It was still live. So it was like 10,000. It was like Jurassic Park fence level. Dude, he got just launched across the basement. That's a high.
Starting point is 00:38:53 It got up and just walked out. Oh, no shit. Cut the power for the whole building. Dude, Nark candy was fine. Dude, I've worked with, I've been on the job site with construct with electricians.
Starting point is 00:39:04 And they're just like, or also non-electricians who are like, I'm like, you know, something, let's call the fucking electrician. Because I'm like sitting there with a plumber who knows how to do like,
Starting point is 00:39:13 you know, put in a fucking, you know, cut into a PVC pipe and put a fucking tea in there. Like, and he's like, I think it's dead.
Starting point is 00:39:21 And I'm like, we've been working on like at fucking Janartis or something. I'm like, well, let's just walk back. to the panel and see if it's all. He goes, I'm pretty short. And then he's like, sit there with like bolt cutters. And I'm like, dude, I don't know. And I'm back it up. Because I don't know how electricity works. And he's like, a pair of sunglasses. And dude, he's multiple times. Shout out to
Starting point is 00:39:37 Pete. He looked back in me and go, she keep my boots to my wife. And then quack. And I'm like, whoa, God, dude. Dude, I was, uh, I was working for electrician for a while. And we were in this building. And, you know, it's like a, like a three story building with a bunch of different things. They have like a, uh, dermatologist in one side. And all these different businesses. We were taking out one, but the, I guess the electric electricity was like kind of connected in these two suites. So I was, we're doing electrical demo. We're just pulling the wires out. And I had these little, I just so happened to draw like the little shitty snips that day. So I had these little insulated snips. So I cut, I can only cut half the wire at a time.
Starting point is 00:40:12 So I cut through this like thick, that metal like MC wire. I cut half of that. And I just see a blue current going through. And I go, huh, because if you don't, if you can, you can snip one at a time. Because if you don't connect the circuit or whatever. Like, I click that. I don't know any of that. Dude, so I clipped the neutral wire. So it wasn't like the black one's hot. I clipped the white one.
Starting point is 00:40:29 And I see like a little circuit just kind of going. I'm going, man, that's weird. So I go to get my foreman. I'm like, yo, dude, I think there's a, I think this is still hot. And he was like, he's probably left over from like when we cut it off. And I was like, dude. Quit being a pussy McCuskey. Yeah, I was like electricity.
Starting point is 00:40:42 There's just like leftover electricity that goes. It sounds like water sitting in a plane. Ah, no, that's, that's funny. It's from yesterday. That's a phantom charge. Ball lightning. Don't worry about it. Fuck that.
Starting point is 00:40:53 So I luckily, I'm up on a ladder. They're insulated, thank God. Because I didn't have an ins, I would have got cooked. So then I go, I cut it. It goes, boom, it puts a hole in the metal. Blows the insulated snips, but it's a big hole. They go flying across the thing. Power goes out.
Starting point is 00:41:07 There was a plastic surgeon in there. They lost power too. And he looks at me and goes, this didn't happen. I'm like, we're the only people in here. Like, it happened. And we need to figure it out now. Get one of the Guatemalan guys. That's,
Starting point is 00:41:23 It was they, like, they were apparently mid-procedure and they lost power. Oh, shit. Yeah. And he was like, this didn't happen. I'm like, no, this was a problem, dude. You have to deal with this right now. Oh, fuck that. I would have walked away.
Starting point is 00:41:34 That was the credit card down and dipped. Dude, I would have gotten, if I had non-insulated, I would have gotten thrown off a ladder. I would have fried. That was always the worst of like, fuck. I just would fuck up. I'm an idiot. So I'd just fuck up shit on the job. You know, I do stuff wrong.
Starting point is 00:41:46 And I'd forget. Did they say do this or do that? It was always my dad was my boss. And you had to ask questions. Third question to your dad's no more shameful walk. What I fucking tell you? Read the blueprint. I can't, dude, I can't read it.
Starting point is 00:42:02 That's the way he is now with the podcast. Fucking blue juice. Dude, go to my truck on the third panel. There's a blah, blah, blah. And I'm like, okay, back there. It's like, fuck, what the fuck is it? Fuck. Come back.
Starting point is 00:42:15 Oh, dad, I couldn't find the request. He's like, well. We'd be on the roof putting in fucking units. And he'd be like, run downstairs and get my, fucking channel locks in my 718's fucking wonky dues. And I'm like, all right. So I got to walk across the roof of this fucking warehouse, climb down,
Starting point is 00:42:29 get like four ladders. I get out to the truck and I go, I can't find it. So now I got to go back with nothing. I couldn't find a wonky do's, you know, and he's like, they're fucking right next to the other wonky dudes.
Starting point is 00:42:42 I'm like, Jesus Christ. I remember handing a contractor of the drill the wrong way. Like handed it to him like, yeah. Fuck. Yeah. Fuck you. I know.
Starting point is 00:42:50 Give me your credit card. I do remember though because I grew up working on construction sites I never advanced from like basic helper Yeah no I was dude I can hold the shit
Starting point is 00:42:59 I can carry shit I can hold the light We use the term I use a good extra set of hands Yeah I was a good extra set of hands My dad would hit me with these Like I need you from the neck down today
Starting point is 00:43:08 That's all just carry shit I'd be like why don't we do this He would just go Hey man turn it off I need you from here down Can we say that one time I've been trying to set that up for you You just refuse to do it
Starting point is 00:43:20 I keep going When I do my dad would go, I go, I would do something. I go, I thought. And he goes, I'm not paying you to think. And I went, dude. That's so true. I'm not in a thinking role, man. I'm in a carrying shit role.
Starting point is 00:43:36 I'm not here to fucking refine the process. I'm just here to carry shit. That's it. Yeah, that was it. It was a pure body. The height of my accomplishments was we were setting units on a, I was doing shit that I shouldn't have been doing. Legally, union, everything wise.
Starting point is 00:43:53 Yeah. And we were like a two-man crew trying to set units with a crane on a fucking building. Yikes. And my dad's got to set them. My dad's setting or whatever. Who's running the crane? The crane guy. But they pull up, they go, hey, they're here.
Starting point is 00:44:11 Like, we're in and out. That's like a cement truck. They're like, dude, I got seven more. Yeah, let's go. I'm not, we're not. They're like $5,000. Yeah. So you're like, let's go.
Starting point is 00:44:20 So my dad goes, you got to fucking, because you couldn't see, he had to go, we had to go like 20 feet in. And my dad had to. Were you giving the signals? Oh, dude. Talk about tense. Like a third base. No, you really do.
Starting point is 00:44:32 Oh, yeah. Dude, up, down, hold. And I'm like, that was me being called into the, to close out the World Series, dude. You couldn't tell me shit. I was at the bar of my boys that day. Got, round it off. Look at the end. Drink so meat, hey, boys.
Starting point is 00:44:50 Yeah, it was fucking... There's nothing better than being a boy and being like, hold. Hold in someone? That's operator shit. Oh, fuck yeah. Hold, oh. Being point on a seal team.
Starting point is 00:45:01 Dude, doing this. And tap it on the back of a truck to let them know they're all good to go. So my dick, dude. You load it up. You're good guy. It's like sending someone off in an ambulance. Yelling at somebody to back up a little more.
Starting point is 00:45:14 Like, come on, you got it. You got three feet. When you know how much they got you get up. You got it. Did I say stuff? Yeah. That's all. I just want to be in the,
Starting point is 00:45:25 I don't want to be doing this shit. Instruction is so fun. It's great. It's so fucking fun. It's great. I never good with the lunches. Looking back, I should have not ate the way I did.
Starting point is 00:45:34 We had a better day. Six hot dogs at like 11 o'clock. Standard diet. In the middle of winter. Dude, my dad's in a truck for a half an hour listening to KYW. He's been hitting like cheese for lunch. Che sticks and pizza for lunch for like 45 years.
Starting point is 00:45:49 That's crazy. I get some ice cream on the way home just shout out to it. And it would work it wouldn't affect him. He's got pretty severe type two diving. I'd have half a tasty cake
Starting point is 00:46:01 I'd be fucking done. I'll see you guys on Monday. Fuck that. No, it's so, yeah, construction is it was the funniest way to like work as a child because I tried to like, I went to college and I went to an office
Starting point is 00:46:14 finally for the first time. And I remember being in an office I was in like I shared a, one guy and I was coming back from like the weekend being like dude so I got my fucking head and the lady boss came in and it was like whoa excuse me she's like you cannot be talking like this what did you say you got to ask I was just talking about getting head
Starting point is 00:46:30 I was in the office yeah so I got a little crazy off that a wild one this weekend what'd you boys do Jesus Christ I wasn't even trying to be funny I was just talking about getting my dick sucked like it's the first thing in the morning I gotta recap any sexual conquest I'm gonna do this and I'm gonna be racist after this I'm like I'm just hitting all the I'm gonna sit on a bucket for a little bit That's fucking awesome.
Starting point is 00:46:51 The lady was like, excuse, I never worked with a woman. She was like, excuse me. And I was like, whoa, what's up? It's up, tuts. Were you dry all week? Were you dry all weekend, honey? It's a fucking problem, huh? Nobody topped you off?
Starting point is 00:47:02 Jesus. What are you doing? I've real, I went to all boys high school and then I worked only with guys. Yeah, that's fucking rest of him. I didn't like see girls. Yeah. You skanks have a good weekend, huh? Dude, I left my family's company
Starting point is 00:47:20 Because me and my brother were fighting I was just like I got it I'm like, and I just started fist fighting like Yeah, buy monthly And I'm like this is too much pressure Yeah, like there's no money We haven't done that. The business was the business was tank
Starting point is 00:47:31 Like everything was just going bay It was tough. I got to get the fuck out of here. So I went and I got an office job At a law firm Just like doing accounting Yeah Of entry level like fucking $12 an hour
Starting point is 00:47:41 And I remember having to wait To stand in line to clock out Like we couldn't clock out till five o'clock and we were all like lined up at 4.59 and they came in they go everybody sit down till 5. No lining up. I remember texting my brother like dude. Don't you got to stay the course mean. This shit's not for us. We're not we're not we're not got this. It's ain't for guys like us. We're not waiting line kind of guys. You know what I mean? No, that was my dad's whole thing. He was like go to school. You work where there's air conditioning. I was like, my dad said the same thing.
Starting point is 00:48:10 That's why we did supermarkets. That was my only life goal was to get me AC. Yeah. He got 70 in here. What the fuck. You forgot your roots. Guys, Worryed about his plants, dude. This guy went salt. That was his only life advice. He's like, bro,
Starting point is 00:48:25 working air conditioning. So much better. I remember my dad giving us a speech of like, you know, somebody wanted to go, one of our guys wanted to take out like an offer to go to another job.
Starting point is 00:48:34 He goes, I don't know why you want to go out there. They're breaking ground. You're doing that shit in a winter. You're doing that shit in the summer. We work in supermarket. Like we were like that. He's like,
Starting point is 00:48:41 it's hot. It's cold during the winter. It's cold during the summer. What more do you need? Plus you got lunch right there. The devil you know. He's right. He's completely right.
Starting point is 00:48:49 He's locked in. For a guy who's like, I'm going to be, all right, I'm a pipe fitter. Yeah. I'm 18. I'm a pipe fitter. What lane do I want to go in? Yeah. And it's like find a place where you're working inside, not working at fucking air conditioning
Starting point is 00:49:00 and your dick stuck down the shore. Let's go. Beautiful. Early quits on Friday. Yeah. Perkins. When knock off early today, boys. Dude, I remember it's so funny because I'm like thinking of it like it's boyhood.
Starting point is 00:49:13 I was like 26 working for my dad. Oh, yeah. Outside. And it was, I had the like the full-bodied car heart with like a hat gloves. I was, I had all the warm gear I could possibly get. We'd get there and it'd still be dark in the morning. And I would just be cold. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:27 Like I just, it wasn't enough. So I would just be like for like three. And then the sun would finally like come up and I'd be like, oh, fuck. But yeah, your lips are all chapped. Your skin's dry. That acceptance of like, I'm just like, this is my reality for the next six out. This is just, I'm just going to be cold. We would sleep and we'd do overnights.
Starting point is 00:49:46 so we'd go to, you know, we'd have to be there at 10 p.m. and then work over night like digging, you know, we'd have to cut the fucking floor out of a supermarket, dig, expose the fucking main, cut the main, tie in. And as you're there, you'd hope the fucking, the night crew who's there stocking shelves would somebody would take a shit and then you'd be in a hole and the fucking turd would just come down. You're like, this fucking sucks, dude.
Starting point is 00:50:09 So you'd make the tie in, you'd make the tie in, you'd be six feet down in a hole. And someone's like, flush. and try to get out. It's like someone to do a hand grenade in. And then we'd like sleep in the car waiting for the fucking inspector to come. That sleep was so good though. Yeah, in a warm truck, KYW
Starting point is 00:50:28 plane. Yeah, that's nice. Snow shoveling was the best. Oh, that dude. You? Dude, my stepdad was driving the plow. I was in the middle. My brother was to the right and was the first time he let me crank heaters in front of them. Dude, the three of us in like a 1989 fucking, I think it was like a
Starting point is 00:50:43 Bronco and just crushing heaters. Yeah, we used to drive the plow. I never drove the pal. Never got. He's extra said, hey, it was never going to happen. I was shoveled. You were a surgeon with that thing. Dude, it was also, it was all, it was high school.
Starting point is 00:50:56 So, and depending on how much, if it was over a foot of snow, you would get like emergency or state of emergency rates. Yeah. So you would get like, it would get like 20 bucks an hour in cash. And we would just be out all night. The guy would come, just drop MGD in the snow. So we keep beers cold in the snow. So he would just give us beers. And we would just smoke weed and drink beer and just shovel of condominium complexes.
Starting point is 00:51:16 and it was just like, and then in the end, we'd lay in a house and just eat pizza and get so high. Oh, this is the best. Best. Hot chat. I just made fucking $400. Yeah. I'm going to blow it in two hours.
Starting point is 00:51:26 Oh, it's gone. It's gone. You hear that you young kids? I got a QP on the way. Finally get a QP. It's amazing. Shout out, dude. The second, your boys could get a QP.
Starting point is 00:51:39 I was like, you had another level of adulthood. You said this other day, which finally sunk into me. I spent every dollar I've ever. ever made in my life. That's awesome. That's crazy. He's been working. I go, you've been working for 40 years. And you haven't saved the one. Kind of. That's a, that's a, that's a hundred percent efficiency. That's how you're wrong. Nice. That's like to keep the economy fucking moving. Hey, you know, what you're talking about? You're a man of the people. So listen to you kids out there. It's these kids probably. You don't want to win, do you? That's these kids's problem. They don't
Starting point is 00:52:07 want to spend money. That's a problem. Yeah, you got to spend money to make money, dude. You got to spend $4 million on a house. That's what it is. You want to get four bedroom colonial? $4.5 million in your parents' neighborhood. The houses, dude, houses are crazy. Crazy. If you want to get a house, like, we were looking outside of Philly
Starting point is 00:52:26 in, like, the suburbs of Philadelphia. Oh, forget it. Every fucking house was a million. It's a million dollars. A million dollars. Yeah, fuck that. I was like, it's insane. I mean, it's like obviously not every single house,
Starting point is 00:52:37 but like... Yeah, yeah, yeah. When it gets to the point where you're like, okay, if I won this size and like the kind of this okay, even like okayish condition? Dude, I remember hearing a house. house for 600 grand and being like,
Starting point is 00:52:47 mansion. Yeah. 600 grand. Go to Venezuela. Start. It's a little cat down there. Nice. Yeah. I remember my dad's house. What do you say? So go to Venezuela. It's where women respect men more. Start running yet.
Starting point is 00:53:00 Trad wise. True. Yeah. We come passport bros. But yeah, it's the housing market's fucking crazy. And I've heard there's so many baby boomers that we have a housing market set up for like a population that's eventually going to dip off.
Starting point is 00:53:15 so we're going to eventually have way more houses than we need. Nice. They don't want to give them up. No. Not now. There's still a premium on them. Yeah, now's a premium. But when all the baby boomers croak, there's going to be like a surplus
Starting point is 00:53:26 as the population is on a dip. Well, I thought the baby, didn't the baby members have kids? So it's like, we're not having kids. They had less kids than they had and we had less kids and they had. Yeah, that's above my pay grade. I'm an extra set of hands, dude.
Starting point is 00:53:39 Yeah. I don't know. I'm below that guy. I think people will fill in those houses, though, for sure. I think we'll get people. coming in. Yeah, I don't, uh, that, that's, that's, any sort of macro level issue. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:52 I can't wrap my head around. No, it's pretty tough. I just like got myself on a budget and I'm like the proudest I've ever been. Like genuinely, I'm like, this is crazy. I just started making my bed. I still can't make my, no, that's crazy talk. No, every now and again, my wife will catch me in the morning. Like, can you grab the other side?
Starting point is 00:54:10 Yeah. Oh, that's fitted sheet. Fucking blow my brain. Yeah. Mine comes off every night. Yeah. We got to yank it with all my strength. I yank it and I still can't get it out of the bed.
Starting point is 00:54:19 It's fucking nuts. Yeah, I'll make a bed with her like once a month. We should start doing this every morning. They really love that. Make a bed. They love it. They love it. Yeah, it's crazy.
Starting point is 00:54:28 Love a made bed. Yeah. Making a bed Sunday night, my wife would be like, well, they did the laundry and then it's like, we do the laundry at noon, but then like it won't, something I'll have something. You know, we go out of something. And it's like nine o'clock and you're like putting a duvet cover on. And I'm like, fuck this. I fuck it.
Starting point is 00:54:44 I want to, we're moving. tomorrow. This house sucks. I hate everything. It's on the wrong side. I'm like, I'm going to jump out the fucking window. Ian's basement looks so bad. We just did it. Her parents are in town. They're staying in the guest room and I'm looking at the fucking, I'm like, she's like, let me just see where the bottom. She's like, it's this side. I go, let me just, I got to see for myself. Yeah, why not. Because if we start fucking, I can't trust you. You give me bad info in the past. I can't go to, I can't go to battle with this info you give me. I have to know. Because if we get it halfway on and it's not, we're going to get a divorce because I'm going to lose my shit. I got a
Starting point is 00:55:14 Fuck, I got it out. So we have to fit this blanket inside of this other blanket. It's like, how? How the fuck are we doing? The duvet. It's crazy. It's ridiculous. That's new.
Starting point is 00:55:23 And that's new. But like, do we were a comfort? I grew up with a comforter. Never seen a comfort. Never. It's, it's ridiculous. I'll just, you don't have to wash your blanket.
Starting point is 00:55:31 And the ruffle thing that goes on the bottom on the box. Oh, come on. I thought that was a duvet. The bed. Yeah. I, my girlfriend, my girlfriend, my wife's like, this brought on board my sidepiece. Um.
Starting point is 00:55:44 she's like she started saying duvet and I'm like my whole life I thought a duvay up until like 34 was that was the bed skirt yeah I'm like oh yeah I've never had a duvet no it's it's a thing now everyone has a fucking blanket case no a regular downcomforter by itself is the best I'm talking nice and cool between your legs knocking the fuck out it's the best okay well dudes thank you for coming man thanks so fun man appreciate and dude the specials on YouTube It's on YouTube, American Garbage.
